Missing Woman Advocate Murdered

CBC is reporting that "A Whitehorse advocate for missing and murdered Indigenous women, whose own daughter was murdered in 2007, is now herself a homicide victim, friends and family tell CBC News. RCMP say 51-year-old Wendy Margaret Carlick, is one of two women found dead in a Whitehorse home April 19. The other is Sarah Macintosh, 53, a member of the Kwanlin Dün First Nation. Police believe both women were killed." This is an outrageous tragedy.

A missing woman's advocate was murdered before she could testify at the new missing women inquiry. Is that not suspicious? What was she going to testify to? Let that be known.

Quebec Judge accused of being heavy cocaine user

The Calgary Herald is reporting that "at a hearing to determine whether Superior Court Justice Michel Girouard should be removed from the bench, a woman with whom he used to socialize has described his as a heavy cociane user." Girouard is facing a Canadian Judicial Council committee which began in January.

Evidently in Quebec, Ontario and Alberta you are allowed to object to a judge's misconduct but in BC you are not. Their judges face disciplinary committees for their misconduct but in BC they do not. I will say this, upon examining the evidence, Michel Girouard's personality is identical to that of Peter Leask. Now I am not saying that Peter Leask is a heavy cocaine user. I am simply saying their personalities are identical.

Confronting the Corporate Coup in the BC Election

It's pretty obvious from the landmark accord struck between the Green Party and the NDP, the greedy corporations will do absolutely everything in their power to stop it including spamming the public with lies in their corporate controlled media. The Green Party's terms and conditions of an agreement was to abolish political contributions from unions and corporations. That is indeed unprecedented. The NDP agreed to it as long as it went both ways, they wont accept donations from unions as long as the Liberals won't accept donations from Corporations.

This landmark decision will change the face of politics in British Columbia. That is why the Liberals and their corporate donors described in the New York Times are so opposed to it.

Point of Order

On a point of order I will clarify the obvious and refute the lie that the Corporate media is perpetuating in anticipation of their Corporate coup. Christy Clark did not receive 44 of the 87 seats and is therefore unable to form government. She cannot form government then call a non confidence vote and trigger a new election. That is utterly ridiculous.

IF she had teamed up with the Green Party and formed government and that agreement broke down, THEN a non confidence vote could be held which would trigger a new election. She cannot do that when she did not receive 44 seats because she cannot form government. IF the other two parties were unable to come to an agreement then one could argue that would trigger an election but since they have the matter is resolved.

The fact that BC now has fixed election dates, that fuels the argument that non confidence votes are now obsolete. We dont need to keep having elections over and over again. Chuck Cadman supported the democratic will of the voters in his riding by refraining from bringing down the government and calling another unnecessary election. The people spoke at the ballots. No one trusts anyone with a majority government for a reason. We have to make minority governments work because that is the proper representation at this time.

Challenging the Chair

Canada's Parliament is governed by Bourinot's rules of order. The United States uses Roberts rules of order. If the lieutenant-governor has the audacity of violating the rules of order and lets Christy Clark fraudulently form government when she is unable to do so and then let's her trigger a new election then the house must challenge the chair because that decision would be illegal.

NDP and the Green Party reach agreement in BC

CBC is reporting that "The B.C. Green Party has agreed to support the NDP in the legislature, setting up the possibility of 16 years of Liberal rule coming to a dramatic end."

As I reported on May 10th, the initial results of the BC election saw Christy Clark and her Liberals elected in 43 of B.C.'s 87 ridings compared to 41 for the NDP and three for the Green Party. It takes 44 seats to form a majority in B.C. and Christy doesn't have it so either the Liberals or the NDP have to team up with the Green party to form a government.

Christy Clark cannot form a government when she only has 43 seats and the other two parties have joined together and hold 44 seats. Reporting these results was delayed because of recounts in a few close ridings and the delay in counting absentee ballots. To my understanding the original election results held and now a coalition has been revealed.

The Council of Canadians welcomes NDP-Green agreement in British Columbia. Why on earth would a grass roots democratic organization that supports civil liberty and opposes the waste of tax dollars weclome this agreement? Because the BC Liberals were so corrupt they made the New York Times.

If Christy Clark asks the lieutenant-governor to dissolve the legislature and hold another election and he says yes, then he should be arrested for treason. BC has fixed election dates for a reason. It is time the corruption mentioned in the New York Times comes to an end.

Father shot dead while holding three year old son

The Mirror is reporting that "The dad shot dead in a busy Sainsbury's car park while holding his son in his arms this afternoon has been named locally as James Colin Horner." This absurd tragedy happened in Bangor, Co Down, Northern Ireland. I haven't kept up with news back in Ireland lately but from my understanding the troubles so to speak had greatly simmered down. Bangor was a wonderful mixed area and was never known for sectarian violence.

Turns out the shooting is a second in an internal conflict with the Protestant Paramilitary group known as the UDA for Ulster Defence Association. The UDA used to be fairly mainstream. The UVF (Ulster Volunteer force) and the UFF (Ulster Freedom Fighters) splinter groups where more prone to extremism back in the day.

The Mirror explains that "Police believe Mr Horner, known as Colin, was targeted as part of the loyalist paramilitary feud involving the UDA in East Antrim. It is understood the victim had moved from Carrickfergus to Bangor in the last 12 months and had been a vocal supporter of Geordie Gilmore Snr who was murdered last March. The young dad, who had been living in Rathgill, was shot six times in the lower body." Antim was another peaceful mixed town.

Ah ha! It's drug related. Today's victim was executed for supporting Former UDA commander Geordie Gilmore who was shot dead for opposing the drug dealers in the UDA splinter group SEA UDA who had been kicked out of the original UDA. The Belfast telegraph is reporting that Gilmore "Vehemently opposed to the UDA's drugs rackets, he drew support from disaffected veterans disgusted at the organisation's involvement in the vile, but lucrative, illegal trade. He dared to stand up to the leadership of the breakaway South East Antrim brigade."

A few years ago I had a member of the INLA in Belfast (a socialist branch of the IRA) contact me asking my opinion about the Hells Angels who were at that time kissing IRA ass trying to open up a chapter in Belfast. I told him straight up they will be selling crack and prostituting the fair daughters of Ireland faster than you can say stabbed in the back.

He said the IRA shoot drug dealers dead in Belfast. I smiled and said as tempting as that may be, we're not quite there yet here in Canada. He said the Hells Angels set up shot in the Protestant side of Belfast which would make more sense since the break off protestant paramilitaries deal drugs. However, I understand the IRA is having the same problem in the South with break away groups dealing drugs in Dublin. Now it's all about the drug money just like everywhere else.

Two good men murdered by shameless drug dealers. Honour them.

Since a new enemy has entered the battlefield, perhaps we shall see an new alliance rise between the UDA and the IRA against the snake in the grass drug dealers. Ulster Says No to Illicit Drugs. Gentlemen may cry peace peace but there is no peace. The war has already begun.

Since the Hells Angels are now in East Belfast, three guesses as to who they are tied to in this drug related conflict. Can't say I didn't warn ye. Follow the money. Don't support the 666.

Fake MDMA kills one and critically injures another teen in New West

CBC is reporting that two sixteen year old girls took what they thought was MDMA or ecstasy at a party but it turned out to be something else. One is dead and the other is in critical condition. BBC is reporting that a 15 year old boy is dead after taking what he thought was MDMA, Two other teens were admitted to the hospital.

Hells Angels associate convicted in Toronto Murder

This is why I think the true crime movement would be diminished without Kim Bolan. Kim is reporting that "Former B.C. resident and long-time gangster Rabih “Robby” Alkhalil was convicted in Toronto of first-degree murder May 11 and sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of parole for 25 years." I completely missed the fact that Alkhalil was convicted and sentenced. As we all know locally he was a Hells Angels associate also charged in the murder of rival drug dealer Sandip Duhre at the Wall Centre in Vancouver.

Kim is referring to the murder of Johnnie Raposo in Toronto. The Toronto Sun reported that "Nick Nero, Martino Caputo and Rabih Alkhalil conspired to murder a fellow cocaine dealer so they could steal the dead man’s drugs and divide the enormous profit, a jury heard Wednesday."

Johnnie Raposo was the drug dealer and Dean Wiwchar was the hitman they hired to murder him. Robby Alkhalil and Dean Wiwchar are Hells Angels associates from Surrey and Vancouver. Nick Nero is a juiced up drug dealing Hells Angels associate from Ontario.

This murder in Toronto along with the Wall Centre murder in Vancouver shows the Hells Angels direct involvement in murdering rival drug dealers across Canada. Julian Sher was right. In his book The Road to Hell: How the Biker Gangs Are Conquering Canada he nailed it. What we are seeing now is the validation of everything he wrote in that book. It even ties into the recent murder of Janice Bryant in Vancouver who was not a rival drug dealer. Her husband took back all the drug dealers in the DTES for the Hells Angels. He became too powerful so the Hells Angels killed his wife. That is f*cked up. That is what we are now dealing with.

The Corporate Promotion of Kim Bolan

Yesterday the Vancouver Province ran a picture of Kim Bolan on the inside cover promoting her specifically. Every blogger has haters and supporters. People have asked me if I think Kim Bolan will get laid off in all the budget cuts at Postmedia News. I said not likely. She might eventually take the buyout but who is going to replace her? They laid off all the other crime reporters. Now they only have one and they are promoting her like a corporate commodity.

Kim Bolan sells newspapers and that's all they care about. It's a double edged sword. Corporate profit is what's going to save the freedom of the press but corporate greed will also kill it. .

Kim Bolan is a credible local crime reporter. Winnipeg has Mike McIntyre and Toronto has Chris Doucette. Mike McIntyre, also known as Mike on Crime, had Tim Petruk on hs radio show shortly after Postmedia News tried to discredit him for hitting it out of the park. Harold Monroe tried to muzzle and discredit Tim for telling the truth about Peter Leask. Postmedia News folded like a cheap tent but Tim Petruk stood solid like a rock.

I certainly don't see crime reporting as a competition or a battle of the bands so to speak. I think raising public awareness raises public interest in true crime. I don't think if Kim Bolan shut her blog down mine would get more traffic. I see the reverse. Each crime blog increases interest in the subject. When breaking news happens people check out the different crime blogs to get a different take on the story. The problem with Postmedia News is that they have turned all their newspapers into one big clone show. They all sound the same. The freedom of the press allows for the expression of alternate views.

Kim Bolan doesn't criticize the judges or the police. In exchange the police give her access to bar watch. The police don't give me sh*t. I prefer it that way. Now that we know Kayla is cooperating with the teletubbies, we can clearly see how f*cked up this province is right now. Animal Farm that. If Blaze is helping the police, then their intel is false. Buyer Beware.

NBA Enes Kanter arrested for speaking out against Turkish President

SB Nation is reporting that Enes Kanter spoke out against the Turkish president. Now, there's an arrest warrant out for him in Turkey. The news article states "Oklahoma City Thunder big man Enes Kanter is wanted for arrest by his home country of Turkey, which has accused him of being a member of a terror group, according to AFP."

This is the problematic nature of removing civil liberty for everyone accused of being a terrorist. Once they remove civil liberty from accused terrorists, they accuse everyone that disagrees with them of being a terrorist. The same thing happened in England. With one wave of the pen they labeled everyone who participated in the Occupy movement terrorists and removed their right to a lawyer or a fair trial. This is a bad precedent for everyone.

This whole fraud was fabricated simply because Enes made a post on Twitter that called Erdoğan the Hitler of our Century and accused him of staging the coup and killing off those who opposed him. Enes was right. That fake coup was staged. There ya have it folks. Disagree with the dirty politicians and they'll arrest you for being a terrorist. Get a life and let the brother play ball.

Fatal shooting in East Van tied to Redd Alert - Update

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "A woman who died in hospital after a shooting in East Vancouver has been identified. Janice Nicole Bryant, a 33-year-old Vancouver resident, was shot in the street near East 7th and St. Catherines Street around 5 p.m. Tuesday."

The Gangsters Out News Syndicate is reporting that this woman was the wife of a Redd Alert member known as G for Glen Nelson. Local Sources claim that G (glen Nelson) was a redd alert member that was the most well known and started the push back in the dtes 5 years ago.

G was shot by the skeena projects last year and survived. He found out he was shot by Steele who was a BC Redd Alert leader. Steele got shot in the stomach on pender street as I reported August of last year. Local sources claim that Steele retaliated the retaliation by shooting G's wife. With friends like that, who need enemies? Redd alert as we all know sell drugs for the Hells Angels and control the drug trafficking in the DTES for them. Not that anybody cares. Just sayin.

Update: On Friday at 8:30 there will be a candlelight vigil in Janice Bryant's honor against gang violence at commercial and broadway. Executing someone's wife crosses the line.

2nd Update: It was a wonderful ceremony especially the ending. They held the ceremony right in the middle of the intersection while police rerouted traffic. It represented the community pulling together against another attack on Indigenous women. The burning sage is sacred. It was an honour to participate in the drum circle. That was holy. Please don't blame Glen. He's hurting too. It's not his fault. He was betrayed by the Hells Angels because he became too powerful and that scared them. There is no loyalty in that game and there are no winners either. The only way to win that game is by refusing to play it. From my holy land to yours, Peace. A Gofundme page has been set up to help with funeral costs and with Janice's daughters education.
