RCMP under fire

Two recent inquiries have come out slamming the RCMP that seem to contradict each other. I've spoken about the taser incident at the airport before. I don't think they should have tasered him especially that many times AFTER he was on the ground but don't think criminal charges are in order. Now all of a sudden some new report finally comes out with some break though conclusions.

Wait a minute. There's been no new information come out. We all saw the video and we all knew about leaked e-mails that implied the officers were responding to the situation and asked for authorization to taser him. Asking for authorization to taser the guy is different then going in there ahead of time with the intent of tasering him but even if they did discuss it before hand it just makes sense.

It's at an airport. Some guy is freaking out and threw a chair at a window. He is not responding to calm negotiations. The RCMP have been called in to resolve the situation. The tragedy was he didn't speak English and was panicking after being detained for hours on end with no interpreter in sight.

There was a similar situation with a much different outcome in the movie with Tom Hanks called the Terminal. Because Tom Hanks was able to speak the guy's language in the movie, a potential violent situation was effectively diffused. The taser death was a very unfortunate accident and I'm sure we have all learned from it.

Now the RCMP are taking the heat for Air India. That is nonsense. The judge's let the bombers away with murder not the RCMP. Kim Bolan covered that in her book, Loss of Faith. We need to reform our judiciary. We don't need to revise an absurd unpatriot act in Canada simply because Operation Northwoods was real.

CBC put out a documentary called Mounties under fire. Clearly there are many struggles within the organization that need to be addressed. Yet the historical quest for law and order is sound and noble. Paul Gross left us that in the series Due South.

Caylen Pelletier living a Bug's Life

Well Bobby Green's nephew is living the thugs life. Well kinda. OK he's not really his nephew he's the son of Bob Green's quarky cousin from that /70's show Len Pelletier. But it sure sounds like he's following in his father's footsteps and using his father's cousin's name and reputation to scare and intimidate people.

Caylen Pelletier and two other guys in a truck try to bully another guy walking. Pelletier orders the guy into the truck but the guy keeps walking. The driver runs him down and the pedestrian dives out of the way but gets hit on his leg. They steal his cell phone so he then runs into the Aldergrove community police station for help. Pelletier faces charges of robbery, extortion and uttering threats. Three on one. How brave.

His father Len is a real slime ball. He hides behind his cousin's name and reputation with the Nomads and lives in a gated fortress. He was shot at dropping off Caylen's brother at school in Langley. No wonder. He sure has a big mouth.



Last year Caylen faced gun-related charges stemming from a shooting in Aldergrove. He was charged with using a prohibited weapon, careless use of a firearm, possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace, and unauthorized possession of a firearm.

When Tupac Shakur spoke about a Thug's life he was talking about the African American's struggle in inner city poverty. He wasn't talking about rich white kids living in the suburbs being bullies. But the young kids don't remember Tupac and the old farts never knew him because they are racist as well as obese.

It's weasely enough that Len the Geek uses his cousin's name and reputation to threaten people but when his offspring does it too, that's hating it. Caylen's friends aren't really dweebs. They're just guys with low self esteem. After all that is a bug's life.

The Kelowna Cesspool

Well everyone seems overjoyed with the news that the Liquid Zoo's liquor license that was suspended has now been cancelled. This bar was associated with drugs and the Hells Angels. Three cheers. One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind. Next stop: Tbarz.

Kelowna used to be such a nice place. In fact it still is. Yet many locals complain that the downtown core has turned into a cesspool of bikers, drugs and crime. Now there's nothing wrong with riding a motorcycle. But there is something wrong with committing crime. You'd think that people who spend that much time polishing wonderful motorcycles would spend a little time on personal hygiene. Some of them smell really bad.

Here in Vancouver we have Barwatch. People are not allowed to wear gang colours in a public bar. I hear Kelowna has the same thing. This is a good thing. It supports the constitutional obligation to provide public safety. Now I heard one province had a court decision that overturned their barwatch program. That was a crime. I can tell you it wasn't Ontario or Quebec where the many drug convictions of the Hells Angels have entrenched their criminal organization status into law which has been upheld by the Supreme Court of Canada.

Freedom of association is a charter right. That does not include the freedom to be a part of a criminal organization and the freedom to use that criminal association to harass or intimidate others.

Getting rid of bars and gyms that are owned by the Hells Angels is a start. Getting rid of bars and gyms that are run by the Hells Angels is another step since they will even go so far as putting their strip bar in their mother's name to avoid prosecution. Maintaining barwatch is another. Not letting gangs wear colours in public bars is essential.

Then comes control of the stripper agencies in BC. Speaking of idiots, take a look at CJ Barrowby. He's even on the Dirty. He was convicted of trafficking cocaine for the Hells Angels but now just runs a stripper agency for them. Why is it that the Hells Angels are allowed to own two stripper agencies and most of the strip bars in the province? One could argue that it's good for a criminal organization to branch out and do legal enterprises yet others contend that supports the illegal enterprises and lets them use the legal ones as a place to launder drug money.

Cleaning up any toxic spill is possible but will take time. Capping the oil leak is the first step. Pulling out the toxic waste one piece at a time is the next. We need to get rid of Tbarz in Surrey and we need to get the Hells Angels out of the stripper business in BC. Revoking licences is the way to do it. We can't do everything but we can do something.

Clown Jesters in Surrey

I saw an old guy wearing a clown jesters patch riding around Surrey yesterday. That has got to be the dumbest looking logo I have ever seen. You'd think it'd be something a 12 year old kid would wear but no. This fat old man was about 50. I just had to shake my head.

Sure it's a free world and people can be as gay or as straight as they want to be but bloody hell. Some things just look dumb and a fat old man on Viagra living a mid life crisis trying to be something out of a batman movie is just plain weird. Good luck with that.

Victoria public drug use out of control

So what can we do? Well, fist step is to get involved in civil elections and elect people like Larry O'Brien and not reelect people like Philippe Lucas who thinks the solution to the problem is to hand out free crack pipes. Obviously, that is not working. You don't use tax dollars to buy alcohol for alcoholics. That is not in the addicts best interest and it certainly isn't in societies best interest.

I saw the problems in Victoria when residents were complaining that the needle exchange wasn't an exchange any more. The idea behind a needle exchange was an addict trades in a used needle for a new one in attempts to stop needles from ending up all over the streets and play grounds. Then some brain surgeon changed it to sheer distribution of free needles so used needles were being dumped everywhere at taxpayers expense. That is insane.

Then you have the problematic nature of enforcing drug laws when you have a needle exchange. You can't really charge someone for selling heroine if you are handing out free needles in that area so the drug laws aren't enforced. You sure can't arrest someone for using a needle the government just gave them for free.

And of course if you're letting people use and sell heroin in the area you can't really say heroin is OK but crack or meth isn't. So as soon as a needle exchange starts up the use and distribution of crack becomes rampant. Especially when they let addicts inject cocaine in the Vancouver safe injection site.

It is clear that these programs are not working. It is clear that addictions are increasing as is the crime associated with feeding a drug addiction. What we are doing is insane. We need to draw a line between pot and crack. Stop handing out free crack pipes. Needle exchanges are exchanges. If someone doesn't hand in a used needle they don't get a new needle.

We need to stop letting people smoke crack in public and we need to introduce mandatory minimum sentences for selling crack or meth and enforce them. It is really that simple. That is the New York model. I saw it work.

Social housing yes. Free drugs no.

Homes not Drugs. That is social responsibility.

UFC in Vancouver with Chuck Liddell

Lets get ready to rumble!!!! UFC in Vancouver tonight with Chuck Liddell - gotta love that. Make sure you take lots of pictures with your cell phones of Chuck's biggest fans - Nomad Bob Green and his quarky cousin from that /70's show Len Pelletier. Who knows, maybe Randy Jones will be standing on the red carpet with his pal Russell Peters. This is going to be a great event.

Well Chuck Liddell did well. He caught one on the chin and lost but he fought well and as a commentator said he has carried the sport for many years. Indeed he has. A noble legacy indeed. I got off work early but by the time I made it to the bar the fight was over. I wanted to see the Cro Cop fight too but missed that one as well. It's a tough sport. Reversals can happen at any moment. That triangle submission was the perfect example.

Just remember that it was Royce Gracie who put the sport on the map. I remember guys like Oleg Taktarov. Russian Sambo ankle locks. Gotta love that. Now it's more steroids and ground and pound. Hopefully as the sport evolves we'll see more martial arts. Either way, a big salute to Chuck Liddell for a solid legacy that no one can take away from him.

Quebec union leader's truck torched

Yves Mercure, the new president of the construction wing of the Quebec Federation of Labour just had his pick up truck torched outside his home.

Jocelyn Dupuis, the former president was accused of fraud. The arrest was part of Operation Diligence, a probe that resulted in the arrests of several people in November who were allegedly part of a network created by Hells Angel Normand Marvin (Casper) Ouimet, 40, with the goal of seizing control of several masonry companies. Marvin is the guy that really needs to put his shirt back on:



Marvin is still wanted on a Canada wide warrant. The fraud is one thing but the real issue appears to be the claim that the Hells Angels have taken over the construction industry in Quebec and made it part of an organized crime ring. Well at least they're branching out from selling crack and GHB. Unfortunately it looks like it's just money laundering for those drug businesses.

Adam Scorgie and the Business behind Getting High

Well looks like Kelowna resident Adam Scorgie won some awards for his movie called The Union: the Business behind Getting High. It's a great movie and there are a few things I want to comment on. First of all, I think hemp farms for paper would help save the rainforests and help solve global warming.

Second of all I think there is a big difference between pot and crack or meth. Big difference. The problem as I see it is that the Hells Angels are taking over all the grow ops, trading the BC bud for cocaine in the US and selling the cocaine as crack here in Canada. That's where the big money is. However, that's what the gang war is about and is why people are ending up dead. Crack and meth also f*cks up our communities as well. Not to mention all that date rape drug and crystal meth. Much.

Nevertheless, the movie makes some good points. Privatizing prisons? What is up with that? Making a profit from prisons by turning them into work camps and slave labour? Work camps for prisoners is one thing and a great idea for early parole as opposed to mandatory statutory early release but making a profit from prisons is bad. It removes the incentive to rehabilitate prisoners. The corporation makes more money when more people are in prison. It is a conflict of interest.

Ah but I digress. Adam is a local Kelowna boy. Did he know Britney Irving? How about making a movie about the whole truth BEHIND the business of getting high? Who killed her and why? What about Geoff Meisner? These cases are related. What started off as nice people selling some harmless weed has seen some bad people come in and start killing people because they want to trade the pot for cocaine to make more money. That is the real business behind the business.

Here's a Youtube trailer. Oh don't worry, there's more to come. But there are a few facts that I do disagree with in the film first. They quote the number of deaths due to smoking in a year and the number of deaths due to alcohol in a year. Then they get some crackerjack quack in a doctor's outfit that claims there are zero deaths a year from smoking pot. Hold the door. Smoking one cigarette will not kill you. Yet smoking causes cancer which results in people dying every year.

Smoking pot causes cancer too. Especially because it's unfiltered smoke. In fact the medical statistics are such that smoking pot is 70% more cancer causing than smoking tobacco. The difference is that *most* people don't smoke as much pot as they so cigarettes. Usually someone would smoke one joint a day as opposed to a whole pack of cigarettes. However, there are a lot of people out there that smoke way too much pot. Smoking pot causes cancer just like smoking cigarettes does so saying people die from smoking cigarettes but not from smoking pot is false and misleading.

The other quote is about deaths due to alcohol. We know alcohol damages the liver. Nothing wrong with a social drink once in a while. Yet we all know someone who is or was an alcoholic. Do we know anyone who is a pothead? Someone who smokes way too much pot like every day? That does have physical effects on the body and the brain.

Another cause of death with alcohol is drinking and driving. Some people drink alcohol and then drive. Some of those people end up killing themselves or worse killing someone else. Smoking pot will not kill you or give you a hairy palm but it does impair your judgement and your ability to drive. Driving under the influence of pot is just like driving under the influence of alcohol. To say that no one has ever died from someone driving while under the influence of pot is absolutely false.

Turns out it was Adam's step father that put up the money to make the movie. His late father Bud used to own Cheeta's nightclub. I'm sure the fact that a A.C. Scorgie lives near a large grow op in Kelowna that was busted is completely unrelated. In fact there were six grow ops in the Ellison area. Young kids and guns were found in the region as well.

'Hood under siege?

The cover of today's Vancouver Province reads: 'Hood under siege referring to another shooting in Surrey, this time in Clayton Heights. OK so they're going for the drama.

Clayton Heights is not the hood. Abbotsford is not the hood. These are the suburbs where wealthy drug dealers can afford to live. The hood is where the rest of us who can't afford to live in those neighbourhoods live.

Nevertheless, the murders have started to spike again.

Surrey Rally Against Injustice

There was a rally against injustice today at Surrey Central. It was in response to a recent court decision where a murderer was set free. The parents of the murder victim did not attend but friends and relatives did. One member from the support group they started called Families Against Crime and Trauma calmly and sincerely spoke to the media expressing her opinion and her feelings about how justice has failed in this case.



One little girl made her own sign and told the media how parts of us are gone now. Indeed she is right. When a murder is set free, we are all diminished.

The mother of the victim wrote a powerful book about her heart wrenching task of watching the video of her son's savage beating and murder which concluded the last six minutes of his life. Witnesses testified that they were screaming for the large male to stop beating the small boy. He felt his pulse said he's not dead yet, then walked away to meet his girlfriend Quinn. Video footage shows him return to the body and slit the boys throat ending his life. Witnesses testified they all heard Quin say to her boyfriend, if you love me, you'll kill him.

Body pulled from Okanagan Lake in Kelowna

Around noon today, workers in Kelowna replacing decking at a marina at the foot of Queensway found a body floating under the dock. It has yet to be determined whether the body is that of a male or female, however, police believe the body has been in Okanagan Lake for some period of time.

Everyone is wondering if it is Geoff. Either way it's a sad discovery. Kinda like all those human feet washing up on shore around Vancouver. It brings a solemn feeling to a beautiful lake.

In 2007 there was a major drug bust at the same Kelowna Marina. During that four month investigation, six kilograms of cocaine were seized along with more than 400 tablets of ecstasy and $70,000.00 cash.

That case is finally going to trial and has recently cleared it's last hurdle. It comes as no surprise to discover that cocaine ring was tied to the Hells Angels.

At first we were told by the police that none of the accused had any affiliations with the Hells Angels but in April of this year the trial revealed that in another call between the two men, Fraser phones Herrick and orders him to “bring some s**t” to “the clubhouse.” With loud music in the background, Fraser tells him the address is 837 Ellis Street, the property known locally as the Hells Angels clubhouse.

Hells Angel charged with Murder

Jeffrey Albert Lynds from Nova Scotia has been arrested for a double murder in Montreal. He's with the Nomads in Ontario.

Lynds has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder and is accused of killing two men in Montreal earlier this year at a McDonald's restaurant.

Police say that one of the shooting victims, Kirk Murray, 47, was a convicted killer. The other shooting victim, Anthony Onesi, 51, was reported to be a bystander.

The slayings happened not far from where Nick Rizzuto Jr., the son of reputed Mafia boss Vito Rizzuto, had been gunned down one month earlier.

Personal Privilege

On a matter of Personal Privilege, I would like to make a clarification. The Kelowna Daily News quoted a comment made on my blog. Which is absolutely fine and fair game. The purpose of my blog and web site is to share information.

However, I would like to clarify that citing an anonymous comment on a blog is exactly that, an anonymous comment on a blog. It is what the courts refer to as hearsay evidence. Nevertheless this kind of hearsay evidence can help us speculate and piece together missing pieces of the puzzle.

It's kind of like how I mentioned in my previous post that a newspaper can quote someone as saying they were abducted by aliens and they are safe from legal liable. Whether or not the story is true in another matter. If someone said it, they said it.

They could have also quoted another comment on my blog where someone said they thought the person responsible for another crime was Elvis driving a UFO.

This is the quote in the paper: "An anonymous writer told a gangster blog that he stole 200 pounds of marijuana and his body was dumped in a nearby lake." They missed the Goldammer part but they got the stolen pot part. Personally I don't believe Geoff stole any pot especially that much. Why would he do that? It doesn't make sense.

Personally I think the Hells Angels would like people to think that to rationalize his disappearance and possible homicide pretending that he somehow deserved it. I think they fabricated that part of the rumor for PR purposes. Just like they did when they claimed Juel Stanton beat up someone who robbed a grow op. They were implying that people who rob grow ops are lowlifes who need to be beaten.

In reality Juels was the one robbing the grow ops in Surrey and taking them over for the East Vancouver Hells Angels. The story of someone else robbing their grow op was false and was fabricated to put the Hells Angels in a better light that the truth did.

That same article in the Kelowna Daily News also said: "Many speculate she made the deal with a member of the Independent Soldiers, an organized-crime gang prominent in Kelowna, Kamloops and the Lower Mainland. Members distribute drugs, launder money and fight turf wars with the Hells Angels."

Now that statement is just plain false and is why the Hells Angels create so many puppet clubs to throw people off their trail. The Independent Soldiers are not independent any more. According to police, now they work for the Hells Angels.

Even Shane Bunting admitted he knew Hells Angels and Independent Soldiers. His neighbours went on to say they saw Hells Angels and Independent Soldiers attending parties at that residence with the previous owner. If Britney was screwed over by the Independent soldiers, she was screwed over by the Hells Angels because a puppet club doesn't do anything with out the permission of the puppet master.

Stirring the Hornet’s Nest

What is free speech? Does it exist in Canada? Sometimes. Slander is saying something about someone that is not true. Often a reporter will be accused of slander if they publish an article about someone that is unflattering. However, if they have told the truth, they have not committed slander and false allegations of slander constitute slander.

Often tabloids will get around that by quoting someone. For example, ”John Doe claims he was abducted by aliens.” If John Doe really did say that they haven’t committed slander. If I quote a newspaper article that says an individual was charged with a crime, that is not slander.

What is the Charter of Rights? Does it really give criminals more rights that citizens and victims? Not at all. Law and order as well as Public Safety are constitutional obligations. Yet when looking at our “Judicial” System in B.C. many people feel criminals have more rights than victims.

Nevertheless, a democratic society has the right to elect governments and lobby them to fulfill their constitutional duty to uphold law and order and provide for public safety.

Concerned citizens have the right to speak out against organized crime in their community. That is as they say south of the 49, an unalienable right.

Drug smuggler reported other operations to the DEA

Drug trafficker Colin Martin who's helicopter had been used by the Hells Angels to smuggle drugs, claimed to have the “ability to control 70 percent of the work that comes out of B.C. and what comes into B.C.”

He admits to reporting other cross border drug smugglers to American Drug Enforcement Agents. In exchange they let him keep operating for 10 years.

Among the helicopter pilots linked to Martin’s operations were Jeremy Snow. Jeremy Snow was from Kelowna and has been sentenced to nearly 40 years in a US prison.

Interesting to note that although many people have been caught smuggling drugs for the Hells Angels and have received long sentences in U.S. prisons, no charges against the Hells Angels arise so they just find another mule. You'd think that if someone was caught smuggling huge amounts of cocaine for the Hells Angels that the Hells Angels would be charged. Nope.

Perhaps the Bloc is right and the Hells Angels should be deemed a criminal org in the criminal code.

Ex-Mountie admits trafficking guns for Hells Angels

A former Manitoba RCMP officer has admitted trafficking weapons on behalf of the Hells Angels, claiming he was desperate for money to pay for his young son's birthday party. That sounds like an obscene cop out to me. Play the victim and use your child to sell guns to the Hells Angels? That is pathetic.

What about Geoff Meisner's kids and all the kids' parents those guns have killed? And I don't believe he did keep his RCMP history hidden from the Hells Angels. They have no problem using Ken Huston and Rob Sidhu.

A murder is set free

A murder is set free and we are all diminished. This is not only a sad day for Canada it is a sad day for humanity. What does it mean to be human? Are we really different than the animals? Are we evolving to something higher or are we devolving into something much worse?

Katherine Quin orchestrated the murder of Mathew Martins from start to finish. She should have received a longer sentence than Forslund. Instead Quin won an obscene appeal and we are left to hang our heads in shame. The evil we do follows us.

Hells Angels Retirement Village

Well Kelwona sure appears to be the retirement village for the East Vancouver Hells Angels and their drug trafficking business. Take a look at all the property they own there. Talk about proceeds of crime. The "clubhouse" is listed as 837 Ellis Street Kelowna. That house was listed in court documents as a drop off spot for a cocaine ring. Great. A drug house a couple of blocks from the RCMP headquarters. What a joke. That clubhouse should be seized.



One of the owners of the clubhouse is Richard Goldammer, a member of the East Vancouver chapter of the Hells Angels. Another source claims he was seen with Geoff Meisner before he went missing. The police just announced that Geoff's disappearance was drug related after they found Brittney Irvings body.

The gated complex on 179 Vimy Avenue in Kelowna the pdf files states is owned by East Vancouver Hells Angel Hans Kurt has an interesting dock to it on the lake. I wonder if he owns a Bayliner boat and if he ever took Geoff or Brittney for a ride on it? Did the police say where they found Brittney Irving's body yet?



Then of course there's David Giles' room with a view:



You remember David Giles. He was the East Vancouver Hells Angel living in Kelowna who was acquitted of trafficking charges after 9 kilograms of cocaine was seized in Kelowna. Two of his associates plead guilt while he walked.

Brittney Irving found dead

This isn't just another story. This isn't just another statistic. This is a human being. It saddens me and in a way enrages me, simply because she's not the only one.

We talked about how a Kelowna girl named Britney Irving went missing and was last seen making a pot deal with a member of the Independent Soldiers. Well today on the front page of the Vancouver Province we read that Britney isn't missing any more. She was found dead.

We already knew she had been living at a grow op that was busted shortly before her disappearance. We already knew she was addicted to OxyContin and was selling pot to pay for her habit. Well today the Province reports that her brother claimed this was going to be her last drug run and she was excited about going into rehab.

All we're left with is speculation. Did she really have that much money if her grow op was just busted? Did she have any drug debts? If they would cut off someone's finger for a $170.00 drug debt, what would they do if the debt was more than that?

Was she serious about going into rehab? Did she tell her business partners that? Surely they wouldn't have been as excited to lose a customer and a dealer. If it was the Independent Soldiers than that would clearly implicate the Hells Angels.

And they brag about their associations with the Renegades in Prince George who the police say are a Hells Angels puppet club.



That's all we need. More crackhead puppets on a string.

Tories appointed Hells Angels Lawyer to Quebec Supreme Court

This kind of story leaves you shaking your head wondering if there is any semblance of honesty or credibility left in the political system. In 2006 the Tories appointed a former lawyer for the Hells Angels to the Quebec Supreme Court. If that doesn't spell WTF, I don't know what does. It's like Braveheart being betrayed by the Bruce. We are forced to bow our head in shame.

There is nothing to argue about. The lawyer was the president of the Conservative party. He also represented the Hells Angels in a trade mark dispute. Not only is that a conflict of interest, it puts the Conservatives suspect for arguing it isn't. At lease the Quebec Chief Justice had the brains to pull him off a Hells Angels case when the Tories didn't.

Semple Avenue 1996

in 2008 three men were arrested in a triple slaying in Winnipeg. Police claim all of the suspects were involved with gangs but they do not believe the shooting victims had any gang involvement. McCaskill said he believes it is an isolated incident and urged the public not to worry.

The shooters were all involved with gangs but the victims weren't. And why is that not a concern for the community and for public safety?

It was the first triple homicide in Winnipeg since the triple murder on Semple Avenue in 1996 also involving gangs.

In 1996, three men were shot, execution-style, in a Semple Avenue home in West Kildonan.

The slayings were part of an ongoing battle between members of the Manitoba Warriors and associates of the Hells Angels over control of the drug and prostitution trades.

Two men were convicted of first-degree murder in the case and sentenced to life in prison, with no chance of parole for 25 years.

Looks like the Hells Angels have been involved with murder, drugs and prostitution in Winnipeg for many years now.

Crack the CIA

There has been a lot of discussion on another forum about Freeway Ricky Ross and the CIA. I think this CIA thing is important to emphasize. Gary Webb was the star reported that made the Ricky Ross connection public and lost his job over it. He died of a suspicious suicide by shooting himself in the head twice. He documented everything in his book Dark Alliance and it involved a lot more people than Reagan. George Bush Sr. was Director of the CIA at that time.



Before Gary Webb, the CIA - Crack – Contra scam was made public and investigated by the Kerry Committee. Gary Webb was the one that revealed who was dealing the crack the CIA brought into the country. After his report came out other witnesses stepped up to the plate including LAPD officer Mike Rupert and DEA Agent Cele Castillo. Both of whom have undergone huge character assassinations as a result.

Then former DEA Agent Judge Bonner appeared on 60 minutes complaining about how the CIA brought in a ton of cocaine into Florida which the CIA adamantly denied until it was proven. Then they said that was the only time and it was an accident.

Even Sarah McClendon knew about the Mena connection which Clinton helped to cover up. I don’t think the war on hard drugs is a scam. I just think the CIA is on the wrong side.

Well there's been some new developments in the Dustin LaFortune torture case. Seemingly the name of his Calgary room mate is Dustin Paxton. He ran a moving company called 'Two GUYS and a Truck' in Calgary. The business was operated out of this house 4203 Centre St NW, Calgary, AB T2E 2Y8. Paxton has since been arrested and the trial is ongoing.



Dustin LaFortune was dumped off at the Regina General Hospital with serious injuries after being missing for two months. The Vancouver Province reports that a resident at 2158 Halifax St. in Regina near that hospital recognizes the photo of Dustin's room mate.

LaFortune went missing in Calgary where neighbours saw signs of violence and ended up being dropped off at the Regina General Hospital. It would appear that the two have been living at 2158 Halifax Street in Regina since mid March. Let's hope more information is forth coming and that Dustin LaFortune has a full recovery.

However, I will say this, the amount of rage, denial and dishonesty regarding any theories of what the motive could have been are very suspicious.

The understandable public outcry has turned into a commercial circus while anyone who simply asks questions the family don’t want asked are raged upon and deleted. Something just doesn’t sit right. This is the other photo people say looks like Paxton:



I am told that someone posted it on the facebook group after I left and the brother raged on them and swore at them calling them idiots and said that he knew it was Savoie not Paxton because he knew what Savoie looked like. However ,other sources claim that SW was in the Zig Zag crew first and didn't get his Hells Angels patch unlit he got out of prison in 2004.

Savoie was killed in 2000. That means it's not possible that the picture is of Savoie and the brother lied. I wonder why? The trust fund on the new web site sure looks like it's going well. Looks like Ryan finally found la fortune.

Here's some more numbers. Ryan is so full of rage and denial about the Hells Angels being involved he will delete any thread that talks or asks about it.

Yet the court said in the Tokarchuk trial that both Tokarchuk and Savoie sold drugs for the Hells Angels through the Zig Zag crew. The trial also said that Ryan and Dustin were both friends with Tokarchuk and he stayed with them for two nights in 2002 around the time of the murder. The trial was in 2004. The gf claims Ryan hadn't been in touch with Dustin for 6 years. Why did Ryan lose contact with his brother after that trial?

New development: Seemingly Carl was an employee of the moving company and lived with Paxton and Lafortune in Calgary. Seemingly Carl was addicted to crack and has disappeared. So if he was addicted to crack, where did he get it from?

One thing is certain is that this case has drawn a lot of facebook drama. Most of which has not been healthy. Helping find leads to solve the case is fine but obsessing over mudslinging just isn't right.

I will add that a trust fund has been set up in memory of a little girl who was murdered. The little girl is dead. She's not getting the money. The trust fund was set up to help the family cope.

Yes there are a lot of strange things happening with this case. Seeing two sides and their supporters fight back and forth is like watching a dysfunctional family fight over an inheritance. Yet spending all our time trying to find dirt on the victim's mother or on the mother of his child is very counter productive.

OK here’s the deal: It appears that the comments on the DL blog entry have crashed after 10,000 comments. I’m deleting the troll spam but that is a long and painful process. As I delete the spam, more recent messages that disappeared are starting to reappear.

Britney Irving and the Independent Soldiers

This is another sad tale. A Kelowna girl named Britney Irving is missing. Just like Geoff Meisner. She had been living on a grow op that was busted and 1,500 plants were seized.

Michael Plante used to sell pot for the Hells Angels in East van. They had him beaten up after his grow op suffered a grow rip. The Kelowna news claims Britney was addicted to Oxycontin and that she was brokering pot deals to help supply her habit. I wonder if she owed *someone* money?

"On the day she disappeared, Irving had been brokering a large marijuana transaction involving an East-Indian man named Joey, who according to Castanet sources, ripped off Irving. Joey has also disappeared. Another source tells Castanet that Joey is actually Fijian. "

Only Joey hasn't disappeared and is still in town. MIB sources claim Joe (Joelon David) Verma is with the Independent Soldiers who work for the Hells Angels. I'm sure the Hells Angels would love this story to be told as some "brown" guy ripped her off. However, he was from Fiji and he was a member of the Independent Soldiers just like Randy Naicker.

Donnie McWhirter claims to be a member of the IS as well. If Joey and Donnie are members of IS and if the IS work for the Hells Angels, then where is Britney?
