Katy Hutchison speaks in Surrey

Katy Hutchison spoke at the Sheraton in Surrey last night and I had the profound pleasure of attending. Her husband was murdered trying to break up a party that got out of control at his friends house while they were away. She was speaking at an anti gang violence forum sponsored by the CIBC and the Chris Mohan Memorial fund. I can see why Eileen endorsed Katy Hutchison.

Katy Hutchison is a well educated profession speaker that has a profound message. She gives powerful presentations to youth about the consequences of the mob mentality at out of control parties. It is a heart wrenching account of an amazing man who was a lawyer that had a passion for fitness and the triathlon. He truly loved life. The consequences of his loss are profound.

Katy spoke about how no charges were laid for five years after her husband's murder. Although there were 200 people at the party, no one dared to break the silence. The police finally went under cover and were able to solve the case. That was successful policing. Yet that's not all.

When Katy's husband went to break up the party, a young man filled with anger and entitlement punched him in the side of the head and dropped him. Then another youth jumped in and kicked his head four times like a soccer ball while he was on the ground. One of those kicks severed an artery and killed him. It was a senseless and pointless act that changed their family's life forever.

As the evening progressed Katy showed a picture of her and an attractive young man and she asked who everyone thought was in the picture. She conceded that most people who see that picture think it's of her and her son. It's not. It's a picture of her and the youth that killed her husband. It was shocking.

When Katy finally met the youth that killed her husband she was shocked. She was expecting to see some heartless monster not a young man that could easily have been her son or one of her friend's son. That's when Katy got involved in what she refers to as restorative justice.

It's a profound story with a profound message but it's an important one. She wrote a book about her story called Walking Adfter midnight which was made into a movie called Bond of Silence. Restorative justice isn't for everyone but it has an important role in the world's development. Everything has it's time and place. This positive process is worth examining. She even has an endorsement from the Dali Lama himself. Peace.

Reflecting on the violence in Gaza and the Ukraine

It's hard to watch the violence in Gaza and the Ukraine on the news and not be moved. It's sad and discouraging. World peace seems like a pipe dream as we watch how the old law of an eye for an eye leaves everyone blind. In more ways than one. The violence in Gaza concerns me deeply because it is an example of the extremism we often face in the world.

Religion isn't the problem since religion teaches vex not the stranger that sojourneth with thee. The problem is hypocrisy and the lack of real religion or more accurately the lack of humanity. When humanity is replaced with brutality, everyone is diminished. Hamas indiscriminately firing rockets into Israel is wrong. So is Israel's brutalization of Gaza. They are both wrong.

In the previous conflict, Israel used white phosphorous in Gaza. That was insane. In the previous conflict, Israel would issue a warning where it was going to strike to disable a Hamas rocket launching location and Palestinian women would run to the site to increase civilian casualties to increase world outrage. That was insane.

In this conflict ground troops have invaded and the borders are closed to prevent more rockets from being smuggled in. The civilians have no place to go. There was one tragic scene in Gaza how a man was returning with aid workers to his home which had been destroyed by shelling. He was shot dead by a sniper. That heartless act was cruel, brutal and unnecessary.

The number of children in Gaza that are being killed every hour in Gaza is a colossal concern. That kind of brutality is morally wrong. That kind of heartlessness disassociates us from what humanity really is. To ere is human to forgive is divine. Forgiveness is a distant dream right now. Right now we need to stop the violence. That would be godly.

When discussing the recent conflict a friend said it's hard to believe the Jews are the "chosen" people by the way they are acting. I said I don't like the term chosen. I think that is a translation error. Historically the Jews were known as the covenant people. In the tabernacle in the wilderness Moses brought the children of Israel into the bond of the covenant. Israel promised to serve God while God promised to help them and stated that through them all the nations of the earth would be blessed. Leviticus was a harsh reminder of the blessings and cursing of obedience.

Indeed, when looking at the brutality in Gaza it's hard to think the Jews are keeping that covenant. There's group called JAG - Jews Against Genocide. They have been holding a protest against the violence by placing mounds of children's dolls around the world. Outside Israel’s holocaust memorial museum they set the dolls on fire. This is a powerful image and reminds us of the humanity we aspire to. That is godly.

There's another group called Jews against Zionism and I don't like the term. Zionism isn't bad. Evicting Palestinians from their home isn't Zionism. The term Jews Against Genocide is a more graphic visual image and is something everyone can agree with.

I don't share the same hate of Israel that many foster. Referring to them as Israeli scum and promoting hate to justify another holocaust is not something I support. Yet clearly Israel is not always right. They wouldn't have been carried away captive in Babylon if they were always right. God, like Abraham Lincoln supports them when they are right and parts with them when they are wrong the same as he does for everyone else because God is not a respecter of persons. In every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.

Martin Luther King had a Dream. He had a dream that one day a man would,be judged by the content of his character not by the colour of his skin. He had a dream that one day black children and white children along with Jews and Gentiles would join hands and sing the hymn free at last, free at last, thank God almighty we are free at last. The top picture was taken of two children who met at a protest in Times Square in New York on July 17, 2014. Martin Luther king's dream has become a reality in my community. I hope it does in yours as well.

As for the Ukraine, the west has no right to shell or invade the east while the east has no right to shell or invade the west. The east has every right to defend itself. The shooting down of a passenger jet was a tragic mistake. In Russia civilians set up memorials saying we are so sorry, please forgive us. The thugs in Eastern Ukraine and in the Western Ukraine need to be mindful of the values held sacred by a free republic.

The Deception is well Funded

Two local blog readers sent me a link to this Vancouver Sun article commenting on how ridiculous it is. However, it's not just ridiculous, it's offensive. It claims that a City of Surrey report suggests that when considering population growth, crime is down. That is an offensive lie paid for with tax dollars to promote a bad politicians' political career. Shame.

The reason we know it's a lie is because we live here. That's why it's so offensive. Last year was the highest number of homicides in the city. Ever. Many of those homicides were the result of the city failing to act upon ongoing complaints about criminal activity. When Dianne Watts ran against Doug McCallum she promised us the world with regards to crime reduction and delivered nothing. All she delivered was bullying and censorship.

A year ago if you dared say anything against Dianne Watts you were bullied and censored. After the outrage in Newton over residents and business's ongoing complaints about drug related violence in that area falling on deaf ears, the media finally started allowing parts of the truth to leak through about the Dianne Watts fraud.

We all know how easily crime statistics can be manipulated especially when you suppress the reporting of those statistics in key areas like Whalley, Newton or the DTES. Closing down police stations at night suppresses crime statistics. In high crime areas things are so bad crime often goes unreported.

The recent shooting in a known drug house is a prime example of the ongoing problem. Neighbors report crime and nothing is done about it until it results in a shooting and Godzilla says let's create a task force to figure out what the problem is. I'll tell you what the problem is, you aren't responding to the crime that the residents report. That's the problem. Letting drug dealers sell crack in specific areas creates a huge ripple effect of crime.

There's been a lot of lying and bullying going on in Surrey City Hall. As soon as Barinder Rapsode came clean and said you're right, we need to do more about crime in Newton, Dianne Watts bullied her and even clicked like on a facebook post calling her a whore.

After the huge voter turn out opposing Gateway's mega casino in Whiterock Dianne Watts lied and said she never supported it. It took a resident to write in to the paper and point out the city hall minutes that proved she was lying. She had supported it all along until she was caught off guard and had to vote as the chair to break the tie. A representative from Gateway also wrote in pointing out that Dianne Watts was lying and that she had supported the project all along. That's why they bought the rural land in the first place. She promised to flip it for them just like the Campbell Heights Industrial Park.

It is absurd for Dianne Watts to use tax dollars to rewrite history and pretend she did a good job in Surrey and reduced crime. She left because she knew the honeymoon was over and the residents were upset with her saying one thing and doing another. Spending all that money on an extravagant City Hall and on all those exclusive trips was a waste of tax dollars when we really needed more police to address the drug related crime she refused to deal with.

Even her car accident was a scam. The media falsely reported that another vehicle ran a red light and T-boned the mayor's car when in reality the mayor's car t-boned the other vehicle. The mayor claimed the other party ran the red light but the other party sued her claiming she was the one that ran the red light and they settled out of court. The problem is, the locals who know the area knew the mayors story wasn't believable because it was a demand light and she was on the side street. For her to have the green light she would of had to come to a complete stop first to trigger the light to change. If she had come to a complete stop, she couldn't have had the velocity to t-bone and damage the other car like that. In this situation either the mayor or the other party was lying. Locals who know the area think she was the one who was lying because her story didn't make sense. Dianne Watts' car accident kinda of sums up her term in office. One big lie.

It's like Christy Clark's commercials during the Superbowl paid for with tax dollars. Or Enbridge's multitude of commercials showing all the beautiful coastline they are going to screw up with their next oil spill. Their monopoly was created with tax dollars so in essence we're paying for those ridiculous commercials.

It's sad when politicians use the media to lie to the public. We know that the papers in England tend to be tabloids and that Murdoch's Mystery has a history of endorsing specific candidates and only printing articles that support those candidates. We had this delusion that the press was free and didn't pull stunts like that. It's amazing how much the media can be influenced through advertizing dollars. At least there is free speech on the internet. For now.

In contrast, Kevin Diakiw, from the Surrey Leader is reporting that "Surrey recorded the highest level of violent crime out of any Lower Mainland municipality last year. That's according to the Police-Reported 2013 Crime Severity Index (CSI) released by Statistics Canada on Wednesday, July 23. Out of the 18 Lower Mainland policing areas with populations of more than 10,000, Surrey had the highest level of violent crime."

Gang Task force in Kelowna

Castanet is reporting that the Gang Task Force are in Kelowna this summer and have issued a warning to gang members that the Kelowna Summer Jam is still in effect. They'll even be on the water to enforce boating safety rules.

Rule number one: Don't drive around like an asshole picking fights with civilians in the name of the Hells Angels with Spike's endorsement boasting about your support for the Bacon Brothers who everyone hates. You'll get your ass shot up pretty fast if you do that again.

Let's take a count of casualties... Randy Naicker (Independent Soldiers was at the Castle fun Park meeting in kevlar before the Surrey Six murder) - Dead. Jonathon Bacon - Dead. Larry Amero - shot with his buddy Jonathon Bacon. Went into exile now in prison waiting trial for two huge drug rings out of Montreal and Australia. James Riach (Independent Soldiers was with Randy Naicker at the Bacon Brother's meeting before the Surrey Six) Shot with Larry Amero and Jonathon Bacon. Went into exile in the Philippines. Now in hiding from the Mexican cartel. Larry Amero's friends sure don't have a very long life expectancy.

So if you see that ridiculous boat Steroids and Silicone on the water this summer stay far away from it before someone blows it out of the water with an rpg. Steroids don't make you bullet proof idiot. The police will be on Pitt Lake as well making it safe to paddle up Widgeon Creek.

Another shooting in Surrey

Scan BC is reporting that #Surrey #RCMP are investigating a shooting at 18700 60A Ave. A male was shot inside of a house. Suspect fled on a motorcycle. Turns out the shooting took place around 4:00 - 4:30 PM and the victim was shot in the leg. It certainly wasn't a professional hit. The shooter sped off in a panic on a Japanese motorcycle racing accoss the lawn and speeding off without a helmet trying to put something into his pocket.

The neighbors refer to it as the drug house on the corner. The house is known to the police. It's been a known drug house since winter when the police had it under surveillance and executed a search warrant. The neighbors claim there are cars coming and going around the clock and that it's still a drug house. Somewhat surprising in that neighborhood. It's close to the Langley border and is in a very nice area.

Domestic Assault turns to Murder

The Link is reporting that Baldev Singh Kalsi, 66, leader of the Gurdwara Sahib Brookside, was taken into police custody after his wife, Narinder Kaur Kalsi, was found in severe medical distress at their home in South Surrey a wek ago last Sunday. Now she has died in the hospital and he has been charged with second degree murder.

He has since been kicked out of his position as Temple president and was beaten up in prison. It's not surprising since everyone hates a woman beater. My question is this: why is it bad when a brown guy beats a woman but it's OK when white gang bangers or members of the Hells Angles do? The answer is simple. It's not. Yet there's a long list of white gang bangers that have beaten their wives. Do we ostracize them as well? We should.

Donnie McWhirter, Don Lyons, Dave Revel and the ex husband of Kerri Krysko join Baldev Singh Kalsi in the wife beater trash list. "What we do in life echos in eternity." Gladiator

RCMP shoot unarmed man in Manitoba

West Coast Native News is reporting that the RCMP shot an unarmed man at the Norway Cree First Nation Children’s Baseball Game in Manitoba on Sunday afternoon in front of 200 witnesses including children. CBC reported that witnesses told CBC News the man, Evan Cromarty, who suffered non-life-threatening injuries, appeared to be unarmed and was holding his arms up when a Mountie shot at him. “There's a hundred maybe 200 people out here," he said. "And everybody saw that — not just me. A whole bunch of us saw that and the kids were traumatized."

Witness Annie Ettawacappow told the Winnipeg Free Press "I was outside my house. I was watching and he was running toward the field... " She said she saw two RCMP cruisers arrive and two officers come out with their weapons drawn. "A cop pointed a gun at him," she said. "I saw him put up his hands." The police told him to "freeze," she said. Ettawacappow said Cromarty kept his hands up and was walking backwards. "He was walking away with his hands up."

She said only one of the officers fired his weapon and she heard four shots. "He went down and fell to the ground. He started twitching," Ettawacappow said, adding she doesn't think Cromarty was armed, which Evans echoed. "He had no weapons on him," Evans said. "I thought he was dead," she said.

The Winnipeg Free Press reported that there were two games at the Rossville Diamond Sunday. One involved 12-year-olds and the other 17-year-olds. Sounds like he didn't obey their direct command at the snap of their finger again. Sounds like more RCMP officers need some time with Doctor Phil to prevent these outrageous actions.

Cocaine conviction in St. John's Newfoundland tied to BC

CBC is reporting that two cocaine dealers in St. John's Newfoundland were convicted after a nine-week trial by jury. Victoria residents Peter Blok-Andersen and Ben Strongitharm were arrested following a four-month joint drug investigation launched in 2009 by the RCMP and RNC dubbed Operation Razorback.

In December 2010, The Telegram reported that two BC men named Evan Brennan-Smith and Jacob Hauge were given lengthy prison sentences for their involvement in a cocaine ring dubbed Operation Razorback where 9 kilos of cocaine were seized.

In October 2010, Andrew Green of B.C. was convicted of possessing cocaine for the purpose of trafficking. November 2010, Zachary Hill, also of B.C., was given a six-year prison sentence. Other Victoria, B.C., residents facing charges in Newfoundland are brothers Julian Strongitharm, 28, and Ben Strongitharm, 23, and Peter Blok-Andersen, 28.

This bust was tied to Victoria and Saanich. Victoria A News video.

Surrey Trailer Park Shooting

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that a 28 year old woman was shot in the leg at a trailer park in the 8200 block of King George Blvd this morning. She got in an argument at a convenience store parking lot near 80th Ave with someone in a dark-coloured SUV about 3:30 a.m. The vehicle followed her to the trailer park and shot her. Another Surrey trailer park. This isn't the first time this trailer park has been in the news. Arresting the crack dealers is a civic concern.

The Abbotsford Police Department is reporting that there was also a shooting in Abbotsford 3:00 AM this morning at 2100 block of Beaver Street. One male was taken to hospital for treatment of his injuries as a result of the shooting.

Outlaw Bikers: Angels Descending

I just saw part of an episode of Outlaw Bikers: Angels Descending. I didn't realize one of the prison guards they murdered in Quebec was a woman and that after Mom Boucher ordered the hit on the prison guards he also ordered one of the guys who did the hit murdered to eliminate witnesses. Andre (Toots) Tousignant was shot and burned. No L & R there. Just like the Vancouver Christmas of 1995. They wanted the guy that did the hit to kill his co accused right after the murder to eliminate witnesses. Being a hit man for the Hells Angles is risky business indeed. I guess that's why so many of them flip after the club betrays them.

Interesting to note at 29 minutes into the movie, is that David Giles standing beside Mom Boucher? It sure looks like Skelator. How the dirty have fallen. Interesting to hear reports that Mom Boucher has been kicked out in bad standing. Also interesting to note was the the creation of the police unit HARM. HA - Hells Angels, RM - Rock Machine which put pressure on the club's business. It was very successful. Just like what Bob Deasey described in Ontario.

Skeletor's First Stolen Motorcycle

Mom Boucher's political history

Philip Babajko and the Naiwa Rebels break into Ontario

The Ontario Hells Angels aren't known for being very bright. What they are known for is drug trafficking. It was the Ontario Hells Angels who were granted permission to murder one of their "brothers" from a puppet club called LHS (Loyalty, Honour, Silence) to take over the Thompson drug trade which triggered the Winnipeg gang war. No L&R there. Just greed and betrayal. LHS had some First Nation brothers in it as well.

The First Nations and the Hells Angels have always had a hit and miss relationship. Some First Nation gangs like the Manitoba Warriors oppose the Hells Angels. Others like Red Alert kiss their ass and work for them. In Ontario the Hells Angels use First Nation members to smuggle contraband cigarettes. It's always about the money. In 2009 the Hells Angels used the Rice compound as a base for trafficking in contraband tobacco and crack cocaine.

Thunder Bay has a history of Hells Angels and their puppets selling drugs. In 2006 27 arrests were made of Hells Angels and associates for drug trafficking. 5 actual members. The rest were associates. John Tsekouras was also charged in a kidnapping and murder plot.

Well in Thunder Bay the Hells Angles are trying to make a come back by conning the local First Nations. Gary Bruce Lamont is a local contact who has been charged with sexual assault. He was in court again July 15th. Lamont was questioned in the investigation of the December 1984 murder of Scott Dove which remains unsolved.

The name of the new puppet club is the Naiwa Rebels. They're from Montreal and are under the leadership of Philip Babajko. Philip is the National President and wears Trois Rivieres support gear. I don't want to be mean but I can tell you this is not Trois Rivieres' finest. I've been to Trois Rivieres. It's a wonderful place. This is Trois Rivieres Trash. Every city has trash. Surrey sure does. They represent the city's dirt. Scuzzy criminals who aren't very bright.

Philip likes to pose with strippers. That poor girl looks like she's going to throw up. This guy is butt ugly and has that mentally diminished look about him. Tannant might have been a dweeb but at least he wasn't stupid. This guy looks like Robert Pickton - not very bright. Being puppets to the Ontario Village Idiots is bad enough but being a finger puppet to a butt ugly mentally diminished low life shows no self respect whatsoever. Good luck with that. Some things money just can't buy.

Randy Jones, Bob Green, Tony Pires... those guys are the businessmen,. This guy is not.

Suspicious death at the Pemberton Music Festival

CBC and the Vancouver Sun are reporting that IHIT has been called in late Friday to investigate a suspicious death at the Pemberton Music Festival. Pretty tragic since a music festival is supposed to be fun not the place you'd expect to find a homicide. The organizers have poured a lot of money into infrastructure in hopes to make the event go off in a positive and safe manner.

The concert appears to be going on despite the police investigation. It's gotta suck to be in the middle of a police scene during the festival not to mention the tragic nature of a homicide on site. No doubt there will be more information forthcoming.

Now that the next of kin have been notified, the Toronto Sun is reporting that the name of the deceased is Nick Phongsavath, a 21 year old engineering student from the University of Regina.

THC vs CBD - Fact vs Fiction

Last week the Vancouver Province ran a front page article about the new legal pot stores opening up in Washington. The first thought that came to mind was disappointment. I agree no one should go to jail for pot but I am very concerned about the change in social perception of pot use and abuse. BC bud is much more powerful than homegrown was 30 years ago. On top of that people are smoking it much more often - every day and often several times a day. That is excessive.

Part of the obsession is the twisted claims of the medicinal uses of pot. Anything that gets you baked, stoned or wasted, isn't good for you. This huge misconception that "pot cures cancer" is perpetuating the false belief that pot smoke isn't bad for you when in reality it's worse than cigarette smoke. All smoke is bad for you. That's why the leading cause of death in house fires is smoke inhalation.

So my first thought that comes to mind when I see all the pot heads lining up for miles to buy legal pot is disappointment. The pot obsessiveness is in my opinion no different than soma in Brave New World. The drug that tranquilized the masses to appease them into letting the state remove their civil liberty. Smoking pot every day is excessive. Smoking pot while driving or when you're pregnant is irresponsible.

California was the first state to legalize prescriptions for medicinal marijuana. Yet they voted no in the referendum to outright legalize pot. Clearly just because Washington and Colorado said yes doesn't mean we have to. California said no for good reason.

The second thought was a breakthrough in understanding the medicinal value of pot. One of the pictures in the Vancouver Province article was of the labeling on the new legal pot packages. It listed the percent content of THC but also listed the percent content of CBD. That caused me to look up to see just what CBD is.

CBD is something that's in pot that actually does have medicinal properties. It supposedly helps with seizures. Cannabidiol is a non-psychoactive oil made from marijuana plants. Oil that is high in CBD but low in THC does appear to help treat epilepsy. However, this type of pot, just like hemp, won't get you stoned because it's low in THC.

The package in the top picture states the THC content is 10.8% while it only has a trace amount if CBD. That means it's recreational pot not medicinal. The purpose of smoking that pot is to get you stoned. "Cannabidiol (CBD) is a compound in cannabis that has medical effects but does not make people feel 'stoned' and can actually counter the psychoactive effects of THC. After decades in which only high-THC Cannabis was available, CBD-rich strains are now being grown by and for medical users." Projecy CBD

This is where we separate fact from fiction in the get stoned vs get healthy medical debate.

Calgary police believe Nathan O'Brien and his grandparents were murdered

CBC is reporting that the Calgary police believe Nathan O'Brien and his grandparents Alvin and Kathy Liknes were murdered. Police Chief Rick Hanson indicated that police believe the trio of family members are dead even though their bodies have not been found. He said first-degree murder charges will be laid in the deaths of the grandparents, and a second-degree murder charge will be laid in the death of five-year-old Nathan.

CBC is reporting that Douglas Garland - who had previously been named as a person of interest in the disappearance of the three family members - is back in police custody. Previously CBC reported that Alvin Liknes's son is in a common-law relationship with Garland’s sister and that there was some bizarre concerns about a business deal gone bad.

The family is still holding onto hope until the bodies are recovered.

RCMP Spokesman faces second sexual harassment lawsuit

CBC is reporting that Tim Shields is now facing a second sexual harassment lawsuit in the courts. CBC refers to Shields as "formerly" the top media spokesperson in B.C. However, we know that even after the first lawsuit the RCMP kept him as a public spokesperson showing they have absolutely no desire whatsoever to repair their tarnished reputation.

Summer on Cypress

On the brighter side, summer is in full effect. I hiked up the Sky Chair on Cypress yesterday and the trail was bare and dusty. No snow cap left at all. Even the Lions are pretty much bare. The only place near by with snow now is the glacier on Baker. Time to hit the water.

The picture below is the view of Vancouver from the look out point on Cypress you can drive up to. You can see Ambleside and Stanley park. There are a whole bunch of plaques here talking about global warming and the effects of climate change. It states that burning coal, gas and oil raises CO2 levels and increases global warming. That's why selling China coal from the Surrey docks is not progressive it is regressive. Wheat is progressive.

Remember the Alberta Wheat Pool by second Narrows bridge? Selling China wheat instead of coal is good business. Wheat doesn't damage the environment. That is progressive.

I forgot to mention that a hiker died descending a snow chute on Sky Pilot mountain earlier this month. Seemingly you access it from the new gondola on the Chief in Squamish. I've hiked up the back of the chief but i haven't done the new gondola or Sky Pilot yet. It'll be worth checking out when all the snow pack has melted. Tragic accidental loss of life.

Chilliwack Homicide

Speaking of drug dealing in Chilliwack, the Vancouver Province is reporting that there was a homicide in Chilliwack last Thursday. "Stefan (Harjit) Singh Kondolay, 31, was found dead in his home in the 46700-block of First Avenue by Chilliwack RCMP officers just after 4 a.m. on Thursday. His death was deemed suspicious and the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team took over the case. Police have stated Kondolay wasn’t known to police." He was a drag racer.

Being a bit of a local celebrity, Harjit has a lot of friends on his facebook. One of them is Clayton Eheler who was named as an associate of James Riach and Barry Espadill in court documents. Kim Bolan reported that Chilliwack resident Clayton Eheler, identified in court documents as a Bacon associate at the time, was shot near his house and survived back in 2007.

Two cars shooting at each other in Surrey and Delta

Global is reporting that there was another shooting in Surrey this afternoon. Two cars weaving in and out of traffic shooting at each other. The Global article states: "Two vehicles were seen in the area of 139 St. and 88 Ave., with the occupants possibly firing shots back and forth. A white Nissan and black Mercedes were speeding and cutting in and out of traffic, when witnesses report someone inside the Nissan shot at the Mercedes."

"There were no reports of any injuries, but one other vehicle was struck by a bullet. The RCMP does not know whether the two cars involved were hit. Twenty-five minutes after the initial calls were received, there were reports of similar cars speeding and cutting in and out of traffic on Fraser Highway at 155 St." Just like the June shooting at the 6900-block of 128 Street and the May shooting at 152nd street and 64th Avenue.

CBC is reporting that this shooting took place at 1:00 PM Saturday afternoon. CBC is also reporting that there was another shooting 2:00 AM Sunday morning at Scott Road and Wade street in Delta. A number of cars were hit by bullets. Police found shell casings littering the roadway, but not much else — and no victims.

Stop the violence in Gaza

The escalation of violence in Gaza is a colossal concern for anyone with a conscience. Israel has every right to defend itself. That does not include the right to brutalize civilians. In 2009 the extreme violence was equally absurd. Israel pulled out of Gaza to let them have autonomy and then Gaza starts firing rockets indiscriminately into Israel. Equally bizarre was Israel's over reacting by using American shells of white phosphorous on Gaza.

This time, someone kidnapped and murdered 3 Jewish teenagers from the West Bank. That was a horrific act. Yet West Bank is a Palestinian area. Zionism does not mean evicting Palestinians from their homes and moving in on their rubble. Zionism means living in peace with Palestinians like in the Oasis of Peace. Israel's Iron Dome defense system against rocket attacks is totally appropriate. Canada should invest in similar technology.

Back in the day, when Syria kept firing rockets into Israel from the Golan Heights, Israel simply took the Golan heights. Problem solved. That was a natural consequence to unacceptable behavior. The problem is that the Palestinians from Gaza aren't from Syria, Lebanon, Jordon or Egypt. However, they aren't from Gaza either. The original inhabitants of Gaza weren't Palestinians or Jews it was the Philistines. They were conquered and carried away by Egypt. So this whole erroneous claim to original land title is a farce.

Gaza has a history of not only disrespecting all human life from all religious backgrounds but of being absolutely insane. In the last conflict, Israel would give a warning before they hit a Hamas target where they were firing rockets into Israel from. As soon as they did that, crazed women would scream like lunatics and run to the place to die as martyrs to increase civilian casualties. What kind of people would use civilians as human shields to gain public support for their cause?

Years ago I loved visiting Egypt. All the ancient archeological sites to me seemed holy. Personally I'd love to visit Jordon or Saudi Arabia. Not Gaza. I don't like to visit people who don't have respect of human life or for archeological holy sites. The old city of Jerusalem is divided into four quarters and is shared by the Muslims, the Jews, the Christians and the Armenians. Jerusalem is filled with holy sites sacred to each religion. When Gaza fires rockets indiscriminately at Jerusalem, they are disrespecting the human life from each religion as well as all their respective holy sites.

Update: Israeli airstrikes hit Gaza mosque as UN urges ceasefire.

Hitting a Mosque is not good. Ground troops move in.

Calgary Pimp beats prostitute

The Calgary Sun is reporting that Jeremy Wayne Broecker, also known as Dominic, faces nine charges, including living off the avails of prostitution. The witness claims Broecker slapped her and then tossed her into the hallway of his apartment complex, naked for having consensual sex without getting paid. The woman told the court she was drawn into the escort business by Broecker in 2009, after moving to Calgary from Halifax. She said much of the money she was paid by clients went straight to Broecker.

Broecker was also charged with forcing two women into prostitution in 2012. Victims identified in that case indicated they were “coerced with financial constraints” and in one case threats were intimated towards a woman’s family. The Calgary Sun is reporting that Broecker is an American wanted on warrants in Michigan related to violence and fraud.

Doug McCallum enters race to save us from Surrey's Worst

Well it's official. Kevin Diakiw from the Surrey Leader already announced it but the Vancouver Province and CBC are confirming that Doug McCallum is officially running for the Mayor of Surrey. This is good news. Someone has to save us from Surrey's Worst. Linda Hepner is the last rat left in the Surrey First sinking ship. She has never been mayor before. She has been a counselor in the worst political party in Surrey's history. Worst for Crime reduction, worst for fiscal responsibility, worst for reduction of taxes and worst for listening to the people who live in the city.

Doug McCallum served three successful terms as Mayor of Surrey. He was defeated by Dianne Watts' Neo Con promising the world and delivering nothing. She promised a coalition on crime reduction. Yet last year was the most number of murders in the city's history. Ever. One of those murders was at an illegal booze can the neighbors had been complaining about but the city refused to do anything.

The murder of the Newton hockey mom was the result of endless complaints from the residents and business owners of Newton that complained about drug dealing in Newton. The city did nothing and crime in that area has escalated off the chart. The drug related violence outside the Front Room in Surrey is unprecedented. One of the Surrey fist counselors came clean and said you're right. We haven't been doing enough to confront crime in Newton. That's when Dianne Watts and the rest of the party bullied her and kicked her out.

Surrey First has been the worst in the city's history for physical responsibility. That outrageous Ivory Tower of self indulgence was a colossal waste of tax dollars that has created the biggest debt in the city's history. The Surrey Leader is reporting that the cost to run Surrey soars in 2013. Doug McCallum wants to end all these lavish trips for counselors and Judy Villeneuve objects.

Back in the day, Judy Villeneuve was a member of Bob Bose's SCE. He was considered left wing. Doug McCallum was part of SET and was considered right wing. These two political parties would fight back and forth like kids. However, left and right politics don't really apply to civic governments. There was a lot of good things that Doug McCallum did when he was in charge. Primarily his crime reduction and his confronting crack houses in Surrey. He cleaned it up completely. Now we have to follow through with that campaign and confront the crack dealers on the street. Doug McCallum is the man for that job.

Thor was cocky in his youth and received a lesson in humility. He became a better person and a more powerful super hero as a result. Let's put the mayor's gavel back in Doug McCallum's hand so he can turn the tide on Surrey Worst's fiscal irresponsibility and criminal apathy.

CBC highlighted Doug McCallum's new web site. Let's pin him down on how he intends on fixing Surrey's fiscal irresponsibility. He already said he thought the new ivory tower was a waste of tax dollars. Let's get him to commit to sell it so he can afford to hire the police he has pledged to hire. Once he commits we need to put together a card of counselors that will support him.

Chilliwack Street under siege

On the front page of yesterday's Vancouver Province was the headline that read Chilliwack Street under siege. Inside the paper the article read Petty crimes plaguing neighborhood. The article talked about all the spin off crime that was terrorizing one neighborhood all related to the public sale of drugs.

The root of the problem is that the Chilliwack neighbourhood is plagued by drug deals, prostitution, thefts. So once again we see a huge spike in property theft in an area where drugs are sold in public. This is the exact same problem the Aldergrove judicial review board had with prolific offenders like Jamie Pool committing an absurd amount of property theft and not being faced with any consequences whatsoever.

Their conclusions was that judges are the problem. The more crimes these prolific offenders commit, the less time they serve in jail. The Chilliwack article spoke with residents who said the couple lives close to a public swimming pool with a big parking lot that attracts drug dealers and prostitutes during the night.

Both the Iezzis and Walker said they feel frustrated with the RCMP response, though they don't blame individual officers. Instead, they point to a system that's overburdened with complaints about petty crime and a court system that makes it almost impossible to prosecute the perpetrators. "As perpetual victims of petty crime, we're left feeling abandoned," said Nicole Iezzi.

The problem is drug dealers which attracts drug addicted prostitution and a whole range of property theft. Chasing the prolific offenders around is like putting a finger in the dyke. The real problem is the crack dealers. They are the pimps that brutalize and exploit the sex trade workers for drug debts. We've got to stop kicking the cat and addressing the real problem by arresting the crack dealers. That is the New York Model.

So there we have it. The problem has been revealed and the pattern is repeating itself like a broken record. They say insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. When we look at what's happening the the DTES as well as in Whalley, Newton and now Chilliwack not arresting the crack dealers clearly is the epitome of insanity.

The article talks about how the neighbors have started to take matters into their own hands and how the police are waring about vigilantism. One resident has started posting surveillance videos of the prolific offenders that are stealing their stuff but remain on the street. Quite similar to the crookstube a Surrey resident started during their spike in property theft.

One resident talked about how they shot one intruder with a paintball gun. That's a Surrey trick. In Surrey they'd freeze the paintballs before shooting the crackheads. Although people have a right to defend their persons and property, this is confronting the symptom not the solution. The solution is arresting the crack dealers selling the drugs. When the police don't do that it makes their claim that public safety is their number one concern a bold faced lie.

Again it's not individual officers that is the problem here it is the departments mandate or should I say lack thereof. This reoccurring problem is the root of the conflict. Nevertheless, ya gotta love the video of the guys in a pick up truck giving one prolific offender a beat down. I guess in Chilliwack it's alright to be a redneck still.

Gino and the Associate

A blog reader had mentioned how they noticed a video of Gino Odjick with a Hells Angels associate on Global but I couldn't find the video at the time. Another blog reader sent it in along with some screen clips and I can see what they are talking about. I was hesitant saying anything about it because Gino is so well liked and the Hells Angels aren't. Especially a two bit associate.

This is the guy that was at the Hells Angels anniversary party in Whiterock. It's Rob Yews who was on Season 3 episode 11 of the The liquidator. Somewhat ironic how the guy on the liquidator kept asking him if the stuff he was selling was stolen. Very perceptive indeed. Rob Yews ran a "clothing" store in Yellowknife the same time another Hells Angels drug ring was busted there.

It's sad because the Hells Angels are so hated now that people understand what they're really about. We all know about Odis Garrett, Greg Domey and Kerry Ryan Renaud. Not to mention the Haney sleaze and the association with the Pickton Farm. No one likes a liar, drug dealer or anyone who runs a stolen car ring. Exploiting the homeless is nothing to smile about.

Outlaws in Saskatoon, Hells Angels visit Fort McMurray

Metro News is reporting that the police claim the Outlaws have set up shop in Saskatoon. Which is interesting since I received a report that a few Hells Angels prospects got their patch in Regina not long ago. Apparently this weekend an Edmonton Hells Angel named Scuba is visiting Fort McMurray with a couple tribal Edmonton, syndicate Edmonton and silent few. Lots of puppets selling drugs who desperately want to be a real boy one day. Get a life Pinocchio.

Irish Pride? Real Irish don't sell crack. The RA will put a cap in your ass for doing that.

Denis Chamberlain claims to be in Edmonton now. Isn't he from Quebec? Sherbrooke sure didn't have much respect for their brothers they were convicted of murdering in Lennoxville. They all contributed a portion of their drug profits into a fund to murder rival drug dealers. Get off the crack and sing a new tune like Boom Shakalaka Boom. That's Irish Pride so it is.

I guess that gas mask is to cover the stench from all that bullsh*t.

Evidently the Pride Parade was for the Syndicate's new clubhouse house warming party this week-end. Their new clubhouse is at 101 Beattie Road in Fort Mcmurray. The Syndicate must be opening a chapter in Red Deer also. There were a couple riding around with Red Deer bottoms in Syndicate colours. George Sutherland and Kristian MacEachern face drug trafficking charges.

A Cocaine dealer has been charged in a June 25 shooting near Grand Prairie.
