Peter Leask Strikes Again - Update

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Citing an 'extremely shorthanded' judiciary, a B.C. Supreme Court judge Monday urged two lawyers to attempt to complete a two-week rape trial in five days, suggesting the prosecutor not call two Crown witnesses and limit questioning of the complainant."

"B.C. Supreme Court Justice Peter Leask, who lives and usually sits in the Lower Mainland, also said he would rather be home than in the Interior. 'Full disclosure: I live in Vancouver,' the judge said. “Kamloops is a wonderful place, but I like sleeping in my own bed.” The trial relates to allegations of ongoing sexual assaults of a teenaged girl by her stepfather in Adams Lake dating back to the mid-1970s. The stepfather is facing four charges, including rape and sexual intercourse with a female under 14 years old."

Peter Leask wants to fast track a rape trial and deny two witnesses because he is inconvenienced by having to hear the case in Kamloops when he lives in Vancouver. Fire Him! We all remember Peter Leask. He is the one that gave a Hells Angels associate house arrest for trafficking cocaine. He also let a full patch Hells Angel off when the police caught him red handed loading 52 kilos of cocaine onto a truck from His storage locker. The fact that Peter Leask is still a BC Supreme Court judge is a crime against humanity and proves things need to change.

Canada dot com printed an article by Georgialee Lang discussing why we need to elect judges in Canada like they do in the United States. Georgialee Lang is a Vancouver based lawyer who has her own blog called the Law Diva. She even has a religious affiliation.

Personally I'm not completely sold on the need to elect judges although I am not opposed to it. What we really need is a mechanism in place to get rid of bad judges because right now we have none. The fact that Peter Leask is still on the bench until he faces mandatory retirement at age 75 clearly shows the system is broken and needs to be fixed. I'm not the only one that thinks so.

Update: The Vancouver Sun is reporting that after Peter Leask denied the Crown's two star witnesses, the crown was forced to stay the rape charges. That is obscene. The Times Colonist is reporting that a complaint against Peter Leask has been filed with Canadian Judicial Council and well it should. When one bad cop does something wrong it makes all cops look bad. Likewise when one bad judge does something wrong it brings the entire judiciary into disrepute.

Accidental shooting in East Vancouver

CKNW is reporting that "What was initially reported as a shooting on Vancouver’s downtown east side Saturday morning was actually a self-inflicted accident, according to Vancouver Police. A man was taken to hospital after 2:30 a.m. when police found him on the ground in front of the Maple Hotel, 177 East Hastings St. suffering from gunshot wounds. Following interviews with investigators, police say it turns out the man had accidentally discharged the firearm on himself."

Word has it that the nature of the self inflicted injury was similar to the one created by a Hells Angels associate in Australia. Nobody said criminals were very smart. Control the muzzel and don't put one into the chamber until you're ready to fire. Idiot.

Just like that accidental shooting at a Surrey injection site. It's a good thing they gave them a clean needle before the shooting. Our good intentions have turned into criminal culpability.

Shots fired at house party in Abbotsford

The Abby News is reporting that "Four young men are in hospital with varying injuries after a shooting last night (Friday) at a large house party in central Abbotsford. The incident occurred just before midnight in the 2300 block of Beaver Street. Abbotsford Police Sgt. said police who arrived found two injured men in their early 20s both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. They were taken to hospital. Two more men – also in their early 20s – also arrived at the hospital suffering from injuries related to the incident. Bird said one of those men had gunshot wounds, while the other sustained injuries related to blunt-force trauma. All four remain in hospital."

"Three are being treated at this time for non-life-threatening injuries. One man is in stable, but serious, condition. The canine unit was brought to the scene and a firearm has been located, but police are not releasing any details on the make of weapon at this time. Bird said the motive is currently unclear, but police believe it is related to the dynamics of whatever occurred at the house party." Crack heads. If you can't handle the booze, don't drink. Saint Paddy's Day is holy.

The Last Don Standing - Update

I have an interesting book in front of me that just crossed my desk. It's called Last Don Standing: The Secret Life of Mob Boss Ralph Natale by Larry McShane and Dan Pearson. It's not due to be released until March 21st but you can preorder it on Amazon. The publisher sent me a copy so I got a sneak peak before it was released. Larry McShane is a crime reporter that writes for the New York Daily News. Dan Pearson is a producer from Brooklyn. Ralph Natale was a bonafide leader in the Costa Nostra. Everyone knows the Costa Nostra is the real thing.

The Philly dot com is reporting that Former Philadelphia mob boss Ralph Natale – believed to be the first sitting La Cosa Nostra boss to testify against his own crime family – is finally releasing his tell-all memoir this month. So that means this book isn't just about him it was written with his assistance. It's not often a book has a movie deal before the book has been released.

Deadline dot com is reporting that: "The Last Don Standing, the book that recounts the life of Philadelphia Mob Boss Ralph Natale, known as one of the only La Costra Nostra bosses to flip and become a federal witness, is being developed as a feature film and a starring vehicle for Frank Grillo. The book from New York Daily News reporter Larry McShane and producer Dan Pearson, compiles Natale’s frank accounts of the murder of Bugsy Siegel, Jimmy Hoffa’s final days, the mob’s takeover of Atlantic City."

Everyone knows that I'm not a fan of police informants. I do believe law enforcement has a need for police informants, that's just not my thing. However, the reason I am endorsing this book is because this case is different. Ralph Natale wasn't some two bit drug dealer that ratted out his boss to get a reduced prison sentence. Ralph Natale was the boss. He was a legitimate Don in the Costa Nosta who expposes how he was betrayed and went into witness protection. It is a real life story similar to the Netflix series Lilyhammer. Lilyhammer was a hilarious series about a New York mobster who went into witness protection because he got screwed over by his own family so to speak. When they asked him where he wanted to go he said Norway because he saw it on the Winter Olympics and thought it would be a nice place to settle down.

So the big city publishers in New York gives the Gangsters Out News Syndicate an exclusive by showing us an inside look at the book before it's even published. What an honour. This guy is no Justin Bieber bitch. He is the real deal. Finally an inside look at how the business is supposed to run with dignity before the spineless dirtbags ruined it with betrayal and greed.

Philadelphia has a lot of history. Not only was it the birthplace of the Rocky movies, but it is also the home of the Liberty Bell and where the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution were debated and signed. When people think of organized crime they first think of New York and Chicago. Philadelphia is right beside New York City. The crime family in Philadelphia was one of the most active American Mafia families outside of the Five Families of New York.

Synopsis

This book has a happy ending. Ralph is in a better place. It shows how times have changed. The new kids on the block have no respect for others because they have no self respect. Old School reigns supreme because the new kids on the block simply never went to school.

Mob Boss Ralph Natale was the Don. He was the one that ran the entire enterprise. When he went to prison his underlings didn't give his wife a dime. She was left with no income at all. Like WTF? In the book Ralph Natale clarifies "I became a government witness. I never wore a wire. I never entrapped anybody." He ended up doing more time than the people he testified against.

"Natale mourns the loss of the old Mafia, the world where he grew up. The whole thing was killed by men who were never satisfied with their position or their riches, men without respect for the Life or their own lives. Greed destroyed everything." It always does. Peace.

Independent Soldiers busted in Red Deer Alberta

CBC is reporting that Two men with suspected ties to two gangs - the Independent Soldiers and the Red Scorpions - have been arrested on drug charges in Red Deer, Alta., following a three-month investigation, police say. Two firearms were seized along with a trace amount of drugs as well as Independent Soldier gear. 919 refers to the letters IS.

As we all know locally, the Independent Soldiers and the Red Scorpions are puppet clubs that sell drugs for the Hells Angels. The Red Scorpions used to work for the UN until the Surrey Six where Jamie Bacon and a few associations executed the former leaders after they made sure they were disarmed first. The Bacon brothers are notoriously hated in Surrey for being complete rejects.

Nobody uses the Red Scorpions logo anymore because the swine flu made it look like a cheap karate school. Welcome to the finger and the thumb. Next they'll be carrying around fuzzy trolls.

Another shooting in East Vancouver

News 1130 is reporting that "A suspected shooting inside a Downtown Eastside hotel is the latest in a string of violent events to hit Vancouver in recent days. Officers were called to the Regent Hotel on 160 East Hastings Street at around 2:30 p.m. for reports of gunshots. They found one man inside who appears to have been shot. The man was sent to the hospital in serious condition. No other details are being provided. The apparent shooting comes less than 12 hours after a 19-year-old man was stabbed to death on East Hastings Street, the city’s third homicide in less than a week." Crime stats in the DTES have been drastically suppressed after they closed down public access to the police station there.

This is what we refer to as a New York Minute where several different things are happening all at once. Yesterday there was a fatal shooting in Surrey and another shooting in North Vancouver.

Hells Angels prospect killed on Vancouver Island

Kim Bolan is reporting that Michael Gregory Widner, 39, was last seen March 8 in Sooke and was reported missing the following day. Rainbow Ricky has confirmed that he was a Hells Angels prospect and that his body was found Sunday.

Man dead in Surrey shooting other shooting in North Vancouver

The Surrey Leader is reporting that "A man is badly injured after being shot in Fleetwood. At about 2:30 p.m., police and fire were called to reports of shots fired near the Comfort Inn, near Fraser Highway and 166 Street in Fleetwood. On arrival they found a man lying beside a black Acura SUV." News 1130 is reporting that the victim has died of his injuries.

Global is reporting that a man was taken to the hospital today after being shot in North Vancouver around 3:30 PM in the 800-block of East 12th Street.

Update: Kim Bolan is reporting that IHIT have announced the person shot dead is Surrey Monday is Birinderjeet Justin Bhangu, 29

Ziggy's sentencing hearing in Victoria

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that Ziggy was in B.C. Supreme Court for sentencing hearing on Friday. As we previously reported, Ziggy was found guilty in December of trafficking a kilo of crystal meth and 10 liters of date rape drug. Ziggy and his coacused were refered to as Top level drug dealers busted in Victoria. Ziggy is friends with Lindsay Buziak's ex boyfriend Jason Zalo. They all have a history of domestic violence.

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "the court was told that Ziggy was the operating mind behind the drug-trafficking scheme, employing, overseeing and sometimes reprimanding Ziaee. Only Matheson had the key to the large safe filled with drugs at the stash site, Cramer said. Ziaee served as the courier, transporting drugs to Victoria from Vancouver."

Hell Angels rival shot dead in East Vancouver

The Indo Canadian Voice is reporting that Navdip Singh Sanghera, 32, of Vancouver was shot dead on Thursday night in East Vancouver. The Sanghera group are Hells Angel rivals from South Vancouver. The drug trade in East Vancouver is run by the Hells Angels. The Hells Angels used the Redd Alert to take back all the drug dealers in the DTES from the UN affiliates. Kim Bolan is reporting that the second victim in this shooting was Harjit Singh Mann, 49, of Surrey.

George Christie blogs about prison life

George Christie has started blogging on his website under stories. Most recently he has made a post about a Penitentiary bike show back in 1992. He states that the show was sanctioned by the prison recreation department, and sponsored by both the Hells Angels and Outlaw members that were doing time together. It was an unwritten rule and common knowledge that any problems on the street that different outlaw clubs might have, stayed on the street and didn't bleed over into prison life. It was a smart arrangement, and one that over the years served all outlaw bike clubs well. This defined his beef with Sonny and the clone soldiers. They wanted conflict with the other clubs and George saw it as bad for business. I have to agree with George on that one.

80 litres of chemical used to make MDMA dumped in Surrey pond

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "The City of Surrey will spend up to $40,000 to clean up a pond in Newton after somebody dumped into the water up to 80 litres of chemicals commonly used to make the illegal drug MDMA, or ecstasy." Now they're in trouble. they pissed off the environmentalists. We were just at that pond a couple of weeks ago.

We all know that pouring chemicals down the storm drain is bad because it goes straight into the streams and affects the spawning salmon and their fry. If you want to dump something it has to go down the toilet which is treated as septic before it's dumped into the ocean.

Brenda Butterworth-Carr takes over BC RCMP

Well this is a shocker. CBC is reporting that "The RCMP in British Columbia have named Assistant Commissioner Brenda Butterworth-Carr as the division's new commanding officer. Butterworth-Carr, from the Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in Hän Nation in Yukon, will be the first Indigenous woman to hold the top RCMP job in the province."

Looks like the Friends of Craig Callen are finally starting to falter. Let's hope her first order of business is to fire Bill Fordy. Bill Fordy isn't corrupt, he's just an idiot. The corrupt ones in power promote him because they know he won't do his job and let them get away with drug promotion.

The biggest problems in the BC RCMP come from the left over Gordon Campbell government. When I was doing volunteer work in south Seattle during the US crack epidemic back in the /80's, every time a police officer started enforcing the law by putting pressure on the crack dealers they were transferred out of the area. I saw it. Chuck Pillon was one of them.

The same thing has happened to the Gang task force in BC.

Quebec and BC Corruption

CBC is reporting that "The deputy director of the Montreal police service (SPVM), Bernard Lamothe, has been relieved of his functions for the duration of an investigation into allegations that the police force fabricated evidence to silence whistleblowers."

Former deputy minister of Justice, Michel Bouchard will lead an investigation into the allegations. That article doesn't clarify what the whistleblowers were reporting on but a previous article states Quebec's public security minister is launching an inquiry into what he is calling "systemic" problems within the Montreal police service.

Another article clarifies that Jimmy Cacchione and Giovanni Di Feo were police officers for decades, often working undercover while targeting Hells Angels and the Mafia. In 2012, the officers say they launched their own investigation about possible corruption within the force, looking at officers possibly receiving money from the Mafia.

"We noticed that a few individuals were committing crimes, and we notified the chief at the time, but nothing was moving," Cacchione told CBC News on Wednesday, referring to former Montreal police chief Marc Parent. The officers said they were called to police headquarters where they expected they would be given a chance to explain. Instead, they said, they were suspended and told they were being investigated by the RCMP. "When I was suspended, that information was in my bag, so they seized it and nothing happened after that," Cacchione said.

A little Grant Wakefield déjà vu non? Grant was a whistleblower in BC that reported inappropriate conduct of Coquitlam RCMP officer Jim Brown who was tied to the Pickton investigation. The Coquitlam detachment kicked in his door with a search warrant, seized all his hard drives and evidence, then wiped them clean before returning them to him. That was a criminal act.

Meanwhile back on the ranch, the Globe and Mail is reporting on the article about BC Political corruption that was reported on in the New York Times. The only difference between Quebec and BC politics is that Quebec has task forces that investigates corruption and organized crime in politics while BC does not. That is a huge concern.

Kelowna Shooting

Castanet is reporting that "Kelowna RCMP are saying little about a bullet-riddled SUV that was in front of the Kelowna General Hospital Tuesday evening. Five bullet holes were seen in the driver's side of the white Grand Cherokee. At around 6 p.m., a man in his 20's went to the Kelowna General Hospital emergency room with gunshot wounds."

Johnny Newcome's chop shop back in the news

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "A B.C. man that the province said was behind one of the largest-scale chop shops ever busted in the Okanagan has agreed to forfeit customized motorcycles. A news release from the province said John Newcome reached a court approved settlement and signed over two dozen complete or partial motorcycles, including custom Harley-Davidsons, to B.C.’s Civil Forfeiture Office."

This largest-scale chop shops ever busted in the Okanagan was tied directly to the Kelowna Hells Angels and as David Giles admitted on wire tap, not all Hells Angels are personally involved in criminal activity but when anyone uses the name of the club for criminal activity they have to have the approval of the local executive first. That means that convicted cocaine trafficker David Giles had to have approved this chop shop for that Hells Angels associate to use the name of the club to conduct business.

It's interesting to note that this case is back in the news now as a press release from the provincial government right before a provincial election. Funny they should mention this case. Before this largest ever chop shop tied to the Hells Angels was busted, the official gang task force spokesperson for the province went on record to state that the Hells Angels aren't a problem in Kelowna, the other guys are. Not.

Right after that a joint task force including the Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Unit proved him wrong in a very big way by busting David Giles and numerous Kelowna Hells Angels associates in yet another huge drug trafficking ring as well as a huge stolen car, boat and motorcycle ring. So how did the Christy Clark government respond? They immediately disband the OMGU and cut funding to the Gang Task force. The hard working officers involved in the bust were all transferred to other departments like IHIT, then the next spin doctor they put in charge went back to saying the Hells Angels aren't a problem here any more. Thus the circus side show continues unbridled.

Interesting to note that the province specifically bragged about seizing numerous stolen Harley Davidsons as the proceeds of crime. Seizing stolen vehicles? How about return them to their rightful owners? They only seized the motorcycles but not the cars and boats? Were those returned to their rightful owners? Handing over the stolen motorcycles got Johnny Newcome a get out of jail free card. Pat Fogarty was the one that covered up the RCMP's sabotage of Operation Pheonix which targeted Weirrd Hal Porteous.

On that note, the Vancouver Sun is reporting that "B.C. is the front line of a developing skirmish between federal Finance Department officials and Canadian lawyers over rules designed to fight money laundering. In a Supreme Court of Canada ruling in 2015, lawyers won an exemption from reporting requirements that apply to other professionals, such as bankers and real estate agents. The ruling was based on concerns about lawyer-client privilege. B.C. lawyers argued they protect confidentiality while counteracting money laundering risks by policing themselves."

Lawyers are policing themselves on money laundering. Great idea. At a local demonstration one concerned citizen asked me at what point a crooked lawyer becomes an honest judge? Is there supposed to be some kind of epiphany that takes place because I'm not seeing it. Me either. Peter Leask has yet to retire when he ages out at 75. That is a crime all in itself.

I will add that if this is one of the custom motorcycles seized then the provincial government is bragging about committing ICBC Fraud. It was reported stolen under highly suspicious circumstances by Josh Armstrong. If the provincial government seized that motorcycle after ICBC paid that fraudulent claim then the provincial government has just scammed ICBC and the rest of us who pay insurance there. Maybe a member of the gang task force will get a great deal on a stolen motorcycle. Did the person who bought it pay $160,000 for it? I highly doubt it.

The Canadian and American Budgets: State of the Fraud

The US Media were all over Trumps budget. It is insanely painful to watch the CIA's ridiculous spam using the mainstream media like a puppet of propaganda. They are still going on and on about the false claim that Russia hacked the US election. No they didn't, the Mainstream media lied in their polls just like they lied about Iraq's weapons of Mass Destruction.

The main thrust of the American budget was to do away with Obamacare and increase military spending to record levels. Now I'm all for military spending. Canada could improve greatly in this area. It's just that I'm for smart spending and fiscally responsible spending. The Boeing super hornet is good, the F-35 are not. THAAD missile defense is good but the Rafael is better. Canada should have some of these like Israel's Iron Dome.

Increasing the Pentagon's budget to record levels is nothing to be happy about. The Pentagon cannot account for half of what it spends. The day before 9/11 Donald Rumsfeld announced that the Pentagon couldn't account for 3 trillion dollars. After 9/11 that figure went right off the charts. If that is not organized crime, I don't know what it.

In Canada Harm Promotion is hell bent on destroying our public healthcare system with prescription heroin and the perpetual pharmaceutical fraud that we are funding with tax dollars. On top of that, the BC Hydro fraud has pushed us right to the edge of the fiscal cliff. Christy Clark's perpetual fudge it budgets keep hiding that fact with smoke and mirrors but unfortunately no sleight of hand with make that criminal act of fraud go away. The only thing that will fix that fraud is by bringing back the private power brokers that sell power to the public company at above market rates. Terson Gas is fine but the power brokers that sell power to BC Hydro are not. That fraud needs to be addressed this election while we still can.

New psychedelic drug is behind six drug overdoses in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan

CBC is reporting that police say a new psychedelic drug is behind six drug overdoses in Prince Albert, Sask., on Feb. 20. A Prince Albert man is charged with criminal negligence causing bodily harm, trafficking 2C-B and possessing the proceeds of crime.

Tax paid drinking lounges

One of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to safe injection sites is that no one in their right mind would give alcohol to an alcoholic. That would not be in their best interest nor would it be socially responsible. Guess what. That is exactly what our tax dollars are now doing. How in the f*ck is that going to help the opioid crisis? It's not. It is going to promote alcoholism just like they are promoting every other addiction under the sun to satisfy the demands of their campaign contributors. The Portland Hotel Society can rot in Hell.

Tribal and Syndicate drug bust in Fort McMurray

My McMurray is reporting that Members of the Tribal and Syndicate outlaw motorcycle groups have been arrested in Fort McMurray following a drug trafficking investigation. Darren Paulson, a 49-year-old Tribal member and Thomas George, a 28-year-old Red Deer Syndicate member are both facing multiple charges related to trafficking. Police seized a trace amount of cocaine, magic mushrooms and a loaded handgun with the serial number filed off.

As we previously reported, Rick Levesque, the not so bright left over from the Ontario Nomads is in charge of the Syndicate in Fort McMurray. The bust is significant because it shows that the Alberta Gang Task force is keeping he pressure on as is the Ontario Biker Enforement Unit unlike Christy Clark's reorganized gang promotion unit in BC.

Hells Angel associate pleads guilty in West Kelowna fentanyl bust

Global is reporting that a former Hells Angel associate has pleaded guilty in connection with a large-scale fentanyl bust in West Kelowna last March. Leslie John McCulloch, one of two people charged in connection with the bust, pleaded guilty to possession for the purpose of trafficking and production of a controlled substance, an analogue of fentanyl. McCulloch’s girlfriend, 26-year-old Rebekka Rae White, is also charged with the same two offenses. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for May. These two are tied to Quentin James.

Johnny K-9 is dead

Tragically, the National Post is reporting that Natural causes succeed where mob hit men and gangsters failed - Johnny K-9 is dead. The Hamilton Spectator is reporting that a autopsy will be performed to confirm whether or not he did in fact die of natural causes. His wife said he had an ongoing respiratory ailment and told her he was dying. A salute to the soldier. We liked him.

Hells Angel Drug Bust in Belleville, Ontario

Quinte News is reporting that "Several people from Belleville, Ontario have been charged with trafficking cocaine, including a man said to be associated with the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club, after a drug raid in the city’s east end. Thirty-six-year-old Blair Crawford, 46-year-old Kevin Cox and 19-year-old Meaghan Cox were charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime. According to police, Crawford is associated with the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club."

November 30th 2016 a member and associate of a Hells Angels puppet club called the Iron Dragon’s Motorcycle Club were arrested in Belleville, Ontario and charged with posession of cocaine for the purpose of traficking.

I guess that's because Ontario still has a Biker Enforcement Unit. Christy Clark did away with ours after they were so successful in the Kelowna Summer Jam. Here in BC, every time a police task force found organized crime, a government body disbanded that police task force. .

Update: The Intelligencer is reporting that this bust has expanded to include the arrst of a Hells Angel member. "Over the course of the probe, OPP say investigators seized 11,500 pills containing fentanyl, eight kilograms of cocaine and 7.5 kilograms of ecstasy, among other drugs and drug equipment." Hells Angels trafficking fentanyl. No wonder Christy Clark cut back the Gang Task force and the OMGU. So they can continue to promote the fentanyl fraud.

Low Barrier Shelters are Nothing to be Happy About

Someone wrote into the Vancouver Province and said low barrier shelters and nothing to be happy about. "The media reports the opening of the new low-barrier shelter in Guildford like it’s a wonderful resort for which we should all be proud. 'Low barrier' means they can do drugs, bring and store stolen property, and even sell it without interference — even sell drugs. It really means there are no rules." They are absolutely right.

A low barrier homeless shelter means it is a tax funded drug house like the Lookout and the Front Room. I'm all for a homeless shelter in Guildford but anyone who approved a low barrier shelter in Guildford should go to jail. This is how corrupt politicians use tax dollars to promote the drug trade. People need homes not drugs.

When Doug McCallum was mayor of Surrey he evicted crack houses onto the street. I saw it. When Dianne Watts and Surrey First were elected they did the exact opposite. Now the Surrey's Worst legacy is building crack houses with tax dollars. I'll see you in hell.

Women's rights in the DTES

Lately we've seen Women's rights being pimped out for political purposes. Reflecting on the extremes, I'm forced to ask about Women's rights in the DTES. Several years ago I made a post stating that East Van doesn't look after it's own. I was addressing the misconception that the homeless are safe in East Vancouver because everyone claims East Van takes care of their own.

Times have changed. East Vancouver is the epicentre of exploitation. Harm reduction without the other three pillars (Enforcement, Treatment & Prevention) has simply poured gasoline on the forest file of violence. The elderly and weak are regularly robbed and assaulted in the DTES. East Van doesn't take care of it's own, they eat their own. The spike in predatory violence is fueled by the drug trade we are enabling and promoting with tax dollars.

Sadly, it's not just the elderly that are being targeted. The number of sexual assaults against women in the DTES has skyrocketed. At least we gave them a clean needle and a clean crack pipe before the sexually assaulted a woman in the DTES. Can we not see the irony and the criminal culpability of our socially irresponsible conduct?

Last year I made post about Women suffering in the DTES. It was a result of my observations helping a group of volunteers hand out clothes at Pigeon corner in the DTES. Last year we had a few female leaders with us. They were told by other women living in the DTES that they were not comfortable on Pigeon corner because they get sexually assaulted there by other addicts.

Last Saturday we were there again and heard more horror stories of women being raped and exploited in the DTES. The first thought that came to mind was the hypocrisy of the woman's marches that are motivated by political purposes when we see complete exploitation of women in the DTES and no one is saying a word about it because the perpetrators of the violence are the ones we are enabling in the drug trade.

What we are doing in the DTES is wrong. History has recorded that.

The violence against women in the DTES became completely out of control when Mayor Gregor Robertson closed the police station in the DTES to public access. Years ago I spoke with a woman who lived in the DTES who spoke about how she constantly had to deal with aggressive male stalkers chasing her and harassing her. She told me she would run in front of the police station where they had a camera for safety. The creeps would leave her alone because they didn't want to be recorded on camera. Now that they closed the police station there to public access they have no place to hide. The DTES is not safe for women.

Overall, Canada is pretty good with regards to women's rights. Most places of employment have pay equity. A women and a man earn the same wage in the same job. Most places of employment, other than the RCMP, realize that sexual harassment in the workplace is illegal. But how about a woman's right to be safe? That is where we are failing. As a result, Gregor Robertson has proven to be an enemy of women's rights in the real world.

Fatal shooting in Abbotsford

Lehman Road and Blueridge Dr. Officers arrived at around 9:40 a.m. to find a man in his mid-20’s shot multiple times. He died at the scene."

The Canadian approach to Immigration

In a joint press conference Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was asked by a reporter if he felt President Donald Trumps' policy on immigration had merit on national security grounds. Justin Trudeau responded by saying:

"The last thing Canadians expect is for me to come down and lecture another country on how they chose to govern themselves. My role and our responsibility is to continue to govern in such a way that reflects Canada's approach and be a positive example in the world."

Well said. There is a difference between the Canadian Mosaic and the American melting pot. There is also a colossal difference between the American and Canadian approach to immigration right now. I support the Canadian approach. Channel 4 News pointed out the differences between these approaches in the joint press conference.

Without opening a huge can of worms in the polarized Trump conflict, I will simply state that he was fairly elected and I support the democratic process. I don't agree with his policy on immigration because they aren't just targeting criminals and drug lords they are going after everyone including women and children. That's not the type of society I personally want to live in.

Having said that we in Canada are going to have to amend our policy to deal with the flood of new immigrants by issuing temporary work permits. We could set up refugee camps in rural areas and give them all temporary work visas to work in the construction industry to build them all homes to live in. We can make this work. Giving boatloads of refugees free medical and free welfare will indeed bankrupt our great nation. Giving new immigrants temporary work visas will be a win win situation for everyone. Our economy will thrive.

In a separate post I will once again discuss the polarized extremes that we see emerging between the left and the right. In my opinion the extreme left is no better and ultimately no different than the extreme right. Both extremes end up in the same place. With regards to the differences between the current Canadian and American policies on immigration I will simply say you take the low road, we'll take the high road and we'll be in the Promised Land before ye. Peace.

Creep Catchers on W5 - Update

Creep Catchers are on W5 tonight at 7:00 PM. The Vice dot com reported that several stings have painted the vigilante pedophile hunters as bullies after targeting people with disabilities. CTV's W5 are asking if online pedophile hunters are 'catching' the innocent?

As I said before I think the idea behind the group is good. However, the president of the Surrey chapter is a convicted drug dealer. They've got to do criminal record checks if they want any credibility. The predatory drug dealers in Whalley are no better than the child molesters they pretend to confront. One is no better than the other. They are both bad.

After seeing a couple of stings in Surrey it just looked like a bunch of predatory drug dealers from the Surrey strip continuing their bullying into other areas on camera pretending to be heros when really they are just the same themselves. The drug dealers that sell drugs on the Whalley strip brutalize addicts and sex trade workers alike. They give the sex trade workers free drugs then take all of their money when they get a trick and demand free service from them beside the tree they dumped Janice Shore's body after sexually assaulting her and caving her head in with blunt force trauma for a drug debt. These creeps are the ultimate low lifes known to man. Them running around trying to be heros on the big screen is the epitome of hypocrisy.

CTV reported that the Surrey Creep Catchers crossed 'many lines' targeting man with disabilities. They guy they claimed was luring young girls was in a scooter. Catching people who are luring children into sex is a good thing but we have to look at who is really luring who.

CTV's W5 is reporting that "a W5 investigation of the largest vigilante network, the Creep Catchers, has found their cameras often don’t tell the whole story. Cases with truly horrifying chats have been lumped in with chats that show no evidence of any sexual intent. And the nationwide network’s enormous online audience isn’t told the difference." Some advocates think they may be motivated less by a pursuit of justice as a pursuit of fame and social media reach, which can lead to money. Not all chapters of Creep Catchers are drug dealers. The Surrey chapter is. That needs to be addressed. God damn the pusher man.

Update: Wow. I saw a clip from the W5 episode. The Edmonton chapter president went to a troubled young woman's house and posted a video of him shaming her at her house and she ended up committing suicide. That was horrific. He lured her. The fact that they reposted the video in their top ten catches shows that they are messed up.

W5 reviewed a chat log in another case and found no sexual content. The young man said he was offering help to a teenager who said he was growing up gay in rural Alberta. The chat logs show the pair is meeting “just as friends.” If you have money to burn, donate it somewhere else.

In Calgary Dawson Raymond defamed and targeted a 23 year old man who met an 18 year old girl. The Creep Catchers are just like the drug dealers outside the Front Room on the Whalley strip. If you don't help them give someone the boots, they will give you the boots. They targeted a woman in Red Deer Alberta simply because she spoke out against them.

The Creep Catchers need to be charged in the death of Katelynn McKnight.

Tim Shields from the RCMP is a bad man

Another out of court settlement for another RCMP sexual harassment lawsuit that has resulted in yet another gag order sweeping the RCMP's prolific sexual harassment under the carpet again.

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "A settlement has been reached in a lawsuit that alleged a former spokesman for the RCMP sexually harassed a colleague. A former civilian employee filed the lawsuit in 2014, alleging in court documents that Tim Shields physically and verbally harassed and assaulted her, and that the RCMP did not provide her with a safe work environment. The documents allege that Shields tried to undress the woman, exposed himself to her and sent text messages saying he wanted a sexual relationship."

CBC is reporting that Shields is still facing a criminal charge of sexual assault for misconduct that is alleged to have happened in 2009 and 2010. At that time he was the officer in charge of strategic communications at 'E' Division headquarters in B.C. The trial, set for the end of May, is scheduled to last three weeks."

Tim Shields wasn't as bad as Jim Brown but he was definitely one of the "Friends of Craig Callen" that was consistently being promoted while involved in sexual harassment. That is their MO. That is why they have a class action lawsuit against the RCMP. For letting the Friends of Craig Callen rise and thrive disgracing the uniform they are paid with tax dollars to represent.

CBC also reported that "While he was spokesman he apologized on behalf of the police force for inaccurate information that was given out after the Taser death of Polish immigrant Robert Dziekanski at the Vancouver airport." Lying for the old boys club. That's how he rose in the ranks. Pierre Lemaitre couldn't handle the hypocrisy and ended up committing suicide. Lest we forget.

Shane Maloney pleads guilty in Hells Angels drug ring

OK so it's all over the news. A BC criminal from Burnaby named Shane Maloney has plead guilty in that huge Hells Angels drug ring out of Montreal tied to Larry Amero and Rabih Alkhalil. Larry Amero as we know was a member of the Whiterock Hells Angels when he was shot in Kelowna for publically endorsing the Bacon Brothers on behalf of the Hells Angels and the cub pack. After getting shot and taking one for the team in Kelowna, the Hells Angels mysteriously put him in charge of two gigantic drug rings out of Montreal. So they say.

Larry is from here so he's multicultural. He's good for coercing minorities like Randy Naicker who was also shot dead in Vancouver. However, Larry certainly isn't the brains of the operation like Randy Jones over here is. Obviously someone else higher up was in charge in Montreal and Larry is the fall guy for it. A little je me souvien for the canuck non?

Likewise I'm going to have to question the validity of Shane Maloney's ties to the West End gang in Montreal and just how big that organization is today. No doubt it was huge in the early 1900's up until the /70's and the /80's. Just how prevalent they are now is what I'm questioning. It makes for great drama but I'm not sure how reality based it really is.

As previously reported Shane is in a wheelchair that's why they call him wheels. He says he was injured in a motorcycle accident. One outlet claimed it was a snowmobile accident here in BC. Yet locals claim it was something else. I'd like to find out for sure because it sounds awfully fishy to me. But then again, I'm just a cynical old man. Jimmy Cournoyer was no kingpin either.

All I know is that he was hanging out with some dirty cops from Quebec down in Mexico.

The Aging Rebel on Asset Forfeiture

A blog reader just sent me a link to this timely article on Asset Forfeiture from the Aging Rebel's blog. I have a lot of respect for the Aging Rebel. He's a smart man that is familiar with the US Courts. The subject of civl forfeiture has come up in Canada and for the most part we have been for it. It's all about reducing the proceeds of crime. The problem is who's the bigger criminal? The criminal or the government stealing from the criminal?

This dilemma was made very clear in Freeway Ricky's movie Crack in the System. In that documentary which is tied directly to the Gary Webb story, they interviewed a DEA agent who admitted after the CIA pulled the plug on the Oscar Blandón bust they were all on the take. The DEA agent admitted the new directive wasn't to get drugs off the streets, it was to seize as much drug money as they could to fund operations letting them keep finder fees for themselves.

The CIA ended up corrupting the whole lot of them. It's also reminiscent of the Documentary on New York Cop Corruption in the /80's called the Seven Five named after the 75th precinct that was dirty as f*ck. So the CIA are the ones bringing the drugs into the country and every other agency under the sun wants a piece of the pie. Now Donald Trump wants in too.

Seemingly in the States they can seize assets without a criminal conviction. Now that's criminal.

The Fentanyl Fraud Exposed

A local activist sent me this link to a Youtube video they made exposing how the Fentanyl Fraud is tied to campaign contributions from the pharmaceutical companies. He consistently raises valid points. I will add that adolescents shouldn't smoke pot and agree arresting more people for pot than for violent crime is insane. CBD is good, THC is not.

However, the point of the video is the fact that the pharmaceutical companies are literally making a killing off of the Fentanyl Fraud which is tied to advocates like Larry Campbell and Health Canada. This is why the Christy Clark government is spending massive amounts of tax dollars on harm promotion instead of treatment. The real criminals here are wearing suits and ties.

The Youtube video on the Fentanyl Fraud also names the BCIMC who as we know, defrauded the English Family out of their livelihood and a resort property worth millions of dollars near Tofino.

Justin Trudeau kills the Charter of Rights yet again

Justin Trudeau just pulled a Stephen Harper again. Big surprise. The cross border policing insanity has returned to the table under the disguise of the dark master. CBC is reporting that U.S. border guards would get new powers to question, search and even detain Canadian citizens on Canadian soil under a bill proposed by the Liberal government.

So tell me has Justin Beiber agreed to give US Agents diplomatic immunity while on Canadian soil as well? That was their concern before. Since Canadian officers can actually get charged with murder in Canada if they do in fact commit murder, US Police didn't want to be bound by Canadian law while armed in Canada. They wanted diplomatic immunity. I kid you not. That is insanity at best. You never arm a foreign police force to patrol your country then give them diplomatic immunity to break the law they are supposed to enforce. This reveals the true character of Justin Trudeau behind all the smoke and mirrors.

CBC is reporting that Legal experts say Bill C-23, introduced by Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale, and likely to pass in the current sitting of Parliament, could also erode the standing of Canadian permanent residents by threatening their automatic right to enter Canada. The bill would enshrine in law a reciprocal agreement for customs and immigration pre-clearance signed by the governments of Stephen Harper and Barack Obama in 2015. Both houses of Congress passed the U.S. version of the bill in December.

"A Canadian going to the U.S. through a pre-clearance area [on Canadian soil] can say: 'I don't like the way [an interview is] going and I've chosen not to visit your country.' And they can just turn around and walk out. Under the new proposed bill, they wouldn't be able to walk out. They can be held and forced to answer questions."

CBC is also reporting that one of those question is about your religious affiliation.

These politicians are the real enemies of the constitution. They have broken their oath to defend it. God help us. No one else will. Vote number 666 has returned to the table. This is how liberty dies. Watch Press for Truth Video: The Trudeau Deception

Kevin LeClair's murder trial

Kim Bolan reported on some interesting testimony that came out in Kevin LeClair's murder trial. Kevin was a Bacon brother associate gunned down in a Langley strip mall back in 2009. It was two years after the Surrey Six murder where Jamie Bacon and his brothers took over the leadership of the Red Scorpions on behalf of the Hells Angels.

The witness testified that he saw a man pull a machine gun out of a gym bag and light up the truck Kevin was in. The witness also said they saw a second man with a handgun who unsuccessfully tried to tried to open the driver's door before the co accused lit it up with a machinegun. Prosecutor David Jardine said in his opening submissions that former United Nations gang members would later testify that Vallee and Jesse Adkins were the two shooters that day. Adkins vanished in 2009 and is now believed to be dead. I'm assuming Cory Vallee was the one with the handgun while the bigger guy had the automatic weapon.

This one is sad. Kevin seemed like a nice guy. That forces us to ask what he was doing with Jamie Bacon and the rest of the swine flu because they were complete scumbags. If Kevin was such a nice guy, why was he friends with such a piece of garbage like Jamie Bacon? Perhaps after the Surrey Six murder, Kevin began to wake up and smell the coffee.

Previously Kim Bolan reported that Kevin LeClair was cooperating with the police regarding to the Surrey Six murder. That means he had a brain and a heart. It's just a shame they hit Kevin and missed Jamie. The police told a witness that Jamie Bacon ordered Kevin's murder for cooperating with the police. It appears that the police lied to the witness to try and get information from them.

Letting the Hells Angels obtain a monopoly on the local drug trade has not solved anything.

Stingray antennas being used in Surrey and Vancouver

Bloody hell, they just installed a camera and a stingray antenna right outside my house. Really?! There's nothing to see here guys. This is the same antenna they have at the Vancouver Courthouse in the DTES to intercept cell phone communications. Do you have a warrant for that officer? May I see a copy of the warrant? This is a side view of the antenna beside the camera:

Update: So all over Surrey you are now seeing cameras and sensors. They're not red light cameras that take a picture of your license plate if you run a red light, they are video cameras for monitoring just like at the mall. Everywhere you go you see sensor, camera - sensor, camera:

Outside my house you see sensor, camera and a stingray antenna:

With all the shootings in Surrey the cameras are likely a good idea. Cell phone monitoring isn't.

Wired dot com reported that a security researcher created a cell phone base station that tricks cellphones into routing their outbound calls through his device, allowing someone to intercept even encrypted calls in the clear. The picture above is of the directional antenna he used to reroute calls over his server to monitor them. When I was in Vancouver for the Nuttall case I called a reporter on my cell to give them my number. My cellphone was being rerouted through a different server when I called them. That is another way to monitor cellphone communications.

RCMP can spy on your cellphone, court records reveal

"The RCMP can secretly target and intercept Canadians' mobile phones, and they've used these covert surveillance techniques in a variety of major crime investigations across the country, court documents show."

Vancouver police admit using StingRay cellphone surveillance

Edmonton Police Admit to using Cellphone Surveillance then deny it.

David Revell's deportation hearing

Here's an interesting chain of events. I am told that David Revell, who was convicted of cocaine trafficking in Kelowna tied to the Hells Angels is now facing a deportation hearing because he is originally from the UK. I'm told he was due to be in court yesterday but I was unable to attend.

He is an associate of David Giles and was convicted of cocaine trafficking. In fact police wiretaps heard Giles claim Revell made him $30,000 in several months. The Crown couldn't prove it was through criminal activity although the Defense couldn't show what legitimate business it was from. Richard Rempel, another Hells Angels associate was David Revell's coacused.

In 2012 David Revell was charged with domestic assault but here's the twist. In 2005 David Revell and a whole whack of co accused appealed a court decision and failed. The interesting part is take a look at all the high profile names in the list of co accused appealing the same court decision. They're all Hells Angels and associates. Of course we see David Giles and Richard Rempel, but take a look at some of the other names:

Randy Potts, John Punko, Ron, Lising WTF? It even has Jonathon Bryce in that list. It's got CJ Barroby the Hells Angels associate who was given house arrest by Peter Leask for trafficking cocaine for the Hells Angels and now providers strippers to Shakerz / Tbarz. It even has Ryan the Surrey Hells Angels crystal meth cook that cooked meth for John Punko. That is certainly an interesting list of suspects so it is. What on earth were all they doing in Kelowna?

This must have been related to the EPandora bust since it names Jason Brown as a Hells Angels associate who was later found with Red Scorpion gear after the Surrey Six take over of that gang on behalf of the Hells Angles.

I have no problem with immigrants being deported if they engage in legitimate criminal activity. Working without a visa does not constitute legitimate criminal activity in my mind neither does simple membership in the Hells Angels. Cocaine trafficking does and so does rape. I just have a problem with fake news because Operation Northwoods was real and I do believe a lot of sensationalized events are orchestrated. Most of these events just don't make sense.
