Light and Darkness

There was a beautiful sunrise this Easter morning. An orange horizon in a cloudless sky illuminating the coastal mountains. Then the sun breaks bright and brilliant, clear as day. It makes me think of that first Easter when the world was changed over night.

They say that Christ is the light of the world. The light that penetrates the darkness and the darkness comprehends it not. They say that in the last days all the secret works of darkness will be brought to light. Time will tell. It always does.

TBarz probed for links to drug case

Wow, we can only hope. The B.C. Liquor Control Branch is reviewing a liquor licence for a Surrey strip club linked to a man charged in the U.S. in a major drug smuggling case connected to the Hells Angels, The Vancouver Sun has learned.

Trevor Alan Jones, who runs T-Barz Exotic Adventure Room in Surrey, is facing 14 charges south of the border, including conspiracy to distribute cocaine and marijuana, as well as money laundering.

U.S. authorities allege the 41-year-old was the Canadian “boss” of a drug ring that was distributing up to a tonne of pot and 200 kilograms of cocaine a month for several years.

The ring was broken up last year with a series of arrests in several states, and the seizure of almost $2 million US and 1,000 kilograms of cocaine from various locations.

Jones, the twin brother of full-patch White Rock Angel Randy Jones, has been running T-Barz at 10458 137th St. for years. The club is owned by a numbered company registered at Jones’s Langley house.

The only corporate director is Jones’s mother Gladys Ann, who is listed as living at the same 26th Avenue address in Langley. Trevor Jones has spoken on behalf of T-Barz at Surrey City Council meetings, according to public minutes. U.S. court documents describe him as the owner of the strip club.

I guess that's what happens when you put everything in your brother's name. If he owns the bar and if he takes the fall for the drug ring then the police can seize "his" bar. At least Randy stays out of jail. What a Walrus.

Like I keep saying, Randy Jones was the original owner of the T barz domain name. When I went public with that fact he changed it over to his mother's name to hide that asset which would be illegal in a divorce case and removed the 81 reference.

Randy used the e-mail tbarz81 when he first registered that domain which would link it to him and to the Hells Angels. Trevor was the registered owner of dankenergydrinks domain. Only the e-mail used to register it was randy81. Which would mean Randy was in control of it not Trevor.

I do think Trevor should be charged and Tbarz should lose their liquor licence. I just think Randy should be charged as well and both the bar and the Langley clubhouse should be seized under proceeds of crime. It most certainly wouldn't stop the problem but it would help. All it takes for evil to triumph is for good men and women to remain silent and do nothing.

Good Friday and the Meaning of Easter

Back in Ireland, mostly in the north, they wear a badge of an Easter lily this time of year to remember the noble sacrifice of the soldiers who died during the Easter Rising in 1916. It was a proclamation and a movement that declared this truth to be self evident, that Ireland was free. The seven noble men that signed that inspired declaration signed it with their blood. They were executed for leading that rising which prepared the way for Ireland to become a Free state then later a free republic.

Remembering that noble sacrifice and that inspired declaration is important. They prayed that Ireland would prove itself worthy of its august destiny and that that no one who serves that cause will dishonour it by cowardice, in humanity, or rapine. A noble tradition worth remembering. I also submit that the Easter lily is also symbolic of the resurrection of Christ. That is another great sacrifice we would do well to remember since his atonement was infinite and struck for our freedom long ago.

I almost had second thoughts about making this post in the event that it might offend someone but then I thought since when did I ever let that stop me. Religion is such a forbidden topic these days. We aren’t allowed to talk about it any more. Yet there is a large Bikers for Christ movement out there. They are represented at most Toy Runs. They even had that Bikers Church in Surrey start up last year.

In fact the mother of that guy in Grand Prairie who was arrested in that cocaine bust went on an on about Christianity as she stalked, harassed and threatened me. I thought it was somewhat hypocritical. Kinda like Big Tony using the Lord’s name in vain. He wasn’t swearing he was just mocking his professed faith with his abominable deeds he filmed and laughed about.

Likewise, Jimmy Hughes is a born again Christian who admits to being a hitman. In fact he brags about it. Yet he refuses to admit to who he murdered when he was a hit man. That refusal mocks God and mocks the atonement. That's not Christianity. That's hypocrisy.

The guy in Grand Prairie bragged about being part of the baseball team, a puppet club for the Hells Angels. They sell cocaine for the Hells Angels and enforce for the drug dealers in GP. Hardly something a Christian would do, let alone brag about. So anyways, here’s my take on Easter.

Several years ago an Indo Canadian woman I worked with asked me why Christians called Good Friday good if that was the day Jesus was killed. I didn’t really know what to say. It’s kind of hard to explain the atonement in five seconds or less.

They say religion and politics are the two subjects people should never discuss, yet they are two subjects that interest me. Obviously there are dark sides to both. People can really mess up politics or religion. There tends to be herds of sheep blindly following either with no clue as to where the road they are on is going.

Although people don’t like to talk about religion or politics, both really do affect our lives. Who we elect to govern us has a profound influence on the type of society we live in. What religion we follow has a profound influence on what kind of person we tend to become. Which brings us back to Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.

Religious or not people have standards. In fact I personally find it easier to trust most atheists than many Christians. An atheist does good because they believe it’s the right thing to do not because they believe they are going to get a reward in heaven. Which leads us to Good Friday and the concept of Christ.

They say Easter and Christmas are the two times of year most people who claim to be Christians actually attend church. Well, it’s like that in Ireland at least. Good Friday is a time of mourning for Christ’s suffering and crucifixion. It is accompanied by Ash Wednesday and Lent which is when people usually try and give up some bad habit.

Although Christ was full of compassion, when I think of Christ I don’t think of a flowery wishy washy weasel. Physically chasing the money changers out of the Temple took strength. Confronting the religious leaders at the time calling them liars, hypocrites and extortionists took strength. To endure the kind of suffering he faced, he had to of had a profoundly strong character. A Muslim friend of mine originally from Fiji once encouraged me to see the movie the Passion of Christ. I was kind of surprised to hear the movie be recommended by a Muslim. He said to me quietly, it’s hard to understand why God would let one of his prophets suffer so much.

Muslims tend to agree that Christ was a prophet sent from God. They just don’t tend to agree on the atonement and the resurrection. Nevertheless, the idea of why bad things happen to good people is important to understand. In this life we have free agency. We are free to make choices. Sometimes innocent people suffer as a result of our choices. Yet life does not end at death and we are all ultimately responsible for the choices we make.

In Catholic cathedrals they have what’s known as the stations of the cross. An artistic recreation of Christ’s journey carrying his cross on his way to be crucified. I have a painting in my home of Christ falling onto his knee under the weight on his cross. He’s looking down in agony after being beaten and mocked with a crown of thorns on his head. He pauses exhausted for an eight count before he rises to continue his journey.

For me it is a profound image. Just as profound as a picture they used to have on the wall at the Harbor Light food line in East Vancouver. It was a painting of Christ walking on the water in Galilee. Peter had called out to him from the boat and asked if his master would perform a miracle and let Peter walk out to meet him which he did. Only the storm began to rise and Peter was filled with fear and began to sink. As he cried out to the lord for help, he reached out his hand. Christ grasped his hand and stopped him from going under. For a lot of people in the DTES it is indeed a profound image.

Often we get swept away with pride. Sometimes when bad things happen it causes us to become humble which means teachable. When we are humble and teachable that is when God can work with us and help us in our journey. That is if we believe in such an entity. In the movie shake hands with the devil, the trailer states, I know there is a God because in Rwanda, I shook hands with the devil. Personally, I shook hands with the devil at Surrey Central.

So whether or not we believe in God isn’t relevant. We all know good and evil exists and we are all free to make choices knowing that the choices we make do in fact effect others. Today I was speaking with a friend who was somewhat frustrated and said what do I have to do to be forgiven? Is it over for me? Is it impossible for me to ever be forgiven? Hardly. Although I don’t believe it’s as simple as saying Abracadabra, I do think it’s possible for anyone to change at any time no matter what they have done in the past.

The Bible says that if we walk in the light, as God is in the light, then the atoning blood of Jesus Christ will cleanse us from all sin. It says all sin not just some sin. I am a firm believer in the motto no matter what your past, you have a spotless future. That is so true. So relating all this flower power to the gang war, is it possible for a gang member who has committed murder to be forgiven? Yes it is. Is it possible for a low life deviant who has committed gang rape to be forgiven? Yes it is. It’s not as easy as waving a magic wand but it is possible. It begins with telling the truth and stop denying everything. It’s not as easy as ratting out all your friends who did the same thing so you can cut a deal and get off without being punished. It starts with a realization how your conduct has hurt others and a genuine feeling of remorse not rationalization for the pain you have caused. Taking responsibility for your actions.

It’s kind of like the Grim Reaper. You can pay me now or you can pay me later. Either way you will be forced to face the consequences of your decisions one day. If we don’t deal with it in this life, we will have to deal with it in the next. Call it karma. That suffering, that torment Christ experienced in the garden of Gethsemane. That pain caused Christ, even God, to tremble and bleed at every poor. So great was his suffering for the anguish of his people.

We call Good Friday good because Christ has paid that debt for us. Yet there are things we have to do and if we don’t do them, then we will experience that pain and anguish ourselves. Hell isn’t a place where God spanks us for eternity telling us I told ya so. Hell is coming face to face with God and experiencing all the pain we have caused others first hand where no lie and no rationalization will save us.

This Easter it is important to remember the resurrection, yet it’s also important to remember the suffering of Christ which led up to the resurrection. After all, he is despised and rejected of men. A man of sorrows acquainted with grief. Because he has felt our pain and sorrow he has graven us on the palms of his hands. Our walls are continually before him. That is why he is filled with compassion and reaches out to help us aspire to something higher. Yet the choice is our. It always is.

Tori Stafford's murder tied to drugs

I hesitate writing about such a high profile case on such a somber occasion but I will because I think it’s important. In 2009 a wonderful little girl was kidnapped and murdered in Ontario. The heart wrenching case has naturally received a great deal of media attention.

I haven’t been following the case but one headline recently struck me. It was the claim that the little girl was abducted and murdered over a drug debt. It is one alternate theory presented to the courts.

Terri-Lynne McClintic has already been convicted murder and her boy friend Michael Rafferty is on trial for his involvement in the crime. Understandably both have turned on each other in court.

McClintic’s lawyer is trying to paint her as an naive Karla Homolka type that went along with the kidnapping because she would do anything for love. Rafferty’s lawyer is trying to paint McClintic as a hardened criminal with a very violent past. Clearly McClintic isn’t as innocent as she would have us believe.

McClintic admitted that a few weeks ago she pounded, kicked and stomped another inmate who was on the floor in a fetal position. ”I confronted her about things she said about me. Things escalated,” she said. She admitted that she had revealed another secret to her godmother during the same visit by the woman: As a child, she had microwaved a pet dog, killing it. She said she was just a child at the time and didn’t know what she was doing.

Then there’s the drugs. Tara McDonald, Tori’s mother and her boyfriend James Goris denied rumours that Victoria "Tori" Stafford's disappearance was linked to an unpaid drug debt involving the couple.

McDonald acknowledged her boyfriend has a criminal record, but said that is all in the past. With a criminal record that stretches back to roughly 2002, Goris has been convicted in the past of drug possession and theft under $5,000. He also recently appeared in court in Woodstock on an unrelated charge.

However, Tara McDonald testified at Rafferty's trial and said she was addicted to OxyContin at the time her daughter was abducted outside her Woodstock, Ont., school on April 8, 2009.

She and her boyfriend James Goris bought their OxyContin a few times from a woman named Carol McClintic a couple of months before Tori was killed, McDonald said. They went to her house twice — one time her 18-year-old daughter Terri-Lynne was leaving the house as McDonald and Goris arrived, and a second time Terri-Lynne McClintic returned home while McDonald and Goris were there, she said.

This account claims that Terri-Lynne McClintic’s mother was the drug dealer that supplied Tori’s mother and boyfriend with the Oxy.

Sadly, Tori’s mother and her partner, James Goris, are facing drug and stolen property charges. Woodstock Police Const. Steve McEwen says "Both those persons...were charged with possession of a controlled substance as well as possession of property obtained by crime." The pair was arrested two months ago, along with 38-year-old Brandon Annis, after a search warrant for their home was executed. Police say they recovered crack cocaine, marijuana, cash and some property believed to be stolen.

This means that the drug debt theory is indeed possible. Which leads us to ask who runs the drug trade in Ontario? We know the Hells angels have had many drug related convictions in Ontario. Who supplied Terri-Lynne McClintic’s mother with the drugs she sold to Tori’s mother? Who controls the crack trade in Ontario if not the Hells Angels? Yeah I just went there.

Either way we can clearly see what kind of devastating effect these hard drugs have on our communities. Phasing out Oxy was a good move. Stopping the public sale of crack in the next.

Father and son arrested in Armstrong Murder

Matthew Foerster, 26, was arrested at a hotel in Collingwood, Ont., on April 4, the same day his father Stephen Roy Foerster was arrested at his home in Cherryville, B.C.

Matthew is facing charges of second-degree murder and sexual assault. Stephen, 58, faces charges of obstruction of justice and accessory after the fact to murder. Both remain in custody.

Matthew Foerster has also been charged with sexual assault in a 2005 attack on an escort in Kelowna, B.C. He was further charged with breaking and entering and assault with a weapon in relation to a home invasion that happened in Cherryville in 2004. In that incident, a 19-year-old woman was seriously assaulted, police said.

The Aging Rebel on the Garcia case

One blog reader expressed some concerns about one of the web sites I link to. They expressed the concern that the blogger was very pro HA and some of the comments on his blog were offensive. I have to agree some of the comments on the blog are very offensive. It illuminates the insanity of blind sheep following depravity and using any excuse to rationalize it.

The case in question involves the Yvonne Garcia murder. Fugitive Paul Eischeid was found and arrested in Argentina. Recently Kevin Augustiniak plead guilty to his involvement in that murder. It was a deranged act where a single mother was invited to a Hells Angels party in Arizona and ended up dead. She was stabbed 27 times and dumped in the desert. Paul Eischeid was quoted as saying nobody will even notice her missing. They’ll probably Jane Doe her.

Some of the offensive comments on the blog made statements like my condolences to the club and to the person accused of her murder. Comments like she was just a drug addict or a rude person is now dead. Although that deranged sheep like offensive insanity exists, I don’t think the Aging Rebel shared those sentiments. It appears that he agreed it was a heinous crime. His concern appears to be that the police informant, who received a greatly reduced sentence for testifying, was allegedly the ring leader of the murder.

If that is true, then that would indeed be a concern. It reminds me of the Jeff Lynds case in Eastern Canada. The guy confessed to murdering Randy Mersereau for the Hells Angels. Yet he wasn’t charged in his murder. Lesser accessories were including his own nephew. In that case I can understand why the crown would make a plea bargain so the family could get closure in a cold case that had no hope of being solved with no hope of even discovering the body.

Yet it would be hard to understand why the police would take a plea bargain from the orchestrator of the Yvonne Garcia murder, just to convict lesser accessories. I suppose one could argue it was rapidly becoming a cold case as the likelihood of convictions began to spin out of reach. One could also argue the claim that the police informant was the actual orchestrator of the murder is hearsay. However, I will concede that it is entirely possible.

The bottom line is that I agree it was a heinous act. To say that she deserved it because she was a drug addict is very offensive. That is a slanderous unproven allegation. In fact that never came up. If she was, it was likely the Hells Angels that sold her the drugs.

The official version of the story is that she went to a Hells Angels party and started mouthing off the Hells Angels. Not very believable and a very convenient claim. Kind of like the absurd claim that the person charged in the Guthrie McKay and Lisa Dudley murder killed his ex girlfriend in self defense. Oh she came at me with a baseball bat in a drug induced rage so I killed her in self defense. Highly unlikely. More like another dirt bag killed his ex.

Even if a woman who was invited to a Hells Angels party did start to mouth off, which I do not believe happened in this case, it was not just cause to stab her 27 times and murder her. That isn’t a manly thing to do. Just like the woman beaten into a coma outside the Hells Angels clubhouse in New York. Oh she mouthed off so we killed her. Not likely and not a good enough excuse for murder. It’s a pat answer to stop people from asking too many questions. Kind of like we killed her because she was an informant. Even when she clearly wasn’t.

So I would agree all the participants and accessories in the Garcia murder are equally to blame. Another concern I have is with the police informant. He was a meth addict which the courts claim make him highly untrustworthy. More concerning is the claim that he had a wife and child and started going to church. Did he participate in the Garcia murder while he was attending church? Anyone can change but living a double life is sheer hypocrisy. Married with a child. Did his wife know he was living a double life? I think many other wives of club members really don’t clue in to the double life their husbands lead. What happens in Amsterdam stays in Amsterdam I suppose.

Nevertheless, glorifying Kevin Augustiniak for what he did in the big House Crew clearly shows that the organization is deranged right to it's roots and if it's roots are evil, it is unlikely anything good will come from it.

Wally Oppal and the Picktons of the world

Wally Oppal made an absurdly hypocritical plea for another pay cheque in the paper today. As the Missing Women’s Red Herring Inquiry reconvenes, Wally Oppal made an appeal to continue with the inquiry so all the other Picktons in the world don't win. Somehow proceeding with the highly censored "Panel Discussion" will in some way prevent another serial killer in some other part of the world from getting away with committing murder. Does he really not understand how insanely hypocritical that statement is?

Most of the victims on the Pickton farm were drug addicted sex trade workers. As soon as one of the lawyers starts to talk how the Hells Angels were linked to the Pickton farm and how the Hells Angels control the drug trade in the DTES, Wally Oppal shut him down and wouldn’t let him talk about that. Despite the fact that was highly relevant.

At that point Wally Oppal folded the inquiry into a panel discussion so the real issues could not be discussed. After that, the only lawyer representing aboriginal people who hadn't already boycotted the farce publicly withdrew claiming the inquiry had lost all credibility. Oppal is the one that folded the inquiry into a panel discussion so the real issues couldn't be discussed. For him to pretend he cares about justice is offensive.

If a drug dealer who sells drugs for the Hells angels in the DTES pushes a woman out of a window for a drug debt, that is highly relevant to the future well being of woman on the DTES. Ashley Machiskinic wasn’t the only one.

Wally Oppal obviously has no regard whatsoever for preventing this kind of atrocity from happening again. It appears he only wants to appease the public and collect a pay cheque at the expense of the most exploited in East Vancouver.

If he was sincerely concerned about preventing this kind of atrocity form repeating itself, he would explore the most important question which should be the heart of the mandate for the missing women inquiry. That question is found in the directions the judge gave to the jury in Robert Pickton’s conviction.

Before the jury left for deliberations, the judge told them that they could convict Robert Pickton of murder even if he had accomplices and wasn’t the only one involved. In fact, the judge even went so far as to say the jury could convict Robert Pickton even if he wasn’t the primary person involved in the murders. He told the jury they could convict Willy even if he was just a willing precipitant. I.E. disposed of the bodies someone else murdered. The defense lawyer was understandably flabbergasted. The whole trial was based on the premise that Robert Pickton was a serial killer and was the only one involved. Then all of a sudden right before the jury breaks for deliberations the judge completely changed the mandate.

I’m not saying Robert Pickton should have won his appeal nor an I saying I disagree with the instructions the judge gave to the jury. I am saying the instructions the judge gave to the jury were very important and should form the mandate for the missing woman inquiry. It is highly likely Robert Pickton wasn’t the only person involved in all those murders. Who else was involved? That is the primary objective of any responsible citizen who has a genuine concern that this atrocity not be repeated.

The Real Free Enterprise Party

There was an article in the Vancouver Province today that talked about how BC Liberals are continuing to jump ship in favour of the BC Conservatives under the leadership of John Cummings. I found the sub heading to the article somewhat bizarre. It said Free-enterprise parties tied as Adrian Dix and the NDP sit at 43%.

Hold the door. Gordon Campbell and Christy Crunch's liberals have absolutely nothing to do with free enterprise. Stop saying that. Where did such an absurd misconception come from? Low and behold it came from a Chuck Strahl press release.

Chuck Strahl, a six-term MP for the Chilliwack-Fraser Canyon federal riding, will chair the campaign to elect Liberal candidate Laurie Throness on April 19. In a press release Wednesday, Strahl said the B.C. Liberals are the only free-enterprise party of choice. That is the source of the absurdity.

Likewise, the Harper Government is not a Free Enterprise Party. Not at all. They talk the talk but they most certainly don't walk the walk. Their is a difference between supporting huge corporations greed to rip off consumers then supporting free enterprise which implies supporting small business. Ironically enough, Jack Layton spoke a lot about supporting small business. At least when Jack Layton said someone I was a lot more likely to believe him than I was likely to believe anything Stephen Harper of Peter McKay said. Firing whistleblowers for proving they lied was shameful.

I would say John Cummings provincial conservatives are a free Enterprise party. I just think that Harper lost that vision when he merged with Mulroneyism. Something the real free enterprise party broke away from for it's apostasy of conservative values. Pauil Forseth however, has shown he supported Free Enterprise. He opposed TELUS' use of off shore call centres. He is a solid candidate for the BC Conservatives.

Having said that, I don't have the same fear and paranoia about Adrian Dix as Stephen Harper's spin doctors would have us feel. Carol James had dignity. Adrian Dix supports addressing inner city crime. Mike Farnworth would make an awesome Attorney General. Opposing perpetual gas taxes supports small business. Opposing the HST supports small business. Aside form the dramatic and erroneous stereotypes. There is noting in the NDP platform that opposes free enterprise or small business.

Liberal Back Chat in the Vancouver Province:

SIMPLE MESSAGE

The message to politicians is: Don't you ever, ever treat us with such arrogance and disdain or we will vote your sorry butts out.

LIBERALS WILL PAY

The electorate showed this on the HST referendum - and it should come as no shock - that the majority would rather face four years of an NDP government than reward the Liberals for past wrongdoings.

'FIBERALS' SOLD US OUT

Vote NDP, Conservative, Green or even the Pot Party. Just do not vote for the B.C. Fiberals.

The Fiberals have sold us all out with their corruption.

FOOL ME ONCE . . .

Cheating and lying eventually catches up, you can only fool people for so long.

PART NAME IS A LIE

What can you expect from a party that calls itself the "Liberal" Party, but is right of Attila the Hun. Even the name of its party is a lie.

SWITCHING COLOURS

Worst government in B.C. history. After being a longtime Liberal, I am voting NDP. I don't see things changing with a Conservative government. If anything, it will create more corporate tax breaks. Just look at the federal Conservative Party.

LIBERALS, BE GONE!

Best news I have heard in years. What would be even better is to see the Fiberals wiped off the political map in B.C.

WAKE UP TO 'LIEBERALS'

Hallelujah! People are finally starting to wake up to the Lieberal corruption. Trouble is 14 months is a long time to wait. They can cause lots more damage in that length of time. Better to recall them now to save what's left of the province.

LIMITED CHOICES

The NDP are just sitting on their hands. No need for a platform, just wait and take power. B.C. does another polar swing to the left. The right just wants to sell off B.C., then all move to the U.S.A. to play golf 'til they need medical, then they'll come back.

STOP CORRUPT LOBBYING

Time to do away with this gang/party system. Stop business and union donations to parties. Parties should be working for the taxpayers, not entities who want something in return. Stop all this corrupt lobbying.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nationally, opposition leaders are calling for Peter McKay's resignation over the undisclosed snowballing costs of the numerous fighter jets to support Harper's Oil Wars.

"Even if we were to believe that the chief of defence staff and the generals were plotting behind the minister's back to lie to Parliament, to lie to Canadians -- highly unlikely -- it would only prove that the defence minister is not in control of his own department," Mulcair said during question period Wednesday.

"A $10-billion piece of misinformation does not happen by immaculate conception . . . when is the prime minister of Canada going to take responsibility for what took place," Rae asked. Harper take responsibility for anything? Who are you kidding?

Down south Obama just signed legislation to finally stop insider trading within congress. Sounds good. That is a huge problem right now. Let's see if it's ever implemented. After all, Guantanamo bay is still open.

Targeted shooting in Surrey and a Suspicious death

There was a targeted Shooting in Surrey Wednesday nightoutside Safeway at Surrey central. The target was hit in the abdomen and is expected to survive. Not far away there was another Suspicious death in Surrey. A 40 year old man's body was found Sunday morning in the 10500 block of King George. A Suspicious death and a targeted shooting mean the targets were known to the police.

Johnny Newcome and Cycle logic

Johnny Newcome is listed as the president of Cycle logic. He is another full patch member of the Hells Angels. This news report claims that while the police searched his home for information about a Maple ridge grow op, they found he had another grow op in Peachland. I’m not sure how Robert Thomas is connected to Cycle logic but one source claims there is some kind of connection there. Breaking News: Johnny Newcome Busted!

The Three Amigos and the North American Union

The three amigos are in the news. Harper is meeting with Obama and the president of Mexico to discuss free trade. Free trade is one thing but the north american security prosperity partnership is another. There’s nothing really wrong with free trade. Other than sending our jobs to Mexico so the large corporations can exploit cheap labour.

The problem is signing a free trade agreement that really has nothing to do with free trade. The problem is signing a free trade agreement that forfeits our sovernty and removes our democratic rights. I kid you know.

There have been various names for these secret deals that give courts more power than human citizens. First there was NAFTA. Then there was TILMA. Now there’s the NAU or more covertly known as the North American Security and Prosperity Agreement.

NAFTA opened Pandora’s box and TILMA let the plague loose. Under NAFTA UPS sued the Canadian government because they were unable to compete against Canada Post because they already had a delivery system in tact so they had an unfair advantage in being able to provide consumers with a cost effective product. I kid you not. That’s like suing Greyhound for delivering parcels because they already have a network of busses in place. Greyhound delivering parcels only makes sense. Suing them and trying to stop them so someone else can do the same thing at a greater cost is ridiculous.

TILMA was worse. They signed a provincial free trade agreement that made it illegal for any level of government to create a law that would inhibit a corporation’s ability to make a profit. If you want to create a law that would protect the environment and it inhibited a corporation’s ability to make a profit, then that law would be illegal according to the absurd free trade agreement.

If a democratic society chooses to create a public health care system and that system inhibited a private corporation’s ability to make a profit, then that democratic system would be illegal according to the absurd agreement.

Recently Stephen Harper announced that they would let armed US police officers patrol with Canadian police officers in Canada. That has nothing to do with free trade. It is a colossal concern when the US recently passed the most unpatriot act in recorded history that threw away the constitution and the bill of Rights.

Giving the military power to set up checkpoints and arrest “domestic terrorists” without a charge, without representation and without a fair trial is unprecedented and illegal. Especially concerning when at the same time England labeled everyone in the Occupy movement as a domestic terrorist. It is a huge concern when the government throws away the constitution and bill of rights. That is what wars are fought over.

Bacchus and the Darksiders still kiss ass

Police specializing in organized crime are keeping a close watch on the Darksiders, a Dartmouth-based motorcycle club that recently expanded to Bridgewater. Police say the club is a criminal group set up to defend turf for the Hells Angels. The Darksiders have had a clubhouse on Portland Street in Dartmouth for three years.

Mike Weatherley, the group's sergeant-at-arms, said police constantly watch club members. He said the Darksiders support the Hells Angels, but said his club is not a criminal organization.

Weatherley's biker vest is covered in red and white pins paying homage to the Hells Angels. He said the affiliation with the biker gang grew out of a friendship between one Darksider and a childhood friend, who's a member of the Hells Angels in Ontario.

Weatherley's vest may well be covered in Red and White but his smelly nose is sure brown. Look at their ridiculous logo. It sure sucks to be a puppet. Both ways.

Likewise, the members of the St. George chapter of the Bacchus Motorcycle Club say they are not Hell's Angels. Of course not. They aren't real boys, they're just puppets.

In an interview at their clubhouse on Canal Road, chapter president Tim Guthrie and member Morton Cooke say Burden's comments have caused the eight members of the chapter great pain and embarrassment. "I feel bad about what a lot of people think of us now. People look at us differently now. My daughter has even questioned me over it so I had to sit down and explain all this to her," said Guthrie.

lol what's the matter? Did the Po Po tell the public the real story about how you got your name? Bacchus was an alternate name for Dionysus, the Greek god of wine, women and song and their patch is a Roman soldier. Dionysus, my ass. If the club was named after Dionysus, they would be called Dionysus but they're not they're called Bacchus who was a Roman soldier alright. He was openly gay with Sergius and secretly Christian. They should be proud of their true heritage. They're the first 1% club to chose the patron saint of homosexuality for their logo. At least they put a condom on their nose for all that HA ass kissing.

Quebec Hells Angel caught in Panama

Michel Smith, a member of Quebec's Hells Angels who was wanted in Canada for the killings of 22 people as well as for drug trafficking has been arrested in Panama, police confirm. Panama?

Smith was one of 24 Hells Angels members and associates who escaped sweeping raids that targeted high-ranking Hells Angels in Quebec and New Brunswick in April 2009. Those raids led to 129 arrests, and the seizure of millions of dollars in cash, drugs and weapons. The charges laid in that sweep related to homicides and drug trafficking during the height of the province's biker wars.

Homicides and drug trafficking – those go hand in hand. The biker war in Quebec was a fight over drug territory. They were fighting over the right to sell drugs in a given area. It had nothing to do with riding motorcycles or living the dream. It was all about greed. Nothing more, nothing less.

Murdering rivals had absolutely nothing to do with honour and loyalty. It was about money. The money that could be made from drug trafficking. The convictions in Edmonton and Winnipeg clearly shows how this money making machine really works.

Not only do the Hells Angels profit from bringing cocaine into the country to be sold as crack, but they charge their puppet clubs who sell the drugs for them protection money. It’s a double dip. Profiting from the sale of drugs and profiting from the collection of protection money from the people that sell their drugs for them. That is a scam indeed. If they don’t pay their protection money, they’ll get someone else to sell their drugs for them. With friends like that, who needs enemies.

The Great Canadian Bank Bailout Fraud

We did bail out the banks in Canada. I’ve talked about this before but I want to centralize the links because the story keeps getting buried deeper and deeper as time goes on. Most of us thought, myself included, that we didn’t bail out our banks in Canada because we didn’t need to. We didn’t have the same mortgage fraud going on and we didn’t see the same ripple effect of multiple foreclosures of homes like they did in the States. Logic would then imply that there wasn’t the same need to bail out our banks in Canada. That’s without even discussing the fraudulent nature of the Bank bail out in the States.

In fact, when the Occupy movement started in Canada, the Harper government came right out and said our situation in Canada is different than in the US because we didn’t have to use tax dollars to bail out the banks in Canada like they did in the US. We believed them because we thought that was a true statement. After all, that’s not something the government could lie about and get away with or is it?

They did lie about not bailing out the banks. Rabble .ca pointed out that fact very clearly. Some will cover their ears and scream because of the source I just cited. That’s a left wing news source, we can’t trust it. I don’t care if it’s left wing or right wing. Is their claim true or false? That is what I care about.

The Green Party has also posted that the Harper Government did indeed bail out the banks to the tune of $69 billion. That’s billion not million. That single act took us from a surplus in the millions to a deficit in the billions. That was unprecedented.

We can and will debate the merits of a bank bail out. The problem is, we were never given that option and we are still forbidden to debate that issue because then Harper Government has lied about it and covered it up so most voters and most taxpayers doesn’t even know it happened.

This is not a small lie like Peter McKay denied he referred to Belinda Stronach as a dog when he was caught on tape doing so. This is not a small lie like claiming they didn’t know about Harper’s senior aids criminal record for fraud when it was mentioned before he got the job. This isn’t even a big lie like denying we knew Canada was handing over prisoners to be tortured in Afghanistan when we did. That was a big lie. Firing the whistleblower didn’t change that.

Saying that we didn’t bail out the banks when we did is a huge lie. It is unprecedented. It makes the Robocall scandal, as serious and offensive as that is, to be small potatoes in comparison. Cutting our sacred pensions to give to the banks who didn’t need it is the biggest political scandal in Canadian history.

People will scoff at the mainstream media for not running the story. Yet I don’t really think it’s their fault. I really think most people don’t know it happened. To say it did would be to call the current government liars. I think people really need to open their eyes because someone is trying to pull the wool over them.

Now that we have established that the Harper Governement did lie about giving the banks a tax payers bailout, we need to discuss the merits of a bank bailout. Beofre we do that we need to come to some kind of financial accounting. Was it &69 billion or was it more than that? Was it a single payment or where there many payments. Which would make the true accounting problematic. We gave them &65 billion at one point but we gave them more money at several other points.

We need to find out how they hid these transactions and we need to find out what the total amount is before we continue ripping off taxpayers indefinitely.

In all fairness one could argue that statement was time sensitive. We didn’t need to bail out the banks in Canada like they did in the States. That is a true statement. We didn’t give the banks a huge amount of money at first. Stephen Harper went to England and told David Cameron that we don’t believe in bailing out the banks with tax dollars in Canada. Some point after that visit he came full circle and the dirty deed was done.

After we find out how they hid the transactions and how much of tax payers money they gave the banks, we need to discuss the merits of a bank bailout. To do that we need to discuss the fraud that creates these manufactured emergencies to it doesn’t happen again.

BCCI was the largest bank collapse in British History. That bank collapsed because of, arms dealing, drug smuggling and money laundering which is always tied to investment fraud because greed always consumes them. They always want a higher return on their money so they resort to fraud to rip people off to do it.

Calgary Hells Angel house burned down

Wow, I missed this one too. Speaking of suspicious fires, a rural house belonging to a member of the Calgary Hells Angels burned down in February 12 2012.

Initially it was reported to be their clubhouse. However, the Calgary Herald claimed a police source said the property is owned by someone with links to the Hells Angels motorcycle gang, but it is not their clubhouse. The local Hells Angels have a clubhouse east of Calgary at another location.

Scott Jamieson’s Showgirls

Let’s take a look at Edmonton Hells Angel Scott Jamieson and his company Showgirls located in Edmonton. Kim Bolan spotted his hummer advertising his company at the Whiterock Hells Angels party in their Langley Clubhouse. 5 PM Saturday Kim Bolan recorded: One Hummer with Alberta plates advertises its business with detail painting: Showgirls Exotic Nightclub of Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie and Edmonton.

A Hells Angel from Edmonton associated with Grande Prairie and Fort McMurray. Now that is suspicious. We know that a Hells Angels’ puppet club in Grande Prairie called the Baseball team was recently involved in Grande Prairie’s largest cocaine bust. We also know that the Edmonton Hells Angels (51 – Edmonton Angels) supplied the White Boys Posse as they branched out from Edmonton trafficking cocaine in smaller towns all over northern Alberta.

We know that two patrons of Showgirls in Edmonton followed a mentally challenged mark after he left the club then robbed and beat the victim to death. The judge in that case noted the bouncer admitted he initially lied to police about the incident, but accepted that was explained by his fear that his manager could have been involved and the club was owned by the Hells Angels.

We know that Neil Patrick Cantrill, an Alberta Hells Angel was accused of the production and distribution of large amounts of methamphetamine. Court documents allege the Hells Angels are believed to be in control of "meth" sales in Fort McMurray.

We know that Two Hells Angels from the Edmonton chapter allegedly partnered up with a Fort McMurray drug kingpin to ensure his cocaine-trafficking operation ran smoothly. The full-patch Hells Angels were Alan Peter Knapczyk, 35, and John Reginald Alcantara, 37, and the head of the Fort McMurray drug gang was Jeffrey Mark Caines, 36, who plead guilty to trafficking cocaine.

Alcantara - who was handed a 14-year prison sentence after being convicted of conspiring to traffic cocaine - pleaded guilty to an identical charge. He admitted he had entered into an agreement to assist Caines traffic cocaine in Fort McMurray, but denied that Knapczyk was part of it. I.E. he took the fall for him.

The prosecutor alleged Alcantara, who was then a prospect for the Hells Angels and sponsored by Knapczyk, was the front man in the agreement and collected the weekly fee while Knapczyk was the enforcer behind the scenes.

Court heard the agreement involved the removal of any rivals of Caines' drug gang, ensuring other suppliers in the area did not undercut his business and the protection of Caines and his distributors for a weekly fee of $20,000.

"Essentially it gave Caines free rein to supply cocaine in the specified area and protection for those he supplied," said Hrabcak. "In return he paid a fee or tax to the individuals. The reputation of the Hells Angels was used to enforce the agreement." That makes it a criminal organization alright.

The Hells Angels were convicted of doing the same thing in Winnipeg. Not only did they profit from selling the Zig Zag crew cocaine which they in turn sold as crack, but they also collected dues or protection money from them to eliminate rivals in the drug trade. That pattern keeps repeating itself across the country as they branch out and take over the drug trade in smaller towns and communities.

Clearly Scott Jamieson’s Showgirls in Edmonton appears to be the same hub in Edmonton that Tbarz in Surrey is for the Jones brothers drug trafficking operation. Seize the bar. Word is on the street that the Edmonton PD is still struggling with allegations of passing on information to the Hells Angels. Maybe that’s why they were suppressing homicide stats by calling a SUV riddled with bullets as a suspicious death instead of a homicide.

What I really want to know is in one hand we have strippers and blow. In the other hand we have crack and hoes. There was a girl who went missing from Edmonton. Shannon Collins Her sister was told she was working in the sex trade industry for the Hells Angels.

Sadly enough, just like the Surrey house of horrors, Georgina Papin from Edmonton’s remains ended up on the Pickton farm. She frequented Showgirls. Just like Stephanie Lange from the Orange Number Five in East Van did. The Orange Number Five was run by the Hells Angels as well. There also seems to be a few missing women from the Edmonton area. If the Hells Angels control the drug trade and the strippers in Edmonton, do they control the prostitution there as well?

Restoring Faith in the RCMP

Without flogging a dead horse I will cite the news that there are two new faces added to the list involved in the class action sexual harassment suit against the RCMP. Despite the fact that many of the complaints go back over 20 years, one is forced to ask how such a large organization became so unprofessional and politically incorrect.

We realize that times have changed. Now people are rightfully concerned with sexual harassment and racial discrimination. Back in the day, the TV series Archie Bunker demonstrated how inappropriate some forms of racial humor and bigotry was at one time.

We do joke about how far we have come to the extreme where we sometimes become over sensitive to being so politically correct, the original quest becomes distorted and lost. An example of that is the recent Human rights complaint about Earls using the term Albino Rhino Chicken Wings.

When I first saw the half page add in the paper announcing the human rights complaint, I thought it was a joke. I thought it was a add promoting the Albino Rhino Chicken Wings at Earls. I wondered if they were really serious. The next day the Vancouver Province ran a full page ad confirming that they were serious about the complaint. A group of albinos were complaining the term was being used on a menu.

The day after that the letters and comments poured in from readers who thought they were going a bit too far. One reader said my favorite dish at the Chinese food restaurant is the fat boy then asked if he could sue. Implying that he was over weight and the use of that term was discriminatory. As far as I’m concerned the term albino used at Earls was just an adjective like black eyed peas or white chocolate. Being Albono isn’t really something people view as being bad.

Likewise we can get carried away with sexual harassment. Recently we had our biannual sexual harassment training at work. You’d think that after taking it twice a year for so many years we would be well trained in how to sexually harass someone by now.

I realize that sexual harassment is nothing to joke about. We joke about it because we think it is so absurd. Forcing someone to perform sexual favors to get job promotions is just out of touch with reality these days. One of the questions on the training form says you can be guilty of sexual harassment just for staring even if you haven’t said anything.

Understandably there can be cases of leering or staring at a woman’s breasts or obviously looking her up and down which would clearly make her feel uncomfortable and be deemed sexual harassments. Yet this too can be taken to the extreme.

After the training session a coworker came up to me and was discussing something. I said you aren’t allowed to look at me when you talk to me because that’s leering and is sexual harassment. I was joking. Yet sometimes it feels like bloody hell, we can’t say anything. We can’t even look at someone. What are we supposed to do, walk around with out eyes closed and our mouths covered in the event that we might in some way offend someone?

Nevertheless, when you look at the RCMP complaint, the long list of infractions is quite significant. Making a female employee pose for a picture beside a naked blow up doll. Telling her husband that she had sex with coworkers at the office when she didn’t. Bringing dildos to work. It is getting rather bizarre and unprofessional. One has to wonder why every other large corporation gets sexual harassment training twice a year, and how the RCMP somehow avoids that. You would think the RCMP would be leaders in sexual harassment training and protect coworkers from that kind of abuse not be perpetrators of it.

I do remember a case where three female MLAs in Surrey were caught pulling a prank on each other with a jumping dildo of some sorts. It wasn’t deemed sexual harassment because they were all women but it did raise eyebrows and the public was forced to wonder how appropriate and how professional that was on the tax payer’s dime.
I guess that’s my emphasis here. What is professional and what is not. Sexual assault is a serious crime. When a police officer sexually assaults a fellow officer that is serious. All the other jokes and innuendos are kinda dumb and although it may not seem like a big deal to many, it really is unprofessional.

Here’s the deal. We don’t restore faith in the RCMP by hiding the dirt, we restore faith in the RCMP by addressing it. Clearly there has been an ongoing era of inappropriate unprofessionalism. This does need to change. Once that change is made and once a level of professionalism has returned to the organization, then public trust can return and be rebuilt. However, it has to be genuine not just a new series of ads and commercials. Raising self respect by building an organization members can be proud of will rebuild the public trust and respect. It’s that simple.

A Penny for your thoughts

Here we have it. A flaming idiot bragging about the new budget like he’s some kind of a rock star. 1) This is not a good budget. 2) Stephen Harper is not a good person.

The circus side show was launched as a distraction from Elections Canada’s announcement that the Robocall scandal has expanded to 200 ridings not just one making it impossible to be the result of one rouge member.

Getting rid of the penny isn’t really a big deal but it is an a smaller way. What are small businesses going to do to calculate all those ridiculous new taxes on everything we buy? They are either going to round up or round down. If they are supposed to support small business, why are they encouraging consumers to shop across the border in this new budget? These guys are truly insane.

So Stephen Harper has officially killed the penny. As well as the adage a penny for your thoughts because his government clearly does not want to hear our thoughts. A Conservative is supposed to be a conservative not an extremist. A Right wing extremist is no better than a Left wing extremist simply because they are both extremists. A real conservative shuns extremism and appeals for common sense.

Stephen Harper is not a conservative. He is what Ron Paul would describe as a neo con. A new kind of extremist that is really a con man striving to con the public instead of polling the public. In practice a neo con does not support democracy. They resort to dirty tricks and propaganda to railroad their strange agenda as they wave the flag and give vocal lip service to democracy.

The spin doctors were rationalizing the news that the Robocall scandal has expanded to 200 riding instead of just one by claiming there have only been 800 complaints spread across 200 ridings. That would mean the dirty trick voter suppression was not significant enough to change the results in any individual riding. I do not believe that there were only 800 instances spread over 200 ridings. We know there was more than that number in Guelph alone. What’s significant is the proof that more than one riding was involved.

This budget raises the retirement age from 65 to 67 because Harper gave the banks $65 billion when they didn’t need it. That flaming injustice is the heart of this budget and needs to be addressed. That is nothing to brag about.

Clearly the disinformation campaign continues to fan the flames of the original problem. It has become a circus side show of propaganda just like the inherently dishonest HST adds. We don’t want a penny for your thoughts. We want to brain wash you so we can rip you off. Taking our pensions and giving them to the banks.

Excessive privatization for the sole purpose of removing public accountability so they can rip consumers off like in the BC Hydro disaster. It really boils down to greed. Ripping consumers off so their friends can get rich and contribute to their bizarre political campaigns.

Robert Thomas knocked out in Prison

Someone just sent me this link and said they couldn’t believe I missed it. I glad they did. I can’t believe I missed it either. I had heard about another fight in North Fraser Pre trial but I thought it was just another case of the little piggies fighting over pumpkin pie again. I didn’t realize Robert Thomas got knocked out by Matthew Johnston. What’s Thomas doing in Fraser North? I thought he was in Kamloops with Joey VP Verma.

Kim Bolan reported: Two fights involving gang members at the North Fraser Pre-trial Centre in the last week have escalated tensions inside the over-capacity institution. Two Hells Angels charged in the same murder case, Robert Thomas and Norman Cocks, suffered cuts and bruises in two separate fights with other gang-linked inmates.

Thomas got into a punch-up with accused killer Matthew Johnston, who is charged in the Surrey Six murder case, on March 15 at the Port Coquitlam institution. Thomas was knocked out, but not taken to hospital. Johnston, who police say is a member of the Red Scorpions, was not injured.

Two days later, Cocks was in a fight with Stephen Matheson, an prisoner charged with robbery who has gang links. Cocks had his nose broken and was taken to hospital for stitches, but is now back at the pre-trial centre.

Now that’s what I’m talking about. Robert saggy ass petty thief from Ontario gets knocked out by Matthew Johnston. Three cheers. I guess the bullies aren’t so tough one on one. They rather jump someone when they outnumber them with baseball bats and hammers. We wannabe Norm Cox gets his nose broken in prison. That is less surprising. I guess people don’t have a lot of respect for rats who gang up on one guy and give him the boots. Surrey, what! Rep’in the hometown in the Big House. Word.

The Whiterock Hells Angels Drug Ring

What do we know about the Whiterock Hells Angels? We know they have a clubhouse in Langley and they threw a party there at Jabba’s Palace. We also know three members of the Whiterock chapter of the Hells Angels – Randy Jones, Larry Amero and Villy Lynnerup. Three unlikely associates part of a drug dealing business machine.

Keeping in mind, the drug trafficking ring tied to the Whiterock Hells Angels where Randy and Tbarz were implicated and Trevor was indicted, was transporting and distributing 450 to 1,000 kg of marijuana and 100 to 200 kg of cocaine every month for at least five years. That is a huge operation.

Villy is a bit different. He’s more of a thug. Sure he can get on a plane with a briefcase of papers connecting the Outcasts to the East Vancouver Hells angels and the Jesters to the Whiterock Hells angels but that really doesn’t make him a businessman. He’s the sergeant at arms. Villy was accused of breaking all the windows in a guys car with a baseball bat. The victim wouldn’t testify against him so the charges were dropped.

Larry’s not as much of a businessman as Randy Jones or Bob Green but he plays his role. In fact, he’s a player. His boat was the one that said Steroids and Silicone. You can’t get any more shallow than that. Given Larry’s build one would think he likes steroids. Didn’t make him bullet proof though. Larry was shot with Jonathon Bacon in Kelowna.

That shooting pretty much confirmed our earlier suspicions about Larry being friends with Jonathon. It wasn’t just a matter of being caught together. They were racing all over Lake Okanagan in Kelowna making a big scene challenging people to fight on a house boat. Before they were shot they came out of the closet with their relationship in a very big way. They weren’t just publicizing it, they were bragging about it.

So here’s the math. If Jonathon Bacon was a drug dealer and Larry Amero is with the Whiterock Hells Angels, what was Jonathon doing with Larry? Larry does have a criminal record for drug production. Kinda makes ya wonder who was supplying the Bacon brothers. We know it wasn’t the UN.

Randy Jones being implicated in that huge cross border drug trafficking ring would pretty much set the stage for their drug operations. Tbarz was implicated as the hub of that drug trafficking ring. So what is it with the Hells Angels, strip bars and drug trafficking? They seem to go hand in hand. It makes you wonder what else they’re involved in.

We know that back in the day when the Surrey house of horrors was in full operation, all the crack houses in the area bought from the Hells angels. Support Whiterock gear was prevalent. There was a pool hall beside where Tbarz is now that they use to sell out of. Right by where Paul’s Piercings in now. What a winner that guy is. Not. It’s a lot safer to go to West Coast Piercings than Paul the Pervert. So there we have it. The Businessman, the Thug and the Player. All fulfilling their role in the huge cross border drug trafficking ring. Seize the bar. And the clubhouse. Carpe Diem.

Honourable mention goes to Little Whiterock Ryan and the Chipmunks who raps about the Hells Angels and is also connected to Weird Hal Porteous. Weird Hal was of course tied to convicted cocaine smugglers Rob Shannon and Jody York. Come to think of it, Jody's house in Langley was shot at too just like Bob Green's cousin Len Pelletier.

Jody and Rob were both doing the same pot for cocaine run on behalf of the Hells Angels. Larry Amero, and Little Ryan posed with Weird Hal in that promo picture for Revolution Martial Arts. Little Ryan was also associated with Ryan Chiappe, Kalib Starnes and Rob Velek. We know that Revolution Martial Arts was tied to the Hells Angels as well as Kevin LeClair who was a Bacon Brother associate. Imagine that.

Trevor Jones’ indictment

Turns out that the three convictions in the massive ongoing Hells Angel cross border ring are new but Trevor Jones’ indictment isn’t. He was indicted back when the first arrests were made, except no one told us. So how long before Trevor is extradited? Can he be extradited from Argentina? Is he allowed to travel when he has been indicted in the US?

The sad thing is, we know this is not the first nor the last time the Hells Angels have been charged in a huge cross border drug ring. Weird Hal Porteous’ pal Robbie Shannon was busted for running a massive cross border drug ring for the Hells Angels not long ago. Now Tbarz and the Jones brothers are implicated in another huge cross border drug ring and Trevor in indicted.

We know that tons of assets in the US were seized. I wonder if any Canadian assets will be seized like the bar since it was the hub of the operation in Canada. The arrests and convictions in these two drug rings have shown us a few things. First that it continued after it was shut down. The Hells Angels controlled all the grow ops that were producing that much pot to be transported into the States and the Hells Angels control all the crack dealers that were selling the cocaine in Canada on the street as crack. Some of it was sold as cocaine. We know Vinnie had a thing for hookers and blow.

Since they control all the grow ops and the crack dealers, all they had to do if find another mule and that they did. While the Hells angels as an organization remain unscathed and untouched by the courts. If they ran then operation as an organization, then that criminal organization should be held accountable as an organization.

It’s like when they get caught hiring a hit man to kill someone. If the Hells Angels as an organization contract a murder, then that criminal organization needs to be charged and held accountable for that murder. I’m all for the freedom of association. It’s just that the freedom of association does not include the right to belong to a criminal organization and commit crime.

Ya had to feel sorry for Rob Shannon. He was living it large for a while but is doing some serious time in a US prison now while his employers run around business as usual. Except for Larry Amero. I guess now he’s limping and laying low.

Now I kinda feel sorry for Trevor. He really doesn’t seem like that bad of a guy. He certainly isn’t the alpha dog in that business arrangement. If you look at the ori9ginal registration for the Dank Energy Drink domain name, Trevor’s’ name was used but so was Randy’s e-mail address. That means Trevor couldn’t have set up up and can’t amend it. Only Randy can amend it because his e-mail is used for authentication because that is the e-mail they have on file.

It would appear that Randy set it up and put Trevor’s name on it. Just like how after I posted how Randy used his name and the e-mail tbarz81 to register the Tbarz domain. At that time it was registered in his name not Trevor’s. After I posted that, he changed it over to his mother’s name. Did that really change ownership of the domain? It wasn’t her e-mail address on file for authentication.

Makes you wonder why he has the land title of the bar in his mothers’ name. Well, not really. He’s trying to hide his ownership so it doesn’t get seized by the police. Hiding your assets like that during a divorce is illegal. So this time instead of a brother getting screwed it’s a real brother. A biological one. With friends like that, who needs enemies.

Prostitution legalized in the Supreme Court

This is a rather strange one. I’d hardly call prostitution a charter right. If I’m not mistaken, prostitution wasn’t illegal, just public solicitation which appears to be upheld by the decision. Clearly what consenting adults do behind closed doors is their own business. The concern is the consenting adult’s part. All too often people are forced into prostitution, often underage girls and boys sadly enough. That is not legal.

Public prostitution on the street corner brings with it an array of social problems. All too often it is accompanied by drug addiction. Yet legalizing brothers is a concern when you’re talking about a crack addict chained to the bed who is paid in crack as was seen in a Montreal crack house. I have to agree that exploitation isn’t sexy.

So, if a woman is “allowed” to be a prostitute is she “allowed” to be self employed or does she have to work for the Hells Angels. Does this new order provide protection for woman who are forced to work for the Hells Angels or does it just make it even more difficult to protect those women from that kind of exploitation?

Although I totally oppose the courts over stepping their democratic boundaries, one interesting element of the decision states that prostitutes are allowed to hire body guards while exploitation by pimps is still illegal. Just how do then plan on preventing exploitation by pimps. The new order makes that almost impossible.

The interesting part is the right to hire body guards. Back in the day, before the Hells angels took over the prostitution in Vancouver, Enforcers used to protect the ladies of the evening. If a John mistreated one of the ladies, the enforcers would beat him up. When the Hells Angels took over the business, that practiced stopped and the number of sex trade workers that ended up disappearing increased exponentially.

We know that Otis Garret was convicted of hiring the murder of a mother and her twin seven year old daughters for testifying against him in a Prostitution trial. Otis was convicted of running a brothel in San Francisco for the Hells angels called the Love Nest. Since the Hells angels ran that brothel, how on earth does this new order protect women from being exploited by pimps like the Hells Angels?

We know that the court heard another US Hells angels forced a woman into prostitution. The court was told he said you work for me now. We know that after a horrific murder at the Surrey House of Horrors, the victims girlfriend was told she had to become a prostitute to repay her boyfriends debt. We all know what organized crime group supplied the Surrey House of Horrors with cocaine and profited from the atrocities that occurred therein. How does the new order prevent a crack house like the Surrey house of Horrors from returning under the guise of being a legalized brothel?

John van Dongen leaves BC Liberal caucus to join BC Conservatives

Wow. I knew they must have been a reason I liked that guy. I just wasn't comfortable with him in the Campbell's Collusion. Now he's with the BC Conservatives. There is an alternative to the Christy Crunch. The rising tide is revealed.

Van Dongen, the MLA for Abbotsford South and former solicitor general, rose in the legislature to blast the Liberal government for a lack of integrity, before announcing his defection. John Cummins, Leader of British Columbia's Conservatives, welcomed John van Dongen, MLA for Abbotsford South into the BC Conservative Party. “John van Dongen is a man of principle and integrity, and I am delighted that he has joined B.C.’s fastest-growing party," Cummins said in a news release.

Speaking of dissension within the ranks, provincial auditor-general John Doyle pointed to a lack of transparency about over $80 billion worth of B.C. government contracts in private-public-partnerships or P3s, ranging from independent power producers to construction of the new Port Mann Bridge.

Don't get me started on the Port Mann Bridge. First they were going to twin it. Made perfect sense. The current bridge is new and in great condition not like the Patella bridge which is literally falling apart. But no, Gordon Campbell wanted a King Ramses monument and decided to build one monster bridge at twice the cost. I suppose we shouldn't be surprised at the insider trading that huge over expenditure cost.

So instead of having two cost effective bridges side by side, they decided to build one monster bridge at twice the cost without any consultation with taxpayers whatsoever. Spending money to tear down a perfectly functional bridge is absurd. Now I here they are thinking of turning it into a park. They're going to turn the old bridge into a park. The insanity and fiscal irresponsibility just never ends.

Smart meter blamed for hike in bill

A home owner near the PNE saw a huge spike in his hydro bill after the Smart Meter was installed. Hydro claims it's not just Smart Meters but everyone who's experiencing a huge spike in their bills? That is supposed to make us feel better? These are gangsters committing a crime.

Just because Ontario is doing something doesn't mean we have to follow suit. They aren't happy with their Smart Meters and the TOD billing either.

Stop Smart Meters dot ca
