Man shot and killed during attempted arrest at Vancouver Island ferry terminal
The Peacearch News is reporting that "A man is dead after being shot during an attempted arrest at Nanaimo’s Departure Bay ferry terminal this morning." The police said "the Island District Emergency Response Team and Nanaimo RCMP were at the location in relation to a violent car-jacking incident elsewhere in B.C." The vehicle was stopped by police and a takedown was initiated. Police saw what they thought as a gun and lit him up. It has not yet been confirmed if the suspect did in fact have a gun or if there was an exchanged of gunfire before the police fired.
Update: CBC is reporting that "Mounties in the Okanagan have located a car that may be linked to a man killed in a police shooting at the Departure Bay ferry terminal. Investigators revealed Wednesday that a suspect shot dead at the Nanaimo terminal earlier this week may have been connected to a shooting in Vernon and a carjacking in Penticton on May 7."
Comox Valley RCMP officer charged with assault
The Peacearch News is reporting that "A Comox Valley RCMP officer is facing a single count of assault stemming from an incident during a traffic stop in Comox in November 2017." Apparently during a routine traffic stop the citizen started to record the conversation which angered the officer and caused him to pull the citizen out of the car onto the ground and arrested him for obstruction. It is no secret that police don't like to be filmed or recorded but it is not unlawful to do so. We need more accountability not less.

Daytime Shooting in Vernon Parking lot
The Vernon Morning Star is reporting that "The Vernon-North Okanagan RCMP General Investigative Section (GIS) has taken the lead of an investigation into a shooting near a local shopping complex Monday that has left a man fighting for his life. Just before noon, police responded to a report of a shooting located in the 2700 block of 43rd Avenue and found a lone man in a vehicle with gunshot wounds. He was transported by BC Ambulance Service to the nearest medical facility with life-threatening injuries."

Shooting in North Delta
The Peacearch News is reporting that "According to a Delta Police Department release, at approximately 9:45 p.m., officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 8800-block of Delvista Drive near Brooke Elementary School. When police arrived they located two victims. Both had been shot and were taken to hospital where they were treated for non-life threatening injuries."

Addressing Metro Vancovuer's Rental Crisis
Global is rightfully referring to Metro Vancouver's housing crisis as a Rental Crisis because that is exactly what it is. They are reporting on a single mother in Surrey with a 7 year old son who was evicted onto the street because she was unable to find a place to rent after her landlord decided to sell the home she was renting. She is now homeless and drugs have nothing to do with it.
300 years ago, when I was young, renting an apartment on a chef's age was easy. Now it's not because they stopped building rental units. Now all they do is build condos and sell them. Individuals subletting condos happens but is painful and hard to find. There is no reason private companies can't build apartments or townhouses and rent them out at a profit. The city does need to set aside zoning for rental units. If people make too much noise they get evicted. Rental units are nice. My daughter moved into a condo in Surrey Central a few years ago and hated it because they were all owned units. It is very hard to evict someone from a unit they own. That's why they felt like they owned the world and made as much noise as they wanted any time of the day or night. That kind of thing just doesn't happen in rental units.
Private companies can build townhouses or apartments and rent them out. So can government agencies. Subsidized housing is just for people on welfare or disability. People who have a job with a decent wage don't qualify. Metro Vancouver Housing Corporation is a government agency that serves everyone. They have affordable rental units for people who work as well as subsidized units for people who can't. Unfortunately under Christy Clark's government the MVHC became profit obsessed and just wanted to tear down good townhouses to build high density condos on top of them so they can make more money. Young families need townhouses not condos. We will see if the MVHC finds their moral compass under the leadership of the NDP.

Surrey light rail price tag hits $1.65 billion
The front page of this weeks Surrey Now Leader reads: Surrey light rail price tag hits $1.65 billion. The article states that "It will cost TransLink a total of $1.65 billion to roll out out the first phase of Surrey light rail by 2024, according to the agency’s executives. TransLink unveiled the updated cost Monday as part of the $7.3 billion price tag for phase two of the Mayors’ Glutton's Council overall 10-year-vision. CEO Kevin Desmond said that costs for the Surrey-Newton-Guildford line have gone up by 33 per cent ($410 million) since 2015."
The only reason we are finding out about these extra costs is because Kevin Desmond is honest while Linda Hepner is not. Linda Hepner said LRT was cheaper than Skytrian. That was a Bold Faced Lie. Skytrain already has all the trains purchased and the land to store the cars over night. All they have to do is extend the existing track a few miles down King George highway.
Running an on ground train through busy intersections is not progress. Edmonton LRT is not a good model. We should learn from their mistakes. People who drive cars prefer Skytrain because Skytrain doesn't impede traffic. Getting off Skytrain to board a LRT the last few stops is stupid.
Linda Hepner is a liar just like her predecessor Dianne Watts who was the driving force behind this SNC-Lavalin tax fraud. When Dianne Watts was in office she lied about everything from supporting the mega casino on rural land in her own riding to running a red light after a drunken gala in Surrey. When the media reprints false statement from the politicians or the police, they abandon credible journalism and become cheap tabloids of corporate propaganda.
These soaring prices are just for phase one extending LRT to Newton. They don't even include the Nightmare on Elm street running LRT down 104th to Guildford. Running LRT down King George to Newton is stupid but is not nearly as bad as running it along 104th to Guildford reverting 104th to a single lane of traffic in either direction. That is not progress. It is spending an obscene amount of tax dollars on a project we don't want or need that will make traffic congestion far worse instead of improving it. The bus ride from Surrey Place to Guildford is fine. The bus ride from Surrey Place to Newton is not. Extend the Skytrain to Newton and leave 104th alone!

Vancouver Sun / Province Boycott
Today is a national day of mourning. Harold Munro just killed a long legacy of credible news reporting. We've talked about the Clone Show created by the Post News Media apocalypse. Post News Media buys up small papers and throws them away to eliminate competition.
The Vancouver Province used to have it's own identity when Wayne Moriarty was the Chief Editor. When they merged with the Vancouver Sun and made Harold Munro the Chief Editor of both papers the Vancouver Province went down the toilet. It joined the Post Media Clone Show of Corporate Propaganda. That's when the paper lost it's identity and it's moral compass.
Lately the stench of corporate bias has become too much to stomach. The paper feigned it's former legacy of free speech by allowing one or two letters slip through that said I disagree only to be posted beside five articles pushing the corporate propaganda. Take the Metro Vancouver gas fraud for example. They let one letter slip through objecting to the legality of the current price fixing at the gas pumps in Vancouver the same day that had three editorials trying to convince us why we need to get used to rising gas prices. Vancouver has the highest gas prices in North America. The second pipeline was not for domestic consumption. The last three spikes in the price of gas at the pumps is price fixing. That's all there is to it.
Under Harold Munro's leadership the Vancouver Province has continued to push the ICBC fraud trying to convince us that ICBC is in financial trouble when we all now it is not. As a local resident from Delta pointed out "The Insurance Corp. of B.C. is $1.3 billion in the red, but the Liberal government siphoned off $1.3 billion from ICBC. That means ICBC is breaking even. It’s up to the provincial government to reimburse ICBC the funds it took and, in future, keep its hands out of the till." That is true. Yet the paper keeps sidestepping that fact and keeps pushing the Liberal Government's ICBC fraud trying to convince us we need to spend more money.
Affordable housing in Metro Vancouver is a colossal concern for everyone both young and old. When the city suggests creating rental zones Harold Munro runs an article saying we can't do that because it will lower land value. It will not. If it stabilizes land value that is a good thing. We are in the middle of a housing crisis. They stopped building rental units years ago. That has created the housing crisis. Creating rental zones will ease the crisis and still allow companies to make a great profit from good tenants. We need to use common sense and stop the greed.
Then there was the Linda Hepner Fraud. Linda Hepner and Mayor Moon beam did not run for chair and vice chair of Translink because they saw the writing on the wall. They knew they wouldn't be reelected. That's why they both decided not to run again as mayor of Vancouver and Surrey. Their popularity has tanked. Despite that fact the Vancouver Province kept spinning for Linda Hepner contrary to the political will of the people in Surrey.
Well today was the straw that broke the camels back. They ran an obscene front page article pushing the LRT in Surrey. They have just lost my support. I have had enough. I will not longer link to any story from the Vancouver Sun or the Vancouver Province any more because under Harold Munro's leadership they have become a cheap tabloid of corporate propaganda trying to mold public opinion to fit the tax and spend Neo Con and I refuse to buy it. Not only will I not buy their paper I will not even read it for free because it's simply not worth my time.
Extending Skytrain to Newton is a good idea. Running an on ground train through busy intersections is not. Harold Munro can go f*ck himself. We prefer Skytrain.
So I ask myself what went wrong? When Harold Munro took over it was bad but now the paper has gone right down the toilet. What happened? I'll tell you what happened. Wayne Moriarty retired. The paper just lost it's moral compass. Now I'm telling my employer not to bother renewing their subscriptions because it's no longer worth it. There are other news outlets that are.
Postmedia's credibility cover up. All hail Wayne Moriarty. He was a soldier of Rome. Honour him.

Guilty Pleas in Jonathan Bacon's murder trial
1130 News is reporting that "Three British Columbia men charged with first-degree murder in the death of a notorious gangster have pleaded guilty to lesser charges in a brazen shooting that also injured four others outside a Kelowna hotel. Jason McBride, Michael Jones and Jujhar Khun-Khun entered their pleas Tuesday in B.C. Supreme Court in Kelowna for the murder or conspiracy to murder Jonathan Bacon." Now lets look at the facts and the fiction.
Jason McBride plead guilty to "second-degree murder and attempted murder for fatally shooting Bacon and wounding four others when he opened fire on their Porsche Cayenne. Jones pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder for driving McBride and two other killers to the Delta Grand Hotel that day. And Khun-Khun also admitted he conspired from June 1 to Aug. 14, 2011 to kill Bacon, Amero and Riach. The Crown recognized there were credibility issues with some of the witnesses who were previous associates of the accused." Yeah Blaze is a compulsive liar.
The agreed statement of facts claims that Manjinder Hairan was one of the shooters who is now dead. "Someone in the rear started firing an assault rifle at the Amero vehicle. McBride and Hairan - both with their faces covered - jumped out of the Explorer and continued to shoot."
OK so lets do the math. Three shooters, one driver and Kling Klung wasn't one of the shooters. He simply plead guilty to conspiring to commit murder before that. Insert I told you so here. The Crown said Kling Klung was charged in this murder. Evidently he wasn't even in the car. That means he's not guilty just like I said. When the police first announced Kling Klung was charged in that murder I post a picture of Calvin and Hobbes rolling on the flour laughing saying yea right. What's your evidence? His confessions? LOL.
Kling Klung is a idiot. I wouldn't stand beside him at the gun range let alone during a real hit. He pushed his fiancee out of the moving vehicle and killed her. After that he tried to commit suicide by walking into traffic. Kim Bolan's dramatic fictional representation of him is hiding the police's mistake but that's not all. She described Kling Klung as a hunter. That clown couldn't find Waldo in a comic book. He is no hunter.
This absurd fiction is aiding and abetting the police's ridiculous claim that Larry Amero and Jonathan Bacon's presence in Kelowna was secret when it was not. It was their coming out party. They were loud and proud running around in that ridiculous boat trying to pick fights with civilians.
The police lied and tried to put Matt Schrader's life in danger by falsely claiming he was the one that told Manny that Larry, James and Jonathan were at the Grand when he did not. Aside from the fact that it was no secret, the police witness was the one that told Manny that not Matt Schrader. The police tried to put Matt's life at risk because they were mad he left the life without testifying against his friends. Putting someone's life in danger by lying diminishes all of us.
I have more to say on the matter but will pause there to drive that point home.
Global posted a surveillance video of the shooting.
Separating the fact from the fiction
Kim is obviously just reporting on what the police told her. The police are the ones lying. So let's separate the fact from the fiction. The crown claimed that Jonathan Bacon, Larry Amero and James Riach were all targeted in this shooting for their involvement in the murder of Gurmit Dhak. That is not entirely true. Larry Amero was obviously involved in that conspiracy to commit murder just like he was in the murder of Sandip Duhre at the Wall Centre in Vancouver. Dean Wiwchar and Rabih Alkhalil worked for Larry Amero. However, James Riach was not involved in any of those murders. He sold drugs for Larry. He was not a hit man.
It is obvious that James Riach was not targeted in the Kelonwa shooting. As soon as the gunfire started he bailed out the back door. You can see him on the ground with the car door open as he hit the dirt scrambling to get away. The shooters could have easily lit him up but they didn't. They specifically ran over to the front passenger door to get Jonathan. They weren't even after Larry. Their goal was to exterminate Jonathan once and for all and that they did.
The Bacon brothers were at war with the UN ever since the Surrey Six where the Bacon brothers took over the leadership of the Red Scorpions for the Hells Angels. Before the Surrey Six, the RS worked for the UN. After the Surrey Six the RS worked for the Hells Angels. Larry wasn't targeted specifically for his involvement in the murder of Gurmit Dhak or for his involvement in the Surrey Six. Jonathan was targeted and anyone else they associated with. The real tragedy in this case is the fact that Leah Hadden-Watts became paralyzed. She did not deserve that.
People say she shouldn't have been hanging out with known gangsters which is partially true with regards to Jonathan but it goes deeper than that. Everyone knew that standing beside Jonathan Bacon anywhere any time was dangerous because the UN were trying to kill him. That's why the police had 24 hour video surveillance outside his home. Yet this was Larry and Jonathan's coming pout party. This is where they announced to the world publicly that the Hells Angels were backing the Bacon brothers. Leah was there as an emissary to show Spike's support. They obviously thought that if they publicly said the Hells Angels are backing the Bacon brothers they'd be safe. They were sadly mistaken. The Bacon brothers were such vile pieces of garbage anyone who endorsed them became a target. Hells Angel or not.
Next time don't send one of your daughters to do your work for you. A tragic lesson indeed. I do think someone should set up a Go Fund Me page to raise money for her since this disastrous plea bargin has pretty much killed her hopes in her wrongful death suit.
The Crown admits there was a series of unsavory co-operating witnesses in this case. Blaze and the rat pack who lied about everything just to milk the Witness Protection Program. They blame murder on people who have already died all the time so they don't have to worry about getting shot for ratting anyone out because they lied. That way they get to collect their Witness Protection money and run without having to worry about retaliation.
I highly doubt Manjinder Hairan was in the vehicle or that Michael Jones was the driver. That is simply what he plead to in order to get a reduced charge. I'm surprised K-9 wasn't involved. Mind you since it would have been very easy to identify him on surveillance video even if he was wearing a mask and hoodie, he might have been the one driving the vehicle.
They key point in this plea bargain disaster is that the third shooter has never been publicly identified. There was a driver and three shooters. All we really know is that Jason McBride and Michael Jones were two of the four people involved. I highly doubt the third shooter will ever be named or charged because Blaze and the rat pack aren't stupid enough to testify against him. They just like to make sh*t up so the Teletubbies can close another file.
Just chalk it up to another casualty in the Vietnam war like Zeke Mickle.
The only way we can stop the violence is if we stop the lies.
Larry Amero's Paralyzed Arm
Twice Kim mentioned Larry Amero's paralyzed left arm. Obviously that's something the police told her. I don't know if that is true or false. If it is true it is somewhat ironic. He couldn't punch his way out of a wet paper bag before the shooting. Last time he refused to stop hitting on a boxer's wife, the boxer kicked his ass without hesitation. If he now has a paralyzed left arm that one arm bandit doesn't stand a chance. Him and wheels, what a pair. Gumby and Limpy destines to spend eternity on the Island of Missfit toys. What we do in life echoes in eternity. Choose wisely.
However, I'm going to have to agree with Whoompthereitis. Going to prison is a bad life choice.
David Atwell testifies at BC Hells Anges civil forfeiture triall
Keith Fraser is reporting that David Atwell is testifying at the BC Hells Angels civil forfeiture case covering the future of the Kelowna, Naniamo and East Vancouver Hells Angels clubhouses.
David Atwell is a former member of the Toronto Hells Angels. He was never a member of the BC Hells Angels or any of the three chapters in question making the relevance of his testimony limited. He coauthored a book about his escapees in the club with Jerry Langton who is a credible crime journalist and former deputy editor of the Daily News.
David atwell told the court that "Before he became a member of the Hells Angels, David Atwell says his criminal activity was “minimal” and involved a “couple of assaults, some drug use.” “But as a full-patch Hells Angel, I was able to buy kilos of cocaine without being questioned why and where it was going,” Atwell told B.C. Supreme Court Justice Barry Davies on Tuesday.
The relevance of his testimony establishes that "the mechanism of the drug deals happened at the clubhouse." Which means if the Crown can prove members of the chapter were involved in drug activity, that would in turn implicate the clubhouse. David Giles wire tap evidence establishes that anyone who uses the name of the club for criminal activity must have permission of the local executive. That would also implicate the local presidents where criminal activity was committed.
Evidently Michael Plante will also be testifying at the trial which would relate specifically to the East Vancouver chapter and clubhouse. Glad to see Keith Fraser is still employed after all the Post Media mergers and layoffs seeing how back when he f*cked me over is now water under the bridge. Next time you upload a court document online, black out the home addresses. That would be the professional thing to do. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Bailiffs force Surrey RCMP to make a drug bust
News 1130 is reporting that "One man has been arrested and released following a drug raid that happened in one of Surrey’s most vulnerable neighbourhoods. Mounties were called out to check on a possible drug packaging site at a home on University Drive near 135A Street after being tipped off from BC Bailiffs. They got a warrant and once inside found a lot of drugs. Multiple packaged doses of suspected methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin and fentanyl. Numerous items used in the processing and packaging of drugs Firearm ammunition of various calibers."
“It’s always important for us to be able to locate drug trafficking operations, in particular, we know that fentanyl is very harmful and we’re very pleased with the results of this investigation,” explains RCMP Cpl. Elenore Sturko. Is he not afraid of getting struck by lightning for making such a hypocritical statement? The drug trafficking is happening right under their nose. They are providing the fentanyl dealers police protection on the Surrey Strip.
They are watching is come from Shakerz and they are watching it from their new HQ beside the lethal injection site between the Front Room and the Lookout homeless shelters which are not homeless shelters they are simply drug houses. The fraud is well know to local police because they watch it unfold right before their eyes every day. They are criminally culpable in the sale of fentanyl on the Surrey Strip because they watch it happen and refuse to arrest the dealers they provide police protection for. If the BC Bailiffs didn't report it, they wouldn't have made the bust.
Surrey LRT costs Soar
The front page of today's' Post Media Corporate Propaganda Machine states "COSTS SOAR $1 BILLION Combined construction estimates for a Surrey light-rail line and the Millennium Line subway under Broadway in Vancouver have risen to almost $4.5 billion." Instead of listing who should go to jail for that fraud, they list false rationalizations for the increase costs and claim that is a reason we need to raise taxes. No, it is not.
The reason for the projected overruns boils down to one thing: SNC Lavalin - the most corrupt construction company on the planet. The fact that they got the contract to the Millennium Line after they were banned from world projects was a criminal act thanks to Gwyn Morgan. Gwyn admitted the corruption in SNC-Lavalin was worse than he originally imagined. It is obviously continuing as we speak because they continue to under bid and over charge government contracts just like Bombardier and Lockheed Martin. Then they give the politicians a kickback in the form of campaign contributions to stay out of jail and get more government contracts.
Instead of raising taxes we need to cancel the Surrey LRT scam along 1004th because it is not needed, not wanted and will create an infrastructure nightmare. It will make tragic congestion worse not better. If you want to extend Skytrain to Newton then have at it. That is the need because bus service from Surrey Place to Newton is horrible. Bus service from Surrey Place to Guildford is fine. People who drive cars prefer Skytrain because Skytrain does not impede traffic.

2 bodies found in Richmond home, 1 in Calgary Mall and 1 in Burnaby Park
CBC is reporting that "Richmond RCMP are investigating the deaths of two people found in their home after reports of gunfire early Monday morning. Police were called to a residence in the 6600-block of Eckersley Road after 2:30 a.m. PT, where they found the bodies of a man and a woman, said Cpl. Frank Jang of the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team."
CBC is also reporting that "Police are investigating after the body of a man was discovered inside a wall in a public washroom at a mall in downtown Calgary on Monday." They claim the death isn't suspicious it is undetermined. One theory is that the person crawled in there and got stuck.
Update: Global is reporting that "Homicide investigators have identified the two people killed in a Richmond home early Monday morning. Thirty-six-year-old Keri Smith and 37-year-old Terrence Peter Smith were found dead in the house in the 6600-block of Eckersley Road around 2:30 a.m. Richmond RCMP officers had been responding to a report of gunfire.
According to the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT), the pair had recently moved to Richmond from the Surrey area. Both also have ties to the Vernon area. The Smiths were both known to police, and investigators say they were living in the home where the murders occurred."
Human remains found in Burnaby's Confederation Park: CBC is reporting that "Partial human remains have been found in a Burnaby, B.C., park. A passerby called RCMP after making the grim discovery in a wooded area of Confederation Park around 10:30 a.m. PT on Tuesday. Investigators later confirmed the remains are human. A statement said officers will be on scene for a few days as the investigation continues. The remains haven't been identified and RCMP say it's too early to identify how they ended up in the park."

Donald Trump supports North Korea peace talks
Well this is a positive turn of events. Donald Trump is supporting peace talks with North Korea. This is a step forward. The Olympics in South Korea were successful. The next step would be to lift the trade embargo with North Korea. That would be an act of good faith. The Helms Burton Law against Cuba was draconian. Boycotting trade with Cuba while endorsing trade with Communist China was absurd. China's human rights record is far worse that Cuba and North Korea combined. Allowing people to visit North Korea would be wise as well.
We could also invite their cultural stage presentation to Vancouver and other mayor cities across the globe. North Koreans like music. Musical exchanges would promote world peace.
Kim Jong Un crosses the line at the Demilitarised Zone.
A unified Korea is as problematic as a unified Ireland. That doesn't mean a peace agreement after the war can't be signed. North Korea is Communist. In that sense they did win the war. They successfully established a Communist state. However, South Korea is not Communist. The recent mass demonstrations calling for their former president to resign would not have been permitted in a Communist system. Neither would religious freedom or civil liberty.
In a Communist regime other political parties aren't allowed to run. That seems to work in North Korea but implementing that system in the South would be an act of war. As long as both parties can agree to the current border and the current political systems of each nation, a peace agreement can be made that allows trade and travel between the two countries.

George St Pierre, Klitschko and Pacquiao
I've been watching a few interesting documentaries on famous boxers. The most recent one was about George Saint Pierre called Takedown: the DNA of GSP. I just want to say mad harsh respect to GSP. George is a real life role model. He is honest, humble and hard working. Those are the traits of nobility.
Recently there is even talk about yet another comeback. I hope he doesn’t fight Conor McGregor. That guy's day is done. He lost to Floyd Mayweather and his last absurd tirade was the nail in the coffin to his career. I won't watch him fight again no matter who he fights. Calling the brothers in the Rocky movie dancing monkeys was just not acceptable. Conor is the dancing money. Right now he can't even join the circus.
In the GSP documentary it really showed what kind of a trash talker Nick Diaz was. George was like you are the rudest person I have ever met and I'm going to kick your ass. Nick was like it got me the fight didn't it? Yes but he could of had the fight without the trash talk. Yet Nick does come from a challenging background.
At the end Nick showed respect and earned some respect from GSP. The movie had a Dali Lama quote by GSP about how your adversary shows you your weaknesses and makes you strong. Kind of like how in Kendo when opponents square off they bow and say onegaishimasu which means please show me the way (to enlightenment). By confronting your adversary you find yourself. Conor McGregor is different. He's done. He doesn't need anyone to put him in his place because he has already done that to himself.
In the GSP video there was a fan with a sign that said GSP for Mayor. Now that is something I could support. Both Pacquiao and Klitschko went into politics after their successful careers. If George did that he would be doing the world a favor. PM GSP. Two other documentaries I saw was about Manny Pacquiao and the Klitschko brothers. Not only did Manny become a senator but he too is making a comeback. Matthysse vs Pacquiao will be in Malaysia July 15th.
I have a huge respect for the Klitschko brothers from the Ukraine. CBC reported that Vitali Klitschko, became a parliamentarian in the Ukraine with his eye on a presidential run. Now that's what I’m talking about. He currently serves as Mayor of Kiev and head of the Kiev City State Administration, having held both offices since June 2014.
However, since Vitali Klitschko did some boxing training in Germany and his documentary is in German, it's pretty obvious he leans to integration with the EU. We need to remember that the other half of the Ukraine is of Russian descent and don't want to be part of the EU. That is the democratic will of the people.
Half of the Ukraine is afraid of Stalin and the other half is afraid of Hitler. For good reason. One is no better than the other. Both roads lead to the same place. Unfortunately, Manny Pacquiao is the same political party as the raging lunatic who is the current president of the Philippines telling everyone to shoot suspected drug dealers on site without a trial. That is both insane and evil.
They all talk about political corruption in the Philippines. What’s to stop a politician from shooting a political rival and say oh he was a drug dealer? What’s to stop someone from robbing someone then shooting them claiming they were a drug dealer when they were not. We do need to confront organised crime but you can’t do that by abolishing civil liberty and due process. Those are crucial rights we must always protect.
In the Pacquiao documentary it showed he did some pad work with Freddie Roach as did GSP. Freddie is very good with the hand pads. In his own words he was a boxer that didn't retire when he should have and now has Parkinson's disease like Mohammad Ali. Some people say Parkinson's is trauma induced, others say it's hereditary. Either way Freddie Roach is another world class legend along with Mohammad Ali who was without question the greatest.
Mike Tyson was rock solid and did a fantastic fight scene with Donnie Yen in the movie Yip Man.
These legendary fighters still have a future in movies, training and politics.
Respect to the soldiers from the hood: Champs.
Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield have my respect.
Hats off to Anthony Joshua the young gun from the UK. Took out Wladimir Klitschko respectfully.
Olympic boxing should keep headgear like the Golden Gloves. It's a tournament where multiple bouts are fought right after each other. That's like playing hockey or football without a helmet. All the other contact sports are moving forwards towards protecting athletes and reducing brain trauma. The Olympics are moving backwards because the Olympic committee is corrupt.

Nanaimo Hillbilly rams police car in stolen truck
The Ladysmith Chronicle is reporting that some yahoo in a stolen truck rammed two unmarked police cars trying to flee police. The hillbillies got stuck ramming the second police car and fled the scene but were apprehended shortly thereafter.
The New West Record is reporting that "Thirty-two-year-old Majore Jackson and 47-year-old Andrew Bellwood have been charged with assault with a weapon, dangerous driving, possession of stolen property and obstruction." If they only had a brain.
South Surrey homicide victim identified
The Peace arch News is reporting that IHIT has identified the body found Thursday afternoon in South Surrey as 24-year-old Amin Vinepal. Police say Vinepal, a Delta resident, was known to police and associated with gang activity, according to a news release issued by IHIT at approximately 11:30 a.m. Friday." Amin was found dead on 12 Ave in South Surrey Thursday.

Cross Border Drug Bust
The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Charges have been laid against a British Columbia man who is accused of trafficking more than 100 kilograms of drugs between the United States and Canada. RCMP Chief Supt. Keith Finn said a six-month, cross-border investigation with authorities in the United States found two vessels meeting on multiple occasions just south of San Juan Island, between Vancouver Island and Washington state."
"Police seized 55 kilograms of cocaine, 47 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine and more than a kilogram of heroin in February 2017 after one of the vessels docked in Canada. Two high speed vessels, firearms and $150,000 in cash were also seized." Show me the money. "William Barnes, 51, of Saanich has been charged with multiple drug trafficking and firearms offences."
Seizing that much cocaine and crystal meth is a good thing. However two concerns arise. Saanich - was this a HA associate or just another HA rival? The other obvious concern is cross order policing. The last time this bad idea materialised, the US cops wanted diplomatic immunity in Canada after they found out that cops can actually get charged with murder in Canada for shooting suspects not in self defence. Cross border policing is a bad idea. Giving armed US cops diplomatic immunity to operate in Canada is pure insanity.
BTW Why don't the police arrest the street level dealers selling crack, crystal meth and fentanyl in the DTES and on the Surrey Strip? Confronting police corruption and disrupting street level drug trafficking was the New York Model. I was there. I saw it.

Ex cop sentenced for sexual asault
Castanet is reporting that "A former Mountie and youth sports coach who a judge says used his authority and trust to groom teenage boys before sexually assaulting them has been sentenced to six years in prison. Alan Davidson, 62, was taken into custody by sheriffs at the end of a sentencing hearing in B.C. Supreme Court in Kamloops on Tuesday. He was convicted of five charges in B.C. dating back more than 35 years and pleaded guilty to two more charges stemming from incidents in Saskatchewan, where he worked as an RCMP constable in the 1980s and early 1990s." Some of the sexual assaults took place while he was an RCMP officer.

Judge jokes case 'may never, ever end' as Hells Angels civil forfeiture trial begins
CBC is reporting that "A trial that's been more than a decade in the making got underway in fits and starts Monday, as lawyers for the B.C. government attempted to make their case for forfeiture of three Hells Angels clubhouses. In his first remarks of the day, B.C. Supreme Court Justice Barry Davies joked that the case "may never, ever end," after hearing early indications from defence lawyers that they planned to object early on to evidence from the Director of Civil Forfeiture."
Like I said before, give the Nanaimo clubhouse back and keep the Kelowna clubhouse by way of consent order. The amount of criminal activity the Kelowna Chapter orchestrated out of that clubhouse was unprecedented. Then let the trial continue separately for the East Van clubhouse. That would be the right thing to do. If by some strange twist of fate anyone here is concerned with doing the right thing any more. Just sayin.
The whole seizing the proceeds of crime is a slippery slope. In LA the DEA stopped trying to disrupt street level drug trafficking and just focused on seizing the proceeds of crime. That is what we are now seeing in Metro Vancouver. They don't want to stop street level drug trafficking. They just want a percentage of the profits for letting it continue.

Organized crime attack strikes Toronto
Every crime has a motive. Some lunatic drove a rental van down a sidewalk in Toronto today killing 10 pedestrians. Canadian news outlets say no motive has been revealed although mental illness is considered. A U.S. security source said Terrorism is likely the motive. Wrong. Terrorism is not a motive because Canada is not at war. What US security source? The CIA? How are they involved in this? The driver of the van has been identified as Alek Minassian.
The Edmonton "Attack" and Project Argus
I'm not going to minimize the tragedy. 10 people are dead. That is very real. I am going to question the motive. October 2017 we saw a similar absurdity take place in Edmonton. A lone wolf drives a rented van into four pedestrians and stabbed a cop. Religion did not play a large role in his life. Edmonton was on high alert for a terrorist attack because the RCMP were hosting a training seminar in Edmonton at the time.
Chris Phillips, a British counter terrorism expert was on hand to coordinate the event. He is a former cop from England who runs a terrorist training consultation firm that participated in Project Angus which was a three hour multimedia simulation to help various agencies learn how to deal with terrorist threats which makes the Edmonton attack look staged.
Right now the only motive for the Toronto attack is to justify the RCMP's task force on terrorism losing billions of tax dollars from it's budget every year and to justify Bob Paulson's move that took all the officers investigating organized crime off of organized crime and put them on the terrorist creation task force. We still need to investigate organized crime.
When the RCMP loses billion of tax dollars from it's terrorism budget every year, that is organised crime. When the Commissioner of the RCMP takes all the officers off of organised crime and puts them on a terrorist creation task force fitted with terrorist quotes that bribe and threaten drug dealers into committing terrorist attacks in Canada, that is organised crime.
Update: One of the victims was visiting from Jordan. Hardly a terrorist attack. Now the police are claiming the suspect was a copycat of Elliot Rodger who in 2014 mowed down pedestrians in a vehicle in California because he was rejected by women. That is ridiculous. Surely CSIS can do better than that. The fact that CSIS provided the explosives for the Air India bombing is not a conspiracy theory, it is a historical fact.
2nd Update: Police identified the driver as Alek Minassian, 25, a Christian with an Armenian roots.

Mike Farnworth falls for the cop pot fraud
Kim Bolan is reporting that "The federal government is not doing enough to keep organized crime out of the medical marijuana business, B.C. Public Safety Minister Mike Farnworth said Thursday. Farnworth was reacting to two recent Postmedia News stories about full-patch members of the Hells Angels being involved in medical pot in B.C."
They are going on about how Surrey Hells Angel Lukasz Cimoszko had a prescription for medicinal pot and Andrew Richards has once again expressed a concern. Holy conflict of interest. This fraud was first launched by Post Media News when Andrew Richards told Kim Bolan Weird Hal was advertising on facebook to help people get licenses to grow medicinal marijuana. As I said then, Weird Hal is an idiot. If he wants to make money from legal pot then let him. Gold knows he has no career in the hip hop industry.
Kim Bolan admitted that Andrew Richards is the CEO of Spire Secure Logistics. What she failed to mention is the fact that Spire Secure Logistics has announced that they have been acquired by Friday Night Inc. a Canadian public company which owns and controls cannabis and hemp-based assets in Las Vegas. Retired Ontario cop Tim Humberstone is Chief Strategy Officer in charge of selling cop pot in Ontario. This scam is one great big conflict of interest.
The cops don't want the Hells Angels selling legal pot because the cops want a monopoly on the market. All this drama about the Hells Angels involvement in medical pot is too late since pot will be legal in two months. You can't stop the Hells Angels from doing legal business. You can't stop them from selling cars, tomatoes or pot when it's legal. This fraud was regurgitated when Kim reported that Luke had a prescription for medical pot. Are you saying that Hells Angels aren't allowed medical prescriptions? That is ridiculous.
This whole scam is Dianne Watts deja vu. When Dianne Watts was mayor she obsessed over shutting down grow ops which no one cared about and did absolutely nothing about the public sale of crack despite unending complaints from businesses and residents. Now retired cops selling pot are trying to kick the Hells Angels out of the legal pot industry while they offer police protection to the drug dealers in the DTES and on the Surrey Strip that sell crack, crystal meth and fentanyl. It's just plain dirty.
I don't understand what's happened to Andrew Richards. When he was part of OCA, the provincial organized crime task force he had his sh*t together. Now he has lost his mind. I guess he's just tying to make some money. However, if he is allowed to make money off of legalized pot, then so are the Hells Angels and Marc Emery. That's reality. Like I said before, legalizing drugs won't get organized crime out of the drug trade. It will just make it impossible to arrest them.
The Hells Angels selling pot is not the problem. The Hells Angels selling crack and fentanyl is. We should be encouraging the club to make money from legal endeavors. Back east the Hells Angels are known for selling black market cigarettes and no one cares. People aren't dying from black market cigarettes. People are dying from fentanyl.
The Hells Angels have a name and a brand. So does Marc Emery. No one in the 420 movement is going to want to buy legal cop pot. The only ones who will buy that are cops. Everyone else is going to want to but Hells Angels or Marc Emery pot. Cop pot is just plain dirty. If Mike Farnworth sincerely wants to do something constructive he needs to bring back the OMGU and disrupt street level drug trafficking. Obsessing over the Hells Angels and pot is a colossal red herring.
The real problem in Surrey is no secret. It is the Surrey Strip and all the drug related crime and violence that goes along with it. It's the same problem that we explained to Mike Farnworth when he came to Surrey in 2008. Only it has gotten worse because nothing has been done about it.

Pipeline protest meets Trudeau in London
CNN is reporting that "Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was greeted in London on Wednesday with a 98-foot fake pipeline meant to challenge his support of a controversial oil pipeline in his country. The stunt, which blocked the main entrance to the Canadian High Commission, was orchestrated by Greenpeace activists who oppose a multibillion-dollar pipeline planned in western Canada across indigenous lands."

Linda Hepner's butterfly genocide in Surrey
Right before Linda Hepner's political career dies, she is going to kill all the butterflies in Surrey just because she can. Surrey City Council candidate Roslyn Cassells has expressed a concern about aerial spraying of a pesticide called Btk for gypsy moths.
Roslyn posted a link to a research paper on the harmful effects of Btk spraying by R.B. Philp, D.V.M., Ph.D. from the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology of the The University of Western Ontario. The paper lists some of the side effects noted in humans from aerial spraying of Btk and concludes by asking “How many people is it acceptable to make ill in the interest of protecting urban forests?”.
Aside from the harmful effects on humans, Btk kills all moths and butterflies in the area not just gypsy moths which adversely effects the entire ecosystem. All the birds and animals that eat caterpillars are adversely effected because there is no food. Studies have yet to be released on what happens to baby chickadees who are fed caterpillars that have been sprayed with Btk. We just know their population decreases after spraying.
Next to the dove, the butterfly is probably the most peaceful creature on the planet. Why Linda Hepner insists on exterminating all the butterflies in Surrey is beyond me. Once again we see tax dollars spent on something we don't want or need that is actually harmful to humans and the environment. There is no reason we cannot continue with the small gypsy moth traps instead of aerial spraying the entire city with toxic pesticide just so a pharmaceutical company can make some money at taxpayer's expense.
Make sure the next live butterfly release is after the Btk spraying. All the butterflies and caterpillars released before that will be dead. Owls and eat moths and are also affected.
There is a NO SPRAY Btk facebook page set up and there will be two public information sessions at the Guildford Public library in Surrey. One is on Wednesday, April 25 at 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM and the other is on Saturday, April 28 at 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

2nd Surrey Hells Angel dies of suspected drug overdose
Another Surrey Girl bites the dust. Kim Bolan is reporting that Surrey "Westpoint" Hells Angel Lukasz Cimoszko has died of a suspected drug overdose. The Popo said there was nothing suspicious about the death. How is it not suspicious when a drug dealer dies of a drug overdose? Isn't he supposed to know what he is taking? Summer 2016 Surrey Westpoint member Bjorn Sylvest died of a suspected drug overdosed at a house boat party on lake Shuswap.
Just to recap, the New Surrey chapter of the Hells Angels call themselves Westpoint but I refuse to use that name because they are the exact opposite of everything the real Westpoint represents. The closest those two bit drug dealers will ever get to valor is on Xbox. In fact Wolfpack 81 was Larry Amero's gamer tag on Xbox. I just call them Surrey Girls because that's all they are. No doubt Whiterock was thrilled to get rid of Larry Amero and the chipmunks since they're such heat magnets. They had to Photoshop Gumby's head into their class portrait like a little bobblehead since he was in prison for drug trafficking at the time.
Luke's case is the perfect example of criminal activity within the Surrey Hells Angels and the Surrey RCMP. Kim Bolan described the civil forfeiture case the Popo had against Luke. They said his corvette was parked outside a "pub" with the engine running then drove off. The police followed him and claimed we was serving like he was drunk so they wanted to do a sobriety test which they never did. When they pulled him over they saw a machinate in plain view and busted him for that. He also had a trace of pot which he had a prescription for and a wad of cash. Over 10 grand in 20's. The police seized the car and cash under the proceeds of crime.
Here's where it gets smelly. The police didn't seize any drugs or have any evidence it was the proceeds of crime. It probably was. He was doing a money drop not a drug run. The police didn't mention which "pub" he picked up the bags of money from. Was it Shakerz? Why would the police go to such great lengths to seize drug money without lifting a finger to stop the drug trafficking out of Shakerz on the Surrey strip? Freeway Ricky deja vu.
Someone must have tipped off the police they were doing a money run. Who tipped them off? The person who wanted to take his job? That's what happened to Geoff Meisner. He did a money laundering run in Vegas for the club. They found someone to do the run for less money so they killed Geoff. With friends like that, who needs enemies?
Nick Chan has murder charge dropped over court delays
The Calgary Herald is reporting that "Nick Chan walked from a Calgary courtroom a free man Tuesday after a judge ruled it took too long to get him to trial." Nick Chan was wit the Calgary FOB who sold drugs for the BC Hells Angels through the Independent Soldiers. Nick Chan was charged with killing Kevin Anaya because they couldn't find FK member Kevin Bontagon.
If you want to cut the head off the snake you have to bust the IS and the BC HAs.
Mom Boucher pleads guilty to conspiring to kill Ray Desjardins
The Montreal Gazette is reporting that "Ex-Hell's Angels leader Maurice “Mom” Boucher has pleaded guilty to conspiring to kill well-known crime figure Raynald Desjardins." Desjardins served 10 years of a 15-year prison term, from 1993 to 2004, for conspiring with the Hells Angels to smuggle more than 5,000 kilograms of cocaine into Canada. Desjardins was at one time aligned with Vito Rizzuto. However, police claim in recent wire taps in Sicily Fernandez claimed Desjardins was leading the rebellion against Vito when he was in prison.

Pipeline leak in Northern Alberta
CBC is reporting that "The Alberta Energy Regulator is reporting that a pipeline leaked about 100,000 litres of oil and 190,000 litres of salty produced water near Zama City in the far northwest corner of the province. Zama City is 900 kilometres northwest of Edmonton."
April 9th Global reported that "The Alberta Energy Regulator says the province’s Orphan Well Association (OWA) will look after an apparent leak at an oil and gas handling facility owned by Insch Commodity Ltd. It says it made the decision to call in the OWA because the Warburg, Alta.-based company had not started cleaning up a spill on the site west of Edmonton as required under an order issued last week. All licences held by the oil and gas producer were suspended after no one answered its 1-800 emergency phone line following reports of the spill at the facility."
Meanwhile back on the ranch, Justin Trudeau was in France calling on the signatories of the 2015 Paris climate accord to ensure the landmark deal became a reality. "It's up to us to make this accord in principle a reality," Trudeau said in a speech that earned several standing ovations. "Our two countries are united in their ambitions for fighting climate change, even as we pursue sustainable growth for our economies," Trudeau said on the last day of his two-day visit to France. So the fallen rock star earns the hypocrite of the year award for saying one thing and doing the other by cramming the oil pipeline through BC without negotiating a fair deal.
"In 2010 an Enbridge pipeline burst spilling over 1 million gallons of Canadian crude oil into the Kalamazoo river. It was the largest inland oil pipeline spill in US history. Even the environmental protection agency has all but admitted that up to 168 thousand gallons of the oil will remain in the Kalamazoo river indefinitely."

Police seize $70,000 in cash
The Peace Arch News is reporting that "More than $ 70,000 in cash and cocaine was seized and arrests made in a what police are calling a dial-a-dope operation operating out of the Williams Lake area. Seven people from Williams Lake and an individual from Port Coquitlam were arrested after a two-month long investigation led by the Williams Lake General Investigation Section and Crime Reduction Unit along with specialized support sections."
No word on how much cocaine was seized but police are pretty excited about seizing $70,000 in cash. Makes ya kind of wonder what their real priorities are. They are watching the drug trafficking out of Shakerz supplying the Surrey strip and are providing police protection for the drug dealers there. Then they turn around an seize cash when they can without disrupting street level drug trafficking. Speaking of conflicted, when is Len Peltier going to get charged?

Mobility pricing is a farce
Once again we receive more evidence that the mayor's glutton council needs to be disbanded. All they do is think up ways to raise taxes and spend more money. The NDP were elected in BC on a promise to remove bridge tolls which they did. To toll regular roads after that would be an obscene act of fraud. Yet the Mayor's glutton's council keeps spending more tax dollars on bogus reports rationalizing trying to tax us every time we move. Mobility rights are entrenched in the Canadian Charter of Rights. Get over it. Tolling roads and bridges that are already paid for is just another tax grab. Yet the Corporate Media circus keeps pushing it. Post Media News has become a cheap tabloid of propaganda trying to mold public opinion within corporate interests.
