Thomas Crawford Assaulted in Pretrial

The Vancouver Province reported in a headline that Thomas Crawford has been stabbed in the head while awaiting trial for gang related kidnapping charges. Yet later on in the same article it quotes B.C. Corrections spokesperson Marnie Mayhew who said that there was an altercation between two inmates at North Fraser Pretrial Centre in which an inmate fell and injured his head. “However there was no stabbing incident. The inmate was treated in hospital for some injuries. Criminal charges were not laid.”

OK so getting in a fight and getting stabbed are two very different things. We know that Thomas Crawford was with the Independent Soldiers when he was charged in a gang related kidnapping along with seven others. They have been accused of kidnapping someone who was laundering money for them in the States but part of the money went missing. They were collecting on behalf of the person he owed the money to.

Again the kidnapping victim that was laundering money for them was Sulaiman Safi who shared a car lease with full-patch Hells Angel Glen Hehn. When Crawford was first arrested someone tried to tell me he had been kicked out of the IS to try and distance themselves from the kidnapping. Yet it is clear that since Red Scorpions were also involved and since Glen Hehn was indirectly involved with the guy that owed the money, Crawford was on company business so to speak.

Him getting assaulted in jail is just another down and dirty attempt at denying he was working for them when it’s pretty obvious he was. Rats they are. They’ll stab you in the back faster than you can say where’s my money?

In Tuesday's Province they clarified that it was Crawford who said he had been stabbed. It's kinda like that old joke after someone gets beat up. What happened? Oh they fell and hit their head.

Anti-Money Laundering Specialists come to Vancouver

Front page of today’s Vancouver Province is about a former RCMP investigator coming to Vancouver to create a local chapter of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists. Three cheers. After Rich Coleman and the BC Liberals shut down the investigation of money laundering in BC Casinos here comes a private company to fill the gap.

When we first hear the term P3, public private partnership, we automatically think of Gordon Campbell’s corruption. Yet this could be different. Any exposure investigating money laundering is a good thing. Not only is it immoral but it’s always tied to investment fraud that crashes banks and destroys pension.

The question is, will this private company who has no interest in RCMP contracts with the Province, reopen the money laundering investigations in the BC Rail case that were swept under the carpet? Aneal Basi was accused of money laundering from Erik Bornmann. Tips from an informant suggested Basi was laundering money for Bains by purchasing real estate. I’d like to see these guy investigate that. As well as the money laundering that goes on in the banks. Or how about money laundering in stocks? That should keep them pretty busy.

Harper sinks while Trudeau rises

The Vancouver Province is reporting on the results of two very interesting and significant polls. The first one reveals two-thirds of Canadians believe Prime Minister Stephen Harper's Conservative government is too secretive and has failed to govern with high ethical standards. Although it comes as no big surprise this news doesn’t bring me great joy.

Yes there are many things that Harper has done that I totally oppose. I am very disappointed with what he has done to the party. He has turned Reform full circle into Mulroneyism. The exact plague Reform set out to fix. The poll found that 63% disagreed with the statement the "Harper Conservatives are living up to the promise they made when first elected in 2006 to provide an ethical, open and transparent government." Again this is no big surprise. Harper has not been ethical or transparent. Period.

Fifty-eight per cent of Canadians disapprove of the Conservative government under Harper's leadership. This isn’t a big surprise either when you have more than one political party on the ballot. That’s how a party can get a majority government with less than 50% of the vote.

So where does this lead us? The article and the second poll points directly to Justin Trudeau. The Vancouver Province claims Canadian voters would flock back to the federal Liberals if an election occurred now with Justin Trudeau as party leader.

Trudeau is the top choice among voters to be prime minister, surpassing the Conservatives' Stephen Harper and Tom Mulcair of the NDP. Yet when you look at the numbers it’s still pretty close. Thirty-two per cent of decided voters would support the Liberals if led by Trudeau - up six points from last November and 14 points since last June. While 31 per cent would vote for the Conservatives, down three points since November 2012.

Again this is promising but I have mixed feelings. What do Trudeau’s liberals feel about Insite and using tax dollars to buy addicts heroin? That really concerns me. Harm reduction is only one of the four pillars and there is a huge amount of pressure to forget all the other pillars but one which has sent us straight down the DTES toilet.

It’s possible Justin can see the folly in that decision. I’m not sure if the NDP can. I don’t know what their stand on that issue is but for me personally, that’s a pretty important issue when we want to talk about fiscal responsibility as well as addressing the gang war.

A lot of Harper supporters revel in bitterness over Justin’s father. They say he was a Commie that destroyed the country. Yet he had class and dignity. He represented us well in the world. Harper doesn’t. He doesn’t have class or dignity and he doesn’t represent us very well in the world.

Yes Pierre liked Russian literature. No doubt he did have some socialist ideals. Yet his crowning achievement was the Charter of Rights. He was the one that protected us from the intrusive nature of big brother. Protection from arbitrary arrest and unnecessary searches and seizures as well as the right to a fair trial are founding principles in the US constitution. No one would dare call the founding fathers Commies.

Harper has done everything in his power to erode the Charter of Rights and empower big brother. The only reason Harper backed off his warrantless surveillance was because the Supreme Court ruled that cell phones and text messages are protected under the Charter and the police need a search warrant to gain access to them. We have Pierre to thank for that. Getting a search warrant isn’t that difficult. Giving up our liberty just isn’t worth it.

They say Pierre started us down the road of out of control national debt. Yet Harper was far worse with his insider trading jets and the giant bank bail out he still denies happened. Harper sells Candu reactors to China who supports North Korea. The onlything holding back that lunatic in North Korean from following through with his threat to use nuclear arms on America is the fact that his technology isn’t there yet. Harper is helping him get there.

Harper has also given Communist China our oil rights so we are now funding their military expansion. When push comes to shove, Harper has been a far worse Commie that Pierre. Pierre protected us. Harper railroaded us.

How would Justin do in choosing judges? He can’t do any worse than Harper who promoted a lawyer that represented the Hells Angels to the bench because he was the president of the conservative party. Hopefully he will do better than Paul Martin who’s dying act as Prime Minister was to give us Peter Leask. That crazy decision has plagued us for years to come.

So yes I think the news is promising but I have mixed feelings. The only thing that will stop Harper is to elect someone else. That is the only way the party will pick someone else. Will Justin destroy the country in the mean time? I don’t think so. I think he will do us proud. Time will tell. It always does.

Harper cuts soldiers pay

Harpers latest act of defiance is to cut soldiers serving in Afghanistan pay by $500 a month mid stream. During their tour of duty in violation of their agreed contract. He’s removing their danger pay because he says it isn’t as dangerous any more. Is that right? Now that American troops are protection the opium fields in Afghanistan it isn’t as dangerous any more? I find that hard to believe. What are Canadian troops still doing in Afghanistan anyways? I thought we already pulled out. Makes ya wonder how the Central Asian gas pipeline is doing there now.

Off Shore Tax-haven data leak

Evidently there has been some kind of massive leak about off shore financial information revealing how the rich evade taxes through off shore investment. The concept is no secret. It’s been going on for years. I guess the details of who’s doing what has actually been released.

Canadian Senator Pana Merchant has been named in the release. CBC is covering the data leak. They have an interactive map on the topic. They posted a list of countries affected as well as a list of 5 big leaks of offshore financial data. However, they aren't releasing all the data about Canadians yet. They're going to sort through it first.

Nobody likes taxes. Michael Moore talked about the historic shift in tax rates for the wealthy. Previously the more money you made the higher tax bracket you were in and the more taxes you paid. At one point the extremely rich were paying up to 80% of their earnings in tax. I do think that was extreme.

Yet Michael Moore pointed out how we have gone to the other extreme where the very wealthy pay next to no income tax through off shore investments. That is wrong. It doesn’t help build the local economy and forces the middle class to pay all the tax revenue.

As I’ve said before, no one wants to be over taxed yet the fact that Warren Buffet pays less tax than his secretary shows there is something wrong with the system. His secretary pays income tax at a rate of 35.8 percent of income, while Buffett pays a rate at 17.4 percent. Over taxing the rich or the large corporations isn’t the answer but letting them pay no or very little tax isn’t the answer either.

The other example is the fraudster Donald Trump. In two of his recent tax returns he paid no income tax at all. That just isn’t right. I don’t think anyone no matter how much money they make should ever have to pay more than 50% of their income in tax. Yet having the wealthy pay little or no tax is just plain wrong. It is tax evasion and these off shore accounts help them do it.

The solution is simple. We should stop rewarding people for investing off shore.

Following the money in the Pharmaceutical Services Division

The Vancouver Sun recently ran an article about a Pharmaceutical scam called Six fired, two lawsuits, one dead - but still no answers. The Tyee has recently reported there’s now three lawsuits. It all stems from the abrupt termination of a research group that has benefited the large drug companies just like the termination of the RCMP squad investigating money laundering in BC casinos has benefited organized crime.

Rod MacIsaac was days away from completing his PHD and was terminated from the research project. Shortly thereafter he was found dead. The Common Ground wrote about it as well and asked Rod’s sister what she though were possible theories. She said follow the money.

“With BC’s PharmaCare program spending more than $1.2 billion of our money on drugs every year, there is a lot of cash to follow. Many people wonder if the drug safety evaluations done by employees like Roderick and other evaluators were finding things the pharmaceutical manufacturers didn’t like. Would that be enough to lead to an anaphylactic reaction in the bureaucracy and a carpet-bombing of the Ministry of Health?”

It all started on March 28, 2012, when a complaint was filed with the BC’s Auditor General about the way contracts were being awarded and how research was being conducted within the Pharmaceutical Services Division (PSD). PSD oversees annual spending of $1.2 billion on pharmaceuticals, the fastest growing of all areas of health spending. This growth is fueled by unrelenting pressure from pharmaceutical companies that strive to ensure their products are generously covered by the public purse.

Alan Cassals is co-author, with Australian journalist Ray Moynihan of the book, Selling Sickness, about the role of the pharmaceutical industry in helping to create and market illness. We know that the methadone program is a huge money maker and any rehab centre that doesn’t teach it doesn’t get government referrals. Keeping people on the program forever and refusing to ever decrease the dosages is a huge scam all in itself. However, me thinks this one goes far beyond that.

I would however, like to find out how much of that $1.2 billion a year is spent on methadone and how much the pharmacists make for dispensing it and the doctors make for prescribing it. In fact a complete break down of how that $1.2 billion a year is spent is really crucial to our not so democratic system. How contracts are awarded and what not. You get the picture.

Rock Machine’s SS Elite

John Adam Curwin, 31, plead guilty on Wednesday to several charges of gun and drug trafficking and received a 9 and 1/2 year sentence. He’s the first to plead in that recent RM sting in Winnipeg called Project Dilemma. Curwin was selling BZP and was caught with a stick of dynamite.

The Winnipeg Sun is reporting that police found out that two members of a RM Support club from Ontario called the SS Elite came to town to help them get established. They found out this information at an RM meeting in the police informant’s home who was a full patch RM member. I have a tip as to his name but it hasn’t been released in court documents and I do support protecting the identity of people who testify against drug dealers.

Court documents claim the SS Elite was described by RM leaders as being modeled after the SS Waffen, “created to protect Hitler and other Nazis. As SS Elite members, they ultimately report to RM members in Montreal but are also required to protect and support the local chapter members.”

OK I am getting pretty fed up with all these freaking Nazis. This isn’t just a trendy logo. It’s pissing on our flag and the graves of all the noble soldiers in Bény-sur-Mer. Pick a different name and a different symbol. That one is shameful. It mocks the French as well since our soldiers died liberating France from Hitler’s Nazis in Normandy.

While we’re on the subject of the Rock Machine in Winnipeg, the top picture is a family photo of the crew from the summer of 2011. You can see Jay Strachan on the left in the middle row. He was the national Nomads president. I’m not sure if he’s still in.

The two on the right in the middle row is Stephen King and Stephen Cabral. Cabral was the Winnipeg President. Bottom right is Adam Curwin who just received the 9 and ½ year sentence. Bottom left is Jean Paul Beaumont. He used to be with the Zig Zag crew like Jay Strachan was but became the RM Nomads Sergeant at Arms. He died in Brandon jail last fall. At least they ride nice bikes. No fat ass fairings and plastic saddlebags that look like Goldwings. I think on the West coast we do need fenders for all the rain though.

BC Liberals fake pre election budget

The Vancouver Province is reporting that the B.C. NDP have accused the Liberal government of hiding an $800-million budget deficit this year. The budget forecasts a surplus of $197 million for 2013-2014, following several years of deficit spending. Ralston likened the 2013 budget to the financial plan laid out by the Liberals ahead of the 2009 election, which turned out to be a deficit.

"The B.C. Liberal government's election year budget is deliberately designed to hide a deficit of close to $800 million in the current year," Ralston said at a news conference in Vancouver. "In our view they are artificially and deliberately suppressing expenditure growth in order to falsely claim a balanced budget." Ralston said the government included unexplained asset sales to put the Liberals back in the black.

Finance Minister Mike de Jong dismissed the claim and said “if the NDP have a plan, they should present it to British Columbians, de Jong said. "The NDP, as always, wants to spend more," he said, which will lead to higher taxes, worsening credit and higher borrowing costs for B.C."

Wait a minute… that’s exactly what the BC Liberals have done. Bruce Ralston, a duly elected MP from Surrey has accused the Christy Clark government of faking their pre election budget. Is that true or false? NDP stereotypes aren’t relevant.

CBC is reporting that the fake budget includes speculative revenues from natural gas royalties and asset sales. That’s exactly what Bruce Ralston said. Selling assets to balance the budget is very short sighted. You can’t do that forever. You have to eventually balance the budget. Especially when they sell off assets at fire sale prices to insiders who contribute to their political campaigns like at the Campbell Heights Industrial Park in Surrey.

The BC Liberals from Gordon Campbell to Christy Clark and beyond to the Surrey wing nut high jacking, has constantly been the most corrupt and arrogant government in the history of the province. You can’t live a lie forever. Sooner or later people will wake up and smell the coffee.

I happened to get some spam recently claiming to be from Carol James about this very subject. In it she claims the fake Liberal budget hides the $800 million deficit and states: "How did they do this? - Unrealistic growth projections - A fire sale of assets that hasn’t even happened yet - BC Hydro profits that simply don’t exist."

Unrealistic growth progressions. That’s always convenient in a pre election budget. Oh yeah we project we’ll be making much more money as soon as we finally leave office. The fire sale of public assets is a huge concern. That is a one trick pony they keep riding into the dust. As I’ve said it’s always accompanied by fraud where insiders make millions at the taxpayers expense. They ripped off $2 billion from the public purse in Campbell Heights. Who knows how much they stole in the BC Rail fire sale.

BC Hydro profits? That is just plain FRAUD. Every year they keep deferring this huge out of control BC Hydro deficit tax payers will one day have to pay for. The smart meter scam made it worse but that wasn’ t the real cause. Campbell’s Liberals were the cause. They are the ones that broke BC Hydro and turned it into another Enron. Them denying that and claiming a profit from BC Hydro for an election budget is FRAUD. It is a criminal, act. They should be in jail.

The Campbell government privatized part of BC Hydro. I’m not talking about Terson gas. That isn’t the problem. That was just duplication. The problem was with the BC Hydro they did privatize. The brokers who sold power to the public company at an inflated rate which totally ripped of the taxpayers. That was another criminal act that desperately needs to be repaired.

These private brokers (B.C. Hydro's Powerex subsidiary) were charged with Enron in California for false billing. Now we see the same thing here in BC where consumers including struggling seniors are left with no legal recourse for insanely huge bills. These fraudsters are snatching purses from seniors. The private brokers selling power to BC Hydro at an inflated price is a huge scam that affects all of us.

The Vancouver Sun reported that Questionable bookkeeping methods by BC Hydro have put ratepayers on the hook for $2.2 billion in public debt – with no apparent plan in place to recover the money, Auditor-General John Doyle warned in an audit report. Doyle said that if Hydro stays with the practice of deferring large debts rather than paying them back and balancing its books each year, the total debt will swell to $5 billion by 2017.

I complain a lot about the misery the crack and crystal meth dealers cause on the street. Yet that doesn’t nearly affect most of us in BC like this huge scam at BC Hydro. This is gonna gouge us for years to come. The BC Liberals who did that and are hiding that criminal act with a fraudulent budget claiming tax revenue from BC Hydro need to be charged and arrested. Why that hasn’t happened is absolutely astounding. It is way worse than BC Rail ever was.

Texas District Attorney and Deputy gunned down

Speaking of Nazi white supremacists north of the border, they’re making news south of the border as well. A double funeral took place Friday morning in Texas for Kaufman County District Attorney Mike McLelland and his wife Cynthia. Both were gunned down in late March in what is seen an orchestrated attack on law enforcement. They were found shot to death in their home two months after one of his assistants was gunned down near their office.

Here's the low down: District Attorney Mike McLelland and his wife was shot dead 30 March 2013. His deputy, Assistant District Attorney Mark Hasse was gunned down 31 January 2013. In between those two murders, Colorado prisons chief Tom Clements was murdered 19 March 2013.

21 March 2013 Montague County Sheriff's Deputy James Boyd was shot at by Evan Spencer Ebel. Hours later Ebel was shot dead in a police shoot out. The gun Ebel used in the March 21 shootout was the same one used to shoot and kill prisons chief Tom Clements two days earlier. Evan Ebel is with the 211 Crew of the Aryan Nations prison gang. The 211 Crew is from Colorado and is named after the California penal code for robbery. Two other members of that gang are persons of interest in one of the shootings. One of those two suspects has just been arrested.

Freddy posted a link to the Aryan Brotherhood’s connection to this mayhem in the forum. I’m just trying to sort through things and connect the dots.

WBP murder trial set for September 2013

The White Boy Posse murder trial has been set. CBC is reporting that a 15-day preliminary hearing is set to begin Sept. 23 at the provincial court in Saskatoon. Randy O'Hagan is charged in three separate murders including the decapitation of Bob Roth for a drug debt.

Police believe that they killed Lorry Santos by mistake while trying to break into the Saskatoon drug market. Not a mistake as in they didn’t mean to kill her, a mistake as in she wasn’t the target. It will be interesting to see what the evidence supports because local concern is that it was a hate crime.

I’m no brain surgeon but I’m having a hard time understanding how they could have mistaken a private residence for the Saskatoon drug market. She answered the door and they shot her dead. If it wasn’t the drug market they could of just said wrong house, my bad and walked away. Yet they didn’t. They shot her dead. Either way it’s a tragedy. A beautiful young woman murdered for no reason. It’s hard for someone to build their credibility after that.

Notice that in the top picture the two on the sides are wearing Edmonton Hells Angels support shirts while the one in the middle is wearing a nomad support shirt. All are showing their connection to the Hells Angels. This picture below shows one of the same guys in the Edmonton Hells Angles support shirt with another Yahoo in a Support 51 shirt which means the same thing. 51 is for EA as in Edmonton Angels. Red and white also refers to the Hells Angels. So chalk up another three murders to the Hells Angels. How many does that make it now? I’ve lost count.

I still need to find out what the status is on the WBP trial for those idiots from Whitecourt, Alberta who were arrested for drug trafficking then shot a sheriff in the hand trying to escape. They were recaptured shortly thereafter in the same small town. One blog reader commented how the guy on the left looks like WBP member Tyler Corbett who is wanted for drug trafficking.

Rabih Alkhalil suspect in Wall Centre shooting

The Vancouver Province and the Vancouver Sun are both reporting that Rabih Alkhalil is a suspect in the Sheraton Wall Centre shooting where Sandip Duhre was shot dead last January. We know that Rabih Alkhalil who was arrested in Greece has been charged along with Dean Wiwchar for the murder of John Raposo in Toronto. Police claim Raposo was the leader of the McCormick Boys, a small west-end Portuguese gang that bought drugs from Italian organized crime. Turns out that both Rabih Alkhalil and Dean Wiwchar are suspects in the Sandip Duhre murder as well.

As we know, Rabih Alkhalil is tied to Larry Amero and the Hells Angels. He was also charged in Larry Amero’s recent Montreal drug bust. The Alkhalil family has a long drug history. In January, 2001, Alkhalil’s brother Khalil was killed in Surrey shooting over a drug debt. Another of Alkhalil’s brothers - Mamoud - was one of three people killed in the August, 2003, Loft Six Nightclub shooting. We know that the loft Six shooting meant he was supporting the Hells Angels.

Of the three people were killed in the Loft Six shooting two were Hells Angels associates and one was an innocent bystander. One of the victims, John Anthony Johnson was a former bouncer at Brandi's. That was a HA strip bar while Gino was seeing Brandy. She had to cut him lose to keep her liquor license.

The other person killed in that shooting was Alkhalil’s brother Mahmoud. Nomads Hells Angels member Jamie Holland was also present that night. As was Paul Dosanjh from the Hells Angels affiliated Independent Soldiers. Paul survived being shot in the head that night. Phil Hothi was alleged to have shot a Hells Angel in the Loft 6 shooting and was shot in retaliation. Phil worked for Peter Adiwal.

The loft Six used to be owned by Donald Roming, a member of the Nomads chapter of the Hells Angels. He was shot dead on Mar. 9, 2001, outside the Bar None club in Yaletown before the Loft Six opened.

Andy Richards claimed that Donald Roming helped the Hells Angels take over the stripper agencies in BC. He claimed Roming was responsible for laying a very serious beating on a 67-year-old man who was involved with one of the independent companies at the time, to the point the man was hospitalized.

We also know that Larry Amero and Jonathon Bacon attended Rabih’s bother Nabil’s wedding in Ottawa. The Vancouver Province claims that was published in the Toronto Star. A blog reader also posted it on this blog. Clearly the Alkhalils are tied to Larry Amero and the Hells Angels.

The Vancouver Province is reporting that a source said that Alkhalil and his associates have over the past few years been surgically taking out rivals across Canada in a bid to control cocaine import and distribution. It is believed that some of those killings were made knowing other gangs would likely be blamed for the hits. That certainly comes as no surprise. That's the way Larry Amero and the Hells Agnels do business. Deny everything and blame others for their dirty work.

Just look at how Larry conned the UN. He told them they were supporting the UN in their conflict with the Bacon Brothers. Not. Larry Amero even had Matt the crackhead rat Schrader get the UN the Bacon brothers address after they moved from that dirty former cop Rob Sidhu. Oh but that wasn’t enough. Larry even let one of his flings he shared a car lease with ride with them on a Bacon brother hit outside Tbarz to prove his loyalty. After he warned the Bacon brothers and paid for their bullet proof vest and armored car. That guy is a lying rat. Just like Ricky C.

Clearly the crime group Rabih Alkhalil was working for in all these murders across the country to take over the drug trade is the Hells Angels. The extermination of the Duhre Dhak group in Greater Vancouver are just one example. We need to see the Predatory nature of their drug dealers.

Tax Revolt

I think it’s time for a tax revolt. If they are going to raise the age of retirement so they can spend taxes on free heroin, I’m gonna stop paying taxes. I think we should march into Insite and take all the heroin bought with tax dollars and dump it in English Bay. A Canadian Tea Party so to speak. The Gang Task Force should do it but they are being controlled by spoilt brats.

The Canadian Health authority can harass people in the medical profession for disagreeing with them but they don’t have the authority to break the law. The Supreme court did not say they can hand out free heroin at tax payers expense. That is way out of their jurisdiction. Instead of firing whistleblowers, the democratically elected government has the authority to fire all the nutbars on their payroll in the Canadian Health Authority that are brain washing the public with false data in reports they made to fit their cause. That is not science. That is organized crime.

So here’s to Jesse Ventura and the Second amendment. The Tea Party movement in the States had the right idea except they became mindless sheep driven by idiots like Sarah Palin who have no idea what defending the constitution really means. John McCain was one of the Keating Five for God’s sake. Another infiltration. They should have stuck with Ron Paul and Jesse Ventura.

Hells Angels megatrial delayed

A Hells Angels megatrial in Quebec has been delayed. The Montreal Gazette is reporting that “The trial involves nine men alleged to be members of the biker gang's Sherbrooke chapter. They were arrested in 2009 as part of Operation SharQc, along with more than 100 others. They face charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, drug trafficking and participation in the activities of a criminal organization. In 2011, Brunton broke the large group down into five smaller ones, and the Sherbrooke chapter is scheduled to be the first case to go to trial.”

Thirteen other Hells Angels assigned to the first trial have since pleaded guilty — most to murder conspiracy and gangsterism charges — and were sentenced last year to prison terms ranging from the equivalent of eight years to 23 years. Frédéric Landry-Hétu was just recently arrested and two others remain at large. Guy Rodrigue, a founding member of the Sherbrooke chapter is one of them. In 1987, he was convicted for his role in the murders of five members of the North Chapter (Laval) Hells Angels known as the Lennoxville Massacre. If you see Guy Smiley call it in. He's a dirty rat that murdered his own brothers for the almighty dollar.

Hells Angel sentencing delayed do to wife’s disappearance

James Bradley, of Temecula, California is a general contractor and member of the Hells Angels. He was was found guilty of uttering threats in a contracting dispute on Oct. 18 2012. However, his sentencing on Jan 2013 was postponed because his wife has disappeared.

In court, defense attorneys Christopher Hammatt and Andrew Linehan said that Deanna Bradley hasn’t been seen or heard from since Tuesday and might have committed suicide. They said James Bradley was at a restaurant with their children Tuesday evening when Deanna Bradley left their home near Temecula without her purse. James Bradley has been searching for her ever since. He has no idea where she’s gone,” Hammatt said.

Turns out he just got 4 years probation.

Turns out the wife is fine. She was just upset over marital issues.

Four arrested in cross border drug related shooting

Tuesday morning US border agents saw two Canadians with backpacks in a forest used by smugglers. They told the suspects to stop. One man dropped his back pack and fired at the border agents whereupon both men fled. The backpacks contained 58.2 pounds of ecstasy. Canadian Jeffrey Laviolette was arrested.

Wednesday, Abbotsford police arrested the other suspect Nathan Hall in his Abbotsford home. He wouldn’t come out so they gassed him. Ryan Lambert and Kali Henifinn, the intended recipients of the drugs were also arrested. They’ve been charged with conspiracy to distribute MDMA. Worth finding out if it’s the real MDMA or the fake stuff they make now with BZP since they can’t get the original sassafras oil ingredient.

BF posted a link to the Metro Vancouver article. Kim Bolan has the story as well and linked to the court document. Here a copy of the document filed in US court.

Canadians nabbed in border incident were on 'most wanted' lists

Nathan John Hall has now been charged in the US

Sicilian renewable energy tycoon tied to the Mafia

The Vancouver Province is reporting that: A Sicilian renewable energy tycoon nicknamed the “Lord of the Wind” has had pounds 1.1 billion of allegedly mafia-related assets confiscated by Italian authorities in the biggest seizure of its kind.

Vito Nicastri, 57, is believed by police to be a frontman for Cosa Nostra and to have close links with one of Italy’s most wanted men, Matteo Messina Denaro, the “boss of bosses” for the Sicilian mafia. The confiscation underlined fears that Italy’s clean energy sector has been infiltrated by dirty money from organized crime.

Renewable energy tycoon? Wow, I wonder if that has anything to do with Surrey’s “Renewable energy” Incinerator slotted for the Campbell Heights money laundering centre. I’d say it’s worth looking into.

Dr. Colin Mangham on Insite

Well, well, well. Looks like the Insite spin doctors have been busy ostracizing and censoring everyone that doesn’t share their poison kool aid. Dr. Colin Mangham opposed the creation of Insite. He states “I was the author of one of three academic papers that all said essentially the same thing. I was embarrassed as a professional and as a graduate of UBC by [Insite’s] poor science and the misuse of data. It was allowed to stand in the media without correction. The media was making very positive, glowing statements without evidence.”

I call on the committee, especially the elected representatives, to stop allowing a group of activists, whatever else they're clothed in, to dictate Canada's drug policies. The people of Canada and elected officials need to set drug policy.’

A Critique of Canada’s INSTE Injection Site by Dr. Colin Mangham

Response to an article published in the Lancet on April 18 2010

The Huffington Post states: “Dr. Colin Mangham is an expert in the field of prevention and has worked in the field since 1979. Over this time, he has written numerous prevention programs for schools, communities, and parents that are in use today. A Ph.D in School and Community Health, Dr. Mangham has developed and taught many university courses in health promotion, school health education theory and methods, community program planning, drugs in society, and epidemiology for non-epidemiologists. He has conducted research and evaluation in prevention for federal, provincial, and non-profit organizations across the country. Dr. Mangham is a reviewer for the Canadian Journal of Public Health, and a member of both the International Task Force on Strategic Drug Policy and the International Scientific and Medical Forum on Drug Abuse.”

~~

John McKay is an outspoken critic of the Insite injection site on East Hastings and has called the scientific research project "a failed social experiment." McKay was the officer in charge of the VPD's beat enforcement team when Insite opened in September 2003. When Insite opened, McKay said, operators of the facility handed out lattes and T-shirts to addicts. And, he said, the VPD agreed not to arrest anyone with illegal drugs within a five-block radius of the site.

The decision to adopt a "no-charge policy" created a "culture of entitlement" for drug users, said McKay, adding that an addict simply had to say they were going to Insite to avoid prosecution. "In 2006, the culture of entitlement was so bad that addicts were openly using drugs at bus stops, school grounds and business fronts," he said.

The drug activity prompted the VPD to begin arresting addicts found using drugs at these locations. Police warned Vancouver Coastal Health, which operates Insite with the PHS Community Services Society, before enforcement was taken. "This was loudly supported by the public, however [Vancouver Coastal Health] accused the VPD of not supporting harm reduction." Vancouver Coastal Health does not promote health.

There are two things we can do right now to combat this plague. We can stop handing our free heroin at Insite at taxpayers’ expense. We can also arrest drug dealers for selling crack or heroin in that area. Those are two things we are morally obligated to do. That is the four pillars. Vancouver Coast Health refuse to accept the four pillars. They just want one pillar which as we’ve seen is simply a one legged horse.

Vancouver city hall is part of the problem. They bought the Drake Hotel and gave the Hells Angels $2 million more than it was worth. That was $2 million of money for social housing right to a criminal organization. People need homes not drugs. Our tax base and our medical system can’t afford to buy free drugs. People can’t have an MRI but they can have free heroin. That is wrong. It will crash our medical system completely. Right now the main stream medical community is worse than the mainstream media. It is completely corrupt.

The Predatory nature of drug dealers

Janice Shore’s brutal murder in Whalley showed us the predatory nature of drug dealers here. Just like the murder of Bob Roth in Edmonton and the murder of Ashley Machiskinic in East Vancouver. All three murders are connected.

Let’s start with Ashley. She was murdered on September 15 2010. She fell to her death from a hotel window in East Vancouver. At first the police were treating it as a suicide until they began to have public protests claiming it was murder. Family. Friends and advocates claimed she was pushed out a window for a drug debt and it was not the first time this kind of thing has happened.

Carol Martin of the Downtown East side Women's Centre was quoted in the paper as saying: "Women get their heads shaved for a $30 drug debt, they're killed for $50." Killed for $50. That must be the East Van rate. In Prince George they were cutting off fingers for a $170 drug debt. For a $300 drug debt someone was hacked up with a medieval battle axe in Prince George. Human life seems to be valued less by the predators in East Vancouver.

Clearly, my submission is that if Ashley Machiskinic was murdered for a drug debt, that debt was ultimately owed to the Hells Angels since they control the drug trade in East Vancouver. Sure they would have had some puppet or associate do the deed, but Tony Terezakis was a drug dealer for the Hells Angels in East Vancouver who filmed himself beating the life out of drug addicts who owed him money.

Of course the Crew, the puppet club that was cutting off fingers for drug debts in Prince George were also working for the Hells Angels. After that bad press most of them crossed over to the Independent Soldiers who also work for the Hells Angels. Just another name change in the paper trail shell game hiding the Hells Angels involvement but it is still business as usual.

Tragically the “safe” injection site didn’t save Ashley Machiskinic’s life. I don’t suppose they include her murder or the many others in their statistics. I don’t suppose they include the videos of the pain and suffering Tony Terezakis afflicted upon their clients either.

Now let’s pause and look at Janice shore’s brutal murder. She was brutally beaten and raped in public on a Sunday morning and left where everyone would see her to send a message. The Surrey Leader reported that one source told them she was killed for a drug debt. Those that knew her said it couldn’t have been a large debt because she was a user not a dealer. No doubt that is who they target to use as examples.

Janice was a nice person. She was quiet, polite and friendly. She also struggled with a mental illness. What kind of predator gives a quiet homeless woman with a mental illness free drugs then beats the life out of her for payment. Giving the homeless and the mentally ill free drugs then beating them and torturing them for payment is predatory. It is total low life. That is as low as you can go.

They scratched out one of Janice’s eyes. They caved in the side of her head and her jaw. There was absolutely no need for that kind of brutality. These are not the people we should be letting sell drugs in public let alone pay them for heroin at the unsafe injection site. When we let them sell drugs in public we endorse their brutal violence and their exploitation of the poor, homeless and the mentally ill.

We don’t need to harass the addicts. We need to harass the predatory drug dealers that profit from that kind of violent exploitation. We need to arrest the drug dealers not the drug addicts. That is the New York Model.

Bob Roth is yet another example. The vice dot com did an interview with me after I published the identify of the body they found decapitated outside Edmonton claiming her was murdered for a drug debt by the Whiteboy Posse. They were interested in the fact that I published the details before the arrest was made. What we all should be focusing on is the predatory nature of these deranged murders. This has got to stop and right now we are enabling and supporting them when we should be doing everything in our power to stop them. It’s not that the war on drugs has failed. We haven’t fought it. We haven’t even tried.

Don’t forget that the Whiteboy Posse sell drugs for the Hells Angels so I submit that Bob Roth was therefore killed on behalf of the Hells Angels just like Janice and Ashley were. All three of these murders happened after the 2009 gang war. They happened after the Hells Angels secured their monopoly on the drug trade. So don’t tell me we are better off letting the Hells Angels take over the drug trade. That is not true.

Tax dollars paying for free Heroin

I know I shouldn’t say I told ya so but I did. Freddy recently announced that he knows a guy getting free heroin from the Vancouver not so safe injection site. He then posts a link to a CBC article confirming the “pilot” project back in 2005. This is insane. Any medical doctor that prescribes heroin should lose his medical license. Giving people rat poison is not in their best interest. Are we going to buy people free aftershave to drink? This program does exactly that.

Right from the get go my whole concern with this unsafe injection site was the give an inch take a mile extremism that permeates these crazed lobbyists. Some want to turn the safe injection site into a safe inhalation site where they can smoke crack at the taxpayers’ expense. That is absurd.

People can argue that addicts will shoot up regardless so giving them a safe place to shoot up is better than having them shoot up in the alley. Wrong. Their numbers proves their plan failed. They want to build more unsafe injection sites. That means they are increasing the number of addicts not decreasing them.

People argue about the methadone program. Yet there are obvious flaws within that program. Increasing the dosages instead of decreasing the dosages is the primary ongoing concern. This program has become a cash cow for doctors and pharmacists alike. Any medical doctor claiming the program is an essential service is in a conflict of interest because they are making money off the program.

People claim the unsafe injection site saves lives. Wrong. It destroys lives. Out of 300 addicts it creates, they might save 12 from overdosing. They then claim they just saved 12 lives when in realty they just destroyed 300. Heroin is poison. It kills people slowly and destroys their brain.

The DTES is the epicenter of the Vancouver gang war and the unsafe injection site has become the root of the problem in the DTES. Using tax dollars to buy heroin is wrong. It is illegal and opens the floodgates to an absurd flurry of contradictions.

To start, if you are going to buy heroin with tax dollars to give to an addict, then who are you going to buy it from? You can’t grow it yourself so you are going to have to buy it from a drug dealer. So right there you not only committed an illegal act, you also used tax dollars to fund and support the biggest predator in East Vancouver that is preying on and exploiting the poor and mentally challenged. You are funding and fueling the gang war which is fighting over those profits. You are fueling the acceptance and tolerance of the drug dealers who torture and kill people for drug debts.

Once you buy heroin from a drug dealer for your tax funded perpetual pilot project, you can’t really turn around and arrest them for selling heroin. So you now create a tolerance area that is in violation with the law. This is the existing problem with needle exchanges and unsafe injection sites. As soon as you start handing out free needles you then let drug dealers sell drugs next door. This is a violation of the four pillars program. Needle exchanges are supposed to be exchanges. You hand in a used needle and get a new needle in return. Now they just hand them out like candy so the original problem of used needles turning up in schools, public places and on private property has increased exponentially.

At the Vancouver Occupy site a young girl died from a heroin over dose. Thankfully she was given a clean needle to kill herself with paid for with tax dollars. I realize the cost of needles is insignificant. Yet there are two concerns. One is the fact that the more needles we hand out, the more used needles get discarded in public. The other concern is that it sends the wrong message. Many of the people who have drug addictions are mentally challenged. The ones we kicked out of mental institutions we closed down to give Gordon Campbell and his cronies two big pay raises and a gold plated pension. Giving anyone especially someone who is mentally challenged a free needle or free crack pipe gives the impression that using it is OK. Well it must be OK, a “nurse” just gave it to me. This is the wrong message for us to give.

There are a huge number of problems this program has created. We have seen the results of this test. It has failed. There are more drug addicts on the street now than ever. If you want to see the Zombie Apocalypse, just walk down Main and Hastings on welfare night. These are human beings that we are turning into Zombies. What we are doing is wrong and it’s about time we woke up and took responsibility. This program is not the four pillars. This program is not the New York Model. I saw the New York Model. I saw it succeed. If we really care about these people we will give them homes not drugs and we will stop the cruel predators that are profiting from this nightmare.

A salute to Michael Green and the TBM

I’ve made references to the TBM Fresh Start group in Denmark before but I just wanted to reemphasize what a great work they are doing. TBM is Danish for Gang Members Fresh Start. These are former gang members who have left the lifestyle and want a fresh start on life. Michael Green is the public face of the group and there are many anonymous members. Obviously leaving the lifestyle can also be very dangerous. Keeping with the Men in Black theme I refer to him as the Pitbull of Scandinavia.

Michael made reference to the number of treatment centers that help people get off drugs or overcome gambling problems. He then asks where are the programs to help people leave the gang life? There aren’t any. That is where TBM Fresh Start comes in. This is his struggle in his own words translated roughly by Google translate. I tried to fix the translation errors but I’m not very good with languages. Just realize this guy is the real deal and he’s totally sincere. This is the Easter Redemption. Word.

~~

An old proverb says that all change is good, but the truth is something else, for there is something we humans really fear - change. Everything that can jeopardize our security makes us insecure, because it can not only change our daily lives, but also the rest of our life.

It’s the same for all the people who have lived the gang and biker life, for whether voluntarily or involuntarily leaving that environment, they will be forced to live with a new and completely different environment than they previously lived in.

Although all of the TBM has a different background and history of gang and biker life, there is no real big difference between us, we share what we fear most - change and that is what we now face. What before was normal and easy for us, is now a challenge and something difficult. We must adapt with everything, just to have a chance to start living a new life.

For me personally, every day is not only a challenge but a direct battle. It is the biggest challenge I've ever faced in my life, and the most important battle I’ll ever had to fight. 5 years ago I made my choice to leave the life I had lived for more than 20 years, which for me was as normal a life as it is for ordinary people who go to work 9 to 5, and each month get their salaries, which maintain their lifestyles.

I have not had a job since 1988, and my way of life and lifestyle were subsequently funded by the money I "made" until in 2006 the National bill sent me on an undeserved vacation, (Prison) but today I actually am happy it was assigned to me, because for the first time in my life I looked inward, and as did so I got the opportunity to change me.

No doubt without that holiday I would have lived the same life, and every day done the same thing without having to think about it or why I do that. Yet to be able to change something is the most important tool we have because it can only happen if we are motivated to do so. Without motivation we can’t accomplish anything. Although everything in my life before 2006 was much easier and less problematic, I would not swap it with the life I live now - in spite of every day I have to fight with everything that before did not exist in my life.

Whatever resistance I on my new road will meet or face - I shall deny myself that would lie down and give up - because I know I am the last to leave my struggle as the winner - maybe not a knock out, but with the guarantee of points.

Life has no meaning or value without goals, and for all of TBM it is the goal that life must have a new meaning and value, for otherwise this post had never been written. Contempt and judge us for the life we lived, but don’t punish us for the life we want to live side by side with you - because basically we would be just like to be like you - neither more nor less.

Canadian warship seizes 500 kilos of Heroin

Well this is somewhat ironic. Afghanistan is the largest heroin producing nation in the world. At least it was brought back to that status after the allied invasion. The Taliban had almost completely stopped the heroin production in Afghanistan the year before the invasion.

Yet the Department of National Defence says HMCS Toronto seized around 500 kilograms of heroin from a boat in the Indian Ocean on Friday. No doubt some of that could have ended up on Canadian streets. We have a freaking safe injection site for God’s sake where drug dealers sell it in public without consequence. Things that make ya go hmmm…

Edmonton Drugs and Shootings

Edmonton seems to be heating up as well. A double shooting in Edmonton left one dead last night. That’s their 5th murder for the New Year. No names have been released yet but Police say the shooting is also believed to be gang related. Two men were shot inside Mama's pizza at 28th avenue and Mill Woods Road around 10:30 pm Saturday night.

Saturday morning there was a shooting in the area of 108th Avenue and 111th Street. When police arrives, they found a male in is 20’s suffering from a gunshot wound. His injuries were serious but they are not considered life threatening. Last week a man known to the police was shot multiple times in southwest Edmonton.

Last week the Edmonton Drug and Gang Enforcement arrested and charged two suspects for drug trafficking. Search warrants were executed on two residences in the area of 165 Avenue and 56 Street, and at 113 Avenue and 122 Street on Friday, March 22, 2013 where guns, drug paraphernalia and 5.5 kilos of cocaine were seized. Roger Teixeira, 30 and Daniel Teixeira, 27, have been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking as well as firearm offenses. Happy Easter. Someone must have forgot about the holiday.

Kim Bolan is also reporting that there was a triple shooting in Princeton, BC Saturday night which left two dead and one in serious condition. A suspect has already been apprehended.

The Easter Environment

This year I have an Easter message. This year it’s not religious. Last year I talked about the Christian meaning of Easter. One blog reader thought it was a nice fantasy : ) Actually, I think it’s nice to see people sport morals without religion. Those people aren’t doing good to get a reward. They’re doing it because they believe it’s the right thing to do.

I saw the weather forecast for sun all weekend and knew I had to seize the day. You don’t have to be religious to get out there and worship the sun or the big blue marble we live on. I snowshoed up Hollyburn ridge before dawn and caught the sunrise over the mountains. Then I broke the kayak out at Third Beach and caught the sunset. A perfect day. That’s what I love about this time of year. You still have melting snow on the mountains you can enjoy and you can also go sailing or kayaking the same weekend or if you’re energetic, the same day.

I really enjoy hiking and snowshoeing in the mountains. That is my holy land. My Easter pilgrimage. There’s nothing better than getting the heart beating and breathing all that fresh air. Stopping to look at a big tree in admiration. Breathing in the fresh oxygen the tree produces and breathing out the carbon dioxide the tree uses. We are interdependent. That was a term Martin Luther King used in reference to social justice. Today I’m using the term to emphasize how connected we really are to the environment we live in.

We breath that air. Polluting that air is like shooting ourselves in the foot. It’s very short sighted. Just as clear cutting a forest is. Preston Manning told the media that taking care of the environment is being fiscally responsible. Indeed it is. He also said that’s a tough sell among Harper’s people. Indeed that is. They can’t grasp the concept at all.

Being fiscally responsible means you don’t leave your kids an over burdensome debt. Likewise it means not trashing the planet so they can enjoy it too with their kids. It’s time we start really embracing words like sustainability. We’ve got to overcome the selfish greed of short sighted self destruction.

With the rise of the Green Party it’s clear that you don’t have to be an eco terrorist to care about the planet. No one likes to see a beach or alpine trail covered with litter. Trashing the environment shows a lack of self respect. We need to think about the air we breath and the water we drink. We need to be better stewards of this marvelous ecosystem that we are very much a part of.

This was today's Easter Pilgrimage:

Hells Angel arrested for 22 murders

Frédéric Landry-Hétu, a member of the Hells Angels wanted for 22 counts of murder and one of Quebec’s 10 most wanted criminals has been arrested this morning. The arrest warrant was issued April of 2009 under Operation SharQ.

The charges stem from a secret vote in 1994 taken by the entire Quebec membership of the Hells Angels. The membership voted in favour of engaging in a bloody turf war with the Rock Machine and contributed a portion of their drug profits to a fund for killing rival drug dealers. Kinda like we are now seeing in BC.

Bacchus accused of smuggling drugs in Halifax jail

CTV is reporting that earlier this month, 14 people were arrested in Halifax, Truro and Cape Breton and 43 charges were laid following a probe into drug trafficking at the Central Nova Scotia Correctional Facility in Halifax.

On Tuesday, RCMP issued a release saying it made another arrest on Monday evening as a result of its five-month probe of activities at the jail. Thirty-year-old David Bishop, a member of Bacchus MC, was arrested during a search of a residence on Chelmsford Street in Halifax.

He is facing charges of trafficking cocaine and steroids, possession of steroids, resisting arrest, unsafe storage of ammunition, possession of cannabis resin, two counts of possessing a prohibited weapon and one count of breaching court conditions.

Happy Easter Buttkiss. Say Hi to the three stooges in the dumb house crew this weekend. Cocaine and steroids. If those hillbillies had half a brain they’d be dangerous.

Pope washes prisoner’s feet

Wow. Contrary to popular belief, I am not Catholic. Although I do have a great respect for Mother Teresa and members of the Catholic faith. I am what the Irish refer to as a republican. I believe in a free republic and the freedom of religion.

Catholics aren’t the only ones that celebrate Maundy Thursday. Yet today’s news of the new Pope breaking with tradition and washing the feet of a female Muslim prisoner warms the heart. Humility isn’t something we see in leadership these days. It gives us something to think about.

Montreal Mob Murders

Last month two mob murders in Montreal are of interest. Vincenzo Scuderi, 49, was shot dead outside his home in Montreal's north end and Tony Callochia, 51, was shot several times outside a restaurant just north of the city.

Callochia, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison in 2008 for cocaine trafficking, has alleged ties to Vincenzo Armeni, who is currently in prison, also for cocaine trafficking. Police say Armeni is tied to the Rizzuto crime family in Montreal.

Scuderi was killed outside his home in St. Leonard, the historic centre of Montreal's Italian community. He was reportedly connected to Raynald Desjardins, a major player in Montreal's organized crime circles who was once close to Mob boss Vito Rizzuto. Scuderi was the second close associate of Desjardins killed in the past several weeks; Gaetan Gosselin, 69, was killed on the street in Montreal on Jan 22.

"The current relationship between Desjardins and Rizzuto is unclear. Sources tell QMI Agency that the once-close relationship between the two men is likely over. Desjardins is currently awaiting trial for the murder of Salvatore Montagna, the former head of New York's Bonanno crime family. Montagna's body was pulled from a river north of Montreal at the end of 2011."

On that note, One of six men arrested in connection with the murder of mafioso Salvatore Montagna will see his charges upgraded to first-degree murder. The Sûreté du Québec announced Wednesday they rearrested Pietro Magistrale, 61, as part of the same investigation that saw him charged, in December 2011, with 19 counts related to four firearms seized during the investigation into Montagna’s Nov. 24, 2011, murder. Mob slayings rise after Rizzuto's return.

Surrey pepper spray shooting

There appears to be yet another shooting in Surrey but since it didn’t result in a fatality, isn’t making big news. CKNW is reporting that “Just before midnight, the victim walked into a convenience store on 104th Avenue and 131st Street. He grabbed a jug of milk, went outside and poured it all over himself.”

We know that people use milk to relieve the pain of being pepper sprayed and that was indeed the reason he claimed to have done it. So a guy gets pepper sprayed and shot, walks into a convenience store and pours milk on his eyes. Evidently the gunshot injury didn’t prevent him from walking. The Vancouver Province is reporting that it happened midnight last night / this morning.
