Rob Sidhu and Judge John Lenaghan

Rob Sidhu is a bit of a local celebrity. He's a dirty cop that was convicted in the United States for cocaine trafficking tied to the Hells Angels. He was handed an eight year sentence in the US. Prior to that Judge John Lenaghan let him walk away free in Canada on impersonation charges. In that case he falsely represented himself as an active member of the RCMP after he had left the force to obtain information about the Bacon brothers location. Hells Angels lawyer Matthew Nathanson represented him in that case and Judge John Lenaghan let him off.

The Water Crimes blog as well as the Citizens against the BCIMC blog have both expressed concerns about Judge John Lenaghan's personal bias. Just like Peter Leask.

Update: Gordon Clark from the Vancouver Province just wrote an editorial about judicial accountability. More and more people are speaking about the issue because it keeps coming up over and over again. Judges need to be accountable to the people who pay their wages. This judicial arrogance needs to subside.

  1. It's a legal system not a justice system

    1. Indeed. There are a lot of people who are very cynical about the BC Courts. When the judges keep awarding in favor of organized crime, one has to question which side some of these judges are really on. They don't let Peter Leask do criminal cases any more because of his obvious bias. Yet he is still a judge. Most of these judges believe they are above the law and are not accountable to the public who pay their wages.

  2. The beautiful mess created by Victoria lawyer Greg Harney is now the subject of a major complaint sent to the Canadian Judicial Council and the RCMP filed by British Columbia lawyer John Frederick Carten who blew the whistle on major crime by insiders at the British Columbia Government in the water war crimes (by friends of Justice Elizabeth Bennett) and who has been assisting Jack English and his family attempt to recover their property that was stolen by British Columbia Government insiders using violence and other crimes that Elizabeth Bennett and her crooked gal pals on the bench, Mary Saunders and Nicole Garson, are trying to cover up by their recent judgment.

On June 29, 2016, Registrar Outerbridge made a landmark decision allowing Mr. English to file a rare "application for reconsideration" based on the fraudulent statements of the three justices contained in their judgment. Mr. Harney and his lawyers, suspected to be the notoriouslaw firm of Nathanson Schachter and Thompson are no doubt shocked at the ruling that may result in all their crafty and duplicitous work being undone. (Editors Note Nathanson and Schachter refuse to respond to emails from our editors on the question of their role in this matter).

Mr. Harney and his lawyers are also no doubt doubly shocked to learn that their mischief has resulted in a rare complaint to the Canadian Judicial Council impugning the conduct of three Court of Appeal justices for engaging in the making of fraudulent statements in their judgment in order to cover up crimes by Government insiders.

But, there is more coming including Mr. Harney's alleged links to cocaine trafficking, money laundering and the criminal gang involved in the murder Victoria area real estate agent lawyer Lindsay Buziak which appears to be connected to a peculiar ruling made by the notorious Judge Liz Bennett.

  5. You have the people power (maybe) but the larger the group, the harder to come to a consensus, especially when it would thereafter require action. You think these people care about your opinion? Possibly you could guilt them into doing the right thing by assembling a large crowd out side their house and chanting, "Shame, shame" all night long? I doubt it, on both ends of that dynamic.

THEY made the laws. For their benefit of course. Not all of them, just the ones that relate to their behavior. Most of them aren't even laws, just "rules", that never had to pass the scrutiny (such as it might be) of an elected body and are administered behind closed doors. The fix is in....

I tell you this, nothing more than dire personal consequences will ever sway people like this from their course or their actions. (much like other criminals) Why do you think they did all that "work" to get there in the first place? This isn't some kind of accident or anything.

And, if you should be so foolish as to actualize your thoughts on this matter, you will be in violation of those same laws, they will send men with guns to talk to you about it, and you will thereafter be dealt with according to the laws against such behavior, which of course exist solely to control you and protect them from answering for their crimes.

What are you prepared to do? How far are you willing to go? At present, not as far as they are, so it will continue. And even more important, what would you do it with? They have all the tools, they took most of yours and you paid for theirs. You thought that was for YOUR safety? LOL, it was for THEIRS.

  7. Old gangster modus operandi, when it's not making money any more, burn it out and collect the insurance payoff. Any gangster owned property/club that burns should be considered arson until proven not to be.

  9. Perhaps the admission of money laundering funding the Vancouver housing market and the impending burst of that ridiculous bubble will help diminish things in regards to drugs and other illegal (and immoral) activities.
