Devil's Reject murder trial in court

The Times Colonist is reporting that "John Dillon Brown thought he was going to receive money in exchange for dropping a lawsuit for injuries he received in a fight with bikers at the Voodoo Lounge in Campbell River. Instead, he was shot in the back of the head and stuffed in the trunk of his car, which was abandoned on the side of the road 75 kilometres north of Campbell River. That information was revealed Tuesday on the first day of Richard Ernest Alexander’s trial."

Going to the clubhouse thinking you're going to get paid for dropping a lawsuit after kicking their a*s probably wasn't very smart. I still wanna know if Priscilla capped him with her pink gun. Wasn't Priscilla on Rebel News reading stories to young children? It kinda looked like her.

When I was young, the image I had in my mind when I heard the term Hells Angel was similar to that of a Guardian Angel. I thought these guys were tough. They kept order in hell. Where angels fear to tread. I didn't see them as low life criminals who would steal cars and bully people. I thought one Hells Angel could take on five guys. I didn't think five Hells Angels would jump one guy just because he looked at them the wrong way or objected to them stealing his car and I certainly didn't think they would shoot someone with a pink gun. Priscilla and Rainbow Ricky are absolutely pathetic. So was Odis Garret. The world has changed so it has. We need to face that.

  1. Wonder how much of Alexander's previous history the Judge will allow as part of the prosecutions description of "who he is"?

    1. Criminal records are always relevant. I don't know what his is.

  2. I guess he wasn't smart enough to realize there's surveillance cameras literally everywhere these days.
I wonder how many people he's killed over the years...

    1. Idiots from the kid to the killer.

    2. I assume you're referring to the fact that the kid was a drug dealer. Makes ya kind of wonder if he was a rival or if he bit the hand that fed him.

    4. A few......
Ricky Alexander is a long time HA hit man, when Donny Roming was shot & killed, VPD pulled Alexander over and found him with a hit list of names and two handguns, one of which was the pink .22 Magnum for which he is famous. One of the names on that list, John Rogers, was gunned down a couple weeks later, just not by Alexander. Like the Bindy Johal shooting, witnesses identified the shooter as Asian, and Alexander's whereabouts were accounted for due to his earlier arrest.

    5. I forgot he was the one pulled over with the list of names. That pink gun was ridiculous. My daughter doesn't even shoot .22. I started her off on 9mm. I was at the range on Sunday and a couple started their young kids off with .22s.

    6. "Devil's Reject" is a good one, he has been a part of the HA sce

    7. "Reject" is right, Alexander has been a part of the HA scene all his adult life and has been "rejected" for a "real patch" for all those years. Wonder why. "Useful tool but not sharp enough and not an "earner"?"

  3. all he wanted was $10,000... should've just paid him... his lawyer bills for these two trials probably cost him a hundred thousand or so..

    1. What he wanted was realistic. Expecting them to pay it was not.

    2. "Should've just paid him"......and now possibly we have an explanation for Alexander's long term association with the HA yet "always the bridesmaid, never the bride". "Judgement". Alexander appears to be missing the level of it required for an HA patch. Murder beef for $10K = not too smart.

  4. It was naïve of Mr. Brown to think that he could attend the clubhouse alone and retrieve money.

  5. are you going to write about tye clubhouse seizures? Will they have time to appeal

    1. I already did. I'm not sure if they can appeal the appeal and I'm not sure about the status of the Langford clubhouse seizure:

    2. Langford wasn’t seized, the city used zoning laws to get them out

    3. Oh that's right. What's the status after they rebranded as Savages?

    4. They use a private residence for savages, on a side note I came across an interesting article via googles about a former member catching a gun charge after leaving the club and being shot at by them

    5. Yeah he was a founding member. “The Savages did not accede to his withdrawal and launched a number of violent assaults against Mr. Briscoe and his parents,” reads the judgment, adding that they shot at Briscoe on three separate occasions. During one of these occasions, Briscoe was struck with a bullet. According to the judgment, Briscoe’s mother was also shot at and his father was the victim of an armed home invasion."
