VW sound system controlled by holographic images

The Star is reporting that "At a meeting on Lake Wörth, Bavaria, Volkswagen's Golf GTI Aurora show car made its world premiere, featuring a completely operational, hologram-controlled sound system in what the brand claims is a world first. The trunk of the new Golf GTI Aurora concept that Volkswagen debuted this week isn't your average luggage compartment. When you lift up the trunk door, you're met with a hologram." You'll find it floating comfortably above a black screen integrated into the floor of the compartment displaying controls for a high-end sound system.

"Unlike with 3D movies – which require audience members to wear a pair of specialised glasses for images to pop out of the screen – the hologram created by the show car requires no additional equipment for viewing. The technology "automatically recognises the user's operating requirements and implements them – making it intuitive and logical to operate." Music controls, volume, and playlists can be selected just by poking the air."

That's pretty cool. Projecting a holographic image is one thing but making that image receptive to touch controls is another. I'm not sure how that would work but it sounds impressive.

No Surrender MC banned in Holland

TBM is reporting that the No Surrender MC has been banned in Holland by the courts just like the Hells Angels and Bandidos. The criminal charges include extortion and money laundering. What ever happened to riding motorcycles without criminal activity? The criminals are destroying the MC movement for everyone else. No L & R there. Just selfishness and greed.

Trudeau's oil tanker ban bill passes senate

The National Post is reporting that "Senators voted on Thursday to save Ottawa’s controversial oil tanker ban, potentially ending a prolonged pushback in the Senate against legislation that has been met with intense criticism by Western provinces and the energy industry." You mean Western Province not Provinces. BC wants to protect the environment, Alberta does not.

Having said that I will once again appeal for calm and try to balance the extremes. On one side we have defiant Alberta arrogance which is completely out of control. On the other side we have a simple desire to support sustainable business. Burning natural gas is good, burning coal is not. Unrefined crude oil is a part of life. Unrefined tar sands bitumen is not.

One minute we have Alberta in our grill saying we have absolutely no say whatsoever about how much oil passes through our port. If oil tanker traffic becomes too congested, too bad we have no say in the matter. They can ship as much tar sands bitumen to China as they want and if there is a spill or collision, then too bad so sad. Alberta won't pay a dime for clean up. That was completely outrageous.

Now the next minute we hear rumblings on a complete oil tanker ban on the coast of British Columbia. I'm like WTF? From one extreme to the other. Alberta's economy would completely collapse. There's no need to create a manufactured emergency.

When Jason d*ckface Kenney said he was going to turn off the taps to BC I was like go f*ck yourself. There's no negotiation after an offensive threat like that. I said if you cut off the taps then we close our port and no oil tankers leave the port of Vancouver. I didn't mean actually do that. I simply stated that would be the natural response to Kenney's outrageously offensive threat. The point of me saying that was to show that Kenney can't cut off the taps to BC because we control the port. That balance of power would then preserve the status quo.

As much as I'm sick and tired of Alberta arrogance, there is no need to completely destroy them. There's no need for that. I will admit that banning tanker traffic would be good for BC in that we could use that oil for domestic consumption and stop getting screwed over by the oil monopoly. Instead of sending that oil to China they could send the unrefined crude through the existing pipeline to Chicago and Detroit. It would be a win win for North America.

China could get their oil from Russia or the US. The only reason they don't is because Canada subsidized their oil for them. We practically gave it to them for less than it costs us to extract and produce it. That was bad business.

Nevertheless, I will once again appeal for calm. Forcing tar sands bitumen on us with no control over the volume and no help for clean up is ridiculous. So is banning all tanker traffic completely. We need to balance the extremes and find a compromise. It really is that simple.

A tonne of cocaine seized off the coast of Portugal

Reuters is reporting that "Police seized over a tonne of cocaine worth some $49 million and arrested seven people aboard a Brazilian fishing boat in a drug bust on the high seas off Portugal backed up by international crime agencies, officials said on Tuesday. Portuguese police discovered 50 cloth sacks full of cocaine, apparently destined for the continental European market, inside a specially designed, hard-to-access compartment of the fishing vessel, a police statement said. The suspects arrested were all foreign nationals aged between 36 and 64, it added. Codenamed “White Sand”, the anti-drug operation began following an exchange of information between Portuguese and Brazilian authorities, and was assisted by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and Britain’s National Crime Agency."

"In December, a study by Lisbon-based EU drugs agency EMCDDA revealed that new gangs were muscling into cocaine markets in Europe, setting up smuggling networks directly linking producers in Latin America to European consumers."

New gangs were muscling into the CIA's cocaine market so the DEA were quick to stop them.

Hells Angels drug bust in Laval

CBC is reporting that "Laval police initiated a series of raids Tuesday morning aimed at taking down a synthetic drug ring. About 235 police officers from across the province have been searching 13 locations in Laval and Montreal, as well as North Shore communities such as Terrebonne, Saint-Lin-Laurentides, Boisbriand, Saint-Eustache and Saint-Jérôme.

Police say the raids are linked to the Hells Angels. Eleven people have been arrested so far, and police have seized cocaine, cannabis, methamphetamines, cash and weapons, said Sgt. Geneviève Major. The operation is part of an investigation that started in February 2018 when the Canada Border Services Agency intercepted 200 packages containing Xanax. The return addresses on the packages were post office boxes in Laval.

Cocaine with Xanax - that's what they had Caitlin on. Simon and Christian Davidson, the sons of disgraced former Montreal police officer Ian Davidson in Laval were busted in a cocaine and Xanax drug ring back in 2015. This new bust is an offshoot of that one.

If the police arrest Hells Angels associates for selling Cocaine with Xanax in Laval, why won't they do it in Kelowna? What makes BC so corrupt?

Federal government commits to cost-sharing with Surrey on policing transition

The Surrey Now Leader is reporting that Federal Minister of Public Safety Ralph Goodale has penned a letter to Surrey Mayor Doug McCallum saying that the federal government commits to cost-sharing appropriate expenses related to the transition at the applicable cost-share ratio as set out in B.C.’s Municipal Police Service Agreement.

That's actually a good point. B.C.’s Municipal Police Service Agreement already exists. It permits the province to sub-contract the RCMP provincial force to municipalities. Municipalities with populations of 15,000 or more pay 90 percent of the cost base described in the policing agreements. The federal government pays the remaining 10 percent.

The concern arises from transition costs. The RCMP are trying to sabotage the process. Obviously, if a police station exists in Surrey it is owned by the federal government. Making Surrey taxpayers pay twice for the land the current police stations reside on would be grossly unfair since they have already been paid for with our tax dollars. That would be like tolling a bridge after it's already paid for. The same with the cost of existing police cars.

Surrey is the largest city in Canada that does not have a municipal police force. It's time to get with the program. We need to evole and confront the organized crime the RCMP refuse to.

Green Justice and Gangsters out support Surrey's Municipal police force

We need to confront crime not tax it.

BTW the Surrey Now Leader is reporting that Jim Cessford says he’d be Surrey’s new police chief at the drop of a dime. IE in a heartbeat. Cessford was Delta’s chief constable for 22 years before he retired in 2015. Doesn't look like the sky is falling to me. Linda Hepner is an IDIOT.

Nigel Farage's Brexit Party top of the charts

The Guardian is reporting that "Nigel Farage’s Brexit party has surged into first place as voters’ favourites, according to a new poll. It is the first time the party has achieved top position in a national poll. The results suggest hundreds of Conservative seats are at risk."

"The Brexit party’s support increased by two points to 26% of the vote in the latest Opinium poll – for the Observer – which asked people how they would vote in the next Westminster election. Labour is in second place on 22%, but its support has fallen by seven points over the past two weeks. The Tories are third on 17%, with their support down five points, and the Lib Dems are up five points, on 16% of the vote."

The BBC is reporting that "the Brexit Party swept across Britain, and the Liberal Democrats and Green Party also made gains." Finally common sense prevails in the UK.

Missing Women's Inquiry Report is another Farce

CBC is reporting on a leaked copy of the new report from the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls inquiry and as expected it is another complete farce. From one extreme to the other without dealing with the real issue. It was not only Indigenous Women murdered on the Pickton farm. The whole spin is in itself divisive.

The wording of the report reavals the real political agenda of the inquiry. Rambling on about a Canadian genocide spurred by state actions and inactions rooted in colonialism and colonial ideologies. OMFG. These nutbars have a preconceived agenda and protecting women has nothing to do with it. It's like the anti Poverty committee who pretend to advocate for the poor when they are really advocating for Communism and Anarchism.

In Wally Oppal's Red Herring Inquiry as soon as the Hells Angels were mentioned, he shut down the inquiry and turned it into a less *adversarial* panel discussion where he could more easily censor key evidence. This inquiry never let the Hells Angels be mentioned because they had their own political agenda.

What about Wendy Margaret Carlic? She was murdered right before she was to testify at the new inquiry and her murder has been a complete cover up. Violence against indigenous women is real and needs to be addressed. Some of the violence against indigenous women happens on reservations. Much of it happens off the reservation. It does need to be addressed.

"The violence against Indigenous women, girls, and 2SLGBTQQIA [two-spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex and asexual] people is a national tragedy of epic proportion," wrote Chief Commissioner Marion Buller. OMFG.

Instead of dealing with the Dianne Rock story and the Janice Shore murder or the Ashley Machiskinic murder, the extremists run off on a tangent about two-spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex and asexual indigenous women without including all women. GMAFB. The sacred hoop has four elements not just one.

The Finian Commission stands and Finian's Inferno has now been released. Deal with that.

Marilyn Poitras on why she resigned from the commission

"We've been down this road before... We had people tell us if you want to know who the problems are and how to fix them you go talk to the sex trade workers. They're going to tell you who they are. It's not a mystery. This isn't some person coming out of the blue and randomly taking women off the street. People know who they're threatened by. Lets go talk to them. We weren't doing any of those things."

Exactly. Ashley Machiskinic was pushed out the window for a drug debt. Everyone knows who her dealer was. Let's stop the charade and deal with the problem.

Finian's Inferno Unleashed

In commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the Gangsters out blog we have now unleashed Finian's Inferno, a free Ebook which is the third in a trilogy articulating who we are, why we're here and where we are going. It's a remix from the crack down on crack campaign back in the /80's. I ain't play'n, I'm just say'n, no more crack to be sold around this land. No more crack.

It contains the things that I have seen in my journey through hell so it does and it defines my beef. Don't shoot the messenger. What's done in the dark will be brought to the light. Malachi warned ya. So did me Da. Welcome to the apocalypse yo. After all, I'm still a believer so I am.

Mark Moran charged in Lloydminster Shooting

My Lloydminster Now is reporting that "The RCMP Major Crimes Unit have arrested and charged another man in relation to the death of Raymond Dumont near Rendell Park School on April 27. Police says 33-year-old Mark Moran was arrested and charged with first-degree murder on Thursday, May 30. Moran will appear in Lloydminster Provincial Court on June 4." Prior to that 28-year-old Christopher Andrew Hermkens was arrested in Calgary on Monday, May 6. Hermkens is charged with the first degree murder of 32-year-old Raymond Dumont on April 27.

This is referring to the shooting in Lloydminster. When someone gets fatally shot sitting in their car they usually call that suspicious. The police just recenetly identified the victim.
