Chris Horsley threatened Jeff Buziak

Chris Horsley, the lead investigator in the Lindsay Buziak murder has come onto my radar. For me, 2020 represents a new era where we begin to see things much more clearly. That is certainly the case with the Lindsay Buziak murder. When I sift through the troll's circus side shows, the truth becomes clear. Lindsay Buziak's murder investigation needs to be taken out of the hands of the Saanich PD and shared with the Integrated unit. The person preventing that from happening is Chris Horsley. It is time for him to be reassigned. He has demonstrated a conflict of interest.

If Chris Horsley was so interested in solving Lindsay Buziak's murder, why did he fly out to Calgary in August of 2017 and tell Jeff Buziak to stop doing what he is doing and shut down his website about his daughter's murder? That's not what he told Dateline.

When Chris Horsley and Trevor Dyck flew out to Calgary August 2017 requesting to meet with Jeff Buziak, Jeff was excited. He thought they were there to tell him in person they had made an arrest in his daughter's murder. He was sadly disappointed.

Horsley started by saying they were concerned about Jeff's mental health. That was a very peculiar thing to say. Police corruption can use the mental health act to arrest someone without charge and medicate them against their will.

When Jeff asked him what they were on about, Horsley told Jeff to stop doing what he was doing and demanded he shut down the website raising public awareness with his daughter's murder. Horsley threatened Jeff and said if Jeff didn't stop and shut down the website he would destroy him and launch a public campaign to attack his credibility.

There ya have it folks. Chris Horsley has outed himself. He needs to resign and hand over Lindsay's file to the Integrated unit. That is what he needs to do.

Recently I saw a bizarre blog pot by a retired cop living in Nanianmo spinning for the Zailos and I was like WTF? They are the primes suspects. The Zailos have much more disposable income then they should. Jason and Ryan are the prime suspects. The fact that the police are trying to exonerate the Zailos and blame the Delalcazars is in itself suspicious.

One unconfirmed theory is that Ziggy Matheson and Jason Zailo's brother Ryan were at the scene of the murder. That is the theory I believe. I do not believe that the Delalcazars had anything to do with it. The Australian podcast about the murder stated that Jason Zailo refused to provide a DNA sample. If Jason's brother Ryan was one of the murderers, then Jason's DNA would expose that. However, Jason was quick to contaminate the crime scene when he discovered the body by claiming he was doing CPR on Lindsay. Then why did he stop? You're not allowed to stop CPR once you start until someone else takes over.

I suspected Jason from day one. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Every picture of Jason and Lindsay is creepy as f*ck. Initially, I thought the timing of the Calgary bust was suspicious. I thought Jason was the Confidential Informant in that bust and blamed Lindsay. Now I realize the timing of her murder was orchestrated. It had nothing to do with the Calgary drug bust. Her murderers did that to point the blame to someone else. One one of their rivals.

When Lindsay said she saw something she shouldn't have it was on her Calgary trip. She didn't say she saw something on her Calgary trip, it was before that in BC while she was dating Jason.

The nature of Lindsay's murder does not have the hallmark of a gang executing an informant. Stabbing her 40 times was personal. Ryan was the one initially interested in a relationship with Lindsay. It was his brother Jason who ended up winning her over by bringing her coffee at work every day. Stabbing her 40 times is something Ryan would do. That is not something a hired hit man would do. Just say'n. It's time for Chris Horsley to leave the building so it is.

I endorsed Bob Deasy in Ontario because he was the real deal. Gary Rodgers is a fake. That's why he just writes fiction. Bob Deasy wasn't part of the FOCCers out west. (A bunch of dirty a*s swingers in the BC RCMP known as the Friends of Craig Callen) Bob Deasy is sincere and genuine. Gary Rodgers is not. Mr Rodgers bills himself as a deadly crime blogger. That's pretty funny. I've been doing this for over ten years and I've never heard of him.

I've heard of Mike on Crime. He does sports now. I've heard of Hal Hannon from Breaking the Code but I've never heard of Gary Rodgers. I just found out about him doing a search for Lindsay Buziak and saw that ridiculous post he made spinning for the Zailos. It's obvious he still just writes fiction. I don't do fiction or movies for that matter. I do real life.

Understanding the Police Corruption Pandemic in BC

Before I dive in and call out the police corruption tied to the Lindsay Buziak murder investigation, we need to understand the nature of the Police Corruption Pandemic in BC. To do that we have to look at the New York Crime Reduction Model in comparison with the LA model.

The New York model was made possible by the Mullen Commission. This was a commission created by New York City Mayor David Dinkins in 1994 to assess the extent of corruption in the New York City Police Department. The commission was formed one month after Michael Dowd and five other NYPD officers assigned to two Brooklyn precincts were arrested by suburban Suffolk county police on charges of conspiracy to sell narcotics.

After Michael Dowd was convicted and sentenced, he led a shameless tell all documentary bragging about all the crimes he committed as a New York City Police Officer. I was in New York City back in the /80's working with Curtis Sliwa and the Guardian Angels. While we were risking our lives confronting the crack dealers up in Harlem and down on East 42nd street, these POS dirty cops from the Brooklyn Precinct were supplying all the crack dealers with cocaine.

Michael Dowd said he had no fear of getting caught because he knew the cops around him would never give him up. Remember that. They all knew what he was doing and did nothing to stop it.

Loaded shotgun seized in Surrey

CTV is reporting that "Mounties in Surrey say they seized a loaded shotgun and paraphernalia associated with drug trafficking while executing a search warrant in the Guildford area late last month. The warrant was executed on Jan. 29 at a residence in the 14800 block of 107A Avenue, not far from Holly Park. Members of the Surrey Gang Enforcement Team searched the home as part of an "unlawful weapons position" investigation, police said."

Global is reporting that "Police have issued a correction about the weapon seized, which they say was initially and incorrectly described as a sawed-off shotgun." It's obviously not a sawed off shotgun it has a pistol grip which is not unlawful. My Mossberg Maverick came with a pistol grip add on. Pistol grips are novelty items. You can't hit anything if you don't shoulder the weapon. The only thing illegal about it was the fact that it was improperly stored.

"Police say along with the shotgun, officers found small amounts of suspected drugs as well as drug processing and packaging materials consistent with drug trafficking.” This is indeed interesting. All of a sudden Donnie McWhirter's associates in Kelowna keep getting busted and now this. Blaze bragged about knowing all the drug dealers in Guildford. That's because he was supplying them. Interesting how Blaze's associates are getting busted one by one after he started cooperating with the police. I guess his money must have run out for lying about Corey Vallee.

Kelowna Weapons Fraud

Post Media Trash is reporting that "A 49-year-old man is facing weapons and drug charges after an RCMP raid on a suspected drug house in Kelowna last week. Kelowna RCMP executed a search warrant at a property located in the 600-block of Gerstmar Road in Kelowna on Jan. 28. During their search of the home, police seized suspected crystal methamphetamine along with a cache of weapons that included firearms, a variety of swords and knives, and a crossbow. A total of 10 criminal charges — including eight weapon charges — have been filed against Clayton Wade Zeleniski of Kelowna. Zeleniski, who has a lengthy criminal record dating to 2001, remains in custody until his next court appearance, which hasn’t been set yet."

GMAFB. When the other Provinces announce huge legitimate drug busts, the compromised BC Gang Task force throws out a ridiculous red herring to make it look like they are doing something when they clearly are not. These are not weapons used in the gang war. There has never been a gang related drive by shooting with a crossbow in BC.

The swords are novelty items as with the throwing knife. Something a collector would have. Since they were in his home, none of them are illegal.

Take a look at the long gun in the bottom of the picture. It looks like an ancient .22 - a tiny pea shooter for shooting squirrels as does the other long gun in the picture. This is ridiculous. *Suspected* crystal meth in a *Suspected* drug house? AYFKM? Best case scenario is that is was something a drug user had in his possession. Worst case scenario is that it is complete bullsh*t. His *extensive* criminal record consists of a couple of assaults, one of which was a K file, and a bunch of traffic violations. The police corruption pandemic in BC continues.

The Metro Vancouver Gas Fraud Spikes again

As the price fixing concerns fade, the gas companies spiked their fraud in Metro Vancouver another 10 cents a litre overnight. Two days ago is was around $1.30 a litre. Now it's over $140 a litre. Price fixing is ilegal. This fruad needs to be addressed. Look at the price of gas in Toronto. It's around and below $1.00 a litre. The fraud cannot be more obvious.

These POS need to got to jail and we need to break the oil monopoly by nationalizing our oil. That is what we need to do. Greed has no limits. It must be restrained. The only time a corporate monopoly is a good thing is when the consumers are shareholders in that corporation. Guess what? We are. The Canadian taxpayer owns the Trans Mountain Pipeline now so they are screwing us over with our own money. That is insider trading.

Twice the number of pot car accident fatalities since legalization in Washington State

The Bellingham Herald is reporting that "The number of Washington state drivers involved in fatal crashes that tested positive for THC — the principal psychoactive ingredient in cannabis — has more than doubled since the state legalized recreational marijuana use in December 2012, a recent study showed." That is significant.

Someone did raise the point that testing positive for thc in your system in different than being under the influence since thc stays in your system 3 weeks after smoking a joint but you obviously aren't under the influence for 3 weeks. Nevertheless, there are way too many people that smoke way too much pot every day and many of those individuals think it's safe for them to drive while under the influence and even blaze while driving. That is complete irresponsibility.

47 kilos of cocaine and crystal meth seized in Alberta

Global is reporting that "A Calgary man is facing charges after more than $10 million in cocaine and meth was seized from a vehicle in southern Alberta last week. The suspect was taken into custody and police said a search of the vehicle revealed 46.9 kilograms of cocaine in uncut bricks and 47.5 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine. The shipment, found in bags in the back of a pickup truck, came from somewhere in Ontario and was destined for Alberta."

This kind of police work saves lives. ALERT is doing a fantastic job with gang enforcement in Alberta. The BC CFSEU is not. The pandemic of police corruption in BC needs to be addressed.

New Brunswick Lawyer arrested in Quebec drug ring

CBC is reporting that "An interprovincial drug distribution network has been dismantled by police forces in New Brunswick, Quebec and Ontario. The Pognon investigative project led to the arrest of the disbarred New Brunswick lawyer Éric Aucoin and four other suspects.

"The other suspects in the case were arrested at their respective homes on Tuesday morning. They are Simon Pellerin, 36, from Saint-Boniface; Pascal Lafrenière, 39, from Saint-Boniface; Kathleen Bellemare, 33, from Saint-Boniface and Mathew Arcand, 41, from Delta, Ontario."

"Like the other four people arrested as part of this police operation led by the Mauricie Regional Joint Squad of the Sûreté du Québec, the former lawyer faces several charges, including one of drug trafficking." In late October 13 kilos of cocaine were seized.

When you want to get down, get down on the ground yo.

Saanich Mayor Richard Atwell's spyware allegations vindicated by privacy commissioner

In 2015 CBC reported that "Saanich Mayor Richard Atwell’s concerns about spyware on his office computer at city hall were legitimate, says a report from B.C.'s information and privacy commissioner. Atwell claimed earlier this year that the software was being used to spy on him by recording his keystrokes and taking screen shots."

"While Privacy Commissioner Elizabeth Denham's report doesn't deal directly with Atwell's allegations, she found that the security software installed by city staff collected far more information than allowed under the Freedom of Information and Privacy Act."

The question is, who installed the spyware on his computer. The CBC article implied that it was spyware the employer installed to monitor it's employees but went further than allowed by law. However, the former mayor implied something much sinister was involved.

Later that year the Vancouver Sun reported that "The Police Complaint Commissioner will not investigate claims made by Saanich Mayor Richard Atwell about the conduct of his own police department, finding the complaints inadmissible since they don't constitute misconduct under the Police Act." Mayor Atwell who was a computer techie acused the Saanich PD of being the ones that installed the spyware on his computer.

The privacy commissioner ruled his complaint inadmissible because spying on computers without a warrant didn't constitute misconduct under the police act. AYFKM? Warrantless surveillance is illegal. "After requesting further information from Atwell and examining material from other sources, Lowe quashed any investigation." Lowe was appointed police complaint commissioner one week after exonerating the RCMP involved in the Airport taser fiasco.

"Retired B.C. justice Wally Oppal was called in to broker dispute resolution between Atwell and Saanich police, but on May 15, after four months of back-and-forth meetings, his efforts failed, according to a statement released by police complaint commissioner Stan Lowe this afternoon."

AYFKM? Wally Oppal should be in prison for shutting down the Missing Woman's inquiry as soon as the Hells Angels were mentioned. "Atwell said the police department was in conflict since Saanich Police Chief Bob Downie's wife, Jennifer, is an executive assistant in the mayor's office and the spyware was also installed on her computer."

Gangsters out attends the Lindsay Buziak Rally for Justice

I attended the Rally for Justice and Memorial Walk for Lindsay Buziak in Victoria today. It was a well attended successful event. It's amazing what you find out when you have boots on the ground. This Australian podcast is an excellent overview of the murder case.

The podcast raises a crucial question. Why hasn't the Saanich police department turned Lindsay's file over to the integrated investigation unit? At first they claimed it was because Saanich wasn't part of that unit. Now it is so there is no excuse.

This year the memorial walk took a different route. This time it started at the Saanich Municipal Hall right beside the Saanich Police Department then marched through the downtown core past the Victoria City Hall ending on the steps of the Legislature in Victoria. It was symbolic of taking the file out of the hands of the Saanich PD, who have a history of corruption, and handing the file over to the BC Attorney General so the Integrated Unit can take it over. Chris Horsley is in a conflict of interest. One protester said the next step is to take the case to Ottawa.

The heat is on. Looks like Saanich PD needs a Summer Jam. Get ready for a shakedown.
