John Horgan's STD Tax

TGIF. I have a few thoughts to share this weekend but I want to start things off with a look at John boy's STD tax. John Horgan shuts down restaurant dining in BC then puts a 99-cent tax on every skip the dishes order. That is worthy of the sleazebag hall of fame. It's also a conflict of interest. It's like owning a winery and protecting that industry while you shut down all the others. It's kinda like accepting campaign donations from a pharmaceutical company that makes vaccines, then spending millions of tax dollars on a risky vaccine that company makes. It's dirty.

As I previously said, getting rid of bridge tolls was a great thing. Everyone complains that the NDP will tax & spend but when they first entered office, they broke the stereotype and lowered taxes by removing bridge tolls. That was a huge step forward for civl liberty since mobility rights are protected in the Charter of Rights. However, since then, the NDP are starting to raise taxes.

A Russian friend recently told me - First they give you cake. Then they starve you until you take whatever they give you. He has seen that first hand. This is what they are now doing to us.

Every Skip the Dishes delivery in BC now has an extra 99 cent BC tax as well as a 5 cent environmental tax. Gag. This environmental tax has nothing to do with the environment. It's just a flowery way of saying more tax just like the carbon tax is.

Now $1.04 on every Skip the Dishes delivery isn't a lot but it sure adds up. Especially when you shut down indoor dining and rob the bread and butter off of all those workers tables. The thing is, the delivery drivers aren't making a lot of money on those deliveries so once again the NDP is stealing money from the workers they promised to support.

John boy also added a new tax to pop. "Starting April 1, 2021 soda beverages are no longer exempt from the Provincial Sales Tax (PST) in British Columbia." If you stop shutting down businesses, you don't have to raise taxes. You'll have more money to spend on those social programs you keep talking about. In the United States businesses are flocking to Texas and Florida because they are open for business. They are free. We are not.

People are fleeing California and New York because of their fiscal irresponsibility and their high taxes. When you raise taxes, business go somewhere else and you have less tax revenue than you did before you raised taxes. If everyone is working and paying taxes, everyone benefits.

Although I have boldly declared and genuinely believe that John Horgan is the worst BC Premier ever, sadly he is not currently the worst Premier in Canada. He is third. Jason Kenny is second and Rob Ford is the worst. Their fiscal irresponsibility and their destruction of civil liberty is absolute treason. This once again breaks the stereotype.

Conservatives are supposed to be fiscally responsible and are supposed to support civil liberty. Jason Kenney and Rob Ford are not Conservatives. They are globalists in disguise. They are neo cons. Not new conservatives, they are new con artists. Wolves in sheep's clothing who have entered from within our ranks to steal our money and our liberty.

Many years ago, I attended a CUPW Area Council where Joan Smallwood spoke about TILMA and the trade agreement with China. She expressed similar concerns with NAFTA and named the absurdity of the compensation awards in that agreement. She said these kinds of trade agreements undermine our sovereignty and our freedom.

At first, I was surprised. She was with the NDP and I thought the NDP were Communists. Here she was boldly speaking out against Communist China's human rights violations. I heard her out and was glad I did. She raised very important concerns about the compensation awards in NAFTA. How a company could sue the government if they made a law that interferes with their ability to make a profit. One of the more absurd real life examples was how a company from the US successfully sued the Canadian government for making a law that protected the environment and banned them from importing PCP toxic waste and dumping it in Canada.

Ultimately, these trade agreements aren't about free trade they are about undermining our sovereignty. Just like how these lockdowns are not about promoting health. They are about destroying our economy and our civil liberty. To implement Communism in Canada this global reset has to get rid of our Charter of Rights. That is why we have to protect it.

2 critically injured in Toronto Shooting

CP24 is reporting that "Police say that two people are in critical condition following a daylight shooting in Ajax. It happened near Kingston Road and Harwood Avenue sometime after 4 p.m. Police say that the two victims were transported to a trauma centre in Toronto with life-threatening injuries." Ajax is just outside of Toronto on the way to Oshawa.

"The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, though footage from CP24 shows a vehicle on a sidewalk that appears to have crashed into the side of a patio belonging to a Wild Wing restuarant. Multiple bullet holes are visible in the vehicle's rear windshield and along its side. Its front passenger side window also appears to have shattered."

Portuguese Court Rules PCR Tests Unreliable & Quarantines Unlawful

The Off Guardian is reporting that "An appeals court in Portugal has ruled that the PCR process is not a reliable test for Sars-Cov-2, and therefore any enforced quarantine based on those test results is unlawful. Further, the ruling suggested that any forced quarantine applied to healthy people could be a violation of their fundamental right to liberty. Most importantly, the judges ruled that a single positive PCR test cannot be used as an effective diagnosis of infection."

“If someone is tested by PCR as positive when a threshold of 35 cycles or higher is used (as is the rule in most laboratories in Europe and the US), the probability that said person is infected is less than 3%, and the probability that said result is a false positive is 97%.”

This is the same test everyone in the BC Movie industry have to take 3 times a week.

Why John Horgan is the worst BC Premier ever

Why is John Horgan the worst BC Premier ever? Wait 'till I tell ye. Let's start with the Fast Ferries.

In the late /90's the NDP government of BC purchased 3 fast ferries for people traveling from Vancouver to Victoria on Vancouver Island. The reason the project is remembered as such a colossal failure is because of cost overruns and the ferries didn't work properly. We kept hearing about this scandal for years. It was a good idea. It's just unfortunate it didn't work out.

So how much did it cost taxpayers? In 1994 we were told that it was projected to cost $210 million and it went substantially over budget. When the fast ferries were sold, the provincial budget declared a $52 million loss. I think that was a little more of Christy Clark's fudgeit budget. The loss was likely much higher. Yet that is a drop in the bucket compared to what John Horgan's lockdowns have cost us. The first lockdown we were caught off guard. Now we know better. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

This second circuit breaker lockdown isn't just stupid, it is treason because it has a dirty political motive. Saving lives has nothing to do with it because lockdowns kill far more people than they save. During the first lockdown, the City of Vancouver, which is run by a former NDP MP, said we have to reopen or the city will go bankrupt. We'll have no money to pay salaries or contracts.

The economic devastation a lockdown creates is astounding. Stealing a person's right to earn a living is the most sinister conspiracy we have ever witnessed here. Stealing your money is one thing but in so doing you wipe out tax revenue. If people aren't working, they aren't paying taxes. If people don't pay taxes social programs collapse as the City of Vancouver soon found out.

Let's compare what John Horgan has done to the four biggest scandals in Canadian History. We've already cited Fast Ferries in BC. Now let's compare Johnboy's treason with what Gordon Campbell, Stephen Harper and Brian Mulroney did.

Gordon Campbell is remembered as a charlatan and a scoundrel. His defiant arrogance in railroading the HST was the heart of his downfall. Bill Vander Zalm led the crusade to oppose the HST. The media kept telling us that the HST would save us money yet we knew that when you tax things that were previously tax except, that is a tax increase not a tax reduction. The media tried to sell it as a tax reduction. They lied. Again. What John Horgan is doing is far worse.

It's not just a matter of destroying our economy and putting our grandchildren into debt. The moral cost of this fraud is unprecedented. The Charter of Rights was framed for a purpose. It protects civil liberty by law. A lawless society that fails to uphold civil liberty is on the fast track to becoming a totalitarian government which is what the Charter was framed to prevent.

It isn't even just about stealing our money and our civil liberty. Lockdowns kill people. Suicide, addiction, domestic abuse all of these problems rise exponentially during a lockdown. If people can't go to work and pay their bills, the stress levels are off the charts. Those are the indirect fatalities from lockdowns. Canceled surgeries as well as cancer testing and treatments are direct causes of fatalities. This is one of the ways Chairman Mao murdered millions.

Brian Mulroney and Stephen Harper, the NEO Con twins raised taxes by railroading the GST and the HST. What John Horgan is doing is far worse. Not just because it cost tax payers far more money and actually killed many more people than a flu virus ever has, but because it plays into the global reset and the UN's New Worls Order where the rich get richer and the rest of us become slaves. The rich like George Sorrows and Bill Gates do not fund Communism to share their wealth. The politicians in the Communist Party of China are the richest in the world.

The rich fund Communism so they can become richer by turning the public into slaves. Communism is slavery driven by lies. It's like that World Economic Forum Video Ezra uncovered. "You'll own nothing and you'll be happy." Why? Because we said so. You won't even have to wait for an organ transplant. We'll just print one up on our 3D printer. They're not getting human organs from a 3D printer. They are getting them from executed political prisoners like the Falun Gong. This is their Brave New World where the rich get richer and have anything they want because they own an army of slaves. That is the empire of lies that now owns our media.

BC's illegal travel restrictions

I'm trying to get a clear answer as to the bounties in John Horgan illegal travel restrictions that the RCMP Union are refusing to enforce. The state run website declares the worst Premier in BC's history has created three travel zone, the lowermainland which includes Vancouver and Fraser Health, Vancouver Island and everywhere else.

Hope and Harrison are Fraser Health while Squamish is Vancouver Health as is Whistler and West Vancouver. That would imply that any nonessential travel within that zone would be legal according to John Horgan's ridiculous rules. However, they have arbitrarily removed Hope from the Fraser District and placed it in the Northern District.

This has nothing to do with promoting health. This is illegal because it violates the mobility rights within the Canadian Charter of Rights. This is far worse than fast ferries or anything Gordon Campbell did. History will remember John Horgan and the BC NDP as traitors and tyrants. Bonnie Henty used to work for the WHO but Theresa Tam still does.

Dr. Charles Hoffe blows the whistle in Lytton, BC

Rebel News is reporting that the medical doctor that blew the whistle on the vaccine fatality in Lytton, British Columbia is no longer anonymous and has stepped up at great personal risk to expose adverse reactions from experimental vaccines.

“In stark contrast to the deleterious effects of this vaccine in our community, we have not had to give any medical care what-so-ever, to anyone with COVID-19. So in our limited experience, this vaccine is quite clearly more dangerous than COVID-19,” Dr. Hoffe wrote, calling for answers from the provincial Ministry of Health. We are now seeing a long list of medical doctors speaking out against the media's malicious misrepresentation of Covid-19.

Dr Kelly Victorys stated that when viruses replicate themselves, they become weaker not stronger. Dr Simone Gold stated that cases mean nothing if the patient is asymptomatic and that many causes of death are being falsified. Dr. Kulvinder Kaur has consistently spoken out in support of civil liberty and stated that the values in the PCR test are wrong.

A group of medical doctors in Ontario have formed the Canada Health Alliance to counter the false information the media is brainwashing us with on a daily basis. They too state the PCR test is worthless. All these doctors support vitamin D, zinc and hydroxychloroquine.

Dr Simone Gold held a press conference with the American Frontline Doctors. Several medical doctors stated that they had treated Covid patients with hydroxychloroquine and none of them had lost a patient. They reported that in their trials hydroxychloroquine was helpful in the treatment of Covid -19. The media lied and said hydroxychloroquine was unsafe. It is not. It is FDA approved and they give it to pregnant women. Laura Lynn has been on it for years.

Francois Gauthier charged in the coal Harbor murder

The Trail Times is reporting that "A 51-year-old man is being charged for allegedly shooting and killing a man in Coal Harbour last weekend. Francois Joseph Gauthier is charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of possessing a loaded, restricted firearm without an authorized license." Another gang murder with another illegal gun.

Dr Spin claims that the guy killed in coal Harbour was with the Brothers Keepers who work for the Hells Angels as did Ali. Until they shot him dead of course. Gauthier is a French name. Dr Spin refers to him as a hitman and the local media claims he had no previous record in BC. Claude Gauthier is a well-known member of the Hells Angels in Trois Rivières.

It is unlikely a BK member would cap one of their own. That's why the Edmonton HAs brought in a couple of kids from Edmonton to shoot Ali. Likewise, it appears that this "hitman" was brought in from somewhere else because the local talent wouldn't do it.

It's somewhat suspicious that he was caught so soon. Perhaps the local 81 is going to roll on him too like all the others. Perhaps the Crown will drop the charges against him just like they dropped the charges against the kids that capped Ali. Time will tell. It always does.

Update: Richmond murder is suspected retaliation for Kang hit. It appears that Kim was right about this one. Anees Mohammed was shot dead in January in retaliation for the Gary Kang murder a few days before. Anees was a drug dealer with links to the Wolf Pack and Brothers Keepers. He ran the DTES for the Red and White. However, there's even talk about that one being internal made to look like a retaliation. The cub pack roll on their peeps.

Somehow I don't think Francois Gauthier was affiliated with or hired by the Kang group. He was hired by the red and white. Just sayn. They hired someone to cap one of their own. Again.

In January Mike Farnworth said tit-for-tat shootings are completely unacceptable. So does that mean he sanctions HA hits and opposes when people retaliate against them? Please advise. Are the BC NDP any different from the BC Liberals? In what way? They haven't brought back the OMGU. The CFSEU is still compromised and their money laundering inquiry is simply a publicity stunt to blame the previous government but what have they done to confront crime since they have been elected? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. BC deserves better representation.

Nobody cares if drug dealers shoot each other. People care about the ongoing crime and violence that results from letting drug dealers sell drugs without any resistance from the police. The BC NDP have no desire to stop crime. They just want to profit from it. They are no better than the BC Liberals. It's time for a real change in government.

Whoa, TBM Nation is reporting that "Richard Ernest Alexander, former president of the Devils Army Motorcycle Club, is accused of shooting 30-year-old Saanich man John Dillon Brown in the back of the head on March 11, 2016 in the Devils Army’s Campbell River clubhouse. His body was found the following day in the trunk of his Honda 75 kilometres north of Campbell River near Sayward, British Columbia. Alexander drove the Honda to the Sayward area and abandoned it."

"He described the Devils Army as a support club for the Hells Angels. Events leading to Brown’s death were set in motion in November 2015, when a visiting group of Hells Angels and a Devils Army member got into a fight with Brown at the Voodoo Lounge nightclub in Campbell River. Phipps said Brown happened to be a competitive amateur mixed-martial arts fighter. 'He held his own against the group of bikers,' Phipps said. “The fight was captured by the Voodoo Lounge’s surveillance system.” We wanna know if Priscilla capped him with his pink gun.

Fatal shooting in Langley ID'd

CTV is reporting that "Police from across Metro Vancouver gathered to give an update on escalating gun violence Thursday following the region's third shooting death in less than a week. The latest murder victim, who was gunned down in broad daylight outside a popular recreation centre in Langley on Wednesday, was identified by police as 46-year-old Todd Gouwenberg. Gouwenberg had significant criminal connections, including to the notorious United Nations gang, according to the B.C.'s anti-gang task force, the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit."

The Compromised BC Gang Task Force, who work for the Hells Angels, states that Todd was a member of the UN. That is somewhat suspicious. We haven't heard the UN around here in a long time. We've heard the Duhre Dhak group and the Kang group after that but we haven't heard about the UN operating around here for many years.

Dr Spin, who works for the Compromised BC Gang Task force states Todd "used to do collections for the Hells Angels. But when he was shot to death this week on his way to a training session, he was aligned with the United Nations gang." I find that hard to believe. I'm not going to call bullsh*t yet but I will declare that information is very suspicious and I think I know their motive. Which means, we're gonna have to put their peeps on blast if they pursue what I think they are planning on pursuing. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

The Red Scorpions started working for the Hells Angels ever since the Surrey Six and the Brother's Keepers were hired by the Hells Angels just like the Driftwood Crips were. The Kang group is independent of them. If Todd was with the UN, which I do not believe he was, then he would be aligned with the Kang Group. The news is being intentionally twisted.

Amir Eghtesad appears to have been associated with the UN at one time back in 2009. He was charged with conspiracy to murder the Bacon Brothers. He should have been given an award for that. However, that information is coming from the court and the court is getting that information from Donnie McWhirter as well as David and Ryan Murphy who are compulsive liars.

In that trial the compromised Gang Task force submitted communications between Amir Eghtesad and Todd Gouwenberg. All these years later Todd Gouwenberg has been shot dead. Does that mean he was an active member of the UN involved with opposing the Hells Angels violent bid to secure their monopoly on the local drug trade? No it does not. No more than the fact that Percilla from the Devil's Rejects capped a MMA fighter for kicking their ass.

Konaam Shirzad, one of the founding members of the Red Scorpians, before they were taken over by the swine flu. He was shot dead in Kamloops back in 2017. He was not active in the UN when he was killed. He simply told the Cub Pack to F*ck off and get out of town.

To say that Todd Gouwenberg was an active member of the UN when he was shot dead is a lie. To say that the UN is involved in the HAs current violence in BC is a lie. The Hells Angels hired the Brother's Keepers and the Driftwood Crips to take on the Kang group with the assistance of the compromised BC Gang task Force. The UN is not active and are not involved with any of that. The Hells Angels are. Take that lie to the next step and we'll put your boy Andy on blast.

John Horgan enters the Sleazebag Hall of Fame

Today is the day that John Horgan officially enters the sleazebag hall of fame. Today he joined and surpassed famous charlatans like Gordon Campbell, Stephen Harper and Brian Mulroney. Gordon Campbell left office in disgrace with the lowest popularity rating ever. Aside from his long list of infractions, his downfall came after boldly rejecting the will of the people and defiantly proceeding with the HST. What John Horgan has done today is far worse.

Stephen Harper broke the Reform Party's dream and merged with the very ideology they were created to oppose. Brian Mulroney was known a Lyin' Brian for his perpetual dishonesty. His corruption was recorded in Stevie Cameron's book On the Take.

Aside from his involvement with Iran contra and the pork barrel tax and spend politics that created the Reform Party, Lyin' Brian was known for his defiant introduction of the GST. He raised taxes and wasted tax revenue. Stephen Harper was like unto Lyin' Brian and was an enemy of the Charter of Rights. What John Horgan has done today is far worse than all three put together.

In the late /90's the BC NDP were known for the Fast Ferries scandal. That was not a bad idea. The contractor they chose was their mistake. I'm not saying we should try that again as our ferries are fine. I'm saying what John Horgan has done today is far worse.

Today John Horgan broke the law and tore up the Canadian Charter of Rights. Now he and his party will forever be remembered as a traitor and a tyrant. He had a great start by lowering taxes from the removal of bridge tolls and supporting natural gas which is clean burning. Yet today Horgan goes down in history as the worst BC Premier ever. Bonnie Henry is a lying freak.

Falun Gong Protest in Vancouver

Today was the 22nd anniversary of a large peaceful protest in Bejing where 10,000 Falun Gong members peacefully rallied asking for the Communist government to stop arresting and persecuting their members. This is a copy of a press release about today's event. Sadly, other than the Epoch Times and the New Tang Dynasty, no other main stream media were present.

The Communist government had begun arresting Falon Gong members and persecuting them. They were told that if they want to ask for the release of their members, they had to take it up with Bejing because it was a national matter not a local matter. So they did. 10,000 stood in peaceful protest. After that event the State run media claimed the Falun Gong attacked the capital and was the reason the Communist government cracked down on them. That was a lie.

Anyone who knows the Falun Gong knows how ridiculous that is. The Falun Gong are very peaceful and very respectful. The idea of them attacking the capital is absolutely ridiculous. This is how the state-run media has consistently lied about the Falun Gong for 22 years.

There's more video footage coming in but before I post that I would like to comment on a question the reporter from the New Tang Dynasty asked me. She asked me how I felt about the protest and if it was peaceful. I said it was completely peaceful and very uplifting. After a few brief speakers they just stood there holding banners with very calm uplifting music playing in the background. That peaceful feeling lingered with me the entire ride home as I reflected on that question. In a world filled with violence and negativity, we need more Falun Gong who are peaceful and positive. They are dignified and exemplify the quest to aspire to something higher.

RCMP union Rejects Pending B.C. Police Travel Ban Enforcement Order

Brian Sauvé, President of the National Police Federation, which is the Union that represents the RCMP, stated that the NPF Rejects Pending B.C. Police Travel Ban Enforcement Order. "Earlier today, we wrote to Mike Farnworth, Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General to express our disappointment and grave concerns about the Province's proposed police participation in enforcing a COVID-19 ban on non-essential travel outside of the Province."

"Since the official announcement of these travel restrictions, the National Police Federation has been hearing loud and clear from a growing number of RCMP Members asking us to oppose this proposed Order. In addition to shouldering an already heavy and increasing workload, participating in enforcement 'roadblocks' puts even greater pressure on limited resources and puts our Members at further risk of exposure and possible infection."

"Equally important, we are continuing to enhance and build on our relationships with vulnerable and racialized communities, and the ambiguity and potentially negative impacts of these Orders risk reversing this progress. Last week, the Government of Ontario announced a similar measure, and, that same day, Ontario police services took the unusual step of roundly rejecting that Order. They explained in no uncertain terms that Ontario police officers had no appetite to act on enhanced powers that are typically found in police states, and that doing so would erode a currently fragile public trust, especially with vulnerable and racialized communities."

Thank God for Union representation. Now the question, does the NDP support Unions or not? Len Faul from Police on Guard for Thee gave an interview with Rebel News. One of their pledges in their mission statement reads "To repair and regain public trust which is being damaged and lost due to the enforcement of Emergency measures." Exatly. It changes the motto to serve and protect into to oppress and enslave. It transforms law enforcement into law breaking Gestapo.

One of the first pledges in their mission statement reads "To honour our Oath to uphold the Constitution of Canada." This is in line with the Oath Keepers in the US. Since the Charter of Rights is the highest law of the land, then law enforcement must uphold that law not defiantly break it. Mobility rights are protected in the Charter. John Horgan's roadblocks are illegal.

Florida Governor says lockdowns have been a huge mistake

Life Site News is reporting that "Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis says he regrets ever shutting down his state, calling lockdowns a “huge mistake.” 'We wanted to mitigate the damage. Now, in hindsight, the 15 days to slow the spread and the 30 — it didn’t work,' DeSantis told the Epoch Times. 'We shouldn’t have gone down that road.'”

"The governor had issued a 30-day stay-at-home order more lenient than most, with exceptions made for religious services and recreational activities, as well as broadly defined essential businesses. “Our economy kept going,” DeSantis said. “It was much different than what you saw in some of those lockdown states.”

"After the stay-at-home order, DeSantis phased in a reopening of the state, even as he was berated by lockdown proponents for his policies. Florida was fully reopened by Sept. 25, 2020, and DeSantis stood firm even as COVID-19 cases rose during the winter."

"DeSantis argued not only that lockdowns are ineffective, but that they inflict devastating damage to the economy and to people’s well-being, both mental and physical. The Sun Rises on the Second City

I mentioned how it's starting to get lighter out when I ride into work in the mornings. Instead of riding into the darkness now there is an orange glow on the horizon. The mountains are getting lighter and are more visible. Well this morning, right before I arrived at work, the sun burst over the horizon. I love sunrises especially that magical moment when the sun breaks over the horizon. Today it was somewhat metaphorical and remined me of a tale of two cities.

Pink Floyd talked about two suns in the sunset. Well today I want to talk about two cities in the sunrise. A city of light and a city of darkness. A city of truth and an empire of lies. A city of freedom and a city of slavery. Right now, thanks to John Horgan, we're in the wrong city.

John Horgan has proven to be just another sleazebag politician. History will remember him and his party as traitors and tyrants just like Gordon Campbell. These travel restrictions with roadblocks are illegal and obscene. The Canadian Charter of Rights protects civil liberty by law and mobility rights. We have the right to move. Communism and fascism both restrict that right because they are the same thing - a single party totalitarian system that breeds slavery.

Previously I posted a link to Fleetwood Mac's song Dreams. In that song, Stevie Nicks states "Now here you go again, you say you want your freedom Well, who am I to keep you down?" Now it's highly likely when she first wrote that song, she was referring to a relationship. That is not what I'm referring to. I'm remixing those words and am applying them to today.

I'm talking about all the people across the country and around the world that are protesting against lockdowns in support of freedom. That is their right and their moral obligation.

Update: Post Media Trash is reporitng that "The B.C. government is clarifying how the province will crack down on those that break COVID-19 travel restrictions. Previously, on Monday, B.C. Premier John Horgan said drivers will be subject to 'random audits, not unlike roadside checks or CounterAttack during the Christmas season.' However, on Tuesday, Public Safety Minister Mike Farnworth wanted to clarify Horgan’s statement. He said the province is examining the use of periodic roadblocks only set up at places like BC Ferries or on Highway 1 leaving the Lower Mainland, to discourage recreational travel, and not conducting random individual stops."

Random stops on highway one are illegal and violate the mobility rights in the Charter of Rights.

B.C. will soon restrict non-essential travel outside of health regions

CTV is reporitng that "The provincial government is working on regulations that will restrict the non-essential travel of British Columbians outside their own health regions. Speaking at a news conference Monday, Premier John Horgan said regulations are being developed by the public safety minister that will restrict movement within the province."

Fatal shooting in Coquitlam

The Tri City news is reporting that "A man is dead and a suspect is still at large after a brazen dinner hour shooting at Coquitlam’s Town Centre Park on Monday. The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) has been called in to investigate. The incident occurred at or near a basketball court in one of the park’s busiest areas, adjacent to a skateboard park, playground and beach volleyball courts, all of which were busy on a warm spring evening."

Harpreet Singh Dhaliwal, 31, of Abbotsford was shot dead Saturday night in Coal Harbour.

10 kilograms of cocaine seized in Brampton Ontario

The Toronto Star is reporting that "More than two dozen GTA men have been charged as police say they have busted an international drug trafficking ring that wound into Western Canada, California and India. The complex police operation included York Regional Police, Peel Police and the RCMP. Dubbed Project Cheetah, it culminated this month in the seizure of $2.3 million worth of drugs including 10 kilograms of cocaine, eight kilograms of ketamine, three kilograms of heroin and 2.5 kilograms of opium, police said. Investigators said they also seized 48 firearms and $730,000 in Canadian currency." Every province except for BC makes drug busts. Ask yourself why.

The Charter of Rights missing from government web site

This is rather amusing. Someone sent me a link to the government web site of official documents. Look what happenings when you click on the Canadian Charter of Rights - it's not there.

I'm sure it's just a mistake but right now it is a profound one since Justin Trudeau, Rob Ford and Jason Kenney have thrown the Charter of Rights out the window. Stephen Harper was an enemy of the Charter but so is Justin Trudeau. That's why I call him Commodus from the movie Gladiator. Justin's father supported civil liberty but he does not.

The Charter of Rights protects civil liberty by law. It is the highest law of the land so when a federal, provincial or municipal government makes a law that violates the charter, that law is illegal similar to the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

This is why the Constitutional Rights Centre is opposing lockdowns and why Dr Kulvinder Kaur keeps quoting it. In addition to the freedom of religion, the freedom of association, the freedom of the press, the right to lawful assembly and the right to legal representation, mobility rights are also protected by the charter. The right to move. This is the actual charter and this is the text.

Zoom of Doom: Just Serve

They temporarily closed my gym down over a covid case so I decided to go to church today. Well not in person, I joined in on their Zoom meeting. I saw an old friend was speaking so I thought I'd tune in. One of the speakers shared a quote about how true happiness isn't about getting something it's about becoming something. I agree with that.

My buddy with whom I have served with in the DTES referred to a website called Justserve.org. No doubt as we reach out to serve others our own problems and burdens become light.

I also agree that the greatest service a man can do is within the walls of his own home. Everything has it's time and place. I've spent many years serving in the DTES but I just can't do it any more. The insanity of what we are doing there breaks my heart. Like I said, we've abandoned the Four Pillars program and turned Harm Reduction into Harm promotion which has resulted in more addicts and more overdoses. People who want treatment should be able to get it. That is the problem we must face. That is how the Portugal model succeeded.

I served a mission once. That was a very long time ago. On that mission I often said that although I understand teaching the gospel is important, I look forward to the time when I go home and just live the gospel. Actions speak louder than words. As a father, getting up and going to work in the morning to put food on the table when you don't feel like it, that is living the gospel. The world has need of willing men yo, who wear the worker's seal. Work is the means of all accomplishment. There is no joy in life without it. Cheers.
