Soviet Criminal Act vs US Patriot Act

I stumbled across an interesting youtube video of another whistle blower getting shafted by the US Patriot Act and they made a passing reference to how the US Patriot Act is very similar to the Soviet Criminal Act. Some people have since claimed that they used the Soviet Criminal Act as a model when drafting the US Patriot Act. Truthers and Debunkers will then argue yes they did, no they didn't back and forth until the intent of the claim is lost completely.

It doesn't matter whether or not they used the Soviet Criminal Act as a model when they drafted the US Patriot act. The fact is they are both very similar. Both are also very similar to the German Enabling Act which is yet another example of how two different roads lead to the same place.

I always find it strange how Fascists and Communists hate each other so much when in reality both extremes lead to the same destination: Dictatorship. The inherit problem with all three documents is the removal of civil liberty and the destruction of a free republic which is what the US Constitution was framed to preserve and protect.

The US Patriot Act is illegal because it violates the US Constitution which is the highest law of the land. The first and most important right that it removes is the right to due process. The right to have a lawyer, a fair and speedy trial, even the requirement of the State to charge you with an offense before they arrest you. If there is no charge they are not allowed to arrest you according to the law established in the US Constitution.

The US Patriot Act removes that crucial requirement. Susan Lindauer was an American citizen whose Constitutional rights were thrown out the window under the US Patriot Act. She also warns how under the act rights can be removed for environmentalists or any other group the State chooses violating the freedom of association as well as everything else the Constitution stands for.

She also explained how Gaddafi was an advocate for woman rights. Women were allowed to say no to a marriage proposal under Gaddafi's regime. They didn't have to wear the complete burka either. We helped the Islamic extremists over throw and murder Gaddafi. The same rag tag extremists we now claim are a more serious threat to world peace then Communist China. I beg to differ. These rag tag extremists are being used as a cover for removing civil liberty and throwing away the US Constitution and the Canadian Charter of Rights here at home.

In the US we saw two groups rise: the Occupy Wall Street movement and the Tea Party. I submit that both extremes had a common interest. Preserving and protecting civil liberty in the Constitution. Americans pledge allegiance to their flag as opposed to a politician. "I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

"And to the Republic for which it stands." The intent of the pledge of allegiance is to protect the free republic which is what the flag is supposed to represent. The US Patriot act is a violation of the pledge of allegiance. Elected officials in the United States take that pledge one step further. When they are sworn into office they swear an oath to defend the Constitution. Every politician that voted for the US Patriot Act broke their oath of office.

There's a new movement rising in the United States. They're called Oath Keepers. Police and military officials and supporters who are outraged at how the Constitution was violated during hurricane Katrina. They made an oath to protect the Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic and they intend on keeping that oath.

Thanksgiving has always been a time to stop and express gratitude for all the things we have to be grateful for - a job, a roof over our head, food on the table, the freedom and liberty we enjoy. Yet right now we are being robbed of that freedom and it isn't being taken by a handful of rag tag extremists, it is being taken by enemies in office who have burnt the flag and have broken their oath to defend the Constitution. This Thanksgiving is a call to arms. Oath Keepers arise. "Gentlemen may cry peace peace but there is no peace. The war is already begun."

Jamie Bacon accused of ordering hit on Dennis Karbovanec

A blog reader recently referred to this and despite it's significance and relevance I had entirely missed it. The Abby news reported that on Dec. 31, 2008: Dennis Karbovanec survived a targeted shooting in Mission at an undisclosed location. He was wearing body armor at the time.

CBC reported that Five alleged members and associates of the United Nations gang have pleaded guilty in B.C. Supreme Court to conspiring to kill the worthless Bacon brothers in 2008 and 2009. However, the UN hasn't been charged in the 2008 shooting of DK in Mission. That's because Jamie Bacon has. I can't post a link to the media report confirming the charges because it contains things that are covered in ongoing publication bans.

I can confirm that Jamie Bacon has been charged with ordering the hit on Dennis Karbovanec on December 31st 2008. I'm not going to name the person accused of doing the shooting but I will name Jamie Bacon as the one accused of hiring him to shoot his own guy. This is somewhat profound because DK was a Bacon Brother associate. DK kind of took over Person Y's role as Jamie Bacon's body guard when Person Y was in jail.

Person Y testified in court that he cooperated in the Surrey Six investigation because he saw the loyalty among these thieves was a complete lie. This proves it. This is why so many hitmen for the Hells Angels flip. They keep getting betrayed by the people who hired them. Just like in the Vancouver Christmas of /95 hit.

Linda Hepner's campaign billboards

Yesterday we started seeing Linda Hepner's campaign billboards popping up all over the city. I don't want to be mean but that woman looks like she just crawled out from under the house that fell on the witch in the Wizard of OZ. She does not have an honest face. I guess it's just because of all the toxic bullying of Barinder and the Campbell Heights scam. She so desperately wants Barinder's ruby slippers her jealousy has become painful to watch. Only Barinder doesn't have the ruby slippers. She's not mayor yet. There are others more qualified running for the position.

In contrast McCallum is talking about shutting down the SCDC which clearly is a good thing and balancing the budget which needs to be done. A 3% reduction in operational expenses isn't much if he plans on getting rid of the new ivory tower and going back to the old city hall in the prime location. Yet there's no Wizard of Oz drama there. Just common sense.

Thankfully the Safe Surrey Coalition signs are also appearing. They look somewhat more normal and hopeful. It doesn't look like the unHappy Bunny promoting herself. It looks like a team ready to do business and balance the budget fixing Diane Watts' ivory tower fiscal catastrophe.

Kill the Messenger

Last night on ET they made reference to a new movie about the Gary Webb story called Kill the Messenger. That is awesome. It totally ties in with Operation Fast and Furious. Very timely since December is Gary Webb appreciation month. This December 10th will be the 10th anniversary of his murder. Jeremy Renner from the Avengers plays Garry Webb in the new movie.

I think it's awesome that Jeremy Renner has helped bring this pivotal story to life on the big screen. Martin Luther King was right. Truth crushed to the earth will rise again simply because no lie can live forever. This is an actual interview with Gary Webb in real life before his murder.

This is an overview of the story called Crack the CIA and of course the famous video of former LAPD officer Mike Rupert confronting the director of the CIA with the fact that the Agency tried to recruit him to sell drugs for them in LA years prior. Mike Rupert also died of a suspicious suicide after he went into hiding posting on his blog From the Wilderness.

There's another related documentary coming about Freeway Ricky's role in the CIA's LA crack cocaine ring called Crack in the System due to be released October 17 2014. Yo bro this ain't over yet. "Gentlemen may cry peace, peace, but there is no peace. The war is already begun."

In Vancouver Kill the Messenger is playing at the Cineplex Odeon International Village Cinemas 88 West Pender Street. There is free parking in the underground of the International Village.

I have now seen the movie and I must admit Jeremy Renner nails it. I'm shocked the Rolling Stone Magazine gave it a so so rating. The movie was awesome. It's not the kind of movie you walk away having a warm fuzzy feeling. It makes you sad and a bit scared to know how messed up the media and the government really is and how much control the CIA has over both. It's a true story that was buried and needs to get out because it wasn't the first or the last time it happened. Operation Fast and Furious shows it's still happening today.

The movie concludes with the fact that although John Deutch, the director of the CIA when Gary Webb released his articles resigned and a 400 page report admitting Gary Webb was right was produced, the world was more concerned with the Bill Clinton Monika Lewinsky scandal to even notice. The Gary Webb story wasn't an isolated incident. The Judge Bonner story was similar but because of his standing he didn't get the same backlash Gary Webb did.

Judge Bonner said when he was in charge of the DEA the CIA brought a ton of cocaine into Florida which hit the streets. The CIA passionately denied it all the way right up until he went on 60 Minutes and documented everything. Then they finally admitted it but said that was the only time and it was a mistake because they were trying to track it to arrest higher level drug dealers. However, just like in Fast and Furious that was a lie because they made absolutely no effort to track the cocaine after it hit the streets. Sadly the movie points out that Gary Webb was eventually found dead in his apartment. He was shot in the head twice. His death was ruled a suicide. Just like Mike Rupert and many others.

This pattern has been used by the CIA since it's inception. Bo Gritz and Terry Reed both testified the Agency was responsible for massive amounts of heroin trafficking during Vietnam. In the Gary Webb story one could see them use the argument the end justifies the means yet in Operation Fast and Furious there is no such excuse. My book will connect the dots and tie it all together.

Calgary Hells Angels implicated in another fraud

Speaking of fraud, the StarPhoenix is reporting that "The man accused of defrauding Saskatchewan investors and funneling the money to Alberta Hells Angels has pleaded guilty. Joshua D. Johnston pleaded guilty to four counts: fraud over $5,000, fraud under $5,000, possession of the proceeds of crime and laundering the proceeds of crime."

"Between June 2008 and the fall of 2010, Johnston defrauded 15 Saskatchewan victims of a total of $1.2 million. He solicited the money for use in various real estate ventures, promising high rates of return, but instead spent the money on himself or transferred it to other individuals, some of them high ranking Hells Angels members in Calgary." Quite similar to what Jahan Meshkati was accused of doing for Ken Leblanc.

"The supposed real estate ventures included a land sale in Aberdeen, an apartment conversion in Brooks, Alta., and high-end housing sales in Calgary. One of the names that came up in the investigation was Jahanbakhsh Meshkati, who was often involved in the supposed property deals. Police never managed to locate him to question him about the alleged fraud." That's because he was shot dead in Vancouver for scamming the wrong people.

Mexico captures Juarez Cartel chief

CNN is reporting that "Mexican federal authorities say they've captured Juarez Cartel leader Vicente Carrillo Fuentes." Although they claim he was one of Mexico's most wanted criminals they admit that the Juarez Cartel's influence had been waning after a lengthy battle for territory with the Sinaloa Cartel.

The Sinaloa Cartel is the one the CIA endorsed allowing the ATF to sell guns and bring back tons of cocaine from into the United States and likely Canada under Operation Fast and Furious. Basically we are announcing the capture of one of the CIA's drug dealing rivals.

Drtomoconnor.com is reporting that "the Juarez Cartel (led by Vicente Carrillo Fuentes and top lieutenant Juan Pablo Ledezma) has a long history, but the short of it is that they encroached on Columbian enclaves on the U.S. East Coast and were pretty good at maintaining alliances with other cartels, that is, until about 2004 when they started a deadly battle with the Sinaloa cartel for control of Ciudad Juarez. They mostly rely on a hit squad of contract killers and former police officers ("La Linea"), led by Jose Antonio Acosta Hernandez ("El Diego"), himself a former state police officer who was building an empire of his own up to his arrest in 2011."

I can't even find them listed on the cartel map but npr.org is reporting they held 5% of the market.

RCMP and CSIS profile terrorists

MSN News is reporting that "the head of the RCMP for the first time said the national police force has 63 active national security investigations open in Canada targeting 90 individuals suspected in terrorism probes. However, Commissioner Bob Paulson told the public safety committee that Canadians need not worry, that the force is on top of the files, and working well with CSIS and other law enforcement agencies."

Bob Paulson said don't worry the RCMP is working with CSIS? Before the RCMP shares ANY intel with CSIS they need to charge CSIS with murder in the Air India bombing which their handler helped plan and provided the explosives for. So tell me, how many of these 90 terrorists they are profiling are 70 year old environmentalists that oppose the Enbridge pipeline?

When the RCMP teamed up with CSIS for a terrorist probe in Surrey it ended up in a bold faced lie. The Surrey pressure cooker bomb plot was a complete fraud. The Canada Day allegation was a lie. The mark was originally arrested March 2nd. He was charged again June 25th. There was no means or motive other than the fact that CSIS gave them a pressure cooker which they had absolutely no idea how to make a bomb out of. They had food in it.

While the RCMP are tracking terrorists how about tracking the 1.5 billion dollars a year that is lost not just spent in the anti terrorism budget. If that kind of fiscal irresponsibility isn't an act of domestic terrorism, I don't know what is.

Michel Coulombe replaced Richard Fadden as head of the Canadian Spy Agency that did the Air India bombing after Richard Fadden went public with the fact that Communist China has substantial influence over various unnamed Canadian politicians. Coulombe, who has been with CSIS since 1986, told a parliamentary committee in March that radicalization, or homegrown terrorism, was the spy agency’s “No. 1 priority.”

Destroying civil liberty here at home is their number one priority. Taxpayer Beware. This pencil neck means business. More tax dollars will be lost and recklessly spent on more fake bomb plots like the Toronto 18, Via Rail and the insane Surrey Pressure cooker fraud. These are dark days ahead Harry Potter. Voldamort is in the House. Another season of fraud to steal our civil liberty.

Bill Tieleman reported: “James Cromitie was a low-level ex-drug dealer who converted to Islam. A well-paid FBI informant befriended the Walmart worker and promised him $250,000 and a new BMW car to fire Stinger surface-to-air missiles at U.S. military planes and plant bombs at Jewish targets in New York.” They paid a drug addict to fires missiles they gave him at US military targets and plant bombs at Jewish targets in New York. That is what they already did.

Does this mean they are going to do what Australia did and shoot an innocent man dead to cover their tracks so it can't be proved they are lying? Australians are known for being tough. A short skinny, soft spoken kid attacks two tough armed Australian police officers with a knife at the police station they ordered him to come to because they were profiling him. Nothing about that case makes sense. He was not a terrorist. I can tell you that. Why would a tiny kid attack two armed cops and why did they have to fatally shoot him in "self defense." If he wanted to be a martyr, he would have brought a bomb. He didn't bring a bomb because he wasn't a terrorist. They murdered an innocent man. Just remember who crashed the Nugan Hand bank in Australia. No conspiracy theorist made that up. That is history. Don't let it happen again.

When someone steals a car, the police investigate. You would think when someone steals $1.5 billion tax dollars a year, the police would be all over that. Yet it isn't even being investigated because it involves CSIS and is therefor classified. Go figure.

As for the kid in Australia they shot, his family is a friend of my family. The man I know was a cop in Afghanistan. He was shot by the Taliban and had to leave Afghanistan with his family. Why on earth would a kid join a terrorist organization that shot a member of his own family and were the reason they had to leave Afghanistan? The answer is simple. He didn't. He was not a terrorist. They set up and shot an innocent man.

NPA candidate opposes garbage incinerator

Kirk LaPointe, the NPA candidate for the mayor of Vancouver stated the NPA opposes Metro Vancouver's plan for a garbage incinerator. Finally someone with a brain. He states that “The only thing less green than burning or gasifying garbage in Vancouver is using fossil fuels to ship it elsewhere for burning. We share our air with the region’s other municipalities,” he said. Exactly!

Anyone can drive up to the look out over Vancouver on Cypress mountain sunrise, sunset or any time of the day and see the grey haze over the city and count the number of factory smokestacks billowing pollution into the air. Every summer there is air quality warnings in the Fraser Valley because the pollution tends to collect in the valley being surrounded by mountains. Burning garbage is about the most ungreen act conceivable.

Yesterday the front page of the Vancouver Province was a where's waldo photo referring to Gregor Robertson's absence at the recent all candidates debate. I have to admit that Gregor Robertson is starting to get a bit weird and that the city of Vancouver is ready for a change.

Meena Wong, COPE’S mayoral candidate, favours slowing development in Vancouver. Slowing development? If business wants to build let them build. Supply and demand will take care of itself. If business wants to invest in Vancouver why stop them? These aren't tax dollars. The Translink financial fiasco is the one burning tax dollars on behalf of insiders. Just make sure each new development contains some social housing and stop burning tax dollars on Translink.

Robertson has reiterated Vision’s position that Vancouver desperately needs a Broadway subway line. Vancouver does not desperately need a Broadway subway line. What Vancouver desperately needs is for Translink to stop going a billion dollars over budget every year. Tax payers already foot the bill for that yearly deficit in a ten cents a litre regional gas tax above and beyond the federal and provincial gas tax. Don't tell me SNC-Lavalin is bidding on that contract too like the Evergreen line. That would be another criminal act. Stop the insanity.

Hong Kong Protest supported in Vancouver

The Vancouver Province is reporting that "Hundreds of people gathered Sunday in downtown Vancouver to show support for democracy protesters in Hong Kong. Geoff Ho joined a crowd outside the Vancouver Art Gallery, where supporters sang Under a Vast Sky, a 1990s hit Canto-pop song that has been adopted by protesters in Hong Kong as a rallying cry."

Global is reporting that "Students upset the Chinese government has failed to maintain its promise of open and fair elections have taken to the streets. In these mass demonstrations the protesters have been shielding themselves from police and tear gas with umbrellas, which has coined the term “Umbrella Revolution” because the students have been using umbrellas to shield themselves."

CBC is reporting that "the protesters want fully democratic elections when they cast their ballots for the next chief executive." So are we going to send in air support for the freedom fighters in Hong Kong or are we just going to keep perpetuating the lie? Perhaps the Harper government will ban these protests in Vancouver like the peaceful Falun Gong protest since all he does is censor the truth about the atrocities Communist China commits.

Media Profits and Media Mergers

There's a new media acquisition in the news. CBC is reporting that "Quebecor has agreed to sell all 175 English-language newspapers it owns under the Sun Media banner to Postmedia, the owner of the National Post and others, for $316 million. The properties include the Toronto Sun, the Ottawa Sun, the Winnipeg Sun, the Calgary Sun and the Edmonton Sun, as well as the London Free Press and the free 24 Hours dailies in Toronto and Vancouver. The websites for those publications, largely based on the canoe.ca portal, are also included."

"If it goes through as announced, the deal would mean Postmedia, which was built out of the ashes of the former CanWest media empire, would control just about every major English-language newspaper in Canada that isn't based in Toronto (the publishing home of the Toronto Star and The Globe and Mail)."

Business Vancouver is reporting that "This leaves the Vancouver edition of the Metro newspaper as the only English-language daily in the city not owned by Postmedia." Will they be able to compete? Perhaps this will make them higher in demand because they are independent.

I don't want to be a stick in the mud but if they are going to own every major newspaper in Canada except for Toronto Star and The Globe and Mail, where is the Freedom of the Press? I'm all for the media making a profit. What concerns me is corporate monopolies. It was more of a concern back when Conrad Black started buying up all the news outlets in Canada. He had a staunch reputation for being politically motivated and firing reporters who didn't tow his line. What if all these media mergers continue and then someone like Conrad Black becomes the CEO again. There goes the freedom of the press. Looks like we're back in black. So back in black means they're out of the red or does it mean Conrad Black is coming back? Please advise.

OK so again, the whole concept of corporate monopolies concerns me. It's doesn't matter if it's Enbridge or the Hells Angels monopolies are bad. Guys like Conrad Black claim they're right wing. So then I ask, Do you support corporate monopolies? Of course they reply. We want to make money. Corporate monopolies are the best way to make money. But what about the free market? Big business is the free market. We take it over and crush the little guy. That's the free market. Survival of the fittest. What about small business? Screw small business. We're big business. Hostile take overs consumed with greed. That's what we're all about. Big business, big money - for us. Screw the consumer and screw the tax payer. They owe us for giving them a job.

I see. So how do you feel about Communism? We hate Commies. They want to share all the profits with everyone. But they don't. They're just as greedy as you are. Exactly. That's why we funded the Communist Revolution in Russia. But don't tell the world that. The better dead than red line is a great sell. People eat that BS up as we take their money to the bank. That is not right wing. That is not a free market. That is Corporate Communism. It leads to the same place.

So back to media profits. I'm all for the media making a profit. That is the free market. It's rather sad that the Toronto Star valued their 20% shares in our local papers owned by the Black Press as zero. Makes for a competitive market indeed. That's why many are concerned with the term main stream media and how that relates to corporate media. Large corporations buying media outlets or spending money on advertizing thus controlling what the papers print. That is concerning because it affects the freedom of the press. Remember what happened to Dan Rather and Gary Webb.

I recently had a heated discussion with a member of the media about copyrighted photos. If a media outlet took a picture of a rapist or a serial killer and published it in their paper, you would think they would want the public to pass that photo on through facebook or other social media to get the word out. What if they said you're not allowed to pass that photo on because we have a copyright on that photo? They'd certainly be within their legal rights but what about public safety? Would keeping that picture from the public be morally right? I personally don't think so. Apparently, some media outlets disagree with me.

I had one small paper in Halifax get all freaked out because I quoted one of their stories once. Then they complained that I changed the wording despite the fact that I linked to their story. That's what bloggers do. They quote a news article and comment on it. That's legal. Copyright is a different matter. Yet I would apply the same logic to pictures of gang members. Sharing those photos is a matter of public safety. Newspapers don't own the copyright to police handouts or photos they stole from facebook. I share any photo that has been given to me freely with the media because I offer a fee public service. I'm not trying to sell newspapers.

I realize it's hard for newspapers to make a profit in our day. I just don't think withholding pictures of gang members is the way to do it. Bloggers increase traffic on newspaper web sites. If a blogger sees a picture in a news article and passes on the picture with a link to the news article, that will increase traffic on the news article. It's a win win situation. The public sees the picture and the newspaper gets increased traffic which will relate to more advertizing revenue. Some people don't see it that way. I guess I'm too idealistic.

Update: Ironically enough, the National Post is reporting that Conrad Black is indeed trying to make a come back as we speak. This is bad. Very bad. It also puts the media merger into question. He already writes a column for the financial post now that he's out of jail. Perhaps they'll make him a Fox TV News host along with Iran contra criminal Oliver North.

Natural Gas and Fracking - Gwyn Morgan Update

The BC Natural Gas industry is in the news. My first response was great, natural gas is clean burning. That is a good thing. However, the problem appears to be with fracking. I didn't realize they used fracking to mine for natural gas as well. That is a concern.

The concern with fracking is A) the sheer volume of water used and more importantly B) the huge amount of toxic chemicals put into the water to make fracking fluid. That is indeed a colossal concern. Perhaps someone can explain the science of fracking to me. Why on earth do they need to use that many different toxic chemicals for it to work? What would happen if you left out the uranium and the formaldehyde? Would it not work? Would it still work just not be as efficient?

The huge tailing ponds of toxic water from mining and tar sands oil is a huge concern. It's just not responsible. If the same toxic tailing ponds are created with fracking natural gas then we have to figure out a way to mine it without creating so much toxic waste. Burning natural gas is much cleaner than burning coal or other fossil fuels. Let's figure out a way to fix this.

Update: Speaking of corporate media, today the Vancouver Province contracted out an editorial to Canada's biggest NeoCon Gwyn Morgan. In the editorial Gwyn complains "The two Atlantic Provinces have joined Quebec in shunning a technology that has one of the most impressive industrial safety records ever compiled. In the United States, where some 1.2 million wells have been hydraulically fractured over the past 60 years, the Bureau of Land Management and the Environmental Protection Agency have found no supportable evidence of fracture-induced water contamination."

If this was a court document he would be charged with perjury but no, this isn't a court document. Lying to the media is seen as good business. The primary concern with fracking is all the toxic chemicals that are put into huge volumes of water to make fracking fluid. To claim there is no water contamination is a bold faced lie. Printing that lie in the paper is complete irresponsibility.

Gwyn Morgan claims to be right wing. Gwyn Morgan claims to support a balanced budget and reduced taxes. Yet he does the opposite. Tell us how he got the sweetheart contract for the Evergreen line for SNCL when he was acting CEO after they were charged with massive fraud in Quebec? The World Bank has banned SNCL from World Bank projects for the next 10 years so we give them billions of tax dollars for a mismanaged Translink project and they still want more money to line their pockets. From fracking to SNC-Lavalin.

Translink runs a billion dollar a year deficit that taxpayers pay through an extra regional ten cents a litre gas tax above and beyond federal and provincial gas tax. There is nothing fiscally responsible about that. Gwyn Morgan was chairman of SNC-Lavalin Inc for six years. The same company that was up to their eyeballs in fraud. Arthur Porter is in jail in Panama waiting extradition. Morgan claimed "the need to stay beyond my original term became clear in early 2012, when I received a phone call during a trip to Hong Kong, where I was attending board meetings of HSBC Holdings PLC." Oh HSBC, the same bank that was caught laundering money for the Mexican cartel. I see.

Crystal meth dealer shot dead in Calgary

September 24th 2013 the Calgary Sun reported that police found 10 kilos of crystal meth and 260 grams of crack cocaine in one vehicle and found even more crystal meth in a second vehicle along with powder cocaine and more crack.

Jason Quinn Antonio, 38, of Calgary was charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and one count of possession of proceeds of crime. Jose Rodolfo Cruz Rivera, 59, of Calgary was been charged with one count of trafficking a controlled substance.

Just over a year later the Calgary sun is reporting that Jason Quinn Antonio was shot dead behind his home 10:00 AM yesterday morning. Sadly, he likely wasn't shot because he was a crystal meth dealer. He was more likely shot so he wouldn't rat out the ones he worked for and because he was now liable for the debt the seizure incurred.

What the Canadian Charter of Rights really does say

Benjamin Franklin once said any nations that expects to be ignorant and free expects what never was and never will be. There's a blog in the States called Bikers of American know your rights. Indeed it's important for every Canadian and every American to know their rights. The right to smoke crack and belong to a criminal organization is not a charter right. It's not that I claim to be an expert on the charter. It's just that the charter is such a short, simple and clear document anyone can read it for themselves. In fact every Canadian should own a copy.

Anyone can view the document online or download the pdf. When I was young my father always used to have a copy on the wall. You can still order a free copy from Heritage Canada but the Harper government is making it increasingly difficult to order a copy because he is very open about the fact that he opposes it, which is somewhat ironic. He claims to be right wing. He claims to love freedom. Yet he does the exact opposite. One of the reasons he doesn't want Canadians to have a copy of it is because his creation of CSEC is illegal.

The other reason is because there has been occasions where the courts have misinterpreted it. Smoking crack is not a charter right. Judges are paid with tax dollars to uphold the law not break it. Mandatory minimum sentences are not a violation of the charter of rights. We currently have mandatory minimum sentences for murder. That does not violate the charter because committing murder is not a charter right either. In fact it is so simple it is infuriating and bizarre how the courts can screw it up so badly.

First I would recommend people read and bookmark the charter for themselves. Second, I recommend people order an attractive copy to post on their wall because every Canadian should indeed own one. Canadian Heritage will send you a free copy. You just have to figure out which link to click on to order one. I tried to order 500 copies to hand out at the mall. I was wiling to pay for them. At first they said no problem. Then someone upstairs pulled the plug and they said they couldn't do it even if I paid for the copies myself. Stephen Harper's government doesn't want that information getting out there because people would realize how frequently he breaks it. Nevertheless, individuals are still entitled to order a copy for themselves and for their family. I highly recommend doing so. This is a pdf file of a color copy of the charter.

The Canadian Civil Liberties Association talks about five fundamental freedoms: The Freedom of assembly, the Freedom of association, the Freedom of expression, the Freedom of religion and the Freedom of information. You don't have to be a brain surgeon to be able to interpret the charter. You don't need to memorize a bunch of watered down jurisprudence that has diluted the charter either. You simply need to look at the document and the historical context of when it was framed to determine the actual intent of the charter. Before the Charter of Rights was the Bill of Rights.

I once heard an American patriot speak about the US Constitution. He believed the day would come when the US Constitution would hang by a thread. Clearly that day has come. He believed that when that day came, inspired citizens who loved liberty would rise up to befriend the constitution and save it from the brink of ruin. Now is the time to rise up in defense of the Constitution. Oath Keepers arise.

The patriot said there are two ways to befriend the Constitution and to save it in our day. The first is to get a copy of it and read what it actually says for yourself. The second is to start reading the Federalist papers and the writings of the founding fathers to understand the historical context in which the Constitution was framed to preserve it's original intent against the legal attempts to dilute it and the brazen attempts by the NSA to throw it away completely.

Two Convictions in the Surrey Six Murder

The Surrey Now is reporting that B.C. Supreme Court Justice Catherine Wedge found Cody Haevischer and Matthew Johnston each guilty of six counts of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder. BF posted a link to the decision. We know that a third suspect was originally charged but made a surprise guilty plea during the trial.

The real trial will be the separate one for Jamie Bacon who has been accused of masterminding the entire murder plot. Sophon Sek is another suspect that I believe will be tried separately as well. He made bail. It was alleged that he knocked on the door of the suit to get the murderers in the apartment. Yet someone had a fob which got them into the building so I'm not sure exactly what Sophon Sek has been charged with.

We also know that person x, not to be confused with the original person x who later became person y was present during the murders and already plead guilty. I believe he confessed to killing Chris Mohan one of the two innocent bystanders. We also need to recognize person y who came clean and set the whole thing in motion. A big salute to the real soldier in the midst.

I think Global had it a little bit confused when they said that the suspects murdered a rival drug dealer. They weren't rivals they were affiliates. Jamie Bacon tried to tax them for selling drugs on "their" turf. That's pretty bizarre since the Bacon brothers are from Abbotsford not Surrey and the Hells Angels are the ones in control of the Surrey drug trade not the Bacon brothers. Jamie Bacon sure wouldn't be trying to tax Hells Angel crystal meth cook Ryan Remaud. I submit that Jamie Bacon was trying to collect on behalf of his brother Jonathon's long time friend Larry Amero and the Whiterock Hells Angels. Jamie Bacon couldn't even go to the gym without a body guard.

He wasn't in charge of anything. He was an ork who was supplied and empowered by the Hells Angels. Larry Amero finally came out of the closet with his support of the Bacon brothers in Kelowna when he was shot with Jonathon Bacon and Spike's niece.

Yet the real focus of this trial is on Eileen Mohan, Surrey's own Mother Teresa. She's the reason I started this blog and web site. Her heartfelt plea was what touch person y's heart and caused him to cooperate. The heinous nature of the crime is what caused just about everyone else to flip as well. Killing innocent civilians crosses the line completely. As a result the Bacon brothers are hated in Surrey to this day.

Although nothing will bring her son back, the two convictions must be a huge relief to a very stressful trial. It's so nice to see almost a smile on her face after years of real sorrow. The Surrey Now posted a video clip of Eileen Mohan speaking to the media after the convictions.

Podcast of Ian Austin's interview with Eileen Mohan.

Male shot in Richmond and another beaten to death in Langley

CTV has confirmed a Scan BC report that #Richmond #RCMP are on scene with a male shot several times at Talmey Elementary School 9500 Kilby Dr. Male died at scene. IHIT responding. Scan BC also reported that #Langley #RCMP are on scene after a male was beat to death by several others outside of a house at 27500 32nd Ave. IHIT now taking over.

Plus a teenager was shot dead in Abbotsford Thursday night. Kim Bolan is reporting the victim in the Abbotdford shooting was 18 year old Harwindip Singh Baringh. Kim is also reporting that IHIT has arrested a suspect in the September 24th shooting of Aladdin Ramadan in Burnaby, a 16 year old kid. That means his name won't be released because he's a young offender. That's pretty retro. Nowadays all the local shootings tend to be older.

Clifford Montgomery Convicted

Kelowna Capital News is reporting that Clifford Montgomery, 37, of West Kelowna who attempted to smuggle 97 kilograms of cocaine into Canada through a fruit grinding machine was sentenced Wednesday to 14 years in prison.

One source claims Todd Tyreman and Dustin Zimmerman are associates of Clifford Montgomery. They claim Zimmerman lived in Montgomery's house. Zimmerman was charged in a Regina Kelowna cocaine ring. Another source claims Clifford Montgomery is an associate of Glen Hehn.

Another assault outside the Front Room

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that Mounties are looking for three men after a 55-year-old man was beaten with a stick near Surrey's Front Room drop-in centre for the homeless late Tuesday night. The victim was found "unresponsive" on the street, suffering from cuts to his face and head, and was rushed to Royal Columbian Hospital. A broken wooden stick was found nearby.

Surrey RCMP Cpl. Bert Paquet said it's not known if the victim was unresponsive because of his injuries, or level of intoxication. "It's probably a combination," he said. That is one of the most offensive comments possible. No doubt Bill Fordy put him up to it. Someone was drunk so the police don't care if someone caves his skull in with a club. Is that why they didn't care about Janice Shore's brutal murder? Because she was a drug user? If the police started arresting the drug dealers outside the Front Room there wouldn't be so many victims of the predatory violence that consumes the area. The police are culpable for this crime because they refuse to arrest the crack dealers outside the Front Room.

Pitt Meadows Shooting - Update

The Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows Times is reporting that one man was stabbed and another shot shortly after 8 a.m. this morning in Pitt Meadows. Both were sent to hospital. One of the men was a Maple Ridge resident and “well-known” to the police. One local resident said “There’s always all these people hanging out at the 7-Eleven and a lot of drug dealing going on. Now a guy has been stabbed and another shot. You always hear about these kind of things happening in Surrey, not Maple Ridge.” Hey, Surrey's not that bad. Wherever you let them sell crack, it's the same problem. Arrest the crack dealers and you will prevent a tsunami of violent crime.

Update: Global is reporting that one of the victims, Louie Sparvier, 29 has died. Police claim two males were involved ina fight. During the fight, one shot was fired and one person was stabbed. Both males involved in the fight were injured and the stabbing victim is currently in critical condition. So it would appear that Sparvier stabbed a guy and the guy he stabbed shot him dead.

Tragically he also had a picture of the T-shirt Surrey: The Future dies here on his facebook. He was from Maple Ridge but claimed to live in Surrey. He also posted a picture of the slogan Support Crime F*ck Gang Task Force. Well in this case crime obviously didn't pay.

Joseph Skreptak found guilty of weapon offences

Joseph Skreptak and Cory Montemurro have each been found guilty of 8 weapons offences from that arrest near Salmon Arm a few years back. Skreptak has an additional marihuana possession. Tentative sentencing is Nov 17 but that could be pushed back since they ordered a pre sentence report for Montemurro and that could take 6-8 weeks. Until then they are out on bail.

Global is reporting Guilty on all counts. That’s the judge’s ruling. thanks God. Finally a judge with a brain. Kamloops Infonews is reporting that during the trial, Skreptak said he had no idea there were guns in the vehicle, nor did he know the items he put into his sock that night were bullets to a snub-nosed .38 revolver found later on the side of the road where they pulled over. Justice Geoff Barrow said the denial was “beyond common sense.” Indeed. He claimed he didn't know someone put a clip of bullets in his sock? Like I said, Joseph Skreptak is a liar. A bad one at that.

How much does CSEC know about your private life?

A new Youtube video from Open Media about CSEC's warantless surveillance. Taxpayers are on the hook for over $4.2 billion to pay for these invasive spying activities. Stop illegal spying. The CSEC spy palace is the most expensive Canadian government building ever constructed. This is not fiscal responsibility. This is not balancing the budget to reduce taxes. This is not supporting freedom. This is tax and spend pork barrel politics which violates the Charter of Rights. CSEC is a criminal organization whose mandate is to break the law.

Surrey Residents Rally Against Crime

There was another rally against crime in Newton on Sunday. I missed it. It appears that existing frustration has understandably been escalated with the recent murder of a 17 year old girl in Newton by a high risk offender. I will completely agree that was a horrific crime. It's complicated because he wasn't a repeat offender. He committed one rape and served 22 years in prison. I attended another rally when the balcony rapist was released in Newton. That was a repeat offender. In this case, electronic monitoring should have been used. That is something we can implement.

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that “Stop the Revolving Door of Justice,” read a giant banner behind the stage at the Newton Seniors Centre. “If you don’t feel safe in your neighbourhood, nothing else matters.” We all know who's sign that was. Vern was previously referring to the prolific offenders that commit an absurd amount of property theft to pay for their drug addiction and do less prison time the more offenses they commit. Our system is indeed broken.

Again in this case, as tragic as it is, the suspect was not a repeat offender. I am very cynical of all these dirty politicians jumping on the bandwagon spewing nonsense. Case in point, even Chrsity Clark has jumped on. Let's talk about electronic monitoring for high risk offenders and lets talk about the 30 strikes you're out proposal by the VPD. Let's not spew nonsense.

Global is reporting that "Organizers say the rally is also in response to the murder of hockey mom Julie Paskall who was killed last December." CBC is reporting that "Residents say sub-standard housing, flophouses and drug dealing are responsible for crime in their neighbourhood." That is the root of the problem. Bogus treatment centres that don't help addicts get off drugs. They scam the methadone program and sell them real drugs instead of getting them off drugs.

The Welcome Home Addition Recovery Academy doesn't prescribe methadone it helps people get off drugs and give them employment and life skills. We should be bending over backwards supporting this program instead of the other pharmaceutical scams and flop houses.

The solution is simple. We need to arrest the crack dealers in Newton and Whalley. Not the addicts, the dealers who prey on the addicts and violently abuse them. When we refuse to do that we become culpable for the resulting violent crime that creates.

In contrast, the Vancouver Province has been running a series of articles about all the mentally ill on the streets and how Transit police say arresting them is pointless. If someone commits a prolific amount of property crime, they need to be arrested. 3 months in jail with no drugs is not excessive. If someone has a mental illness and they are living on the street, we need to find housing for them that isn't in a drug house. Closing down Riverview and putting all the mentally ill on the street to be oppressed by the drug dealers isn't helping any one.

I really want to emphasize that these predatory drug dealers are oppressing the mentally ill. They give them crack for free then beat the life out of them for payment. Anyone who lives off of those avails is a POS. We need to arrest the crack dealers. That is something we can and should do.

I will also point out that this deranged misinterpretation of harm reduction is in reality harm promotion. One thing the City of Surrey did right under Dianne Watts was deny a permit for the creation of a drug house in Whalley. Extremists are complaining that the City opposes Harm reduction. No, the city opposed a drug house and the oppression of the mentally ill. These extremists are just plain evil. They are feeding the gang war and the predators that push addicts out of windows for drug debts.

Misconceptions: Connecting the dots between politics and organized crime

I've posted my free eBook on Kindle just to test out how it works before I post my real book. It's called Misconceptions: Connecting the dots between politics and organized crime. It's just a short overview of what I want to cover in my real book.

I've already posted it for free in pdf format but although pdf is user friendly it doesn't look that great on a small screen like an iPhone. Kindle should fix that. You can download the Kindle app for your phone for free.

Kindle wouldn't let me post it for free so I set it at 99 cents. Again it's just a very short overview of where I want to go in my real book that is coming soon. The new book won't really have any new info about the Hells Angels in it. It will just bring together some of the stuff I have already posted about them building a case for criminal organization status.

My new book will reveal some of my past history and explain exactly what it was that I did in New York and why I have beef with crack dealers in general. It will continue to connect the dots between politics and organized crime confronting the real villains that are responsible for putting that misery onto the streets and are sucking the life out of communities like a parasite. It is what it is. Haters gonna hate but in the end, truth will prevail. Word.

In Defense of the Free Republic

OK one for the road. We need to pause for a standing eight count and ask ourselves what the hell are we doing? Look where this insanity is taking us. Just to be clear, I'm not going to approve comments that are filed with Muslim hate any more than I would approve comments that are filled with Jewish or Catholic hate. A free republic supports the freedom of religion. Adapting a single state religion is as bad as abolishing religion all together. A free republic does neither.

The first three episodes of Star Wars was a heartwarming story about how a handful of rebels overthrew an evil empire of dictatorship. The second three episodes showed how that free republic fell and became an evil empire. George Lucas was very insightful.

Nobody likes politics. Yet politicians start and end wars. Politicians grant and remove civil liberty. Politicians destroy or protect the environment. Politicians raise or lower taxes. That is why politics is so important. Everybody hates politics because it is filled with deception and lies. We have to be able to see through the lies to preserve and protect the free republic.

It is no secret that Stephen Harper is an enemy of the Charter of Rights. Yet the President of the United States swears an oath to defend the Constitutions. Obama's abandonment of the Constitution is indeed a huge concern. One of the main purposes of my blog and web site has been to expose the fact that the Hells Angels are a criminal organization. Their main order of business is drug trafficking and the use of violence to obtain a monopoly on that market.

The second purpose of my blog is to show that the CIA is also a criminal organization. Their recent infiltration into various government agencies in Operation Fast and Furious is tied to the Hells Angels drug trafficking network just like it was tied to Freeway Ricky in LA and is a huge threat to civil liberty. That is what we need to address. Protecting civil liberty and the free republic. That is what this is all about. It relates to the fall of the Nugan Hand bank in Australia

CBC is reporting that "Hong Kong activists kicked off a long-threatened mass civil disobedience protest Sunday to challenge Beijing over restrictions on voting reforms, escalating the battle for democracy in the former British colony after police arrested dozens of student demonstrators."

"The announcement by civil leaders came after a big crowd of tens of thousands turned out around midnight Saturday to support the student protesters who stormed into a courtyard of the government complex and scuffled with police wielding pepper spray. Police arrested at least 74 people, including some in their teens."

Holy Tiananmen square. Hong Kong is very problematic because they had a democracy under British Rule. Communist China taking that away from them isn't going to go over very well. Time Magazine report on the 25th Anniversary of the Tiananmen square massacre.

So far the Hong Kong police are just using tear gas and pepper spray on protesters instead of live ammunition. The question is, why are they using tear gas and pepper spray on protesters? That is not a democratic society. “We all saw the teargas. None of us expected they would use it. It’s beyond our imagination and toleration. We Hong Kongers have to strike for the common good. The government is becoming irrational.”

Australian police murdered an innocent man

CNN is reporting that "as Australian lawmakers introduced tough new laws on foreign fighters on Wednesday, police were explaining why an officer shot dead an 18-year-old terror suspect outside a police station in Melbourne Tuesday night." They even used the term lone wolf but are embellishing that part as well.

"The teenager turned up at a police station in the suburb of Endeavour Hills for a pre-planned meeting around 8 p.m. local time, Victorian Police Chief Commissioner Ken Lay told a press conference Wednesday." A preplanned meeting. Another report states "The 18-year-old, named in parliament as Abdul Numan Haider, was asked to attend a police station in the southern state of Victoria on Tuesday night because his behaviour was 'causing concern', police said."

That is not true. He was from Afghanistan. He has family in Syria and applied for a visa to visit them. His visa was denied, they seized his passport and forced him to report to the police station once a week. Long enough for them to create a fake file on him. He was not a terrorist. He was an innocent man. He did not stab the federal terrorist officers. That is a bold faced lie. Just like how back in the day in New York if a cop shot an unarmed kid he would plant a gun on the kid and claim self defense. That is what happened here. The timing of the murder is very suspicious.

"At a Muslim youth camp in Victoria early last year, Abdul Numan Haider attended every lecture, enthusiastically took part in sport and tried his best at camp quizzes. He had to be woken up for dawn prayer but he never complained. Haider’s cabin mate, Mohammed Ibrahim, spent nine days with him and remembers him as 'quiet, very gentle, very softly spoken'."

This case is no different than the US cop who shot Jordan Baker, a 26-year-old Houston Community College student and father because he was a black man wearing a hoodie then lied about the circumstances surrounding the shooting. In this case, the Australian terrorist police murdered an innocent man.

Is everyone from Afghanistan a terrorist? Is everyone from Syria a terrorist? Is everyone who attends a rally for the environment or climate change a terrorist? We need to ask why RCMP officers, including a member of the national anti-terrorist unit, showed up at a 71 year old grandmother's home in New Westminster 10 days after she took photos of oil storage tanks at Kinder Morgan's Burnaby Terminal. Is everyone who opposes the Gateway Pipeline a terrorist? After England suspended human rights and civil liberty for terrorists, they classified anyone who participated in a peaceful occupy demonstration as a terrorist thereby removing all of their civil liberty including their right to a fair trial. In Canada first they came for the Afghans and the Syrians and I did not speak up because I was not a terrorist. Then they came for the environmentalists and everyone who opposed the Northern Gateway pipeline. After that, there was no one left.

It's like that case in London England. In 2011 one of these federal task forces shot an unarmed suspect dead. They claimed the suspect was armed and was shooting at them. They even went into an elaborate story about how the suspect actually shot one officer in the chest which hit his police radio and saved his life. Only the ballistic report showed the bullet that hit the police radio was fired from a police gun. They lied and shot an unarmed suspect. Not only that they made up an elaborate story that turned out to be a bold faced lie.

Tragically, this set off another series of riots in London. Rioting is never a healthy or productive way to right a wrong. They had the law on their side. As soon as they started rioting and looting they lost that and in so doing lost their struggle for justice. Nothing was ever done. Yet it means we have to examine these absurd claims in the context of believability. History has shown that these task forces have made up elaborate lies in the past to cover their tracks.

Disclaimer: I can't tell you how I know they murdered an innocent man in Australia but I stand as a witness that they did. Just like with the Bob Roth case, this is one case I am willing to step out on a limb over. Only this one is personal. His family is a friend of the family. They are upright law biding citizens who happen to be Muslim. I also oppose anti Semitism. Heal the Hate.

"Earlier this week, Abbott warned Australians the balance between freedom and security 'may have to shift', as he outlined broad new powers to crack down on suspected militant activity." BUYER BEWARE!

Burnaby Shooting

CBC is reporting that there was a fatal shooting near Brentwood Mall in Burnaby last light around 10:30 PM. It's all over the news. Kim Bolan is reporting that the name of the victim is 20-year-old Aladdin Ramadan. CBC is reporting that Aaron James David Douglas has finally been arrested.

Kim Bolan is reporting that IHIT has announced the victim in the Burnaby shooting is 20-year-old Aladdin Ramadan and that friends of the victim told her that was working in the drug trade.

Obama vows to hand over Fast and Furious Documents - Not!

In a live televised address Obama vowed to hand over the Fast and Furious documents he is in contempt of court for hiding under executive privileged. Not. Instead, the smoke and mirrors side show continues as the Agencies' arms dealing and drug trafficking continues unbridled.

Meanwhile in Canada, Stephen Harper and Peter MacKay use the smoke and mirrors distraction to sell China Candu reactors helping them and North Korea have the ability to have and export nuclear weapons. That's how India got nuclear weapons. From Canadian nuclear reactor technology. The Toronto Star is reporting that SNC-Lavalin, China sign agreements for Candu nuclear reactor technology SNC-Lavalin? The fraud masters banned from doing business in Canada except for the sweetheart deal they got on the Evergreen line in the mismanaged Translink burning tax dollars at an unprecedented rate? Wonderful. Now Harper and MacKay are equipping every world terrorist with nuclear weapons. They should get an award for that.

Has there ever been a terrorist in the world's history that the CIA hasn't trained?

When will CSIS be charged in the Air India murder?

Breaking news: Eric Holder Resigns. This does not remove his and Obama's culpability in Brian Terry's murder or in the arms dealing and drug trafficking in Fast and Furious. Criminal charges need to be laid against more than just the scape goats. Can Obama grant himself a pardon if he is sentenced to prison? Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry's sister states the timing of Holder's resignation is not a coincidence - The Crimes of Eric Holder.

Homicide in Clinton B.C.

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that a suspicious death in Clinton has been ruled a homicide. Police say 61-year-old James Painter of Clinton was killed. CTV is reporting that the name of the victim shot at 14500-block of 83A Avenue last Saturday in Surrey is Birinder Khangura, 29. Suspects vehicle was torched. At least they didn't set themselves on fire this time.

CBS is reporting that last Saturday Hells Angels and Mongols were shooting at each other on the freeway in LA.
