News 1130 is reporting that a man is in custody after a double stabbing in a Newton Safeway. One of the suspects carjacked a vehicle to escape. The Surrey Leader is reporting that VPD caught the suspect in Vancouver. It wasn't a shoplifter or a robbery but to protect the integrity of the investigation, let's just run with that.
