Toronto Hells Angels clubhouse drug bust

Global is reporting that police executed search warrants in the Toronto Hells Angels clubhouse and an Oshawa townhouse which resulted in the seizure of a small amount of cocaine. Eight suspects have been arrested in total. I guess Ontario still has their BEU. Too bad BC did away with ours.

  1. B.C. most likely did away with theirs because it was costing money and any money laying around has to be given away to corporations. No need to use tax dollars to provide "additional" police services.

yes, last year Christy clark and her B.C. LIeberals gave $600 Million to the film industry and then last week she announces $100 million for the tech industry. Doesn't even say if the companies need to be Canadian. But if police departments need money to deal with gangs and crime in general, well there just isn't the money.

its like the children in foster care who die. the Minister responsible comes out with something along the line of, they're doing the best they can, with what they have. Obviously there is money to the tune of $700 million to give away for corporate welfare, but anything for police protection or children, just don't have the money.

The provincial government hasn't done much in Surrey or any other area in B.C. having gang problems. Just pour money into corporations.

    1. I can understand giving tax breaks to business to stimulate the economy but as you say, throwing away millions of dollars after cutting it out of the gang task force and disbanding the OMGU is very suspect. Like I said before, every time a police task force found organized crime, a government body disbanded that police task force:
