The Fall of Glen Clark and the rise of Gordon Campbell

One blog rader has been posting links to the Starnet raid back in 1999 which was tied to illegal gambling and child pornography connected to the Hells Angels. That was before I started the blog but since we are looking forward to another election in BC it would be wise to take a walk down memory lane and examine just what really did happen so we can see what caused the current mess we are now in. It certainly is one big George Lucas saga.

Having been born and raised in British Columbia, I have seen the tides of dramatic polarized politics sweep from one extreme to the other over and over again. Everyone has been involved in a scandal of some sort. Bill Vandersalm's scandal was dramatized by the media and I really don't think it was a big deal. The same with the Fast Ferries scandal. It would have been a great idea if it worked. Sometimes businesses fail. That's life in the real world. It wasn't a scandal like BC Rail or Campbell heights was.

So let's look at the Starnet Raid back in the summer of 1999. Despite the dramaic alegations in the media, after the raid was concluded it was back to business as usual. CBC reported that Vancouver-based Internet company Starnet Communications says it faces no criminal charges and is co-operating with authorities after a police raid. The company specializes in Internet gambling and pornography. In a release, Starnet says it has never been associated with child pornography. RCMP Constable Peter Thiessen confirmed investigators left Starnet offices the day before and said, "They spent the better part of three days going through the business. And as a result of that search the investigation is continuing, but no charges have been laid."

As I said previously, the Orange Number 5 was indeed run by the Hells Angels but I am not aware of any under age patrons working there. Although we do know one patron who worked there ended up dead on the Pickton Farm. It's a seedy industry there is no question about that.

All I'm saying is look at what happened to the BC government's taxes, budget deficits, and corporate corruption since the fall of Glen Clark and the rise of the real scoundrel Gordon Campbell. That act killed the province's fiscal responsibility forever by creating the ultimate BC Hydro fraud. BC Rail was nothing in comparison.

Recently CBC reported that "an Ontario mother struggling to pay her hydro bill took Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to task in an impassioned plea that captured the plight of many Ontarians overwhelmed by high electricity rates. Global reported her stating: “Something is wrong now Mr. Trudeau. My heat and hydro now cost me more than my mortgage,” said Kathy Katula, of Buckhorn, Ont., to a round of applause. “I now not only work 75 hours a week, I stay and work 15 hours a day just so I don’t lose my home.”

This is where BC is heading because of what Gordon Campbell and the BC Liberals did many years ago. They set the ball in motion for ballooning deficits where there had been surpless paying dividends to the government reducing taxes and balancing the budget. After their dirty deal that practice was destroyed forever and the fiscal cliff rapidly approaches as a result.

The BC Hydro fraud was very similar to BC Rail and Campbell Heights. It represented the firesale of public assets to insiders who return kickbacks to the political party in the form of political contributions. Only this one was much worse and has gone by virtually unnoticed by the mainstream media despite the fact that the scandal rivals Enron and is similar to what caused the same problem in Ontario. It all started with the partial privatization of public power.

The Campbell Government knew privatizing BC Hydro would be a hard sell so they pulled a senator Palpatine and did something much worse. They privatized the power brokers that sold power to the public company at above market rates. They have been burning tax dollars ever since at an unprecedented rate and have at the same time created a ballooning deficit that will soon push us over the fiscal cliff.

I'm not talking about Terson Gas. That's running fine. I'm talking about the power brokers that sell power to BC Hydro at above market rates. I support a free market. I am not a corporate communist. I believe in free enterprise. Corporate monopolies destroy the free market and enslave consumers and taxpayers alike. If we had state run power then much of those profits that communist China is now earning would go to our budget. It would help reduce taxes and balance the budget. That is not a communist plot to overtake the free world. What they are doing now is.

When you privatize a public company their mandate is to make a profit. Not so they can pay dividends to the shareholders but so they can put it in their own pocket at get rich at the taxpayers expense. When you privatize the power brokers that sell power to BC Hydro AND then give them a monopoly on the market there is no competition. They can charge whatever they want and that is exactly what they do.

They charge the public company above market rates for their power just because they can and so they do. As a result this ballooning deficit we have already talked about is growing at a frightening rate. Someone has to fix this fraud before it consumes all of us. When Ujjal Dosanjh took over the NDP after the fall of Glen Clark, the BC NDP balanced the budget and had a $1.2 billion surplus. After the fall of Glen Clark and the rise of Gordon Campbell, that has never happened since. Christy Clark's dishonest fudge it budgets have become criminal yet the public keep buying that dirty deal because they are afraid the sky will fall if they elect a NDP government. Alberta did and the sky has not fallen.

No political party is perfect especially the NDP. I do think the BC NDP could fix the BC Hydro problem if they leave Terson Gas alone and bring the power brokers that sell power to BC Hydro back into the public company. That is what we need to do so we dont end up like Ontario is now. Yet if the BC NDP embrace lethal injection sites and prescription heron, they will push us right over the other fiscal cliff. It is a double edge sword and a narrow ledge we must cross but it's doable. In fact if we don't the consequences are indeed fatal for future fiscal responsibility. Personally, I think right now Bruce Ralston is the man for the job.

Mike Harris is the one who screwed up Ontario Power just like Gordon Campbell did to BC Hydro. When it comes to privatization, the Liberals never learn. Their decision to hand over new generating capacity in the province to private firms led to higher electricity rates.

As the New York Times recently declared, Welcome to the Wild, Wild West.

Belinda Karahalios removed from Ontario PC Party for vote against Bill 195 in support of the Charter of Rights

Rebel News is reporting that "Progressive Conservative MPP Belinda Karahalios has voted against the controversial Bill 195 put forth by Premier Doug Ford. The bill, introduced in early July, aims to give the Ontario government the ability to extend some of the power granted to it from the emergency measures act, in hopes of easing the progression towards the reopening of the province following the fallout from the coronavirus lockdowns."

"Rebel News can verify that following her vote against her parties motion, Karahalios has since been removed from the PC party caucus in response. Robert Benzie of The Globe and Mail also confirmed the removal of Karahalios on Twitter."

"The bill has received harsh criticism from all sides of the political spectrum following its announcement. President of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms John Carpay stated Bill 195, "ignores the spirit of Ontario's emergency legislation," and "transforms Cabinet's temporary emergency power into a longer-term power that is wielded without the oversight of the Legislature for the next year."

"Christine Van Geyn, Litigation Director for the Canadian Constitution believes, "this is power-grab by the premier is an unjustified violation of Charter protected rights and citizens should be concerned." The Ontario Nurses Association called the bill, "unconstitutional and unnecessary," adding that, "it provides extraordinary powers to override existing laws and constitutional rights, such as Section 2(d) of the Charter."

These are not traditional Conservative values. This is a globalist Neo Con that attacks our civil liberty and violates the Charter of Rights. Ontario is displaying some pretty Orwellian reactions to COVID1984 and Doug Ford is at the root of it. This type of behaviour is what the Reform Party was created to oppose. I'm glad that Rebel News can see that.

Ontario elects Doug Ford

Ontario just elected Doug Ford. I supported Christine Elliott. Doug Ford promised to clean up the Hydro mess. How's he goign to do that? By privatizing it? That is what caused the problem in the first place just like Enron. He promised a drastic reduction in the price of hydro and gasoline. How's he going to do that? By nationalizing the oil?

Privatizing Hydro has always been a source of problems. That is what caused the BC Hydro tsunami of deferred debt. Private companies are mandated to make a profit. Gordon Campbell privatized the power brokers that sell power to the public company at above market rates. As Norm Farrell pointed out, independent power producers have overcharged tax payers almost $5 billion above market value since 2004. Enron was a national disaster.

The Toronto Star reported that "Why have hydro bills in Ontario doubled? Why is electricity more than double Manitoba’s rate and almost double Quebec’s rates? It’s not a mystery. Hydro deregulation, an Enron designed electricity market and a 'for profit' electricity system is the real reason for ballooning hydro bills." Mike Harris started the problem. Kathleen Wynne finished it.

Ontario Hells Angels

We know Julian Sher is on top of the situation. In this Globe and Mail article from July 17 2004 we read: The RCMP's criminal intelligence service has said for years that Canada's Hells Angels are involved in murder, drug trafficking, prostitution, illegal gambling, extortion, intimidation, fraud and theft. Much of that goes unreported, reflecting the enormous fear factor.

But the gang's primary moneymaker in Ontario is narcotics -- cocaine especially, but also homegrown marijuana and prescription drugs. Indeed, the Hells Angels bring to the drug trade what Wal-Mart brings to retailing -- economies of scale, better access to suppliers, a broad distribution network, an unbeatable brand -- and are funnelling more cocaine to the province's streets than ever before, police and drug-treatment experts say.

"When you arrest someone for drugs and ask who it's from, they say it's HA coke. Ninety per cent of the time it's HA coke," says a police officer in the Kitchener area, a Hells Angels stronghold. "I see more cocaine in our town."

The Globe and Mail has pieced together a picture of the network, a rare glimpse into the underground cocaine economy that thrives in Toronto and across the province, much of it under the control of the Hells Angels.

A Colombian drug trafficker named Reinaldo Trujillo supplied some of the cocaine that passed through the Bebops bar, according to court documents. But most of it came from the bikers' "Quebec connection," a steady stream of coke brought by car along Highway 401 from Montreal, where the Angels have long had a power base.

Times have changed. Five years ago, Ontario's outlaw bikers were scattered among a handful of gangs, such as the Satan's Choice, Outlaws and Para-Dice Riders, whose interests lay chiefly in motorcycle runs, small-scale drug trafficking and extortion. They jousted for position and occasionally clashed, but for the most part kept to themselves.

The ground began shifting in the late 1990s, when emissaries from the Quebec branch of the Hells Angels launched a methodical campaign to gather all of Ontario's bikers under the Angels' death's-head emblem. Heading up the membership drive was Hamilton-born Walter (Nurget) Stadnick, who was convicted in Montreal last month of drug trafficking, conspiracy to commit murder and gangsterism.

"The greatest myth the public has is that these individuals are motorcycle enthusiasts; they are not," says Detective Inspector Don Bell, head of the BEU. "This is sophisticated organized crime, people that you do not want in our community."

No single crime organization controls the cocaine trade, says RCMP Superintendent Ron Allen, who oversees drug enforcement in the Greater Toronto Area. "The different groups work the same way the police do; they integrate.

"But in the majority of major shipments of cocaine we find -- meaning loads of say, 20 kilos or 60 kilos -- when we peel back the layers we constantly find some level of involvement by the bikers. They have their hands in it at all levels: shipment, distribution, money collection."

That's in Southern and Central Ontario. Elsewhere in the province, there's less sharing. "In the north, the HA more or less control the market. It's red-and-white coke or no coke," says the BEU's Det. Insp. Bell, referring to the Hells Angels' colours.

That monopoly is reflected in the quality of the product. In Toronto, cocaine seizures commonly yield a drug that is 85-per-cent or even 90-per-cent pure. In Sudbury, Thunder Bay or Timmins, the purity can be as low as 25 per cent.

Data compiled by Toronto's Centre for Addiction and Mental Health paints a more disturbing picture. Cocaine abuse among Ontarians in Grades 7, 9 and 11 peaked in 1979, when 5.3 per cent admitted using the drug in the previous 12 months. Then came a steady decline, to a 1993 low of 1.5 per cent.

Detective Constable J. D. Lapell, a veteran drug officer with the Guelph detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police, says police across Southwestern Ontario are for the first time seeing an increase in the use of methamphetamine and powdered cocaine at high schools.

"And the information we're getting is that a lot of this goes back to the bikers, channelled through many sets of hands."

In 1997, the figure had edged up to 2.7 per cent -- roughly the same as with ecstasy use -- while the figure for marijuana was 25.9 per cent. By last year, among that same group, both ecstasy and marijuana use had increased slightly. But the rise in cocaine use was much more pronounced, almost double the 1997 figure, reaching 5.1 per cent.

Ed Adlaf, a research scientist at the centre, offers a twofold explanation for the recent jump. One is a diminished realization of the damage cocaine causes. The second, he says, is that there's far more cocaine on the street than there used to be. "More and more students are reporting easy availability, compared to the early 1990s."

George Siciliano, a Hells Angels "hangaround," made extensive use of his contacts with the gang to establish a drug network in Thunder Bay, court documents show. He bought cocaine and marijuana in British Columbia's Lower Mainland and shipped it east on cars, buses and airplanes. Distribution was through the Thunder Bay chapter of the Hells Angels and their associates.

In August of last year, police arrested Mr. Siciliano and seven other people in Northern Ontario and Vancouver. In January, he pleaded guilty to three drug-related charges in exchange for a 10-year prison sentence.

But the full scope of the Hells Angels' international ties, and the scale of their cocaine business in Ontario, came to light only in June of 2002, in the Kingston area, when police seized as astonishing 600 kg of cocaine.

On June 13 of that year, on the open ocean near the Grenadines and St. Vincent, RCMP agent Callen took delivery of the 600 kg of cocaine, compressed into book-sized bricks. The shipment had originated in Venezuela but was delivered by two well-dressed Colombians in a war canoe, guarded by a dozen men armed with Mac 10 and Uzi submachine guns.

Mr. Denault and a co-conspirator both told Mr. Callen the huge drug haul was destined for the Hells Angels, prosecutor Ron Sonley said before Mr. Denault was sentenced to a 15-year penitentiary term.

That really doesn't sound to me like the Hells angels are no longer a threat to public safety. Julian Sher's book The Road to Hell is the story of how the Hells have taken over the Canadian crime scene.

Steven Lindsay and Raymond Bonner from the Hells Agnels lost their criminal organization appeal in Ontario June 2009.

When courts have too much power

Well we all know that power tends to corrupt and how some say absolute power corrupts absolutely. Well I think the latest decision from an Ontario court is a perfect example of that. Now I know this is going to be controversial because I totally oppose violence against and exploitation of sex trade workers. Yet there are two points to make about this slippery slope.

In BC we have witnessed the other extreme, when courts have too little power to deal with gangs and organized crime. We see the limp noodle effect or the shocking extreme of a judge throwing out good evidence for no real reason. One threw out a case even though the police got a search warrant. They said the judge erred in giving them the search warrant. Another threw out a case because although the police got a search warrant and knocked on the front door before entering, they didn’t knock on the back door as well. I kid you not.

One poor cop was so worried about these wacko judges he got written permission to search a guy’s car. The judge even threw that case out because the cop did a pat down of the suspect which was in violation of his rights. Clearly we see judges in BC that are inept or corrupt. I don’t know why McLean’s ran an article about Quebec being the most corrupt province. Clearly BC is.

OK s here’s the deal. An Ontario court has ruled that anti prostitution laws are “not in accord with the principles of fundamental justice." This decision has completely stepped off the limb into the real of the Twilight zone. It’s one thing to hold a law up to the Constitution or the Charter of Rights. All laws are subject to that higher law but to say a law created by a democratically elected government violates fundamental justice? What the hell is that?

The common term in natural justice. Regardless the term fundamental justice is subjective. Who’s definition? Who holds the golden measuring stick? Would that definition change with each person we poll? A constitution or a Charter of Rights is clearly defined on paper. The subjective concept of fundamental justice as a measuring stick gives judges absolute power over a democratic society and that is not a good thing.

Before we discuss prostitution let’s look at NAFTA. Free trade is fine but giving courts power over elected governments is not a good thing. TILMA is the same idea but more extreme. It is a trade agreement that exists between BC and Alberta that some are trying to extend across the country.

The agreement makes it illegal for any level of government to make a law that would inhibit a Corporation’s ability to make a profit. I kid you not. The implications are frightening. What if the people say they want to create a law that protects the environment?

Say a province has a lot of environmentalists in it’s constituency and says they want to ban off shore drilling or oil sands cultivation within their jurisdiction. TILMA says a Corporation could then sure that government for creating a law that inhibits their ability to make a profit and win. That is absurd. The case isn’t even heard in a court of law it’s heard in some tribunal.

What if a province wants public health care? According to the trade agreement a private corporation could sue the government because public health care inhibits their ability to make a profit. Here we see a trade agreement and a tribunal over ride a democratic society’s rights.

They say prostitution is the oldest profession. What goes on between two consenting adults is really their business. Yet the effects of prostitution and drug addiction can make a serious impact on a community. To say that it is illegal for a community to ban prostitution is as absurd as saying it is illegal for a community to ban crack houses. Yet that is clearly what some lobbyists are trying to do.

I don’t think this would help reduce violence against sex trade workers any more than legalizing crack would see a reduction in organized crime. It would only make it more prevalent and much harder to prosecute.

The point is a democratic society has the right to create just laws to govern that society. Saying a community is legally bound to buy drug addicts needles and drugs is absurd. This law would only benefit organized crime and is the very reason it is being pushed. Upholding individual rights is a good thing. Expanding that to the erroneous claim that it is a human right to commit crime is nonsense.

If a community has democratically chosen to legalize prostitution or crack then that is their choice. Forcing that decision upon a democratic society against their will is lawlessness.

--------------------------------------------------------

Just as we thought, extremists are billing this as "emancipation day" also known as anarchy. Yet here's another wacko abusing the Charter of Rights once again. He runs a clothing optional nudist colony and was charged with public nudity when he and two other guys went through a drive through at Wendy's in their car naked. The teller was offended but they didn't care. They said their rights were more important than hers and they are counter suing under the Charter of Rights. They say laws baning public nudity violate a persons charter rights.

This is what I'm talking about. Wackos will take as much as we let them. Giving a judge power to override just laws in a democratic society is absolute lawlessness. It has nothing to do with justice whatsoever. One persons rights don't overrun another persons rights. No doubt the nudist case will be thrown out but imagine what would happen if some wacko judge said he's right. Laws banning public nudity violate his individual rights?

So when the dirty old pervert in a trench coat starts flashing old ladies or little girls, the police can't arrest him. That is insane. So when the three amigos pull up to the drive through at Wendy's naked in their car and start doing the pee wee Herman or when someone decides to go to a movie theatre naked and start doing the pee wee Herman in public, that's ok and if someone is offended by that, that's their problem. Nonsense.

We did have something similar in the Newton Wave pool in Surrey. The pool stopped renting out then pool to a nudist colony for them to use at their leisure so to speak. The nudists sued and said it was discrimination and they won. I'm certainly not swimming in a public pool after they had their orgy in it.

My concern with striking down the prostitution laws is the whole can of worms it opens. Like I said what consenting adults do behind closed doors is their business. But when you have open prostitution and open crack use that wrecks havoc on a community. No wacked out judge has the right to tell me I have to put up with that in my community.

That's the time to change the laws that govern the selection and retention of judges. It's the time we enact legislation that lets us fire bad judges because they clearly have too much power and it has clearly gone to their head. Legalization of prostitution will not stop the exploitation. It will only make in impossible to control.

Find your balance in life

Life is complicated. So are relationships. We're all busy just trying to make ends meet. Yet busy is good. By the sweat of thy brow thou shalt labour all the days of thy life and in this life ye shall have joy. Hard work is a critical element of joy. There is no happiness or self respect without it. The ability to work isn't a curse, it is a blessing. It is the means of all accomplishment.

Keeping that in mind, not all causes are good. Some causes are distractions. I remember the saying no other success compensates for failure in the home. This is true. Yet there comes a time when everyone must stand on their own and give an account of their own life and their own choices independent of anyone else. We can't blame our choices on others.

Corruption in politics is without question discouraging. Yet politicians start and end wars. Politicians raise and lower taxes. Politicians grant and remove civil liberty. Despite the fact that politicians have the worst reputation on the planet for being dishonest self serving sleazebags, their job is important because it affects so many others. That is why their job is under constant attack by sinister forces that strive to enslave the public physically and financial.

They say circumstances don't make the person, they reveal them to themselves and to the rest of the world. Circumstances have revealed that Linda Hepner and Gregor Robertson are self serving idiots dripping in corruption. Everyone knows that. That's why neither of them are running for reelection. What's so astounding is why on earth John Horgan and Justin Trudeau would spit in Surrey's face and interfere with a local election to defiantly oppose the will of the people. Buying the pipeline was astounding. Supporting the LRT knowing the infrastructure nightmare it will create is pure evil. Putting marginalized kids on a traffic island is just plain wrong.

Consequently, they too will fall like many others before them whose pride defied the public interest. Yet before we jump to another tidal extreme, I will once again make a public appeal for balance and common sense. Not everything John Horgan did was bad. Getting rid of bridge tolls was good. Implementing a neo con mobility tax is not. Lower taxes is better for everyone. That is what creates jobs and fuels the economy. It's a win win situation. The more people who are working, the more tax revenue the government makes.

The NDP have not address organized crime in BC. Nor have they fixed the BC Hydro fraud and I'm not sure Andrew Wilkinson will either. Privatizing everything is not always prudent. That is what created the Hydro disaster in Ontario and in BC. Gordon Campbell privatized the independent power brokers that sell power to the public company at above market rates. As Norm Farrell pointed out, that has created a 5 billion dollar tax fraud the public are going to have to cover. Since we all know that, failing to contract in the independent power brokers makes the current government culpable in that crime. This is why no one trusts any single political party with absolute power. They are all corrupt and they all need to be publicly accountable.

Green Justice is a third party sponsor that posts policies and supports any candidate from any party that embraces those policies. That is who we are and what we do. Peace.

Doug Ford on legal pot and gun control

I don't like Doug Ford for obvious reasons. His brother was an abusive drunk and a chronic crack addict while Doug stood right beside him. I have no problem with him being a right wing conservative. I have a problem with him being a wing nut. However, as I keep saying, although no two people agree on every issue, likewise no two people disagree on every issue either.

I agree with Doug Ford's administration of legalized pot. As we know, I didn't support legalization, I supported decriminalization. However, since legalization is upon us, I support the free market. In Ontario, Doug Ford has handed over distribution of legal pot to the private sector and I agree with that move. I'm not sure why he would slash the number of Toronto city councilors by half but privatized pot is good for everyone. Privatized power is not. I support public power.

I do NOT agree with Doug Ford's position on gun control. I believe in the New York Model for crime reduction and the Swiss Model for gun control. I do not believe in the Amsterdam model for crime promotion and Hitler's model for gun control. Implementing the New York crime reduction model is the most effective way to deal with gang and gun violence known to man. Although I didn't like Stephen Harper, I totally agreed with his elimination of the long gun registry.

Canada 2019 Election Synopsis

My daughter summed up the election paradox well. She had studied the various candidates and came to the conclusion that each candidate said some things she agreed with and other things she disagreed with. I think that's how the majority of Canadians felt.

It's amusing how the Main Stream Media spins things. They claim 63% of people want Scheer to step down as leader. Yeah? 63% of who? The people who didn't vote for him? He gained 26 seats and won the popularity vote. Still want pro rep now? If we had pro rep Scheer would now be Prime Minister. Jagmeet lost 15 seats and the NDP's popularity vote dropped from 19.7% to 15.9%. Yet the MSM applauds Jamgeet on a job well done. Why is that? Why is the MSM for Jagmeet and against Scheer? Because the MSM promotes the Corporate agenda and Jagmet was promoting the Pharmaceutical fraud. Free heroin for everyone was the ultimate end game of the legalization of all drugs and that is what organized crime in the pharmaceutical world want.

Scheer made the most gains except for the Bloq who took Quebec back from the NDP. So what happened in Quebec? We lost Thomas Mulcair. This is the beauty of Canada. No political party is going to gain a majority government without Quebec. Quebec in a sense has a veto as does Ontario. Since Quebec and Ontario have the largest population, they rightfully have the most seats and most of the election is decided by them. Alberta is just sour grapes. Everyone is sick of listening to Alberta. Airlift your oil to China. It's time to try something new.

Andrew Scheer did great. He should be kept on as leader for the duration. However, if the Conservatives ever want to return to power, they are going to need a candidate from Quebec or at least someone who can speak French properly. Jason Kenny can speak French but Quebec doesn't trust him for good reason. Raging Rachel launched a trade war with BC and Quebec. Then Jason Kenny became full born a*shole totally pissing off both provinces. If Jason Kenny took over as leader of the Conservatives I would drop my support in a heartbeat.

The Conservatives would instantly lose the gains Scheer made in BC and they wouldn't have a hope in hell of making any ground in Quebec. The French aren't stupid. When you f*ck them over they don't forget about it. They remember. Jason Kenny is toast federally.

Andrew Scheer should lead the opposition for the duration but if the Conservatives want to take the next election they need to recruit a leader from Quebec even Thomas Mulcair. I kid you not. If Preston Manning was willing to merge with Mulroneyism, the very entity the Reform Party was created to oppose, just to get elected, then why not merge with a Quebecer who believes in balanced budgets? That would win the day.

How do you think Brian Mulroney got elected? He was from Quebec and he could speak French. If you can't speak French, Quebec doesn't trust you and feel alienated. If you include Quebec, they will take you over the top. Mark my word. Together we are strong. Liberté, égalité, fraternité.

Stop the Surrey RCMP Fraud

So there we have it. The world revolved from night to day. We survived another Christmas and look forward to a Brave New Year. Once again the Surrey RCMP have raised their ugly head and revealed their petty agenda. Pride cometh before the fall so it does.
Once again the Surrey RCMP boldly embrace the Happy Bunny Syndrome and loudly declare it's all about them. This flyer they sent out and are putting up on billboards is shameful. The Surrey RCMP doesn't give a flying f*ck about the cost of anything. They only care about themselves. That's all they care about. If they only cared about policing it wouldn't be so bad but they don't. They only care about self preservation. That's all they care about. It's time to get rid of the RCMP.
Quebec and Ontario are the largest provinces in Canada and they both formed municipal police forces. BC is the largest province left and the RCMP will do anything to stop BC from following Quebec and Ontario's lead. Their campaign is not about policing. It's about self preservation. That is all and now they are trying to infiltrate the BC Conservatives and lead them astray.

IHIT completely destroyed the Surrey Six investigation. We need to examine that. First it was the misconduct. It wasn't one investigator having an inappropriate relationship with one witness. It was a climate of unprofessional that permeated E Division and went back to the Friends of Craig Callen. Letting Jamie Bacon into Witness protection was the straw that broke the camel's back.

The amount of money the BC RCMP gave to Blaze and the Rat pack was obscene. The amount of money they waste on an ongoing basis is obscene. They are not fiscally responsible.

When those IHIT clowns were getting drunk with witnesses they charged taxpayers overtime for their partying. The RCMP are very protective of their school anti gang gig because they charge overtime for it while Kal Dosanjh from Kidspaly does it for free as a volunteer.

Hells Angel deported

Well this is good news. Another Hells Angels member is to be deported as the refugee board declares the Hells Angels a criminal organization. Alejandro Mariano Chung, 43, a citizen of Chile who came to Canada in 1979 but never obtained Canadian citizenship, is the latest man tied to the Hells Angels to be deported because the Hells Angels have been deemed a criminal organization. Does this mean we can send David Giles back to Wales?

The Refugee Board has ruled that the Hells Angels are a criminal organization and that the business of the Hells Angels is crime, which is absolutely true. Almost all of the members of the Manitoba chapter have criminal records, mostly convictions for drug trafficking, their primary criminal activity, police said. In Ontario, 67.2% of Hells Angels members had a criminal conviction, 43% drug-related, police said.

Not long after becoming a hang-around, Mr. Chung was one of only two people inside the Winnipeg clubhouse on July 29, 2010, when authorities arrived to seize it under the Criminal Property Forfeiture Act. This brings us back to Maureen Forestell’s act of treason in Ontario. Criminal organization legislation still exists. No corrupt judge can change that. Seizing the proceeds of crime are still the proceeds of crime.

The decision on the logo was in my opinion a bad decision but a separate issue. In the US the police tried to seize the Mongols logo but that was overturned. Seizing the proceeds of crime is still fair game. I’m not a big fan of giving the government power to seize assets for any reasons. Yet in this case where the Hells Angels are clearly a criminal organization whose drug trafficking network is holding the country hostage with violence, I think we definitely need to follow through and seize their assets.

Three other non-Canadian members of the gang have been detained and removed from Canada because of their ties. Mitchell Vaughan, a member of the Hells Angels Nomads chapter from Melbourne, Australia, was detained in Victoria, B.C. and, on Sept. 30, 2011, was deported to his homeland.

In 2010, Mark Staples, treasurer of the Downtown Toronto Chapter of the gang, who came to Canada from Scotland in 1969 when he was seven years old but never became a Canadian, was stopped at Vancouver airport when returning from Japan. He was travelling on a British passport and deported to the U.K. in 2010.

Deporting them is a good step but it’s not going to solve the problem because most of the bad apples are from here. Yet it will limit their ability to travel to other countries to promote their international drug trafficking network.

Adam Hall was sent back to the United States in 2007 when he was deemed inadmissible to Canada despite having a Canadian mother. A member of the Hells Angels in Massachusetts, he currently faces charges of killing three men, one of whom was scheduled to testify against him in another trial.

In Massachusetts the Hells Angels have been convicted of trafficking crystal meth, a highly toxic and addictive drug made with drano. Adam Hall and his motley crew of misfits are facing many charges including the murder of the witness who was going to testify again Hall in a cocaine trafficking case. Adam Hall has also been accused of being involved with forced prostitution. Deporting these idiots for criminal activity and belonging to a criminal organization is a step forward.

Rob Ford declares state of emergency in Ontario

Doug Ford has declared a state of emergency and issued a stay at home order closing schools. That raging lunatic has completely lost his mind. People can joke about crazy conspiracy theories all they want. What Rob Ford is now doing is crazy. Launching another lockdown committing financial ritual suicide while Wuhan is throwing pool parties and dance parties, that is crazy.

They are lying about the numbers. They claim over 10,000 people have died from Coronavirus mostly in care homes. Yet the same number of seniors died last year as the year before. CBC straight up lied about the hospitalization rates in Manitoba. What you need to do is film your empty hospitals and post it on Rumble. YouTube will take the videos down but Rumble won't.

Covid has more than a 98% survival rate. It does not affect children the way it affects seniors. There is NO reason to close down schools. The virus swept over us last February. This second wave is fake. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.

People say Donald Trump was a dictator. He abused his power. Actually, this is what a dictator looks like. This is what the abuse of power is. Rob Ford is NOT a conservative. He's a New Con. There' a big difference. A Neo Con is a new con artist who pretends to be a conservative when in reality is a tax and spend globalist. We need to stand against this chemical attack on our economy and our financial independence which came from the Communist Party of China and their State run Media. Next they will be telling us the Tiananmen square massacre never happened when we know it did. The media is lying to us. Find out why.

Did Domenic Violi and the Calabrians in Hamilton execute the Rizzutos in Montreal?

Freddy’s talk about Vito Rizzuto getting out of prison on Friday reminded me I better finally spit it out. Back when there was a rash of murders attacking the Rizzutos in Montreal, I said that I think the Hells Angels are behind it. Again people said I was crazy. Although the Hells Angels worked closely with the Rizzutos in the past, I pointed out that the D’Amicos in Granby were empowered to threaten the Rizzutos because they had the backing of the Hells Angels. People claim the D’Amicos in Granby are a small family. There was a kidnapping and confrontation between the Hells Angels and the Rizzutos around that time.

The rationale behind my theory was simple. The Hells Angels are compulsive liars and consistent betrayers. They are taking over the drug trade all over Canada. It was strange that no one was claiming responsibility for the Montreal murders. Back in Ireland, someone always claims responsibility for the murder. It is the Hells Angels that lie and deny every murder they commit. Why sometimes they even attend the funeral of people they have been accused of hiring the hit on.

The sniper in the bushes killing one of the Rizzutos in their home in front of their family was a red flag. That’s not a Sicilian hit. It almost looked military. Not to claim the CIA has been involved in any drug trafficking in Vietnam, Nicaragua or Mexico. Much. But if they were, they would no doubt chose sides like they did in Operation Fast and Furious.

The flaming red flag was the firebombing of a funeral home. I don’t know any Catholic that would do that whether they be Sicilian, Irish or French. It had to be someone else. That sounded more like the MO of your local 666. When I had mentioned to my author friend from Montreal when he was visiting about more Rizzutos being killed, he instantly said he thought it was the Calabrians working with the Hells Angels. Others have said similar things. Not an earth shattering theory since I am told it was the subject of one of the Godfather movies. The Calabrian part that is, not the Hells Angels.

So finally I recently heard from someone in the know in Quebec and I asked them who was killing the Rizzutos. Their answer was simple and concise, the Calabrians in Hamilton, namely Domenic Violi. They said Domenic Violi is now in power in Canada and is cleaning up. That is who the people in Quebec think it is. They said it was in retaliation for the murder of Paolo Violi and for pushing them out of Montreal in the first place.

“Sources told QMI Agency Dominic and Giuseppe Violi were seen in Little Italy and the city's downtown district just days before the Mafia don was felled by a sniper's bullet in the kitchen of his north-end home late last year.”

Since the Hells Angels have a huge control of the drug trade in Ontario, it would make sense that they would align themselves with the Violis there. It also makes sense that if the Rizzutos were supplying the Bloods and the Rock Machine cocaine, they would want to put a stop to that. After all, that is why they shot Chenier Dupuy from the Bo-Gars who are aligned with the Bloods in Montreal. The Hells Angels supply the Crips through Greg Wooley. Chenier Dupuy refused to work for the Hells Angels so the neo Nazis shot him dead. Or at least paid someone to do so.

Even Italian prosecutors claim that Ontario has become a base for the Calabrian Mafia, or 'Ndrangheta. It’s not that I’m choosing sides. I don’t support the sale of crack or crystal meth period. I just hate liars and betrayers and that is all the Hells Angels do in Canada.

May 5th Rally outside Durham Police Headquarters

Police on Guard is reporting that there is a rally in support of Constable Erin Howard 9;00 AM May 5th outside the Durham Police Headquarters 605 Rossland Road East Whitby, Ontario. Constable Howard was disciplined for supporting the Charter of Rights which all police officers have sworn an oath to defend. We've heard a lot of shady sh*t about the Durham PD.

When the Government becomes PIMP

I am told the truth hurts and abuse of sex trade workers does go on in indoor brothels as well. I'm glad to hear the Tories are appealing the Ontario decision. I'm not sure Iggy would. I've already talked about some of my concerns with giving courts power to over ride democratic laws in society. I'll just clarify the concerns with how they specifically relate to the Ontario court's decision to strike down existing anti prostitution laws.

Like every decision there are up sides and down sides. As the decision stated, prostitution itself wasn't illegal in Canada. Some laws were created making some kinds of public prostitution illegal. All anyone has to do is open up a copy of the Georgia Straight or read the personal adds of any newspaper to see that there currently exists a huge tolerance for private prostitution.

It's kind of like the difference between legalizing marijuana and decriminalizing it. Human nature takes a mile when given an inch. If we legalized pot, would that mean we have to offer urine samples at road blocks instead of breath tests because driving under the influence of pot is just as bad as driving under the influence of alcohol. Sometimes things are just better off left alone.

So what's the next step - legalize prostitution completely and tax it? I spoke with one sex trade worker who opposes legalization. Most cities already make people pay for escort licenses. In Kamloops they have to pay $3,000.00 a year for an escort license. Right now the city is the pimp. If we legalized prostitution would these escorts now have to pay income tax? Would that not make escorts a target for laundering drug money?

Many would rightfully argue that the government would be a nicer pimp than the Hells Angels would. Metaphorically speaking of course. Yet if prostitution was legalized that would not get rid of the Hells Angels control and involvement. It didn't in Amsterdam. In Amsterdam the city hall was upset that the Hells Angels used extortion and bully tactics to buy a brothel for far less than what it was worth.

I'm not concerned about what goes on between consenting adults. I am concerned about dealers and pimps who turn someone into an addict then force them to a life of prostitution and abuse. Especially minors. I say abuse because most street prostitutes are abused.

I remember driving around Surrey when my kids were younger and seeing all the prostitutes pretending to be hitchhikers I said I remember back in my day when hitch hikers were really hitch hikers.

Back in the day, things were different. In Vancouver you'd see the classy hooker around Richards. If you were a heterosexual John you had to be careful around Seymour Street as that was referred to as Tranny Alley. Back in the day, enforcers would beat up Johns for abusing or mistreating the ladies. That has certainly changed.

The East Van prostitutes were very different. They were drug addicted beaten and abused. It was really sad to see. No one in their right mind would want to pay money to have sex with them. Since the crack explosion, that's what happened to the Surrey prostitute. The drugs quickly took their toll and what used to be a pretty young girl quickly became a deformed shadow of what that young laddie used to be. They're scary.

That's why I get so upset when I hear court decisions that tell me I must have a safe injection site in my neighbourhood and I must pay for it with my tax doctors. Like hell I do. There isn't enough money for real hospitals and schools so there certainly isn't enough money to buy addicts drugs. No doctor in their right mind would prescribe alcohol for alcoholics yet in essence that is exactly what some are saying.

On another side note, I heard that Judge Walker in California just overturned Prop 8 and has been getting a lot of slack over it. I also heard that he just announced that he is resigning effective December 31 2010. I'm not going to get into the Prop 8 argument. I'm just concerned when a judge starts overstepping their boundaries and starts telling me what to believe and what to spend my tax dollars on.

As a reader has pointed out in my previous post the Notwithstanding Clause of section 33 of the Charter of Rights is well worth examining. I was not aware of that loop hole and am not sure I am comfortable with it. The government can violate the Charter of Rights if it says notwithstanding. I'm not sure that's a good thing. I think the better route would be to make judges publicly accountable by creating a provision were bad judges could be recalled or simply fired.

The rise and fall of Preston Manning

It was nice to see Preston Manning interviewed on television recently. He was the Dalai Lama of the conservative movement in Canada. Before everything went wrong that is. It was nice to see him photographed with the one and only Ron Paul. Preston Manning used to be like Ron Paul, until he dropped the ball.

I saw a short clip of one of his interviews where he said two profound things. Reflecting upon the /90’s when the Reform party swept the west he was asked if things have changed since then. Manning’s first observation was that they took a firm stand on balancing the budget and reducing the debt back then and were considered quite radical for doing so at the time. Now he observes that every party talks about balancing the budget and reducing the debt so that is progress. Yet talking the talk and walking the walk are two very different things.

Manning also made a profound statement. He spoke in favor of the environment and said being fiscally responsible is being environmentally responsible. The idea behind balancing the budget is to save something for the next generation. Here Preston Manning is applying that same principle to protecting the environment.

He admits it’s a tough sell within the current party and many defensively raise their hands at the thought suggesting there is still some work to be done to convince the new party that protecting the environment is being fiscally responsible. In fact, Stephen Harper has done the exact opposite.

As we remember, the Reform Party completely swept the West coast and won almost every seat. The movement stopped dead in Ontario where many saw it as a separatist party which was not true. Reform’s position was if Quebec wants to separate, let them. The sky will not fall. Ontario couldn’t grasp the idea and stood apart. That’s when Reform saw they had gone as far as they could go and needed to make some new alliances if they were to take Ottawa. Or restore some burned bridges.

This famous quote from the past is the ultimate historic deception from Brutus himself: As party members gathered in Saskatoon, policy director Stephen Harper told the assembly they must set aside their fringe status and take the fight to Parliament Hill. "We are not here to fight Preston Manning," Harper told the party's grassroots. "We are here to help Preston Manning. We are here to fight Brian Mulroney and Jean Chrétien and Audrey McLaughlin."

How on earth could Stephen Harper make that statement with a straight face? Clearly his masterful deception meant he was going places. Remember Harry Potter? Remember Tom Riddle? Rearrange the letters in Tom Riddle’s name and you get Lord Voldemort. Well, Stephen Harper is Brian Mulroney. Suggesting at one time he was mandated to fight him when he has done everything in his power to mimic and embrace him reveals the neo con implant.

It really comes as no surprise. Preston Manning’s original quest was to balance the budget to save social programs not destroy them. Preston Manning challenged us to look beyond the left and right and see issues not stereotypes. The slogan was unite the bright. Only the staff made a typo and printed unite the right so they decided to run with it. They merged with the very Mulroney neo con they originally set out to oppose and under Stephen Harper’s leadership became just like him.

We saw Preston Manning rise. He fell when he embraced Stephen Harper’s con. He fell when he continues to embrace that deception in an attempt to unite the right knowing full well that right is no longer right. Preston Manning fell when he embraced Harper and Christy Clark’s pee wee Herman advisor that is obsessed with spending tax dollars on advertizing to convince voters how to think when Reform promised to poll voters to create policies not brainwash them like big brother. Indeed great has been the fall there of. Stephen Harper is no Ron Paul. He is the exact opposite. Corporate communism has been revealed and we are now funding China’s military expansion.

Bikers, Drug Dealers and Stamp Collectors

Just to follow up on my Jamie Bacon Millennial biker's b*tch post I want to add that Damion Ryan is not a biker either. He's a drug dealer. He got his patch from the Ontario Village Idiots for the same reason Gerard Ward did. They were both simply drug dealers.

There are two points I'd like to make. Every province except BC make Hells Angel drug busts. Not all Hells Angels sell drugs but the CFSEU doesn't bust the ones that do because they are completely compromised. Instead, the CFSEU goes on a public tirade defaming all bikers. Riding motorcycles isn't the problem. Selling drugs is the problem.

Instead of confronting the ones that sell drugs, they give them police protection to rat out rivals and inform on the people they hired to commit murders. Then they have these public press conferences harassing the ones that want to go on a ride. That is not equal protection of the law. That is lawlessness because the freedom of association is protected by law.

Dirty politicians like Justin Trudeau are afraid of bikers and want to stop them. He doesn't want to stop them from selling drugs. He wants to stop them from going on rides and assembling because it is a threat to his lust for absolute power.

Let's compare motorcycle rallies to stamp collecting. There is nothing wrong with either. What if someone who collects stamps also sell drugs? Should we outlaw stamp collecting? Of course not. Outlawing motorcycle rallies is equally absurd. Once they do that, they most certainly won't stop there. They will pursue anyone and everyone they see as a threat to their power.

The people are not supposed to be afraid of the government. The government is supposed to be afraid of the people. The government work for the people. The people don't work for the government. They need to be regularly reminded of that. Mind how ya go.

Adolf Hitler and George Lucas

Let's have a look at something abstract then take a look at Central America while we take a closer look at ourselves and organized crime. Adolf Hitler did in reality exist. He wasn't a figment of our imagination and concerns about him were not conspiracy theories. We all know that Hitler was bad but do we all know how he tricked the German people? Twice.

George Lucas wrote an allegory in his Star Wars saga. The first three episodes of his classic saga were pretty clear cut good versus evil. The bad guys were referred to as Stormtroopers just like Hitler referred to his SA. Yet the first three episodes didn't explain how the Empire took over the Republic and chased them around the galaxy as a handful of rebels. That was explained in the next three episodes which as we know happened before the original three.

So, once upon a time there was an aspiring senator named Palpatine. He wanted to become a dictator and turn the free republic into an empire that he controlled. To accomplish this he had a cunning plan. He would hire mercenaries to attack his home planet. He would then use that attack to gain sympathy in the senate and become elected chancellor or head of state.

Hitler did the same thing. Hitler got his SA to burn down the German parliament buildings and blame it on terrorists to enrage the German people and give him special powers as the head of state. He too became chancellor. Hitler used that false flag attack to gain control of the senate so he could become a dictator.

Then he got his SA to burn down a German radio station and blame it on Poland to enrage the public and justify his invasion of Poland. The rest is history. I'm not saying the entire Star Wars saga is about Hitler. I'm saying George Lucas took small bits of what Hitler did and wrote about it in an elaborate fictional allegory about how an evil power took over a free people and oppressed them.

Although I agree with Eileen Mohan in that criminals are abusing our sacred Charter of Rights, I also agree with Justin Trudeau. The Charter of Rights is a sacred document we can all be proud of. We should not at any time remove individual rights and freedoms to respond to any emergency be it real or manufactured.

The judges in BC are not enforcing the same federal laws here as they are in Ontario. Ontario has deemed the Hells Angels to be a criminal organization because of their documented criminal activity. There is no reason we can't do the same without throwing away the charter of rights. We need more public accountability not less.

The Patriot Act in the US is far from patriotic. The intrusive security measures at the border are suspicious. The 9/11 terrorists did not enter the US from Canada. They entered the US directly from other countries. In fact, it was the CIA who over ruled the governing body that refused to issue the 9/11 terrorists passports so if anyone needs more security and accountability it's the CIA not Canada.

Oh and Sarah Palin is whacked. Islam is a world religion that is safeguarded under the US Constitution. Too many US extremists are too quick to throw out the Constitution over manufactured emergencies just like Senator Palpatine.

Ecstasy case thrown out over charter violations

My first thought when reading the headline was another crackpot judge throwing out another gang related drug bust over a stupid technicality. Like the case where police when exercising a search warrant knocked on the front door but failed to knock on the back door too. Throwing out all that evidence over that technicality was absurd. Or setting Jon Bacon free after he was caught with two machines gun and a silencer.

However, this case is a little more complicated and warrants a discussion on the importance of the Charter and the right to be protected from unnecessary searches and seizures. Obviously that clause has many of us dealing with the violence of a drug related gang war frustrated.

Historically, the clause was added to the US Constitution after the founding fathers in the American revolution said they didn't want big brother meddling in their affairs all the time. The purpose of the clause was not to help organized crime. The purpose of the clause was to prevent us from becoming a police state like in a Communist country or under the Third Reich where citizens can be randomly searched at any time for any reason. It is easy to see how that could easily be exploited if the police simply wanted to harass someone for their religious or political beliefs.

Personally I think if you're a known gang member then that would suffice as just cause to randomly search that known gang member when they go out in public for drugs or guns. If you're a known gang member with a firearms ban then that would be just cause to randomly search that known gang member or their vehicle for firearms. Not in their home in the middle of the night. When they go out in public and threaten public safety.

The courts don't necessarily see it that way but I don't think we should change the Charter and water it down. The problem rises in what the police define as a gang member or a terrorist. If you are a Branch Dividian, does that make you a gang member or a terrorist? No it does not. What if you are a member of a trade union or a Muslim? Does that make you a terrorist or a risk to public safety? No it does not.

Protecting the charter is an important thing. Yet it is also important to remember the spirit of the Charter and the reason it was introduced. The purpose of the charter is not to protect organized crime it is to protect individuals right to freedom of association. Now that freedom of association does not include the right to commit crime or belong to a criminal organization and no, joining a bowling league or motorcycle club does not automatically mean criminal organization.

However, the case law has been long established that the Hells angels use the name and reputation of their organization to sell and protect people who sell drugs for them. It has become clear that the Hells Angels use puppet clubs to sell drugs and to commit crime for them. After it had been legally established that the hells angels are a criminal organization, their clubhouse was seized in Halifax. Changing the name of that clubhouse to Darksiders, Bacchus or Anarchy bikers does not removed the Hells angels criminal involvement and vested interest in that clubhouse.

We have seen televised fictional drama about police investigating large drug operations and how important timing is to make the bust. The comedy Bad Boys showed the police getting a search warrant in the middle of the night for an urgent application before the drugs were moved. Likely that was the intent of the police getting a telephone warrant from a court outside of their jurisdiction in the Richmond Ecstasy bust.

I have two points. First, the human ego is apparent. Judges and police are all human. They can and do sometimes become arrogant thinking they are god and the other organization is subordinate to them. As common as that seems, there is no place for arrogance or power struggles in law enforcement.

My other point is that in my opinion one of the most important reasons for requiring the police to get a search warrant is to see what kind of evidence the police have that would give them reason to believe drugs or firearms are in that locations. If the police are going to use dynamic entry with weapons drawn, then they better be sure they have the right house or the right suite number.

Not long ago we saw a case in Ontario where the police broke in with guns drawn and had the wrong house. In another case in Ontario SWAT had the wrong house and the tenant fired back thinking it was a home invasion. Getting a search warrant hopefully minimizes the number of mistakes of crashing down the wrong door.

I do think knocking on the door is important. My father always used to object to ERT wearing balaclavas. He'd say if some guy with an automatic weapon wearing army fatigues and a balaclava comes baning on my door yelling open up it's the police, I'm sure not going to open the door. I have no idea it's not a terrorist.

Stun grenades sure sounds excessive too, especially when they get the wrong house. I realize that when making a large drug bust surprise is important. Every extra minute they take in opening the door they could be poring the drugs down the sink or toilet. Yet the whole idea of the police having a search warrant thinking that gives them the right to break down your door without notice and start throwing stun grenades anywhere they want is disturbing.

Protection from unnecessary searches and seizures, protection from arbitrary arrest and detainment, the requirement to be charged with an offense for an arrest and the right to a fair and reasonably speedy trial are indeed important rights in a world where strange things are happening in our political climate. The Constitution and the charter of rights in the spirit of the intent they were framed are still important measuring sticks to safeguard democracy.

Operation Fast and Furious in the Presidential Debate

People were asking me if I saw the presidential debate. I tried not to. My daughter had it on when I was working on the computer and I heard part of it. I really find it too upsetting to watch. Politicians will tell you what you want to hear to get elected then do what they want when they’re in power.

One blog reader pointed out that Romney mentioned Operation Fast and Furious in the debate. I missed that part and had to take another look at it on Youtube. I find it immensely hypocritical that Republicans in the States are trying to use Operation Fast and Furious to lynch Obama when George Bush did the exact same thing in Operation Wide Receiver. Both operations were wrong.

Yet I find the lack of media coverage about it in Canada to be disturbing. I also find Obama’s response to that question offensive. Romney brings the subject up and Obama responds by smiling and saying next question. The murder of a US border agent and bringing tons of cocaine into the United States is nothing to smile about.

Romney pointed out that the American people have heard very little about why Operation Fast and Furious was put in place and who was responsible for it since the president has exercised his executive privilege over it. Indeed, that is a huge concern. Keeping an unlawful state secret is not only unlawful but in this case is a threat to National Security.

There’s a new riveting TV series on called Last Resort. It is very dramatic and pushes the envelope to the extreme, but the point is that citizens are sworn to protect the constitution not the government. Helping the government break the constitution is treason. Defending the constitution is not.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the CIA arms dealing, drug trafficking and money laundering is a huge concern and a huge threat to national security as well as national prosperity. It didn’t just magically start in Fast and Furious and in Wide Receiver. Judge Bonner complained about the CIA bringing a ton of cocaine into Florida when he was a DEA agent.

The CIA kept adamantly denying it over and over again. Then when Judge Bonner went on 60 Minutes and documented everything they finally admitted it but said that as the only time and it was a mistake. They were trying to catch the bad guys. That was a lie. They made no attempt to track the cocaine or make any arrests just like in Fast and Furious.

This drug trafficking is non partisan. Barry Seal was deeply involved in the CIA’s drug trafficking and arms dealing out of Mena, Arkansas in support of the contra rebels in Nicaragua when Clinton was Governor of Arkansas under President Bush Sr. Oliver North and Richard Secord were in charge of everything that went in and out of Nicaragua at the time under Iran contra. Bo Gritz and Terry Reed both testified about George Bush Sr.’s role in drug trafficking for the CIA during Vietnam. It is a huge problem that has gone on for generations and has crashed banks as a result.

Income Tax Inequity

My other concern about the Presidential debate is the hypocrisy that continues. Romney kept repeating his plan is to reduce taxes for the middle class. Why does he keep saying that? Because he is telling voters what they want to hear and was caught on hidden camera saying the exact opposite.

I agree, putting a hidden camera on Romney was cheap. Yet his claim that 47% of Americans don’t want to work and won’t vote for him is typical of his real position on the matter. Romney is the rich criminals’ poster boy. There is nothing wrong with being rich. I do not support the redistribution of wealth. My concern is the investment fraud that continues where the rich continue to steal from the working class. The people who have jobs and pay taxes. Stealing tax dollars is wrong. That has nothing to do with not wanting to work. In that case it is the rich criminals who don’t want to work because they are stealing from those who are. As we saw on the cover of the Rolling Stones, that is what Bain Capital was all about.

Michael Moore raised a good point in his movie Capitalism a Love story. Reagan’s tenure as President saw a huge transformation in the nation’s taxation policy that went from one extreme to the other. At one point the rich were paying a huge percentage of income tax. Then after bankers and Wall Street took positions in office, that dramatically change to the opposite extreme where they pay next to nothing in income tax. Donald Trump is one example. Warren Buffett is another. Donald Trump, bragging about not paying any income tax at all is not right. It’s not a sign of being wise and shrewd in knowing tax laws. It is evidence of why the system has gone to the opposite extreme where the rich steal from the poor. This has nothing to do with the poor being jealous of the rich. It’s about everyone paying their fair share.

Warren Buffett pays less income tax than his secretary. He admits that’s wrong. His secretary pays income tax at a rate of 35.8 percent of income, while Buffett pays a rate at 17.4 percent. As we recall, back in the day, the more money you earned the higher the tax bracket that put you in. Seeing this go to the other extreme is disturbing. Not only because it has resulted in a huge amount of lost tax revenue which has compounded the debt, but also because it results in a huge amount of money hidden off shore that could be helping build the American economy. That is the MO of Bain Capital. To evade taxes by investing off shore. That doesn’t help the American economy. Investors shouldn’t be rewarded with tax deductions for doing that.

During the presidential debate, Romney was clear he wanted to maintain this status quo for the rich. That is not going to help repay the debt or rebuild the American economy. Romney’s quote was that the rich keep paying 60% of the tax. When a billionaire is in a much lower tax bracket than his secretary, that is wrong. I’m not saying we should go back to the other extreme where the rich are over taxed. I’m saying all these loop holes where the rich can evade taxes by investing off shore need to be replaced.

Financial Crisis in Canada

Recently there was a doom and gloom report claiming Alberta and Ontario are at high risk for a Greek financial crisis style collapse. These kind of manipulative statements are very disturbing. Of course Canada could see a Greek style financial collapse. We already saw how Earl Brian and the CIA used investment fraud to steal millions from Canadian investors to raise money for the October Surprise.

If it happened then, it could happen again. After all, that is what caused the Greek financial crisis - investment fraud. What was public money became private money, then all of a sudden disappeared. Goldman Sachs was directly involved. Iran contra wasn’t just about selling arms to Iran to free hostages. They paid Iran to keep the hostages until after the election.

The purpose of Iran contra was to sell Iran weapons to raise money to fund the contra rebels in Nicaragua. The purpose of the cocaine trafficking in Iran contra was to raise money for the contra rebels. In Al Martin’s book, the Conspirators, he goes into detail explaining how Jeb Bush instructed him to commit investment fraud to raise money under Iran contra for the contra rebels in Nicaragua. The Agency’s involvement with money laundering and investment fraud is nothing new. It has crashed banks in the past. Banks don’t crash all by themselves. Someone has to break in and steal from them. Usually it’s the people that own the banks who are involved in defrauding them.

Right now I see three problems that need to be addressed: The Agency’s arms dealing and drug trafficking, Tax inequity and investment fraud that is crashing banks and stealing tax dollars. These three things need to be addressed.
