Scarlett Johansson as Lucy on Netflix

We remember Scarlett Johansson as the Black Widow from the Avengers. I saw Black Widow in the theatre and thought it was very well done. We also remember how Scarlett Johansson sued Disney for ripping her off by releasing the video early and only giving her a cut of the theatrical revenues. Kind of a dirty deed on Disney's part. To be expected now that Disney has been taken over by the CCP. Well, I just watched Lucy on Netflix with Scarlett Johansson.

It's impressive. Thought provoking like 2001 a Space Odyssey. My father took me to see that when I was very young. It was kind of profound. Lucy was made in 2014 before her falling out with Disney. Since Disney has become ridiculous, we really need an alternate film industry.

Brockton Point on Mount Seymour: Life is Life

There are two Brockton Poins in Vancouver. One in Stanley Park and the other on Mount Seymour. Today I hiked up the one on Mount Seymour. After two months of rain, we finally had a sunny weekend. The parking lot was packed. This is where the trail breaks from Mystery Peak.
A lot of hikers take different trails all over the mountain. I always head straight up towards First Peak. Brockton Point is on the way just after the Mystery Peak chairlift. As soon as I left Surrey, I could see fresh snow at higher altitudes. This is the first of the season. Then riding into Vancouver you could see a dusting of fresh snow on the Lions. If you zoom in you can see a side view of the Lions. Normally we're used to seeing them head on.
Between Mystery Peak and Brockton Point the trail was a bit rocky and a bit icy. Winter will soon be here. In winter it's all smooth sailing and you power up on snowshoes. A lot of people do that trail at night with headlamps. One of my favorite places in Vancouver is right at the bowl of First Peak all the way to the top. In the winter it's full of wind swept snow dunes.

Sometimes when you get to the top of that bowl at the foot of First Peak and look over at Second peak, visibility is zero. The fog sets in, the wind and the falling snow make it impossible to see anything. That's when you say OK that's as far as I'm going today. Other days the sun comes out and the route to Second and Third Peak is clear and you make it all the way.

Timing is everything on the coastal mountains. In the interior it's a lot more consistent. Vernon, Kelowna, Revelstoke - they all have magnificent peaks. Three months since my hip replacement and it's all good. I still limp a little but I like to use ski poles when I hike. It's more stable going up and down and I don't limp. I forget I even had the surgery.

I think this is the year I'm going to buy an electric vest. If my son's not coming back this winter, I won't bother putting the car on the road. I do want to go snowshoeing this year so the electric vest would make the long rides up and down the mountain a lot more comfortable.

I love this time of year. The fall colours are enticing. The leaves turn orange and red and begin to fall in anticipation of winter. It's not my favorite time of year but I do enjoy it. It symbolizes change and growth. Winter and summer are my favorite but I do love the transitional seasons as well and the anticipation they bring. I love experiencing the seasons.

I know someone who lives in Central America right in the tropics. They do have a rainy season but right now it's 27 degrees. That's a little bit nicer than the two months of cold rain we've had. There it's summer all year long. For many it's a dream come true. Many Canadians are snowbirds. They move to Arizona for the winter. I can see the appeal but I really like the seasons. I like snowshoeing in the winter and kayaking in the summer. The Canadian flag has a red maple leaf on it. That's what it looks like in the fall. It's kind of magical. It's a nice symbol.
As I was hiking up the mountain, two ladies were hiking down. One says to the other "It's amazing how many young people are on antidepressants." Then she says "Actually it's not that surprising." It's actually kind of sad. Last summer I was having lunch on the patio of a restaurant. Two young girls sit down at the table beside me and order lunch. One orders a cocktail, the other doesn't. The one says to the other, I keep forgetting you're not old enough to drink yet. I just about choked. Holy f*ck. That means she's like 18. Then the younger one starts to go off about her counsellor, her psychiatrist and all the antidepressants she takes and I was like OMG.

I felt really sorry for the kid but I also kinda felt like this is a little TMI. Should I move and eat my lunch somewhere else in peace and quiet? I realize that chemical depression needs medication and I'm not a doctor. I do wonder if things are sometimes over prescribed just so we don't have to deal with the issues. Here's a pill, forget about it. Well, wait a minute. What is bothering you? Perhaps we can deal with that. Sometimes meds help but sometimes meds make things worse.

I remember speaking with another young man once who was somewhat successful. He said to me, sometimes I feel like life is passing me by. It broke my heart. I really like that guy. When I was young things were different. We were different. I had the fortune of doing a lot of traveling. I got it all out of my system. Everything I wanted to do I did. I'm a broke a*s b*tch now but I have no regrets. There's always someone trying to make a buck off of someone else's problems.

When I was young, I wanted to travel so I travelled. When I got older, I wanted to have kids so I did. When I was young Chef used to look me in the eye and say having kids was the best thing I ever did in life. I totally agree. I'm really proud of my kids. They have good hearts, work hard and are following their dreams. I don't think they have any regrets. Life rarely turns out the way we had planned but we always adjust. Dust ourselves off, set new goals and dream new dreams.

People say be like water and I'm like no, I don't want to be like water. Water follows the path of least resistance. I want to climb. I always aspire to something higher. Covid has certainly changed the game. We need to rise above the bullsh*t and get on with life. No lie can live forever. I didn't see anyone hiking in the mountains with masks on. I guess the free thinkers aren't sitting at home watching the fake news on TV. They're out and about getting things done.

Education key to combat human trafficking

The Canadian Press is reporting that "More education in human trafficking is needed across Canada to combat the growing issue, which has been made worse by the COVID-19 pandemic, experts say." AYFKM? We need to educate the fake gang enforcement teams that are turning a blid eye to it. Michael Kramer is pimping for the ATF. Who do we have to educate about that?

Most of the prostitution in this province is run by the Hells Angels and the CSFEU do nothing about it. They refused to do anything about the Garden of Eden in Kelowna. The club shut that down themselves. They still get a discount at Brandi's. Give your head a shake. The Madame activist lobbying for prostitution in Vancouver is living with a member of the Hells Angels.

Merck in discussions to sell new COVID-19 pill to Canada

CBC, the Communist Broadcasting Corporation that lied about the Covid hospitalization rate in Manitoba, is reporting that "The U.S. pharmaceutical giant Merck & Co. says it is in early discussions with the federal government to sell it stocks of the company's new COVID-19 drug."

"Merck announced on Oct. 1 that it had developed a pill that can cut the risk of hospitalization or death by half in people with mild to moderate cases of COVID-19. The company says its new pill, called molnupiravir, can disrupt the genetic material of the virus before it begins duplicating. It is not believed to be effective in severe cases." This is organized crime.

The Pharmaceutical companies make political contributions like SNC Lavalin to get billions of dollars worth of government tax paid contracts. It's all about securing drug patents to secure more profit. When they get a patent on an AIDS drug, they jack up the price.

Now the Aberta Health Services is criminally culpable in the fraud by banning safe cheap generic drugs like Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin so they can promote expensive unsafe drugs that are still covered by patents. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to do the math.

A Report on Myocarditis Adverse Events in the U.S. Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS)

The National Library of Medicine is reporting that "Following the global rollout and administration of the Pfizer Inc./BioNTech BNT162b2 and Moderna mRNA-1273 vaccines on December 17, 2020, in the United States, and of the Janssen Ad26.COV2.S product on April 1st, 2021, in an unprecedented manner, hundreds of thousands of individuals have reported adverse events (AEs) using the Vaccine Adverse Events Reports System (VAERS). "

"Myocarditis rates reported in VAERS were significantly higher in youths between the ages of 13 to 23 (p<0.0001) with ∼80% occurring in males. Within 8 weeks of the public offering of COVID-19 products to the 12-15-year-old age group, we found 19 times the expected number of myocarditis cases in the vaccination volunteers over background myocarditis rates for this age group."

"In addition, a 5-fold increase in myocarditis rate was observed subsequent to dose 2 as opposed to dose 1 in 15-year-old males. These findings suggest a markedly higher risk for myocarditis subsequent to COVID-19 injectable product use than for other known vaccines, and this is well above known background rates for myocarditis."

More than 100 Ontario youth sent to hospital for vaccine-related heart problems

But don't worry, it's very rare. Myocarditis and the Covid vaccine

Surrey Shooting not gang related - much

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Surrey RCMP are investigating after a man was shot and injured in a Whalley home early Friday morning. Officers went to a home in the 11100-block 136th Street at around 1 a.m. and found a man bleeding from what looked like a gunshot wound."

"He was taken to hospital where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Another man was arrested at the scene. Police believe the two men know each other. 'This is believed to be an isolated incident with no ties to the Lower Mainland gang conflict,' said Cpl. Vanessa Munn of Surrey RCMP." How can it not be related to the Lower mainland gang conflict? If two crackheads shoot each other, it's indirectly drug related. Where did he get the gun from?

Almost all the crime and violence in the DTES is drug realted.

The Vertical line: Freedom's Ascent

Recently I made a blog post about how people normally view politics as a horizontal line of left versus right. I explained how I normally see politics as a circle. Draw a line in the sand and call it democracy. The further away from that line you get to the left or the right, the further away you get from democracy and the closer you get to dictatorship. After all, Communism and Fascism are the same thing. They both represent total control and no freedom.
Then I said I have a new view. I went back to the horizonal line but put Fascism on the left beside Communism because one leads to the other and they both represent more government control and less freedom. I simplified the equation by putting Socialism on the left and Conservative on the right. The other day I realized what I had done. Instead of drawing a horizontal line through the circle, I drew a vertical one. This makes more sense.
A Conservative wants less government, more freedom and less taxes while a Socialist wants more government, less freedom and more taxes. It really is that simple. Liberals always claim that Conservatives are right wing Fascists but that is ridiculous. A Conservative wants less government and more freedom. At what point does a Conservative say I want more government and less freedom? They don't. That's Communism and Conservatives oppose that.

Conservatives believe in a free Republic where civil liberty is protected by law. Communists say that but do the opposite. Take North Korea for example. North Korea calls itself the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Yet it's not a democracy and it's not a republic.

Now I'm not hating on North Korea. I don't support sanctions against North Korea or Cuba. Bending over for Communist China but sanctioning Cuba and North Korea is nonsense. China's human rights violations are far worse than Cuba or North Korea and they are far more invasive.

I'm simply saying North Korea calls itself the Democratic People's Republic when in reality it is neither. I hesitate to use the term democracy now. In my old circle I compared Democracy with Dictatorship. In my new vertical line laid our horizontally I compare freedom with slavery. I support freedom. However, a free republic isn't necessarily a complete democracy.

In a free Republic, civil liberty is protected by law. If the majority of the people say, let's kill all the Jews or let's kill all the Muslims, the Republic forbids that because both groups are protected by law even if the majority of people agree on doing it. The CCP are the real Islamophobes.

Likewise if the majority of the people say, we're going to take your car, your house and everything you own, the Republic forbids it because those are all protected by law. That is why the CPP are trying to destroy our republic. They want to take away everything we have - all our money, all our possessions and all our freedom. They want to make us slaves by convincing us that slavery is happiness. Not. They want us to want it through their persistent brainwashing.

Pressure cooker bomb in Vernon - Update

Castanet is rpeoritng that "A work crew on the premises at 3710 24th Ave. identified a suspicious device Thursday morning described as looking like a pressure cooker with wires coming out of it, attached to batteries. The scene is said by neighbours to be the site of frequent drug activity and is described as a flophouse that sells drugs to Vernon's street entrenched population."

Finian says Bullsh*t! The only people who know how to make those are CSIS and the CIA. Drug dealers aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer. A police agent had to have given it to them. So once again the Compromised CFSEU is pulling another stunt to take more of our freedoms away.

This has happened twice before. Once in project Territory when a police agent gave one to the Brainless Red Scorpions. The other time was in the Surrey Pressure cooker bomb plot where CSIS tipped off the RCMP and the RCMP supplied them with one. That was deemed entrapment because they did not have the means or motive to make one without their help.

Before that when Blackwater executed the Boston bombing the police claimed they had to use lethal force because the suspects were throwing pressure cooker bombs at them. Oh really? How much do those things weigh? A little more than a hand grenade. How far can they throw one? Not far enough to evade the blast. The sh*t these people come up with is ridiculous. I've made gunpowder from scratch since I was a kid. We'd make our own pipe bombs at halloween. Yet I have no idea how to nake a pressure cooker bomb and neither do those stupid crackheads.

Updare: Object not an explosive

Castanet is now reporting that "Vernon RCMP Spokesperson Const. Chris Terleski says that members of the RCMP Explosive Disposal Unit confirmed the suspicious device was not an explosive. Residents have since returned to their homes and the area is once again open for public access. 'The person discovering the device did the right thing by notifying police immediately,' says Terleski."

OK so a cleaning crew found a pressure cooker connected to wires and batteries in a drug house. What was a cleaning crew doing in a drug house? Why were wires and batteries connected to a 10 inch cylinder device with a gauge on it? The gauge meant it was a pressure cooker. The police gave it to the drug dealers.

The RCMP Press release states that "A member of the public found the cyclindrical device in an alleyway and immediately reported it to police." That was from October 3rd. Hmmm...

Dr Brian Tyson on Covid misinformation

Al these medical doctors sharing their success with ivermectin and the Alberta Health Services says it's all misinformation. Do they wonder why we don't trust them? It worked in India.
