RCMP investigator in Surrey Six case admits to sexual affair with witnesses

Global is reporting that "A former RCMP officer involved in the Surrey Six murder case admitted to a sexual affair with a witness in the investigation. Ex-RCMP Sgt. Derek Brassington pleaded guilty earlier this month to breach of trust and obstructing justice “by compromising the safety and integrity of a witness” during the investigation."

"According to an agreed statement of facts, Brassington struck up a sexual affair with the witness, identified in court documents as Jane Doe 1, and drank alcohol with her on multiple occasions. The witness was under RCMP care because of what she potentially knew about the 2007 murders, and was moved between Canadian cities for her protection, under the care of officers assigned to keep her cooperating with the case."

"Brassington, then considered a young up-and-coming detective with the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT), had sex with the witness in cities across Canada in accommodations paid for by the RCMP while supposedly engaged in official witness management duties, according to the document."

“During the course of their relationship, Sgt. Brassington compromised Jane Doe 1’s security on several occasions. He billed the RCMP for witness management trips which included his pursuit of his relationship with Jane Doe 1, including billing overtime for hours spent drinking and engaging in sexual activity,” reads the document.

"In August 2009, Brassington, Jane Doe 1 and others purchased and consumed over $800 worth of alcohol at a bar in one Canadian city, where the pair engaged in public displays of affection. In another city, Brassington gave his IHIT business card to a stripper, who was invited to party with him, Jane Doe 1 and others."

"In September 2009, the document says Brassington lost his badge and wallet in a bar while out drinking with Jane Doe 1, which were recovered by bar staff the following day. In November, Brassington and another officer flew to meet with Jane Doe 1 and a friend of hers identified as Jane Doe 3, where they spent several days drinking and going to clubs."

All of them drank alcohol with the officers buying drinks for the women. At the club, Sgt. Brassington ‘made out’ with Jane Doe 3. The four returned to Jane Doe 1’s apartment in an intoxicated state whereupon Sgt. Brassington engaged in inappropriate sexual activity with Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 3 in the presence of the other officer, reads the document."

"Details of the case were under a publication ban, which was lifted following a challenge from Global News and the CBC. Earlier this week, two other Mounties involved in the Surrey Six case pleaded guilty to failing to maintain law and order under the RCMP Act."

This is the climate of unprofessionalism that has permeated the RCMP for many years resulting in a class action sexual harassment lawsuit. This wasn't one cop who lied to his coworkers about an affair. It was common practice for officers to go drinking with witnesses and flirt with them. His coworkers knew about the affair and covered up for him. Just so we're clear.

Conor D’Monte next on the rat pack's set up list

The police are offering a $100,000.00 reward for the arrest of Conor D’Monte from the UN for his alleged involvement in the murder of Kevin Leclair. AYFKM? Tax dollars?

Kim Bolan is reporting that instead of saving lives by getting fentanyl off the street and disrupting street level drug trafficking, the compromised BC Gang Task Force has created yet another dramatic red herring to waste more tax dollars on unscrupulous criminals who lie for them in court. This new campaign is empirical evidence that Gang enforcement in BC is compromised.

They are going to spend another small fortune on the same unscrupulous criminals that lied for them about Corey Vallee just so they can set someone else up for something he did not do.

Ask yourself this, why are the rat pack so willing to testify against Conor D’Monte but are too afraid to testify against Billy Ly? Because they are lying about Conor D’Monte just like they lied about Corey Vallee. Corey was not the shooter. The shooter was much bigger than Corey. Anyone who saw the surveillance tape could see that.

The compromised BC RCMP have no desire at all to charge the person who ordered the murder of Britney Irving. That is a closed file as far as they are concerned. They have a conviction and they don't even care about accomplices. In fact they would rather pay one of the accomplices to her murder an obscene amount of tax dollars to lie about rivals again. You cannot get any more corrupt than that. Blaze is still posting on my blog. I didn't blow his cover he did.

He stopped for a while but as soon as I mentioned Billy Ly he started up again because that worthless piece of garbage can't keep his mouth shut. That makes him untrustworthy. He slowed down considerably after I outed him for posting on my blog when he's supposed to be in prison but he did not stop and yesterday he tried to post on my blog twice. I know when Blaze tries to post no mater what username he uses. If he promised his handler to stop he lied. Again.

After the Surrey Six the Bacon brothers and the UN were at war. The Surrey Six murder started the conflict. What about going after Jarrod Bacon for the murder of Nicole Marie Alemy who was shot dead in Surrey while her toddler was in the car. Jarrod was involved with ordering that murder. It's time to move forward not backward. The BC Gang Task Force has done nothing to disrupt the Hells Angels drug trafficking in BC since the Kelowna Summer Jam in 2012. Since they refuse to confront organized crime we need to hire someone else who will.

Hells Angels associate from BC arrested in Thailand

Kim Bolan is reporting that "A B.C. man who has been linked to the Independent Soldiers gang is facing drug smuggling charges in Thailand. Blair Curtis Stephens, 38, was arrested earlier this month in Bangkok, along with a Thai national. The head of the Thai Office of Narcotics Control Board said other Canadians are also involved in the smuggling operation, which was allegedly mailing heroin hidden in shock absorbers from Thailand to Australia."

"B.C.’s anti-gang agency says Stephens left Canada about six years ago when he became the focus of law enforcement in this province." Police seized 3.7 kilos of heroin in Thailand. Since he sold drugs in BC for the Independent Soldiers that means he worked for the Hells Angels.

Two previous stories about the Hells Angels in Thailand are of interest. Errol Gildea is President of HAMC Nomads Thailand. He has an interesting social preference.

The other story involves the murder of Wayne Schneider. Wayne was a full patch member of the Hells Angels originally from Australia like Errol. He was in charge of the Hells Angels drug trafficking in Thailand until he was murdered by his bodyguard so another Hells Angel named Luke Joshua Cook could take over the drug trade from him in Thailand. Luke was convicted of helping the shooter escape. As always, the president of the chapter would continue to get his cut.

Now Luke Joshua Cook is on death row while the shooter got off, so in steps BC Hells Angels associate Blair Curtis Stephens to fill the void. As always, no matter who they pick to replace him, the local President would still get his cut of the drug money. The local president also approved all murders within is jurisdiction.

None of my information came from the BC Gang Task force.

Transit Police officer shot near Scott Road SkyTrain station in Surrey - Update

CBC is reporting that "Transit Police say one of their officers was shot near the Scott Road SkyTrain station around 4 p.m. PT. A spokesperson said the officer should be OK. Surrey RCMP said the suspect remains at large and may be armed." That's a first. Usually these gang bangers just shoot each other. City TV is reporting that the shooting took place during rush hour and that the police are searching Bridgeview for the suspect. Bridgeview? Figures.

The police have released a surveillance video of the suspect. This kid is screwed. He is going to get in a lot of trouble from the people he got the gun from. They're probably going to kill him before the police do just to get the heat off of them.

Suspect named:

The Canadian Press is reporting that "Police say they have identified 35-year-old Daon Gordon Glasgow as the alleged gunman and he has a history of violence."

Global is reporting that " Daon Glasgow has a criminal record including a B.C. conviction for drug trafficking and major theft charges from Ontario. He was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for being unlawfully at large at the time of Wednesday’s shooting. Glasgow was initially sentenced to 10 years in prison, minus a year for time served."

"In 2015 the BC Court of Appeal reduced that sentence to 8.5 years, granting him time-and-a-half credit for time served prior to trial. Glasgow pleaded guilty in 2011 to manslaughter in the 2010 shooting death of Terry Scott in a McDonald’s bathroom during a drug deal gone wrong."

Glasgow was granted statutory release for that murder Oct. 26, 2018.

Suspect arrested in transit officer shooting

The Canadian Press is reporting that "Police say they arrested a man days after he allegedly shot a transit officer in Surrey, B.C., on Wednesday. McDonald says Glasgow was arrested Sunday around 5:30 a.m. at a four-plex home in Burnaby, B.C. He's being held on an outstanding warrant of being unlawfully at large. McDonald says Glasgow has not yet been charged in the shooting, but police are working with the B.C. Prosecution Service."

McCallum attack ads continue to flog a dead horse

The tainted Vancouver Sun / Province is reporting that "Surrey’s residents are being left in the dark about how and why their city plans to move from the RCMP to a municipal police force."

That isn't just uncredible, that is a bold faced lie with malicious intent. This was a front page article promoting a bold faced lie. That isn't journalism. That is propaganda. Post Media News isn't worth wiping your a*s with let alone lining the bottom of a bird cage.

I am a Surrey resident and I most certainly am not left in the dark about how and why city plans to move from the RCMP to a municipal police force. That was one of McCallum's two main campaign promises. He won the election by a landslide. Post Media Propaganda promoted the other tax and spend candidate because his fiscal irresponsibility fit in with their corporate sponsors. As soon as McCallum was elected they launched two separate campaigns to overthrow the results of the democratic election by keeping the RCMP and the LRT.

Well guess what, the Mayors council recommends Skytrain over LRT as the recommended transit to UBC. No kidding. When Matsqui and Abbotsford amalgamated they chose a municiple force over the RCMP. This isn't rocket science. It is a natrual consequence of growth. Surrey has outgrown the RCMP. That's all there is to it. Surrey is the largest city in Canada that doesn't have it's own municipal police force. The sour grapes opposition to that progress is suspect.

Councillor Laurie Guerra said "I am very concerned about public safety but we as a council have voted in favour of a municipal police force and I don’t see the need nor do I have the desire to rehash old debates.” Exactly! That's what the election was for.

Murder charges stayed against Billy Ly

Kim Bolan is reporting that "The witnesses against Ly were expected to be some of the same former United Nations gangsters identified only as A, B, C and D, who testified at the trial of UN gang hitman Cory Vallee." That is freaking hilarious. Blaze and his fly sh*t rat pack of unscrupulous witnesses had no problem lying in court about Corey Vallee. That was easy money. Testifying against Billy Ly isn't so easy. Not even they are that stupid.

Hells Angels lawyer complains about David Eby

You know you're doing something right when a lawyer for the Hells Agnels complains about how good a job you are doing and tries to gain public support for his own pathetic pity party. Matthew Nathanson wrote a conflicted rant about David Eby which smelt foul.

First he went off on a dramatic red herring about ICBC to generate public pity. You can tell he's worked for the Hells Angels. His real concern was David Eby's attack on money laundering in BC Casinos. After all he represented the accused. That makes every word that comes out of his mouth conflicted. David Eby did not fabricate the extent of money laundering in BC Casinos. A police task force on organized crime did. After that report was published Rich Coleman and the BC Liberals did away with the police task force investigating money laundering in Casinos.

Matthew Nathanson is a criminal defense lawyer. That means he represents criminals and people accused of committing crime. His specialty is to portray criminals and those accused of committing crime as innocent to create enough doubt that his clients get off. That's what he does and that is what he is paid to do. Everyone is entitled to a lawyer. Even Clifford Olsen. Criminals and those accused of committing crime are innocent until proven guilty.

Nevertheless, money laundering in BC Casinos is a huge problem. David Eby didn't make that up. He finally tried to do something about it. Matthew Nathanson's foul smelling rant is conflicted. Canadian lawyers are a source of money laundering. William Majcher testified to that fact.

However, I do agree that seizing the proceeds of crime is not the answer. That is not the New York Model. That is the corrupt LA model during the time of Freeway Ricky when the US crack epidemic was at it's peak. The DEA was on the take.

The New York model was about enforcing the law and disrupting street level drug trafficking. That was only made possible after the Mollen Commission rooted out police corruption in New York. BC needs an organized crime task force. The RCMP have been very clear in that they have absolutely no desire to investigate organized crime. That is why we need to give the job to someone who will. A regional task force is needed. Quebec has one, BC doesn't.

Canada's ambassador to China is fired for telling the truth

They say the truth will set you free. Not now. Now the truth will get you fired. The Canadian Press is reporting that "John McCallum has resigned as ambassador to China at the request of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, in the wake of comments he made about a Huawei executive detained in Canada. The prime minister did not immediately issue an explanation, but the move came just hours after McCallum was quoted in a Vancouver newspaper as saying it would be "great for Canada" if the United States dropped its extradition request for Meng Wanzhou."

What John McCallum said was true. It would be great for Canada if the United States dropped its extradition request for Meng Wanzhou. The charges are bogus and diminish all of us. The US doesn't care about Communist China executing political prisoners to order. They only care about making money and fabricating charges in a trade war.

China is being absurd about it as well. Canada has an extradition treaty with the United States. Canada can't simply break that agreement. They are legally bound by it. China arresting random Canadians in retaliation is petty and childish. On top of that it is bad business. They just killed their tourist industry. Who's going to want to visit China now? Not me. Before that I sure was.

I used to think it would be nice to visit the Great Wall and see the Terracotta army. I almost sent my son there on his way home. Now that's just not on the table. Their petty childishness has shot themselves in the foot. What, you have a seven year old kid running the CPC? That's what it looks like to the rest of the world. Now those greedy Communists are losing money.

In this dispute China is the biggest villain. They torture political prisoners and execute them to order for organ harvesting. Their politicians are the highest paid in the world. There is no social justice in China. Their secret prison camps are no longer a secret. They can censor the internet in China but we all know what happened at Tiananmen square. The Communist party used live ammunition on protesters. That did happen. They can lie about it all they want to their own people but we know the truth. China's current Communism is no different that Stalin, Lenin, Mao or East Berlin. It is filled with lies and murder. We need to withdraw our pension funds from China.

We should be far more concerned about that then a bogus arrest in a trade war. Hats off to our Chinese Canadians who share their culture with us in a free and democratic state. Chinese culture predates Communism by thousands of years and will continue to prevail outside of China.

Ontario stuntman murdered before being sentenced on drug charges

The Toronto Star is reporting that "Ontario-based stuntman Dean Ilia Copkov, 52, has been identified as one of two men killed in a double slaying in Collingwood, Ont., last week, shortly before he was due to be sentenced in Montreal on drug offences."

69-year-old grandfather gunned down in East Vancouver

CTV is reporting that "A 69-year-old man was shot dead on the doorstep of a home he shared with three generations of his family, including five children, one as young as two years old, neighbours say. Zenen Cepeda Silva was killed just after midnight on Fraser Street just south of 51st Avenue Sunday. His horrified wife and some of his children stayed in the house next door while police combed the lawn for evidence and dusted for prints."

CTV is reporting that "A man in his 50s has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with a shooting in East Vancouver. Police announced the arrest of Alvaro Julio Roche-Garcia on Tuesday, three days after a grandfather was shot dead outside his family home. The 58-year-old suspect remains in custody, officers said."

Vanier Park Kite flier passes away at the age of 90

The Vancouver Sun / Province is reporting that "Ray Bethell, the self-taught kite flying maestro, who was a fixture at Vanier Park and an international star, died on Dec. 18, 2018, aged 90."

When my kids were young we loved going to Vanier park and take the passenger ferry over to Granville Island. We would get a year membership at the Vancouver Planetarium and go on a virtual voyage through space. We even took up flying two string kites thanks to Ray.

I remember seeing him there one day masterfully weaving three two sting kites at once like a conductor in a symphony. He made it look so easy so I decided to buy one in Gastown. Only it wasn't that easy. We couldn't figure out how to get the two string kite in the air. So I went back to the kite shop and they gave me the magic key.

They said hold your arms out straight parallel to the ground and move back until the kite strings are taunt. From there, take three steps back while gradually bringing your arms down to your sides. That was it. It worked. From there were were air-born.

One time I saw him there flying 21 kites at once. He had a two string kite in each hand and another connected to his hips. Then he had seven kites on each line. It turns out he wasn't just the average guy, he was a world record holder. There's lots of videos of him on youtube. Let's keep the tradition alive. It's great fun for the kid in all of us. The kite shop in Gastown has closed down but the one on Granville Island is still there.

Happy Birthday Amadeus

Today is Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's birthday (27 January 1756 – 5 December 1791). To commemorate the event the Whatcom Symphony Orchestra held a Happy Birthday Amadeus concert at the Mount Baker Theater in Bellingham. It was awesome. Specials guest appearance from the legendary Martin Kuuskmann performed a flawless rendition of Mozart's bassoon concerto. Preserving the art is a worthwhile cause. Civilization is diminished without it.

4 charged with manslaughter in death of Kelowna man

Kelowna Now is reporting that "Three men and one woman have now been formally charged with manslaughter in relation to the 2018 death of Esa Carriere." He was killed outside City Hall at the Queensway bus loop following the Canada Day fireworks. A senseless tragedy.

Jury orders Mongols motorcycle club to forfeit logo

NBC is reporting that "A California jury decided Friday that the Mongols motorcycle gang should be stripped of its trademarked logo in a first-of-its-kind verdict, federal prosecutors said. The jury in U.S. District Court in Santa Ana previously found Mongol Nation, the entity that owns the image of a Mongol warrior on a chopper, guilty of racketeering and conspiracy. The verdict caps an unusual decade-long quest by prosecutors to dismantle the gang responsible for drug dealing and murder by seizing control of the trademark they said was core to the gang's identity."

I competently disagree with this verdict. It has nothing to do with fighting crime. It is about removing civil liberty and promoting the CIA's monopoly on drug trafficking. All Mongols don't sell drugs. That is ridiculous. The fact that they went after the Mongols and not the Hells Angels who have far more drug convictions than the Mongols represents unequal protection of the law.

The Aging Rebel is reporting that "Mongols attorney Joseph Yanny filed a motion to overturn the verdict that found a hypothetical affinity entity called Mongol Nation guilty of racketeering. Prosecutors have asked for time to respond to Yanny’s 35-page motion. Before implementing the forfeiture, Carter also intends to hear arguments on the constitutionality of the forfeiture. All that will be debated at the February hearing."

Constitutionality of the forfeiture? It is unconstitutional but that wouldn't be the first time the courts trampled on the Constitution. This is a dark day for civil liberty in the US. The flag has fallen.

Montreal real estate developer shot dead

CBC is reporting that "A man in his 50s is dead after he was found shot in the upper body in Montreal's Notre-Dame-de-Grâce district this morning. Multiple sources have confirmed to Radio-Canada the dead man is Tony Magi, a businessman with known ties to the Montreal Mafia."

The Montreal Gazette is reporting that "Magi, the construction entrepreneur who once had close business ties to Montreal Mafia leader Vito Rizzuto, was kidnapped in April 2005 and survived at least three subsequent attempts on his life, died shortly after he was taken to a hospital after having been shot." Magi owed money. The Montreal Gazette claims his death was inevitable.

Two fatal shootings in Kamloops

CBC is reporting that "Two men were shot and killed at two separate hotels in Kamloops Wednesday morning, and Mounties have yet to make any arrests. The first victim was discovered at around 6:50 a.m. PT at the Super 8 motel in Valleyview, according to an RCMP news release. He was lying on the ground, wounded and was taken to hospital. Two hours later, police found a second injured man outside the Comfort Inn and Suites on Rogers Place, about a 10-kilometre drive from the first shooting scene. Shortly after noon, RCMP reported both men had died."

Global is reporting that Rex Gill of Penticton, B.C. was one of the fatalities in Kamloops. In the picture they posted he's wearing a MC vest.

Kamloops BC Now is reporting that "The 31-year-old male victim of the Super 8 Hotel shooting has been identified as Cody Marcel Mathieu from Kamloops. He was previously known to police. The victim of the Comfort Inn and Suites was 41-year-old Rex Edward Gill from Penticton. He was not previously known to police. Police believe that organized crime was behind the violence, therefore, targeting specific people."

Castanet is reporting that "Police say a burned out vehicle was found in the Barnharvale area Wednesday that matches the description of a vehicle seen in the area at the time of the second homicide." They are referring to the double homicide as gang related.

US Government shutdown insanity

The US government shut down is absolutely insane. Not because someone wants to build a wall or create affordable medical, but because politicians can't agree on something government employees don't get paid. That doesn't happen in Canada. In fact I don't know of any other country in the world where it does happen. That's something that only happens in a third world country. The fact that the politicians are still being paid even though the government employees aren't is obscene. If the politicians are still being paid so should the government employees.

Don't get me wrong. I am a staunch supporter of the US Constitution but this flaw has nothing to do with the Constitution. There is no reason the politicians can't pass a bill stating that government employees continue to get paid during a legislative gridlock. There is no reason.

American politics right now is a circus side show of self promotion. Both camps are cult like. No offense, but crossing the 49th parallel right now is is like entering the Twilight zone.

The Federalist Papers ~ Exploring Federalist 51: Legislative Power ~ Madison was NOT wrong

"Justice is the end of government. It is the end of civil society. It ever has been and ever will be pursued until it be obtained, or until liberty be lost in the pursuit." The Federalist 51

Canada Pension Plan still investing in Communist China

CNBC is reporting that "Canada's vast pension fund is sticking with China even as political tensions mount." AYFKM? OUR pension funds are invested in a Communist country that murders and tortures political prisoners? That needs to change. People talk about ethical investments. Right now Communist China is an unethical investment.

Amnesty International has called upon China to release the numbers of people they execute ever yar. Right now the number of people they kill is a state secret. Amnesty International claims that the Chinese authorities executed thousands of people in 2009, more than the rest of the world combined. These aren't people convicted of drug dealing or murder. These are political prisoners executed to order for organ harvesting.

We need to look at the torture that includes human rights lawyers in China.

Canada Pension investing in China knowing that is like investing in Adolf Hitler during the Holocaust. We need to change that investment of public funds.

Laila Yuile calls for a corruption inquiry in BC

Recenlty Laila Yuile made a blog post that went viral entitled The ‘enemy’ IS corruption. Period. As we know, Laila was critical of the corruption in the Christy Clark government that made the New York Times. She was a vocal opponent of the Site C Dam and obviously felt betrayed when the BC NDP decided to proceed with it after they took office.

After doing some soul searching Laila cautioned us about being blindly obedient to any party and warned us of a dark undertow within the BC NDP that was reminiscent of the Christy Clark era. She didn't name Jinny Sims, I did. That was me. Laila has more class than that. I don't.

She did name Rich Coleman and we are in total agreement on that. Laila's latest breakthrough states "The ‘enemy’ is not limited to a political party…the ‘enemy’ of the people is corruption. Period. And that ‘enemy’ did not disappear just because the Liberals are in opposition. Why? Because corruption doesn’t begin or end with a political party." Very true.

Laila goes on to revela that "For every fall guy who takes a rap, there are an endless supply to take his place. This is a lucrative underground industry. And oddly enough in the midst of all these casino money laundering stories, the province expanded gaming with the BCLC approval of a new casino in Ladner…go figure, it’s another Gateway operation."

Gateway casino? GATEWAY CASINO?!!! A-Y-F-K-M?! They are as dirty as it gets. Dianne Watts accepted a $24,500 campaign contribution from Gateway casinos to push the South Surrey mega casino on rural land scam. When I pointed out that Gateway casino was a bad investment because they mysteriously "lost" $1.5 billion in a debt restructure scam, Dianne Watts interrupted me and said that wasn't true when she knew it was. November 30 2018 Seeking Alpha reported Gateway Casinos still has Too Much Debt.

So now the BC NDP are accepting campaign contributions from Gateway casino and just approved a casino for them in Ladner. No wonder Laila is calling for a public corruption inquiry and no wonder John Horgan is saying no. He just got swallowed up in it.

Seizing the proceeds of crime is not the New York model. It is the corrupt LA model during the time of Freeway Ricky when the US crack epidemic was at it's peak. The New York model was made possible because of the Mollen Commission. That is exactly what we need in BC right now.

Wake Up Surrey recommends an Anti Corruption Office:

Pacquiao wins unanimous decision against Broner

CBS is reporting that "In his first fight on U.S. soil since 2016, and his first fight as a 40-year-old, Manny Pacquiao cruised to a unanimous decision victory over Adrien Broner at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas to retain his secondary WBA welterweight title. Using aggression and quickness, Pacquiao outclassed the reticent Broner, who sat back in an attempt to counter, but threw hardly any punches, and landed even fewer."

Pacquiao said he wants a rematch with Mayweather but Leonard Ellerbe, CEO of Mayweather Promotions said Mayweather's retired and has no interest in a Pacquiao rematch. It's wise to quit while you're ahead. He might not win a second time.
