Police seize $1.4 million from the Alkhalils

The National Post is reporting that "Police pressure on a self-made crime group built by five gangster brothers continued as authorities seized real estate housing a restaurant in Ontario and a nightclub in Quebec from the Alkhalil organization, claiming the buildings are the proceeds of crime." This is not a self made crime group. These are Hells Angels associates

Rabih Alkhalil was charged with cocaine trafficking along with Larry Amero in Montreal. Rabih Alkhalil is from Surrey and was in court for the murder of Johnnie Raposo in Toronto. Rabih Alkhalil is a suspect in the Sheraton Wall Centre shooting in Vancouver where Sandip Duhre was shot dead January 2013. They shot a Hells Angels rival. Police sources say that Alkhalil was the mastermind behind the Duhre murder, while Wiwchar was the suspected hitman.

Larry Amero attended Nabil Alkhalil's wedding in Ottawa with Jonathon Bacon before they were shot in Kelowna. The Alkhalils have been Hells Angels associates since day one. Another one of the brothers, Mahmoud Alkhalil, was shot dead in the Loft Six shooting back in August 2003. The Loft Six shooting was an attack on Hells Angels associates in Vancouver.

  1. The E. I. gangsters are very wealthy and have endless real estate developer associates. Slum Surrey with Hepner seem to be taking a lot of advantages to this Large Money Pool.

    1. Yes, laundering drug money through real estate is a huge concern.

  2. that certainly is an interesting read. Didn't see any of that on the t.v. news, locally. if some of the news channels would actually report on this sort of thing, at least t.v. would be a tad more interesting than reporting on whatever or the non reporting and just chatting.

Certainly do wonder, if the guys in Ontario are having property removed for "proceeds of crime" how is it going in B.C. with that sort of thing. Or is it reasonable to conclude we won't be seeing anything of the sort here in B.C. because a) the RCMP can't get its act together, b) the provincial government isn't sure what a criminal is, c) politicians are making money with the criminals?

    1. I think it's a tough haul in BC. We have judges like Ron Skolrood who have gone on record opposing criminal org legislation. The police are spending large amounts of tax dollars just establishing criminal org status. That happened once in Kelowna but they didn't name the criminal org. They just established that it was one. The police have seized the Nanaimo clubhouse and have applied to seize the Kelowna clubhouse but that is still being hashed out in court.

  3. It is not just the politicians. Think of the real estate prices in BC. Follow the trail to the banks, investment firms, developers, construction, etc.

You take this much "easy money" out of the economy and what would be the ramifications ...

    1. Excellent question. Catherine Austin Fitts talked about just that at 5:00 of this Yoututbe video in her Looting of America series where she refers to drug money as the parasite economy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LhIgvkc5CoQ

  4. NONE of these five brothers, ALL of whom became serious criminals were born in Canada. None of them. The survivors (two of course are dead) should be deported back to Saudi Arabia from whence they came, or Iran where the family is originally from. I am not thinking they would do well in either location, but that's not really our problem, and a one way ticket is definitely the most cost effective way to deal with this obvious problem as well as others that resemble it.

    1. Perhaps it would be more productive and effective to extradite the people they were working for - the Hells Angels. Like Chris Tucker said "Follow the rich white man."

    2. When is Trevor Jones going to get extradited?

    3. Can't we have both?" :D

But yeah, there are a lot of patch holders who are likely candidates for extradition to the US where they might actually get a sentence commensurate with their cross border criminal activities.
