Man convicted of murdering a Hells Angel acquitted after informant admits lying

The Montreal Gazette is reporting that "The Quebec Court of Appeal has acquitted a man who was convicted a decade ago of murdering one of the highest-ranking Hells Angels in Quebec during the biker gang war. The appellate court delivered its decision on Wednesday, acquitting Tony Duguay, a former member of the Bandidos, of the murder of Normand (Biff) Hamel, a member of the Hells Angels now-defunct Nomads chapter based in Montreal."

"The decision was based on new evidence supplied by a witness who testified against Duguay during his trial. The witness, a former gang-member-turned-informant named Sylvain Beaudry, admitted after the trial that he lied while on the witness stand."

Normand "Biff" Hamel was a member of Maurice "Mom" Boucher's white supremacist SS motorcycle gang until it disbanded in 1984. That's when he and Mom became Hells Angels prospects. Biff was a prospect of the Laval chapter and was present when the Hells Angels murdered his sponsors in the Lexonville massacre.

Two years later the Hells Angels wanted to take over the Death Riders. The take over became absolute on May 4, 1987 when the President of the Death Riders, Martin Huneault, was shot to death in a Laval bar. No one was ever arrested for the murder, but just hours after Huneault's funeral, Death Riders Mario Martin and André Richard were seen meeting with Hells Angels Maurice "Mom" Boucher and Normand "Biff" Hamel. Boucher and Hamel received their colours after the incident and Huneault's murder allowed the Hells to completely take over drug trafficking in Laval and the lower Laurentians area. Biff Hammel was murdered on April 17, 2000.

Terrorist Attacks without a Motive

When tragedy strikes it's always heart wrenching. Yet every crime has a means and a motive. If someone accused of committing a crime didn't have the means or motive to commit the crime then that is a red flag calling for further investigation. Recently there have been two more terrorist attacks in the news. One had a motive the other did not. Both are suspect.

Why on earth would anyone drive a truck into a crowd of pedestrians at a Christmas market anywhere especially in Germany? Germans love Christmas and their Christmas market. During the war soldiers on the front line called an impromptu ceasefire on Christmas Day to exchange gifts with the enemy. Christmas in Germany is a very peaceful time.

As soon as the horrific incident occurred, CBC reported that The White House said it "appears to have been a terrorist attack." White House National Security Council spokesman Ned Price said the U.S. was ready to assist Germany in investigating and responding. Evidently Ned Price was suspiciously fast with a press release on the matter.

CBC also reported that it has been less than a month since the U.S. State Department called for caution in markets and other public places, saying extremist groups including ISIS and al-Qaeda were focusing "on the upcoming holiday season and associated events."

Isn't that ironic? Just like how the Israeli intelligence agencies warned the Brussels Airport of a possible attack right before it happened. Then got the contact to do their security after the attack. Cynical minds would declare the Israeli Intelligence agency that won the contract were the ones that had a motive to commit that crime not some random lone wolf.

So what is the motive for this attack on the Berlin Christmas market? There is none. In contrast, the other attack in Turkey did have a motive.

The Guardian reported that "The Russian ambassador to Turkey has been shot dead by a police officer who shouted 'Don’t forget Aleppo' as he pulled the trigger." In this incident a motive is apparent. Russia was directly involved with killing civilians in Aleppo so it is logical someone would target Russia in response. That one makes sense.

I am however, having difficulty with the math in relation to the attack in Berlin. All of a sudden the media is reporting ISIS has claimed responsibility for the Christmas Market attack in Berlin despite the fact that there is no motive. Germany certainly didn't bomb Aleppo, Russia did. The math I'm having trouble processing is the fact that the Americans and the Israelis were supporting ISIS in Syria to defeat Assad. Hillary Clinton used her position as Secretary of State to convince the American Military complex to supply arms to ISIS through Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

I did not make up Operation Northwoods. I did not make up the 911 inconsistencies. Architects and engineers in the field declare that for a steel framed tower to collapse at freefall speed into it's own blueprint, the load bearing beams have to be blown out like a controlled demolition. I did not make that up. Experts in the field of controlled demolition declare it.

I did not make up the attack on the USS Liberty. That really did happen. I did not recall the air support sent to defend the USS Liberty when it came under attack saying I want that ship sunk. That was President Johnson after Kennedy was assassinated for vetoing Operation Northwoods.

Given the reality of Operation Northwoods, 911 and the attack on the USS Liberty, it behooves every rational mind to question the means and motive of every criminal act relating to acts of terrorism because the CIA is the largest terrorist organization on the planet.

The only motive for a terrorist attack on civilians at a Christmas market in Berlin points to German election candidates not ISIS or lone wolves. Lest we forget Sarkozy and the Karachi affair.

Germany of all places has to be suspicious of false flag attacks. That's where it all began. Hitler burned down the German parliament building and blamed it on terrorists to gain the powers of Chancellor. Then he burned down a German radio station and blamed it on Poland to justify an invasion. The rest is history.

Hells Angel-turned-informant pleads for 2nd chance

CBC is reporting that "Hells Angel Stéphane "Godasse" Gagné, 47, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in Lavigne's death and was sentenced to life in prison, where he has now served more than 19 years. Gagné, who is eligible for parole in 2023, filed a motion last year to have his request for parole heard earlier. The motion was granted." Diane Lavigne was a widowed prison guard with two adult children. She was shot dead June of 1997 during the Quebec Biker War.

CBC also reported that as a child, Gagné was bullied, he said. In high school, he started dealing drugs. "No one bothered me. I learned that money brought respect," he said. He quit school, started stealing cars and kept on dealing. Soon, he affiliated himself with the Hells Angels in order to make sure he wouldn't get himself into trouble, dealing in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighbourhood, which would become a hotbed of biker activity. Gagné said It was known in wartime that if you didn't kill, you don't move up. Yet there is nothing noble in killing a woman.

The day after the shooting, with news of the murder plastered all over television screens, Gagné's wife pronounced that whoever killed Lavigne must have been a repugnant person. Gagné, ashamed, slunk out and became a police informant. CBC claims in the summer of 1997, the biker war was in full swing. A fellow biker told him they had a job to do - a prison guard to kill. "I had two choices. Go to the police, or say no and be killed," he said.

This was Paul (Fon Fon) Fontaine's coacused. "On Sept. 8, 1997, Gagné and a different partner, Paul (Fon Fon) Fontaine, killed Rondeau and wounded Corriveau by firing several shots into the bus the guards were riding in as they headed to the Rivière des Prairies Detention Centre. The guards were about to pick up detainees who had court dates that day. Gagné was arrested on Dec. 5, 1997, and, after deciding to become a witness for the prosecution, he pleaded guilty, on March 25, 1998, to murdering Lavigne and the attempted murder of Corriveau."

When asked Why kill a prison guard instead of a member of the rival Rock Machine gang? He said "Prison guards can't kill you." This just keeps getting worse. Denying his parole isn't going to bring the woman he murdered back. It's just a no win situation. The driver of the motorcycle Stéphane was on when he shot Diane Lavigne, André (Toots) Tousignant, was murdered months after Lavigne was killed.

I think it's important to know that he was asked by the club to kill the woman. He didn't really have a choice. The job he did with Fon Fon was for Mom Boucher himself. He is the one that ordered the hit. Mom Boucher had a similar start as Stéphane. Boucher was a petty thief who robbed an old man with a shotgun. He got his patch after serving a prison sentence for armed rape. There is nothing there to admire.

Even in the top picture of the Quebec member on a run in Ontario, the guy has a full fairing and is wearing shorts. He looks like an idiot. People who ride motorcycles make fun of people who ride with shorts because your bare skin will turn to road kill on the dry pavement if you go down.

In contrast, I see there is a new season of the Musketeers on Netflix now. The French version of Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table or the chivalry aspired to in the movie Kingdom of Heaven with Orlando Bloom. Now that is noble. As William Wallace said in the movie Braveheart, lands and titles don't make a man noble. Neither does money from drugs.

Another shooting in Surrey, more Fentanyl ODs

Back to reality. Global on Twitter is reporting that Surrey RCMP are investigating a shooting in 13500-block of 91 Ave this morning. One man is in critical condition.

The Huffington Post is reporting that at least 11 people died of drug overdoses in BC on Thursday alone, six of them in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. If we do not start arresting the drug dealers that are selling drugs tainted with Fentanyl, we are all criminally culpable.

Gregor Robertson is a flaming idiot just like Linda Hepner. Kirk LaPointe and Doug McCallum would have been much a better choice. Different people have different plans on how to address crime in our community. Kirk LaPointe wants to get rid of open drug dealing at Main and Hastings and so do I. Meanwhile back on the ranch, Donald Trump has launched an impressive course change in political corruption south of the 49. No wonder the CIA's drug trafficking network opposes him so bitterly. Donald Trump is delivering hope while others just talked about it.

This is wonderful news. Kati, a drug addict on the Surrey strip that was interviewed by CBC has come clean and is endorsing more long term treatment as opposed to more harm promotion.

Collateral Beauty

I didn't see the new Star Wars but I did see Collateral Beauty. I was in the mood for something different. I read a couple of lousy reviews but wasn't swayed. I like to make up my own mind for myself usually and in this case I'm very gad I did. I thought the movie was profound.

F*ck the haters. Haters gonna hate. What the hell were you expecting? What are you all like Shallow Hal incapable of solemn reflection and unable to produce a rational thought? The point of the movie is to get people thinking as different people deal with grief different ways. Some people retreat into their shells. Others turn to drugs and alcohol. I think all of us have experienced some kind of loss or grief in our lives and eveyone likely knows someone who abuses drugs or alcohol.

I really liked Will Smith in the Pursuit of Happiness. I had to walk out of the theatre during the scene when he was homeless with his son. It hit a little too close to home. I was told it had a happy ending if I had stayed but I wasn't able to go through that at the time.



I would highly recommend Collateral Beauty to anyone with a brain who is wiling to think outside the box this Christmas. Elizabeth from Pirates of the Caribbean played love. Although the movie didn't go into depth expanding on the meaning of the title it did touch on it and imply that when something bad happens there is always something else to be grateful for like the song Photograph by Ed Sheeran. I would like to use the Collateral Beauty title as a theme for my 2017 Summer Jam and pick up where that movie left off.

Right now I am really enjoying Lindsey Stirling's Gavi's Song. It's peaceful and elegant. The song is about her best friend who went to the hospital for cancer. They started writing the song together and promised they would finish it together when he came home from the hospital. Tragically he died before they could finish the song so after a long period of grieving she finished the song and created a masterpiece. That is collateral beauty. It's the last song on her album Brave Enough.

I would like to add that right now it is indeed cold as f*ck on the motorcycle but it's not as cold as being homeless. It infuriates me when I hear people say the homeless are homeless because they want to be. That is absurd. People need homes not drugs. With all that money we are pouring straight into the predatory drug dealers pockets who are brutalizing the homeless as we speak we could build a lot more affordable housing instead.

Moving Forward: Summer Jam 2017

I should redefine the new direction of this blog just so we're all on the same page. We all make choices in life and we all face the consequences of those choices good or bad. Consequences aren't always bad. Forest E. Witcraft once said: "A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove... but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child." I've always tried to live by that motto.

Now my kids are all grown up and I can move on to other things. Start to travel again. Wouldn't that be novel. When my kids were growing up I was always fearful about what kind of life they would have when the cost of living keeps rising at a faster pace than wages. When I was young moving out and living on your own was much easier financially than it is now. Homelessness has skyrocketed because affordable housing is out of reach for so many people. As a parent you always want your kids to have a better life and for the world to be a better place when you leave than when you came into it. In many ways that seems to be an unrealistic expectation now.

Yet as I keep saying hope is not lost. Nevertheless, this is just a blog. There are millions of blogs out there. It's just one voice, one opinion, one dream so to speak. Yet others contribute to it and send me links on a regular basis. That's what made this movement a bit of a coalition so to speak in addressing gang conflict in our community. Something I have had experience with in the past.

Micheal Green from TBM Scandinavia is a good man. Quite often he posts pictures on facebook with inspirational sayings about real friends and starting over. There are so many trolls and negative people in this world it is important to be able to filter that trash out and focus on posative things. Not caring what anyone thinks might be a bit short sighted but stressing about trolls is a complete waste of time. I see it more of a Ricky Nelson Garden Party. To thine own self be true. Do what makes you happy and you will find peace.



This blog gets a lot of traffic. 18 million hits is hard for me to comprehend. Some people think they are entitled to control the direction of the blog. I do believe in free speech. People are free to set up their own blogs and talk about whatever they want. This blog is not a Hells Angels support group. It's not a Hells Angels haters group either. George Christie and Kerri Krysko have helped me see another side to the conflict. I support the Aging Rebel.

Although I spent many years confronting the US crack epidemic in the /80's, my burning passion has always been civl liberty and the establishment of a free republic. I'm not very religious any more but I have a passion for religious freedom. I'm not going to hate on any religion. As Martin Luther King said, I've seen too much hate to want to hate and every time I see it I say to myself that hate is too great a burden to bear.

This summer I have a new project. I'll be launching the Gangsters Out Summer Jam 2017. It will be different than the Kelowna Summer Jam when we highlighted the Hells Angels involvement with crime and murder in Kelowna or the Surrey Winterfest which highlighted the brutal murder of Janice Shore on the Surrey Strip. It will remember that but move forward from there in a posative direction once again encouraging people to leave the gang life voluntarily and help people see some of the good things in the world that you can't find in a crack pipe or a heroin needle. Like Wayne Moriarty, I am enjoying my sobriety and am encourage others to do the same.

As Sylvester Stallone once said in the movie Rocky Balboa, It's not how hard you can hit in life, it's how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. Peace.

Canadian pleads guilty to smuggling cocaine on Australian cruise ship

The Evening Standard is reporting that Canadian Isabelle Lagacé, 28, plead guilty to smuggling cocaine after she and two others were caught with 95 kilos of cocaine in their luggage aboard a cruse ship from England to Australia.

Her co-accused are Melina Romberce, 23, and Andre Tamine, 64. Tamine did not enter a plea and he will stand trial on February 3 in NSW district court. No plea was entered by Romberce and a decision on her trial will be made by the central local court on December 21.

The story made big news because they were two pretty young girls posting pictures on Instagram. Now the paper claims one of them was a porn star. Some how I highly doubt a porn star from Quebec was the mastermind behind that operation. That is a large amount of cocaine. The sad part is that now she will be spending the prime of her life in prison. The Rolling Stone magazine reported that 63-year-old André Tamine was found holding 60 kilos himself.

Miss Canada speaks out

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Poised but defiant, Miss Canada will be vying for more than the winner's tiara when she competes in the annual Miss World pageant in Washington this weekend. Anastasia Lin wants to tell the world about the evil of organ-harvesting. Lin was due to compete at Miss World last year when it was hosted by China but was barred from entering the country due to her activism against persecution of Falun Gong, a meditation practice that she follows and that China's government has outlawed. U.K.-based Miss World is allowing her to compete again this year in the U.S."

Some U.S. media organizations say Miss World, which has Chinese corporate sponsorship, has prevented them from speaking to Lin. But she was allowed to speak to The Associated Press in an interview Wednesday in which she spoke forthrightly about her cause, although she sidestepped questions about whether she had faced restrictions. "Everybody is tied economically with China. China's soft power is so huge that no one really dares to speak up," said Lin, 26, at a hotel just outside Washington at the National Harbor in Oxon Hill, Maryland.

Lin, who was born in China and moved to Canada with her mother at age 13, has riled China's government with her public advocacy. She has alleged that tens of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners have been killed so their organs could be harvested and sold for transplants. She has spoken out at a U.S. congressional hearing, and since her exclusion from last year's pageant in China, she has attracted world media attention and given testimony before the British and European parliaments. She says the Miss World pageant, in which contestants each present a cause or platform, is another opportunity to speak out and give people hope.

"I'm talking about organs being taken from prisoners of conscience, meaning citizens who have not done anything wrong but to speak their mind and believe what they believe in. It's like innocent citizens being killed for their organs and their body parts sold for profits. It's happening and people need to pay attention to it," Lin said.

Here here! Here we have another beautiful woman with a brain and a heart. She has a social conscience and is displaying colossal courage to speak out about a repulsive injustice that most people are too busy to even notice. What a wonderful choice to represent Canada.

New Tang Dynasty TV is reporting that Everything seemed to be going well for Miss Canada, Anastasia Lin, during an interview Wednesday promoting the Miss World pageant - until she was asked whether she would be attending a screening of her new movie, which has reportedly enraged officials in her native China. Lin shot a glance at the four pageant officials assigned to listen in. "You can ask them," she told a Washington Post reporter.

As we reported, Anastasia Lin starred in the Vancouver-made film The Bleeding Edge which demonstrates the heart wrenching atrocities surounding organ harvesting of political prisoners by Communist China. These aren't Communists. These are money hungry Capitalists lining their pocket by murdering political prisoners. That is Bad Business. God bless Anastasia Lin.

MSN News is reporting that 243 years ago today, In Boston Harbor, a group of Massachusetts colonists disguised as Mohawk Indians board three British tea ships and dump 342 chests of tea into the harbor. The midnight raid, popularly known as the “Boston Tea Party,” was in protest of the British Parliament’s Tea Act of 1773, a bill designed to save the faltering East India Company by greatly lowering its tea tax and granting it a virtual monopoly on the American tea trade.

Assassin's Creed 3 has a video trailer of the event. Interesting how back then people stood up against corporate monopolies. Back in the day when the Rothschild’s used hostile takeovers to gain a monopoly on the Oil market with Standard oil, the courts said that kind of a corporate monopoly was illegal. Antitrust laws prevented it. Now corrupt politicians whose campaigns are bankrolled by these scoundrels say gouging the consumers through corporate monopolies is good business. Not. It destroys the free market and everything real conservatives stand for. Times have sure changed so they have. It's time to wake up and smell the coffee so it is.

Pray for Aleppo

The Telegraph is reporting that civilians in the last remaining rebel-held neighbourhoods of east Aleppo were subjected to another day of bombardment and shelling on Wednesday as international actors squabbled over the terms of their surrender. Russia is supporting Assad while America and Israel are supporting ISIS and the Rebels. There are no good guys in his conflict.

New York Hells Angels shoot someone over parking spot

This isn't really news but since a few people sent it to me and the police response demonstrates the New York model I will comment on it. The New York Post reported that a biker shot a man in the gut after he moved an orange traffic cone that was holding a parking spot outside the Hells Angels East Village clubhouse early Sunday, cops said. However, there's a little bit more to it.

A guy in a mercedes got out of his car to move a pilon reserving a parking spot outside the New York clubhouse. A member of the Hells angels told the guy not to touch it. The two began arguing, and three other men who were traveling with the guy piled out of the mercedes, at which point the biker threw a punch at the guy. Other bikers spilled out of the clubhouse at 77 E. Third St. and a street fight ensued, during which an Angel was knocked to the pavement by a man who was preparing to kick him. A prospective Hells Angels member, who was also on the ground, pulled out a handgun and fired a single shot that struck Martinez in the abdomen, cops said.

Objectively that should be the end of the story but it's not. Now the NYPD are purposely "f*cking" with the Hells Angels because they won't cooperate with the police investigation. Just what are they suposed to cooperate with? The fifth amendment gives people charged with a crime the right to refuse to answer any questions that might incriminate themselves. If you are going to charge someone with an offence you need evidence.

I am not a friend of the Hells Angels especially the New chapter. Not long ago a dead woman was found outside their clubhouse and they once again refused to cooperate with the investigation. That was a lot more serious than a bunch of yuppies trying to pick a fight with the Hells Angels. Historically the president of that chapter threw his girlfriend off the roof of the clubhouse to her death. That guy was killed by the San Francisco chapter leader before he could go to trial. Those cases were serious. This case is stupid. Reserving a parking spot outside your place of business is not a big deal.

It does however, show how New York cops can put pressure on anyone they want. That's how they got rid of most of the gangs wearing colours in New York. If they were in colours the cops would harass them. Just like they harassed the drug dealers on the street selling crack. Where there is a will, there is a way. In the words of Steppenwolf from the Easy Rider soundtrack, "God damn The Pusher man. Well, now if I were the president of this land You know, I'd declare total war on The Pusher man." Word.

However, let's not forget that although New York cops were at one time part of the solution to the city's drug plague, at another time they were part of the problem. Lest we forget.

In Vancouver during the PNE local residents used to stand in front of their house with a sign and charge people to park in front of their house. The Hells Angels have a right to reserve the parking spot in front of their own place of business but they do not have the right to reserve the parking spots across the street or in front of neighbouring businesses. It's as simple as that.

God Bless Wayne Moriarty - Update

Wayne Moriarty is a voice of reason in a perfect storm of insanity. On the front page of today's Vancouver Province was the headline A Sobering Second Thought. Inside was a magnificent article written by Wayne Moriarty expressing his opinion that Sobriety needs more investment during the fentanyl crisis. Three cheers!

In the article he states "To date, more than $40 million has been spent by government departments in British Columbia on the fentanyl crisis. On Tuesday, Vancouver city council approved a tax increase of 0.5 per cent on all homeowners in order to further assist in this fight. The tax is expected to raise approximately $3.5 million next year, with most of the money going to all the predictable resources required when 'harm reduction' is your guiding principle."

"Here’s an idea: Instead of going all in on harm reduction, why not go all in on sobriety? Sobriety, sadly, has been lost in much of the discussion around the fentanyl crisis, and yet sobriety is the only thing that is guaranteed to work. Instead of more safe injection sites, more naloxone kits, more paramedics, more of everything and anything that will keep drug addicts stoned and safe, let’s invest in sobriety and, by extension, a vastly improved quality of life."

"Sometimes, when I listen to people talk about the care and treatment of addiction, it’s like they are talking about Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Everyone, and I mean everyone, who is dying in the grip of addiction can save themselves by getting sober."

"Instead of this obsession with harm reduction, seemingly at the exclusion of all other solutions, our obsession ought to be overwhelmingly focused on having abusers of drugs and alcohol stop abusing drugs and alcohol. This means more publicly funded treatment centres and way way way more beds for the mentally ill." Here here!

The Price Pro Solution

Price Pro is the perfect example of the absurdness of the policy. Price Pro is a store that raises money for a private non profit organization that actually helps people get off drugs. Most of the other government funded treatment centres in surrey are flop houses that promote and exploit the methadone scam where doctors and pharmaceutical companies turn heroin addicts into methadone addicts for life and make a killing off the tax paid prescriptions. Price Pro can't get government funding because they aren't in on the pharmaceutical scam. They actually help people get off drugs and as a result can't get government funding. I kid you not.



Update: Well, well, well. I'm not the only one who agrees with Wayne Moriarty on sobriety. Several people wrote into the Vancouver Province expressing their agreement with his position. Sounds like the silent majority are finally beginning to speak up against the belligerent brats. People need homes not drugs. We need to spend money on housing not harm promotion.

You can't force all addicts into rehab but you can force criminals into rehab if they are prolific offenders committing crime to pay for their addiction. The courts used to make that a term and condition of probation.

Update: Turns out the response to Wayne Moriarty's article has been overwhelming and he put ut a follow up article as a result.

Mayor's Glutton Council approves tax hike to promote drug trade

The end is near. The end of fiscal responsibility and public health care. News 1130 is reporting that @CityofVancouver votes to pass 2017 budget with additional 0.5% property tax to increase opioid response. Property taxes going up 3.9% total. The mayor's glutton council will use any excuse they can think of to raise taxes. Now they are pimping the fentanyl crisis which they created as an excuse to raise taxes again and kick back a fraction of a percent to promote more deaths. They don't even call it a fentanyl crisis. They are calling it an opioid crisis.

Heroin isn't the problem, fentanyl is. Predatory drug dealers mixing fentanyl with heroin, crack, cocaine and even pot. That is the problem. Instead of arresting the drug dealers selling the tainted drugs they help their business by promoting addiction. That isn't just insane, it is criminal culpability. They are the ones that created the crisis by refusing to arrest the drug dealers selling the tainted drugs at Main and Hastings and on the Surrey Strip.

So first they create the problem, then they use it as an excuse to raises taxes like they just had a referendum on and failed so now they just do it anyways just because they can. Before I dive into Justin Bieber's criminal culpability, let's have a look at the Mayors' Gutton council. The media is referring to them as the Translink Mayors. WTF? They created a duplicate office for their gluttony and it just slides by unnoticed because Christy Clark is more than happy to have someone else raise taxes for her. Translink - the ones that are too cheap to buy snow tires for buses in Metro Vancouver so they pull half the busses off the street when it snows when demand is higher. Thanks for nothing idiots.

Justin Trudeau, friend of Communist China jumps in and says they're right we need more lethal injection sites. No we don't. Those are part of the problem not part of the solution. The four pillars program has four pillars not one. When you eliminate the other three pillars, you are trying to ride a one legged horse as harm reduction become harm promotion. Don't get me started on Insite's political slush fund.

Let's talk to the real experts on the matter. Former VPD Ninja Inspector John McKay and Dr. Colin Mangham. Dr. Colin Mangham is an expert in the field of prevention and has worked in the field since 1979. He lost his job for speaking out against Insite.

Inspector John McKay explained the root of the problem. As soon as you set up a lethal injection site or needle exchange, the police let drug dealers sell drugs outside. Why do they do that? That is the problem right there. Getting addicts out of the allies is one thing but promoting the drug trade by pouring gasoline on a forest fire is something very different.

Now the pinnacle of the medical corruption has been revelaed once again. The Surrey Leader is reporting that a former RCMP officer is pushing to solve the problem by giving addicts medical grade heroin. How the f*ck is that going to solve the problem you raging lunatic? Who is going to pay for the drugs?! I can see it now, you can't get an MRI or Cancer medication but you can get free heroin. Every addict in the world will come here. That will bankrupt our sacred public medical system faster than you can say criminal culpability.

We need to stop the corruption and the insanity by simply arresting the drug dealers selling drugs tainted with fentanyl. That's it. Raising taxes to promote the drug trade means we all have blood on our hands for being accessories to murder.

Remember when Vancouver City Hall bought the Drake Hotel from the Hells Angels to turn it into social housing? They paid them twice as much as it was worth. They took $2 million out of social housing and gave it straight to the Hells Angels. This is the same proposal. People need homes not drugs. God help us. No one else will.

CIA report obvious fraud

The Washington Post is reporting that Kellyanne Conway calls the CIA report on Russian election meddling ‘laughable and ridiculous’. The CIA report claimed Russia interfered with the US election to help defeat Hillary Clinton. That is indeed ridiculous. It fails the test of believability and clearly shows how desperate the CIA were to get Hillary elected.

I remember hearing in the news the absurd claim about Russia fixing the US election to defeat Hillary and wondered where on earth such a ridiculous idea came from. I thought it was from the National Inquirer. Now we have it. The ridiculous report came directly from the CIA itself.

I don't like Donald Trump. I don't support his racist insanity. Yet I realize some people who voted for him are not racist. They voted for him for other reasons such as a genuine desire to see the economy improve. Deep down that's what we all want.

Hillary Clinton on the other hand is a dirty criminal. She has been deeply involved in the CIA drug trafficking network since Mena Arkansas. Hillary Clinton was the author of Operation Fast and Furious. She was not an enemy of Putin. She sold him weapons grade uranium for his nuclear missiles. The CIA were the ones that helped put him in power.

The movie the November Man with Pierce Brosnan was based on a true story. So here's the deal. I realize no one cares about the CIA's drug trafficking network because most see it as a problem too big for anyone to fix. Yet that doesn't mean we have to go to the other extreme and become mindless sheep who believe and accept every ridiculous claim they make.

Why is the CIA still spamming the mainstream media with ridiculous propaganda? Because they can and for the most part, it works. We need to give our head a shake and use our brains so that we can see through the mindless propaganda and see exactly where they are trying to take us because they are the real enemies of the State. They are the ones who broke their oath to preserve and protect the Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic.

Update: I'm not going to flog a dead horse. Hillary lost the election. We need to get over it and move forward not backward. She is a dirty criminal so there is no love lost. If the Democrats want to retake the White House they have to run another candidate. It's as simple as that. Bernie Saunders was a better choice. The criminals pushed for Hillary and lost the White House as a result. That was a natural consequence of that bad decision.

I'm not going to get into a long winded debate about Republican vs Democrat or Capitalist vs Socialist. Communist China is the biggest threat to world peace on the planet. Second to China is the CIA who are pushing the same agenda - the destruction of civil liberty and the free market.

The point of this post was simple. I realize no one cares about the CIA's drug trafficking Network that murdered Gary Webb, but I do. Even if we chose to be an ostrich and ignore all that evidence because there is nothing we can do about it, then the least we can do is open our eyes and see through the ridiculous propaganda the CIA continues to spam the mainstream media with so we are not deceived by it. Kelowna drug bust

Kelowna Cap News is reporting that Kelowna RCMP seized 1.32 kilograms of suspected fentanyl-laced heroin and 2.1 kilograms of suspected methamphetamine. "Terry Weninger, 44, and Robert Colbon, 59, of West Kelowna, along with Darcy Lenko, 52, of Penticton, each appeared in court and have since been remanded into custody. Police say each have been formally charged with multiple counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

Lance Wust, 42, of Kelowna has been charged with possession of a controlled substance. After his first appearance he was released by the courts on strict conditions. The remaining individuals arrested, a 52-year-old West Kelowna man, a 22-year-old Vernon man and an 18-year-old Kelowna woman were released from police custody. Each face potential charges and are expected to appear in court at a later date."

I know I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer but that fentanyl-laced heroin looks green. You can kinda tell something is wrong with it. This is the RCMP press release.

The US Debt to China Fraud

MSN News is reporting that the United States owes Communist China 1.5 trillion and that China is the largest foregin owner of US debt. The Business Insider is reporting that China's economy has grown so fast, that even as it today towers over most developed nations, and in fact as it finances their budget deficits, it's still receiving foreign aid from them.

China gets more than $2.5 billion a year in foreign government aid - and taxpayers and lawmakers in donor countries are increasingly asking why. Because that is the biggest fraud since the Wall Street bailout and the Great Canadian bank bailout Harper lied about.

Communist politicians in China are the wealthiest in the world. Those hypocritical gluttons are the ones that need to feed the poor in the rural areas instead of pimping them off to the rest of the world so they can intercept that foreign aid and put it in their own pockets. God as my witness, giving Communist China control of our debt and giving them Canada's oil rights is a far bigger threat to world peace than any smoke and mirror Islamophobia. Mark my word.

Ziggy Matheson found guilty

Ziggy Matheson who was described as being involved in a top level drug bust on Vancouver Island has been found GUILTY on counts 2, 3, and 4 all for Possession for the purpose of trafficking. No sentencing date set yet.

Among the drugs seized were two kilograms of cocaine, 12.7 kilograms of marijuana, 10 litres of GHB or the “date-rape” drug, one kilogram of crystal meth and 200 ecstasy pills.

Ziggy's co accused, Ali Arash Ziaee, plead guilty to three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking related to cocaine and GHB. He received a 30 month sentence.

[6] At that time, he was in possession of two kilos of powder cocaine upon his attendance at the apartment outlined in Count 2, the so‑called stash house which was used to break down the cocaine into packages for street‑level transactions, known as a dial‑a‑dope operation. In the apartment there was approximately 10.5 grams of crack cocaine attributed to Mr. Ziaee that was found in a small safe. In addition, in his vehicle, there was 7.5 litres of GHB, the subject matter of Count 5.

Heartwarming Amazon add defines a Free Republic

I saw this wonderful commercial on TV the other day. It's an add for Amazon that shows a Muslim and a Priest forming a friendship swapping stories over a cup of tea. As they develope a friendship, they obviously confided in each other that as old age settles in they both find kneeling down to pray hard on the knees so they both get the same idea. They both order a set of knee pads for each other on Amazon. This is what a free republic really is. The freedom of religion. This is the dream that Martin Luther King marched for. That the US Constitution would be more than a nice piece of paper hanging on the wall. Martin Luther King's dream was that one day the US Constitution would actually be implemented and followed. I share that dream.

Real IRA member shot and killed in Cork city

The Irish Times is reporting that a former chief of staff of the Real IRA named Aidan O’Driscoll aka the Beast died after he was shot three times today in Cork. We know that if he was shot in Cork, he wasn't shot by the Protestants so the UDA, UVF or the UFF are out. Looks like it was obviously internal so to speak.

The people who call themselves the real IRA are a splinter group. They're not the original IRA. They simply call themselves the Real IRA because they still oppose any kind of peace settlement the original IRA made in the Good Friday accord. At least that's what I thought.

It appears that I'm a bit out of the loop so I am. I've been back from Ireland for 26 years now. The interesting thing is that Aidan O’Driscoll and Alan Ryan from the Real IRA waged a war against drug dealers in Dublin. So here we see the Real IRA start doing what the original IRA did back in Belfast. They start shooting drug dealers dead. Aidan does time in prison because he was a member of an illegal organization. So here we have a paramilitary organization waging war with drug dealers and the government deems them an illegal organization and sends them to jail. So which side is the government really on then? Are they supporting drug dealers? This has become somewhat problematic so it has.

The Independent reported that "However senior sources say the Real IRA was simply demanding large sums of cash off criminal gangs and if they refused to pay up they became targets for the feared dissident gang who traded under the IRA name." Hmmm... That's possible too so it is. The stories I could tell. It's hard to sift out the truth between the lines so it is.

There are two reasons the Irish Republicans chose the Easter Lily to commemorate the Irish Proclamation and the Easter Rising. First is the obvious in that the Easter Lily blooms at Easter and symbolizes the resurrection. The other reason is because the Easter Lily is white, green and orange just like the flag of the Irish Republic. Green represents Catholics, Orange represents Protestants and White represents peace between the two.

The Irish Proclamation declares "we pray that no one who serves that cause will dishonor it by cowardice, inhumanity, or rapine." When I first arrived in Ireland many yeas ago I landed in Dublin right after the IRA had kidnapped a Dentist and held him for ransom. That was a criminal act. It had nothing to do with fighting for freedom. It was simply extortion. After they kidnapped him they cut off his fingers and sent them to his family with the ransom note. That was a brutal and senseless act that violated the Irish Proclamation. It was inhumane rapine.

That was Dessie O'Hare. He had been kicked out of the IRA and the INLA at the time. O'Hare had broken away from the remaining INLA leadership in Belfast and set up his own group, the Irish Revolutionary Brigade, which operated in the border region out of Castleblayney. It was described as having "a handful" of members. In 1987 O'Hare and three other INLA members kidnapped John O'Grady, a dentist from Dublin, and demanded a IR£1.5m ransom. The Dentist, John O'Grady, passed away in September of this year. So in reality Dessie O'Hare didn't represent the IRA or the INLA, he only represented himself.

The IRA stands for the Irish Republican Army. Irish Republicans are not people who believe in George Bush. They are people who believe in a free republic. I share that belief.

Police make two arrests related to Rock Machine murder

The Montreal Gazette is reporting that Richard Hunt, 38, and 28-year-old Mélanie Binette were arrested in the Vaudreuil-Dorion area and questioned about the role they may have played in the killing of Joseph Fluet & Steven Lamarsh - two men with supposed links to criminal biker gangs.

Saturday we posted that Rock Machine member Joseph "Fuego" Fluet, 45, was one of two men who were shot and killed Friday just outside Montreal. Sunday the Montreal Gazette reported that Hunt and Binette were people the police want to question not suspects.

Fluet has been identified in the past by police as a member of the Rock Machine. The Journal de Montréal reported that Fluet was born as Éric Lefebvre and was once part of a puppet gang controlled by the Hells Angels, and had his name changed sometime after 2008. In April 2001, Lefebvre told the newspaper that he had got into serious trouble with the Hells Angels. In May 2001, an expert on biker gangs with the RCMP in New Brunswick described Lefebvre as a courier who transported drugs for the Hells Angels in Quebec. This was after Lefebvre had pleaded guilty to setting a pub called Goodfella’s on fire in Moncton.

Surf's up: The New Season has Begun

Today was a magnificent day. As I was riding down King George outside Gus' shop you could see the snow on Grouse and the surrounding mountain peaks from the top of the hill. Then riding into Vancouver you could see the Lions covered in snow. The snowline was almost at the bottom of the mountain. It was like someone swept a paintbrush across the mountain and left behind a blanket of fresh snow. The season has officially begun.



I snowshoed up Hollyburn Ridge on Cypress today. It was awesome.

George Christie's Exile on Front Street

I finally started reading George Christie's new book Exile on Front Street. It is freaking awesome. The preface contains that quote about Outlaws I previously posted:

"People confuse the outlaw and the criminal. Some outlaws commit crimes, but the real outlaw isn’t a criminal by trade. He’s someone who refuses to live by society’s established norms of behavior. He has an internal code and answers only to his own sense of honor and right and wrong. The outlaw doesn’t conform; he rebels. He doesn’t accept; he questions. In the end, the outlaw might change and adapt, but he bends for no man and won’t let his life be defined by someone else. Jesse James was an outlaw but so was Albert Einstein. I’ve been many things - father, son, husband, leader, brother, and friend - but through it all, I was always an outlaw."

That sets the stage quite effectively. In the introduction he states "Undercover cops and informants who have written about the club paint members with one brush. In those books, we're one dimensional criminal scum. Most outlaws who write about the life are just as bad. According to them we are heroic freedom fighters living only to ride." He then explains it's not all black and white which is very true. You simply can't stereotype everyone in anything.

His book is worth reading. He is someone I can endorse. The movie he made, the Last American Outlaw was profound and has inspired me to embark on three separate adventures starting this summer. The book is helpful because he addresses the betrayal of being out out in bad after he left the club and about being falsely accused of being a police informant when he wasn't. He tries to remind us what the dream originally was. As Pink Floyd once said, take heed of the dream.

Easy Rider Update:

What I'm talking about is very simple. There is no need to overthink it or misinterpret it. I'm talking about Easy Rider not Sons of Anarchy. There were no patches in Easy Rider. Just riding free with the wind in your face leaving all the fears and concerns behind you in the dust as you ride off into the sunset. It's embracing life like a Bat outta Hell. It's Steppenwolf's Born to be Wild. It's Steppenwolf's God Dam the Pusher. It's supporting a free republic. That's what I'm talking about.

Rock Machine member shot dead in Quebec

CBC is reporting that "Quebec provincial police have identified one of the victims in a Vaudreuil-Dorion double homicide as Rock Machine member Joseph "Fuego" Fluet. Fluet, 45, was one of two men who were shot and killed yesterday afternoon in a field behind a home on Montée d'Alstonvale" just outside Montreal.

Former mayor of Laval pleads guilty to breach of trust

CBC is reporting that "the man once known as the 'King of Laval' is on his way to jail tonight. Gilles Vaillancourt, who ran Quebec's third-largest city for more than two decades, pleaded guilty Thursday to fraud, breach of trust and conspiracy to commit fraud, dating back to his time as mayor. Under an agreement reached with the Crown, Vaillancourt will voluntarily repay the city $7 million from a Swiss bank account, as well as roughly $1 million in other assets, including his condominium. He is also waiving his pension. The plea deal calls for Vaillancourt to spend six years in prison. He could be eligible to apply for parole in a year." The plea agreement resulted in the gangsterism charges against him being suspended.

What's the difference between BC and Quebec? Quebec has an anti corruption task force, BC does not. Quebec is confronting organized crime, BC is not. That's the only difference.

Vancouver Hells Angel associate shot and killed

Kim Bolan from Postmedia News is reporting that "a controversial rocker and Hells Angels associate convicted of stock fraud has died, three months after being shot in Burnaby, Postmedia News has learned. Adis (Ady) Golic passed away Nov. 22 from injuries sustained in the targeted shooting. The 41-year-old was gunned down on Aug. 22 around 8:30 p.m. in the 7700-block of 12th Avenue in Burnaby. At the time, Mounties said the shooter was a white man, dressed all in black, who hopped into a dark-coloured getaway vehicle with a roof rack."

Another white guy shooting someone in gang related violence. When Kim says rocker she means the guy was a heavy metal musician. He was with the heavy metal band Skard. John Bryce, the East Vancouver Hells Angels president appeared in some of their local videos.

Dead herring washing up on shore in Nova Scotia

The National Post is reporting that "Tens of thousands of dead herring keep washing ashore along Nova Scotia’s western coastline, a mystery for biologists trying to figure out what is killing the small, silvery fish. Craik said the fish could be succumbing to a virus, some form of pollution, parasites or a poisonous algae bloom — but lab tests have yet to determine what is going on."

Christy Clark's densification fraud

We knew it was too good to be true. Christy Clark, the queen of photo ops, held a press conference promising to spend $500,000 on rental housing and build 2,900 new rental units. It sounded good until you read the fine print. We knew it was too good to be true.

The plan is to tear town perfectly good rental townhomes and build high density apartments in their place. So in essence they are in fact displacing a whole lot of families to build new units so they can charge more money and make more profit without spending any money on new land. This is the cheapest way for the Metro Vancouver Housing Corporation to make more profit at the tax payers expense.

If they were genuine and really wanted a helpful solution without turning so many struggling families lives upside down, they would buy the vacant lot across the street and build new units. That would be a press conference worth listening to. Unfortunately they won't do that because displacement and densification is more profitable for the Slumlords and the Post Media Marketing Company is more than happy to endorse the fraud for the public. God help us. No one else will.

The bottom line is that we need to elect a new government in BC. No political party is perfect but I know the NDP wouldn't be doing this to us. The Christy Clark government is the same as the Gordon Campbell government. I cannot begin to list all the corruption they have been involved with from BC Rail to money laundering in Campbell Heights to cutting back police task forces as soon as organized crime was found. Bruce Ralston and Mike Farnworth are good stable leaders who care about people. The BC Liberals do not. History has recorded that.
