A Damning Indictment‏

Everyone’s talking about a report on an Enbridge pipeline oil spill in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Tar Sands Oil Spill in Kalamazoo River in Michigan the Most Expensive Onshore Oil Spill in History. The spill was back in 2010 but the report was just released and hit the news. Opponents to the Northern Pipeline are using it as fuel to their campaign to oppose it. Even Christy Clark has expressed concerns about it.

I will come right out sand say I am not opposed to the Northern Pipeline. I am opposed to a reckless and irresponsible abandonment of safety precautions to protect the environment. One would think that as time progresses and we become more technologically advanced and one would hope more civilized so to speak, we would be having less detrimental impact on the environment we live in.

In reality, as time proceeds, the colossal scale of the devastation to the environment keeps growing and growing. The accidents keep getting bigger and bigger and keep doing more and more damage to the environment. It’s not even like spitting in the wind. It’s like pissing in your drinking water. It really isn’t very intelligent.

Somehow I got on an NDP e-mail list. I don’t normally read them because usually every e-mail from every political party asks for money. Yesterday I received an e-mail from the NDP claiming to be from Adrian Dix. It talked about the new report on the Michagan oil spill and raised some very valid concerns:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On Tuesday, the US Transportation Safety Board released a report on a 2010 oil spill from an Enbridge pipeline in Kalamazoo, Michigan. For 17 hours, bitumen from the Alberta oil sands poured from the pipe, spilling at least 3.2 million litres of oil with devastating impact.

I wanted to share what the Board's chair said today:

"On that July evening, at about 6 p.m. when many people in Marshall were sitting down to dinner, Enbridge's Line 6B ruptured and began spewing crude oil through a more than six-and-a-half-foot-long fracture.

"For more than 17 hours and over three shifts, the people controlling the pipeline did not respond to the alarms, pressure differentials or even follow one of their own safety procedures established following another catastrophic release in 1991 in Grand Rapids.

"The people of Marshall would finish their dinners, get ready for the week ahead and go to bed. As they slept, and even when they got up on Monday morning, instead of stopping the flow, Enbridge staff twice pumped more oil - about 81 percent of the total release - into the ruptured pipeline.

"It wasn't until late Monday morning - 17 hours and 19 minutes after the rupture - that a worker from a local gas utility found the spill and notified the Enbridge control center. Then, and only then, did the Enbridge staff begin their response and start closing remote valves upstream and downstream of the rupture.

"Learning about Enbridge's poor handling of the rupture, you can't help but think of the Keystone Kops." It's a damning indictment. And it highlights the enormous risks BC would take on if Enbridge is allowed to build the proposed pipeline here in BC and oil tankers are allowed on our north and central coasts.

Adrian Dix

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It then links to a petition to stop the Northern Gateway pipeline. Personally, I am very concerned with the reckless abandonment of safety in the oil company’s pipelines. Personally, I don’t care if Adrian Dix is red, blue, green, pink or purple. He raises some valid points and expresses some valid concerns.

I do think an oil pipeline can be good for the economy but I don’t think it will be worth it, if we recklessly abandon safety measures to protect the environment. Clearly greed equates to irresponsibility. The huge oil spills in Alberta are concerning. We don’t want that in British Columbia.

The recent oil spills in Alberta, we are now hearing, were the result of rusty pipes that the company knowingly failed to perform scheduled maintenance on to save money. Herein lies the inherit problem: greed. Making money isn’t good enough we want to make more and more money at all costs.

The more I hear TV commercials for the Northern Pipeline the more angry I get. Stop spending money trying to brain wash me and start spending some money fixing the huge problems you have created and start spending some money on preventative maintenance. I’m still hearing Harper’s ridiculous attack adds on TV. The more I hear them the more I turn into Smeagol from the Lord of the Rings. Me HATES them. I hate them for the same reason I hated the HST commercials – because they were based on a lie.

Harper goes on and on about how Thomas Mulcair opposes trade agreements that will help the economy. That is such a lie it makes me want to scream every time they say it. TILMA is the prime example. Making it illegal for any level of government, federal, provincial or municipal, to create a law that would inhibit a corporation’s ability to make a profit. That is the devils deal.

Those kind of trade agreements make it illegal for us to require oil companies to clean up their mess or to perform preventative maintenance. Those kind of trade agreements are totally irresponsible and are treasonous because they give up our sovereignty which is something the conservatives are *supposed* to protect.

Enbridge is based in Houston? Like that’s not suspicious. I don't support that. Isn’t there a Canadian company that can do the Canadian pipeline? How about we build an oil pipeline but we give the contract to someone else? Do you think if we gave the contract to Bridas, we would be invaded like Afghanistan was? I wonder…

Council divided over harm reduction

Now that Abbotsford has gangs and drugs, extremists want to continue to profit from that misery by trying to con them into embracing East Vancouver style “Harm Reduction” which is anything but.

Needle exchanges used to be exchanges. You hand in a dirty needle and get a clean needle in exchange. Victoria residents began to complain when that idea was twisted and they just started handing out free needles. The number of used needles that ended up on their property or on school grounds increases considerably.

Even in the article it talks about a guy who is addicted to heroin but doesn’t inject it, smokes it. He grabs 20 needles for his friends without handing in any dirty needles. Does he then sell them? Where do you think those needles end up?

Remember that tragic case of the girl who overdosed at the Vancouver Occupy site? She was given a clean needle to kill herself courtesy of Coast “Health” Harm Reduction. That is just plain wrong. Once again, I’m not the only person that has concerns about needle exchanges and expanding the criminally twisted harm reduction program to Abbotsford. Two other concerned citizens wrote in to the Vancouver Province:

Stop helping addicts use drugs

The thought of needle exchanges in our cities just makes my blood boil. Let the drug addicts take care of themselves. Why should we pay for their dirty habits? Next you’ll be giving prostitutes cellphones to “keep them safe’’ on our tab. Most people can barely get by and we are sick of paying for everyone else. Say “no” to needle exchanges. Move the drug addicts out to the wilderness.

Elizabeth Gillis, Abbotsford

Pick life!

First of all, Vancouver and Surrey were not forced to deal with addicts from other towns; they welcomed them by handing out needles, etc. How much longer is the government going to make it easy for addicts? It’s very simple: make using easy for addicts or stand firm and say, “No!” It is as easy as yes or no, life or death. You pick. I’m proud to be a recovering addict and picking life.

Kiekie Roski, Abbotsford

Harper's abuses of democracy threaten liberty

Very interesting editorial in today’s Vancouver Province entitled “Harper's abuses of democracy threaten liberty.” Michael Den Tandt gives an interesting analogy and comes up with a valid and stirring conclusion. Growing up Conservative, I was always told it wasn’t the government’s job to find jobs for people. I was told it was the government’s job to protect liberty and let a free market create jobs for people.

Interestingly enough, Michael Den Tandt talks about Trudeau’s long reign as Prime minister of Canada and points out that Trudeau was less concerned with the economy and more concerned with protecting liberty. Somewhat ironic when Harper’s Mulroneyism claims the exact opposite. They hate Trudeau. They say he was a Commie that put us in debt and destroyed our country.

Somewhat ironic when they are digging an obscene debt deeper than Trudeau ever imagined with their bank bail out and insider trading jets. Somewhat ironic when Harpers Neo Cons claim to fight for democracy and liberty when their actions are the exact opposite.

Although my family never voted Liberal, Trudeau was always a respected leader. He was a political leader as opposed to a dirty politician like Harper and his slimy band of evil doers. We were told that Trudeau’s tradition of French Common law where the government created jobs for the public was bad and wrong. Yet in retrospect I think finding jobs for the public was a lot better than robbing taxpayers by giving their taxes to pay for bank fraud.

During the Occupy movement I remember a sign that said “We have privatized gains and socialized losses. That is not Capitalism.” Harpers obsession with big corporations creating monopolies is not a free marker either. A free market means small business has just as much a chance as the next guy to create a company and profit from an idea.

Trudeau gave us the Charter of Rights. Harper is eroding it. Robocalls, warrantless surveillance. Trade agreements that give up democratic sovereignty. Over burdening our prisons and judicial system with nonviolent crime preventing us from dealing with violent crime. Cutting our military and coast guard to pay for insider trading. It’s all one big nightmare really. Is there hope in Trudeau Jr? I don’t know but I do know there is no hope in Harper’s nightmare.

Michael Den Tandt quotes Trudeau Sr. when he was a cutting journalist and said: "It is a serious matter when the government attacks our inalienable rights, whether by laws or by executive action," he wrote. "it is still more serious when citizens, through cowardice or stupidity, relinquish their rights even when not required by law to do so."

I totally agree. We need to be more concerned with liberty than with economics. We need to create a free market and let that free market take care of itself.

Ex-border guard guilty in coke-smuggling case

Two more local drug stories to catch up on. The first is that ex border guard case who was caught letting people smuggle 208 kilos of cocaine across the border. Baljinder Singh Kandola was found to have been a part of a conspiracy along with his co-accused, Shminder Singh Johal, of running drugs through the Pacific Highway crossing from May 2006 to October 2007.

Someone claimed it was part of the Bassi Virk case but I can’t find the connection. If someone out there can, please send a link. The second case will have to wait a day. I know the Hells Angels are so excited about the dirt on the Pickton cop I’ll give them one more day of their glory before I rain on their parade. Again.

Here comes the sun

Speaking of the Beatles, Here comes the sun. Finally. All the rain we were beginning to wonder if we’d ever see summer. Here it comes. I went to White cliff last night. It’s nice to get away from the world’s insanity. I like the smell of the ocean.

Clear sky, calm water, very peaceful. My father used to take me there when I was very young to take pictures of the sunset. We’d climb down on the rocks and I’d fish while he read First Nation legends of Vancouver as compiled by Pauline Johnston. White cliff is nice. I like to put the kayak in there now. It’s a poplar protected diving spot. Yet anywhere you go there are nice secluded places to visit.

When I went to Kelowna climbing up the face on Knox Hill was the perfect place to watch the sunset. Across the lake there are nice trails along bear creek and the perfect ridge you can climb to watch the sun rise over Kelowna.

Kelowna is a really nice place. I don’t think all those slimy little night clubs are making that much money. They might be busy on a Friday or Saturday night but that’s not enough to carry them throughout the week. In due time supply and demand will do them in. I didn’t realize how many young families are in Kelowna. It sure isn’t a retirement village any more. There is a great potential for growth and a good foundation of young families who really don’t want or need the Hells Angels' drugs. So we’re gonna soak up the sun while it’s here yet I’m already starting to long for winter. I’ll have to climb the glacier on Baker to get my ice and snow fix.

Pickton cop posted torture pictures online - Update

Again the force becomes a farce. The unprofessionalism has become absurd. The media is reporting that a Coquitlam RCMP Officer posted pictures of him with bound women on S&M porn sites. This officer was also involved in the Pickton investigation. Many of the pictures are too graphic to post but the Vancouver Sun wrote a description of them.

We have already heard how the female officer who represented the police in the Media during the Pickton arrest has filed a class action lawsuit against the RCMP claiming the investigators on the case were very inappropriate and how she was subjected to sexual harassment as a result. This class action law suit has snowballed into an absurd medley of continued inappropriate conduct.

An RCMP code-of-conduct inquiry is underway into a Mountie who played a bit part in the investigation into serial killer Robert Pickton and appeared on an Internet website posing in sexually explicit torture images reminiscent of the pig-farmer's crimes.

In some of the graphic pictures obtained by The Vancouver Sun, Coquitlam Cpl. Jim Brown appears to wear only his regulation-issue Mountie boots and an erection as he wields a huge knife and a bound naked woman cringes in terror.

The narrative of the still photographs, posted on an S&M website, progresses from an apparent street scene of the woman walking past Brown sitting on a wall; he overpowers her; he hog-ties her, he imprisons her in a cage, he threatens her with a large butcher knife and he slashes her.

His detachment commander, Supt. Claude Wilcott, said "The alleged issue was deemed to be off-duty, non-criminal, adult consensual activity during which the individual was not representing himself as a member of the RCMP and thus it did not appear to legal services to meet the threshold for a code-of-conduct violation."

Meanwhile back on the ranch, Missing Women Commissioner Wally Oppal is refusing to reopen the inquiry. Of course he is. He was in a slasher movie himself while he sat on the Missing women inquiry and he didn’t see anything wrong with that. This kind of insanity is very offensive.

On a matter of personal privilege, someone sent me a whole whack of screen clips of the dirty freak. Yes, Cpl Jim Brown is the one holding the knife. Also known as the Kilted Knight. He's no knight but he is jilted. His account has now been emptied but that was only after the case hit the media. It continued for a year after it was reported to the police.

Most of the pictures are pure porn. Nude or semi nude pictures of sexual acts. I don’t run that kind of a server. One could argue those were consenting adults. Yet what our friend the freak doesn’t realize is that the whole concept of posing in pictures with knives and forced sex are fantasies of real criminal acts. Jilted Jim Freak pays someone to stage photos of him with an actress pretending to enjoy forced sex, assaults and knife play. He posts these pictures trying to recruit willing partners in those kind of sick fantasies.

So yes they are pictures of consenting adults but what they are depicting is criminal acts of sexual violence. It’s like the balcony rapist who used a knife to commit sexual assault. The fantasy of getting aroused from forced sex is deranged. Fantasizing about a criminal act are deranged. A person defiantly displaying and bragging about those kind of fantasies to his coworkers is unlawful. It constitutes sexual harassment which is why the RCMP are now facing a class action law suit for failing to enforce the law and protect their employees from sexual harassment.

One will note that in the screen clip of his profile designed to meet willing partners, he claims there is a stalker out there saying slanderous things about him and if anyone potential partner wants to know the truth about him they should find out for themselves and talk to him not a former partner that is warning people about his deranged character. That is yet another red flag. The guy’s a freak defiantly posting his criminal fantasies trying to meet willing partners who are into S&M while a former partner is out there warning people about his true character. It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to do the math.

Bev Oda resigns over frivolous spending

Conservative MP Bev Oda resigned amid ongoing concerns about her frivolous spending of tax dollars. Too bad Peter McKay’s expense account is untouchable. He’s just as bad. Oh bla di oh bla da, life goes on. It’s just the continuous saga of ruthless cuts mingled with frivolous spending all in the name of greed.

Meanwhile, Spain kicks off it’s annual bull running event as their Chief Judge resigns under similar spending controversies. I guess the bull running event has new meaning now. Not just in Spain but everywhere across the globe we have to run for our lives from the banking fraud bullshit.

I saw that ridiculous Harper attack add last night repeating the same old ridiculous nonsense. This one even had the audacity to claim Mulcair opposes trade agreements that will help the economy. How stupid does this guy think we are? Sending our jobs overseas isn’t going to help the economy.

There is nothing wrong with free trade. There is no reason to put crazy things in a free trade agreement that have nothing to do with free trade and everything to do with giving up our sovereignty and our democratic system. TILMA is insane. Making it illegal for any level of government to create a law that will inhibit a corporation’s ability to make a profit.

Making it illegal for the government to protect the environment? Making it illegal for the government to tell the oil sand blasters that they have to clean up after an oil spill or create safety regulations forcing them to build cut off valves in the pipeline? That is irresponsible. The trade agreements that Harper supports do not help our economy. They weaken it and remove our sovereignty. Money talks and the bullshit never stops.

Mitt Romney’s wealth hidden in off shore accounts

The Vancouver Province is reporting on Mitt Romney’s off shore and Swiss bank account tax havens. That guy’s obsession with the Bush family was the big red flag. The Associated Press is also reporting for nearly 15 years, Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney's financial portfolio has included an offshore company that remained invisible to voters as his political star rose.

Based in Bermuda, Sankaty High Yield Asset Investors Ltd. was not listed on any of Romney's state or federal financial reports. The company is among several Romney holdings that have not been fully disclosed, including one that recently posted a $1.9 million earning — suggesting he could be wealthier than the nearly $250 million estimated by his campaign.

Sankaty was transferred to a trust owned by Romney's wife, Ann, one day before he was sworn in as Massachusetts governor in 2003, according to Bermuda records obtained by The Associated Press. The Romneys' ownership of the offshore firm did not appear on any state or federal financial reports during Romney's two presidential campaigns. Only the Romneys' 2010 tax records, released under political pressure earlier this year during the Republican primary campaign, confirmed their continuing control of the company.

In contrast, one blog reader sent me a link some articles about the Robin Hood tax. We forgot about that. It made the press when occupy movement started but we haven’t heard much about it since. No wonder. That’s about as popular as nationalizing the oil reserves. The greed wouldn’t allow it.

Although I think the Robin Hood tax is a good idea, I think the first thing we need to do is address the epidemic of bank fraud that is collapsing world economies. Speaking of which, we already heard the Greek financial crisis was the result of investment fraud. What was public money became private money then disappeared. Well, it turns out that Spain’s banking troubles are also the result of fraud. Imagine that.

We need to stop the fraud. Deregulation has opened the flood gates for criminals to steal from banks then demand tax bailouts. This is not only affecting our pensions and our standard of living, it is affecting our liberty.

Emanuela Orlandi's disappearance

This is a cold case, in more ways than one, that has returned to the spotlight when a mobsters body was exhumed in Rome two months ago. In 1983, 15 year old Emanuela Orlandi was kidnapped after leaving her family's Vatican City apartment to go to a music lesson in Rome. Her father was a lay employee of the Holy See.

Enrico De Pedis a member of Rome's Magliana mob, was killed in 1990. His one-time girlfriend has reportedly told prosecutors that De Pedis kidnapped Orlandi, and an anonymous caller in 2005 told a call-in television show that the answer to Orlandi's disappearance lay in his tomb. Public protests erupted May 27 2012 and the body of De Pedis was exhumed. No word yet on any discoveries. I’m not a big fan of exhuming bodies. I don’t even like autopsies. I think the dead should be left to rest in peace. Yet there are many elements of this case that are worth examining.

In 2008, Italian news reports quoted De Pedis' ex-girlfriend as telling prosecutors that Orlandi had been kidnapped by the Magliana gang on the orders of Archbishop Paul Marcinkus, the late US prelate who had headed the Vatican bank and was linked to a huge Italian banking scandal in the 1980s. Marcinkus had always asserted his innocence in the scandal and the Vatican at the time of the allegation said the woman's claims had "extremely doubtful value".

First of all, we know that Paul Marcinkus was a bad man. He was in charge of the Vatican Bank when Pope John Paul I was murdered and when $1.2 billion were embezzled from Banco Ambrosiano through the Vatican Bank. There’s even talk about this case having something to do with the assassination attempt of Pope John Paul the Second.

Speculation has long swirled around the location of De Pedis' tomb, since it is buried in a prominent church alongside important Catholics - an unusual final resting place for a reputed local mobster.

One of the things I find strange is the tip that an answer to the girl’s disappearance will be found in De Pedis tomb. If a mobster ordered the murder of someone’s daughter, why on earth would they burry the girl's body in the same tomb? When the tomb was recently opened, investigators found some 200 containers with bones near De Pedis' tomb in the ossuary, and that they would be tested in the coming days and weeks. Still no word on what that was about.

Calgary shooting

4 people were shot in a Vietnamese restaurant in Calgary just after 2:00 AM Sunday morning. 2 men are in serious condition, one man is dead. Police say it was a targeted shooting. Police said their investigation will draw on experience from a similar shooting - the gang related 2009 New Year's Day triple murder at the Bolsa Vietnamese Restaurant.

That shooting invovled the FOB (Fresh of the Boat) and the FK (FOB Killers). In the 2009 shooting, Mann, 22, was a known gang member and Bendle, 21, was an associate and had been kidnapped and used as bait to lure Mann to the restaurant. Su'a, a bystander, was also killed. Nathan Zuccherato and Michael Roberto were found guilty on three counts each of first-degree murder for their roles in the triple slaying on New Year's Day 2009.

The Red Scorpions, the Independent Soldiers and the UN have also come to Calgary. In Calgary, the Red Scorpions and the Independent Soldiers appear to be aligned with the FOB while the UN appears to be aligned with the FK.

Tragically, just like the New Years shooting back in 2009, this shooting killed an innocent bystander.

New Podcasts about the Hells Angels and 911

I finally finished my next two podcasts. One is about the Hells Angels and the Canadian Drug trade while the other is about 9/11 inconsistencies. I’m not trying to imply the Hells Angles were in any way responsible for 9/11. Those are two separate podcasts.

The Podcast about the Hells Angels and the Canadian Drug trade zeros in on Winnipeg and the recent family photo from Stony Mountain. That pictures shows the Hells Angels continued support for the Zig Zag crew’s drug trafficking.

The Podcast about 9/11 simply raises three points. The fact that the third tower collapsed into it’s own blueprint at freefall speed when no planes hit it. The fact that the Twin towers were half full of asbestos and the Port Authority were denied a permit to demolish them and had to pay for the manual removal of the asbestos. The fact that Operation Northwoods was real and was implemented in Europe as Operation Gladio. That’s it.

World cup on Commercial Drive

When Spain and Italy were squared off at the world cup I shuddered to consider the result. Both countries take their football / soccer very seriously. When I heard Spain won, I knew there would be mourning on Commercial Drive. Yet someone sent me a link to this photo in the Vancouver Sun of an idiot strutting down commercial drive rubbing their noses in it. He’s wearing a Support 81 Nomads shirt. That’s rather bizarre. My condolences Italia.

The CIA collapsed the Nugan Hand bank in Australia

We have already talked about how Earl W. Brian embezzled $50 million from Nesbitt Thompson’s clients for the CIA and helped fund the October surprise. We’ve already talked about how Al Martin was instructed to commit investment fraud for the CIA to fund raise for Iran contra. It’s clear that pattern is not only repeating itself but escalating out of control as Banksters are continuing to rob us blind.

Judith A. "Jami" Miscik from the CIA’s involvement in the collapse of the Lehman brothers bank is yet another example along with the CIA’s involvement in the collapse of BCCI and the Nugan Hand Bank in Australia. This disturbing pattern needs to be addressed.

The Godfather 3

When we were discussing the money laundering allegations at the Vatican bank and the $1.2 billion the Vatican bank embezzled from Banco Ambrosiano, Freddy mentioned the movie Godfather 3. Seemingly that movie ties in the murder of Pope John Paul I with the bank scandal.

Paul Marcinkus was an American archbishop of the Roman Catholic Church. He was best known for his tenure as President of the Vatican Bank from 1971 through 1989. He was also involved with Michele Sindona, who had links with the Mafia.

Paul Marcinkus was president of the Vatican bank when it embezzeld $1.2 billion from Banco Ambrosiano. In 1984, the Vatican Bank agreed to pay US$224 million to the 120 creditors of the failed Banco Ambrosiano as a “recognition of moral involvement” in the bank's collapse. That really did happened.

Roberto Calvi was the chairman of Banco Ambrosiano. Licio Gelli was an Italian financer involved in the Banco Ambrosiano scandal connecting that scandal to Operation Gladio which involved the Italian and the US secret service.

Paul Marcinkus was presiednt of the Vatican bank living in the US from 1971 through 1989. Pope John Paul I was murdered September 28, 1978. Marcinkus was named as a suspect in the Pope’s murder by David Yallop in his book In God's Name.

I still have a copy of that book. I bought it years ago but couldn’t get past the Masonic thing. A Masonic lodge existing at the Vatican wasn’t a big deal to me. The Catholic Church has a rule that Catholics can’t be Masons because they have their own similar group, Knights of Columbus. Masons don’t have a rule saying Catholics are not allowed in. You just need to have a belief in God. The Orange Order is more of a kick the Pope break off group.

However, it is clear that this P2 lodge were up to bad things and were expelled from the order as a result. They continued under their own umbrella. It’s pretty clear that Paul Marcinkus was a bad guy. It’s pretty clear that Michele Sindona was a bad guy.

Sindona was an Italian banker and convicted felon. Known in banking circles as "The Shark", Sindona was a member of Propaganda Due. Licio Gelli was involved in the Banco Ambrosiano scandal and was the Venerable Master of the clandestine Masonic lodge Propaganda Due (P2).

So if Robert Calvi, Michele Sindona and Licio Gelli were all members of P2 and if Licio Gelli was the Venerable Master of the rouge lodge, then it’s pretty clear Calvi wasn’t a lone wolf who ripped off the mob. It’s pretty clear he was a scape goat to help cover up where the embezzled money went. It went to fund another secret black op called Operation Galdio. A stay behind operation sponsored by the CIA.

Surrey says no to RCMP bar

The tsunami of insanity continues to flood the earth locally and globally. Today the Surrey Leader is reporting that City Hall just turned down the RCMP’s application for a new giant bar in their new Headquarters in Green Timbers but did recommend a liquor license for special events. What are they thinking?

Bob Poulson is supposed to help fix the RCMP’s disastrous problems with alcohol and sexual harassment in the workplace. The RCMP making an application for a giant bar in their new Headquarters is absolutely absurd. It makes you think they really don’t give a shit about the public and we are left with no alternative but to pull the plug on that broken and disgraced circus and create a Regional Police force. I thought we could save it. Evidently not.

Vicileaks Toews thinks it’s a great idea to give the RCMP a liquor license for a giant bar in their HQ. Isn’t that special? The Christian adulterer who had an affair on his wife and fathered a child with a younger woman thinks it’s a great idea. No wonder.

We are still reeling from the offensive injustice of transferring that drunken pig with a long rap sheet of sexual harassment and drinking on the job being sent to BC. What are we going to do, send him to Surrey and give him a giant bar? God help us. These people are maliciously insane.

Advertising for the Port Mann Bridge

Again stupidity reaches new heights in the Campbell Clark government. The Surrey Leader is reporting that the provincial government is spending $400,000 on an advertising campaign to promote the new Port Mann Bridge. Blair Lekstrom says he thinks it’s money well spent. The Georgia Straight doesn’t think the BC Liberals are showing much fiscal restraint.

We remember the Port Mann bridge scandal. First they were going to twin it since the existing Port Mann bridge is one of the newer bridges and is in good shape. Instead Gordo wanted a huge Rames bridge that would cost way more money. Tearing down a perfectly good bridge isn’t fiscally responsible. Neither is turning it into a park.

One voter posted a rant on craigslist about the stupidity of the Clark government spending so much on advertising for the new bridge we all know is being built. Too bad the public can't find the moron(s) who approved this and hang them from the bridge to show how much time it will save.

John Doyle pointed to a lack of transparency about over $80 billion worth of B.C. government contracts in private-public-partnerships or P3s, ranging from independent power producers to construction of the new Port Mann Bridge.

Banksters are robbing us blind

Banksters are bigger criminals than the Hells Angels and the Oil Companies put together. The tsunami of bank fraud that is sweeping the globe right now is astounding. Back in the day bank robbers would storm into a bank with guns drawn to rob it. Now, executives in suits working for the bank are robbing the banks and the world blind. This is the road to Corporate Communism.

Lehman Brothers collapsed in 2008. Judith A. "Jami" Miscik rose from the analytic ranks of the Central Intelligence Agency to become Deputy Director for Intelligence, the Agency's seniormost analytic post. In 2005 she left CIA to become Global Head of Sovereign Risk for the now-bankrupt financial services firm Lehman Brothers. Miscik is currently Vice-Chairman of Kissinger Associates, Inc. in New York. On December 24, 2009, Ms. Miscik was appointed to President Obama's Intelligence Advisory Board.

She was wrong about WMD in Iraq and she helped crash the Lehman Brothers. I guess it’s about time we found a women to highlight for the gangsters out web site. A woman tied to the CIA and to bank collapse. Imagine that.

Vatileaks Continues

Earlier this month it was announced that the police raided the home of the Vatican's recently ousted bank chief and discovered 47 binders containing private communication exposing the opaque inner workings of the secretive Holy See. They included financial documents, details of money transfers and confidential internal reports – all prepared by Gotti Tedeschi to build a convincing expose of corruption in the Vatican.

Kinda makes ya wonder about the credibility of a psychologist report leaked to the media criticizing the mental health of Tedeschi. It also makes you wonder about the credibility of the Vatican Banks recent press conference pretending it’s trying to fight it’s history of money laundering. It also kinda makes you wonder why JP Morgan really fired the Vatican Bank after JP Morgan was fined for 'wash trades' on oil markets that had driven oil to $147 a barrel.

Myrtle Beach Hells Angels Round up

The round up of Hells Angels arrests in Carolina are continuing. There are only 4 arrests outstanding in Operation Red Harvest. Most of the charges are related to operating grow ops but some of the charges include kidnapping, assault and battery as well as assault by mob. Ellis Schindler, president of the Myrtle Beach Hells Angels has also been arrested.

More Harper Attack Adds

After coming home from a nice road trip and holiday I see this outrageously offensive attack add on TV put out by the Harper government. It’s not even an election time. This one attacks Thomas Mulcair. The last one attacked the leader of the Liberal Party after they were virtually wiped off the face of the earth in the last Robocall election.

No one likes attacks ads during an election. Attack adds when there is no election are not just obsessive, they are suspicious. This new add goes on and on about how Mulcair wants to impose a gas tax and how Harper is opposed to one. Holy hypocrisy batman, let’s look at the facts.

It is no secret that Stephen Harper rewarded Gordon Campbell for imposing the HST on British Columbia. Giving the most hated premier in recorded history, who left office with the lowest approval rating in the country, a sweetheart job as commissioner during the London Olympics was a slap in the face of democracy.

Gordon Campbell and the Christy Clark government are big fans of the carbon tax. We are suffering from ridiculous gas prices as a result in the lower mainland. In BC it is the NDP that are speaking out against the gas tax. So are the provincial Conservatives which unlike the Harper government really are conservatives. The Campbell government, which Harper supported, supports the gas tax. Harper running an attack add opposing it is sheer hypocrisy. Christy Clark and Stephen Harper use the same spin doctor.

One has to wonder where on earth they got the idea that Mulcair was in favor of a gas tax when the BC NDP are opposed to it. Seemingly it was a distorted accusation from Mulcairs position on cap and trade.

Personally, I oppose ongoing excessive gas tax. Enough is enough. We are getting shafted at the pump because we have let the oil companies create a monopoly. That is not a free market and is causing problems. Ironically enough, several leading oil sands firms, alongside 150 of Canada's top corporations, publicly support more gas taxes. Putting a cap on greenhouse emissions means making the big corporations that are the big polluters pay a penalty for damaging the environment. It’s not to pass corporate tax on to the consumers.

Harper said Canada wouldn’t contribute to a bailout for the Greek or European debt crisis. Let’s hope he doesn’t flip on that like he flipped on the bank bailout. The Greek financial crisis was the result of investment fraud. When we let white collar criminals steal from banks then force taxpayers to bail those banks out with tax dollars, that does not solve the problem of white collar criminals stealing through investment fraud and creating these manufactured emergencies.

Harpers attack add repeats chicken little’s sky is falling rhetoric about the NDP’s economic plan. The right always claims the left will tax and spend thus crippling economic growth. Yet the Harper government, like the Mulroney government before him, are the worst offenders of tax and spend ideology in Canadian history. The bank bailout the banks didn’t need and the insider trading jets are just two examples. $65 billion is a huge amount of money. The undisclosed cost of the insider trading jets continues to rise.

Not only has Harper’s pork barrel politics resulted in the worst spending in Canadian history, he has mixed that with outrageous cuts that have left us wondering about his possible use of crack pipes instead of common sense.

Let’s look at the military. Cutting spending on the military to help offset not pay for, the huge expenditure of a whole fleet of jets that can’t be used in the arctic are somewhat of a contradiction. To offset the cost of the jets he’s cutting military funding. Cutting military pensions, benefits, support programs, even eliminating our coast guard which need improvements not cuts. In essence to pay for his insider trading jets to a firm his candidate lobbied for, he is putting lives at risk and weakening the military in the process.

The bank bailout is the most dramatic contradiction in Canadian history. Harper goes over to England and tells Cameron Canadians don’t support bank bailouts, then he drinks the poison kool aid and turns around and gives the banks a $65 billion bail out that they didn’t need. Which meant he then raised the age of retirement to offset the cost. I say offset the cost not pay for it because it will take decades to pay that insane debt.

As we hear news that the secret bailout cost even more, just like the growing bill for the jets, the Harper government denies there even was a bailout and won’t even put that figure on the books. This isn’t just wrong. This isn’t just a scam. This is treason. It’s not a matter of the NDP versus the Conservatives. It’s a matter of the conservatives undergoing a leadership review and electing a conservative instead of a fiscally dangerous con man. It’s a sad day when the leader of the NDP is more Conservative than the leader of the Tories.

Now we hear the outrageous propaganda in the Globe and Mail that Mulcair and Trudeau are a threat to Canadian Unity. That is absurd. Trudeau saved Canadian unity with the Charter of Rights. Giving Quebec a voice on government supports unity by making them feel included and wanting to participate in Federalism.

That insane article quickly points out their real concern. They claim that in 1980 Trudeau introduces the national energy program (NEP 1), which fixed domestic prices for oil and gas. That is their real concern right there. They want their private monopoly and they want to be able to keep raising the price of gas at the pumps indiscriminately. Capping the price of gas at the pumps does not threaten Canadian unity. It only threatens excessive corporate profits at the expense of consumers. Lowering the price of gas at the pumps in British Columbia has nothing to do with the West subsidizing the east. They are the ones opposing Canadian unity by singling out two political leaders from Quebec.

Mulcalir is opposing Harpers attempt to destroy the free market in the fishing industry by getting rid of owner-operator fishing businesses and replacing them with corporate-led fishing. Those are the concerns of the fisherman. Although Harpers contentious report is silent of any details just like his budget is silent about any real costs, those concerns are valid because that is Harper’s MO. He does not support small business. He supports large corporate monopolies which is in opposition to a free market system. What has happened to our world? The NDP is supporting small business and the Tories are not. It’s a wild world so it is.

Joey Verma’s trial kicks off the Kelowna Summer Jam

I drove up for Joey Verma’s court date in Kelowna on Monday. Turns out it was just a date to set a date which is rather bizarre. There’s no reason they couldn’t have set that date last time. His new lawyer wasn’t even there. He just made a telephone appearance. The delays on this case are starting to get absurd. No doubt the defense will jump at the opportunity to ask for an adjournment at some point claiming his right to a speedy trail has been violated. Yet that argument fails when it’s the defense causing the delays. The court is right to push the case forward.

I am told Joey’s old girlfriend worked as a technician at a pharmacy. Like that’s not suspicious. I wonder how Sam and Mike’s Oxycontin fraud case is going? Nevertheless, Joey’s pretrial conference has been set for July 16 at 9:30 AM before the Associate Chief Justice. Joey made his appearance on the modern equivalent of Skype. It looked like he was sitting in the electric chair. Unfortunately I doubt justice will ever come close to being served in this case.

As we’ve said before, Joey was a known Hells Angel associate. Reports of him getting a new VP Tattoo and recruiting for the Kingpin Crew in prison are somewhat disturbing. Later that day Randy Naicker from the Independent Soldiers was shot dead in Port Moody. When Joey was first arrested it was reported in the news he was an associate of the Independent Soldiers. We know he is close with Blaze from the Kelowna IS who is facing sexual assault charges himself.

I noticed the following day someone put up Kelowna Summer Jam posters outside the Kelowna Hells Angels clubhouse at 837 Ellis Street. It’s easy to miss the clubhouse. There are no 666 or devil horn logos outside. I drove right past it myself. I had to actually look for the street address to find it and then noticed the bikes parked out front. There is no name or logo on the building at all. The outside décor looks very trendy and feminine. Well trimmed hedge. Pink flowers in the hanging baskets. It’s very discreet. You’d never know by looking at the outside that was the clubhouse for a criminal organization implicated in numerous murders and drug trafficking.

Not far down the road and around the corner I visited the Delta Grand where Larry Amero was shot along with Jonathon Bacon. Turns out that not only were they making a huge scene on that ridiculous Steroids and Silicone boat, paying $6,000 cash at the hotel did bring attention to them which is clearly what they wanted. That is the problematic nature of organized crime. You need to establish a reputation but you don’t want to attract too much heat from the police or from rivals you rip off in the process.

Which brings us to the Kelowna Summer Jam. The Kelowna Hells Angels clubhouse may well be discreet but the Hells Angels violent involvement in the drug trade isn’t. Dain Philips murder is a clear example of how loud, proud and deranged they have become. This needs to be addressed. Reporting a murderer to the police is not being a rat. Failing to do so is. Lest we forget.

Bob Paulson wants RCMP Misconduct out of the public eye

OK I’m back from my road trip and there are a few things to catch up on. A few people have sent me more links to police misconduct cases in the news. The first one I’ll cite is a disturbing warning by none other than the new head of the RCMP Bob Paulson. The guy who’s supposed to be cleaning up the dysfunctional mess.

Last week CBC reported Canada's top cop is signalling Mounties to stop airing their workplace grievances in the public eye, after a week when reports surfaced about an RCMP Inspector accused of groping his co-workers, and allegations of workplace bullying on the Prime Minister's protective detail.

Although part of his comments is common sense, part of it is really disturbing. After his warning for Mounties to stop airing their grievances in the public eye he states, "one of the trends that I have seen is this propensity to go public on every sort of beef that happens in the workplace."

He then admits "I suppose you could argue that is a result of having no confidence in the internal processes and systems, but the fact is that the RCMP is very central in the public discussion these days. Any sort of issue relating to affairs within the RCMP is noteworthy and people exploit that," said Paulson.

This is the part that makes some sense. You don’t want to go to the media with every workplace problem. You should give due process a chance first. Yet due process hasn’t worked and the command culture of the RCMP has shown the only time they change is when they take it on the chin in the press.

An internal RCMP management report leaked to Radio-Canada this week revealed there were internal concerns about workplace bullying by Supt. Bruno Saccomani, a senior RCMP officer responsible for Prime Minister Stephen Harper's security detail. Earlier in the week, Paulson called the leak "unlawful."

This is the disturbing part. Blowing the whistle on inappropriate conduct is not unlawful. Failing to do so is. Stephen Harper fires whistle blowers. THAT is unlawful. This whole idea of promising to clean up the bizarre mess, then claiming we need to sweep it under the carpet and do it privately is concerning. It implies they aren’t going to deal with it at all, only hide it from the public eye.

Last week the Vancouver Province reported on an RCMP Officer convicted of drunk driving getting sent to BC. Brian Hutchinson from the National Post then wrote: Welcome to B.C., dumping ground for bad Mounties.

This is a real concern. Bob Paulson’s position of the Alberta Mountie guilty of a long list of sexual misconduct is also disturbing. He claimed they needed to change the RCMP Act to fire guys like that which simply was not true. Employers are legally bound to protect their employees from sexual harassment. Failing to do so is unlawful. Not firing guys like that makes them legally liable for damages. That is why they are now facing a class action law suit. Changing the RCMP Act to make it easier for the Commissioner to discipline and fire cops who give the force a bad name, opens the door to firing whistleblowers which is also unlawful.

Meanwhile back on the ranch, A Victoria-based RCMP officer is due in court Aug. 1 to face two counts of fraud under $5,000, both related to alleged improper use of federal government credit cards while on-duty.

Randy Naicker shot dead

Kim Bolan is reporting that Larry Amero's puppet, Randy Naicker, from the not so Independent Soldiers was shot dead in Port Moody on Monday. I was in Kelowna for the Verma trial. Steroids don't make you bullet proof.

James Riach was also from the Independent Soldiers and was with Randy Naicker and the Bacon brothers at the Castle fun park meeting in Kevlar. James Riach was also shot in the same car with Larry Amero and Jonathon Bacon outside the Delta Grand in Kelowna. The Hells Angels used violence to take over the leadership of the Independent Soldiers. Now that’s come back to bite them in the ass.

Little Italy shooting in Toronto

I’ve fallen a bit behind in all the shootings of late but Freddy mentioned this one and I think it is noteworthy. John Raposo’s funeral was held last Friday in the same church his young son was baptized in.

Police claim Raposo was the leader of the McCormick Boys, a small west-end crew that bought drugs from Italian organized crime. The McCormick Boys, who took their name from a park on the edge of Toronto’s Portuguese neighbourhood, had about 10 core members and perhaps twice as many associates. They were not major players, but their drug connections with the mob discouraged anyone from messing with them, the source said.

So this was a Portuguese gang that sold drugs for the Italian mafia. Since they had the backing of the mafia, no one crossed them. Until the murder of John Raposo. So who did it and why? Well a Toronto man with ties to BC has been arrested and charged. Who’s he with? It has to be a rival in the drug trade.

We know that Hells Angel Paris Christoforou teamed up with Peter Scarcella in that Toronto Sandwich shop shooting targeting Mike Modica. Scarcella was just a driver for Paul Volpe but rose in the ranks after Volpe was found dead in a trunk of a car killed by someone he knew. Scarcella was the last person to see him alive and has been recently released from prison.

Hells Angels associate Mark Peretz who drove the van in the Sandwich shop hit was rearrested last month after his statutory release. Police fear a continuation of the feud that led to the shooting, a dispute involving a large cast of gangsters from the Mafia and the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club.

Things certainly are heating up in Toronto with regards to the drug related violence there. The North Van UN associate gunned down in Oshawa was just one example. The gang related Eaton Centre shooting was reckless just like the sandwich shop shooting. One could even say it was a similar MO.

Looting Main Street

This is a riveting article from the Rolling Stone Magazine explaining how the nation's biggest banks are ripping off American cities with the same predatory deals that brought down Greece, by Matt Taibbi, Rolling Stone, March 31, 2010.

Links between the Calvi affair and Operation Gladio

Licio Gelli is an Italian financier, chiefly known for his role in the Banco Ambrosiano scandal. He was revealed in 1981 as being the Venerable Master of the clandestine Masonic lodge Propaganda Due (P2). David Guyatt claims that there were links between the Calvi affair and Operation Gladio. He claims P2 ran Operation Gladio under the direction of the Italian secret service. Freddy is right about Operation Gladio.
We remember Operation Gladio. That was the European version of Operation Northwoods. Alan Dulles and Lyman Lemnitzer proposed and agreed to Operation Northwoods but Kennedy vetoed it. Dulles was fired and Lemnitzer was reassigned to Europe. He became Supreme Allied Commander in Europe where he took the ideas of Operation Northwoods and but them into practice with Operation Gladio.

There is a long list of bank fraud. When you start connecting the dots a sad pattern emerges. There is even speculation and jokes about Goldman Sachs getting involved with the Vatican bank. Right now it looks a lot like the Fascists ripping us off and collapsing our economy so we can be “liberated” by the Communists just like Poland was. Buyer Beware.

Dank truck outside Tbarz last night

Late last night or rather very early this morning I saw a van with the Dank Energy drink logo all over it parked outside Tbarz. That’s the company Randy Jones brother Trevor is involved with. I wonder how that case is going in the states since Trevor has been indicted and is now a fugitive of justice. Looks like he’s still doing business as usual. They’re using an Aldergrove address now and sell Dank out of Tbarz.
Previously I posted the above picture thinking it was Trevor Jones. Yet someone else claimed it wasn’t him so who is it? He has a connection to that company Trevor and Randy are involved with. They’re recruiting Dank Skanks now. I wonder if that has anything to do with Tbarz or the Hells Angels involvement with prostitution?

There’s more than one Anti Christ

OK this one’s going to be from outer space. Since the subject came up I want to discuss it because I want to follow up on the money laundering allegations of the Vatican bank. Since Pope John Paul the First was murdered and since someone used the Vatican bank to embezzle $1.2 billion from the Banco Ambrosiano which resulted in that banks collapse June 1992, it’s important to look at that. I just want to clarify that as I do so, I’m not attacking the Catholic church, just the criminals who have taken over and are using the Vatican bank for their own criminal purposes.

Ian Paisley was a paid Protestant minister from Northern Ireland who became a politician and was elected to be a Member of Parliament at a time the Parliament of Northern Ireland was very pro British and very anti Catholic. Their slogan was “Ulster Says No” to a united Ireland. They didn’t want to merge with the Republic of Ireland in the south. They wanted to stay part of England instead. That’s basically what the troubles in Northern Ireland were all about. It didn’t really have anything to do with religion. It just so happened that most of the Irish who wanted to be free from England were Catholics and most of the people who wanted to remain part of England were Protestants descended from the plantation. They celebrate King Billy’s bigotry ever year on July 12 commemorating the Dutch Protestant’s invasion of Ireland at the Battle of the Boyne in 1690.
Ian Paisley was very anti Catholic. One time he stood up when the Pope was speaking to the European Parliament with a sign calling the Pope the anti Christ and shouted out “I denounce you as the anti Christ.” That was the pot calling the kettle black. Ian Paisley was paid to preach hate and intolerance. He was far more of an anti Christ than the Pope ever was.
I want to address the issue of the anti Christ. Some Protestants can become obsessed with some pretty bizarre ideas about getting swept away by aliens in the Rapture. I’m left scratching my head on that one. This whole obsession with trying to interpret the bible and find THE anti Christ completely misses the point that there is more than one anti Christ. Christ said beware of false prophets because there would be many. They don’t have to be anti Christian to be an anti Christ. They just have to appose what Christ stood for like doing good and promoting justice and fairness. That’s why many Christians like Ian Paisley could in theory be referred to as an anti Christ.
Recently there was another Protestant leader in Northern Ireland that refused to shake the Pope’s hand because he believed the Pope was the anti Christ. That kind of nonsense isn’t just offensive, it’s in opposition to a free republic based on constitutional principles of the freedom of religion. Take the Irish flag for example. The Irish flag is green, white and orange. Green is for Irish Catholics, while Orange is for the Protestant Orange men. White represents peace. It symbolizes Catholics and Protestants living together in peace. Protestant hate mongers from the north burning that flag shouting Ulster says No are in reality opposing peace and Christian principles of a democratic society.

Islam is not anti Christ. Muslims believe Christ was a prophet. Yet radical Muslims can indeed be very anti Christ just like radical Protestants or Catholics can be. We are told they will know we are Christians by our love. Anyone who teaches hate and intolerance could then be considered an anti Christ.
There are a lot of oral traditions in Ireland. Some would say legends. I remember many people in Ireland say to me look at our weather. They say in the last days you won’t be able to tell the seasons one from another. That’s what’s happening know and shows we are in the last days. Whenever they would say this I would just nod and be on my way but then I started thinking. Where on earth does it say that? It doesn’t say that in the bible. Where on earth are all these people getting that from. Perhaps it was from the teachings of Columcille or Saint Patrick. Perhaps some Irish prophets made some of their own predictions like Nostradamus.

Another prediction was that the anti Christ would one day sit in Saint Peters’ chair. When I heard that I again said OK where on earth does it say that because I don’t see any reference to Saint Peter’s chair in the bible. These Irish Catholics were referring to a prophecy that one day the anti Christ would sit in Saint Peter’s chair. That doesn’t mean that Christ never existed. As I said before Christ confronted the religious leaders at the time calling them liars, hypocrites and children of the devil. He wasn’t referring to the Jews. He was referring to anyone who takes over the church for their own personal gain.
Years ago I bought a book called In God’s Name. It was written by a Catholic who tried to expose some of the corruption that resulted in Pope John Paul I’s murder. It started going on about a secret Masonic lodge under the Vatican. I never really got past that part of the book because I didn’t see that as significant. The Catholic church may have a rule about Catholics not being allowed to become Free Masons but Free Masonry doesn’t have a rule about Catholics not being allowed in Free Masonry. To be a member of the craft you just have to have a belief in God. Catholics have their own group called the Knights of Columbus which is basically the same thing.
When “God’s banker” was murdered after the crash of the Banco Ambrosiano, there was talk about his involvement with the P2 Masonic lodge and being murdered because he lost the mob’s money. I personally don’t see that as very likely. Stealing from the mob isn’t something he would do. Stealing for the mob is. I think he was murdered because he was facing charges related to stock in a company owned by Michele Sindona in prison in the US. Sinona was involved with the collapse of Franklin National Bank in the US in 1974. What’s relevant to the rouge P2 lodge is that leaders of the Italian intelligence agencies were members of it. I think Roberto Calvi was murdered because they wanted to cover up the link between him and Michele Sindona which stole from the Banco Ambrosiano and all that implied.
