Police make Arrests in Quebec City Gang Conflict

The Candain Press is reporting that "At least 21 people allegedly tied to a war over drug territory in eastern Quebec have so far been arrested in a provincial police operation that began last week. More arrests are possible during Operation Scandaleux, which is targeting the running conflict between the Blood Family Mafia and the Hells Angels in the Quebec City area, the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region, the Lower St-Lawrence and the North Shore, police said Monday."

"Videos are circulating of people connected to the war allegedly being tortured and officers have met with certain individuals to warn them their lives are at risk, police said. The war between the two groups has led to at least one murder."

Global is reporitng that "The peak of a bloody dispute that was months in the making and rife with brutality led to sweeping arrests in Quebec over the weekend, according to an organized crime expert. Criminologist and former Bloc Québécois MP Maria Mourani said the police crackdown resulted from a conflict between a street gang known as the Blood Family Mafia and the Hells Angels that came to blows." They even have a picture of Super Dave.

This is what the Dirty Newz has been reporting on. They have also mentioned the recent arrests.

    1. Sure. We could go back to 2009 and have people killing each other back and forth until the cows come home.

  2. The leader is on the run because of bounty on his head , I would not be fighting a war if my leader abandoned his soldiers well I wouldn’t be fighting no war in the first place , 10% that’s a big cut to profits though, understandable I guess

    1. I don't want to hate and I don't want to disrespect but Super Dave is no Mom Boucher. 10% is fair if they get protection. The problem is it's never just 10%.

    2. And guess who they need protection from.

  5. I question if this 10% tax actually exists and if so how the hell are they tracking it? Are all the dealers issuing receipts or keeping records in case they get audited?

Also a 10% tax actually isn't that bad. If you're legit and incorporated in BC you pay 11% corporate tax to the government for their daily protection.

Looking at it that way the underground economy is actually cheaper because they don't have GST and PST and carbon tax and all the other taxes the government nails us with to keep the peace.

    1. I'm not sure - Canada, Quebec, America... In the US they have more rivals. BC is Red and White. Quebec has always been notorious. Quebec Hells Angels have always had street cred but the Ontario Hells Angels haven't. I think Gumby's a part of that now.

    2. They are mostly older dudes now and by miracle avoided life imprisonment after operation SharQc fell apart. It's unlikely they want to go to war with a bunch of disorganized going street thugs unless necessary.

  9. Who could BFM's new supplier be? Do you think the Rizzutos are using BFM as soldiers?

    1. Whatever's left of them. It's possible but normally the Montreal HAs would be supplied by the Rizzutos. It's the Ontario Nomads that are supplied by Rizzuto rivals, the Calabrians of Hamilton.

  10. That's 10% of their profit not the retail value. There's a big difference. We know in Winnipeg the Hells Angels were charging to Zig Zag crew protection money as well as supplying them the drugs to sell so that was a double dip. Normally they just sell the drugs at a mark up. That's there profit. We have heard of some areas where they double dip like this.
