36 drug overdoses in Whalley over the weekend - Update: make that 43

The Vancouver Province is reporting that crack cocaine has been laced with fentanyl which resulted in 36 drug overdoses over the weekend in the infamous Whalley Strip where the City and the RCMP still let drug dealers sell crack in public. The Front page of today's Vancouver Province had another picture of a guy smoking a crack pipe in the open.

The article states "Health-care workers and the RCMP on Sunday canvassed Surrey’s Whalley area warning people of a disturbing new trend in which crack cocaine is being laced with the deadly synthetic opioid fentanyl. With 36 overdoses over the weekend in Whalley, Mounties, health-care and social workers walked through the gritty area putting up warning notices, handing out pamphlets and talking to drug addicts and the homeless about the critical situation."

First of all, they're not health care workers. They are assisted suicide technicians. They are doctors of death criminally culpable in the creation of a Zombie Apocalypse. Here we have the RCMP and the doctors of death dancing all around the crack dealers selling crack laced with fentanyl and instead of arresting the drug dealers selling the lethal poison they hand out flyers warning everyone about the risks without lifting a finger to stop the criminal activity they are witnessing in the process. This is the epitome of stupidity. Thanks for nothing Bill Fordy.

Shane Williams said at the Lookout’s Whalley facility staff had to deal with 17 overdoses of the 36 reported in the area. What does that tell me? That tells me that the Lookout homeless shelter is not a homeless shelter. It is a drug house just like the Front Room.

Fraser Health chief medical officer Dr. Victoria Lee stated “In terms of advice, the best prevention is to avoid using crack cocaine altogether.” Finally someone said something that is true. Maybe we shouldn't be handing out free crack pipes then. That makes us criminally culpable if we do. This is the first we have heard of crack being laced with fentanyl. Normally it's heroin. Crack is a solid rock so it's harder to mix it with cutting agents. One cutting agent that is commonly used now is levamisole. It's used to deworm cattle. In humans it causes flesh eating disease. By handing out free crack pipes and having assisted suicide technicians tell the mentally ill how to "safely" smoke crack we are criminally culpable in poisoning human beings.

Just for the record, the UN or the Dhurry Dhak group aren't the ones supplying the Front Room with drugs it's the Hells Angels. Perhaps that's why Bill Fordy won't arrest them. This is not a new problem. Residents and businesses complained about the RCMPs insane policy on the Whalley strip back in 2008 and they have still done nothing about it. That makes them legally liable for damages. If Tony Blair can be held legally liable for the unlawful invasion of Iraq, then Bill Fordy can be held legally liable for refusing to arrest crack dealers along the Whalley strip.

Update: Now we're up to 43 drug overdoses on that strip over the weekend and the Xanadu freaks are once again calling for a safe inhalation site. There is no such thing as a safe place to smoke crack. Crack is poison. Especially with the lethal mixture they are selling now. Not arresting the drug dealers along that strip is insane. Not arresting them when they are selling a lethal form of crack is criminally insane. Rob Ford would never have overcome his addiction to crack cocaine in a safe inhalation site. He needed rehab not more crack.

What makes matters worse is that we now have Sukh Dhaliwal talking that same insanity. Never mind recall petition. His constituents need to have a petition that he goes for psychiatric testing. If that becames a Trudeau government policy then goodbye it was nice knowing you. Surrey City hall said no to a safe inhalation site for good reason. Residents have a say in this matter and their complaints are currently falling on deaf ears. Dr Colin Mangham on Insite.

Venezuela Meltdown and Exodus

We've talked a bit about some of the atrocities committed in the name of Communism - Stalin, Lenin, Chairman Mao. We also mentioned briefly how Communism has failed in Venezuela recently. Well the situation has become epidemic and I'm not hearing much about it in the local news. Seemingly they can't even buy food at the grocery store. Recently the government has finally opened up the border for a few hour intervals allowing people to leave which has created a mass exodus into Columbia. If there ever was a need for humanitarian aid, this is it.



Seemingly these pictures are from today. The Panama Post reported that "On Sunday, July 10, more than 35,000 Venezuelans crossed the border into the Colombian city of Cúcuta. President Nicolás Maduro’s government, which was left embarrassed before the international community once again due to an exodus of citizens, had no option but to allow the massive border crossing eleven months after senselessly blocking all access to Colombia by land. In theory, Maduro closed the border to prevent smuggling, but recent events have proved that this was just another dictatorial measure on behalf of the Chavista regime."

I don't want to get into name calling over the cause of the meltdown. I just want to say that the government allowing people to leave is a good thing. Now let's see what we can do to help. Obviously if we can get food into the grocery stores people can stay in their homes and not be homeless in a foreign country. Peace.

New movie about the Pickton Farm airs on CBC July 23

The Vancouver Province is reporting that there is a new movie about the woman lost on the Pickton Farm based on Stevie Camron's book On the Farm. There is a special screening of the film today at the VanCity Theatre and it will be on CBC Television July 23rd.

As we know, Robert Pickton drove around the DTES picking up sex trade workers for a biker party on his farm. A nurse from the DTES told the Vancouver Observer that there wa s a bus from the Surrey House of Horrors that took sex trade workers to parties on the Pickton Farm where they could have free drugs. Yvonne Marie Boen's DNA was found at the Surrey House of Horrors as well as on Pickton's Pig Farm. All of this evidence implies more than one suspect.

Page 137 of the book On the Farm states: "But the truth is that almost all the people in the community knew the Palace as a wild party place with drugs and prostitutes. And everyone knew that the bikers who attended usually finished the parties at their own place across from the Pickton farm, a clubhouse that had become infamous as a booze can serving alcohol and drugs to members and friends. By the end of 1996 the neighbourhood became known in criminal circles as a biker area, one controlled by the Hells Angels."

"Off duty police officers attended the parties and so did city officials." (p 136) "He was worried they were going to get busted at the Palace... But the place was full of cops too, lots of them, all in plainclothes." (p 138) The Missing Woman's Inquiry was supposed to hear evidence that off duty police officers attended parties at Piggy's Palace but the Inquiry was shut down before that happened. This claim ties in with the Dianne Rock Story.

Dianne Rock claimed she was gang praped on the Pickton Farm by bikers and police. Do I believe that every cop in metro Vancouver was involved with gang raping women on the Pickton Farm? No I do not. Neither do I believe that all Hells Angels in Metro Vancouver were either. Some were many weren't. Jesse ran a booze can for the Hells Angles across the street from the Pickton Farm beside Piggy's Palace. Do I think Jesse was gang raping sex trade workers from the DTES at Piggy's Palace? No I do not. Jesse's booze can was beside Piggy's Palace. It was an after hours club people went after Roosters closed down. It was higher end than Piggies Palace. Piggies Palace was a sleazy dive run by Dave Pickton and other Hells Angels.

Homeless shelter in Whalley sparks outcry

The Vancouver Province is reporting that "the City of Surrey is continuing its search for a location for a new homeless shelter in the face of opposition from business owners near a proposed site in Whalley. Elizabeth Model, CEO of the Downtown Surrey BIA, said the businesses are struggling."

“We’re trying to build a city centre that is inclusive, integrated and adaptive to all citizens. Given we all have the same goal for the city of Surrey, there is no clear rationale why the city has chosen this location for another shelter,” Model told council. “We don’t want to produce and reproduce the Downtown Eastside here.”

I have to agree with Elizabeth Model. We don't want the "Gateway to Surrey" to become another DTES. There is no need to reproduce that failed social experiment any more than we already have. I have been an advocate for the homeless and oppressed all my life. In fact, I carry deep personal guilt over what has become of the Front Room homeless shelter on the Surrey Strip that is plagued with drug dealers and public drug use.

Years ago I addressed Surrey city council as a representative of a nonprofit group I created advocating for the homeless called Respect International. I slammed City council for closing the Front Room on a building technicality. I said I would be creating a website and posting each council member's position on the closure of the shelter on the internet and said this was going to be an election issue. At the time, the thought of closing a homeless shelter in Surrey outraged me. I didn't understand what the real concerns were.

The problem was it's location and what had become of the facility. It wasn't a homeless shelter it was a drug house. You can't put a homeless shelter right beside a needle exchange. We have seen the forest fire of problems that continues to create.

We finally got rid of the Dell Hotel. That has been a blight on Surrey for over 30 years. This is a golden opportunity to transform that area into another business metropolis like Surrey Central. When people drive up the hill from New Westminster we want them to see a shining new development like Metrotown. That will bring money into Surrey which will in turn increase tax revenue and make social programs for the homeless possible.

We cannot address homelessness and alleviate their suffering until we confront the predators that are viciously exploiting them on a daily basis. We cannot help the homeless until we start arresting the crack dealers that are continually brutalizing them as we speak. We need affordable housing and drug treatment centres like Price Pro who teach addicts life skills and help them get off the drugs instead of perpetuating the pharmaceutical scam by turning them into lifelong methadone addicts. If that doesn't change, nothing else will. Maybe we should put the new homeless shelter near Price Pro and not let any drug dealers or needle exchanges in the area.



A lot of people want to help the homeless but don't know how. If you want to help the homeless, don't hand out free crack pipes. Shop at Price Pro. They help addicts get off the drugs, teach them life skills and give them a job. If you shop at Price Pro that will make a difference. Peace.

Spotlight on the BCIMC Fraud

Since this case exemplifies real estate corruption tied to the BC government I think it is important we review this important case at this crucial time. Jack English owned the Pacific Rim Resort campgrounds in Tofino for 30 years since 1984. The Pacific Rim Resort had 2800 feet of white sand beach, 214 acres and 1200 family campsites. It was the family business for 30 years.

Tofino is the launching point to the famous Clayoquot Sound, a protected biosphere that I have previously blogged about on more than one occasion. Tourism is it's largest source of revenue. Obviously the Pacific Rim Resort was a prime piece of real estate. Investors tried to get them to sell for 16 million when it was appraised at 60 million. They said no. It was their livelihood.



That's when things started to go wrong. Arsonists simultaneously burned down their home and two other buildings on the property all at once back in May of 2010. BC Hydro cut off access to the property August 10, 2010. The Municipality cut off their water and sewer. This made it impossible for them to operate the resort and maintain their source of revenue. As a result they obviously fell behind in the mortgage but with no access, and no business, they were unable to refinance and lost refinancing that was already approved, thus allowing BCIMC to steal their resort.. This allowed the BCIMC to obtain title to the property at a firesale price.



I previously blogged about this case back in 2013. Note the graffiti tag that was left behind after the arson attack. This isn't the graffiti tag from any known First Nations gang like Red Alert or the Manitoba Warriors. This isn't even First Nations. The characters are from an alphabet the French and English made up to record the local oral languages. No First Nations gang banger is going to know this alphabet. Only someone who went to university would. The graffiti tag was left behind to make it look like a First Nations gang when it obviously was not. Something much more sinister is involved here. It wasn't a First Nations gang that cut off their sewer, power and access bridge. It was BC Hydro and the City of Tofino.

Jack and his Family were betrayed by their lawyers.

The first lawyer to mess up was Jeff Scouten who misled Jack which Jack only learned of when Jack said he was going to file some documents for the court in the local registry in Nanaimo. Scouten told him not to because the case had been transferred to Kelowna. Jack was shocked and asked why as he would not consent to it. Scouten said the other party requested it and he agreed to it without telling Jack. That is when Jack fired Jeff Scouten.

Then, when Jack arrived at the court in Kelowna he discovered that Scouten had also consented to an immediate order of foreclosure. That means if Jack hadn't been on the ball, Scouten would have agreed to everything the lender wanted and more. They would have simply walked away with Jack’s property without any redemption period or opportunity to refinance whatsoever.

Jack then hired Boughton and Company in Vancouver, where former Attorney General Wally Oppal works. Not surprisingly, Boughton didn't do anything for him and charged him over $100,000. It was only after the foreclosure was over that Jack learned that the Province wanted his property to hand it off to his neighbours as part of a deal that would enrich Wally Oppal's pension. But it gets worse. In steps Greg Harney.

Jack English retained Greg Harney in Victoria to stop the wrongful foreclosure of his family business and home. They negotiated and agreed upon a fee of “$10,000 and two RV Sites close to the beach”. Greg went to court on two occasions and got a six month extension to the foreclosure. But then Greg tried to extort $1.2 million in legal fees from Jack for a few days work when Jack refused to go along with Greg’s demand that he sell their Resort to BCIMC for 15% of its’ appraised value. Jack contacted the President of the BC Law Society and complained that Harney was attempting to extort him and would not honour his fee agreement.

Jack refused to pay the extortionate amount. Harney quit the case and immediately commenced collection proceedings in court for this unbelievable bill where Harney's friend on the bench, a Master who is paid by the Provincial Government and who has his pension with BCIMC, decided the case in favour of Harney. Greg Harney previously said he would arrange refinancing for Jack with Greg Martel in Victoria who is believed to be involved in money laundering for one of the gangs connected to the Lindsay Buziak murder.

Jack is battling Harney in the Court of Appeal now. The case is nasty with documented evidence showing that Harney secretly filed fraudulent backdated documents just before the court hearing which is a criminal offence. But for some reason the appeal judges are ignoring this evidence and bending over backwards to protect Greg Harney who submitted the fraudulent bill.

Here's' the deal: There were two parcels of land. One was owned outright and the other still had a mortgage on it. After BCIMC stole the main parcel of land that had a mortgage through a serious of criminal acts that prevented Jack from earning a revenue to pay the mortgage, Greg Haney is now trying to steal the other parcel of land that Jack owned without a mortgage. I kid you not. There's a whole blog about that aspect of the fraud as well at www.gregharney.blogspot.ca. That's why it is important to act now to prevent the family from being defrauded twice.

John Carten, a longtime family friend, acting on behalf of the English family contacted Lawson Lundell LLP in response to his letter to Rick Mahler, Chairman of the Board for the BCIMC and rightfully advised them that the possession of property that the possessor knows was obtained directly or indirectly by criminal acts is itself a crime under Section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada and asked three key questions we are anxiously waiting a response to in this PDF copy of his letter. Mr Caten also made Christy Clark aware of the fraud which is shown in this PDF copy of that letter as well. Let's see how far this rabbit hole really goes. Stay tuned.

After this happened Jack and his kids were left destitute. Christmas they had nothing. They had no hot water, no sewer, no money and no food. They were sitting at the table on Christmas and Jack's 10 year old daughter asked him are we going to die? Jack uncomfortably said no, but it's going to be a little rough. Then it was an act of "Christian" service from a local member of the Hell Angels who gave them food at Christmas which helped them survive. Not all Hells Angles are good, but not all Hells Angels are bad either. Just sayin. I still think they should return the Nanaimo clubhouse and seize the Kelowna clubhouse instead by way of consent order. Peace.

Ontario Drug Bust

Global is reporting that "Toronto police say 27 people have been arrested in connection to a drug trafficking ring operating primarily in southern Ontario. Authorities say the year-long investigation led to the seizure of nearly 300 kilograms of various controlled substances, eight firearms and more than $2.3 million in cash."

CP 24 is reporting that "Police in Toronto and York Region began a joint investigation into the drug trafficking network early in 2016 dubbed Project Beyond. The drugs that were seized included 80 kilograms of cocaine, 101 kilograms of Ketamine, 65 kilograms of Marijuana, 24 kilograms of MDMA, 3.3 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine and eight kilograms of liquid opium. Police also seized 101 kilograms of cocaine cutting agents."

"The weapons seized, meanwhile, included a TEC-9 submachine gun with a silencer, an AR 15 machine rifle, two shotguns and a number of handguns. Police have identified 40-year-old Kevin Er, of Richmond Hill, as the alleged ringleader of the criminal organization. Er is facing a total of 16 criminal charges."

Back in 2014, there was another large drug bust in Ontario dubbed project Anarchy tied to the the Alkhalils who as we all know, work for the Hells Angels. In 2013 the New York Post reported that Jimmy “Cosmo” Cournoyer supplied New York with BC Bud through the Hells Angels. That drug ring supplied New York with BC Bud and brought back massive amounts of cocaine into Canada to be sold as crack.

Kelowna Warriors weapons bust

Kelowna Capital News is reporting that the new and "reorganized" Gang Task force is stepping up it's campaign against Hells Angels rivals. The RCMP busted some Kelowna Warriors with numerous firearms as well as 26 grams of suspected Methamphetamine, 20 grams of suspected Marihuana and 6 grams of suspected Cocaine. I kid you not.

We know it wasn't a HA bust because it would have involved a lot more drugs if it was. The Kelowna Warriors are new kids on the block and appear to be connected to the Manitoba Warriors who are indeed Hells Angel rivals. October 2014 one blog reader said the Kelowna Warriors now exist. This bust proves they were right.

CSIS opens public Twitter account

The National Post is reporting that "Canada’s intelligence service posted its first Tweet on Wednesday, joining the Central Intelligence Agency and other secretive government organizations that have ventured into social media." Now you can skip main stream media propaganda and get the lies straight from the source. So when will CSIS be charged with murder for providing the explosives for the Air India bombing? Please advise. Don't forget, Gary Webb was right.

Mother killed in Arson

This one isn't gang related but it is related to domestic violence. CBC is reporting that "A father of six has been charged with second-degree murder and two counts of arson following a "tragic" and suspicious fire in Port Moody, B.C., that left the woman believed to be his wife dead and sent five of their children to hospital."

The Vancouver Province is reporting that "The blaze broke out in a home in the 3300-block Dewdney Trunk Road shortly before 1:30 p.m. Moments later, according to one neighbour, at least three people who were driving by spotted the kids in the second-floor window and stopped to help. One man had a ladder, which the passersby used to help the children climb out to safety."

"The kids escaped with minor injuries. Their mother, however, suffered extensive burns and later died at hospital. The children’s father was arrested at the scene and taken away by ambulance. He’s in custody and was charged Monday with one count of second-degree murder and two counts of arson causing bodily harm. The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) has conduct of the investigation. A sixth child wasn’t home at the time of the fire."

"Police say that before the fire started, Port Moody police responded to a call about a domestic disturbance at the house. It’s believed that one of the kids made the call. When officers arrived, the house was engulfed in flames. The children had already escaped at that point, (thanks to the neighbours) however, their parents remained in the house. Police quickly removed the couple from the home and the fire department was called in to assist."

The first thing I'm going to say is WTF were you thinking? Get in an argument with your wife so you set fire to the house and kill her along with your children? That is deranged. Parents are supposed to protect their children, provide for their children and make sacrifices for their children. Killing your children not to mention killing your wife or your ex is absolutely deranged.

Sadly this has happened before. Allan Schoenborn, the father from Merritt who murdered his three children in 2008 was granted escorted outings into the community last year. That is insane.

In 2011, Maple Batista, a beautiful young Indo Canadian girl attending SFU in Surrey was murdered. The Toronto Sun reported that Batalia, 19, was shot and killed about an hour after midnight on Sept. 28, 2011, apparently in front of several witnesses and that her boyfriend and his associate were charged a year later. Yet last year Global reported that the family are wondering why the trial hadn't started four years later. It now appears there is a publication ban on the trial. This is obscene. Do we really wonder why we are still having a problem with domestic violence? Because the police and the courts are absolutely useless. Sign the petition.

I'll be the first one to admit that domestic violence cases are very dangerous to get involved in. Not because of the abuser but because of the victim. Often they go back and frequently turn on those who try to help them. Been there done that. Once in New York a friend and I saw a guy pin a girl to the wall in the subway so we pulled the guy off of her. Instantly the woman started to scream and yelled out don't hurt him. I just looked at her as if to say are you f*cking kidding me and turned to my friend and said let's get out of here. That was messed up. However, the Maple Batalia trial should proceed. There is no excuse for that and a publication ban on the trial is obscene. My daughter ran into Maple's father a few times in Surrey after the murder. He was really distraught about his daughter's murder. He really cared about her and it killed him.

Domestic Violence

Now to the heart of the conflict. Rihanna and Eminem put out a hit single years ago called Love The Way You Lie. Although it had a catchy tune the title and the lyrics were a huge concern. Often when I'd complain to my younger friends they would just shrug and say you are taking the lyrics way too literally. No I wasn't. They speak for themselves. The song declares:

"Are you Just gonna stand there and watch me burn But that's alright because I like the way it hurts Just gonna stand there and hear me cry But that's alright because I love the way you lie I love the way you lie." Thus the title of the song. I love the way you lie. That is absurd.

Then the flaming finally: "If she ever tries to f*cking leave again I'm gonna tie her to the bed and set this house on fire." He declares that if his girlfriend tries to leave again he is going to tie her to the bed and set the house on fire. AYFKM? That is exactly what it says. There is nothing cool, catchy or funny about that at all. It is deranged.

Oh and guess what, the beautiful and talented Rihanna was beat up by her boyfriend Chris Brown. BBC reported that Chris Brown confessed and said he watched his step father beat his mother growing up. Rihanna told 20/20 that "her father was severely abusive to her mother in the past and hit her numerous times. She said she would unsuccessfully try to break up their fights, attempting to distract the pair by breaking glasses and dishes in the kitchen. The singer said her father even broke her mother’s nose." OK so that's part of the problem but there's more.

In the music video Love the way you lie, Eminem describes his relationship with his girlfriend. Tells her how much he loves her as they fight and hit each other then have passionate sex. That is not love. That is not passion. That is not intimacy. That is sadomasochism.

The movie Mr and Mrs Smith is another red flag for leading down the road to abuse. One minute they are literally trying to kill each other physically hitting each other then all of a sudden they start having passionate sex. There is something very wrong with that picture. The French wrote the book on intimacy. Generally speaking a Frenchman will not beat a woman. He will defend her. He will wine and dine her. He is a romantic. That is what passion is. Passion is an extension of healthy love. Hitting each other is not healthy. Domestic violence is ugly.

Surrey Ride By on Bicycle

1130 News is reporting that "Surrey Mounties say a shooting in Whalley early this morning was carried out by two suspects riding bikes. It happened around 3 a.m. near King George Boulevard and 108th Avenue. A man was rushed to the hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries after paramedics found he’d been shot in the stomach area."

Crackheads shooting each other on bicycles near near King George Boulevard and 108th Avenue. That's right by the Whalley Strip outside the Front Room where they let crack dealers sell crack in public beside the needle exchange. A big F*ck you to Bill Fordy. Thanks for nothing idiot. Fraser MacRae was a Rock Star. Bill Fordy never came close. History has recorded that.

Local man charged in West Kelowna shooting

In a recent batch of local shootings Kelowna Cap News reported that a 31 year old woman was shot in a west Kelowna home July 4th and that a 28 year old male had been taken into custody.

Now Kelowna Info News is reporting that "While a 31-year-old West Kelowna woman remains in hospital with a serious gunshot wound, police have laid charges against a 28-year-old suspect arrested near the scene. Evan Anthony Swite has been charged with aggravated assault and possession of a weapon while prohibited, according to a media release."

What I don't understand is when a man shoots a woman, why is he only charged with aggravated assault instead of attempted murder? Especially when he is in possession of a firearm he was previously banned from possessing. That means he has some kind of a record. Why is there a publication ban on that court case? What are they trying to hide?



In 2005 he was charged with Robbery and Assault causing bodily harm. In 2011 he was charged with uttering death threats, and in 2012 he was charged with Flight from a peace officer and Breach of undertaking or recognizance. He was later found guilty on all of those charges.

In 2014 he was charged with careless use or storage of a firearm as well as unauthorised possession of a firearm. February 2016 that case was set for trial. May 2015 he was once again charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. That case resulted in a stay of proceedings directed by Crown. So why is he now charged with assault not attempted murder?

Tony Blair takes the fall for the Iraq War

A new report resulting from a seven year inquiry has slammed Tony Blair for supporting the unlawful invasion of Iraq based on a lie. Obviously this is nothing new. The report is and it's rekindling quite an uproar in England. It reopens the murder of the whistleblower Dr Kelly.

The Telegraph is reporting that Tonly Blair could be impeached and put on 'trial' in Parliament to account for his actions in front of MPs and peers. Hmmm, he's no longer Prime minister. Putting him on trial in front of the peers who supported his criminal act wouldn't be very accountable. In contrast the Independent is reporting that Tony Blair could be sued for 'every penny' by families of soldiers killed in Iraq War. Now we're talking. Him and George Bush Jr both. After all Tony Blair was just doing what George Bush asked him to do. That's why he won the CONgressional award for deception. Blair was the forerunner for Operation Mass appeal where MI 6 knowingly sent out false press releases about Iraq's Weapons of Mass Destruction to sell the lie to the public. The problem is, Tony Blair is gone but MI 6 and the CIA isn't. Sue them.

Justice Institute harassment case goes to trial.

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "A UN gang associate accused of being the mastermind of a campaign of terror against people linked to the Justice Institute of B.C. is expected to plead guilty to the charges. In September, Vincent Eric Gia-Hwa Cheung, 40, was arrested and charged with 23 counts related to a series of arsons and shootings targeting the homes and vehicles of police officers and others with ties to the New Westminster institution."

This all stems from a bizarre campaign of violence that targeted people who worked at the Justice Institute. The article states Police said in some cases the victims had simply parked their cars at the Justice Institute to take their children to a nearby daycare. I'm somewhat baffled by the motive. A previous article stated that two men were arrested and Police said the motive would come out in court. Not if they plead guilty. However, the second man's case will go to trial so hopefully the motive will come out then.

The article states "he (Cheung) has had associations with people in gangs for a very long time." Knowing people who are gang associates doesn't necessarily make you a gang associate.

Rob Sidhu and Judge John Lenaghan

Rob Sidhu is a bit of a local celebrity. He's a dirty cop that was convicted in the United States for cocaine trafficking tied to the Hells Angels. He was handed an eight year sentence in the US. Prior to that Judge John Lenaghan let him walk away free in Canada on impersonation charges. In that case he falsely represented himself as an active member of the RCMP after he had left the force to obtain information about the Bacon brothers location. Hells Angels lawyer Matthew Nathanson represented him in that case and Judge John Lenaghan let him off.

The Water Crimes blog as well as the Citizens against the BCIMC blog have both expressed concerns about Judge John Lenaghan's personal bias. Just like Peter Leask.



Update: Gordon Clark from the Vancouver Province just wrote an editorial about judicial accountability. More and more people are speaking about the issue because it keeps coming up over and over again. Judges need to be accountable to the people who pay their wages. This judicial arrogance needs to subside.

Shooting fatality in Surrey

1130 News is reporting that "Homicide investigators have been called in to investigate a death in Surrey’s Bog Park. The man’s body was found at the park at 130th Street and 98th Avenue around 2 p.m. yesterday. IHIT says he “appeared to be the victim of a gunshot wound.” The victim has been identified as 27-year-old Brendan Chand. Investigators say several people reported hearing gunshots in the area as early as 10:30 p.m. on Saturday."

In 2014 the Vancouver Province reported that Brenden Chand was a drug dealer who shot a man in the back as he was fleeing from him in a busy SkyTrain station in Burnaby. The Surrey Now confirms that this homicide victim is the same drug dealer who was convicted in the 2011 shooting which has also been confirmed by CKNW and the CBC.

Update: The was also a suspicious death in Prince George.

Shots fired in south Vancouver 12:30 a.m. Wednesday. CBC is reporting that police found a black SUV riddled with bullet holes at East 59th Avenue and Fraser Street.

Kelowna Cap News is reporting that a 31 year od woman was shot in a west Kelowna home and a 28 year old male has been taken into s=custody.

While still on the subject of diversity, I have to pass on a recommendation for a magnificent martial arts school and instructor in Vancouver who is keeping the old traditions alive. Before my son went abroad he told me he met a really buff and realy cool martial arts instructor from Jamaica he was taking classes from. He said I'd like him. He was right.

Hugh is a really buff and really cool brother from Jamaica dripping in wisdom who teaches traditional White Crane Kung Fu in Vancouver. He was trained by grandmaster Vincent Chow. Elianna Lev from the Vancouver Observer wrote an article about him.

I came in for a drop in and was significantly impressed. He is indeed very buff, very cool and his thought provoking wisdom is indeed inspiring. He had a background in fitness and kickboxing and was looking for something else. He had the aggression. He wanted to learn how to control it. He found that in White Crane Kung Fu. His dojo is located at the corner of Kingsway and Fraser street. The actual address is 657 East 15th street right beside the Lion's Den cafe.

His dojo is awesome. He's got heavy bags and a speed bag all set up on one side right beside his harley davidson and an open wooden floor with lots of mirrors to self reflect and practice the traditional art. During the drop in class he had the Fugees playing in the background. I smiled and said to my son, do you remember this and he nodded. I used to play it all the time when he and his sister were young. I picked up a few new moves I can use in my own personal daily rituals following Dan Inosanto's advice to absorb what is useful.

Previously we were talking about how some people like to meditate. That was a rage when I was young. I tried it out but my mind would always wander and I'd just fall asleep. I guess I just wasn't on that higher spiritual plane. Hugh had us meditate while standing on one foot with our arms stretched out. That I could do. It gave my brain something to do while I meditated. He asked me what I was doing that day and I told him about my schedule that at first appeared somewhat conflicted. Without hesitation he said no, that's alright. You spend time with your kids, you spend time with your friends and you do what makes you happy. Everything is in balance. So now whenever I assume that pose I picture myself juggling my conflicted schedule and being at complete peace about it. It really helped me put things into perspective.

So yesterday I rode down there to thank him for helping me put things into perspective and for taking my son under his wing. We had previously discussed Caribbean food which goes well with Guinness stout. He smiled and said yes that was tue. Then said back in Jamaica we have another kind of beer which is even better than Guinness called Dragon stout. When he said that I smiled and thought to myself yeah right. People told me about this local beer called Dead frogs and said how that was just like a Guinness. I tried it and I have to admit it is a good dark beer but it's not a Guinness. So I wanted to try this Dragon stout for myself.

So yesterday I took him out for a beer and some curry goat at the Reef on Main Street and was pleasantly surprised. This Dragon stout is awesome. I could almost say it's even better than a Guinness. Although my fears might hold me back a bit I have to admit it does qualify.

During dinner he asked me what I did on Canada Day so I told him. He just nodded without passing judgement. After dinner we walked over to my bike. Realizing that he meditated I told him how I just couldn't understand how someone would want to stop someone from meditating. Without hesitation he looked at me and said you don't understand why they would want to stop people from doing that? Yeah I just don't get it I said. He then asked what do people do when they meditate. They think I said. Then the epiphany. That's it. They don't want people thinking for themselves I said. Exactly he replied. All of a sudden it all made sense. Peace.



On a point of interest, the Sandhill Crane is migratory. Burns bog (which is on fire again) is one of their nesting sites. That's why people want to protect it. Pitt Meadows used to be another popular site for the Cranes but development has dramatically reduced their migratory populations.

Ladner and Tsawwassen are an important migratory stop for the Snowy Owls just like Brackendale and Harrison River is for Eagles. There is a huge amount of wetlands in Tsawwassen that are important migratory stopovers for a lot of endangered species that the Province just flipped into industrial ready to pave it all over and kill their habitat. It's so short sighted. We need to protect the old ways and the endangered species before they are lost forever.

Bonny Portmore is an Irish traditional folk song which laments the demise of Ireland's old oak forests. Loreena McKennitt sang a wonderful rendition of that song with the harp. Skellig is another one of her songs Reflecting on the sands of time.

Chibi Taiko

Speaking of diversity, as I was riding into Vancouver yesterday along Kingsway I saw an eagle flying over head and heard some drums so I pulled over to have a look. It was the Chibi Taiko drummers performing. They were magnificent. I like drums and Taiko drums are awesome. Chibi means little kid and Taiko means big drum so Chibi Taiko is Canada's first youth taiko group based in Vancouver. They will also be performing today at 12:15 in Maple Ridge.



I moved to Surrey from North Vancouver when I was in grade five. Growing up in Elementary school my best friend was Japanese. It was just normal. Later on we lost contact and I had another good friend who was also Japanese. He became the best man at my wedding I was the best man at his. I spoke at his wedding and quoted Martin Luther King who dreamed of the day when a man would be judged by the content of his character not by the colour of his skin. I assured both families that my friend was indeed a man of honour.

I realize that historically there is some hard feelings between China and Japan as well as between Korea and Japan. As my father would say, the war is over. That was a long time ago. Japan paid bitterly for their aggressiveness with Hiroshima and Nagasaki and have endured many hardships of their own. It's time to move forward in peace.

Canada hasn't always been a place of perfect polite tolerance. During the war all of the Japanese Canadians were rounded up into concentration camps and their land was taken from them. That was before my time. I never knew or understood that growing up with Japanese friends. I later found out that the best man at my wedding had family on Salt Spring Island who had all their land taken from them. Although the family finally got an apology many years later, their land was never returned to them. That was tragic and stands as a reminder of how we need to be honest about our past so we can rise above it.

The paper crane has become an international symbol of healing and peace. I didn't realize Sadako's last name was Sasaki. That is the last name of my childhood friend growing up. What happened in Hiroshima and Nagasaki was horrible and we need to make sure something like that never happens again. Diversity makes us strong. Peace.

Supporting the Falun Gong Protest on Canada Day

I met with some of the Falun Gong Protesters outside the Chinese Consulate in Vancouver today. I just wanted to make sure everyone understood the parameters of the court order. The City made a bylaw saying the protesters couldn't walk away and leave signs up over night. The court order did not say they couldn't stand there with a sign in a peaceful protest. No bylaw could order that because it would violate the Canadian Charter of Rights which is the highest law of the land.

I realized these kind and polite people were being bullied so I met with them and said it's OK, you can stand under my umbrella. Combining the symbolism from the Umbrella Revolution in Hong Kong with the Rihanna and Jay Z song Under my Umbrella. Rihanna shed some tears in Dublin.

Today the Finian Commission launched a new campaign spotlighting Communist China. I did an interview explaining the campaign with the Epoch Times and a Chinese television station. The bottom line is that these people are being persecuted in China. The government of China says they're a cult so they deserve it. That is ridiculous.

Falun Dafa (also called Falun Gong) is a new form of Buddhism that believes in cultivating three Chinese virtues: Zhen, Shan, Ren (Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance). There is nothing bad or cultlike in that. Christianity is widely accepted around the world and when Christ was on the earth they said he was leading a cult. He said if they have called the Master of the house Beelzebub, how much more so shall they call them of his household.

So just what is Falun Gong's crime? They like to meditate. I kid you not. Their campaign is simple. At www.free2meditate.org they state "Today in China, people who practice Falun Dafa face imprisonment, torture, or even death. If you think anyone should be free to meditate without fear of persecution, post your support to Facebook, Twitter, or any social media." They sugest posting a picture of you meditating on their Twitter account.

I remember during the Vancouver Occupy demonstration there was a group of peaceful protesters that were simply sitting there meditating. It is impossible for us to conceive how that could possibly be banned. A few years ago as I was on my way home from a TELUS demonstration in Burnaby, I saw a group of quite, polite Asians standing with signs. No one was paying any attention to them so I pulled over to have a look at what their signs said. I was shocked. They were listing numerous atrocities the Communist government has done in China. It was so sad no one was paying any attention to these kind polite people. Their concerns were very real. That's how I found out about the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party in the Epoch Times.

Today they have a new serious complaint. They claim that political prisoners under the Communist government are being tortured and even murdered for organ harvesting. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. The Finian Commission will be conducting a public inquiry into the matter. This is a copy of the initial report. The protesters are outside the Vancouver Consulate on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM. Hear them.

UBC’s statue outside the SUB, the Goddess of Democracy, was holding an umbrella durring the Hong Kong protest in support of that cause. Cantonese is spoken in Hong Kong. Mainland China is trying to kill the language and replace it with Mandarin. Hong Kong may never gain their independence but they should be able to speak whatever language they choose.

China has a problem with overpopulation. Instead of forcing people to have abortions or executing prisoners of conscience, maybe they should just let people move? Maybe that would be a more peaceful solution to their problem. Every major city in the world has a Chinatown. Chinese culture is already influencing the entire world and that is a good thing. Diversity is the spice of life. If you only let families have one child and everyone has abortions if they have a girl, in one generation, who on earth are your men going to marry? It's not a very smart policy . Peace.

Lady Gaga banned by Communist China

The Guardian is reporting that Lady Gaga has reportedly been added to a list of hostile foreign forces banned by China’s Communist party after she met with the Dalai Lama to discuss yoga. Communist China banns love, kindness, and compassion. Go figure.

Meanwhile back on the ranch, the Independent is reporting that "The Chinese government continues to illegally harvest organs from millions of its innocent prisoners despite saying it had ended the practice two years ago, a decade-long study has alleged. Experts estimate between 60,000 and 100,000 prisoners of conscience are executed annually and have their hearts, livers and other organs removed to use for transplants."

This report conforms concerns that local protesters in Vancouver expressed which the Harper government pressured the city of Vancouver into shutting down so he could sell our oil rights to the Communist dictatorship. Whatever happened to the Hong Kong protest? It was shut down.

Asians in Vancouver are concerned about Communist China's human rights abuses. Why isn't Gregor Robertson? Surely he can relate now that they arested his girlfriend's mother on "coruption" charges. His girlfriend is Tourism Vancouver's ambassador for China.

Janette Wu loses security clearance

Speaking of the elephant in the room, here's another case that smells pretty fishy. The National Post is reporting that "A woman who lost her security clearance allowing access to restricted areas at the Vancouver International Airport - and with it her job with airport ground services - because she was once married to a member of the Hells Angels."

This case isn't just the epitome of hypocrisy, it smells downright fishy. The ex wife of a member of the Hells Angels loses her security clearance at the airport while full patch Hells Angels are allowed port passes to work at the docks. That is unequal enforcement of the law.

Another example is Mindi Niedermeiser, the B.C. border guard who partied with the Hells Angels, had been previously fired by the Canada Border Services Agency for misconduct but was reinstated after an appeal. So we have active members of the Hells Angels and their associates obtaining security clearances they shouldn't while someone who is clearly no longer affiliated with the club or never was is denied a security clearance. Something doesn't add up.

When the "New" BC Gang task force runs interference for the Hells Angels in the press, one has to wonder what side they are really on? If they are now compromised like the EPS perhaps we should contract out Alberta's Gang Task force ALERT since they are still putting the pressure on the Hells Angels despite the fact that the BC Gang Task force has stopped. It comes as no big surprise. We saw the writing on the all after the Kelowna Summer Jam. They did such a good job busting David Giles and that stolen car ring in Kelowna the Christy Clark government disbanded the OMGU (Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Unit) and cut funding to the gang task force. Every time a police task force found organized crime a government body disbanded that police task force.

There is no way this woman who is now remarried to a US Sheriff poses any security risk at the airport whatsoever. What is more likely is that the club doesn't want her there in case she recognized someone like Villy trying to smuggle a gun on a plane and alerts the authorities. It's more likely that the HAs wanted her out and the gang task force accommodated them. Just like how they will kick a Hells Angels associate out of a bar under Barwatch but not an actual patch holder. It is also sad to see how much influence the Hells Angels have over the courts. It is reminiscent of Peter Leask and Ron Skolrood. If it looks like a fish, swims like a fish and smells like a fish, odds are something fishy is indeed going on.

Surrey Entrapment Fraud exposes Elephant in the Room

I understand that the judge in the Surrey Pressure cooker fraud entrapment case will render her decision on the entrapment argument July 27th if not sooner. June 17th the Vancouver Sun reported that "B.C. Supreme Court Justice Catherine Bruce says she must confront 'the elephant in the room' to decide the fate of a Surrey couple found guilty of terrorism for the 2013 Canada Day plot. The question, she said, was not whether, without the elaborate RCMP sting, the heinous scheme would have occurred but whether John Nuttall and Amanda Korody were even capable of it. Bruce feared that without police help 'not (that the pair) wouldn’t have committed, but couldn’t have committed' the planned bombing at the legislature."

Although that is very true, if one takes 30 seconds to actually look at the evidence it is crystal clear that without CSIS' assistance and pressure, this couple would not have even conceived of such a heinous plot let alone attempt it. It is also crystal clear that without CSIS' help they could not have done it either, That is not debatable. It is an obvious fact. Without CSIS' help and pressure there was no means or motive to commit this crime. That is entrapment. As I have said before, if the legal definition of entrapment exists in law, there has never been a more clear case of entrapment in the history of the earth. RCMP Terrorist Quotas have got to go.

Now to address the elephant in the room the judge refers to. If you say there is an elephant in the room, you mean that there is an obvious problem or difficult situation that people do not want to talk about. Indeed there is. Its' called CSIS. CSIS is in contempt of court for refusing to abde by a court order to hand over documents. That alone is grounds for a dismissal of the charges.

During the trial we were told that CSIS was directly involved with this entrapment. They didn't just pass on a tip to the RCMP like they claimed. They set the whole con up from day one. They also had help. In the beginning of the trial counsel for the defense stated American authorities were also involved in the entrapment. Big surprise.

So just what American Intelligence agency are we referring to? We have heard about many cases in the US where the FBI have foild a FBI terror plot. Bill Tieleman reported that “James Cromitie (was) a low-level ex-drug dealer who converted to Islam. A well-paid FBI informant befriended the Walmart worker and promised him $250,000 and a new BMW car to fire Stinger surface-to-air missiles at U.S. military planes and plant bombs at Jewish targets in New York.” Why would they do that? Without the FBI there was no means or motive to commit that crime.

Back to the elephant. We know the FBI only works within the United states while the CIA works outside of the United States. That is their respective mandated jurisdiction. So if American Intelligence agencies were operating on Canadian soil and helped set up this entrapment case it was the CIA. Since the Gary Webb story has been confirmed and validated a hundred times since his murder, it is clear that the CIA has been deeply involved in drug trafficking since the Vietnam war through Iran contra right up to Operation Fast and Furious. Perhaps that is something Canadian drug enforcement agents should be looking at.

The RCMP and the CBC reported that CSIS had a handler that helped plan the Air India bombing and actualy provided the explosives for that heinous attack. CSIS still need to be charged in that murder. That is the elephant in the room we cannot ignore that nobody wants to talk about.

Surrey Drive Bys - Updates

Surrey Alerts reported that there was a drive by shooting at 60th Avenue and 128th street today.

Update: The Surrey Now is reporting that A 21-year-old man showed up at a local hospital suffering from a gunshot wound Monday night, roughly 40 minutes after a shooting in Newton.

2nd Update: Front Page of the Vancouver Province is the headline about a family dog being shot dead in a surrey drive by shooting. Like I always say, here in Canada, never mind human genocide, if you cut down a tree or kick a dog you're in big trouble. Never mind all the people who have been shot. Now that they shot a dog all of a sudden everyone is pissed.

The Abby News is reporting that "Three men are in custody and facing charges after shots were fired into a vehicle early Wednesday morning in Abbotsford."

CBC is reporting that one man is in hospital after a shooting in New Westminster Thursday morning in the 300 block of Carnarvon Street.

James Riach and Damion Ryan getting their HA patch

Several sources claim that James Riach and Damion Ryan both have received their Hells Angels patch. February of this year Kim Bolan confirmed that Damion become a member of the Ontario Nomads. Damian has been up to his eyeballs in drug and weapons charges and has been involved in several shootings for years. If the Hells Angels are promoting that kind of criminal then that is another step towards criminal organization status.

As for the gingerbread man, James Riach has been involved with the Hells Angels and the Bacon brothers since before the Surrey Six murder where the Bacon brothers took over the Red Scorpions for the Hells Angels. After walking away from the Kelowna shooting with minor scratches when Jonathon Bacon was killed and Larry Amero was shot, Riach was busted in the Philippines for his involvement in a large drug trafficking ring tied to the Hells Angels.

Several sources claim James Riach got his patch from the chapter in Greece but I have yet to confirm that officially. Greece was where Robby Alkhalil was found and arrested.

Dawson Creek fentanyl bust

BC Local News is reporting that "Forty-three people are facing charges after police officers made several drug and weapons busts in Dawson Creek and Fort St. John. The Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit began an investigation into street- and mid-level drug traffickers last summer. On Friday, the unit revealed the haul of drugs, weapons and cash it seized as a result of the probe, and the details of the charges." Big city crime expanding into small towns.

Among items seized were a rifle, shotgun, AAR15, 74 ounces of cocaine, Approximately 700 fentanyl pills, 3.5 grams of crystal methamphetamine and 1.75 litres of liquid GHB. 29 people have been arrested, while another 14 are still on the run. Charged so far are Jamie Christopher St. Denis, 37, Christina Marie MacKay, 30, in Dawson Creek and Ryan Holden, 36, of Dawson Creek each face numerous drug and weapons charges.

Fire sweeps legal grow op in Langley

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that a fire swept through a legal grow op in Langley thursday morning and that there appears to have been a person sleeping in the grow-op who fled the scene when firefighters arrived. The CFSU busted several grow ops in Mission tied to the Hells Angels a few years ago. In 2013 there was another legal grow op in Surrey that burned down. The owner claimed it was tied to the Hells Angels and they burned it down after he tried to raise the rent.

People claim legalizing drugs will take it out of the hands of organized crime but that simply is not true. Exotic dancing is legal and that didn't stop the Hells Angels from using violence to take over that industry in BC. Drugs and prostitution is legal in Amsterdam and that certainly didn't stop them there. The Hells Angels were accused of using bully power to extort the owners of the Yab Yum brothel into selling it to them for far less than what it was worth.

The question we need to ask is if the legal grow op in Langley that burned down on thursday was tied to the Hells Angels. Perhaps it wasn't. Maybe that's why it was burned down. Like I said I have no problem with the black door or if the Hells Angels run a few grow ops. My problem is them saying no one else is allowed to have a grow except us and if you do run a grow you have to pay a tax to us or have an accident. That is complete bullsh*t. I believe in a free market. People should go to the Hells Angels because they have a quality product at a fair price not because they shot and killed all the competition.

Britain Breaks Free

Well this is interesting. Scotland votes to stay in the UK and the UK votes to leave the European Union. Finally Britain awakes. There is a lot of absurd doom and gloom rhetoric complaining about their decision to abort the fraud but I will clarify the step forward. Everybody likes free trade and everybody wants to prosper. The problem with most of these trade agreements is that they have nothing to do with free trade and everything to do with giving up sovereignty.

After signing a treaty supporting a European Union, with no Constitution or Charter of Rights that binds future governments by law to protect civil liberty, what guarantee do you have that new Union remains a free republic as opposed to a galactic empire so to speak? With no Constitution or Charter of Rights you have absolutely no protection whatsoever. Civil liberty is lost and so is the Free Republic. So stop the doom and gloom nonsense. None of us are that stupid.

Holland has already expressed valid concerns to this Galactic Empire in the EU. Another one of the concerns is Banking fraud. Ireland was finally beginning to prosper. Then all of a sudden they were surprisingly hit with a huge bank fraud similar to Greece. The Irish are smart. Screw them over and they will not forget. A star hasn't fallen. It just broke free.

3rd Prince George Shooting

CFJC Today is reporting that this morning just after midnight police responded to the third targeted shooting in Prince George withn two weeks. A 26 year old man was shot and taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. Police believe the incident was drug related.

This shooting was just a block away from where a 30-year-old man was killed last Thursday in a targeted hit. Nearly a week before, police responded to Freeman Street, where neighbours were nearly hit by a stray bullet. Police admit that shooting was also tied to the drug trade.
