BC Government wants to seize crime cash

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "The B.C. government wants to confiscate more than $100,000 in cash that was seized from a Vancouver apartment where police also found an arsenal of weapons and a large quantity of drugs." Well it wasnt a large quantity of drugs it was a small qualnity of drugs. But they alos found a loaded AK 47. " A total of 15 firearms were seized, including the AK-47, a shotgun, numerous handguns and revolvers, and a submachine gun. About 400 rounds of ammunition were also found in the suite."

That's a lot of money and a lot of guns found in a sh*t hole in the DTES. The small quantity of drugs isn;t surprising because at the street level they usually have small quantities with runners restocking supplies as needed. That much cash is evidence of how much money the drug dealers are making from their brutal exploitation in the DTES.

Seizing the proceeds of crime wouldn't be such a bad thing if they were actually making a genuine attempt to disrupt the drug trafficking. It becomes problematic when they make absolutely no attempt whatsoever to disrupt drug trafficking and focus solely on seizing the proceeds of crime. That's what happened in LA during Freeway Ricky's day.

All the police are doing now is collecting finder fees for letting the drug trafficking continue unbridled. We need to disrupt the drug trafficking. To stand by and watch the drug dealers traffic fentanyl without stopping them and then simply seize the proceeds of crime is blood money. People died for that money. We need to disrupt the drug trafficking not collect finder fees.

Surrey woman, 63, pricked by used needle

The Surrey Now Leader is reporting that "Last week, 63-year-old Mary Hauser was dreaming of retirement. Today, she’s wondering if she’ll be alive to enjoy it. Longtime Surrey resident Mary Hauser told the Now-Leader she was pricked by a used needle while cleaning a parenting room at Central City Shopping Centre last Saturday."

I actually know her. She was a longtime activist for years. The free needle obviously came from Vancouver Coastal Health. Health has absolutely nothing to do with them. Back in the day, needle exchanges used to be exchanges. Addicts would hand in their used needle and get a clean needle in exchange. Then the doctors of death changed the policy. Instead of exchanging used needles for clean needles they just started handing out free needles.

Now the addicts thrown their used needles anywhere they want including children's playgrounds because they know they'll get a new needle for free. They even throw them all over the grocery store at Surrey Central. That isn't harm reduction. That is harm promotion.

January 10th CTV News reported that "Victoria police are warning the public that a second person was pricked by a syringe just a day after it happened to a toddler at a downtown McDonald's. Police say a woman was walking her dog in the 700-block of Pembroke Street Tuesday night when the pet went after a paper bag next to a garbage can. She grabbed the bag away from the dog and felt a needle prick her hand." Coastal Health is not promoting health.

Needles are bad enough but handing out free crack pipes is just plain wrong. At least with needle exchanges there is a plausible argument behind it. The objective of needle exchanges is to get used needles off the street so someone doesn't get AIDS. You don't get AIDS from a crack pipe. Turning lethal injection sites into safe inhalation sites where people can smoke crack on the taxpayers dime is just plain evil. There is no social justice in it.

Taiwan Earthquake Tilts Towers

The USA Today is reporting that "At least six people were killed and 76 missing following a strong earthquake near Taiwan's east coast that caused several buildings to cave in and tilt dangerously. Rescuers worked frantically Wednesday to find survivors and free those trapped."

CBS is reporting that "The shallow, magnitude 6.4 quake that struck late Tuesday night caused at least four buildings to cave in and tilt dangerously." It's pretty bizarre seeing these towers tilt at such an extreme angle and remain intact. None of them collapsed at free fall speed into their own blueprint. Imagine that. 9/11: Explosive Evidence - Experts Speak Out.

Donnie McWhirter pleads guilty again

The fro ho is in the news again. Castanet is reporting that "On Monday, McWhirter pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and MDMA for the purpose of trafficking, along with unlawful possession of a shotgun and rifle while he was prohibited. Police said at the that time three large boxes of clothing with the Independent Soldiers logo was found in a Lake Country house in connection with the arrest. McWhirter will be back in court on May 28 for a three-day sentencing hearing." What do you think the odds are that the sniveling little rat faced git gets off again?

Initially Castanet reported that the POS and his rock throwing jailbait GF were caught with half a kilo of crystal meth, half a kilo of MDMA powder and just under 6,000 ecstasy pills. Remember when he got his ass kicked at the Liquid Zoo? In 2012 Flysh*t pleaded guilty to assault in his sexual assault case. It was a K file which means domestic assault. He beat up a girl.

He was initially charged with sexual assault but copped a plea to common assault. This is an exert from a letter Joey Verma sent him from prison. Way to pick 'em teletubbies.

Check the serial numbers on the rifle and shotgun. They were probably Joey's. Joey was the hunter. There's not a snowballs chance in hell anyone from the club would give that idiot a gun. It was probably the same shotgun used to kill Britney Irving. Meth Head. My offer stands.

The morning after her crushing defeat Dianne Watts' lapdog chokes on his sour grapes

Bloody Hell give it a rest. Michael Smyth campaigned for Dianne Watts and lost. Get over it. Stop flooding the MSM with bullsh*t. In yesterday's paper Michael Lapdog Smyth asked how can a 60 year old white man win the ethnic vote. AYFKM? His client is a 58 year old white woman. At least Andy doesn't die his hair and do Botox. That's because he is comfortable with who he is.

Mikey makes a big deal about the fact that Andrew Wilkinson left the celebrations relatively early so he could get up early the next morning and get straight to work. That was a good thing. He is a hard worker. At least he didn't stay up late at a drunken gala and run a red light on the way home T-boning another vehicle then lie about it. We need more leadership from leaders not more drunken partying. What was Dianne Watt's claim to fame after she was elected a MP for Harper? She built a new office and didn't show up for work for six months. At least Dianne Watts was able to feign a graceful defeat. Too bad her lapdog couldn't.

Wilkinson seeks to make affordability a B.C. Liberal priority

In today's paper the Vancouver Sun / Province is reporting that "Newly minted B.C. Liberal Leader Andrew Wilkinson acknowledged Monday that affordability is probably the unifying issue in British Columbia. Not paying enough attention to this issue - particularly as it relates to housing - is one of the elements blamed for the B.C. Liberals’ loss in the provincial election last year under then-leader Christy Clark." Fair enough. He even suggests tax incentives for the construction of rental housing. That is a good idea.

Then the Post Media Propaganda Machine states: "Political observers and former Liberal politicians, including former cabinet minister Kevin Falcon, had said the Liberals had also ignored transportation issues in Metro Vancouver to their detriment." There comes the Corporate Spend Spend Spend Spin. Wilkinson didn't say that, "Political observers and former Liberal politicians, including former cabinet minister Kevin Falcon" said that. The Post Media News Monopoly just threw that in to satisfy the ruthless demands of their corporate sponsors who want to get fat off tax dollars by underbidding and over charging mega projects.

"Wilkinson stressed the need to listen to the public, and particularly to be sensitive to regional needs and interests. It’s time to be tuned to what the public sentiment is. That’s going to be critical to what we do." Well wait 'till I tell ye.

The Common Sense Revolution

Remember the Ron Paul revolution? Well we need a Common Sense Revolution. In today's paper some lunatic wrote in and said "What utter nonsense new B.C. Liberal leader Andrew Wilkinson uttered regarding his party not wanting to spend our children’s money or to leave them with debts because of this generation’s spending." This is why smoking crack is bad for you. What Andrew Wilkinson said was true. It represents common sense. Something that even Thomas Mulcair from the Federal NDP was able to understand even though Justin Trudeau can't.

Leaving our children unnecessary debt from reckless spending is irresponsible. We want our government to balance the budget and lower taxes. That is in everyone's best interest. The problem is, everyone says they're going to do that when they don't.

Brian Mulroney was a pork barrel politician. He slashed the budget in some areas and then turned around and was obscenely reckless with tax dollars when it came to giving his friends contracts just like Stephen Harper and Gordon Campbell did. When Micheal Smyth was campaigning for Dianne Watts this round he lied and said Dianne Watts wants to be a tax-fighter for the little guy. Gag. For those of us who know her know that is a bold faced lie just like when Alex Tsakumis was campaigning for her. Micheal Smyth's comments are so offensive to those of us who live in Surrey because we know they are a bold faced lie. You can fool some of the people some of the time but you can't fool all of the people all of the time.

When Dianne Watts was mayor of Surrey she left us in record debt. She was a junket queen on the Mayors glutton council that stayed up late at night thinking up new ways to tax people and spend their money. She wanted to toll every bridge under the sun.

Here's the stereotype that we must be able to see through. They keep saying the NDP will tax and spend but they are the worse offenders. When the NDP were elected they lowered taxes by removing bridge tolls. That saw a change in traffic pattern flows which in turn made replacing the Massey Tunnel unnecessary. So not only did the NDP lower taxes by removing bridge tolls, they also saved an additional 2.5 billion tax dollars though fiscal restraint.

The need to replace the George Massey tunnel was a fraud. It did not need to be replaced and the residents of Richmond didn't want it replaced. The only reason they wanted it replace was so that their campaign contributors at the Surrey docks could dredge the river and load more coal on their ships to China. Coal is dirty. LGN is clean burning. Spending billions of tax dollars so a handful of insiders could make some money at the taxpayers expense was bad business.

That's Richmond, now lets look at Surrey. No one in Surrey wants an on ground train running down 104th avenue from Surrey Pace mall to Guildford reverting 104th Avenue to a single lane of traffic in either direction. We don't want it. It will be an infrastructure nightmare. It will also be a colossal waste of money. Spending billions of tax dollars on something we dont want, that will create traffic gridlock so SNC-Lavalin, the dirties construction company on the planet can under bid and over charge yet another government contract. That is corruption.

Gordon Campbell fell because of his arrogance and his pork barrel insider trading politics. Let's hope Andrew Wilkinson can learn from that. We need someone who can walk the walk not just talk the talk of fiscal responsibility. We need fiscal restraint.

People who drive cars prefer SkyTrain because SkyTrain does not impede traffic. People who drive cars should have a say because they pay an extra billion dollars a year in region Gas Tax to fund Translink. No private company would be allowed to run a billion dollars over budget ever year then keep expanding on top of that. Translink needs to be fixed before it is expanded. If you want to extend Skytrain to Newton, then have at it but we do not need or want an on ground train to Guildford. Save our money for something else like the Pattullo Bridge.

Taxpayers should stand up for SkyTrain, not LRT, in Surrey

DTES Crime Crackdown

Finally someone with a brain. The Vancouver Sun / Province is reporting that "Last week, Vancouver police increased foot patrols in the impoverished neighbourhood to address street disorder and prevent violence. Police said the sweeps came in response to a surge in complaints from residents, business owners and visitors. As well, people with mobility issues and the elderly have complained about blocked sidewalks and doorways."

It's about time. Violent crime in the DTES is off the hook especially after they closed the East Vancouver police station to pubic access. As always, as soon as someone steps up and does something good, there are a line up of people to compliant and the Post Media Propaganda Monopoly continues to promote the DTES Pharmaceutical Fraud.

Advocates for East Vancouver drug dealers claim that the increased police presence is discouraging people from using the lethal injection sites. That is a bold faced lie that fails the test of believability. If the police are standing outside on the street, drug users are going to want to go inside the lethal injection site to get away from the cops.

"Deputy Chief Howard Chow said the increased police activity in the Downtown Eastside will continue. But Chow said beat officers remain focused on predators that exploit drug addicts. He said police policy is to crack down on organized crime, not pick up people with addictions on minor possession charges." That is exactly what they should be doing.

“The reality of it is that police officers and beat officers have been part of that landscape, part of the community, for decades,” Chow said. That is true. I have always supported police walking the beat in high crime areas and the DTES was one of the few places in Canada where police officers did walk the beat. The RCMP won't do it but they should. Walking the beat in high crime areas reduces crime.

"Chow said the sweeps have been effective. Last week was only the second week in the past six years during which there wasn’t a single street-level assault or robbery. Police have confiscated knives, a hatchet and an imitation handgun during searches. They’ve seized drugs cut with fentanyl as well as stolen property."

The police saw a drug addict walking down the street with a brand new flat screen TV still in the box. That is suspicious to say the least. Odds are it was stolen. The DTES is a showcase for stolen goods. We also have to remember that a high percentage of drug users steal things to pay for their drugs and commit a prolific amount of violent crime. The drug dealer advocates are even complaining about the police arresting drug dealers. That is what the police are supposed to do. Enforcement is one of the essential pillars in the four pillars program.

PIVOT means well but their good intentions have helped create an epidemic of violence and addiction that is killing people every day. VANDU, the Vancouver Area Network of Drug Users are themselves drug dealers. The predatory drug dealers in the DTES are horrific.

For years I have assisted a friend take a group of youth from the suburbs to hand out clothes in the DTES. The last two years we had a few female leaders come with us along with some young girls. My group was set up at pigeons corner as always. Some women from the street were noticeably uncomfortable so I stepped back and let our female leaders assist them. They told our female leaders that women don't like to go to pigeon corner any more because they regularly get sexually assaulted there.

Extremists always used to say East Van takes care of it's own and want to be left alone. That is no longer true. East Van preys on the weak and elderly on a daily basis. The only people complaining about the police walking the beat in the DTES are the criminals.

Caroline Mulroney joins the Neo Con - Update

The Canadian Press is reporting that "A source with Caroline Mulroney's campaign says the Toronto lawyer and businesswoman will officially jump into the race to lead Ontario's Progressive Conservatives on Monday, days after reports first emerged suggesting she was eyeing the party's top job. Mulroney, the daughter of former prime minister Brian Mulroney, was pegged as a contender to replace Patrick Brown as soon as the contest began, despite having never held political office."

Obviously a child is not responsible for the sins of their father, but with Lyin Brian's backing, it will certainly be hard to over come. Brian Mulroney was given the nickname lyin Brian for his dishonesty. His tax and spend pork barrel politics created the Reform Party. Stephen Harper betrayed every Reform Party principle known to man when he merged with Mulroneyism and became the exact entity the Reform Party was created to oppose.

Air bus was but one of the many insider trading scams Lyin Brian was involved with. He defrauded the Canadian taxpayers out of a $2.1 million out of court settlement because he lied to the court and swore he wasn't involved with Karlheinz Schreiber when it later turned out he was and did in fact receive cash payments from him.

Brian Mulroney was tied to Iran Contra. He served on the International Board of Directors of Barrick Gold along side George Bush when Barrick gold was involved with the same scandalous gold mine in Indonesia Bre-X was. Stevie Cameron documented Brian Mulroney's legacy in her book On The Take: Crime, Corruption And Greed In The Mulroney Years.

Karma Chameleon has more chance of winning that leadership race than the spawn of Satan. Just sayin. The Fall of Kim Campbell had nothing to do with her being a woman. It was because of her ties to Brian Mulroney. Neo Cons are not conservatives they are con artists. They say one thing and do the other. They say they want to control spending and lower taxes but they do the opposite. They say they support a free market but they dont. They support corporate monopolies that kill the free market because they are in reality corporate communists.

In contrast, Kirk LaPointe appears to be a local favorite for the leadership of the NPA in Vancouver to take over for Mayor Moonbeam. He is someone I can support.

Update: Holy crack pipes. Rob Ford's brother is running for the leadership of the Ontario Conservatives as well. What a freaking gong show. That guy is a complete clown. Rob Ford was an abusive drunk. His claim to fame was smoking crack cocaine and saying derogatory things about women. Rob Ford's brother sat on the same Toronto City Council when Rob was mayor. Together they made that city council look like a WWF gong show.

Think about it. The leadership position became available because the previous leader, who Doug Ford supported, resigned due to disturbing sexual assault allegations. We don't know what those allegations are but they have been referred to as disturbing. Electing an abrasive politically incorrect hillbilly might not be the most tactful choice to mend the bruised reputation of the party. Doug isn't even a MPP. This might be an appropriate time to elect a woman. One who is actually serving as an elected MPP and isn't the spawn of Satan.

CBC is reporting that Christine Elliott is also running for the leadership of the party. Christine Elliott has spent nine years as a Whitby-area MPP. The other two cowgirls don't even have a seat in the Legislature. I support Christine Elliott in that race. That one is a no-brainer.

Christine Elliott has most caucus support for good reason.

Kamloops Man shot in foot

BC Local News is reporting that "Kamloops Mounties remained at a home on Wilson Avenue on the North Shore early Sunday morning following a shooting in the area on Saturday night that sent a man to Royal Inland Hospital. Sgt. Denis Duford said a 26-year-old man was walking in the area of Wilson Street and Mulberry Avenue at 10:10 p.m. when he was shot in the foot. His injuries are not considered life-threatening. Duford said several people were arrested at a Wilson Street home, with any recommended charges dependent on the outcome of the investigation."

Reggie Yates Outside Man

There is another stirring series on Netflix with Reggie Yates called Outside Man. Reggie is a brother from the UK who has a brain and a heart. Netflix states "Award-winning filmmaker Reggie Yates travels around the world tackling big issues such as gun violence, racism, gay rights and addiction. In the first episode he camps at a white slum in South Africa. This guy has a future.

I know a white guy from South Africa. He moved to Canada after the fall of Apartheid. I don't like him. He's all everything was fine until we gave blacks the right to vote. I'm like if you don't like black people then stay the f*ck out of their country. I don't like racism. I don't like slavery. I don't like Apartheid. Reggie Yates is posative and thought provoking. He is worth listening to.

Andrew Wilkinson elected B.C. Liberal leader - Update

CBC is reporting that "Andrew Wilkinson has been chosen as the new leader of the B.C. Liberal Party, edging out former Conservative MP Dianne Watts on the fifth ballot in a vote Saturday night." Oh happy day. I endorsed Andrew Wilkinson because of his competence. He was a former lawyer and a doctor. He is educated. He was also the former president of the BC Civil Liberties Union which is impressive because preserving civl liberty in this neo con era is important.

"The Australian-born Wilkinson was first elected in 2013 and briefly served as Attorney General before the fall of Premier Christy Clark’s government last year." He has experience.

I opposed Dianne Watts candidacy because of her corruption. "Grant Rice recently tweeted The Dhesa brothers, Sohan & Nahar, defendents in @CityofSurrey civil bribery case had Whalley application approved by #SurreyBC council in June 2010, months after start of #RCMP investigation & @DianneWatts4BC assurance of "preventative measures" after Ian Mulgrew wrote about the corruption case Dianne Watts hid when she was mayor of Surrey.

Andrew Wilkinson has spoken out against the NDP and the Green's insane compromise to use tax dollars for political party funding. That needs to stop. Welcome to the year of the dawg yo.

The morning after her crushing defeat Dianne Watts' lapdog chokes on his sour grapes.

Bloody Hell give it a rest. Mike Smyth campaigned for Dianne Watts and lost. Get over it. Stop flooding the MSM with bullsh*t. Overview

There's been a flurry of new news and I just wanted give a brief overview since older posts quickly get buried on the blog. The big news is Kim Bolan's report on the Kevin LeClair murder trial. The defense lawyer claims the crown witnesses are lying to save their own skins and that is clearly true. The defense has successfully established that the crown witnesses have no credibility because they keep changing their story and their current claims contradict the evidence. The only real witness saw two shooters. The one that opened up fire with an automatic assault rifle was much larger and more muscular than the other. That doesn't fit Corey's description. That fits K-9's description. It wasn't Corey. The crown witnesses are lying again.

The shooting at the Quebec courthouse was outrageous. Five officers couldn't control a very mild scuffle with one kid and the officer that was choking the kid pulls out a gun and shoots the kid in the head all caught on video. The officers dragged the kid into a side room because they knew they were being filmed. That was obscene.

The local gas fraud is out of control along with the news of the current ICBC fraud. This kind of corruption needs to be addressed becaue it is exactly what caused the Greek financial crisis.

Surrey man shot in Richmond

The Peace arch News is reporting that "Richmond RCMP are investigating a shooting after a Surrey man, 20, was found suffering from injuries Thursday night in the 7000-block of Westminster Highway." CTV is reporting that "It appeared that he had been shot near the 6200-block of Lynas Lane."

Postal Union Innovates while Canada Post Stands Still

The Huffington Post is reporting that Canada Post Continues To Stand Still As The World Passes It By but that is simply not true. In reality, the Postal union has some great ideas for innovation while Canada Post and the Canadian government let that brilliant opportunity pass them by.

The Huffington Post article regurgitates the same old rhetoric about getting rid of the postal monopoly. Mail volumes are declining. We could easily go to second day delivery. Parcels are the way of the future. Canada Post delivers Amazon and online orders. Instead of fighting over table scraps by getting rid of the postal monopoly we need to look at getting rid of the banking monopoly. That is where the real money is.

The Union is suggesting we bring back postal banking. That makes sense. Especially in rural areas: #ABankForEveryone Breaking the bank monopoly would be in everyone's best interest.

No Motive in Dover Park Shooting

Kim Bolan is reporting that "A young gangster was convicted Thursday in the August 2015 attempt to kill his own associate in Richmond’s Dover Park. Richmond Provincial Court Judge Bonnie Craig said the circumstantial evidence at trial proved beyond a reasonable doubt that Thomas Duong participated in the near-fatal shooting of Matin Pouyan on the night of Aug. 21, 2015. Craig agreed with the defence that there was no apparent motive behind the murder plot and that Duong and Pouyan had been seen hanging out together on the day of the shooting."

The judge claims the shooting was premeditated but had no motive. That makes absolute no sense. Every crime has a motive. It couldn't have been premeditated if there was no motive.

Latest ICBC Fraud in the News

There has been a lot of talk recently about the latest ICBC Fraud. The MSM claim both BC provincial parties are blaming each other but it doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out what happened. You can't blame this on the NDP. The Liberal government extracted a $1.3 billion dividend from ICBC to balance Christy Clark's fake fudgeit budget. That was another act of fraud just like how they extracted a $852 million dividend from BC Hydro that wasn't there.

Peter Rose from Delta wrote in to the Vancouver Province and nailed it. "How gullible does Attorney-General David Eby think the public is? The Insurance Corp. of B.C. is $1.3 billion in the red, but the Liberal government siphoned off $1.3 billion from ICBC. That means ICBC is breaking even. It’s up to the provincial government to reimburse ICBC the funds it took and, in future, keep its hands out of the till."

This is the same kind of investment fraud that created the Greek financial Crisis and the BC Liberals keep getting away with it. In this case, they extracted a dividend from ICBC which did not exist to falsify their budget and created another manufactured emergency. They did the same thing to BC Hydro only worse.

Before they forced BC Hydro to borrow $852 million to give the BC Liberals they privatized the independent power brokers that sell power to the public company at above market rates. That means they created a tsunami of deferred debt withing BC Hydro then on top of that forced them to borrow more money they didn't have to give to the BC Liberals. They all should be in jail. Before we do anything we need to fix that fraud before it continues to get any worse.

Norm Farrell nails it - Again

Two hikers stabbed on Mount Seymour

The Georgia Straight is reporting that "North Vancouver RCMP are investigating what happened to two men who were found stabbed on Mount Seymour. On February 1 at 5:09 a.m., an injured male hiker on Dog Mountain Trail on Mount Seymour called 911 for help. Emergency Services found him on a trail about one kilometre from the Mount Seymour parking lot and took him to hospital. Then at 8:30 a.m., Emergency Services received and responded a call from a second male hiker in the same area, who also needed medical help due to similar injuries. RCMP stated in a news release that both of their injuries were knife wounds resulting from an altercation, and that both men were known to each other. At a press conference, RCMP stated that the two men had been camping together."

Global is reporting that one of the injured people was known to police. When I first saw the report I was like, WTF? That's the trail I always hike on. This time of year it's covered in snow so they had to have been showshoers. Only it was on Dog mountain not the longer trail up to Seymour first, second and third peak past Brockton Point. I always skip Dog Mountain.

10th Anniversary of the Lindsay Buziak murder

The Times Colonist is reporting that "Dozens gathered Friday to mark the 10-year anniversary of Lindsay Buziak’s death. The 24-year-old real estate agent was stabbed and killed while showing a home in Gordon Head on Feb. 2, 2008. Her father, Jeff Buziak, arrived in Victoria from Calgary this week to lead the annual Walk for Justice."

Pipeline Politics

Although the entire debate is really silly, I will comment on it since it does effect our economic interests. In essence John Horgan started it because he said his government intends on restricting the amount of oil that passes through the pipeline. That's kind of dumb but also does reflect a valid concern. No one wants an oil spill. It damages the environment and wastes money. Protecting the environment is important but economic growth is a part of the real world we live in.

The Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion is simply twinning an existing pipeline. That is the best possible model. Twinning an existing pipeline is far less invasive than cutting a new pipeline through old growth forests. That is what they originally intended on doing. This new proposal is a fair and logical compromise. I agree with Justin Trudeau on that issue. Trudeau said no to the Northern Gateway project which involved cutting a new pipeline through an old growth forest and approved the Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion which was simply twinning the existing pipeline. That made sense. Navigating tankers through the Douglas channel was foolish.

People get stuck in the oppose the pipeline mindset and forget environmentalists successfully defeated the the Northern Gateway project. There will be no new pipeline cutting through old growth forests. A lot of extremists simply protest anything and everything. In their mind their is no compromise and they refuse to listen to anyone else's opinion but their own.

A trade war between BC and Alberta is silly. This isn't about BC voters against Alberta voters. It's about Canadian voters against extremists who refuse to compromise and refuse to listen to anyone else but themselves. We want Alberta beef. We want Alberta oil. We want to support Canadian products. We hope Alberta wants BC wine. It's a good local product. We all want to make some money so we can feed our families.

Has there ever been an oil spill in the existing pipeline? I am not aware of any. Obviously we don't want to pump oil through the pipeline at a dangerous rate that would make a potential oil spill far reaching. It's like we all want to drive on the freeway but driving at 300 miles an hour isn't safe.

Yet none of us want to pay $5.00 a litre for gas. Lately there has been a lot of talk about price fixing in the local bread industry and how bad that is. Why then is no one talking about how bad price fixing is in the local oil industry. In Canada we do not have a free market in the oil industry. We have a corporate monopoly owned by Communist China.

Some argue that this pipeline isn't for domestic consumption, it's for foreign markets which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Since Communist China now own the monopoly on our oil, local consumers ask, why does China pay less for the oil than we do? That is a valid question. The answer is because Stephen Harper gave that monopoly to Communist China. We should take back that monopoly by Nationalizing our oil the same way Norway did. That would be in everyone's best interest. We can keep all the Canadian contractors. The only difference is that the provincial governments would own the profits from the oil monopoly not Communist China.

Update: Apparently there have been a few oil spills in the current pipeline.

Since it's an underground pipeline, the spill appears to have been from when construction mistakenly ruptured the pipeline.

Male injured in Richmond Shooting

1130 News is reporting that "A 20-year-old man is in hospital after police say he was shot in Richmond last night. Officers arrived to the area of Westminster Highway near Gilbert Road just before 10:30 p.m. where they found the man suffering from gun shot wounds."

"Mounties have secured a location in the area of Lynas Lane near Westminster Highway, not far from where the injured man was found. They are being helped by the Integrated Forensic Identification Services and the Integrated Police Dog Services, but are also looking to speak with witnesses or anyone else who may know something about this incident."

Surrey municipal corruption case was minimized under Dianne Watts

Several people have sent me this article and have expressed concerns about Dianne Watts running for Premier given this kind of corruption existed and was swept under the carpet while she was mayor of Surrey in 2012. All I can say is I told you so. It is just the tip of the iceberg. Campbell heights was the model they keep repeating over and over again.

If you think Dianne Watts isn't corrupt, then you don't know Jack- Jack Saran.

The Vancouver Sun / Province is reporting that "A Surrey municipal corruption scandal was minimized and presented as a one-time bribe taken by a bad apple, even though the city knew other developers were involved and the wrongdoing stretched back years. Jack Saran, who blew the whistle on Akolo after hearing his offers, claims his original concern about the scope of the scam was swept under the carpet and that others involved were not prosecuted."

Donald Trump's porn star on Jimmy Kimmel

The tacky porn star claimed she had an affair with Donald Trump then denied it in an interview with Jimmy Kimmel after she was paid another hefty sum to keep her mouth shut. Talk about gold diggers. I dont want to be mean but she looks like a cheap whore thriving on the attention and milking it for what it's worth. "Aa a jewel of gold in a swines snout, so is a fair woman without discretion." Donald Trump looks even worse.

There is nothing worse than a smug idiot without a consciousness thinking he can buy the world. Money doesn't buy respect. His money will perish with him. State of the Union... a drug dealer and a huckleberry hillbilly. What has this world come to? God help us.

However, the consistent obsessing over the Russia hacked the election red herring by the CIA and the MSM is absolutely absurd. That is fake news. The Clintons sold Russia weapons grade uranium for nuclear missiles. They were on good terms with Russia. To claim otherwise is simply untrue. To claim Russia hacked the election is absolute nonsense. Why don't we spend a little more time looking at Operation Fast and Furious and a little less time listening to the ones responsible for it. Hillary Failed #MeToo

Although I personally think Donald Trump is a dick, I do agree the main stream media has lost all credibility when in comes to burying the truth. The New York Times reported that the Clinton foundation was responsible for selling Russia weapons grade uranium through a Canadian shell company. Then the CIA spammed the MSM with nonsense claiming that was just a conspiracy theory thereby burying the story on Google. That's why the New York Times had to come out again and state, it was not a conspiracy theory. It really did happen.

The CIA is spamming the MSM with misinformation because Hillary Clinton is part of their drug trafficking network. She was the author of Operation Fast and Furious. Sometimes the best person for the job isn't a woman. Some times it is. If you want to support a woman for president support Oprah. She is a million times better than Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump combined.

Alex Caine makes the big screen in Quebec

Le Soleil is reporting that Alex Caine is featured on an 8 part docudrama on the French History channel produced by Pixcom in Quebec. I normally distance myself from under cover agents for several reasons. I don't like guys like Charles Falco who was a crystal meth dealer that went under cover to infiltrate Vagos when he got busted so he wouldn't have to do jail time.

Ratting out your friends so you won't have to go to jail is lame. I have also distanced myself from under cover cops who infiltrate biker gangs because they covet the life. Married cops who obsess over strippers and blow are cheap and sleazy. They are no better than the criminals they arrest.

Alex is different. He, like Bob Deasy in Ontario, is sincere. Alex never infiltrated the Hells Angels. He was a camerman for them in Northern California and became a hang around in Arizona until an AFT agent blew his cover. Alex does have an intersting story similar to that of Scott Barnes worth sharing. Alex did infiltrate the Para Dice Riders, the Bandidios, the KKK, a Chinese triad and some terrorist group in Pakistan.

Alex Caine's book Angel Dust: How The Outlaw Biker Gang Became A Criminal Empire devotes ten pages to my blog. It's still a big seller in the local bookstores found in the true crime section. Pixcom's TV series on Alex is in French. Perhaps they'll put it on Netflix with English subtitles. That would greatly increase it's exposure outside of Quebec.

Shooting at Quebec courthouse

CBC is reporting that "Quebec's police watchdog is investigating a shooting at the courthouse in Maniwaki, Que., in which an 18-year-old man was seriously injured when he was shot by a special constable. According to a BEI news release, the teenager seized a baton from the special constable during the altercation and hit him with it. The investigation is ongoing, but the statement said the special constable then fired his gun, shooting the man in the head."

"An officer with the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) said both suffered serious injuries and have been taken to the hospital, though the extent of their injuries is still unclear. A witness to the incident posted a video on social media appearing to show the scuffle between the constable and the 18-year-old prior to the shot being fired. In it, people in the room can be heard saying, 'Put down your gun.' Others can be heard appealing for calm in both English and French."

That was disgusting. That officer needs to go to jail and NEVER be employed in that service ever again. 5 officers couldn't restrain one kid so they shoot him in the head. That is obscene.

28 Russians have Olympic doping bans lifted, North Korean athletes arrive in South Korea

Global is reporting that "Twenty-eight Russian athletes had their Olympic doping bans overturned Thursday, throwing the International Olympic Committee's policy on the country into turmoil. The Court of Arbitration for Sport ruling was set to reinstate seven Russian medals from the 2014 Sochi Olympics, including gold in men's skeleton and men's 50-kilometre cross-country skiing. 'This does not mean that these 28 athletes are declared innocent, but in their case, due to insufficient evidence, the appeals are upheld, the sanctions annulled and their individual results achieved in Sochi are reinstated,' CAS secretary general Matthieu Reeb said in Pyeongchang." This is good news. Let the real games begin. Big brother is back in the house.

Now let's play hockey. Da Da Canada. Nyet Nyet Soviet. Nice to have you back on the ice.

Witnesses lying to save own skin

Kim Bolan is reporting that "Four former United Nations gang members who testified against alleged hitman Cory Vallee were trying to 'save their own skin' and should not be believed, defence lawyer Eric Gottardi said Tuesday. At the start of his team’s closing arguments, Gottardi said the 'linchpin' witnesses, who can be identified only as A, B, C and D due to a sweeping publication ban, 'escaped punishment for murders' and got other perks by co-operating with the Crown. 'They did not just get money. They received a small fortune.'”

"He pointed to the fact that two of the witnesses, A and D, originally told police Vallee was the shooter who killed Jonathan Barber on May 9, 2008, when the UN mistook the stereo installer for one of the Bacon brothers. Then when B and C decided to co-operate with police in 2016, they told a different story, identifying the Barber killer as UN member Barzan Tilli-Choli. By then Tilli-Choli had already pleaded guilty to conspiracy and could not be retried as the murderer. He has since served his sentence and been deported to Iraq."

The defense lawyer is right about one thing, these witnesses are not credible. Aside from the Bobsy twins, the leader of that rat pack admitted in court to lying to the police even after he started working for them. He also admitted to posting false information on Kim Bolan's blog to throw the police off. That is Blaze's MO. He is not credible. Every word that comes out of his worthless mouth is a lie. Corey's confession was not a confession.

K-9 shot Jonathan Barber not Barzan Tilli-Choli. The only real witness in Kevin LeClair's murder saw two shooters. The bigger man was the one that lit up the vehicle with an automatic weapon. If K-9 was that shooter it would be pretty easy to identify him over Corey even if he was wearing a balaclava because he is huge. It doesn't sound like Corey is big enough to be that shooter. "The man with the machine gun was more muscular than the second gunman."

K-9 died of respiratory illness February 2017. If K-9 was the shooter then the rat pack couldn't get off their own murder charges and get paid a small fortune so they had to make some other story up and blame Corey because Corey was an easy target.

Speaking of the rat pack, what the hell is Blaze doing hiding out in Calgary with the PoPo? The Ironman from the Calgary chapter won't protect him. These are my terms: If Blaze Flysh*t testifies against the full patch HA that ordered Joey Verma to shoot Britney Irving, I will remove every picture and every reference I have ever made about him on this blog and website. He will cease to exist. That would be money well spent. Spending four small fortunes on a bold face lie is not.

Corey wasn't the hitman from out of town, K-9 was. Conor D'Monte was the co accused in this shooting not Jesse. Time to stop wasting money and bring back the OMGU.

Tell me how a known member of the Independent Soldiers was ever a member of the UN? He wasn't. He is lying again or should I say still since he never stopped lying. Corey didn't tell him anything.

Fatal shooting in Chilliwack

Global is reporting that "RCMP confirmed one man is dead after a shooting in Chilliwack early Wednesday morning. Officials said they were called to a home at around 6 a.m. in the 9200-block of Broadway St. after receiving a report of shots fired. When RCMP arrived, officials found a man with life-threatening injuries. He was transported to hospital, where he later died. The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has taken over the case. On Wednesday afternoon, IHIT identified the victim as 28-year-old Cody Isaacson of Chilliwack. IHIT said Isaacson was known to police."

The Chilliwack Progress is reporting that "One neighbour said the house in question at 9291 Broadway Ave. has been an active and notorious drug house for the last four months or so. 'They busted them a week and a half ago,' she said. 'They’ve busted it a couple of times.' Late last year, Cody Isaacson’s father said Cody was the victim of a home invasion on Second Avenue. Three witnesses said at least one shot was fired in that incident that occurred on Oct. 25, 2017."

Legalizing all drugs is the highway to hell

Speaking of soaring fraud and Post Media propaganda, a group of left wing kooks within the Federal Liberals are pushing for the legalization off all drugs. Nathaniel Erskine-Smith can rot in hell. So what's next? Legalize murder and rape? That is exactly what we are doing if we legalize all drugs. You legalize the sale of fentanyl and you legalize murder. You legalize date rape drug and you legalize rape. This has absolutely nothing to do with social justice. This represents the complete abandonment of Canadian and human morals. It is a WRONG turn.

This is the absurdity of the left wing end game. Left wing extremists push for the legalization of all drugs and the complete abandonment of any and all moral principles and when Communism is finally established all those drug dealers get the death penalty.

Legalization and decriminalization are two different things. There is no need to decriminalize possession because right now those laws simply are not being enforced. That's the problem. In Portugal, "A person found in possession of a drug for personal use is no longer arrested but ordered to appear before a 'dissuasion commission' which can refer the person to a treatment program or impose administrative sanctions." That would actually be a step forward from what we have now because right now no one is arrested and no treatment is offered.

In the Four Pillars Fraud we were conned into accepting the four pillar program. As soon as we did that, extremists threw away the three crucial pillars of enforcement, treatment and prevention so they could turn harm prevention into harm promotion. That is why we have one of the worst drug problems in the world. What we are doing isn't working because what we are doing is nothing. The war on drugs hasn't failed because its too difficult. It is failing simply because we never fought it. That and the fact that the CIA is on the wrong side of that war.

Likewise, when extremists cite the Portugal model, they want to throw out all the good things Portugal is doing like taking addicts and putting them before a dissuasion commission where the addicts can get into treatment or face administrative sanctions. They want to simply legalize all drugs so they can promote addiction and organized crime. That is not the Portugal model. That is the DTES model and it's NOT working.

We have to draw the line at the legalization of pot. Throwing everyone in jail for smoking pot is a complete waste of tax dollars. Our court system needs to be used for better things like arresting fentanyl dealers not addicts. That is what we need to do. Yet legalizing murder and rape is socially responsible. Legalize pot and that is all. As Gandalf would say, you shall not pass!

Gas Fraud Soars: Time to take back the monopoly

CTV News is reporting that "Gas prices have spiked in parts of Western Canada this week, with some stations in Metro Vancouver charging $1.46 per litre on Friday. Soaring prices stunned commuters and analysts, leaving the latter confused over the timing of the spike."

There is nothing shocking about the fraud spike. Corporate monopolies are never a good thing. They will charge consumers whatever the market can take. CBC is reporting that "Vancouver has traditionally been subject to the highest prices for gasoline anywhere in North America and this certainly is the case today," said gas price analyst Dan McTeague.

It's like the price of hockey tickets in Canada compared to the US. It's the same hockey league. They charge more here simply because they can. Many years ago, when John D. Rockefeller's Standard Oil used hostile take overs to obtain a monopoly on the oil industry in the US, the Supreme Court cited anti trust laws and deemed that monopoly illegal. Times have changed. Now dirty politicians line their pockets with campaign contributions and say corporate monopolies are good. No they are not. They destroy the free market and the democratic system.

Corporate monopolies are also bad in the News industry because they destroy the freedom of the press. Today the Post Media News monopoly was working overtime on the propaganda in more ways than one. They cited one "analyst" and said we just have to get used to the spike in gas prices trying to brain wash us into submission. No we do not. We could do what Norway did and nationalize our oil. That would make sense. The only time a corporate monopoly is good is when the consumers are shareholders in that monopoly. What we have now is NOT a free market.

Allowing the oil companies to form a monopoly was bad enough. Giving that monopoly to Communist China was even worse. It's time to stop the fraud and take back the monopoly once and for all just like Norway did. That would be in consumers and taxpayers best interest.

What Canada and Alberta could learn from Norway

Surrey RCMP seize another spud gun

The absurdity of the fraud just never ends. The Surrey RCMP sent out a press release bragging about seizing "a loaded semi-automatic pistol, 'suspected' illicit drugs and a large amount of cash during a traffic stop earlier this month." Take a look at the gun. It's tiny. A freaking spud gun. Once again the Surrey RCMP make absolutely no attempt to disrupt drug trafficking. Their only concern is to seize the proceeds of crime and take guns away from HA rivals while they provide police protection for Hell Angel drug dealers selling fentanyl on the Surrey strip and turn a blind eye to the massive amounts of firearms HA associates hoard. God help us. The Surrey RCMP won't. The RCMP and the BC Gang Task force hasn't lifted a finger to arrest Hells Angels dealing drugs since the OMGU was disbanded. Stop the fraud and bring back the OMGU.

Bank robbers arrested in New Brunswick after stopping at Tim Horton's

CBC is reporting that "A man and woman allegedly fleeing a bank robbery were arrested in Bouctouche, N.B., on Monday after they stopped at a Tim Hortons drive-thru. At least six police cars swooped in on the suspects before they had a chance to place an order. Several thousand dollars have been recovered, the RCMP said. A 24-year-old man and 26-year-old woman, both from Moncton, face charges." Only in Canada. CBC posted a video of the arrest.

Lunar Eclipse January 31st

NASA is reporting that "The full Moon is about to pass through the shadow of Earth, turning the normally gray lunar disk a lovely shade of coppery-orange. When should you look? For people in the USA, the answer is Wednesday morning, Jan. 31st, just before sunrise."
