Hollyburn Ridge

I love the view from Hollyburn Ridge. Last night I hiked up in time to watch the sunset. The very last stretch of the last peak really takes your breath away. Not because of its difficulty, but because of the view you spontaneously see when you’ve reached the top. Not only can you see the city from the mountain top but you get a great view of the Lions as well as all the back country between the Lions and the windmill on Grouse Mountain. You can even see Howe Sound and Vancouver Island.

This sunset is for Chad Karylchuk‏ and Aaron Derbyshire. Two very different people.

Yet neither of them deserved to die.

Chad Karylchuk‏ and the Hells Angels

Keeping up with the Kelowna Summer Jam, another name we need to add to the list of casualties who were affiliated with the Hells Angels and have since died is Chad Karylchuk‏. In this picture Chad is posing with someone wearing a Hells Angels T-Shirt.

Kim Bolan has posted pictures of Don Lyons, the Independent Soldier who plead guilty to trafficking cocaine and was the prime supplier for Lester Jones, the former vice president of the Kelowna Hells Angels.

Now we know that isn’t Don Lyons in the picture with Chad. So who is it? We know it’s a member of the Hells Angels. We also know Chad was friends with Joey Verma. Chad wasn’t shot. He died of a drug over dose. Yet many seem to think it was a forced over dose and that he knew things about Britney Irving’s murder which could have got him killed.

Aaron Derbyshire and the Dobbins

Aaron Derbyshire is another Kelowna murder that concerns us. Aaron used to work for David Giles’ friend Dobby. Aaron was working as an engineer for the Dobbins when he disappeared. Previously, there was another murder connected to that same construction firm. Perry Walsh was killed riding his bicycle in a hit and run by a car registered to BF Dobbin Construction.

People who knew Aaron claim he wasn't the kind to even get involved with kids doing drugs. Within a day of Aarons disappearance, some of the Dobbins took a Mexican Vacation and weren’t available to speak with the police. Kind of like the owner of the cocaine snorting reindeer shop last Christmas. It’s sad to see any murders in Kelowna. Yet two murders involving a construction firm tied to a friend of David Giles would be considered suspicious.

Hells Angels in Okanagan Falls

Looks like the OK coral is going to be the new Slack Alice’s after it burned down in Penticton. It shows an interesting criminal association so it does. They sure like to bring the heat and bring attention to themselves. A prelude to the Kelowna Summer Jam I suppose. If you get jammed up, don’t mention my name. Don’t support the Kelowna Hell Angels. I rather support Britney Irving, Geoff Meisner and Dain Philips.

What’s up with the Trusst Uss clothing right beside the Kelowna Hells Angels booth selling support your local Red and White stickers? What a bizarre motto. Trust Us You will lose. Doesn’t really sound very promising.

Some of those T-shirts look pretty bizarre. Somehow I don’t think it’ll be a real money maker. A front for something else maybe but not a stand alone money maker. He has Gimli selling them over at Primal Instict.

I can't believe that butt ugly idiot CJ Spoon is still hanging around like herpes. That's a face only a mother could love. Poor girl. Have a little self respect. The money just isn't worth it.

Whiterock Hells Angel caught with a kilo of cocaine

Big news. Kim Bolan is reporting that full patch Whiterock Hells Angel Brent Douglas Milne was caught with almost a kilo of cocaine in his Langley home. The bust was made by the Abbotsford police who were investigating drug trafficking in their city.

Once again we see the Hells Angels bringing cocaine into Abbotsford even after Larry Amero was shot and Jonathon Bacon was killed. The Whiterock chapter appears to be deeply involved in cocaine trafficking. Randy’s brother Trevor Jones' indictment shows how large scale it really is.

Drug mule swallows 42 condoms of cocaine

This is rather bizarre. A guy at YVR swallowed 42 condoms of cocaine en route to Australia. 1.26 kilos of liquid cocaine. That’s kind of nasty. Did you know you know where your cocaine has been? Buyer Beware.

Gerald McCabe

The Truro Daily News is reporting that a man charged with accessory after the fact to murder of an ex-Hells Angel member will return to Supreme Court next month for a resolution conference.

Gerald McCabe, of Salmon River, is scheduled for the conference on June 22. Resolution conferences are sometimes used to help reduce time and costs associated with a jury trial. He's charged with accessory after the fact in helping Jeffrey Lynds of North River escape in 1999 knowing that Lynds murdered Randy Mersereau.

Ron Lising granted Bail

Well, well, well. Kim Bolan is reporting that we Ronnie has been granted day parole. We remember Ron Lising. He’s the full patch “East Van” Hells Angel that got beat up in Surrey. A guy from Surrey beat him up and took his patch. The brothers weren’t impressed. Then he gets the roid man Michael Plante to come with him to the guys place and asks Michael Plante to shoot him. How lame is that?

Plante, who turned out to be a police informant, fired a few shots over the guys head and said the gun jammed but testified in court that Ronnie didn’t believe him when he said the gun jammed. So what’s Ronnie gonna do? Beat up Michael Plante? Not likely. You can read all about it in Neil Hall’s book, Hell to Pay.

Ron Lising was convicted of drug trafficking along with John Punko who is more of a scrapper but could end up like Juel Stanton just because the boys like to screw a brother when it profits them. The article says Ronnie claims he wants to retire. Good idea. Better retire than expire like Juel did.

Harper shuts down Vancouver Canadian coast guard office

Harper continues to apostatize from traditional conservative values by shutting down the Canadian coast guard office in Kitsaliano. The Canadian coast guard is already drastically under funded. Shutting that base down is irresponsible.

Again we see bizarre extremes. Millions on a fleet of over priced jets that can’t be used in the Canadian arctic and aren’t for self defense, billions on banks that didn’t need a bail out, while they cut military services and the Canadian coast guard. These are not conservative values.

Neither is promoting cross border shopping. Harper continues to attack small business and destroy the free market in Canada. The neo con continues.

G20 Report

The other night CBC reported the findings of a study into police violence at the G20 summit on the National. CBC’s report seemed more realistic. Recently other versions of the report were discussed claiming the police did no wrong. Those reports claimed that the only real concern was about the use of corralling which is against RCMP policy but since the Toronto Police were in charge it was used.

Corralling means you corner protesters without giving them an exit. It was used quite effectively in England for many years. The police would line up side by side and confine strikers or protesters. Then they would send in police on horseback to beat the tar out of them with truncheons.

The violence at the G20 summit and the way the police handled it represent two distinct concerns. First was the crazy violence. Waco’s exploited the moment and started looting. That has nothing to do with a lawful protest. The next day the police over reacted and kicked the cat by attacking peaceful protestors which was just plain wrong.

There are many valid concerns about the G20 summit. Big corporations ripping off taxpayers is but one example. The ridiculous expenses of the Fake Lake Summit by a fake conservative government pretending to be fiscally responsible. The right to lawful assembly is a fundamental right in a democratic society. Removing that right is a huge concern. Logic dictates that we need to crack down on violence and looting not peaceful protests.

Just like in Montreal. The students are behaving like spoilt brats. You can't outlaw lawful assembly but you can outlaw breaking windows and vandalism. That already is against the law. We need to stop kicking the cat.

Former UBC rugby player loses appeal in murder of Vancouver prostitute

A former University of B.C. rugby player has lost his appeal of his conviction of the murder of a Vancouver prostitute. In October 2009, a B.C. Supreme Court jury found Andrew William Evans, 27, guilty of second-degree murder in the August 2007 slaying of Nicole Parisien, 33.

Evans, who confessed to police that he found Parisien's sex-for-hire services on Craigslist, paid $200 to have sex with her at a Kitsilano highrise following a night of heavy drinking at the Roxy nightclub. The accused became angry or hurt after he couldn't achieve an erection and hit Parisien and then strangled her. He dragged her body down five flights of stairs and into some bushes. At trial he argued that he was heavily intoxicated at the time of the killing and lacked the necessary intent for murder.

It is yet another tragic case of the murder of another Vancouver prostitute. Being drunk is not just cause for committing murder. It also shows that murder is not an act that you find on the path to peace and enlightenment. There is no happiness in murder.

All of us are free to make choices and all of us have to live with the consequences of our choices, good or bad. Consequences aren’t always bad. The decision to have children, as challenging as that may be, can give one’s life a deeper meaning.

All of us will be remembered by someone for something. Andrew Evans is going to be remembered for eternity as the Rugby player with displaced aggression because of his erectile dysfunction. Isn’t that special. That’s really not something I’d want to be remembered for.

That’s not the kind of thing a guy is going to brag about. Even in prison. So what are you in for? I paid for a prostitute and couldn’t get it up so I killed her. Other inmates would be like seriously? Dude, there are pills for that. They’re not going to say good for you that bitch probably deserved it. They’d be like what a complete loser in every sense of the word. Sad.

Military guns sold to gangs

Well here’s another disturbing one that shows corruption on yet another level. This one involves the bottom up not the top down. Guns stolen from the Military sold to gangs in the US.

A wide-reaching investigation by military and civilian authorities has uncovered a criminal conspiracy within the Armed Forces to steal and sell nearly $2 million in guns and combat gear to gangs in the U.S. and foreign countries including China, military officials have confirmed.

With cooperation from Marine and Navy officials, NCIS has been able to conduct 66 investigations involving 47 active duty Marines and sailors to include enlisted and high-ranking officers and 21 civilians who are now in various stages of prosecution. A sergeant with Marine Corps Special Operations Command was found guilty of stealing and reselling military property, said MarSOC spokesman Maj. Jeff Landis.

Sgt. Daniel Adam Reich, a former member of 3rd Marine Special Operations Battalion, was convicted of four separate counts: Article 80 for attempt to sell military property of a value more than $500; Article 81 for participating in a conspiracy; Article 108 for selling military property of a value more than $500; and Article 134 for wrongfully receiving military property of a value more than $500.

Sadly it is reminiscent of Huntsville. What Al Martin described as the vortex of corruption. A military installation where stealing fro the military was rampant. Profits from those stolen arms went into individual off shore banks accounts. That has nothing to do with doing somehting bad to obtain a good objective. It is simply theft driven by greed. Stealing from taxpayers and what’s worse, arming enemies of the State. That is treason.

Sadly, it must be a large problem because the day before 9/11 Donald Rumsfeld said the Pentagon was missing $2.3 trillion dollars. That is a huge amount of money. Privatizing the military and thereby removing what little public accountability there is is not the answer.

The FBI Announces Gangs Have Infiltrated Every Branch Of The Military. Including bikers.

More Mexican murders and decapitations

49 bodies discovered in Mexico near the Texas boarder. Many bodies were decapitated with limbs removed. The inhuman gory nature of these murders continue to increase as these sub humans continue to revel in their depravity. Decapitations, bodies hanged from bridges or dumped in public places. The news had the audacity to ask if the Mexican presidents’ war on drugs has been worth it as though confronting evil is somehow to blame for evil.

The victims were alleged to have been members of a drug cartel and were murdered by a rival drug cartel. They are fighting over the drug profits. It is a war of greed. As long as we allow the public sale of crack we are feeding that greed. As long as we let crack dealers sell crack in public, people will fight over the money to be made. The only way to stop the violence is to stop the public sale of crack.

We also need to open our eyes and look at the root of the problem. Which brings us to our Operation Fast and Furious podcast. Operation Fast and Furious was where government agencies sold guns to the Mexican cartels and brought back tons of cocaine as payment. It ran from 2009 – 2011 under the Obama administration. Operation Wide Receiver did the same thing from 2006 – 2007 under the Bush Administration. The common element is the involvement of the CIA. To understand the future, we have to go back in time. We need to look at Mena Arkansas, Nicaragua Contras, and the Heroin trade during the Vietnam War.

Here’s a conspiracy theory for you. Obviously the CIA were selling the cartels guns and trafficking ciociane to make money. Don’t you think they are also trying to discredit any presidential candidate who wants to keep Mexico’s oil public? The current president tried to privatize their oil but the Mexican people protested in mass and that plan was stopped. Now we see new presidential candidates are supporting the privatization of Mexico’s oil. Nationalized oil drives the old companies crazy. They will do whatever they can to get their greedy little mits on that money. We saw it in Afghanistan.

Smart Meter Blockade

Residents of a Kitsilano apartment building are holding an all-day vigil to keep B.C. Hydro from installing smart meters this week. Sonya Makaroff, whose family owns a 74-unit building on York Ave., has plunked herself down in the lobby and is ready to deny access to Hydro personnel.

A notice on the front door says the building’s owner is “unable to grant installers access to exchange meters.” Hydro intends to install new meters, which use wireless technology, sometime before 8 p.m. on Wednesday.

My guess is they put them in anyways. Smart Meters are a scam. They aren’t just an upgrade from an analog meter to a digital meter. They are a wireless surveillance device recording when you're home, when you're at work and when you're away on holidays. they transmit this personal information over a wireless network which anyone can intercept.

They are used to implement time of Day billing where they can charge more for daytime usage. They have been shown to be incredibly flawed as numerous complaints have risen where hydro bills have mysteriously skyrocketed after they were installed.

Hydro’s new meters are part of a $930-million, province-wide program. Yt BC Hydro is deferring a massive debt that was artificially created by privatized hydro brokers that sell power to Hydro at an above market price to rip off consumers. This is becoming another Enron. A public company should be publically accountable. there should be a cease and desist on the smart meters and the private power brokers Gordon Campbell made which has created this artificial debt should be done away with immediately.

Bill Vander Zalm compares the HST to smart meters.

Aneal Basi and BC Rail

We know about Dave Basi and Bob Virk but do we know about their other cousin Aneal Basi? Jas Bains was the cousin convicted of cocaine trafficking. Tips from an informant suggested Basi was laundering money for Bains by purchasing real estate. Basi's cousin, Aneal Basi, was charged with money-laundering for allegedly accepting cheques and transferring funds to Dave Basi.

Aneal Basi, who worked as a government media analyst, is accused of money laundering for allegedly accepting cheques from Erik Bornmann, then a partner in the lobbying firm Pilothouse, and transferring funds to Basi. After Dave Basi and Bob Virk plead guilty, money laundering charges against Aneal Basi were stayed. BC Mary has some interesting number on the accusations.

As a result of the drug investigations, the following charges were laid on September 14, 2004:

•Jas Bains, Brahm Mikol, Blythe Vernon, and John Scallon were charged jointly with conspiracy to traffic a controlled substance between September 19, 2003, and December 9, 2003, in Victoria, B.C.

•John Scallon and Michael Doyle were charged with conspiracy to traffic a controlled substance on December 3, 2003, in Vancouver.

•Tony Singh and Mandeep Sandhu were charged with conspiracy to traffic in a controlled substance between September 30, 2003, and December 9, 2003, in Surrey, B.C.

•Dave Basi was charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking between March 24, 2003, and December 28, 2003, and possession of a controlled substance on December 8, 2003, in Victoria, B.C.

Regina vs Dave Basi, Bobby Singh Virk, and Aneal Basi

Ian Mulgrew, from the Vancouver Sun reported on Jasmohan Singh Bains conviction. He also reported that tips from an informant suggested Basi was laundering money for Bains by purchasing real estate, Winteringham said Another cousin, Aneal Basi, who worked as a government media analyst, was accused of money laundering for allegedly accepting cheques from Erik Bornmann, then a partner in the lobbying firm Pilothouse, and transferring funds to Basi.

Mothers Day

Don’t forget to do something for your Mom today. Being good to your mother is a sign of self respect. How we treat our mothers is often how we treat our wives. At the Rally at Beer Creek where they set doves free in memory of lost loved ones, one mother spoke about her son who was gunned down.

She admitted her son was not an innocent victim. Her son had been murdered because he was involved with the gang world. She commented how despite that fact he was good to her and always remembered her on Mothers Day. It shows that people caught up in the gang culture are human.

Empire Gang and the Little Rascals

The purpose of my blog and web site is to expose the big fish. It’s not to advertize for idiots who want to make a name for themselves. The Empire Gang is just a couple of Surrey car thieves. Two bit car thief rats. They don’t even make the gang registry. The only reason I mention them now is to state my opinion that they are insignificant.

For the daily who’s who I still refer people to Kim Bolan’s blog. She does get the inside scoop and I can’t be bothered with the small fish drama. Even the Dhurie Dhak Pak is whacked. Khun Khun is an idiot. Even his in-laws think he pushed their daughter out of his car to her death. How does your fiancé just happen to fall out of your car to her death on a straight away His subsequent suicide attempt is just proof he’s a nut bar. Dave Basi and Bobby Virk's connection to Jasmohan Bains, that is signifigant.

Highway Robbery

Meanwhile, back on the ranch, the real gangsters are still getting away with murder and highway robbery. There is no reason for another spike in gas prices at the pump. None whatsoever. Other than the fact that the oil companies are exploiting the fact that they have a monopoly and are continuing to gouge consumers. It's at 1.48 a litre now not 1.46.

There is nothing worse than a private corporation with a monopoly. That is not a free market system. When you give a private oil company or a privatized energy company an exclusive monopoly, greed takes over and consumes everything. It destroys the free market system. Didn’t Mexico make their oil company public? A public oil company who’s profits add to the tax revenue and thereby reduce taxes for the general public. Now that’s what I’m talking about.

Lindsay Buziak’s Father offers reward to solve his daughter’s murder

CBC News and the Vancouver Province are reporting that Jeff Buziak is offering a substantial reward for someone to come forward with information about his daughter’s murder. Somewhat bizarre the Saanich police are asking the public to ignore it.

Dillon Sahota is a Central Saanich Police officer isn't he? Speaking of cocaine in Victoria, the Basi Virk case started because of allegations of their involvement in drug trafficking and money laundering through real estate. Dave Basi’s cousin Jasmohan Singh Bains was convicted as Mr. Big. Turns out that Bobby Virk was Dave Bassi’s cousin too so that means he was also related to Mr. Big. Lindsey's former boyfriend Jason Zailo has a lot of dark associations. I wonder what else John van Dongen will discover when he examines the BC Rail Scandal.

Sunset on Seymour

Lots of snow still on the local mountains. I love the back country. Life has so much more to offer that you can’t find in a pill or a crack pipe. One of the saddest things I’ve ever seen was that video clip a “friend” of Amy Winehouse took of her smoking a crack pipe looking at her wedding picture. She was using the crack pipe to help her cope with the loss but it wasn’t helping. It just made things worse.

We all knew Mike Robatzek was an idiot but Jamie Keyhoe wasn’t. Jamie didn’t deserve to die just as his life was beginning to blossom. After I made my post about Jamie’s murderer walking away free, someone wrote in and said they read a different account of what happened in the news.

We all know how the media can twist things. The courts never said his friend attacked the accused with a baton first. The court said they couldn’t prove beyond a reasonable doubt that isn’t what happened even though it wasn’t. Even if that was true, any police officer trained in the use of force will tell you that slitting someone’s throat with a knife is a deadly attack. It is not self defense.

Jamie was unarmed. He was a nice but smaller kid. He was sitting on the bus when his throat was slit. No doubt there is conflicting testimony from the witnesses. They witnessed a belligerent female harass another female then kick the crap out of her. They also saw her boyfriend slit a kid’s throat for no reason. Do you think they might be a bit scared for their safety if they testify against her? No kidding.

This sunset is for Jamie. In the end, truth will prevail.

Canada’s most prolific sex offender living in Surrey

Great. Why do these guys always come to Surrey? Front page of the Surrey Leader is a story about a man living in Surrey described in court as one of Canada’s most prolific sex offender who faces seven more charges of sexually assaulting young people. The guy is a former Scout Leader and former Anglican Priest.

This shocking betrayal of trust is disturbing. God knows we’ve heard far too many similar cases within the Catholic church. Now we are hearing similar cases within the Anglican Church, the United Church, as well as Scout Leaders and even Hockey Coaches. The plague of pedophilia is disturbing.

Ralph Rowe is the Ontario man now living in Surrey who has just been charged with seven more offenses. Those offenses arise from time he spent in Manitoba and Ontario on First Nations reserves conducting church services and youth events. Holy blasphemy. That is tragic. More cases of First Nations children being sexually assaulted. That historic pattern is very disturbing. I just don’t understand it.

Rowe has been incarcerated twice before for multiple sexual assaults involving boys as young as six. At his first trial, Rowe pled guilty to 39 counts of indecent assault involving 19 boys and was sentenced to six years. Under the terms of his plea bargain, he would serve no additional jail time if convicted of other similar cases. I’m not sure what that means. Six years for all those offenses is unjust. Especially when you add mandatory statutory release to it which means he likely only served 4 years out of the six on his first conviction.

Jamie Kehoe’s murderer walks free

This is revolting. Jamie Kehoe’s murder was big news in Surrey. He was an innocent bystander sitting on a bus and a guy runs up to him and slashes his throat abruptly ending his life before it really got started. A tragedy that matches the Jesse Cadman murder.

Yesterday the news broke that the crown will not be proceeding with charges against the accused because of the unlikelihood of conviction. Not because he was innocent, but because the court couldn’t prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the accused didn’t murder him in self defense. That is absolutely outrageous.

Jamie was a small kid. The accused isn’t. Jamie was a nonviolent skateboarder. He’s sitting on the bus with two friends, a guy and a girl. Another guy gets on the bus with another girl who becomes belligerent and relentlessly antagonizes the girl who is with Jamie and his other friend. The whole bus ride she keeps yelling at the girl, challenging her to a fight while the girl is silent.

As the belligerent girl gets off the bus the girl who was taunted the whole trip tells her to f off after she gets off the bus. The antagonistic girl freaks. She runs back onto the buss and starts kicking the sh*t out of the girl she had been taunting. The guy with the antagonistic girl then runs up to Jamie as he’s sitting in his seat and slashes his throat for no reason. That is just plain evil.

After he slashes Jamie’s throat, Jamie’s friend jumps in and starts to fight the assailant and ends up getting stabbed. That’s what happened. Denying the family a day in court because you don’t think you can prove it wasn’t in self defense is even more evil that the horrific murder itself. Just because two girls are fighting doesn’t necessarily mean the guys are going to jump in. They might help separate them or pull one off if the other starts getting seriously beat up but there is no reason this case can’t go to trial. Preventing the case from going to trial is a travesty of justice. It’s time to mobilize and march for justice. Being silent on this issue is wrong.

Update: A similar case in Chilliwack involving Lori Stevens has shown that particular crown counsel to be negligent.

Drug user convicted of Surrey murder

Jose Hector Luna Morales came to Surrey from El Salvador. He was murdered by his ex-friend and roommate Lester Ovidio Beuzo Oseguera. Oseguera was a crack addict on a crack binge when he shot his room mate in the neck in Surrey. Tell me now that crack is not a horribly destructive drug. Tell me now that the fat cats who profit from the crack trade don’t have blood on their hands from this murder and many more just like it.

The court had heard how Oseguera fronted about $10,000 in cocaine from a fellow Honduran on East Hastings Street before the binge. A Honduran gang selling crack on East Hastings. Gee I wonder who they were working for. Stop the Greed. End the public sale of crack.

“Terrorist“ attack in Syria

Bizarre account of a failed terrorist bombing attempt in the news along with a very suspicious terrorist attack in Syria. More to come.

Sarkozy, Good Bye

Three cheers. Sarkozy was not reelected in France. That guy was a dirty dog. He was accused of accepting campaign contributions from Gaddafi then screwed him royally and led the invasion which ultimately assassinated him without a trial. When confronted with the facts, Sarkozy publically denied accepting campaign contributions from Gaddafi, but when you look at the facts, I think Sarkozy is lying.

Gaddafi’s family claimed the campaign contributions came when Sarkozy was actively trying to convince the world to trust Libya with nuclear weapons and power because he wanted to sell them a French reactor. Sarkozy was publically lobbying on Gaddafi’s behalf. Then all of a sudden, things changed. What was Gaddafi’s sin that rationalized his execution? It couldn’t have been for a transgression that happened before Sarkozy was lobbying on his behalf, it had to of happened after.

Gadaffi being a “dictator” didn’t bother Sarkozy as long as he was contributing to his political campaign and promising to buy a French reactor. Did Gaddafi end up deciding on buying a reactor from someone else? Was that the real transgression that caused Sarkozy to lead the invasion against him under the guise of a Canadian poster puppet?

When the news broke that Sarkozy lost a democratic election in France, the media branded his opponent as a socialist. Maybe the candidate is left wing. How far left I have no idea. I do however support the freedom of association within a democratic society and I do think Sarkozy is a dirty dog.

Sha na na na, Sha na na na Sarrzosky Good Bye.

Sha na na na, Sha na na na Dirty Dog Good Bye.

However, it doesn't seem to be over for the dirty dog. Outgoing French President Nicolas Sarkozy, who has enjoyed legal immunity for the past five years, could soon be forced to explain himself to magistrates in three separate funding scandals that have dogged his time in power.

France’s constitution says a president cannot be required to testify or be investigated or prosecuted until a month after leaving office, a privilege that will end in mid-June for Sarkozy, who hands over to election winner Francois Hollande on May 15.

That frees the way for Sarkozy to be summoned for questioning by judicial investigators looking into murky affairs including a 1990s submarine sale to Pakistan and relations between Sarkozy, his party and France’s wealthiest woman.

Bandera Gold and Barrack Gold

I’ve written a bit about Bandgera Gold when two Canadians involved with that company were recently arrested in Mexico for fraud. They were accused of being affiliated with the UN and laundering money through that Canadian gold company. When I first posted links to that story in Spanish, one heckler called me an idiot and said the article was referring to the United States not to the UN gang. Wrong. This police report clearly refers to the UN gang in Canada and even names Elliot Castenada and Ahmet Kaawach who were Surrey residents tied to the UN and were both shot dead in Mexico.

Some links suggest that the Hells Angels are also involved with the directors of Bandgera Gold. Kelvin Williams is the President and CEO of Bandera Gold Ltd. Russel J Renneberg has been a Board member of Bandera Gold since 1993. Robert R. Morrison has been a Board member of Bandera Gold since 2006. All three own stock in another mining company called Wolverine Exploration.

Hells Angels associate Anthony Ricci owner of No. 5 Orange strip club owns 1,000,000 shares of Wolverine Exploration. Hells Angels associate Ralph Biggar owns 5,000,000 shares of Wolverine Exploration. So if the Hells Angels are involved with the directors of Bandera Gold, and if Bandera Gold has been accused of money laundering for the UN, and if that case cited the murders of Elliot Castenada and Ahmet Kaawach, then who ordered their murder and why?

Barrack Gold on the other hand is another Canadian gold company that was created by an arms dealer named Adnan Khashoggi. I kid you not. He was on the cover of Time magazine. He was also involved with BCCI. Strange that Brian Mulroney and George Bush Jr. were directors of Barrack gold International when Barrack Gold was involved with Bre-X. Strange that Stephen Harper used the Canadian government to lobby on behalf of Brian Mulroney after it was made public that he lied in court and defrauded Canadian tax payers out of $30 million. It’s tragic really.

Calgary Hells Angels

The Calgary Hells Angels don’t seem to be involved in the drug trade like the Edmonton Angels (51) and the BC Hells Angels are. The Calgary drug trade is fuelled by the FOB (Fresh of the boat) and the FK (FOB Killers). The FOB get their drugs from the Independent Soldiers a greater Vancouver gang tied to the BC Hells Angels. The FK get their drugs from the UN. An independent greater Vancouver gang.

Kevin Falcon not interested in free-enterprise coalition

Finance Minister Kevin Falcon says he's 'not interested in having a discussion' about leading a free-enterprise coalition going into the next provincial election. No kidding. You can’t have a discussion about a free enterprise coalition with Kevin Falcon or the BC Liberals because they are not free enterprise. Perhaps they meant a free enterprise coalition consisting of John Cummings and the NDP? Kevin Falcon is a Gordon Campbell clone. They have nothing to do with free enterprise. They’re all about back room deals with big business that rips off taxpayers and crushes small business.

Leslie Greenwood found guilty in Mersereau Christensen murder

The Turo Daily News is reporting that Leslie Douglas Greenwood, 42, was sentenced to a mandatory sentence of life in prison with no possibility of parole for 25 years. A Nova Scotia Supreme Court jury delivered its verdicts Wednesday afternoon following a trial into the shooting deaths of Barry Kirk Mersereau, 48, and his 47-year-old wife, Nancy Paula Christensen, in their Centre Burlington, Hants County, home on Sept. 9, 2000.

The Hells Angels biker gang ordered the killings as a payment for Greenwood and another man’s – Michael Lawrence – drug debt. Lawrence, 38, pleaded guilty last January to the two murders and is serving a life sentence with no eligibility of parole for 25 years. Curtis Blair Lynds, 36, has also been charged with the murders and a preliminary inquiry is scheduled to begin July 16. He’s currently in prison on a drug trafficking sentence.

We're still waiting to hear about Rusty and Ellen's murder. Now I'm hearing they were ripped off and that it was an inside job.

Another Surrey shooting

May 2nd there was another shooting fatality in Surrey. The day after Ranjit Cheema was shot dead in Vancouver. The police later released the name of the victim as Noel Jackson, from Ontario. He has a criminal record but the police claim it’s not related to the current gang tensions in Vancouver. At least they’re not denying it’s a homicide like the Edmonton PD.

Two guys died in an SUV riddled with bullets in Edmonton and the police wouldn’t call it a homicide only suspicious. I still can understand how they can say that with a straight face. Kinda makes you wonder how much things have improved there since that department was accused of leaking sensitive information to the Hells Angels when John Lindsay was chief of police.

His son was arrested not long ago in BC after stabbing an under cover police officer. His son was convicted of assaulting his former girlfriend who went missing the day he was released from prison. I’m sure Dana Turner’s family is waiting to hear about news on their daughter’s murder.
