Philip Juan Ley and Dean Michael Wiwchar's Victims

The Vancouver Province reported that Philip Juan Ley pleaded guilty to firearm charges on Monday. Dean Michael Wiwchar, Ley’s co-accused in the firearms case, was a suspect in the fatal shooting of Sandip Duhre at Vancouver’s Wall Centre on Jan. 12, 2012. In June 2012, Wiwchar was charged with the first-degree murder of John Raposo, along with another drug dealing Hells Angels associate Nic Nero. Hells Angels associate Robby Alkhalil, Wiwchar’s co-accused in the Raposo murder is charged with first-degree murder in the Duhre slaying.

So in 2012 when the Duhre's were getting wiped off the face of the earth, who do you think was behind all that public gun violence? The Vancouver Sun seems to think the Hells Angels were involved with it. How do you think that relates to the seven recent shootings in Surrey after a Hells Angels associate was accused of murdering a Hells Angels associate in Surrey?

St Patrick's Day: The Old Ways are Lost

A couple of stories to catch up on but I'm going to pause for the Holy Day. Just for the record, you kiss the blarney stone at Blarney Castle in Cork to get the gift of the gab not for good luck. Been there done that. The Irish don't drink green beer they drink black beer so they do. Back in Belfast the RA will shoot crack dealers dead so they will. I'm not suggesting we do that here, I'm just saying the Sons of Anarchy is fake. The old ways are lost so they are. Back in the day we were ready to fight for freedom. Now everybody wants to blaze everyday to try and forget the freedoms we've lost. Gentlemen may cry peace peace but there is no peace. The war is already begun.

Seventh Shooting in Surrey

1130 News is reporting that shots were fired at a home at 95th Ave and 126th St around 2:30 this morning. The same house that was targeted on March 12th. That makes for 7 shootings in Surrey since Skeeter Russel's brother was found dead in Surrey February 27th. There was an additional shooting in Burnaby as well. The Mission City Record is also reporting that a woman was inured last Wednesday when shots were fired into a home in mission.

DTES double homicide

The Vancouver Province is confirming a Scan BC report that Vancouver police are investigating a double stabbing at the West Hotel at Carrall and East Pender Street in the downtown eastside that has left two men dead. It is obviously not gang related but it clearly is drug related. That is the epicenter of crack cocaine just like Cobalt and the American Hotel where Anthony Terezakis filmed himself beating the life out of drug addicts who owed him money for drugs. I guess giving them a free crack pipe didn't save them from getting stabbed. The West Hotel was another drug den where the addicts were too afraid to even mention the term "the boys" thinking the walls have ears.

That side of the street has undergone some gentrification yet it is half a block from Pigeon corner and blood alley where all the crack is sold. A little further down Carall St is the Irish Heather and the Blarney Stone which is nicer and starts to turn into Gastown.

A couple years ago I was walking to my car from the Irish Heather and a guy asks me if I wanted to buy some boulders. No thanks I said and kept walking then I stopped and said what are you selling? Boulders he said - Rock. I laughed and said yo man I've never heard rock called boulders before. Whatever. It's still on the street.

VPD join Fire Department in political conflict of interest

CKNW is reporting that "Supporters of the Lower Mainland’s proposed transit tax now have the backing of the Vancouver Police Department, New Westminster Police, and fire chiefs from New Westminster, Surrey, and Vancouver." Talk about George Orwell. This is a huge political conflict of interest. We have just entered the Twilight Zone and officially ushered in the Age of Treason.

Last election the Surrey Fire Department sent out a flyer endorsing Surrey First claiming Surrey's Worst will help fight crime when that is exactly what they promised in the previous election but failed to deliver in a colossal way. Their criminal negligence in refusing to respond to businesses and citizens complaints of open drug dealing in Newton and an illegal booze can behind Green Timbers Pub directly resulted in two if not more homicides. The same pattern repeated itself.

The Fire Department are paid with tax dollars. They have absolutely no business endorsing any political candidate in an election. Period. Neither do the Police. This is a colossal conflict of interest that we let slide by without comment. Are they going to endorse the HST next? Obviously the tax and spend gluttons are desperately putting pressure on anyone they can think of since it is clear the people have woken up to the scam and the No side has surged forward. This has resulted in a surge of propaganda paid for with tax dollars.

There are two issues on the table. The first is tax paid propaganda. The second is political corruption and pork barrel tax and spend politics. The propaganda perpetuates the lie that they somehow want to be fiscally responsible and reduces taxes when they in fact they do the exact opposite. They keep using tax dollars to tell us over and over again the other guys will tax and spend when that is exactly what they are doing. It is an act of deception.

Police response times have not gone down in the DTES. The City closed the police station there to the public to suppress crime statistics. The drug dealers have cell phones but the homeless don't. The drug related violence there is out of control just like it is outside the Front Room in Surrey.

I find it somewhat ironic that the VPD would publicly endorse a criminal act. Giving SNCL the contract for the Evergreen line knowing their history of fraud was criminal. By endorsing this new Transit scam the VPD and the firefighters are endorsing the criminal acts of SNCL and the continuation of that tax payer fraud on the new Evergreen Line. Shameful and Orwellian.

Gwyn Morgan got the contract for the Evergreen line awarded to SNCL when he was acting CEO after they were charged with massive fraud in Quebec. If that is not a criminal act, I don't know what is. The World Bank has banned SNCL from World Bank projects for the next 10 years so we give them billions of tax dollars for a mismanaged Translink project and they still want more money to line their pockets. Go figure. That is bad business.

The VPD and the Fire Department have now publicly endorsed the laundering of tax dollars through SNCL. Hello George Orwell. Welcome to the Age of Treason. No oath keepers here.

Government agencies have no place telling tax payers how to vote. The government is supposed to listen to voters not tell them what to do. This is big brother abusing power. Make sure you're on the voter list or you won't even get a ballot. They made it a mail in ballot to reduce turnout so you can't just show up on voting day with ID. You can make sure you're registered on the Elections BC web site or by calling 1 800 661-8683. Any Canadian citizen 18 or over can vote.

Former gang member speaks at Police Academy in Denmark

On the international scene, Michale Green, the spokesperson for TBM Fresh Start Scandinavia spoke at the Police Academy in Denmark about the non existence of the nation's exit program. He explained to them that if someone whats to leave a gang, there is no exit strategy in place to help them do so. Other then what TBM are doing all on their own. We do need that here in Canada as well. If you're not a police informant you don't get any protection or any support. You should. Especially in prison. That Jay Hall beating in prison was insane. That should not be happening.

Surrey Motorcyclist runs from police through Shopping mall

I'm all for riding motorcycles. For anyone who does ride, there's nothing worse than a pos on a bike passing on the right, weaving in and out of traffic, running red lights. It gives a bad name for all the real motorcyclists out there. Anyone who does that is just a pos kid who never grew up.

In Surrey it gets worse. One loser on a Harley gets pulled over for recklessness driving while leaving the drug area around the Front Room in Whalley and runs from the cops. He even rides through Guildford mall endangering pedestrians in the mall with their kids. Simply because he's a pos that has absolutely no regard for anyone else.

News 1130 ran the story with the video. This is the video on Youtube. If you look at the still at the end of the video you will see the Harley has a Support your Local Hells Angels Haney sticker on it. Don't support you local piece of sh*t any more.

4 Shootings in Surrey, make that 6

Surrey what?! The Surrey Leader is reporting that the Gang Task Force is investigating three separate shootings in 19 hours. All are believed related and targeted.CBC is reporting that it is now 4 shootings in Surrey in two days. Make that six according to the Vancouver Province.

Update: In today's Vancouver Province they gave a break down of some of the shootings. The shootings appeared to be on the Indo Canadian community which would imply retaliation for the shooting of a Hells Angels associate last Friday, Skeeter's brother. The two new shootings would appear to support that theory.

However, I do have a credible source that claims Donald Salahub, the person of interest in Skeeter's brother's shooting, was with the FOB in Calgary when he was charged with drug trafficking there. The reason that is significant is because the FOB or Fresh off the boat were supplied by the Independent Soldiers who work for the Hells Angels. It was the FK, FOB Killers that were supplied by the UN. So when it comes to Skeeter's associates, with friends like that, who needs enemies? It reminds us how Hells Angels associate Eric Sandberg told a police agent from the Zig Zag Crew visiting Vancouver that "they" were ready to wipe out all the competition in Surrey. Evidently so.

Today's Province reported that Linda Hepner, the new mayor of surrey was unavailable for comments because she's away on a "trade mission" in Israel but someone said she was very concerned about all the new shootings and hoe someone doesn't something about it finally. Bill Fordy said he's making it a top priority right as soon as he straightens out the embarrassing sex text his co worker sent the whole grip instead of just him. Ya gotta hate it when that happens. Bill Fordy is a clown. He's to worried about getting laid to care about his job. TRANSFER!

*Scan BC is reporting that #Burnaby #RCMP are investigating shots fired between two vehicles on 6th Street. Reports of at least 50 shell casings on the ground. Things are heating up again.

March 14 protest against Harper's secret police Bill C-51

Activists across the country are referring to events planned this Saturday as a day of protest against Harper's secret police Bill C-51. Facebook group. Make that six according to the Vancouver Province.

Here are some pictures from the day's event:

Montreal and Ottawa were well represented as well.

Bob and Doug McKenzie make jihad video

Well the Daily Dose of Nuttall Nonsense has finally reached it's climax. Our esteemed media has become an episode of the Wizard of Oz with dancing scarecrows singing if I only had a brain. The Vancouver Province reported that they played the jihad video made by the RCMP staring two Surrey drug addicts in the pressure cooker entrapment case. This video certainly is an eye opener. If the RCMP can get two drug addicts to fake that video, how many other videos have been faked?

The suspects didn't make the video, the RCMP did. The suspects appeared in the video the RCMP made. They were in a hotel room the RCMP rented for them. The RCMP gave them the black flag with the Arabic writing on it because they don't know Arabic.

In the video Amanda Korody states the enemy is evil, “Fight them, light or heavy, with whatever you can,” says Korody. “If you have a stone, throw it, if you have a bomb, drop it. If all you can do is give them the finger, then give it to them.”

Then John Nuttall says wait a sec I think we should re do that part. Blowing up people is fine but giving people the finger isn't very polite. A real Muslim wouldn't say or do that. That's a Surrey Jack saying slipping through. If we want people to think this is a real video made by Muslims we should edit that part out. Good point Surrey Jack. That last dose of heroin must be wearing off. We didn't think about that. We do want to make this sound like a real jihad video even though anyone with a brain can tell it isn't.

The police drove them around with a shipping list and paid for the pressure cookers the two suspects were not intellectually capable of turning into a bomb. I don't care how long you put a surrey drug addict in a hotel room you paid for with a pressure cooker and a toy clock. He is not going to be able to make a bomb that works out of them. I couldn't do it. If you filled the pressure cooker with gunpowder as the original recipe claimed, how are you going to secure the lid so it explodes? With duck tape? That's not going to be a very big explosion. How are you going to ignite it? With a fuse you light with a match. That'll work. He is not going to know how to make a timer set off the black powder electronically. He's certainly not going to know how to ignite the C-4 the RCMP agent gave him or how to use the accelerant to make the C - 4 explode. I couldn't do that and neither could a pair of surrey drug addicts.

The article states cop told the B.C. Supreme Court jury that the plan for June 30 was to pick up Nuttall and Korody at the Delta motel and have them transported to Vancouver Island. Why because the couple didn't have a car and the police had to drive them around the whole way, pay for everything because the drug addicts didn't have enough money to buy food for themselves and they had to keep reminding the drug addict to not get distracted all the time and stay on task making a fake bomb he was not able to make.

Now we hear that Amanda wanted to back out. Big surprise. The court already heard wiretaps from a private conversation between the two drug addicts where John Tells Amanda don't screw this up because the police agent would turn from Mr nice guy into a monster and would kill them.

So when the RCMP agent told the drug addicts to come up with a plan they suggested two. One was to plant a bomb at a military instillation and the other was to plant a bomb at a public function like a firework display. The RCMP agent told them to do the public bombing. He paid for the fake bomb parts and drove them around to pick the parts up. Under questioning from prosecutor Peter Eccles, the cop told the B.C. Supreme Court jury that the plan for June 30 was to pick up Nuttall and Korody at the Delta motel and have them transported to Vancouver Island. Simply because the Surrey drug addicts didn't even have money for the ferry trip.

This case is the epitome of entrapment. We are spending too much tax dollars trying to convince drug addicts into committing acts of terrorism all to fulfill Harper's dream of destroying civil liberty and the Canadian Charter of Rights.

Harvey Riach

In 2013 the CBC reported that the Vancouver police are warning the public that a 66-year-old man with a lengthy criminal history was released from prison Friday afternoon and will be living in Vancouver after spending more than six years in prison for aggravated assault. His name is Harvey Riach. He has been deemed a high risk to reoffend. Police state he poses a risk of significant harm to vulnerable people, including substance abusers, sex workers, and others with whom he may come into contact. Vulnerable people. Pathetic. People are claiming this is James Riach's father.

Donald Salahub

1130 News is reporting that IHIT has identified Donald Salahub, a reckless car jacker from Kelowna as a person of interest in the murder of Skeeter's brother. Salahub was also charged with fraud in Calgary back in 2011. In that same year he was also charged with trafficking and possession with the purpose of trafficking in Calgary.

Beyond the Edge: Climbing Mount Everest

Two weeks ago I watched an inspiring documentary about the first successful ascent up Mount Everest called Beyond the Edge: Climbing Mount Everest. The movie was made in 2013 with actors and documents the 1953 expedition which resulted in the first team to make it to the summit. It's pretty impressive. Although I saw it on Netflicks there appears to be a 3 D version for Imax that both the Globe and Mail as well as the New York Times discussed when it came out.

Although it was a British Expedition the only ones that made the summit was a New Zealander and a local guide. No doubt it was very much a team effort with local Sherpa paid to carry gear up to the various base camps along the way. Yet going the distance and ascending the summit was indeed a grueling and colossal feat. Hat's off to Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay. Mad harsh respect. It appears that they knighted the New Zealnder to make him sound British. He's referred to as Sir Edmund Hillary now. He was noble before the Crown gave him the title. What about Tenzing Norgay? Why didn't they knight him? He did the same feat and one could not have made it without the other. Mad harsh respect to Shriya Shah-Klorfine, a Canadian woman from Toronto that made it to the peak of Everest but ran out of oxygen and froze to death on the way down. Peace.

Now another challenge is the wait time for traffic from all the people climbing it. That kind of thing is somewhat beyond me. I have a passion for hiking and snowshoeing in the local mountains but I'm just a day tripper. Power up a ridge get an awesome view then head home. That kind of altitude where you have to carry oxygen is beyond me. Everest is over 29,0000 feet or 8,848 m. The local peaks are around 4720 feet or 1440 meters. The lions is only 5400 feet or 1646 meters. Mount Baker is the nearest glacier and that's only 10,781 ft or 3,286 m. That's plenty high enough for me. I still haven't made it to that summit. I keep running out of steam part the Roman Wall. The summit of Baker really is an over night hike.

After watching the documentary the next day I headed out to St Mark's Summit on Cypress along the Howe Sound Crest trail to check out the receding snow pack. The trail was bare until the summit of St Marks. Tons of people there from all over. Two large groups speaking Farce. Two couples speaking Russian. It's nice hiking with so many people from all over the world that share the same interests. My next quest is to do the Lions when there's still snow on them.

I'm nobody special. I'm just a broke ass thug from the ghetto who likes to get away from the inner city insanity and chill out in the mountains. At least I read the rules before I broke them. I rather lose a fight then miss the war. I never dwell in the darkness because the sun always rises. Word.

K2 is insane. It's way too dangerous.

Departures: Libya and Beyond

Taking a brief intermission from the troll drama I'm still really enjoying this TV series Departures on Netflicks. It's rather profound. Two Canadians take a year off to travel the world. Right from the get go Justin explains that this isn't a holiday. A holiday is me getting stoned every day on the beach. This is an adventure. Indeed it is. They avoid the typical tourist destinations and get the inside look by meeting and traveling with locals. However, it was more than that. Scott talked about how much Justin had grown early on from their experiences as it was the first time he had been out of North America. Justin was living with his girlfriend in Hawaii after spending two years in Las Vegas which was as he described pretty much him getting drunk every day.

Season one concluded their year of traveling and resulted in their return to Canada. Justin's girlfriend hadn't waited for him so what he had before he left was gone. No doubt after a year on the road returning home was a bit of a culture shock. It sure was for me after spending 4 years on the road. I'm from Vancouver and after spending two years in Ireland I couldn't get over the greed and materialism here. I just could relate to it any more. I really wanted to leave when I got engaged so my kids would be born in Ireland. After calming down and thinking about it, I thought I'd be able to provide my kids a better standard of living if I stayed. There is good and bad everywhere you go.

It's just the materialism I found really irritating. They call Vancouver lotus land. Rich people riding around in ridiculously expensive luxury vehicles. The yuppie drug dealers make it ten times worse. They don't have a clue about what life in the hood is really like.

So anyways, after a year of traveling Justin hadn't had enough and went on his own to Europe. His friends Scott and Andre end up meeting him in Spain for a festival and then toured Morocco. Then they decide to start another season of adventures and go to Libya. What an amazing place. Lots of well preserved Roman ruins and of course the magnificent Sahara desert. They rent sand boards which is like snowboards except for the sand and decide to try wake boarding in the sand behind their land rover. Great idea. Only they forgot to rent helmets. Justin catches an edge, lands on his head and gets knocked unconscious. It was hilarious. Yet sand boarding down a slope beside an amazing oasis was astounding.

The thing is right now television sucks. Completely. It all went down the toilet with all those stupid episodes of Survivor. Trying to be sneaky and vote others off the island while you promote your own political agenda. That is so typical North America it's embarrassing. What ever happened to chivalry or sacrificing for someone else? You don't see any of that there. Instead it's all about me and has spiraled downward in an ongoing ridiculous tirade of reality television that is ultimately a complete waste of time. Don't even get me started on Sons of Anarchy. I love riding motorcycles. It's all the crack head drama that I can't stand.

The thing is after the first year Justin had changed. He matured. In a previous post I recommended people travel and get out of the fish bowl. That's not possible for everyone. The cost of housing is off the charts right now. Parents have to make sacrifices for their kids. Braces for your kids are more important than travel for you right now. Everything has it's time and place. I recommend young people travel so they can see what it's like in other parts of the world. I'm not talking about the yuppie drug dealers that go to the beach in Mexico every year. They aren't learning anything from that and as a result they simply aren't growing up.

Yet if you simply watch the series you can get a glimpse of what I'm talking about. My daughter took a couple trips to Colombia. She loves Spanish and had an awesome time. Recently in our financial struggles she said to me in Colombia the people are dirt poor but they are really happy. Imagine that. No one likes to starve or live in poverty. It's just this bizarre sense of greed that we are constantly bombarded with on television that is so empty and unfulfilling.

Blaze is an idiot. Everyone can see that. A 41 year old man selling drugs to high school kids riding around on a bmx is the epitome of loser. Every word that comes out of his mouth proves it further. Another toll, Naniamo girl, sees Blaze's trash and takes courage. He says What's the obsession with crack cocaine? These aren't the /80's. You must not get out much. You must never have been to the DTES or outside the Front Room in Surrey where the crack epidemic is alive and well. That's why they hand out freaking crack pipes at the taxpayers expense.

Many years ago on my second trip to New York City, we had just broken up a fight between two crack heads with kitchen knives on the deuce (East 42nd Street) which was like the Main and Hastings of crack. One guy comes up to me, calls me Dirty Harry and says I've been watching too much television. I scoff and reply yo bro I don't have a television. This isn't a zoo. This is the city and what these clowns are doing isn't acceptable. There are families and regular people here that just want to do business without seeing that kind of crap. Everyone else agreed. They said we were doing a good thing. That was the New York model.

When we were busting up crack shacks in South Seattle, one lady says to me those crack dealers wouldn't leave from outside my doorway until I poured bleach on their heads from the window. They left in a hurry after that. I smiled and laughed. Now that is a New Yorker. I love New York.

Skeeter Russell's brother shot dead in Surrey

The Vancouver Province is reporting that a man found dead in a vehicle in Surrey on Friday is believed to be the brother of convicted drug trafficker Skeeter Russell. Skeeter plead guilty in the Hells Angels cross border drug ring involving Robert Shannon and Jody York. His brother getting shot in Surrey is confusing. What the hell is Peltier still doing business in Surrey? He's been involved in the Surrey drug trade sine the Surrey House of Horrors and screws everyone he does business with. Ya think he didn't know what Larry Mizen was doing at the time?

Update: The Vancouver Province is reporting that IHIT has confirmed that the victim is Michael Donald Amy of Abbotsford, also known as Michael Russell the brother of Skeeter Russel.

Fentanyl found in Vancouver Pot - Update

The Vancouver Province is reporting the VPD announced that the police are now finding fentanyl turning up in batches of seized marijuana. That is messed up. Perhaps this is an argument in favor of the Hells Angels selling pot. I'm sure it's highly unlikely any pot coming out of the Black Door across the street from the Amsterdam cafe beside the Bulldog Cafe has any fentanyl in it. Yet the Hells Angels in Saskatchewan were busted for selling fentanyl. If anyone finds any from pot coming out of the Black Door with fentanyl in it, make sure to let me know. VPD said they would announce a large fentanyl bust today.

Vancity Buzz is reporting that the VPD has seiezed nearly 700,000 pills, large quantities of other drugs, weapons, and vehicles in Project Tainted. 13,000 oxycodone, 29,000 fentanyl pills, 9.5 kgs of crack cocaine and 5.5 kgs of powdered cocaine were seized. News 1130 is reporting that twelve people in Metro Vancouver have been hit with a total of 100 charges. CBC is reporting that Police sent a news release correcting the information to 71 charges against 10 people. CBC is also reporting that the fentanyl pills are known as green beans and are sold as fake oxycodone, but are actually fentanyl mixed with caffeine.

Update: One blog reader claims the pot that was found containing fentanyl were pre rolled joints but I can see nothing the media about that. I would like to confirm whether or not that is the case and find out how people can identify if they have pot that is laced with fentanyl.

Perception of the Patch: Growing up in the real world

The apostle Paul once said "When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things." All of us make mistakes when we are children and all of us grow up. Well most of us. I'm not a religious man... any more. I used to be but I'm not now. Circumstances don't make the man they reveal him to himself. I'm more of a Thomas Paine. I believe in God but I am cynical of organized religion. Yet I am passionate about the freedom of religion and I am passionate about the reality of good and evil. We all make choices in life and we all live with the consequences of those choices.

Last year I had the opportunity of interviewing a young lady from Whiterock who discussed how her perception of the patch had changed since she grew up and since she observed some bizarre behavior from one particular patch holder which she felt was not in harmony with her previous perception of the patch. She said back then when a Hells Angel walked into a bar every woman's head turned. I thought to myself are you kidding me? If Ricky C walked in everyone's head would turn to see what that smell was.

That's like that crazy woman in the States who was obsessed with Charles Manson and married him while in prison. Not a very smart thing to do. Yes my perception of the patch has changed considerably since I found out about the compulsive lies, the betrayal, the exploitation and the rip offs. They are the rats they so venomously accuse others of being.

My daughter recently told me that when she and her friend were young they Googled the question why do we like bad boys? She said the answer she found is that you'll grow out of it. That she has thankfully. She is older and wiser now. Surrey trash repulses her. Like I always say, if you date a bad boy you will marry a bad man.

I understand the greed and the obsession with money. In today's day we all could use a little more cheddar to make ends meet. Yet the greed and materialism is beyond me. I want no part of it. I may be a broke ass bitch but I don't sling crack and I never will. A poor man is better than a liar.

Opposition leader shot dead in Moscow

CBC is reporting that Boris Nemtsov, a charismatic Russian opposition leader and sharp critic of President Vladimir Putin, was gunned down Saturday near the Kremlin, just a day before a planned protest against the government. It would appear that although Communism has left Russia, democracy has not yet arrived.

Nemstov, 55, was the head of the opposition Republican Party of Russia-People's Freedom Party. Last year Nemtsov was among opposition leaders who gathered in Moscow to protest the government's crackdown on independent media and opposition groups when he said "It's honestly like in the Hitler time," Nemtsov said at the time. "If you are against Putin, you are against Russia. Sounds a lot like North America.

Politicians in Russia like to make reference to Hitler because everyone hated him for good reason. We hated him too. However, Stalin was no better. He was the exact same thing. Some would argue even worse if that is possible. The strange thing is, all of these politicians - Putin, Yeltsin and even Nemstov were in power under Gorbachev when Communism in Russia "fell" yet they're still in power which is indeed somewhat suspicious. The last thing we'd like to see is Big Brother return to Communism after another failed attempt at democracy.

The quest isn't Communism or Capitalism it's the creation of a free republic where civil liberty is protected by law that binds the government not the people. Here in North America our freedom is under fire from within and civil liberty hangs by a thread. A Communist revolution will not save it, it will throw us out of the frying pan into the fire. We need to defend the US Constitution and the Canadian Charter of Rights. That is my title of liberty in our day. We need to make the oath to protect civil liberty and we need to keep that oath. Oath keepers arise.

Blaze confesses to murder

It's been a busy couple of weeks. I weathered another barrage of death threats from a ridiculous troll, survived a legal challenge from a competent law firm specializing in defamation and Blaze confessed to murder. So it would seem. A troll started spamming my blog with comments as soon as I made a post about Blaze being busted in Kelowna. Usually it doesn't take long for trolls to figure out the comments on my blog are moderated and I don't approve threats or stupid rambling. Yet this troll was different. Persistent isn't the word. Obsessive is. They kept posting threats and insults over and over again despite the fact that they saw I wasn't approving them.

Many of them contained my real name so I didn't approve them. I know everyone knows who I am now but the anonymity thing is just a minor firewall so people at work don't figure out I do this blog. The last thing I want to do is come to work and hear people say we saw you on TV again or so you're the guy that does that gang blog - snitches and bitches. I like minding my own business at work. I do my job, go home and keep politics separate from work.

So finally I decide to approve some of the comments that didn't contain my real name so everyone could see what kind of a freak this person really is. Referring to Janice Shore and Britney Irving as a junkie was a giveaway. That's what Joey called Briney Irving when he confessed to murdering her. He said she was just a junkie. Not. She was addicted to oxy and sold pot to pay for her oxy habit. Who do you think she sold the pot for and bought the oxy from?

So this troll starts posting all this trailer trash nonsense threatening my family left right and centre. Then they start posting deranged nonsense about how wonderful it was that Larry Mizen caved in Janice Shore's head claiming that Janice and Brittney Irving deserved it because they were weak which is not only offensive but makes no sense whatsoever.

I knew that Blaze was obsessed with my blog and web site. People would write in and tell me about it. How he was so obsessed with my blog he'd try and get others to post on it for him. Then I hear he had made bail so the troll thing made sense. It's possible his co accused girlfriend set up the account but it would appear that he's using it now.

On the post about the Second Anniversary of Janice Shore's Brutal Murder I asked "So Blaze, where were you really the night Brittney Irving was killed? To claim that Britney and Janice deserved it because they were weak is deranged. Then he baits me and knowing I won't approve a post with my real name replies "I'll tell you where I was XXXXX XXXXX, I was right there making sure things got done. Just like I'm gonna make sure things get done when it comes to you."

I thought about approving the comment but didn't. Then he baits me again and says "I was there XXXXX XXXXX, right there watching." I knew he lied about his whereabouts the day Joey killed Britney Irving. So here it would appear that he, or someone pretending to be him, confesses to being at the scene when Joey shot her. OK so Joey's already convicted, Blaze being present is simply an accessory to murder and rather hard to prove. Highly unlikely it would go anywhere especially since the brain surgeon claims he's posting from a cell phone and is "untraceable."

However, it doesn't end there. He keeps baiting me and posts "I was the driver when we killed b, you got that XXXXX XXXXX." This time he says "we" and appears to confess to murder. Personally I don't believe he did do it because Joey was the hunter. Joey had the shotgun. Blaze couldn't fire a 12 gauge without falling on his ass let alone hit anyone with a shotgun slug. That is what the court was told killed Britney Irving. She was shot in the back while running away with a shot gun slug. She was shot four times, twice in the back.

I don't believe Blaze did it but I do believe he was present. These troll comments really prove nothing. When I was in Kelowna, I attended some of Joey's trial. The judge said something while the jury was out of the room and because the jury wasn't present I couldn't report on it at the time but now that his trial is over I can. The judge was a bit skeptical of Joey's father's reference for Joey. The judge was surprised at the monetary volume of drugs Joey was trafficking even while in prison for the murder. Joey was a high level dealer not a low level one that I had assumed. He was a high level dealer in Kelowna. Who do you think he was working for? He was a known Hells Angels associate.

The court heard evidence that Joey was trying to force another man to take the fall for him before his lawyer told him that was a no go. Aside from rationalizing what he had done by saying Britney was just a junkie, he told the guy two things. He told the guy that he couldn't go to jail because he was making too much money in the drug trade. He had to keep the business going. Then he said he had to do it. He didn't have a choice. He didn't say why. Later I had a source that told me Joey had to kill Britney because he owed someone money. Why that person would want Britney Irving dead is anyone's guess. Might of had something to do with the manufactured debt when her clone show was busted. May Britney Irving rest in Peace. She was no junkie.

Hells Angels associate in court for Toronto murder

The Vancouver Province is reporting that Hells Angels associate Rabih Alkhalil from surrey was in court for the murder of Johnnie Raposo in Toronto. Police claimed Raposo was the leader of the McCormick Boys, a small west-end Portugese gang that bought drugs from Italian organized crime. Nic Nero, another Hells Angels associate is Rabih Alkhalil's co accused in that murder. Nic Nero became a cocaine trafficking kingpin in Niagra where his co accused Rabih Alkhalil also has outstanding drug charges. Rabih is more known for his drug bust in Montreal with Larry Amero.

Larry Amero and Jonathon Bacon attended Rabih's brother Nabil's wedding in Ottawa before they were shot in Kelowna. Nabil Alkalil was caught with 11 kilograms of cocaine in Ottawa back in 2008 and served a seven year sentence. As the Vancouver Province pointed out, the Alkalil's associations with the Hells angels go back to the Loft Six shooting where Rabih's other brother Mahmoud Alkhalil was shot dead by Hells Angels rivals. As the Vancouver Province also pointed out, Rabih Alkhalil has been charged in the Wall Centre shooting for killing a Hells Angels rival.

Cory Montemurro makes Bail

Kelowna Capital News is reporting that in a decision released this week, Cory Joseph Montemurro, 45, was granted judicial interim release pending the hearing of his appeal from conviction. Cory was in a car load of weapons and a full patch dip sh*t named Bruce Skreptak. They were speeding through Salmon Arm right before that grow op was mysteriously abandoned.

This is why I encourage people to travel. Other places in the world don't give a rat's ass about the Hells Angels. Bruce Skreptak is an idiot. There is nothing noble about him. There is nothing about being a full patch dip sh*t worth looking up to. Take the Kelowna sleaze balls. Robert Thomas - petty thief from Ontario who got a posse of misfits together and used the name of the Hells Angels to beat Daine Philips to death with baseball bats and hammers because Thomas' little room mate was chased by Daine after his room mate threatened and punched Daine's son in the head over a high school beef. The Kelowna Hells Angels ran a huge stolen car, bike and boat ring. Only rats steal and they are rats. There is absolutely nothing there to look up to or admire. The hillbillies who do really need to get out more and see what it's like in the real world for a change.

RCMP Sexual Harassment Crisis in MacLeans

Speaking of police gang rape and the huge class action sexual harassment lawsuit at the RCMP, Atoya Montague is in the news. She didn't make the cover of the Rolling Stone but she did make the cover of MacLeans. Her case involves Surrey's own Tim Shields. This is what I mean about promoting people accused of sexual harassment instead of fulfilling their legal obligation to rid it from the work place. The article mentions the class action lawsuit. Censor that.

A Daily Dose of Nuttall Nonsense

Speaking of propaganda, it seems we're getting a daily dose of misrepresentation in the press on the pressure cooker entrapment case. Keep in mind these were two Surrey drug addicts who were not capable of doing what they are charged with doing. The RCMP gave them a shopping list, drove them around to fulfill the list and paid for the items on the list. While doing so Nuttall is talking crazy under the influence of something while his co accused was so stoned she ended up passing out in the back seat.

Yesterday, The Vancouver Province reported that John Nuttal threatened to kill a motel cleaner. Well not exactly. After paying for the "bomb" parts and driving him around to pick the items on the shopping list up, they paid for a hotel room and told him to start assembling the "bomb." Which he was in no way capable of doing. They took possession of the "bomb" parts and took them to the hotel so he wouldn't lose them.

He starts to panic and says what are we going to do if a hotel cleaner comes in and sees us? His drug induced paranoia is getting the better of him. There in a hotel. Cleaners knock first. All you have to do is put a do not disturb sign on the door. They certainly don't want to barge in on a couple if they are being intimate. He doesn't realize that and says we'll have to kill them. But we have no weapons other than a butter knife. He says I'll have to snap their necks. Yeah that's the ticket. I saw that on TV once. That's what I'll do. He is a drug addict that has no idea what he's talking about. The RCMP agent had earlier tried to tell Nuttall that the cleaners were not a threat and to focus on the job. The agent told him to make the bomb and had to keep reminding him to stay on task every time the drug addict got distracted.

The headline in today's paper reads Bomb shrapnel would be spinning 'like little ninja stars' said accused in B.C. legislature terror plot. OMG did you get the whole quote and look at it in context? He said “Those nails are going to be spinning like the speed of sound, about 6,000 feet per second,” he said. “These things are going to be spinning like little ninja stars." Oh really. Not. He is a drug addict who has no idea what he's talking about. There's no way he was capable of following the manual the RCMP agent told him to download.

Do you know how to make a pressure cooker bomb? I don't. The whole concept doesn't even make sense. A pressure cooker is something to plug into a wall or put on the stove. How on earth are you going to make it explode? Finally the Crown revealed the secret on the opening day. They said the plans required black powder. Well bloody hell that finally makes sense. You need gun power to make it explode. That means he could have put it in a pot or anything else. The problem is, how do you ignite it and how do you secure the lid on so it will explode? If he's using duck tape like it says in the video that top isn't going to have enough pressure to do jack squat. Where's he going to get the gun powder if the RCMP don't give it to him? Shot gun shells? Perhaps. That's an awful lot of shot gun shells. Does he have a PAL to buy them? Nope. He has no means of acquiring the gunpowder and no ability to make a bomb out of it.

How is he going to ignite it? We used to make pipe bombs as kids around Halloween. We used the insides of screechers. The best they could do was put a black mark on and old mailbox. They certainly wouldn't kill anyone. How are you going to ignite it other than with a fuse? I have no idea. Theoretically you could use electronic ignighters from a model rocket set but I have no idea how to make a timer out of a clock and I think I'm a bit more capable than a Surrey drug addict.

In this video the undercover cop urges the couple to finish their task of building the bombs. “I’m dealing with the contingency plans.” Yeah like he dealt with planning the whole thing. Once again the drug addicts keep getting distracted from building a bomb they aren't capable of making and the RCMP agent has to keep reminding the Surrey drug addicts not to get distracted and stay on task. He has to keep telling them over and over again to build the bomb. Even though there is no way any bomb they built would work. He built I should say. Amanda didn't build anything.

Then there's the big twist. Nutall keeps making these ridiculous drug addict statements. Ya know if we get caught I'm gonna need an Ak 47. Ya know C 4 would work ever better than pressure cookers. If we had C 4 we wouldn't even need pressure cookers. Guess what? The RCMP agent tells him he can get C 4. This is proof he's dealing with drug addicts. Everyone else would have known this was a police agent. No body here can get C 4. Nobody here knows how to use C 4. I don't. In court the crown said C 4 needs a special type of accelerate. There is no was a Surrey drug addict would be able to get C 4 and the accelerate and know how to use them together. No bloody way. This case is a joke. But it's not. The entrapment is actually proceeding in court and with the daily dose of Nuttall Nonsense in the media the best he can hope for is a hung jury. There will be some jury members that buy into the nonsense regardless.

Having said all this I will be very clear that I in no way intend on minimizing the seriousness of these allegations. Setting off a bomb at a fireworks display is a heinous crime whether it be at Victoria or at English Bay. It is a crime by law and it is a crime by the Quran. My point is simply the RCMP spent a lot of tax dollars trying to convince a drug addict to come up with a plan and commit an act of terrorism. So much so they had to keep reminding him to stay focused on the task and not be distracted. Which brings us to tomorrow's daily dose of Nuttall nonsense in the paper posted on today's web site. Tomorrow's article warns that Nuttall was a 9/11 conspiracy theorist. Heaven forbid. That means he has a motive to blow people up right there. Not.

9/11 was an absolutely heinous crime. The third tower fell at free fall speed into it's own blueprint just like a controlled demolition when no planes hit it. Experts in the field will tell you the only way that is scientifically possible is if the load bearing beams are simultaneously blown out. That is the only way. Heat and fire will not do that unless it's thermite used on the load bearing beams. To imply that everyone who thinks 9/11 was an inside job is capable of killing innocent people is insanely offensive. Operation Northwoods proposed killing innocent civilians as a pretext for war. Truthers oppose all terrorist acts completely. To imply otherwise is an offensive lie.

The Price of Propaganda

It comes as no surprise to hear that over 90 per cent of small-business owners say they wouldn’t trust TransLink to “wisely” spend another dime of their money. Michael Smyth from the Vancouver Province states that should be a wake up call. Indeed it should. Translink already burns an extra billion dollars a year in a Regional gas tax. No other industry in the private sector would be allowed to operate like that. They need to balance their budget before they keep expanding it and awarding the contracts to dirty construction companies dripping in fraud.

Right now Metro Vancouver is in another propaganda campaign. In BC we had a referendum on the HST. The government spent a lot of tax dollars trying to convince us to vote for the HST claiming that is was a reduction in tax. If it really did represent a reduction in taxes, we wouldn't have to spend tax dollars on commercials trying to convince voters to approve it. Taxing things that were previously tax exempt is not a reduction in taxes. Their commercials were fraudulent.

Yet the propaganda and the commercials paid with tax dollars continue. February 17th the Surrey Leader reported that the City of Surrey is spending more than $200,00 on the Yes campaign. Tax dollars spent to tell us how to vote - propaganda. Back in the day of the Reform party they promised to poll voters on issues. Now the neo cons do the opposite and spend tax dollars telling us how to vote. The tables have turned completely. I think I saw one of Surrey Wort's commercials on the Transit vote the other day. It was a billboard that read Say yes to more night buses. How about say yes to a balanced budget? How about say yes to fiscal responsibility in Translink which has been completely thrown out the window.

Sadly the tax paid propaganda doesn't end with referendums. Christy Clark spent tax dollars on a commercial during the Super Bowl. The other day there was a ridiculous commercial on the radio about Stephen Harper. This isn't even an election time. They are supposed to record and report how much they spend on advertizing during elections. Yet Stephen Harper is breaking that rule by spending tax dollars on commercials promoting himself when there isn't even and election. There was a news documentary on the practice a few weeks ago. It's called propaganda, paid for with tax dollars. It is not fiscally responsible.

The Toronto Star reported that the Harper government spent close to $500 million tax dollars on advertizing over the past five years. Mike De Souza reported that a leaked government memo stated that the federal government had to dip into a senior bureaucrat‘s special reserve fund for a cash advance before it could launch a $9.5 million advertising campaign that responded to criticism about Finance Minister Jim Flaherty’s 2012 budget.

The Ottawa Citizen reported that the federal government has spent millions of dollars advertising during the NHL playoffs but Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s government is refusing to disclose exactly how much it has spent on individual ads during the Stanley Cup playoffs. That is fraud.

Suspected Human Remains Located West of PG

Yesterday 250 news reported that RCMP were on the scene about 35kms west of Prince George, where suspected human remains have been located. Today the Prince George Citizen is confirming there was a great deal of police activity on the side of a road off of Highway 16 West in the general vicinity of Bednesti Lake for most of the daylight hours on Monday. I'm not sure where the press is getting the human remains notion from as the police have yet to confirm anything. It's certainly not gang land so it could just be a hiker. We will however, keep our eye on the story.

Kelowna woman charged after cocaine seized at the border

The RCMP are reporting that twenty-six year old Caitlin Christine GLADISH is facing charges of Importation of a Controlled Substance and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking. This is from the 35 kilos of cocaine that was seized by border agents at the Trail crossing July 26 2014.

Scan BC reported that River Road near No. 6 Rd was closed for several hours due to a body found early this morning. CBC is reporting that 20 year old Alexander Renney from Surrey has been identified by IHIT as the victim found dead on River Road.

Dawson Creek abduction and shooting

The Prince George Citizen is reporting that A chance encounter outside a hospital has put Dawson Creek police on the trail of an alleged abduction and shooting. RCMP said they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds outside the Dawson Creek hospital emergency entrance in the early hours of Saturday morning. According to RCMP, the man had been forced into a pickup truck by multiple people in the parking lot of Dawson Creek's Bergeron Funeral Home between 10:30 p.m. and midnight Friday night. He was then taken to a rural location and shot several times.

Police said he managed to drag himself to a roadway, where he was picked up and brought to hospital. Global is reporting that police believe the matter is drug related and is the result of ongoing gang violence in the Peace Region.

There has been a history of drug related violence in Dawson Creek which is just outside of Prince George. The drug trade in Prince George is controlled by the Hells Angels. One local cabbie was bold enough to post a Youtube video that mentioned locals believe the Hells angles are involved with the violence in Dawson Creek too.

Whitecourt Drug Bust

Mytowntoday is reporting that "A massive drug bust in Whitecourt has lead to the arrest of nine individuals." Cory Higdon is facing three counts of trafficking crystal meth while Daniel Brennan, James Stevens, Matthew Horning, Joel Wenger, Sasha Stimson, Randy Duperron (Stratton) and Anthony Courtney have all been charged with trafficking cocaine. Stephen Alley faces one count of possession of cocaine for the purposes of trafficking. He plead guilty in January to multiple counts of possession for the purposes of trafficking.

As we know, the drug trafficking in Whitecourt has been predominately controlled by the Whiteboy posse who sell drugs for the Edmonton Hells Angels. It appears that Mark Horning's brother Matthew Dean Horning has been arrested in this bust. Marks' going to be pissed. Let's hope he doesn't cap his own brother. In the top picture of the three amigos taken after 2012 Dean is in the middle. On Dean's left is "retired" WBP founder Sean Jackson. On his right is Travis Mourits.

Castanet is reporting that on Feb. 21, Osoyoos RCMP arrested Donald Bryce Lyons (Blaze's woman beating buddy) at his residence after his parole was revoked and a Canada wide warrant was issued for his arrest. I understand that Blake Adams who worked for Sean Jackson in Whitecourt is in Kelowna now. With Don Lyons in Osoyoos does that mean they're going to put Fat Mike in Kelowna to pick up the business? Dominic Dipalma Jr was in Kelowna before he was busted in Calgary. HA puppets - different name same pile.

The Legal Definition of Entrapment

The National Post is reporting that on Friday a judge ruled "the RCMP officer who stunned Robert Dziekanski with a Taser at Vancouver’s airport lied at a public inquiry.,, Const. Kwesi Millington’s perjury conviction comes more than seven years after Dziekanski’s fatal confrontation with police." CBC is reporting that the first time a judge has agreed with the prosecutors who argued that Millington and his fellow officers conspired to lie and exaggerate the threat Dziekanksi posed in order to justify their use of force. This ties in with the entrapment and exploitation of John Nuttall.

OK so we've talked about how dramatically the world has changed since 9/11 and how the Constitution and the Charter of Rights have been completely abandoned. We've talked about how in this new age of treason we call patriots traitors and traitors patriots. The next thing we have to discuss is the legal definition of entrapment and how massive amounts of tax dollars are being spent and misplaced on not saving the world from terrorists but on creating them. This is a concern the Rolling Stone magazine recently made very loud and clear.

On the first day of the John Nuttall trial the judge gave the jury specific instructions. She told them that they were not allowed to read my blog. She didn't refer to my blog specifically, she said any blog that discusses the case. She said their role was not investigations. It was not their job to investigate the case. It was their job to decide whether or not they feel the suspects are guilty beyond a reasonable doubt based solely on the evidence presented in court. She also their their job was not to interpret the law. Interpreting the law was her job and she would do it form them. If she errs in her interpretation of the law that would be grounds for an appeal. However, I think it's really important we objective examine just what the legal definition of entrapment really is because it appears to be completely ignored in our day of treason.

Wikipedia states "In criminal law, entrapment is a practice whereby a law enforcement agent induces a person to commit a criminal offense that the person would have otherwise been unlikely to commit. It is a type of conduct that is generally frowned upon, and thus in many jurisdictions is a possible defense against criminal liability."

In the John Nuttall case he clearly would not only have been unlikely to commit the crime he has been charged with he would have been unable to without the RCMP driving him around, telling him what to do and providing the explosives. It's not a matter of it being unlikely it is a matter of him being unable. That means this is a clear case of entrapment. What we need to discuss is the absurd amount of tax dollars that are being spent and misplaced on trying desperately to turn drug addicts into terrorists. That is not in the public interest.
