The Harper Government

I've heard mention of the Harper Government before but I didn't realize it was a rebrand and how Harper stopped using the term the Government of Canada and changed it to the Harper Government. Somewhat ironic for someone who claims to be right wing.

In fact the Harper Government seems to be really concerned about propaganda. The new Economic Action Plan ads will cost taxpayers 26 Million. Then there's Harper's negotiations for creating a Fox News North where the government can brainwash the public with blatantly biased news reports. All to help Harper get a majority government so he can "govern."

Let's just remind Mr. Harper what a minority government is. In a democratic society a minority government must form a coalition with another political party to assume the role of government. Otherwise it can not form the government. Thus making the term Harper government somewhat of an oxymoron.

Remember all that outrage the Harper Government had when the other three main political parties said they were going to form a coalition under the direction of Stephen Dion and dethrone Harper? The Harper Government went on and on about how undemocratic that was because the majority of Canadians didn't vote for Stephen Dion. Well let me break the bad news to the Harper government. The majority of Canadians didn't vote for him either.

143 seats out of 306 is less than half - 46.7% of the seats. 53.7% of the seats in the House do not belong to the Hapless Government. Now the past practice for any minority government in Canada is that since they have less than 50% of the seats, they must for a coalition with one other party so they collectively have more than 50% of the seats so they can govern. Otherwise anytime they submit a bill to the house it will fail and a non confidence will result.

Having said that, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the other three parties forming a coalition and assuming the role of government if they collectively have more than 50% of the seats. That is our democratic system. It's called compromise and coalition which is indeed in direct opposition to Mr. Harper's control and berate.

Don't get me wrong. I totally supported Preston Manning and the Reform Party's sweep of Western Canada. I felt balancing the budget to save social programs not abolish them was a noble quest. What I oppose is Stephen Harper pimping out the dream to unite the right instead of unite the bright and thereby merging with the dreaded Mulroneyism which plagued our nation with unrighteous dominion and fiscal irresponsibility. That is the same quest Harper currently obsesses over. No wonder Stockwell Day has had enough.

I don't see Ignatieff as the answer either. He claims torture is good like Chretien claimed sponsorship is good. Although Chretien was bad with money, I liked him as a human being and as a leader of our country. He didn't follow the US into Iraq for their oil. That we can be proud of. Harper would have.

I liked Trudeau too. He was a leader not a politician. He gave us the Charter of Rights. Although the debt rose greatly under their leadership no more so than under Harper's or Mulroney's. Those spin doctors claim the other guys will tax and spend yet they are the worse offenders. At least the other guys spend the money on the people not their political partners.

I wish the Green party would draw a line between pot and crack. I cannot vote for anyone who maintains the position that we should legalize all drugs. Decriminalization of pot is one thing, legalization of crack, meth and date rape drug is another. A responsible society doesn't do that. Yet it is clear that Harper has gone far enough. Giving him any more seats in an election would be bad for Canada and bad for democracy. Harper needs to stop talking and start listening. Something he hasn't done since he formed government.

---------------------------------------------------------------

I just saw one of the new Harper adds and it made me sick to my stomach. I sure hope he's not using tax dollars for his personal campaign adds. I'm all for patriotism and being proud of being Canadain but Stephen Harper is not Molsen Canadian beer commercial material. The Pillsbury Mr. Rogers does not stir patriotism and that face is reminiscent of Gordon Campbell.

People got so fed up with seeing Gordon Campbell's face in adds the BC Liberals had to stop running his face in adds because their popularity was plummeting. You look at Gordon Campbell and all that comes to mind is dishonest arrogance and ruthless cuts to senoirs to pay for his two massive pay raises and his gold plated pension. I'm starting to get that feeling when I see the Harper adds. Mind you Iggy is worse. Now that's a face only a mother could love.

Harper government found in contempt.

Ontario's Criticism of their Judges

I find it somewhat interesting that while some claim criticizing a judge's decision in B.C. is blasphemous, Ontario doesn't seem to have a problem with it. Over minor issues. The latest one is described in an article in the Globe and Mail.

The Globe referred to one as the judge who writes like a paperback novelist. The article claims that because one Ontario judge uses complex sentences in his decisions and writes like a crime novelist he is out of control and should be the subject of a judicial council complaint.

I'm not going to get into the merits of the complaint against the judge, much. Other than the obvious fact that I really don't see what the big deal is. If he overturned a murder conviction and the evidence would lead one to believe that he should not have overturned that conviction then speak to the conviction not the words he used to describe it.

The article admits that Judge Watt’s transformation is seen by some as part of a welcome trend away from impenetrable, legal jargon. No kidding. The uproar is that others feel that the author of a judgment ought to be an invisible presence. Yeah whatever. Hence my point: the big deal isn't really a big deal.

What I do find interesting is this whole judicial council complaint process that seems to be such an active tool in Ontario to deal with bad judges shall we say. Why can't we use a judicial council to get rid of a real idiot like Peter Leask?

I'm not talking about minor concerns about his unprofessional swearing in court. I'm talking about his treasonous decisions that let a Hells Angel off Scott free when he was caught red handed loading boxes of 52 kilograms of cocaine from His storage locker onto a truck. He was caught red handed and Peter Leask let him walk. The accused said he didn't know what was in the boxes. Those kind of judicial decisions constitute treason.

Finally some of Leaks bizarre decisions are being appealed and overturned but that is such a long and expensive process. Let's do the world a favor and fire his ass through the judicial council complaint process. Don't we have one in BC? Only in Ontario? Why is that?

Hells Angel Affiliates and the Rizutto murders

The three accused of firebombing the Rizutto funeral home are: Alexandre Toualy, Julien Bourassa-Richer, both 27, and Sounthone Chareunsouk, 30.

Since Sounthone Chareunsouk was a member of d'allégeance bleue gang and one media outlet in Quebec suspects that gang is responsible for the dastardly deed.

Operation Axe established the affiliation between a major street gang allegiance blue, the Syndicate - affiliates of the Hells Angels - and a well-structured crime cell dedicated to drug trafficking in South West Montreal.

We know Gregory Wooley was Mom Boucher's pal who hooked the Hells Angels up with the Crips in Montreal helping them take over that drug trade. He was denied statutory release in 2008 but his sentence ended on Dec. 26, 2009.

The Syndicate is a gang that developed out of the Nomad chapter through Gregory Wooley, a Hells Angels associate who formed the Syndicate years ago. Zephyr took control of the gang in 2006 while Wooley, who has yet to be tried in Project Axe, was behind bars.

We also know that the dirt bags who killed the elderly Rizutto in his own home with a sniper in the bushes in front of his own family was not Italian. Nor were the dirt bags who firebombed a funeral home. That does sound more like low life Hells Angels affiliates.

Wooden Towers

BC Architects win Bob and Doug McKenzie's award for brain surgery. They are planning to build sky scrappers as high as 30 stories out of wood. Idiots. What happens when a fire breaks out? The next breakthrough is houses made of cards and Schools made of straw.

Harper Hides Crime Bill Costs

The Speaker of the House has ruled against the Harper government claiming they breached parliamentary privilege by refusing to provide all documents the Standing Committee on Finance requested detailing the full cost of its crime bills. No kidding. How much will it cost to send every Canadian citizen who smokes a blunt to jail? How will that help us deal with violent crime and hard drugs in the face of already over crowded prisons in an economic recession?

The government wants to take more money from us to put more of us in jail. What a democracy. Don't get me wrong, we need changes in our judicial system. We need prudent course corrections not sweeping catastrophe. House arrest for trafficking cocaine for the Hells Angels is insane. We won't have any money to fix that problem if we spend more than we have sending all the pot smokers to jail. Crack and meth are the problem, not pot.

Locking a prolific offender who commits a large amount of crime to pay for their drug habit in jail for three months is logical and prudent. Sending everyone to jail who jay walks, smokes a joint or drives after having two drinks with dinner is not. It really isn't brain surgery but Harper isn't getting it and Ignatieff is an idiot.

David Giles and Airplane Mark

Interesting photo of David Giles and Airplane Mark. Kinda suspicious whenever a Hells Angels or associate is pals with a pilot.

Shake that bootie Skeletor. Actually, please don't. You might wanna just put your shirt back on and wipe your drool.

After posting some pictures of David Giles someone from Kelowna contacted me and said they recognized the guy in the photo. They said they saw him at a public function wearing a Hells Angels jacket and they thought it was odd. At first they thought he was a clown pretending to be a Hells Angel. Go figure. He does look more like a Shriner than an Hells Angel.

Operation Watchtower

When Gary Webb's article Dark Alliance came out it created an uproar in LA. The possibility of the CIA being involved in part for their cocaine epidemic in the /80's was indeed shocking. In response to the public outcry, John Deutch, the Director of the CIA at the time held a town hall meeting in LA to address the public concerns.

At that town hall meeting, Mike Ruppert, a former LAPD officer took the mike and claimed the CIA had approached him to traffic drugs in LA and that the Agency has been dealing drugs in LA for years. Of course Mike Ruppert has subsequently under gone a character assignation like Gary Webb and anyone else other than Judge Bonner who has spoke out about any of this. Yet Mike Ruppert cited Operation Watchtower.

Although *someone* has been active on the Internet trying to bury the story and rewrite history by referencing a different Operation Watchtower, others have cited the real operation which clearly involved the CIA drugs for arms network out of Central America.

Al Martin, retired Navy Intelligence officer describes in detail what Operation Watchtower really was in his book The Conspirators.

Operation Watchtower was originally developed and built in 1976 by an elite Air Force group under the command of the Defence Intelligence Agency known as Task Force Hawk. Watchtower was a series of very powerful radio transmitters on towers with beacons on the ends of them from Andros Island off the coast of Columbia all the way up to US air space.

Aircraft could triangulate a position from the towers. The beacons created a "safe corridor." All aircraft flying through that corridor would not be intercepted. On the US end, aircraft emitting the proper frequency would not be inspected by customs.

The corridor was created originally for the same purpose it was used later on in the Iran-Contra - to provide a safe corridor for the shipping north of narcotics and the shipping south of weapons pursuant to authorized narcotics and weapons transaction.

Al Martin is of the opinion that the deal had to have had the approval of the then Panama dictator General Omar Trujillo who was paid in a Swiss bank account every month. Later Trujillo complained he wasn't getting paid enough and was assassinated and replaced by Noriega.

Colonel Edward P. Cutolo claimed there were a series of three electronic beacon towers beginning outside of Bogata, Columbia, and running northeast to the border of Panama." With the beacons in place and activated, aircraft could fix on their signal and fly undetected from Bogata to Panama, landing at Albrook Air Station.

Cutolo testified that the cargo flown from Colombia into Panama was cocaine. Cutolo claimed during the Feb., 1976, Watch Tower Mission, 30 high performance aircraft landed safely at Albrook Air Station where the planes were met by Col. Tony Noriega, a Panama Defence Force Officer assigned to the Customs and Intelligence Section. Also present at most of the arrivals was CIA Agent Edwin Wilson.

There is a lot more documented information about the time frame but my point is simple. Gary Webb wrote a powerful series of articles about the CIA trafficking cocaine in the United States of America. His article was met with rage and denial. He lost his job and documented everything in a well written book of the same name, Dark Alliance. Not to mention the testimony of former CIA Agent Chip Tatum. Chip referred to the Pegasus File which Mike Ruppert cited.

The fact is the CIA was directly involved in a huge cocaine for arms trade between Central America and Mena Arkansas. That has been documented. Oliver North was in charge of everything that went in and out of Nicaragua at the time. Only instead of rotting away in a US prison like Freeway Ricky and Manuel Noriega, they made him a FOX News host. Go figure.

One arrest in downtown shelter sex assaults

A man has been arrested for one of the six sexual assaults reported at a Downtown Eastside cold weather shelter, say police.

Women’s groups on the Downtown Eastside are horrified by reports that six women have been sexually assaulted while taking refuge in an overnight shelter.

MacDougall said women are terrified to make first-person reports to police, although two of the sexual assault complaints were made by victims, another by paramedics called to help a viciously violated woman, and one by church staff.

I'm shocked and confused. Why aren't these reports taken seriously and how on earth can that happen in a crowded shelter? Do they meet them at the shelter and drag them outside or are they sexually assaulted in a crowed room? Are we talking about grabbing an ass or are we talking about rape? Raping someone in a crowded room and no one helps stop it is absolutely mind boggling.

Jane Doe from Pickton's farm

This is strange. Police task force just released a sketch in attempt to identify a Jane Doe from Pickton's farm. I'm not sure why they waited this long to release the sketch and I wonder how many others like her they have found.

Likewise the Coroner just released remains of Pickton victims to their families. Like that wasn't a bizarre delay. I guess I'm just naive. So when will all the evidence in the trial become part of the public domain?

Christy Clark takes Liberal leadership

So Christy Clark is in. She was the only candidate that had a hope in hell of saving the doomed liberals. Kevin Falkner was a Campbell Clone. Unfortunately, I'm afraid a fresh new face won't change the entire party that embraced Campbell's brazen defiance of the public interest.

Industrial Hemp

I don't have much more to say but I do have something to say about Industrial Hemp. Industrial hemp is different than pot. Industrial Hemp used to be a large crop in North America. Hemp paper is totally sustainable and was very common in Europe.

When we look at how we are still clear cutting forests and still not selectively harvesting them that act is criminal. As is the fact that we let the commercial pulp and paper industry crush the hemp industry just like we let the oil companies kill the electric car. That is a crime.

Hemp paper should be legal. That is one law we can change right now. We can argue about the legalization of marijuana until the cows come home. Hemp paper is something sustainable that we can support right now.

The same with hemp rope. The big oil companies rather we use rope made from petroleum products because they are rich and greedy. Hemp rope was and is a better product. Legalizing industrial hemp is something we can do right now without legalizing marijuana, crack or meth. It would be good for our economy and our environment.

Why even Ron Paul thinks we should legalize Industrial Hemp. Mind you Ron Paul also thinks we should legalize all drugs which is rather absurd. Don't forget, he wasn't elected. The legalization of marijuana in California failed. The Marijuana party in Canada will never form a majority government. So let's talk about compromise.

The Green party has embraced a marijuana party affiliate and adopted the platform of legalizing all drugs. Guess what. They didn't get elected either. Legalizing all drugs in socially irresponsible. As it stands the Green party won't draw a line in the sand between pot and crack or meth. The lobbyists want it all. If they drew a line in the sand and said they don't support the legalization of crack or crystal meth, I could support them. Right now I can't.

Let's go for the decriminalization of pot, not legalization and let's go for the legalization of Industrial hemp. That is a goal within reach.

What kind of society do we want to live in?

Wednesday is Pink Shirt stand up to bullies day. Although pink just isn't my colour, I completely support the message. I don't want to live in a society that allows bullies to thrive. On the same note, I don't want to live in the other extreme and end up like Texas where someone can do real time in prison for possession of a couple of joints. I know I am naive and idealistic, but I aspire to finding a balance between the extremes.

Cutting someones hand off for theft or capital punishment for a drug offense is in my opinion extreme. Yet so is house arrest for trafficking cocaine for the Hells Angels. Both extremes are wrong.

I do believe rehabilitation should be a factor in incarceration. Not the primary factor because public safety is but it should be a factor nonetheless. Christianity is all about second chances. Starting over and learning from our mistakes. In fact Christ talked about visiting those in prison and ranked it right up with visiting the sick, feeding the hungry and clothing the naked.

Many people have volunteered their time on Prison Alternatives committees trying to find a better way than just locking people up in cages. Yet it's clear that our noble ideal of rehabilitation has gone to the other extreme where violent crime has no real consequence. This needs to change but we don't need to change it to the other extreme.

All of us rather spend tax dollars on schools and hospitals than on more prisons. However, I don't want to live in a society that's run by organized crime. That is not the kind of society I want to leave for my children. That's not the kind of society our forefathers fought in the trenches to protect.

I get a lot of slack for expressing my opinion in a blog. Sometimes I cross the line and say things that are pretty rude and I suppose I deserve it. I'm just fed up with the consistent lies and denial that are no longer believable.

I'm fed up with politicians who put themselves above the needs of the people who elected them. I'm fed up with criminals who think they can bully everyone forever. It's all about the golden rule - treating others the way you want to be treated. Don't sell crack to kids. Don't sell date rape drug to anyone and don't cry like a baby in court when you are caught selling date rape drug. That is absurd.

And just for the record, I don't sell pot and I haven't smoked a blunt in 25 years. I would rather live in a society where people smoke pot than in a society where people smoke crack or meth. It's like night and day. They're two different worlds. And I don't want to live in a police state where police are beating civilians without cause or locking them away in jail for smoking a joint. Is it really that hard to understand?

Suspect arrested in Laura Szendrei's murder

This case is heartbreaking. I find it disturbing for two reasons. First the obvious. Why would a 15 year old girl be beaten to death in broad daylight? Why would anyone do that not to mention another 17 year old kid.

We have all heard about sexual deviants who rape and murder. Yet that wasn't the case. Why would he do that? I search for a motive. I certainly can't understand the reasoning behind the stabbing of Chuck Cadman's son because someone didn't like his hat.

Or the swarming of Micheal Levy where a group of youth gave him the boots then took an axe to the back of his head. Bizarre. Senseless. Brutal. Yet this wasn't Surrey, this was Delta. Delta is a really nice neighbourhood that has no doubt been scarred by this tragic event.

The other thing I find disturbing is her father's boasting of his criminal association. On at least two separate occasions we saw photos of him posing with his daughter and some of his daughter's friends in Hells Angels support gear. I find that very disturbing. I find it very disturbing that he invited members of that criminal organization to attend his daughter's funeral in gang colours. The tragedy continues.

Yes we have the freedom of association but the criminal activities of the Hells Angels are no longer being kept secret. Andre Watteel, the former president of the Niagara Hells Angels was just found guilty of cocaine trafficking. He was arrested along with five members of the Hamilton chapter. This after pretty much all of the Niagara chapter went down for selling cocaine and date rape drug.

The judge noted Watteel and his wife were organizers of a Christmas toy drive and had performed other charitable works in their community. These good works were taken into consideration, Takach said, but they were outweighed by the harm done by drugs such as cocaine.

“Cocaine is an insidious poison that has destroyed innumerable lives. Even before one ounce reaches the street, it is indubitably soaked with the blood of others."

Now I am in absolutely no way saying that this young girl deserved to die because her father associated with a criminal organization. That is absurd and offensive. As is the concept that she was targeted because of her father's criminal associations. As much as I oppose the Hells Angels selling crack and murdering people, the very thought of harming one of their children because of their crimes is absolutely deranged. I was even upset when they killed Juel Stanton and he certainly wasn't innocent of all wrong doing.

Once again, what on earth could the motive be for her murder? Was it a crazed former boyfriend who said if he can't have her no one can? That indeed would be tragic. Yet if they all knew about her father's associations, would a crazed kid really risk it? It's all very sad and very misguided.

Some claim that since an arrest has been made we owe the father an apology. Well with or without an arrest I am deeply sorry for his tragic loss. Yet I'm not sorry for expressing my concerns about his bragging about his criminal associations in front of his daughter and her friends. I just think that is inappropriate.

I'm certainly not comfortable with participating in a take back the night rally until her father helps us all take back the night by laying aside his criminal associations. I certainly have no faith in criminals becoming the judge and jury for public crime simply because that criminal organization has a long history of lies and denial shrouding internal betrayal.

I will however say that Laura's father is a lucky man. He is lucky because he has such a wonderful family not because he has friends who belong to a criminal organization. Life does not end at death. As the mother said they indeed will always be a family of four and no one can take that from them. May we all find peace amidst these horrible events.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Everyone is talking about the outfit her father was wearing at the recent press conference. Hiway Choppers seemed innocent enough. Except for the fact that someone pointed out Hiway Choppers is owned by John Bryce president of the East Vancouver chapter of the Hells Angels. It would appear her father still hasn't grown up and that's a shame.

Andre Watteel

A former president of the Niagara chapter of the Hells Angels was sentenced on Tuesday to 4 ½ years in prison for trafficking in cocaine and possessing the proceeds of crime.

Andre Watteel, 58, of Cambridge, pleaded guilty in September to selling just under one kilogram of high-grade cocaine to an agent of the police during 28 separate transactions between March 3 and Sept. 28, 2009.

The convicted biker was ordered to return the $60,000 that police provided to the undercover agent to buy the cocaine. Watteel also forfeited a PT Cruiser automobile he had driven during some of the coke deals.

Watteel was arrested with five Hamilton members of the Hells Angels and one from Nanticoke. The only man yet to be tried is John Cane of Hamilton whose case is set for Feb. 28.

Civil Forfeiture

Two stories about civil forfeiture made the news recently. In my opinion one is good, the other is bad. A while ago the police seized the Hells Angels clubhouse in Nanaimo under the civil forfeiture act - proceeds of crime. That I think was a good thing. The Hells Angels recently lost their second attempt to block that forfeiture, which is good.

The other case involved the police seizing the home where a grow op operated out of. Personally I think that over steps and sets a bad precedent. As I've said before, there's a big difference between a grow op and a crack house or a meth lab. Seizing the property of every grow op oversteps just like it does when they seize your car for driving after having two drinks with dinner. Letting criminals sell and smoke crack in public but seizing someone';s car for two drinks or their house for having a few pot plants is disproportionate.

Now I'm not saying I think the police should only seize Hells Angels grow ops and not anyone else's. I'm saying I don't think the government should be seizing grow ops. Once again, in a democratic society, the public elect the politicians who make the rules and tax dollars pay the police's salaries who enforce the rules. Surely the public should then be involved in the creation and enforcement of those rules. If it is a democratic society that is.

In 2005 police raided a grow-operation in a Kelowna house that East End Hells Angels member Joseph Skreptak owned, but had rented out. Skreptak was not in the house when the raid occurred, but his truck -- with a Hells Angels sticker on it -- was parked there and another Hells Angels sticker was on the front door of the home.

Although Skreptak owned the house he claimed he had nothing to do with the grow op in the home because he rented it out to someone else. Which simply is not believable because his car was parked out front and the grow had a Hells Angels sticker on it broadcasting to the world not to fuck with it because it was owned by the Hells Angels.

In this case, even though it involved a Hells Angel, I don't think they should seize the home for two reasons. First it oversteps and second, it won't hurt the Hells angels because they're just put the risk of loss on to a contractor.

It will however, increase the tax base and be a cash cow for the government which in my opinion is wrong. Especially if they want to use that money to build a million more prisons to incarcerate everyone for the possession of pot.

The problem isn't pot. The problem is meth and crack. The problem is trading the BC Bud for cocaine in the states and bringing it back to be sold here as crack. That is the problem that needs to be addressed.

It's like the new law about seizing your car for speeding. 40 km over the limit is fine for giving a speeding ticket but too soon to seize someone's car. I know we all laughed when the two Hells Angels were caught speeding through traffic on the pink princess and had their bikes seized under the new legislation. Excessive speeding and reckless driving is grounds for seizing a vehicle not 40 K.

The ideal is finding a balance between the extremes which never seems to happen. Addressing organized crime is a good thing. Becoming a police state is not.

Abandoned grow-op in Salmon Arm

Like this isn't suspicious. November 28 2010 it was reported that Four men linked to the Kelowna Hells Angels were caught speeding through Salmon Arm with a cache load of weapons, bear spray, balaclavas, bullet proof vest and a cell phone jammer.

Joseph Bruce Skreptak was the Hells Angel in the car with three associates including Cory Montemurro. So where were they going and what were they planning to do? Many speculated that they were on their way to do a grow rip. That's why they had the cell phone jammers. More like another grow op takeover.

Well on January 14 2011, Salmon Arm RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on the Trans Canada Highway near Blind Bay and found a fully operational grow op. The hydroponic lights were on but nobody was home.

"The home and shop were outfitted as a large marijuana grow operation, with the capacity of producing 3000 plants. No one was home at the time of police attendance and it appears that this grow operation had been abandoned," says Salmon Arm RCMP Staff Sergeant Kevin Keane.

Keane says although the equipment was still running, approximately 2000 smaller plants were found in various stages of decay.

"There's plants just dying. Nobody was tending it. It looks like someone just got up and left," says Keane. He says he has never seen something like this before and can't explain why someone would leave thousands of plants to decay.

Wow, you'd think they might have thought the Hells Angels were on to them and were going to take them over so they left town. Go figure.

Ryan Chiappie IS...

So what is Ryan Chiappie? Jay Hall's best friend, Leader of the Independent Soldiers in PG, or just another MMA fighter? One thing's for sure, those aren't cauliflower ears, they're freakin elephant ears.

George Mcbeth - the other Renegade

Who's the other member in that huge crew again? Oh right, that'd be Georgie Mcbeth. Georgie sure likes the rear position. What is he inserting with his hand anyways? They sure are all smiley about it. The life of a prospect puppet.

More sneakers. Jeepers creepers where'd you get those sneakers? Or how about their meth head prospect trying to look big when he's not:

Darrel R. Lavoie was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance and was found guilty of contravening an order for safe storage of a firearm. Let's hope he doesn't shoot himself in the foot. If he had half a brain he would be dangerous.

Thing have never been the same for the Renegades after they killed Billy Moore. Looks like the Hells Angels already shot themselves in the foot over that one.

So is Eric Fike president of the PG GTS now?

Jason Hall and the Renegades

So how long has Jason Hall been president of the Prince George Renegades? Why did they kill Billy Moore anyways? Surely they didn't claim he was an informant. Just because he sponsored someone who turned out to be an informant doesn't mean he was. Sean Wolfe sponsored someone who turned out to be an informant. That doesn't make him one.

Jason Hall was convicted of trafficking pot which would confirm media reports that the Renegades, who are a Hells Angels puppet club in Prince George, primarily deal with pot and leave the cocaine for the finger puppet clubs they oversea for the Hells Angels namely the GTS, Independent Soldiers and the Crew.

Back in the day they used to say there has never been a Hells Angel convicted of a drug trafficking offense. Now a days, we're hard pressed to find a Hells Angel that hasn't been either convicted of drug trafficking or has done business with someone who has.

Jason's court order is rather amusing. He was selling to what he thought was an Asian gang. Which just goes to show you the Hells Angels are more than happy to sell to the Asian gangs as long as they're making the money from it.

They say there's a new dial a dope number you can call in Prince George. You won't get any weed but you sure will get a Dope. Happy VD LG. Ya Creep.

Team Giles does the Creep

OK this one has absolutely nothing to do with drugs, organized crime or the Hells Angels. I just saw that commercial for Bruster Ice Cream and thought was pretty funny. Surely Team Bryce can see the humour in it. Team Giles might not get it cause they're a bunch of Creeps.

Funny how they got T-Pain to help with that Weird Hal Porteous I'm on a MF Boat spoof. Now they have Niki Minaij helping them with their Team Giles doing the Creep spoof. When they're out at a club Team Giles be doing the GHB Creep. In fact that's all those puppets ever do when they walk the street. They do the Creep.

Team Giles vs Team Bryce

Well it looks like Team Giles made page 25 of icon Okanagan Lifestyle Magazine. Speaking of Skeletor, the whole beef with him and Bryce reminds me of that stupid Twilight saga. Team Jacob versus Team Edward. Edward, Like who's gonna root for a femmie looking vampire anyways? Team Jacob all the way.

Clearly, John Bryce's supporters are Team Jacob. Hey, that's not a dogie, that's a chupacabra! Team Giles supporters are obviously Team Edward. You can tell by the way they all get their eyebrows done at Meryl Normans.

Let's see who gets screwed next by Team Giles. The casualties are sure adding up. Lies and Greed.

Betrayal within the Hells Angels

I know I've talked about the Lennoxville massacre before but I'm going to reexamine it and discuss the subsequent plague of betrayal that continued which has become a blight upon our society and within the Hells Angels in Canada.

In March 1985 the Hells Angels chapter in Lennoxville, about 90 miles east of Montreal, invited members of the Laval chapter for a party. When the Hells Angels from Laval arrived at the party, they were ambushed and shot in the head by Hells Angels from Lennoxville. One source claims they thought the Laval chapter was squandering drug profits by consuming too much of the product themselves.

Salvatore Cazzetta was pissed and saw the massacre as a betrayal and violation of the biker code. Bouchard, the convicted rapist didn't have a problem with it and joined the Hells Angels. Cazzetta didn't and helped form the Rock Machine.

One account claims the Laval chapter thought something was up and didn't show up at the party but they did show up when they were summoned to an official club meeting. It has been said that Halifax chapter was present and that is why they were tried for being participants in the massacre.

One blog reader from Halifax claimed that the Halifax chapter didn't know about what was going to happen before hand, they were just called in to be witnesses of the event. He claimed that Randy Mersereau had a problem with it but David Wolf Carol didn't. That historic event shows you what kind of people were attracted to the Hells Angels and what kind of people had beef with the Hells Angels in Canada.

Normand "Biff" Hamel was another example. He was a prospect in that chapter and witnessed them murder his sponsors. He didn't have a problem with it and like Mom Boucher used it as a stepping stone to advance himself in the club. Yves Trudeau on the other hand was a little closer to his friends they murdered and turned police informant after that.

Randy thought those guys were too controlling and wanted out so he left and they killed him. As well as his brother and his brother's common law wife. Now there's talk about the same people being involved with Randy's murder may have been involved in Rusty and Ellen Hall's murder.

In Vancouver, Juel Stanton was murdered. Everyone makes up stories like so and so deserved to get beaten by the Hells Angels because they were robbing a Hells Angels grow op. Yet I think sometimes those allegations are untrue. The Hells Angels beat up who ever they want and if they say the person robbed a Hells Angels grow op the public won't think twice about it.

However, Juel Stanton robbed grow ops and took them over for the Hells Angels. That is what they had him do. Just like recently people claiming to be Hells Angels with guns scared the shit out of a kid in the American Backpackers Hostel.

One has to wonder why they betrayed Stanton and killed him. One person said he was tied to the Surrey House of Horrors and was involved in the Pickton murders. Yet that same person said his death ended the Hells Angels involvement with Pickton. Unfortunately, that doesn't make sense. Did Stanton attend parties at Piggy's Palace? He certainly wasn't the only one who did. That was the Haney chapter's gig. Dave Pickton didn't want to testify at his brother's trial because he was invited to a Hells Angels rally of some kind. Somehow I don't think Stanton was the only Hells Angel connection to Pickton.

One person claimed he was robbing grow ops and taking them over that were already owned by other Hells Angels. Yet why would he do that? It doesn't really make sense. Personally, I think they killed his simply because he was drawing bad press. Just like why some think they're gonna kill John Punko next: simply because he might lose his criminal org case. There sure ain't no L and R there. That kind of betrayal is really messed up.

I'm told that the new Rock Machine consist of mostly ex Hells Angels. You can't keep kicking people out for stupid things and not expect them to network, organize and mobilize against you. That kind of arrogant control freak conduct will come back to bite you in the ass so it will.

That's not even mentioning the really good people who were betrayed like Brittney Irving or Geoff Meisner. They both were murdered and they both had ties to the Hells Angels. The rumors were false. They did not rat on or steal from the Hells angels. Those accusations are bullshit.

So here's the deal. Not only is the Hells Angels racked with internal betrayals, it is filled with secrecy. People are only told things on a need to know basis. If Quebec didn't let Halifax know about the Lennoxville massacre until after the fact, what other secrets are they keeping from each other?

Word has it that Giles was keeping things from Bryce. If two leaders are keeping things from each other, then how much more so are they keeping things from their wives, members and prospects. It's like that double life syndrome we were talking about. Colonel Wingnut led a double life and no one had any idea what kind of freak he really was.

Then there's the Death Riders take over and the Christmas of /95 betrayal when Bobby Moyes, the hit man who murdered a Hells Angels informant claimed Salvatore Ciancio wanted Mike the guy who Moyes brought with him to do the job, killed at the house after the couple was murdered.

Blind love and blind loyalty is a dangerous thing when you're dealing with an organization that has a long history of secrets and betrayal.

Betrayal in Organized Crime

They say there is no loyalty among thieves. History would confirm that. Recently I took my kids to see the Green Hornet. It's a refreshing comedy like a Jackie Chan movie. The Green Hornet is a clumsy Tim the Toolman type and Kato keeps saving his ass. Jay Chou did the Bruce Lee tribute honourably. Nevertheless, Cameron Diaz is the beauty and the brains of the movie. By predicting what the Green Hornet will do next, she unknowingly tells them what to do.

Twice she quotes a case involving John Gotti who at one time invited one of his rivals to a private meeting and had him killed. She then explained that is likely what will happen to the Green Hornet. Sure enough, the Green Hornet was invited to a meeting where they tried to kill him.

Now I'm not familiar with the case involving John Gotti Cameron Diaz's character was referring to in the movie but back in the day that kind of betrayal was not honourable. Take the opening scene from Braveheart. Braveheart's father was invited to a special meeting with England along with other possible revolutionaries where they were ambushed and murdered. In the movie, Braveheart had the images of his father's murder sealed in his mind since youth.

It was as we say, a cheap move. Back in the days of the American Revolution, the British would complain the Americans weren't follow the rules of combat on the battlefield. They were shooting officers first not last. They thought that tactic was archaic as it would result in chaos on the battlefield. I'm like you have got to be kidding. Of course they're going to shoot officers first. It's war.

Yet the Braveheart ambush violated those rules of combat as well. In fact in Nicaragua, Anastasio Somoza García, a close friend of the American government, was put in charge. Fearing future armed opposition from Sandino, Somoza invited him to a meeting in Managua, where Sandino was assassinated on February 21 of 1934 by soldiers of the National Guard. Hundreds of men, women, and children from Sandino's agricultural colony were executed later.

This whole concept of inviting someone to a special meeting then killing them is cheap and clearly happens in organized crime where there is no loyalty among thieves, only greed. That brings us back to the Lennoxville massacre and the era of ongoing betrayal within the Hells Angels.

Nicaragua No Pasaran

So let's get this straight... the US crack epidemic in the /80's was all because the CIA didn't like the results of a democratic election in Nicaragua and used the cocaine to fund the Contra's counter insurgency? And the US War on Drugs was really a war with the CIA's drug importing competition? Woah.. narley Dude.

After all, Oliver North knew Barry Seal and claimed Barry Seal had information about the Sandinistas smuggling cocaine. Heaven forbid the Sandinistas were doing the same thing the CIA was on behalf of the Contras. No wonder the CIA wanted to eliminate their competition.

Let's take a quick peek at the history of Nicaragua. Originally, Nicaragua was a Spanish colony back in the 1500's but gained it's independence in 1821. José Santos Zelaya became president at the turn of the century. Nicaragua was initially the preferred location for the construction of a canal.

When the United States shifted its interests to Panama, Zelaya negotiated with Germany and Japan in an unsuccessful effort to have a canal constructed in his state. Fearful that president Zelaya might generate an alternative foreign alignment in the region, the U.S. labeled him a tyrant in opposition to U.S. planned hegemony.

In 1909, the United States provided political support to conservative-led forces rebelling against President Zelaya. Aside from wanting to build a canal, Zelaya attempted to regulate foreign access to Nicaraguan natural resources. How dare he? That's worse then dumping British tea into the Boston Harbour.

The French government had inquired to the U.S. whether a loan to Nicaragua would be deemed unfriendly, the U.S. secretary of state required the loan to be conditional on U.S. relations.

U.S. Marines occupied Nicaragua from 1912 to 1933. When the Americans left in 1933, they set up the Guardia Nacional (National Guard), a combined military and police force trained and equipped by the Americans and designed to be loyal to U.S. interests.

To me there are definite similarities between the US control of a canal in Panama with England's control of the Suez canal in Egypt. It was about money not democracy.

The Somoza family came to power as part of a US-engineered pact in 1927 that stipulated the formation of the Guardia Nacional, or the National Guard, to replace the U.S. marines that had long reigned in the country. That dynasty lasted from 1936 - 1979.

In 1961 Carlos Fonseca, turned back to the historical figure of Sandino, and along with 2 others founded the Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN). Fonseca turned to the KGB and Cuba's DGI for arms and assistance.

Upon assuming office in 1981, U.S. President Ronald Reagan condemned the FSLN for joining with Cuba in supporting Marxist revolutionary movements in other Latin American countries such as El Salvador. Reagan was also concerned about the growing Soviet and Cuban presence in Nicaragua, and the Soviet hope to turn Nicaragua into a "second Cuba."

Under the Reagan Doctrine, his administration authorized the CIA to have their paramilitary officers from their elite Special Activities Division begin financing, arming and training rebels, some of whom were the remnants of Somoza's National Guard, as anti-Sandinista guerrillas that were branded "counter-revolutionary" by leftists (contrarrevolucionarios in Spanish). This was shortened to Contras, a label the anti-socialist forces chose to embrace.

Nicaragua No Pasaran documentary.

This is the problematic nature of sticking your nose into other's people's business all the time. The end does not justify the means. If you support a dictator the people will rebel. Some will swing left some will swing right for support. Clearly, it's not about protecting democracy and human rights, it's about protecting American interests and that is sad. There is no reason Nicaragua can't still build a canal if they so choose.

New trial in Hells Angels Criminal Org case

B.C.'s top court has overturned a lower court ruling and ordered a new trial for two men acquitted on charges of belonging to a criminal organization.

The B.C. Appeal Court ruling involves John Punko and Randy Potts, who were accused of belonging to the East End Charter of Hells Angels in Vancouver.

They were acquitted of the charges in 2009, but the Crown challenged the decision.

Wow, is this why John Punko is slated for termination? Because he might lose his case? That would be really dirty. Betray a brother because he might lose his case? What are they gonna do next - kill one of their own because Giles was hiding things from Bryce?

Dziekanski Report

The RCMP's watchdog says the national police force is addressing all 16 recommendations on Taser use that flowed from the Robert Dziekanski case.

The Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP also said Thursday the force has accepted almost all of its 23 findings in an investigation of the tragic incident.

Wait a minute, what Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP? It already exists? I thought we were trying to create one?

Harper's Judges

Speaking of hypocrisy, Stephen Harper is fast tracking another Tory appointment to the bench. Brian Abrams was among a raft of judicial appointments announced last Friday by Harper's government.

Liberals rewarded their own partisans with judicial appointments when they were in power - a practice Harper used to rail against. So Harper is doing the exact same thing he used to rail against his opponents for doing. Is this surprising? Not really.

Remember how Harper talked about electing Senators. Well since he's been in power he has stacked the senate with Tory supporters as much as physically possible. The promise of electing Senators has fallen by the way side. You'd think he's getting ready to stack the senate like Brian Mulroney did for something controversial that the public doesn't want like then HST. That would certainly be deja vu.

In fact, since so many supreme court judges are due to retire, Harper could have a significant influence on the direct the courts take in the near future.

Let's see, Paul Martin appointed Peter Leask as his last dying act in power. We are still paying very dearly for that horrible appointment in BC.

Yet Stephen Harper appointed a Hells Angels patent lawyer to the bench. He was also a long time Tory supporter. Go figure. Alfonso Galiano was tied to the mob and Stephen Harper apoints a lawyer for the Hells Angels to become a judge. What'll it be - Coke or Pepsi? Same stuff different pile. The Reform Party's dream has returned to Mulroneyism. What a sham(e).

Hypocrisy is Human

Before I proceed, I need to state the obvious. Hypocrisy is a human flaw that effects all of us and every organization be they religious or political to some extent. The wolves in sheep's clothing principle. It does not mean the original ideal is not worthy of aspiring to.

When Christ was on the earth, he criticized the religious leaders at the time calling them liars, hypocrites and extortionists. Clearly the Jews did not have a monopoly on hypocrisy. Muslim extremists killing innocent civilians is hypocrisy. TV Evangelists like Jim Bakker and Jimmy Swaggart have likewise been paid well to say one thing and do another. In fact it has been said that if Christ had come in our day, it would have been the Christian Church that crucified him.

I find Sarah Palin's declaration of war against Islam disturbing. Let's take a look at the parable of the Good Samaritan and put it in modern context by calling it the Parable of the good Muslim. Back in the day, Jews didn't like Samaritans. That's why Christ chose to make his parable about a good Samaritan. No doubt if he was here today he would tell Christians the parable of the good Muslin reinforcing the fact that God is not a respecter of persons and how we live our life is more important that what we say we do.

My point is, just because George Bush and Bill Clinton may have known about the CIA's drug running operations in Mena Arkansas, that does not mean we should give up on our political system and abandon the Constitution which many have misquoted for their personal gain.

Ron Paul spoke out against George Bush's involvement with the CIA drug running. His response was to abandon the war on drugs and legalize all drugs. I'm like what the hell? Where on earth did that come from. Decriminalizing pot is one thing but legalizing all hard drugs is socially irresponsible.

Nevertheless, Jesse Ventura was asked about the two party system in the United States. He said he thought it was great. It was like asking someone what do you want to drink then telling them all they can have is Coke or Pepsi. They're both soft drinks. They're a little bit different but basically they're the same so the people really don't have much of a selection.

Clearly, the problem is the fact that the CIA has far too much power and has absolutely no public accountability whatsoever. Personally I find it amusing to discover that as recent as 2004 the official emblem for the Canadian Secret Service was a cartoon beaver - wearing trench coat, dark glasses and fedora.

It's kind of hard to take that organization seriously. Yet if it shares any intel with the CIA we all now know where the security leak is. How about that Promise software the CIA stole and sold to it's allies. It was just a Trojan horse that let the CIA spy on it's allies. With friends like that...

Mena's Crooked Coroner

Long before it became common knowledge that the CIA were using military aircraft to smuggle cocaine in and out of Mena Arkansas, there was a strange case involving the suspicious suicides of two young boys. The case is hard to follow but one thing became clear. A crooked corner not only falsely concluded their murder was a suicide, but he knowingly tampered with evidence trying to cover up his misdeed and that he has been accused of misdiagnosing several murders in the area as suicides.

Two boys "fell asleep" on a railway track. The train engineer saw them so he blasted on the horn and the brakes. The boys did not wake up and were run over by the train. Don Henry, 16, and Kevin Ives, 17 died.

At the time, Fahmy Malak, Arkansas's state medical examiner, was the one responsible for ruling on cause of death. His plan was to rule the boys' deaths a double suicide. However, after conferring with Jim Steed, Saline County Sheriff, they decided no one would accept such a ruling and changed the cause of death to accidental.

Without any supporting evidence, Malak ruled that the boys had each smoked more than twenty marijuana cigarettes and, in a psychedelic stupor, had fallen asleep on the tracks. It was later learned that the state crime lab never even tested for the concentration of marijuana and, in fact, had used a test on the boys' blood which was designed to be used on urine. Outside experts were shocked at the absurd ruling. The families' nightmare battle against the state medical examiner was made more difficult by Governor Clinton's public support of Malak. However, after thirteen long months, the parents were finally able to prove what they had believed all along, that the boys had indeed been murdered.

Because of their persistence, Kevin and Don's bodies were exhumed, new autopsies were performed, and a grand jury was convened. Dr. Joseph Burton, a nationally recognized forensic pathologist from out-of-state, performed the new autopsies. His findings revealed that Don Henry had been stabbed in the back and Kevin Ives' face had been smashed by a blow from a rifle butt before their bodies were placed on the railroad tracks.

Burton's autopsy also revealed that Malak had mutilated Kevin's skull by sawing it in so many different directions that it was impossible to tell where the original skull fractures were. Malak also had completely dismantled Kevin's jaw bones. Burton stated he had performed thousands of autopsies and had never seen anything like it. Was Malak trying to hide something?

"A former employee at the crime lab has said he discovered what appeared to be evidence of a stab wound during the original autopsy, but was told, quote, 'not to worry about it.' Malak has refused all comment."

"During the midst of all of the turmoil, with trying to get the ruling changed in our case, it became very apparent that this was not an isolated instance of an error in the ruling on the manner of death. There were many other cases statewide that we became aware of."

In 1992, The Los Angeles Times tallied more than twenty additional cases where Dr. Malak had falsified evidence and ruled incorrectly. One case involved the murder of Raymond Albright who had been shot five times in the chest with a Colt 45. Incredibly, Malak had ruled suicide.

Another case involved James "Dewey" Milam whose body was found without the head. In this case, Malak ruled the cause of death to be an ulcer. Although Milam's head had been clearly severed with a knife, Malak claimed the family pooch had bitten off the head, eaten the entire thing, and then regurgitated it. Malak says he tested the dog's vomit and found traces of Milam's brain and skull. Unfortunately for Dr. Malak, Milam's head was later found. Malak, it turns out, had made up the entire story. Media coverage of Malak's dishonest rulings resulted in a massive public outcry calling for his removal from office.

Nevertheless, both Governor Clinton and the Arkansas State Medical Examiner Commission Chairman, Jocelyn Elders, who had the power to remove Malak from office, not only insisted he remain, they gave him a raise.

Jocelyn Elders, Arkansas State Medical Examiner Commission Chairman

"Based on the facts I have, I really feel that Arkansas owes Dr. Malak a great debt and a real apology."

"I was outraged that protecting a political crony of Clinton's was more important than the fact that two young boys had been murdered."

The Mena Connection

Chip Tatum claimed both Bush and Clinton were aware of the CIA's drug running out of Mena Arkansa.

Oliver North in Nicaragua

That leads us to our next question: What was Oliver North doing in Nicaragua and how was that tied to the Iran Contra Affair and Mena, Arkansas? How was Oliver North tied to Barry Seal?

Manuel Noriega and the CIA

Although the relationship did not become contractual until 1967, Noriega worked with the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) from the late 1950s until the 1980s. In the 1988 presidential election, Democratic candidate Michael Dukakis highlighted this history in a campaign commercial attacking his opponent, Vice President (and former CIA Director) George H.W. Bush for his close relationship with "Panamanian drug lord Noriega."

Noriega strengthened his position as de facto ruler in August 1983 by promoting himself to full general. Noriega, being paid by the CIA, extended new rights to the Uniteoran insurgent Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front in Panama, and likewise rebuffed demands by Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North of the United States Marine Corps that he provide military assistance to the Nicaraguan Contras. Noriega insists that his refusal to meet North's demands was the actual basis for the U.S. campaign to oust him.

Beginning in 1986, U.S. President Ronald Reagan negotiated with General Noriega, requesting that the Panamanian leader peacefully step down after Noriega was publicly exposed in the New York Times by Seymour Hersh, and later exposed in the Iran-Contra Scandal. The Panama Deception is an Academy Award winning documentary about the subsequent Invasion of Panama.

Here are the facts: Manuel Noriega was a long time CIA asset and drug lord. The CIA turned on him after he was exposed in the Iran Contra Affair and in the New York Times. It is unrealistic to believe that the CIA did not know he was smuggling drugs all those years. Especially when that was what the Iran Contra affair was all about and Oliver North said he was authorised to do everything he did. BTW the Iran Contra Affair involved a lot more than just Iran.

Cuba Si

En route to Central America, lets take a look at Cuba. Before the Cuban Revolution, the US supported the Batista government in Cuba which was a dictatorship tied to organized crime.

We all know about Operation Northwoods in Cuba that Kennedy Vetoed but do we know about Operation Mongoose? It's the one Kennedy approved where the CIA based in Florida enlisted the Mafia to help them get rid of Castro. The Mafia were anxious to regain control of the casinos in Cuba. William Harvey was one of the CIA case officers who directly dealt with the mafioso John Roselli.

Operation Northwoods revealed CIA plans to kill innocent Americans and blame it on Cuba to justify the invasion of Cuba during the missile crisis. That proposal was vetoed by Kennedy. Operation Mongoose however is a documented link showing the CIA working directly with the Mafia. Which was no real secret since the US supported the Batista who were tied to organized crime.

Back in In 1890, Captain Alfred Thayler Mahan, a member of the Navy War Board and leading U.S. strategic thinker, wrote a book titled The Influence of Sea Power upon History in which he argued for the creation of a large and powerful navy modeled after the British Royal Navy. Part of his strategy called for the acquisition of colonies in the Caribbean Sea which would serve as coaling and naval stations and which would serve as strategical points of defense. Did you hear that? Colonies. Just like the British Imperialism the American Revolution fought against.

The US wanted to buy Puerto Rico from Spain but Spain said no. Thus the Spanish-American War where Puerto Rico was invaded by the United States with a landing at Guánica. As an outcome of the war, Spain ceded Puerto Rico, along with Cuba, the Philippines, and Guam to the US under the Treaty of Paris. We won't even mention the possibility of the use of a False Flag attack to justify that war. Much.

My point in this post is simple: the CIA were working directly with the Mafia. Personally I have a problem with Cuba's political prisoners listed by Amnesty International. Yet I think the Helms-Burton law was somewhat hypocritical since Communist China has a far worse human rights record than Cuba. The US led embargo against Cuba had nothing to do with human rights.
