Drug debt interest

I have one small but significant point with regards to the Sulaiman Safi kidnapping trial. Safi is the one that shared a car lease with Hells Angel Glen Hehn. He was contracted to launder $400,000 for “them” in LA. The associate he sent it with was stopped and $264,000 was seized by the police. Mirhadi and her associate did not believe him and threatened to kill him.

Safi said he was tied to a chair with “zap straps” and talked to repeatedly by “the main guy,” who said his crew had been hired to retrieve the missing money, plus $600,000 extra. When Safi insisted he could only come up with what was lost, “the main guy” and another kidnapper he called “the scruffy guy” got more aggressive, he told Bruce.

“When he saw I wasn’t budging and that’s all I could offer, he asked the scruffy guy to go get the clippers and start clipping my fingers,” Safi said. “His tone of voice was loud, threatening.” Safi said he finally struck a deal with his kidnappers to pay them as much cash as he could gather, as well as 10 kilos of cocaine worth $350,000 wholesale.

OK so let’s do the math. Safi agrees to launder $400,000. The police intercepts and seize $264,000. Now he’s on the hook for the lost money as well as interest. A lot of it. They wanted him to pay the money that was lost as well as and additional $600,000. That is outrageous. Safi cuts a deal and agrees to pay for the money the police seized as well as an addition 10 kilos of cocaine worth $350,000.

This is an example of how the dirty rats do business. If you’re running drugs or cash and the police seize it, you’re on the hook for it plus a massive amount of interest. That is not fair. If you object they start cutting off body parts and threatening your life. Just like how the Haney Hells Angels have been accused of ripping off their own grow ops.

It makes us wonder how much Jeremy Snow “owed” when he got out of jail because he was flying a helicopter where he was set up and 170 pounds of BC Bud were seized by the police. He and Tiffany were murdered in Kelowna last month. It had been said that Jeremy owed money. To who? Tiffany was one of Matt the Rat Schrader’s top friends on Myspace. She had Norm Cocks as one of her friends just like Matt the Rat did. With friends like those, who needs enemies?

Harper Government supporting organized crime in Montreal

I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised. The Harper government has cut funding for integrated gang task forces in North Montreal. That’s the heart of Hells Angels drug trafficking. Let’s pause and recap. Stephen Harper campaigned on a tough on crime platform. After he got his coveted majority government, he immediately cut funding for the RCMP and the Gang Task force. At the same time he increased funding for RCMP commercials to promote the brand.

He cut funding for prisons and clogged up the courts with nonviolent crime which prevented us from dealing with all the violent crime. He appointed the president of the conservative party who used to be a lawyer that represented the Hells Angels to the bench in Quebec. What does he have against Quebec anyways? I can’t speak French very well either. That doesn’t mean he has to be a hater.

Let’s not forget the criminals in his inner circle like the fraud master and dirty old man Bruce Carson himself. The one who Harper personally saw into his inner circle despite his criminal record for fraud. Or how Raymond Sturgeon lobbied for CFN Consultants on behalf of Lockheed Martin’s dirty deal on that fleet of insider trading jets that cost way more than the Boeing ones.

Or his cover up of Lyin Brian Mulroney’s Airbus scandal that covered up Mulroney’s perjury regarding his secret relationship with Karlheinz Schreiber that resulted in Kickback Mountain. You know the one that Mulroney sued for slander after committing perjury where he defrauded taxpayers out of a $2.1 million settlement.

Or how Maxime Bernier’s girlfriend said Maxine told her “the war in Afghanistan has nothing to do with building democracy in that country but has to do with the global control of the opium trade. It’s a drug war.”... "the War In Afghanistan was about the control of the global opium trade, not democracy". Not surprising how the production of opium has spiked in Afghanistan after the invasion.

This latest Harper task is no different than Rich Coleman and the Campbell Governments disbanding the RCMP's Integrated Illegal Gaming Enforcement Team in 2009 after it gave a number of warnings about the presence of organized crime laundering money at casinos in the Province. That was another clear example of political corruption. What Harper is doing now is no different. Preston Manning should be ashamed of himself for supporting such a corrupt deviation of the Reform Principles. Harper is way worse than PT ever was. Here’s to the return of JT. The restorer of the right as in justice and doing what’s right.

The Price is Right in Kelowna

Well the Price is Right road show came to Kelowna on March 5th 2013. Guess who showed up for try outs? Recognize the guy with the goofy frow? That’s Blaze aka Donnie McWhirter from the IS. Joey Verma’s pal. He’s the one who plead guilty to assaulting his ex. Idiot. Wait a minute. Those shirts are referring to Bob Barker. He's retired. Drew Carey has been the host since 2007.

Candlelight Vigil in Mission

Hundreds gathered in Mission last night to remember Rachel Pernosky, the 18-year-old mother found murdered this week. Rachel was last seen early Saturday morning at her Mission home. Her purse and cell phone were later found inside. A neighbor said she saw her just after midnight with a man outside her home. “She just looked like she was hanging out with a friend.” Rachel’s body was found Tuesday evening down a steep embankment in Chilliwack. Tragically she left behind a one year old son. This is what I mean about murder. Stealing a child's mother is horrible.

Surrey swarming victim speaks out

The Vancouver Sun released a video of Annie Hurwich, who was 16 years old when she was beaten and robbed by a swarm of girls she met online who told her they were going to a party. Annie is speaking out about it because some of her attackers are still online harassing her.

A screen clip from the video is very disturbing. One girl going by Jamie Dunne on facebook told the others her favorite memory was seeing Annie run as fast as she can with blood pouring down her face. At first glance the girl who said it looked pretty. Yet that kind of insecurity reveals an ugliness that goes right to the bone. This is the gang mentality. Insecure bullies preying on others.

Notoriously wacked - Update

Let’s get one thing straight: the Bacon brothers are not notorious. They are not respected in Surrey. They are despised here. They’re just a couple of suburban princesses empowered by Larry Amero’s Big Red Lie. In Surrey everyone rather cheer on a clown like Khun Khun than support the three little piggies. Well two now if you don’t count their irresponsible parents. Jonathon and Jarred were preps and Jamie was just plain awkward. That's why they moved to Abbotsford.

Recently there was a book published about the “Notorious” Bacon Brothers. The media first started using the term notorious yet glorifying these idiots is in no one’s best interest. There used to be a famous rapper who was shot dead who was referred to as the Notorious B.I.G. or Biggie. Using that same term on a couple of worthless pieces of pig sh*t from Abbotsford is a joke.

The book does point out one thing. These idiots aren’t from the hood. They are suburban princesses empowered by Larry Amero’s Surrey Girls. Yet with all these murder trials coming to head, before we start cheering anyone on, it’s important to pause and reflect on the obvious. There is nothing admirable about murder. A group of grown men beating a father to death with baseball bats and hammers is disturbing. Just like the Michael Levy swarming.

Ambushing someone and shooting an unarmed target is anything but noble. Even Vito Rizzuto went to jail for hiding in a closet with a few other gunmen and ambushing a former fellow capo in New York. It’s hard to see anything cool about that. Hiding in a closet with a gun.

The whole concept of joining the ranks of murders is so Clifford Olsen. It’s like that song by Rihanna where she says she doesn’t want to be a murderer. Nor do I. We can talk all hard core but really, that is not something I personally want to be. Obsessing over all these murders without realizing that isn’t healthy. We start to lose touch with reality and humanity. We start thinking that swarming and sodomizing someone is cool when it is very far from it.

In the movie Green Hornet Cameron Diaz was the brains of the operation. She told the dynamic duo what to watch out for. She said the crime boss would invite them to a secret meeting to try and kill them just like John Gotti did to Mangela. Well isn’t that special. It’s all about betrayal driven by selfishness and greed. Buyer Beware. That is Notoriously Wacked.

~~

Update: Turns out the author of this new book on the Bacon Brothers is a very credible journalist and accomplished author from Ontario. My concern is glamorizing the pork sausage which is the last thing anyone needs. Eileen Mohan expressed her concerns about glorifying those deviants for killing her innocent son and I agree.

I’m not saying don’t read the book. I’m just saying read it with a grain of salt knowing how hated those suburban princesses are locally. In contrast I would highly recommend another book by the same author called: Fallen Angel: The Unlikely Rise of Walter Stadnick and the Canadian Hells Angels. Walter Stadnick was Mom the armed rapist Boucher’s pal. Walter was 5’ 4” tall.

Prince George Sexual Assault Trial

With regards to the brutal sexual assault in Prince George it appears the two adults charged in that horrific offense, Hayden Alwood and Mercedes Jewett, made their first appearance on March 6 2013. They are scheduled to make an appearance on April 3rd 2013 to consult council. However, they are scheduled on March 28 2013 for a Judicial Interim Release.

BTW if this case has nothing to do with drugs, why is Mercedes posing in a PG crack house?

How does Glen Jame Louis supplement his income? Does he rap for the IS?

Surely Glen isn't collecting money from young kids who haven't paid their rap concert tickets. Glen raps with the co accused. Why did he write a song about freeing his "family?" I.E. Hayden, Mercedes and his rap partner. Of course he says f the police. Pretty pathetic when he supports deranged thugs who sodomized his own uncle. This guy needs some professional help. Glen and his partner have another song that says f school I wanna be a drug dealer. Imagine that. They even say don’t pay up and you’re better off dead. He claims he sells cocaine in the song.

They're all tied to the Predator Kitt Alwood and her new label the Urban Underground.

Why is one of the accused who wrote a song claiming he wants to be a drug dealer and sells cocaine partying with a T-shirt on that says Free Emcee Dusty? That's Boo's brother. He was involved with Scott Payne who cut off a guy's fingers for a $170.00 drug debts owed to the Crew.

Why was one of the accused who was released joking about sodomizing a cat on Facebook? In the Free Hayden and Mercedes song, Glen Louis claims one plead guilty so the others three should go free. He's coaching them through his music. He's telling them how to plead. He's trying to bully one of the younger ones they used to take the fall for him and the others. When is he going to start taking responsibility for his own life and stop bullying younger kids to commit his deranged acts for him? Glen's facebook says he works at the Urban Underground.

Group Homes

What this case does do is shed light on the complete failure of social services. Most of these kids involved in this horrific offense were in the care of or just graduated from the care of social services. They were raised in group homes without consequences. They can’t even force the kids to go to school. Glen is just “graduating” from the program because he has turned 18. He leaves the program with a grade 8 education. How has that prepared him for the real world? What did he do for all those years when everyone else was going to school? Pick up a trade? Nope. He was taught to become a bully and a predator because he is bigger and fatter that other kids his age.

Mercedes was raised in group homes run by the Ministry. After she turned 18 they set her up in her own apartment where this offense is alleged to have been committed. She had a baby. The Ministry took that baby away because they felt she was an unfit mother. Whose fault is that? The ministry raised her. Hayden was raised in group homes run by the Ministry. Social Services must have thought there was some concern about his mother who is now a child predator indoctrinating kids into the gang banger lifestyle.

Life is all about consequences. We make choices and good or bad we live with the consequences of those choices. Raising kids without consequences is child abuse. It leaves them totally unprepared for the real world. All we are doing is raising a bunch of spoilt brats. Even worse, we are paying to make them vulnerable to the gangs and become criminals and predators.

You don’t even have to be from a bad home to end up in a group home. Years ago I had a friend who got in a fight with her daughter because she came home late from a party. The kid ran off to social services to save her. While in the care of the ministry, the kid attended a house wrecking party that was in the paper. I gave that information to my friend’s lawyer when the mother was fighting to get her daughter back. The judge said the lawyer presented a very compelling case. No doubt. If kids don’t want to live with rules they can run off to Social Services who then enables them to go to parties and take drugs.

Ministry criminally liable in Prince George rape.

K-9 in court

Jonny Croitoru, also known as K-9 from the UN was in Vancouver court this morning to fix a date along with his co accused for the murder of Jonathan Barber who was driving Jamie Bacon’s car. The hit was on JB but Barber was fixing Jamie's car stereo. Tragic really. In more ways than one.

Jonathon Bacon murder suspects in court

CHBC is confirming that two of the three suspects charged in the Larry Amero Jonathon Bacon shooting were in court today: Jason Thomas McBride and Michael Jones. A blog reader sent in a copy of the court list with Khun Khun on it. He’s still in the hospital. I was actually in the Kelowna courthouse today and had a peek at the court list to see if there was anyone I recognized. I was looking for Blaze and the Rat. I totally missed the other names on the list. It looks like it was just an appearance to fix a date.

Apparently a Publication Ban under section 517 (1) of the Criminal code is an interim ban until the accused is discharged after the preliminary hearing, or if the accused is committed to stand trial until the end of the trail. They are NOT eternal publication bans. That would be a violation of the Freedom of Press.

As it stands that section of the criminal code is a violation of the Charter. It’s only supposed to cover evidence submitted to court when the jury was not present. Any evidence submitted to the court when the jury is present is fair game. That section of the criminal code is in violation of the Charter of Rights. Publishing evidence submitted when the jury was present doesn’t affect the accused’s right to a fair trial because the jury already heard it.

Kelowna Big White

Big White is awesome. I was snowshoeing on Big White today. There is so much happening there. Skiing and snowboarding, of course. Yet there are sleigh rides. dog sleds and best of all ice climbing. The layout is similar to Whistler with lots of shops, resturants hotels and condos. You park at the bottom of the village and take a free gondola up to the hub of the activity.

We went snowshoeing of course. The fresh power was awesome.

This ice climbing tower they have is awesome. For 20 bucks you gear up and get hooked into harnesses and ropes just like at an indoor rock climbing facility. Ice is very different to climb. It's a great opportunity to practice. It's the only one in North America. I can't believe I've never been to Big White before. There is so much you can't find in a crack pipe or a sleazy night club. I'm glad I went today and will definitely return.

Surrey's 11th murder in 11 weeks

Jackie Olson was found dead in her Whalley home yesterday from what appears to be domestic violence. A relative has been arrested and is in custody. That makes 11 murders in 11 weeks. Not a good start to the year.

Gang related kidnappings in court

The gang related kidnapping from October 2011 involving seven accused including Thomas Crawford, David Tarrant and Veronica Moncur all from Kamloops has come to trial. At the time police reported that "The kidnapping was financially motivated," and that "Some of the individuals we arrested have documented links to the Red Scorpions and Independent Soldiers."

We know Thomas Crawford was connected to the Independent Soldiers which as we know work for the Hells Angels. Once again this shows the Red Scorpions and the IS working together on behalf of the Hells Angles.

Kim Bolan is reporting that “A Vancouver man now in jail in California was kidnapped and threatened with torture and death in October 2011 over missing money he had promised to send to the U.S. Dworkin said that on Oct. 20, 2011, victim Sulaiman Safi was ‘was kidnapped from the Denman Tap House restaurant in Vancouver and taken to Richmond where he was held overnight.’

‘He was tied up and threatened with bodily harm and death. A gun was put to his head and he was threatened that his fingers would be cut off if he did not pay them money,’ Dworkin told Justice Catherine Bruce. Mirhadi’s brother Mohammed was shot to death in North Vancouver in 1997 while he watched Donnie Brasco at a local theatre.”

The case involved $400,000 he agreed to ship to the US for the accused which didn’t arrive at it’s destination. More drug related violence tied to debts owed to the Hells Angels.

Another case of a gang related kidnapping shortly after that one was also tied to the Independent Soldiers. Jesse Margison and Troy McKinnon were accused of kidnapping and torturing a former associate named Robert McMillan. They beat his knees with hammers and cut off his ear and finger storing them in an ice cream carton. The victim refused to testify in that case and the accused walked. His brother Jonathon McMillan was shot to death in December 2007.

In February 2009, Jesse Margison’s girlfriend Brianna Kinnear, 22, was gunned down in a targeted hit in Coquitlam. A few days later, Margison associate Nick Smith was shot to death in a Vancouver basement suite.

Jesse Margison and Troy McKinnon were arrested February 2012 for another kidnapping and assault that occurred on Nov. 23, 2011 in Vancouver. Sam Vu was convicted of kidnapping a UBC student back in April 2006. I’m not sure what the motive was in that kidnapping. Vu’s younger brother Van, who was acquitted in the McMynn kidnapping, was charged with Jesse Margison and Troy McKinnon in the November 2011 kidnapping.

In that case they were charged with kidnapping for an organized crime group, assault with a weapon and assault causing bodily harm. Also charged were Troy Dax McKinnon, Derek James Stephens, John Ross Powers and Cody Alexander Sleigh. Kim Bolan reported on Feb 2012 that Tom McCluskie stated that kidnapping group was connected to the Independent Soldiers.

Jesse Margison was seriously injured in an assault at North Fraser Pre-trial jail on Aug. 12 in which another inmate is alleged to have jumped on his head. He was deemed unfit to stand trial December 2012.

In the Thomas Crawford case involving real estate agent Nazfar Mirhadi, Sulaiman Safi was kidnapped because the $400,000 he agreed to take to the US for the accused didn’t arrive at it’s destination. Kim Bolan previously reported that in 2010 the Royal Bank of Canada and Coast Capital Savings won default judgments against Safi totaling more than $62,000 for unpaid debts.

Coast Capital also named Heat Clothing as a defendant, saying Safi “is employed by or operates” the Surrey-based company. The personal property registry indicates Safi and Heat Clothing are co-holders of a lease for a 2007 Cadillac Escalade. The other debtor on the lease is a company called Kam Transport, whose sole director is full-patch Hells Angel Glen Hehn.

Police seizing cell phones

Don Pitcairn wrote an interesting article in the Naked Truth about the proposal to let RCMP confiscate cell phones from drivers. I have to agree that’s going a bit too far. Don’t tell me it’s Bill Fordy’s idea. Don mentioned that the police computers are also very distracting for drivers. He made reference to the Ashley Guiboche coroner's inquest who was killed by an RCMP cruiser.

A blog reader recently wrote in expressing the same concern when Guelph Police Const. Jennifer Kovach, 26,was killed when she apparently lost control of her cruiser and crashed into a bus. They also cited a case last month where a Vernon officer heading northbound on Hwy 97A came into the right hand curve approximately a 1/2 km north of Pleasant Valley Road. He left the road on the right hand side and rolled the vehicle, coming to a rest on the passenger side.

Clearly those police computers can be just as much of a distraction as a cell phone. Texting while driving should result in a ticket but they should not confiscate the cell phone. Seizing your car after two drinks isn’t right either.

Quebec helicopter jail break tied to the Hells Angels

Quebec provincial police confirm they’ve arrested Benjamin Hudon-Barbeau - one of the two men who escaped from a jail by helicopter earlier on Sunday - along with two other suspects. Hudon-Barbeau is alleged to have ties to the Hells Angels. The other suspect was found an hour later.

Saint Patrick’s Day 2013

This Saint Patrick’s Day I was going to write a post about the Irish Proclamation. Then I thought St. Paddy’s Day is more of a fun celebration and that was more a political remembrance saved for Easter. Then Freddy goes and posts a link to that disgusting piece of British slander that contained likely the most offensive statement in recorded history that makes me want to throw up.

Foreign occupation is not noble. It’s known as tyranny. William Wallace fought the British occupation in the movie Braveheart. He was not a murderous terrorist. He was a patriot who supported a free republic. Historically, England resisted Rome’s attempt to invade and occupy their land. I remember reading in the History of the Kings of Britain how the British sharpened logs to a point and submerged them in the river Thames to puncture the hulls of the invading Roman ships. That resistance was good.

Slandering the Irish is something I just don’t have the time of day for. After England was invaded by Rome they became educated in many things including warfare. England wasn’t the only country that participated in Imperialism. France, Spain and Portugal did as well. Foreign occupation is not a good thing. It wasn’t good when Hitler did it. It's not good good when anyone else does it.

I am told that there has been considerable progress in the peace process in Northern Ireland. Ian Paisley, the devil himself, finally agreed to Stormount and a local parliament. Yet once again a minority continue to want violence and say that is not enough. Michael Collins déjà vu.

They called Michael Collins a traitor because he brought back a deal that saw Southern Ireland become a free state which then became a free republic. Collins said that was the best we were going to get. Some said it was not enough and they started killing their own brothers as a result.

Today we see troubles return. Some are protesting and some of those protests are being shut down. We remember Bloody Sunday. Both of them. Those were not noble soldiers that fired on unarmed civilians. They were murderers who killed innocent civilians.

Northern Ireland is problematic just like Quebec. 49% of the people want to be free and independent from England and 51% of the people want to be part of England. A democracy or a free republic does not say 51% of the people have to leave. The O’Neils are crazy. I don’t know how much truth there is to that Red Hand of Ulster legend but if they want the land that much then in all fairness the others must share it with them.

The Easter rising chose the Easter lily as a symbol for two reasons. The Easter lily blooms in Easter symbolic of the resurrection of Christ. Similar to how the Provisional IRA chose the symbol of the Phoenix rising from the ashes. The other reason the Easter lily was chosen to represent the Easter rising is because it is orange, white and green just like the tricolor. Orange represents the Irish Protestants, green represents the Irish Catholics and white represents peace between the two. This is what the signers of the Irish Proclamation died for. This is what Marian Price should have gone to jail for.

Many of the protestant paramilitaries are just as extreme. “Derry West Bank Loyalists still under siege, No Surrender.” Let it go man. That was a very long time ago. The majority of the people want peace. There is no place in Ireland for hate and intolerance any more. It’s just like that song the Town I loved so well.

This year I don’t feel very Irish. I don’t feel very British either. I feel pretty Paul Gross in the TV series Due South. I’ve never been a police officer but I support law and order and I love the outdoors. I feel at peace snowshoeing in the mountains or paddling in the rivers and ocean. Eastern Canada has a lot of history and culture. We don’t have that on the west coast.

On the west coast the history and culture we have is what people who come here bring with them. In the Vancouver mountains you’ll find people from all over the world. Speaking Russian, German, Iranian, or any of the Asian languages. All of these people share a love for the outdoors that I can relate to. I’m just a driver on a western highway.

Although 51% of the people in Northern Ireland want to remain tied to England, 49% do not. That 49% have a right to record their dissent. Tragically Marian Price’s sister Dolours Price was found dead in her home after claiming Gerry Adams was involved in the IRA back in the day. Like that comes as any big surprise. A salute to Dolours Price and the town I loved so well.

Hells Angel charged with B&E and for failing to register as a sex offender

Eric Franco, 38, was the sergeant-at-arms for the Hells Angels chapter in Lynn, Massachusetts ten miles north of Boston. He just receives a 21 years sentence for possession of a firearm and ammunition after committing a felony. Police arrested Franco after finding the gun and ammunition in his apartment while investigating a report that Franco was assaulting his girlfriend.

Franco’s criminal record already included three convictions for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and convictions for indecent assault and battery, failure to register as a sex offender, breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony, and conspiracy to violate the controlled substances act.

B&E and failing to register as a sex offender. What a great club of motorcycle enthusiasts. Evidently you don’t have to be a drug dealer to join the club. You can be a thief and sex offender.

State Police announced that they had arrested four suspects and executed multiple search warrants on the North Shore as part of a probe into criminal activities of the Hells Angel and Red Devils motorcycle clubs.

Two of the four suspects arrested were Hells Angels; two others were Red Devils. Two other suspects are still being sought. All six face charges of kidnapping, mayhem, and extortion, State Police said. Kidnapping, mayhem, and extortion. The Red Devils is the Hells Angels puppet club charged with helping the Hells Angels traffic crystal meth in South Carolina. Greg Donley was the Salem, Massachusetts president who was also convicted of trafficking crystal meth for the Hells Angels.

GSP takes Diaz in unanimous decision

Hats off to GSP for winning a unanimous decision against Nick Diaz. We’re still looking to the Anderson Silva fight. GSP last fight was Carlos Condit who had beat Nick Diaz but it was good to give the mouthy bitch a chance. Now he has nothing more to complain about.

Police Brutality protest in Montreal declared illegal

Well this is tragic. We know the student protest got out of hand with rock throwing and looting. Then they went for the protest in your underwear which wasn’t as violent. Yet declaring this annual police brutality protest illegal is once again a violation of the charter of rights. Especial this year with the release of the Rodney King like video of an arrest in Trois-Rivieres where the police gave the guy the boots. Citizens have every right to march and express their concern over that.

More than 250 people were arrested at the protest. According to Montreal police, the majority of people were arrested under municipal bylaw P-6, which makes it illegal to cover one's face while taking part in a protest and for failing to provide authorities with an itinerary.

OK covering your face during a protest is a concern. Especially with all the history of rioting in Vancouver as well as Montreal. Covering your face and looting is not a charter right. Organizing a mass protest in the middle of the night is a valid concern. Not supplying an itinerary isn’t.

Two things we need to examine, well in all fairness three. First we need to examine the sacred charter right to freedom of assembly and the right to publicly protest to petition the government for a redress of grievance. Making that illegal is illegal. It is a violation of the charter of rights which is the highest law. So if people were arrested who were not wearing a mask or causing problems then they need to sue the police for unlawful arrest along with the Civil Liberties Association and sue for damages. That’s the only way it’ll stop. Violence is not the answer.

The next thing we need to examine is the recent video of police brutality in Trois-Rivieres that people are rightfully concerned about. The suspect had surrendered to police and was lying face down on the ground with his arms outstretched. All the officers run in and give him the boots. What the officers did is wrong. Failing to admit that and arresting people for expressing their concerns isn't right.

In all fairness we also need to look at how rioting and looting is not a charter right. It outrages the public and destroys the cause. People are suspicious of provocateurs who are paid to cause problems to give the police a reason to crack down on them. Yet there are many who just like violence. If you are in a protest, you need to denounce and separate yourself from the violence. If you’re still arrested you need to sue for unlawful arrest. Last year this same protest was totally inappropriate.

There nothing worse that a lunatic protester screaming f the police and challenges them to a fight before claiming police brutality. Idiot. This video however is not of that. It’s just like the Kelowna video where then police officer kicked a compliant suspect in the face when he was on his knees. It destroys public confidence. Yet no one likes lawlessness. That destroys public safety.

BC Liberal ethnic memo scandal

I don’t understand what all the hullabaloo is over this multicultural “scandal “ with the BC Liberals. God knows the BC Liberals do have a mountain of legitimate scandals. I just don’t see this as one of them. They got caught trying to reach out to ethnic minorities. And… What else? What’s the scandal?

They tried to reach out to ethnic minorities and a MLA who is a visible minority takes the fall and resigns. I just don’t get it. BC Rail – that’s a scandal. Campbell Heights Industrial Park – that’s a scandal. Reaching out to minorities isn’t. It’s almost like Godzilla’s spin doctor is working the other side to promote the Surrey high jacking of the party.

The latest news is that they did it on the tax payer’s dime which certainly isn’t surprising. How about all those stupid freaking partisan adds on TV and even the super bowl on the tax payers dime? That’s a bigger scandal and no one seems to care about that. Except the taxpayers foundation of course. Are they going to pay that money back?

Swiss Tourist gang raped in India

This is another example of the polarization of good and evil. Not long ago there was a huge public outcry in India when a woman was gang raped and brutally murdered. The public outcry was good and the deranged brutal gang rape was evil. We’re told that one of the suspects has died in prison. Apparently by suicide.

Not long after, despite the public outrage, there was another brutal gang rape involving once again another bus driver. The driver drove past the woman’s stop and took her to a place where he met up with some other men and gang raped her. Astonishing given the public outcry of the previous incident.

Now the breaking news is yet another gang rape in India, this time of a Swiss tourist. Obviously a lot of people are rightfully outraged by this kind of conduct yet it continues. Thus we see a small percentage of the population who revel in deranged acts. Dare I say 1% of the population. As I’ve previously mentioned, back in the day the term 1% meant cream of the crop, not bottom on the barrel. Now the term has clearly changed it’s meaning.

Rape is a horrendous crime. Gang rape is simply deranged. I’ve made references to needing some time with Doctor Phil. When I say that I’m being sarcastic because I can’t stand that show. All the drama and touchy feely talk is beyond me. Yet when we see this plague of parasites who revel in gang rape it is clear a mental problem exists that needs to be addressed.

This brings us to Prince George and the Devil’s Butler. In Prince George there were two cases where members of the GTS were charged with gang rape in the Renegades clubhouse. Both cases the accused got off. In one case the judge said because the victim went to the clubhouse and accepted cocaine from them, she was not a credible witness. Another example how a corrupt judge can pervert the law. No means no. If the victim was a willing participant in a sexual act with one person, and several others join in against her will, then that is still gang rape. Taking drugs does not forfeit your right to say no and mean that it’s legal to gang rape the person after wards. That judgment is a stain on all of us.

Then we have that other case in Prince George where a young woman and several young men beat and sodomized a young teenager almost to death and left him for dead in a snow bank. This is the epitome of mental illness. Calling anyone who reports that crime or testifies in that case a rat on in their case a squid is deranged. It is a sign of a mental illness. It is abnormal behavior.

I always tell young kids to experience travel. Get out of the fish bowl and see that life in the real world isn’t the same as the bizarre ideals held by a few peers in a small town or a small borrow of a big city. Joking about sodomizing anyone with an iron rod or a broom stick is really messed up.

Realizing there is likely a publication ban on that trial and that I have no idea what has been said in court, I did notice lately, one of the accused had a picture on facebook of them with a cat. One of the commenters joked and said be careful or the car gets the broomstick and everyone else was laughing. These are sick kids and I don’t mean sic yo I mean they are really messed up.

One blog reader wrote in suggesting that those who participated in the gang rape in India with an iron bar should be gang raped in public with an iron bar. I certainly don’t sustain that but I can certainly understand their outrage which is normal and healthy. Joking about it is not. Personally I think a firing squad would be more humane and appropriate.

I think Utah is the only state that still has the death penalty by way of firing squad. I realize Amnesty International does a lot of really good work raising public awareness about political prisoners. I’m not sure if I would support that same zeal in the removal of the death penalty in all cases. Cases of serial killers or gang rape makes me wonder if sometimes the death penalty might be appropriate. Clearly these young kids in Prince George who are joking about sodomizing a cat with a broom stick after they sodomized a teenage boy with a broom stick need a reality check.

As I’ve mentioned, that book about The Devil’s Butler referring to someone the Vancouver Satan’s Angels kidnapped and sodomized with a broom stick is a historic example of a deranged behavior that has continued. The Vancouver Hells Angels were caught trafficking cocaine through puppet clubs in Prince George many years ago. Ricky Ciarniello's involvement with David Black and the Devil’s Butler is very disturbing.

Update on the Surrey Six trial

The Vancouver Sun, the Vancouver Province and the Surrey Leader are reporting that there has been a delay in the Surrey Six trial. Pretrial is still going on and because it is taking so long the actual trial won’t start until September. It was originally scheduled for May 6. So here’s the deal. I know we’ve talked a lot about the Surrey Six as that event created a public outrage that continues to this day and was what got me started on my website and blog. Nevertheless, I’m not going to be covering the trial so Wake me up when September ends.

I know everyone wants to know what’s going on with that case and I know I have rightfully expressed many concerns about over reaching publication bans. I don’t want to do anything that will in any way have an adverse effect on that trial. Publication bans are painful but since this trial has been split into three, four if you count the RCMP misconduct, then anything said in court at this trial could bias one of the other trials. For that reason I don’t see the publication ban being lifted until all of those trials run their full course. That doesn’t mean people can’t go and attend the trial or pretrial for themselves. We just can’t publish any evidence that might affect any of those other trials or taint a potential jury pool.

I will still be blogging about the Hells Angels violent control of the drug trade in Canada, as that is a huge concern. I firmly believe in protecting the identity of witnesses. Anyone who testifies in that trial is a hero. The rats are the ones who profited from that murder.

Catching up

Once again there are several stories to catch up on. The police have released the id of the latest victims found dead on Colebrook road early Wednesday morning and are reporting that they were both likely shot in the location they were found at. I’ll post updates on that thread.

Lots of gang trials coming up. I want to read up on this gang related kidnapping trial where the witness is refusing to testify out of fear of reprisal. It’s hard to keep track of all the gang related kidnappings but I think it’s important to mention it. More news of Hells Angels being charged with drug related violence in the States as well.

Most importantly is the front page of today’s Surrey Leader. They highlight Janice Shore and Bryan Bylo as two people with mental illness that the system failed. It’s an interesting comparison since one was a victim of crime and the other was involved with crime yet I think it’s worth looking at. My follow up is going to be on the predatory nature of the heartless drug dealers that exploit people with mental illness by giving them free drugs then beating the life out of them for payment.

We hear the word rat used a lot in the criminal world when referring to someone who reports a criminal to the police. Yet there is nothing more low life than a drug dealer who preys on the mentally ill. The system has failed these victims because they stand by and let the drug dealers sell hard drugs to them in public. They even encourage it with their insanely twisted definition of Harm Reduction. We need to spotlight the predatory nature of these drug dealers that exploit the mentally ill as well as the local drug lords driving around in their SUV’s paid for with blood money and the corrupt politicians that accept campaign contributions from the businesses that launder drug money. That is something we need to examine.

Pope Francis from Argentina is the new Pope

CBC is reporting that Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio of Argentina, who will be known as Pope Francis, has been selected as the new Pope. He is the first Pope from the Americas and the first from outside Europe in more than a millennium.

That’s nice. Everyone is stunned because everyone was speculating as to who was the most likely to be chosen. I guess that’s why people shouldn’t assume who’s next in line. On a lighter note, there was a late night comedian on television a week ago that sent a reporter out into the public to ask them what they thought of the new Pope. This was long before one was selected. They all started making stuff up and saying oh, he’s great.

Then the reporter asked one guy if he had seen the Pope’s ex wife’s interview on television and the guy said, oh yeah, she was very funny. Then she asked him how he felt about him being Jewish and he said he felt that was a good thing. It was rather amusing to see how people can be so out of touch with reality. I know we’re all busy but come on... Is the Pope Catholic?

Two more bodies dumped on Colebrook Road

Freddy was right. Kim Bolan, the Vancouver Province, CTV and CBC are reporting that two more bodies were found on Colebrook Road in Surrey this morning. One blog reader wrote in and recounted how the two suspects that assaulted that Surrey sex trade worker did so on Colebrook road. That is messed up.

The Vancouver Province is reporting that “Sgt. Jennifer Pound said the first body - an unresponsive male at the side of the road near 125A Street - was spotted by a uniformed officer on "proactive" patrol around 2 a.m. Wednesday. When additional officers were called to the scene, a police dog team found a woman's body a short distance away.”

Kim Bolan is reporting that “The man’s body was found in the exact spot where 29-year-old Delta resident Amritpal (Paul) Saran was found burned and dumped on Feb. 24.” If I’m counting right that makes ten homicides this year so far in Surrey alone. That’s including Janice Shore who was brutally assaulted in Whalley December of last year but died of her injuries this year.

~~

Update: Police have identified the two dead bodies found on Colebrook road early Wednesday moring. One is 54-year-old Brett Sheldon Lietz. And the other is 40-year-old Nicole Madelynn Brochu. Brochu had a criminal record between 1989 and 2003, while Lietz had no record at all. The two victims were known to each other as they were living together as roommates. Police also state it is likely they were both shot at the location they were found in.

Surrey Shirts banned from Surrey Place Mall

Here we go again. The City of Surrey threatened to sue the owner of the Surrey Shirts web site for his satire shirts about Surrey over copyright violation. Then the lawyer for Surrey First said they were not taking him to court they just sent him a letter objecting to his shirts. Now all of a sudden they’ve been banned from Surrey Place Mall.

After getting all the media exposure they started selling the shirts at a kiosk in the Mall. Now they’ve been banned and are no longer for sale there. “It’s not a ban,” Laura Ballance, a spokeswoman for the mall, said. “They talked to the retailer and they agreed to remove the merchandise." Oh really. Who is they?

Pitcairn was also denied a table by the Cloverdale Sunday market “We’re concerned that Surrey Shirts has been blacklisted from public events and effectively banned from the city of Surrey,” Pitcairn said. But a City of Surrey spokeswoman said that’s not true. “No city staff member has had any contact with any retailer, mall or market regarding his clothing,” Tara Foslien said.

Stop lying! None of us are that stupid. Laura Ballance represents Dianne Watts. She is Godzilla’s media spin doctor. Another wannabe Matt Wilcox. Laura Ballance also represents the self indulgent Mayors council as well as the City of Surrey. It is clear that the city of Surrey bullied the Mall and are now lying about doing so. Again.

It’s fine to say Surrey had a bad reputation but we are tying to change that but denying free speech and suppressing crime statistics is wrong. Especially when you have this ridiculous political agenda. We have already seen the results of Marvin Hunt and the former Mayor of Langley high jacking the BC Liberal candidacy for MLA’s in Surrey. They skipped the nomination and election procedure, then demanded Christy Clark resign. Clearly the City of Surrey’s bullying has extended into Provincial politics. “We’ll bully Surrey First, then the entire Province.”

Corporations can threaten to withdraw media advertizing dollars but consumers can withdraw their business. That is supply and demand in a Free Market. It’s time we boycott Surrey Place Mall and the Cloverdale Sunday market until they rescind their decision to heed Godzilla’s bullying. You can still buy your Surrey Shirts online. It is lawful to wear them.

The rise and fall of Preston Manning

It was nice to see Preston Manning interviewed on television recently. He was the Dalai Lama of the conservative movement in Canada. Before everything went wrong that is. It was nice to see him photographed with the one and only Ron Paul. Preston Manning used to be like Ron Paul, until he dropped the ball.

I saw a short clip of one of his interviews where he said two profound things. Reflecting upon the /90’s when the Reform party swept the west he was asked if things have changed since then. Manning’s first observation was that they took a firm stand on balancing the budget and reducing the debt back then and were considered quite radical for doing so at the time. Now he observes that every party talks about balancing the budget and reducing the debt so that is progress. Yet talking the talk and walking the walk are two very different things.

Manning also made a profound statement. He spoke in favor of the environment and said being fiscally responsible is being environmentally responsible. The idea behind balancing the budget is to save something for the next generation. Here Preston Manning is applying that same principle to protecting the environment.

He admits it’s a tough sell within the current party and many defensively raise their hands at the thought suggesting there is still some work to be done to convince the new party that protecting the environment is being fiscally responsible. In fact, Stephen Harper has done the exact opposite.

As we remember, the Reform Party completely swept the West coast and won almost every seat. The movement stopped dead in Ontario where many saw it as a separatist party which was not true. Reform’s position was if Quebec wants to separate, let them. The sky will not fall. Ontario couldn’t grasp the idea and stood apart. That’s when Reform saw they had gone as far as they could go and needed to make some new alliances if they were to take Ottawa. Or restore some burned bridges.

This famous quote from the past is the ultimate historic deception from Brutus himself: As party members gathered in Saskatoon, policy director Stephen Harper told the assembly they must set aside their fringe status and take the fight to Parliament Hill. "We are not here to fight Preston Manning," Harper told the party's grassroots. "We are here to help Preston Manning. We are here to fight Brian Mulroney and Jean Chrétien and Audrey McLaughlin."

How on earth could Stephen Harper make that statement with a straight face? Clearly his masterful deception meant he was going places. Remember Harry Potter? Remember Tom Riddle? Rearrange the letters in Tom Riddle’s name and you get Lord Voldemort. Well, Stephen Harper is Brian Mulroney. Suggesting at one time he was mandated to fight him when he has done everything in his power to mimic and embrace him reveals the neo con implant.

It really comes as no surprise. Preston Manning’s original quest was to balance the budget to save social programs not destroy them. Preston Manning challenged us to look beyond the left and right and see issues not stereotypes. The slogan was unite the bright. Only the staff made a typo and printed unite the right so they decided to run with it. They merged with the very Mulroney neo con they originally set out to oppose and under Stephen Harper’s leadership became just like him.

We saw Preston Manning rise. He fell when he embraced Stephen Harper’s con. He fell when he continues to embrace that deception in an attempt to unite the right knowing full well that right is no longer right. Preston Manning fell when he embraced Harper and Christy Clark’s pee wee Herman advisor that is obsessed with spending tax dollars on advertizing to convince voters how to think when Reform promised to poll voters to create policies not brainwash them like big brother. Indeed great has been the fall there of. Stephen Harper is no Ron Paul. He is the exact opposite. Corporate communism has been revealed and we are now funding China’s military expansion.

JJ Truscott is out of his mind

Justice John Truscott has lost his marbles. Perhaps we should put an add in the paper for him. This case is yet another example of what a joke the injustice system in BC has become. Only it’s not funny. John Truscott just acquitted a Surrey trucker who was caught smuggling 114 kilos of cocaine across the boarder in his truck.

The Vancouver Province is reporting that: “On July 19, 2009, Amritpal Singh Narwal was stopped at the Huntingdon (Sumas) border crossing driving a 2003 Kenworth tractor and pulling an apparently empty 1996 commercial trailer. When a border officer inspected the trailer, he observed that washers holding screws to a metal plate on the back of a refrigeration unit appeared scratched, as if the plate had been removed and replaced repeatedly.

Using a screwdriver, he removed one or two screws, peered behind the plate and pulled out two kilograms of cocaine. When the plate was completely removed, it was discovered that the interior of the refrigeration unit had been hollowed out and filled with 144 kilograms of cocaine. At the trial Narwal claimed that he had no knowledge the cocaine was in the trailer and no reason to suspect it was there.

B.C. Supreme Court Justice John Truscott concluded "that whoever loaded the cocaine did it without the accused's knowledge and involvement, so that the accused would not appear nervous at the border or disappear with the cocaine." Come on, that is ridiculous. The border officer noticed that “the washers holding screws to a metal plate on the back of a refrigeration unit appeared scratched, as if the plate had been removed and replaced repeatedly.” Replaced repeatedly. As in it has been done many times before.

“Someone” Hollowed out the refrigeration unit without his knowledge. That’s pretty hard for a driver not to notice. 144 kilos of cocaine takes up a fair amount of space. It’s highly likely that by hollowing out the refer unit, the refrigeration stopped working. That’s kind of hard for a trucker not to notice. On top of that he produced a false delivery bill to cover up the fact that he drove all the way to LA to pick up the cocaine.

This judge is an idiot. This is even worse than the Glen Hehn case where he was caught red handed loading 52 kilos of cocaine from his storage locker onto a truck. He told the judge that he didn’t know what was in the boxes and was helping an associate move. Yeah, what did the associate say was in the boxes? An associate isn’t going to move that much cocaine without the Hells Angels permission.

At least in the Glen Hehn case someone else took the fall and said they did it. In this case no one took the fall and the judge let the guy walk away free. That is crazy. Not much of a deterrent there. This brings us to the misconception that the public are not allowed to criticize judges. The public’s not learned in the law so they can’t understand the law like the judge can. Bullsh*t. We pay their salaries. We elect the governments that make and change the law. The public has a right and a duty to criticize bad decisions that mock justice.

Check out JJ’s rap sheet: Police received a call about someone tied up on a person’s property. The police responded to the call and found a grow op on site. JJ threw out the evidence because he said the call claiming someone was tied up inside was bizarre and contained little rational information suggesting someone was in danger. He said “In my view, when the two constables went to the address and spoke to the accused at the front gate and were told that there was no one tied up at that residence, they should have accepted that and left,”

JJ must be on crack. Do you really think if they had someone tied up inside that they would tell the police about it? Do you really think if the police went to a crack house in Prince George and said Hey, do you have anyone chained up in your basement that you’re torturing? No? OK, thanks. That’s good enough for us. That would be irresponsible and negligent.

Yes warrantless searches are a concern. Yet dismissing a 911 call claiming someone is tied up inside being held captive because it sounds crazy is absurd. Stranger things happen every day.

In fact, this egomaniac even overruled a city bylaw to allow an addiction treatment centre in effect banning the treatment centre. Supreme Court Justice John Truscott found the bylaw was inconsistent with the city's official community plan (OCP) and therefore contrary to the Local Government Act.

"In my view, in order to authorize this recovery facility on this site, city council will be required to amend the OCP," Truscott wrote in a reasons for judgment. Council adopted the bylaw in December 2011 to allow the creation of a 30-bed Northern Supportive Recovery Centre for Women at the now-closed school. JJ shut it down. He was way out of his jurisdiction.

In fact, JJ even acquitted a man for assaulting a peace officer even though a witness saw him and he was convicted. Instead of ordering a retrial, which there was no basis for, he acquitted the man and set him free. JJ said the witness who testified to seeing the suspect wrestling with the police officer, was 40 or 50 meters away and wore a hearing aid. He saw the suspect wrestling with the police officer which supported the police officer’s testimony. He didn’t have to hear anything. He saw it. Wearing a hearing aid isn’t relevant.

JJ said the key issue in acquitting the man after another judge found him guilty was because the previous judge said he had no great confidence in Mr. Briscoe’s version rather than stating that he had no confidence in the accused’s version of events since it contradicted the police officer’s version and another independent witness. “To say that he had no great confidence is to suggest that he still had some confidence” which means there was reasonable doubt. He was being nice. He had no confidence in the accused’s version because it contradicted the evidence. Idiot!

This is a pattern of insanity. John Truscott needs a psychiatric evaluation before he returns to the bench. He is clearly a danger to society in that position.

Skytrain to Langley is not fiscally responsible

This mayor’s council is the perfect example of everything that’s wrong with politics in North America. The right has become consumed with pork barrel politics. Politicians make all these ridiculous promises they can’t afford, then go into debt trying to buy the voters that elected them. Instead of people electing someone with the mindset what will they spend on us, we should be electing candidates who stop the insanity of pork barrel politics and start acting fiscally responsible.

The right always screams the left will tax and spend but they are doing the exact same thing they accuse the left of. Only they’re worse because instead of spending it on the elderly and the homeless they are spending it on themselves and the dirty developers that elected them.

One minute this wasteful mayors’ council screams poverty asking for a regional sales tax so they have a budget to spend giving them a reason to exist. They rationalize it by claiming Translink is over budget and needs money. They try to sell it by claiming we need to get rid of transit police to help Skytrain balance their budget. Then at the exact same time they say we need to spend another $2.22 billion we don’t have to extend skytrain to Langley. That is insane.

Langley doesn’t need skytrain. Skytrain and subways are for urban areas not rural areas. A stop and go skytrain with no express routes would be a painful experience not to mention insanely costly. What we do need is a bus route from Walnut Grove to Vancouver. That is what we do need. What we need is for the bus route from Walnut Grove to Vancouver to stop at Guildford on it’s way over the Port Mann Bridge to Vancouver. That is what we do need. Instead they tell us they refuse to supply that demand and force everyone to take the ridiculous bus and stop and go skytrain journey into Vancouver which is simply painful.

The Fraser Institute is not conservative. Their obsession with promoting the BC Liberals despite scandal after scandal is astounding. The BC Liberals are the most corrupt political organization in Canadian history. The recent Surrey high jacking is another example of how nothing has changed and that Christy Clark is the least of their problems. Godzilla is just an extension of those problems.

They are still using the fear mongering in the media to promote their self serving corruption. Look at the polls they say. If we don’t do something Adrian Dix and the NDP will get elected. So they keep poring on the propaganda trying to sell us some swamp land in Florida promoting the BC Liberals when the voters already know better. It’s not a matter of the BC Liberals or the NDP. There are other choices. There is a reason they aren’t endorsing John Cummings and the BC Conservatives. It’s because John Cummins is a conservative and they are not. They support tax and spend pork barrel politics and John Cummins doesn’t. That is why they don’t endorse him they keep endorsing Gordon Campbell rejects instead.

What we are seeing isn’t a drive to promote business and a strong economy. We are seeing political corruption that uses fiscal irresponsibility to brainwash voters through tax paid advertizing trying to sell them a bad deal. A strong economy is good. Yet bad business does not support a strong economy. Bad business is what Catherine Austin Fitts describes as the tapeworm economy that feeds off taxpayers like a parasite.

I’m glad the politically corrupt BC Liberals have stopped trying to infect the BC Conservatives. We just need to remember that there are more than two choices this election and voting for the greater evil because we are afraid of the NDP is not responsible. The vice president of the Surrey Tynehead Liberals just resigned because of yet another scandal tied to Surrey First and the Blue Oyster Cult. He said that BC Liberals are fed up with scandal after scandal and admits that the current BC Liberals are worse than any NDP government we’ve ever had. Many are starting to believe that a NDP government couldn't be any worse and they are absolutely right. Yet there is so much good that we can do when we stop believing the fiscally irresponsible propaganda and start using our brain and thinking for ourselves.
