More Red Scorpions in Vancouver Court

Update: I'm going to have to rewrite this post after I do some more research. More inconsistencies are coming to light. At the time of the high profile bust, Vancouver Police Supt. Mike Porteous stated that the Kang - Latimer group was in conflict with the Brothers Keepers.

That's why they busted them. Since they were in conflict with the Brothers Keepers that created violence. However, the Brothers Keepers at the time were working for the Hells Angels. That meant the Kang - Latimer group were Hells Angels rivals not associates which makes their connection to the Red Scorpions dubious. Interesting to note that after the Hells Angels killed Ali and the Brothers Keepers started working for someone else in Chilliwack, that is when the compromised CFSU started targeting the Brothers Keepers which sadly reaffirms my original position in that after the 2012 Kelowna Summer Jam the CFSU became compromised and stopped arresting Hells Angels associates and only arrested Hells Angels rivals.

Tyrel Quesnelle was sent from Edmonton to murder Randeep Kang because the Kang Group were fighting with the Brothers Keepers when the Brothers Keepers were working for the Hells Angels. Nathan De Jong and Calvin Powery-Hooker were sent from Edmonton to murder Suminder Grewal, the Hells Angel that oversaw the Brother's Keepers. Edmonton is where the Brother's Keepers got their gang tat from. I'm starting to see a pattern so I am.

Today Pashminder Boparai, Mustapha Ali and Nobin Malonga-Massamba were in courtroom 54. They are all charged with conspiracy to commit murder part of Project Territory. This is where it starts to get a little bit confusing because it realtes to the Delta drug investigation dubbed Project Green Planet and it is also part of Taskforce Tourniquet and Project Territory.

It relates to the Red scorpion drug bust initiated by the Delta Police drug unit. However it expanded to include other agencies. That's where it starts to get fishy. This was that big dramatic publicity stunt targeting the Kang Gang. Everyone mysteriously becomes notorious as soon as you try to sell newspapers.

After the Surrey Six, the Red Scorpions started selling drugs for the Hells Angels instead of the UN. That's when the Bacon brothers had them wearing those ridiculous jackets that looked like a cheap karate school from the /80's. That large Red Scorpion painting and that giant black scorpion statue looked so ridiculous I don't even believe it was real. I think they were fake.

The Red Flag in this publicity stunt was the pressure cooker bomb. That is something the RCMP made and planted. We've been through this before. The Surrey Pressure Cooker bomb plot which Kim Bolan helped promote was fraudulent. They didn't know how to make a pressure cooker bomb. The RCMP made it for them. Likewise these local yahoos don't know how to make a pressure cooker bomb. Neither do I. It's not something the average guy can pull off from a search on Google. This is something an intelligence agency made and planted.



It's possible the RCMP had an undercover agent that said, hey do you want me to make you a pressure cooker bomb and one of the clowns said yeah sure. That is possible but again, it was something the RCMP made and provided it wasn't something local RS dim wits produced.

This isn't Quebec. The gangs aren't blowing each other up here. There's no need to. The CFSU helped the HAs obtain a monopoly on the local drug trade. When Quebec was blowing people up they used dynamite stolen from mines and construction sites not pressure cookers.

Man charged in racist attack on elderly man in Vancouver

Bill Gates Marxist News Network is reporting that "A man has been charged with an allegedly racist attack on an elderly man in Vancouver in March. Jamie Bezanson, 50, is charged with one count of assault in the attack on a 92-year-old man of Asian descent, according to court documents. Police have called it a hate crime."

There'a little more to the story here. It's a Vancouver Sun article that the MSN linked to without looking into it. They just want to push systemic racism. Watch the video. Look at the guy's shirt. Look at his stature, stance and demeanor. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to do the math.

Turns out he' a longshoreman. What do you think a longshoreman who makes serious coin is doing in the DTES? Look at the logo on his T Shirt. What do you think that represents? Look at his stature, stance and demeanor. What do you think his role in the DTES is?

This isn't a punk rocker attacking an old Asian man to rob him and give him the boots. In the video Jamie Bezanson is waiting in line when an old man with dementia is holding up the line. JB Hawg gets impatient and physically takes him by the arm and escorts him outside then returns to the line. While he's doing this you can tell he's using restraint. He's trying to escort him outside without hurting him. The elderly man falls outside and JB Hawg picks him up and sits him up straight then goes back inside.

JB Hawg is obviously a POS with a specific role to play in the DTES but I don't think what the did was racially motivated. He just lost patience with a crazy old man with dementia. Enforcers for the Hells Angels drug trade in the DTES work beside Chinatown and elderly Asians on a daily basis.

Vince McMurchy is a longshoreman who sold crack cocaine in the DTES. He got Dianne Rock adicted to crack after she had quit drugs and started pimping her out to pay for the drugs. After she was gang raped on the Pickton Farm by bikers and cops she ended up dead.

Like I said, there is a lot more going on here behind the scenes. What JB Hawg did to this frail elderly man was uncalled for but I'm afraid he has done and continues to do a lot worse in the DTES on a daily basis. This act has simply put him on the public radar.

Principal of company linked to Pat Musitano found murdered in London, Ontario

The Hamilton Spectator is reporting that "One of the principals of a company associated with slain Hamilton mobster Pat Musitano has been found murdered in a wooded area of London. London police have identified the human remains found July 19 as those of Grant Norton, one of the key principals of Havana Group Supplies Inc. Norton, 59, had been reported missing by a family member on July 12, two days after Musitano was gunned down in a Burlington parking lot. Norton had last been seen in London on July 6."

The Toronto Star is reporting that "Norton and Musitano were partners in a hauling company that was accused of illegally dumping gravel in the Niagara Region. The company was also in the midst of a bitter dispute with truckers over alleged nonpayment of wages. Norton was arrested by Niagara Regional Police in June 2019 as part of an ongoing theft and fraud investigation near St. Catharines connected to a business that hauled soil from construction sites."

A day full of murders at the Vancouver Courthouse

I attended court yesterday in Vancouver thinking it was Jamie Bacon's sentencing but it was put over until August 28. Nevertheless there were several other murder cases on the list. Apparently while court was suspended during COVID, a backlog was created and they are returning to court on a priority basis so all the murder cases were first on the list.

I found out what the problem was with the censored daily court list posted online. I was looking at the wrong website. When I went to the courthouse the normal daily list was posted with the names of the accused and the charges. The Court Communications Officer pointed out I was looking at the wrong list online. The daily court lists posted on the court web site are normal. The ones posted on the government website are not.

In all of the cases, the inmates in custody chose to appear by video because every time they leave the jail they have to go into isolation fro two weeks upon return. This was the proper list for yesterday. The first murder case on the list the day before that was for Alexander Shevalev. That case was heard yesterday in courtroom 65 and was put over to August 7th. Alexander was accused of killing his 80-year-old father over a Ferrari. That was one of the many tragedies of the day. Killing your own father. That is Dr Phil.

In courtroom 20 Rocky Rambo Wei Nam Kam was being sentenced for a double murder in Vancouver that was described as brutal, horrific and senseless. It was an older couple, the huband used a walker. It was the high profile murder of Diana Mah-Jones and Richard Jones.

CBC reported that "Kam followed Mah-Jones into her South Vancouver home on a September afternoon and slit her throat. After hearing her husband enter the house, he then subjected him to a prolonged and vicious attack with a knife before using a hatchet to ensure he was dead."

As I heard victim impact statements from two nieces and looked at the accused on the video I couldn't help but feel despair over the senselessness of the murder. Why would someone do that? There was nothing brave or noble about killing an elderly couple. The ripple effects of that murder permeated their families with grief. He has found guilty of murder on two count which comes with a life sentence that has no eligibility for parole for 25 years.

In the crown's sentencing submission it asked that the parole ineligibility for the two murders be served consecutively not concurrently. That would mean a life sentence with no parole for 50 years instead of 25. This new provision is not automatic but it is possible and the new law states that it should be considered for obvious reasons. Natural justice declares that concurrent sentences for multiple murders are not fair. Receiving anything less then an extra 10 years of parole ineligibility for the second murder would be offensive.

The senselessness of the murder was twofold. Why would you do that? Why would you murder an elderly couple for no reason and send a wave of grief through that entire extended family for the res tof their lives? Not only that, this has adversely affected the accused's life forever. Why would you through your life away for no reason?

In courtroom 54 Ibrahim Ali was also charged with murder. This is a Syrian refugee charged with murdering a 13 year old girl. Bizarre and tragic for everyone involved.

In courtroom 75 Colin Correia and Sheldon Hunter were both charged with first degree murder for their alleged role in the shooting deaths of Leanne Laura MacFarlane and Jeffrey Todd Taylor at a rural home outside Cranbrook in 2010. Two white guy, one bald the other brunette.

Both are low level criminals with a history of drug trafficking and theft. This appears to be a gang hit gone bad. The police claim it was a case of mistaken identity as the original targets had moved and these were the new tenants. This was a Hells Angels hit gone bad.

In Courtroom 67 Kyle Steven Latimer, a Red Scorpion member, age 27 of Vancouver and Richmond, Billie Onare Kim, a Red Scorpion associate, age 33 of Burnaby and Jacob Angelo Pereira, a Red Scorpion member, age 25 of Richmond were charged with drug trafficking and firearm offence. The two Asians were present in court while the white guy in custody made a video appearance. The white guy looked shady. The Red Scorpions sell drugs for the Hells Angels. So now we have Asians in Richmond selling drugs for the Hells Angels. Imagine that.

This was a Delta Police drug bust not a BC Gang Task force bust because the BC Gang Task Force don't bust Hells Angels associates for selling drugs any more. Jacob Pereira has been charged with trafficking fentanyl. Kyle was the one in custody that made a video appearance.

If you click on Media, Publication Bans & Policies, then click on Publication Bans and then click on Publication Ban Search you can search the various publication bans found listed on the government website. Leave the Case Name blank and put in the file number under Registry number. Then you can click on each publication ban and see what it covers.

Coming face to face with your own mortality

It was refreshing coming home to some Hodge Twins humor after a morbid day at the courthouse. Before I explain, I'd like to pause for a somber moment and once again reflect upon the solemnities of eternity. There were several murders on the court list today and they weren't all gang related. One involved a father and a son while another involved a senseless and brutal murder of a older couple in which the man was disabled and had a walker. The senselessness of the tragedies continued to echo in my brain throughout the day.

Last year I watched my mother die then shortly thereafter I watched my sister die. Now I am watching my brother die and as I look at them I see myself and come face to face with my own mortality. Add that to the Aging Rebel's recent death and I am reminded of a Neil Young song.

In the beginning of the song the young man says old man take a look at my life. I'm a lot like you were. Then as the years pass the young man becomes old and says old man take a look at my life, I'm a lot like you (are). I'm not there yet. I'm at the Simon and Garfunkel stage where I am older then I once was but younger then I will be. That's not unusual. Stevie Nicks said time makes you bolder. Children get older. I'm getting older too. Life's like an hourglass glued to the table.

BC NDP and Andrew Wilkinson attacks religious freedom

Action 4 Canada is reporting that BC NDP MLA Spencer Chandra Herbert complained about "10 Liberal MLAs for running ads in the Light Magazine, a Christian publication that upholds tradition biblical values on family and marriage and socially conservative views. Several MLA’s apologized and the leader of the BC Liberals, Andrew Wilkinson, not only apologized but said they would be backing away from advertising with the magazine, saying “there is no room for homophobia, transphobia, or any discrimination in the BC Liberal Party.”

AYFKM? Andrew Wilkinson's statement is false. There obviously is room for discrimination within the BC Liberals because he is discriminating against Christians and their right to religious freedom. The ad said Happy Thanksgiving. That's all it said. The leftists and the globalists are stealing our liberty right in front of us. That is obscene.

How a military-style boot camp on Salt Spring is related to a Surrey murder investigation

The Breaker News is reporting that Joe Clemente is a resident of Salt Spring Island. "He was driving on northern Salt Spring in March 2018 when he came across about 50 people marching in military camouflage fatigues and boots. Clemente’s 35-second video shows they were primarily women, apparently Chinese."

"Clemente said he had heard rumours of a large group booking at Mineral Springs Resort, a secluded, seaside getaway. A joint investigation by theBreaker.news and CTV News Vancouver reveals the owners’ connections to companies and real estate in Langley and Surrey, including a crime scene in Grandview Heights."

"Bo Fan, a 41-year-old who came to Canada from China in February 2019, was the victim of murder on June 17. RCMP initially pinpointed a property on 27th Avenue, the headquarters of Create Abundance International Institute Inc., which owns Mineral Springs, the venue for the boot camps. 'That is very strange that it is connected to this place here on our island,' Clemente said."

Belinda Karahalios removed from Ontario PC Party for vote against Bill 195 in support of the Charter of Rights

Rebel News is reporting that "Progressive Conservative MPP Belinda Karahalios has voted against the controversial Bill 195 put forth by Premier Doug Ford. "Christine Van Geyn, Litigation Director for the Canadian Constitution believes, "this is power-grab by the premier is an unjustified violation of Charter protected rights and citizens should be concerned." The Ontario Nurses Association called the bill, "unconstitutional and unnecessary," adding that, "it provides extraordinary powers to override existing laws and constitutional rights, such as Section 2(d) of the Charter."

These are not traditional Conservative values. This is a globalist Neo Con that attacks our civil liberty and violates the Charter of Rights. Ontario is displaying some pretty Orwellian reactions to COVID1984 and Doug Ford is at the root of it. This type of behaviour is what the Reform Party was created to oppose. I'm glad that Rebel News can see that.

New Face Masks made by Slave Labour

Rebel News is reporting that "China is using the slave labor of persecuted and imprisoned Uighurs to make the medical PPE and masks the rest of the world now needs because the Chinese government let the disease spread outside of their border. That is, the mandatory mask orders hitting North Americans are made possible by communist slave traders in China."

"If you do have to wear a mask, or are forced to wear a mask, please make sure that it's not made by the communists!" The Uighurs are Muslims in Communist China that face the same religious persecution the Faun Gong do. Muslims, Jews and Christians have a common enemy - the Communist Party of China. We need to support religious freedom for everyone.

I'm thrilled to see that Drea Humphrey has joined the Rebel News team. Diversity makes us strong. On that note, I am also thrilled to see that Raheel Raza is also on the team. Raheel is a Muslim who opposes Radical Islam the same way most Conservative oppose White Supremacy.

Burning documents at the Chinese consulate in Houston

Click 2 Houston is reporting that "Houston police and fire officials responded to reports that documents were being burned in the courtyard of the Consulate General of China in Houston Tuesday night, according to the Houston Police Department."

ABC is reporting that "Trash cans full of documents are being burned in the courtyard of the Chinese Consulate on Montrose Boulevard. The consulate is considered Chinese territory, so the Houston Fire Department is standing by outside but has not entered the grounds. The Chinese Consulate reportedly must leave the building by this Friday."

Heavy dot com is reporting that "Houston Police told Fox 26 that the fire was from burning classified documents before an eviction." I guess they don't have a paper shredder.

December 2019 the New York Times reported that "The American government secretly expelled two Chinese Embassy officials this fall after they drove on to a sensitive military base in Virginia. American officials believe at least one of the Chinese officials was an intelligence officer operating under diplomatic cover." In 1987 Two Chinese diplomats left the United States after they were detained on suspicion of espionage under the Reagan Administration.

Update: The New York Times is reporting that "The United States ordered China to close its diplomatic consulate in Houston within 72 hours" which would be Friday.

The Communist Party of China's Sate run media claims that well never mind. It's the same nonsense that the New York Times is reporting because they have the same owner.

Evicting Communist Diplomats is just the first stage in regaining American sovereignty. We need an impartial court to sue for financial compensation over the coronavirus. The UN is not it. We also need to evict the Confucius Institutes from Canadian and American university campuses. We have seen where ANTIFA and Communism leads and we oppose that agenda with a passion.

Martin Luther King once said Free at Last. U2 sang about it. Well it grieves me to report that Don Charles Davis, the blogger known as the Aging Rebel passed away June 19th. Ride Free brother.

Biker Trash Network is reporting that the Aging Rebel died from critical injuries he received in an accidental fall. Nick Mead made a post on the Aging Rebel's blog confirming his passing.

Don Charles was an advocate for biker's rights. He helped inform and educate and as Benjamin Franklin said, "Any nation that expects to be ignorant and free expects what never was and never will be." Don and Nick helped George Christie produce a DVD call the Last American Outlaw. It was very well done and inspired me to go on my own quest.

I realize after George was put out in bad for beefing with Barger, Nick and Don denounced the movie and distanced themselves from George. I don't want to disrespect Don by bringing it up now. I just want to say what they produced was pretty significant as our rights are being challenged now more than ever and if we don't rise above the small disagreements, we will all lose the freedoms that we now have.

Don was discouraged by the pandemic and the protests clouding the future of America but he was hopeful it could become an American renaissance. I share that hope. Peace.

Vancouver's Secret Court Revealed

I was having a look at today's court list for the BC Criminal Supreme Court in Vancouver and was somewhat shocked that there is a murder case listed that not only has a publication ban in effect, the ban covers listing the names of the parties in the trial.

Now I'm not a lawyer but as my friend who is a partner in a large New York firm once said, I have been in front of a judge more times then he has. I am well familiar with publication bans. When a publication ban is in effect, the public and the media are permitted to attend the trial. They just can't report on what the ban covers. Usually names of witnesses or evidence discussed when the jury is not present, or sometimes anything until the apeals have been exhausted.

I have never before seen a court list without the names of the accused in a trial or the charges. Yet when you look at today's court list it has become a frighteningly common occurrence. The first and third case involve murder. In all the other cases, the public is not even allowed to know the charges. They are all simply listed as Limited Access. That is George Orwell. If you attend the trial you will probably find out who is involved but if you don't know the charges or the names, it becomes impossible to look up. This is astounding. Accountability needs to improve.



Update: OK I went to the Vancouver courthouse today and the trial lists posted were normal. They had the names of the accused on them as well as the charges despite the fact that various different publication bans affected numerous cases on the list.

Alberta man dies after surgery cancelled due to COVID

This tragic story is of significant importance. The father's heart surgery was deemed nonessential. Even during COVID, heart surgery and cancer treatment is not nonessential. Canceling his heart surgery over COVID fears, be they real or absurdly overexerted, was wrong. Writing COVID on his death certificate as a cause of death is an obscene fraud and reaffirms what the doctors from Montana and from Minneapolis said about falsified death certificates.

This fraud had a political motive. One could say it was indirectly COVID related because of the lockdown but he did not have the virus and the virus did not cause his death. Our stupidity did.

Hamilton mobster targeted

The Toronto Star is reporting that "Someone has painted the word “rat” on the garage door of a Hamilton man who was considered family to killed mobster Pasquale (Pat) Musitano. Two cars were also torched around 2:30 a.m. Friday morning in the driveway of the home on Miles Road, between Rymal Road East and Twenty Road East. The vandalism comes a week after Musitano, 52, was shot to death in a Burlington parking lot. The murder remains unsolved."

"The home belongs to the family of Giuseppe Carmelo (Pino) Avignone, 59, who for decades was considered a loyal member of the Musitano crime family of Hamilton. He is one of the two men who met with Musitano at the time of his murder last week."

I am by no means an expert on the mob in the hammer IE Hamilton. All I know is that the Calabrians who warred with the Rizutos in Montreal were from Hamilton. We know that Pat Musitano was recently murdered in Hamilton and he was an associate of the Rizutos. Giuseppe Avignone was Pat Musitano's nephew through his wife's side and was born in Calabria. Giuseppe was an orphan and came to Canada and lived with Pat Musitano when he was 13.

The Toronto Star is reporting that Giuseppe "is one of the two men who met with Musitano at the time of his murder last week." So, was he a rat for betraying Pat, for going to the police after Pat was shot or did the police do this so he would become a rat? Time will tell. It always does.

Laura-Lynn Tyler Thompson discusses the We Charity

Laura-Lynn is endorsing Derek Sloan for the Conervative leadership bid. I have no problem with Derrick. I think he is a solid team member. I just think Leslyn Lewis would be a better choice as a leader to Unite the Bright. This is a simnple example of how it's OK to disagree on some issues. We need to rise above the minion mind set because it is cultlike. People are allowed to disagree.

Compromised Task force targets Hells Angels rivals

Dr Kim is reporting that "Task force targeting Brothers Keepers gang has reduced violence, police say." Yes that is what the police say and Dr Kim does report on what the police say. Unfortunately, ever since the Kelowna Summer Jam of 2012, the BC Gang Task Force became compromised and stopped arresting Hells Angels associates for drug trafficking. They only arrest fringe rivals instead, helping the Hells Angels maintain a monopoly on the local drug trade.

The question we need to ask is why did the BC GTF wait until after the Hells Angels killed Ali to target the Brothers Keepers? Was it because they started selling for someone else after that bitter betrayal? Why don't the BC GTF make HA drug busts any more? Is that because they have so many HA associates in the rat out your rivals program? Police accountability is needed here.
