I don't know about ploy but Bush was a swamp rat. Reading the Bible and reading the Constitution, Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights is a good thing. On one side we have a group trying to destroy all those documents. On the other side we see people trying to preserve them. I know which side I am on.
And it's a beautiful thing to watch.
