Will Manitoba and Saskatchewan get rid of the RCMP next and form provincial police forces like Alberta? Perhaps. If the RCMP start seizing legally acquired guns they sure will. Canadians want a police force that is accountable to them not to the UN or the WEF.
To serve and protect the people who pay their wages and elect the government that creates the laws the police are paid to enforce. They have sworn an oath to defend the Charter of Rights. Keeping that oath is a good thing. Betraying that oath is not. History has recorded that.

If the RCMP start seizing legally acquired guns the problem may solve itself.....We'd hate to see it happen but when you poke the bear, no one is surprised that it ends badly.
ReplyDeleteSupposedly the RCMP has already told Justin "no thanks", Justin (also supposedly) had someone float a "request for proposal" for a contractor to do it and got one, but the first question was "Who will protect us while we are doing it", RCMP again said "No thanks", so now the idea is that a new class of legally armed persons other than Police and certain security guards (Brinks etc.) will be created for the purpose. Like a lot of crazy idea's it may never happen, but these are crazy times and the idea that it's being discussed at all is......crazy.
