Police vehicle 'riddled with bullet holes' after drive-by shooting in Penticton

The Kelona Now is reporting that "An RCMP vehicle has been “riddled with bullet holes” after officers were shot at in Penticton during the early hours." GMAFB. This is starting to get ridiculous. How low can Justin Trudeau go?

If I was a police officer, I'd be concerned about Justin Trudeau's obsession about reducing the minimum sentence for gun crime. If he was against gun violence he wouldn't be reducing the minimum sentences when people commit a crime with a firearm. Shooting a police officer is very serious. So is shooting up a police car. When Justin Trudeau reduces the minimum sentences for offenders who commit gun violence against the police we can see which side of the law he is on.

  1. This is really weird........ https://www.timescolonist.com/local-news/robbery-witness-in-the-doorway-is-standing-a-guy-and-he-is-carrying-an-assault-rifle-5533009 "She said she does not understand the behaviour of the suspects, who did not seem pressed for time. “They waited around in there. They were quiet. They were calm. They just had a country stroll.”........
“We were unable to see anything at all. Ever. [Then] the police announced themselves and the shooting started [and there was] a hail of gunfire.”

This is really weird, it's like they just showed up to die in a gunfight. This after the N.S situation and it's sketchiness. I'm suspicious. He asks for the vault key but doesn't go any further to robbing the place while they apparently just wait for the cops to show up. It will be interesting to see who they were.

    1. Do we have them up here? I don't see how the police will be able to not release the names of these guys. Why was the SWAT team already deployed? It's not like they ride around all day waiting for something to happen, AND they just happened to be nearby. Does anyone believe these things "just happen"?

    2. Blackwater? Evidently we do. The suspects were calm, well trained and waited for the police to arrive only to be shot dead when they arrived. Not. The mob frantically running to the crime scene in the cell phone video CTV originally posted were not ERT. They were not in formation. They were not tactical. They were frantic.

Several years ago, there was a mugger at the Superstore parking lot in Surrey. A Korean baseball team chased him down and I came in for the takedown. We held him until the police came. Turns out it was ERT and they just happened to be in the neighbourhood. Possible in the Saanich case but the point is, it took a while for the police to show up and the suspects waited for them. They could have left with the money but didn't. They chose to stay there and wait.

    3. ID'd by Police as 22 year old twin brothers from Duncan. They don't sound very well trained at all, and the results sort of speak to that. "They were calm". Toxicology might explain that. Do you mean this Blackwater? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackwater_(company) They seem to be American, is there a Canadian branch of the company?

    4. Toxicology doesn’t teach you how to hold a firearm in a safe direction during a hostage taking. Yes, that Blackwater. They have mercenaries all over the world. After Erik Prince was accused of arms dealing and murdering whistle-blowers following his attempt to start a new Crusade against Muslims, he set up a mercenary army in the United Arab Emirates for the Muslims. Then he set up a mercenary army in Communist China. Blackwater specialize in false flags and black ops.

    5. Witness in the bank said 3 robbers too. witnesses said they saw police on the suspects outside. news first said 2 taken into custody. There is lots wrong with this story.

  2. Police did not provide any information on the identity of the suspects or whether they left the bank with any money. Police did not reveal how many explosives were found, what kind they were or what they could be used for.

There was confusion about a bullet-riddled white van in the bank parking lot. Initially, police said it was the suspects’ van, then they said they didn’t know.

  3. Since clint Gabriel and new chief and councel took over the penticton indian band there have been armed robberies conducted by chief and council homicides rampant drug dealing beatings churches burnt down and now shooting at police ! When are rcmp going to do something about that rez? .

    1. They can't do much to the rez, they are almost sovereign lands that they can ask rcmp to leave. Yes biggest mistake was giving natives there own land that was conquered a long time ago.

    2. That would be another example of the problematic nature of the inherit right to self-government. If they had the inherit right to self-government, they could bring slavery back. Every culture has good and bad. Criminals infiltrate every society. We need to support law and order. No one is above the law.
