India anti-corruption protest
Thousands of people took to the streets Wednesday in India to support activist Anna Hazare, who plans to stage a public hunger strike as part of a mass anti-corruption protest. Hazare says the current anti-corruption bill being considered by parliament isn't strong enough because it exempts senior judges and the prime minister from investigations.
Meanwhile back in merry old England, Clive Goodman warned executives after he was jailed in 2007 that hacking had been "fully supported" by the tabloid's editors, including Andy Coulson, who later became an adviser to David Cameron. Imagine that. Shortly after it was leaked out that the British police were involved in the phone hacking scandal, the whistle blower that leaked that information was found dead. Now we see another connection to David Cameron's government. Lets see if this whistle blower ends up dead too.
We hear a lot about charges against the London rioters but not a word about charges against Scotland Yard's CO19 for committing murder and for betraying the public trust by lying about it. Perhaps England and Canada could do with a few anti corruption laws too.
Person of interest
Everyone is wondering who the guy with a wounded arms seen in the Kelowna video clip leaving the scene is. Many are wondering if it's James Riach. I thought James Riach went to the hospital. This guy is walking away with a group of people on his own accord. Anyone recognize him? Obviously we'd like to get a photo of Riach to compare if anyone has one.
The Vancouver Province is reporting that James Riach fled the scene. Maybe this screen clip is him after all. News 1130 also reported that James Riach is still on the loose despite the fact that one source claims they heard on a police scanner that the police had one suspect in custody. It's not clear if that meant protective custody or under arrest. However, since it's a group of people it is also possible they were just witnesses who were hit with broken glass in the crossfire.
Another source claims Riach was taken to hospital and later released which would men this is not him.

Kelowna shooting victim left paralyzed
The Calgary Sun has reported that friends of the victim claim one of the two girls with Jonathon Bacon and Larry Amero in the brazen daytime shooting has been left a paraplegic. The names have been released but we're still not sure which Hells angel one was the niece of and which Hells Angel the other was the girlfriend of.
The Vancouver Province is reporting A 21-year-old Maple Ridge woman, who is related to several Haney Hells Angels members, was paralyzed in the brazen hit that killed notorious gangster Jonathan Bacon.
It is tragic the girl is paralyzed. Just like it was tragic when Louise Russo was caught in the cross fire at a Toronto sandwich shop when Toronto Hells Angel Paris Christoforou teamed up with mobster Peter Scarcella in a drug related gang hit.
One person commenting on the article pointed out that the police did issue a public warning not to associate with the Bacon brothers because there was a gang hit on them. It is a tragedy these two girls were wounded, one seriously. Yet they were wanted not to associate with them and did so anyways. They also knew where the money from that boat and everything else was coming from. The mother they shot in Toronto was a completely innocent bystander.
Again, I think it is terrible these two girls were shot one chronically. Yet that is something the Hells angels do. The Hells angels are quick to kill a spouse along with a target just because. The Hells angels are the first ones to threaten someones family. I'm certainly not saying they deserved it. I'm saying that is what they do but we need to take the higher road. The solution is simple. It involves implementing the New York model not the Amsterdam model.
Jonathon and Larry's Boat
Speaking of Robert Shannon's boat, here's an interesting photo. An anonymous source claims they saw this boat was pulling out from the public dock in the Okanagan lake in Kelowna less than a block from the Grand hotel where the shooting took place the following day. This happened around 3:00 PM on the Saturday.
The witness claims when they saw the boat they jokingly said that must belong to a drug dealer. Then to their surprise they recognized the driver and passenger from photos on this web site. They claim the driver looked like Jonathon Bacon and the passenger looked like Larry Amero. They stopped at the dock and picked up another tattooed guy and two girls.
I certainly don't condone the evil these guys do to make their money. Obviously if these guys are riding around in a boat like this it was bought with drug money. I wonder how many addicts fingers were cut off or how many addicts were tortured in crack house basements to pay for that boat? It represents the epitome of greed.
The boat does have a strange name: Steroids & Silicone. Silicone as in implants? What a plastic world. The witness did say it looked like Jonathon was on steroids. We know Larry has. Another source claims they knew Larry in high school. They claims Larry went to Walnut Grove in Langley. They said he was skinny and got picked on. So there ya have it. Take steroids, join a gang and sell crack. That way you can get payback for being picked on all those years and become a bully. The problem is, steroids don't make you bullet proof and any 12 year old kid can pull a trigger. Steroids & Silicone certainly isn't something I'd put on my tombstone.
Surrey Gang related Shooting
Conflicting reports about a shooting in Surrey last night where Global is reporting three gang members were targeted. Global says the shooting took place outside a nightclub in Surrey. They include a photo of 153 street and 101 Avenue.
CBC reports that just after 10:30 p.m. neighbours reported gunshots in the 10100 block of 153rd Street, outside a nightclub near Surrey's Guilford neighbourhood. The Sun is reporting the attack happened at around 10:40 p.m. near the intersection of 101st Avenue and 153rd Street.
Not to be picky but there is no nightclub at 101 and 153 street. The Mirage is at the 15300 block of 102A Ave with a parking lot on 153rd. That is a nightclub alright but it sure isn't a gang affiliated club. It's a teenie bopper nigh club where young surrey girls dressed like tramps get falling on the floor drunk and all the slimy opportunist come to exploit the madness. They mentioned the Mirage in that Dirty Surrey remix of the Miley Cyrus spoof.
So I'm not sure if the neighbours at 101 and 153 heard gun shots of if they had left the Mirage and someone targeted them or if the Mirage was just a nearby reference point. The point is there was another shooting in Surrey last night and the targets had gang affiliations. The suspect fled on foot. Doesn't sound like a professional hit to me. We'll have to wait and see if the police will release the names of the victims before we can speculate on motive and gang affiliations.
Today the Province mentioned the Mirage and reported that the shooter fled in a vehicle not on foot. The Mirage is part of Bar watch. They scan your ID and take your picture. If the shooters or the target were at the mirage that night the police know exactly who they are. It's disappointing they are withholding information from the public and not releasing the names. If they released the names, they'd get more tips and have an easier time solving the case.

The Hells Angels and Forrest Schab
Hey, remember that Canadian Rapper that went missing named Forrest Schab? Well someone just sent me a link to a court file where John Punko and Randy Potts were charged with trafficking cocaine is Surrey of all places. It names Surrey meth cook Kerry Ryan Renaud as well as Forrest Schab.
So if Forrest Schab was involved with the Hells Angels one has to wonder about the post on the Dirty claiming that Forrest owed Larry Amero and Rob Velek money. Rob Velek is connected to Revolution in Langley where Larry and Weird Hal Portoeus were posing in support.
But that's not all. The court file also names Jason Brown. He's the Hells Angels associate that was found with a 9 mm, cocaine, a kilo of meth and Red Scorpion gear back in 2009. Well the new Red Lobster logo at least.
So he was tied to John Punko, Randy Potts and Kerry Ryan charged with producing and trafficking meth as well as trafficking cocaine in Surrey, Vancouver and New West. So if the Hells Angels were selling cocaine and crystal meth in Surrey at the time, who was Eric Sandberg referring to when he said "they" were ready to eliminate at the competition in Surrey? He was telling it to a Hells Angel associate from the Zig Zag crew.
This is another clear connection between the new Red Scorpions and the Hells Angels. The other previous hint we had that the Hells Angels were connected to the Bacon Bothers RS takeover was the fact that Larry Amero and Weird Hal Porteous were posing in support of Revolution. Murdered Bacon brother associate Kevin LeClair used to fight out of Revolution.
What's my point? The Hells Angels don't just kill rivals. They kill people who owe them money as well as people they rip off in bad business transactions as well as anyone they mistakenly perceive to be a rat. Let's see.. Geoff got ripped off and Britney was falsely accused of being a rat. Do the math and call it in. Crime Stoppers. Rats rip people off.
Rob Shannon's Boat
Hey, remember Rob Shannon's Boat? Well someone noticed a boat just like it for sale at the action in Scottsdale Arizona.
They even have a truck just like his to pull it with.
How can some hillbilly ride around in a truck and a boat like that and not know it was from the proceeds of crime? Looks like dear old dad was an accessory to the crime(s).
I wonder if that's the same truck and boat and they seized his ASSet.

Jonathan Bacon shot dead in Kelowna Larry Amero injured
Wow. Machine gun fire in Kelowna killed Jonathon Bacon dead and injured five others including Larry Amero full patch Hells Angel from Whiteropck Chapter. What on earth was Jonathon Bacon doing in Kelowna with Larry Amero? That pretty much confirms the suspected association.
We knew that Larry Amero was pals with Randy Naicker from the Independent Soldiers. We know that the Bacon brothers met Randy Naickers with several other gang members in the Castle Fun Park meeting in Kevlar. Jamie Bacon is being charged in the Surrey Six Murder. That previously showed an indirect connection between Larry Amero of the Hells Angels and the Bacon brothers who did the Surrey Six Murder. We knew Larry's friends were Bacon brother's friends and we heard rumors of Larry being friends with Jonathan Bacon but getting shot with him in Kelowna pretty much confirms the association.
The Surrey Six murder was committed because the Bacon brothers were trying to take over the leadership of the Red scorpions who were formally associated with the UN and had beef with the Haney Hells Angels. After the Surrey Six murder and subsequent shootings the leadership changed and the Red Scorpions became puppets of the Hells Angels who clearly are the driving force behind BC's gang war.
It said four others were injured. I wonder if Matt the rat was one of them. With this proven association all his UN ass kissing must look awfully suspicious right about now. Matt the rat was pals with that dirty former cop Rob Sidhu who fraudulently obtained the info about where the Bacon brothers were living after the were shot up in Surrey. Larry Amero's former girlfriend was in the car with the UN guys that shot at the Bacon brothers outside Tbars.
It sure would appear Larry Amero and Matt the rat have been lying to the UN all along and have been playing both sides by supporting the Bacon brothers while still trying to do business with the UN. Kinda makes Matt the rat being with Elliot in Mexico before he was killed there very suspicious. With friends like those, who needs enemies.
Kim Bolan reports that the niece of a Haney Hells Angel was present and wounded in the shooting. Fortunately she was just shot in the leg. We hear too many stories of pretty young girls getting shocked when they're out with their gang member boyfriend and a car pulls up shooting at their boyfriend. Obviously the girlfriends are innocent yet it's impossible to be in that association and not know where all that money comes from.
Haney Hells Angels were the ones that had the beef with the old Red Scorpion leadership that were affiliated with the UN. Weren't they the ones that ran the grow op on Pickton's farm and attended parties at Piggies' Palace? Not much to be proud of there.
------------------------------------------------------------
Kim Bolan is reporting that James Riach fled the scene and is a member of the Independent Soldiers. Evidently James Riach has been with the IS ever since meeting with Randy Naicker and the Bacon brothers in Castle fun park. In 2008 Riach's Yaletown home was found to contain numerous firearms along with some cocaine and heroin.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Barry Espadilla was also with the Bacon brothers at the Castle fun park meeting representing the Independent Soldiers. Espadilla was living with and charged with Riach in the Yaletown firearm seizure. These are not new alliances.

Police in Winnipeg protect a Hells Angel
Police in Winnipeg heard about a hit on a Hells Angel and set up surveillance on his house. When the Rock Machine tried to shoot him, the police rammed their vehicle and intervened. Stopping violence is a good thing but offering the Hells Angels private security and protection to sell crack is not.
Maybe we should be offering protection to the judges and crown prosecutors that prosecute the Hells Angels. You know, the ones the Hells Angels threaten. Hells Angel Ian Grant was found with a confidential RCMP file in his home. The police have a leak. Ken Houston is a retired Winnipeg police officer who was caught in the same SUV as a Winnipeg Hells Angel charged with manslaughter named William Bowden. Both men faced numerous weapons charges as well as possession of a controlled substance.
Selling crack is not a badge of honour
Jean Paul Beaumont, sergeant-at-arms of the Rock Machine in Winnipeg, has had a weapons charged against him dropped. Police found an ASP baton in a vehicle Beaumont had been travelling in, but found no forensic evidence linking the man to the device — an expandable baton often carried by police officers. The Crown has opted to stay a charge against Jean Paul (J.P.) Beaumont, 38, of failing to comply with a court condition not to possess any weapons.
A woman should be allowed to carry pepper spray in her purse for self defence. The difference is whether you have it for self defence or whether you are using it to commit a crime. If someone uses pepper spray to mug someone then yes they should be charged. Likewise, a baton or an arnis stick is an effective defence against a knife. It's better to knock a knife out of someone's hand with a baton then stab them with another knife. Yet using a baton to commit a crime should be prosecuted as well. In this case, JP wasn't caught using the baton to commit a crime.
I am however a bit confused. Jean Paul Beaumont was found not guilty of numerous previous charges including possession of a restricted firearm, possession of ammunition and careless storage. Police have previously identified Beaumont, 36, as a member of the Zig Zag Crew, the "puppet club" of the Hells Angels in Manitoba. I guess several Hells Angels and Zig Zag crew in Winnipeg crossed over after they killed one of their own guys in Thompson.
In another case, a Rock Machine prospect recently told Winnipeg police that his involvement in the city’s ongoing biker war is “a badge of honour” that he’s ready to die for. Until of course he patches over to some other club. Selling crack is not a badge of honour.
JP Patches was in the Zig Zag crew who sold crack for the Hells Angels and payed the Hells Angels protection money. The Hells angels killed one of their own in Thompson because the Ontario Hells Angels wanted to take over the drug trade in that small Manitoba town. The guy they killed was selling crack. The reason they killed him was so they could take over the crack trade. Now the Rock Machine are fighting the Hells angels for the right to sell crack. There is absolutely nothing noble about that.

Mayor and Police Chief trafficking arms for the Mexican Cartel
Speaking of arms smuggling, let's see how this all relates to the drug cartels and the gang war. Eddie Espinoza, the former Mayor of Columbus plead guilty to arms trafficking for the Mexican cartel. He was arrested along with the Columbus Police Chief Angelo Vega and Village Trustee Blas Gutierrez who also plead guilty.
What I find interesting is their boldness to continue their "Operation" even when they thought the feds were on to them. Chief Vega called the feds after counsellor Blas Gutierrez was pulled over and had several guns confiscated and asked the feds for the guns back. Then a day or two later they bought more guns and had those confiscated as well.
We realize the FBI operates semi independently from the CIA just as the DEA does. Why would the police chief call the FBI and ask for the guns back if he didn't think he had the backing of the CIA?
Blackwater for sale
Blackwater, the private mercenary army was purchased by USTC Holdings on December 17, 2010. Let's pause for a moment and reflect upon that absurdity. Creating a privatized military then selling it to the highest bidder.
As we debate warrantless Internet surveillance we also need to discuss excessive privatization of the military because this is the dark road Stephen Harper wants to take us down. Conservatives claim that the private sector runs business more efficiently and can be a better steward of taxpayers resources then the government can.
Enron and the California prisons systems are two prime examples of how false that is but there are many more. Blackwater is another. Privatizing the military sounds like something from a B rated horror film. Yet this is our modern reality south of the 49. The problem with excessive privatization is the removal of public accountability.
We've mentioned how Haliburton made a fortune out of the invasion of Iraq. Well Blackwater was right there too. In fact after hurricane Katrina hit in 2005, within a week Blackwater was hired by the Department of Homeland Security to operate in the US gulf, billing the federal government $950.00 a day for each Blackwater soldier. In less than a year, the company had raked in more than $70 million in federal hurricane related contracts.
That's a lot of money. Not only that, what are Blackwater soldiers doing patrolling the United States after a hurricane? They're not handing out relief aid. They're using a military to prevent looting and who knows what else. This was a sad insider trading deal when the same government was turning away truck loads of aid from other agencies. Instead of embezzling that much tax dollars to a private mercenary army, they could have spent it on relief. The violations of the US Constitution that resulted from Blackwater occupation of New Orleans was astonishing. That is not what happens in a free and democratic society. Authorizing a private company to enter someone's home and use lethal force is astonishing.
Greystone Limited is one of the many shell companies operating under Blackwater's umbrella that was registered as an off shore tax exempt corporate entity in 2004. The countries which Greystone claimed to draw recruits from was the Philippines, Chile, Nepal, Columbia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras and Peru. In Iraq, Blackwater has deployed scores of Chilean mercenaries, some of whom trained and served under the brutal regime of Augusto Pinochet. (Blackwater by Jeremy Scahill Page xxiii)
A lack of public accountability isn't the only reason these mercenaries are being used. They have a lack of legal accountability too. Blackwater argues that since they are part of the US Military total force they are exempt from civil laws. Yet they also argue that since they are civilians and not part of the government's military they are also exempt from military discipline.
This dark road is where the unthinkable happens. This is where we in North America lose our liberty as safeguarded by the Constitution the snake oil salesmen quoted to create the clone army. It is a dark day for the republic indeed. Blackwater is now also called Xe Services.
The name change is timely. It comes after two former Blackwater employees filed court documents claiming that the company's owner, Erik Prince, may have murdered or facilitated the murder of individuals who were cooperating with federal authorities investigating the company. It also comes after allegations of arms smuggling.
The London Ballistic Report
Now let’s look specifically at the ballistic report from the London shooting that started the riot. The ballistic report said the suspect never fired at police as was previously claimed. Was that initial claim a mistake or was it a premeditated lie? It is theoretically possible that the police heard a car back fire or some other loud noise and misinterpreted that for gun fire. Yet that’s not what they claimed.
They didn’t say we heard shots fired so we returned fire. They said the suspect shot a police officer in the chest and the bullet hit his police radio which saved his life. They said at that point marksmen from CO19 opened fired and killed the suspect.
Yet the ballistic report said the bullet that hit the police radio was from a police issued firearm. It is possible the suspect had in his possession a stolen police issued firearm. There was a to serve and protect show where a kid on a bicycle in New York had in his possession a firearm issued to the California police department.
Yet that’s not what happened. The suspect did not have a police issued firearm in his possession. In fact the gun that was in his possession hadn’t been fired. The ballistic report gave the officers the benefit of the doubt and said perhaps when CO19 was shooting the suspect, one of the bullets ricocheted and hit the police officer.
As incredibly unlikely as that would be, that too is not what they said. They didn’t say CO19 fired at the suspect then the police officer was hit in the chest by a bullet. They said the police officer was hit with a bullet then they fired upon the suspect. No doubt there will be a huge disinformation campaign including a twisted corner report just like the many suspect reports given by Fanny Mallick in Mena Arkansas. Yet the fact remains the police lied and that is serious.
Another possibility is that they shot the suspect then tried to cover their tracks by claiming he shot at them first. Planting a gun in his possession then shooting a police radio and claiming the officer was wearing it would indeed be bizarre. That’s something from a low budget crime movie. Yet that clearly is the most plausible scenario.
Let’s wait and see if anyone from the independent investigation that produced the ballistic report dies of a suspicious suicide. Wouldn’t that be ironic. Let’s also wait and see how the agency twists the report in their smear campaign against the suspect. Flooding the media with a picture of the suspect holding his fingers like a gun doesn’t change the fact that he did not fire at the police and the fact that the police lied.
There is no doubt that with a riot of this magnitude, MI6 would be employed to help quell the riot. Perhaps their contacts with the media would be used to help do damage control. We know with Operation Mass Appeal, MI6 was directly involved in sending false information to the press.
It would also appear that they made an error on 9/11 when they sent out the press release to the BBC about the collapse of the third tower in New York before it actually happened. The BBC tried to cover it’s tracks in that case and said if the BBC reported an event before it actually happened they were in no way involved in any conspiracy connected to the event. It simply means they made a mistake.
No it doesn’t. Reporting a murder before it happened isn’t just a mistake. If they reported that the third tower fell and it never fell that would have been a mistake. Reporting that the Third Tower fell before it fell, when it actually did fall represents insider information. “Someone” sent the press release out a few minutes too early. That was the mistake. They pulled that building and they knew it was going to collapse before it happened.
The Dark Agency
Agency is the freedom to choose. It’s also another name for the CIA. Often the CIA is referred to as the Company or the Agency. It does exist. It’s a secret society whose mandate is murder to get gain. The absence of public accountability is a great concern. When the police or the government make a mistake, that mistake is hidden with denial as the whistle blower is slandered, yet all in all when the truth finally comes out, the police and the government are publicly accountable. Intelligence agencies are not.
When the agency makes a mistake or breaks the law, that becomes a state secret and the use of deadly force is authorized to protect state secrets. Before Operation Northwoods became a declassified document, that was a state secret. When Kennedy warned us about secret societies, he wasn’t referring to the Freemasons. He was referring to the CIA. Allen Dulles and Operation 40.
It is shocking to hear the news that CO19 lied about Mark Duggan firing at them before they shot him dead. They simply lied about it and broke the law. Another recent headline in England was the Murdoch scandal. An overzealous tabloid was wiretapping telephones to get the inside scoop. They even hacked into a missing teenager's phone system as well as the family of a murdered schoolgirl trying to get inside information. They even wire tapped members of the Royal Family’s phone.
My first impression was how on earth is a newspaper going to have the technology and ability to tap the Royal Family’s phone without the help of MI 6. It just doesn’t make sense. Then we read that not only were government politicians involved in the scandal but so were members of the police. That’s starting to make more sense. Only the week after the whistle blower leaked out the fact that the police were involved in the scandal, the whistle blower and the only witness was found dead. That is profoundly significant.
Was killing him protecting a state secret? Was the use of deadly force authorized to protect that state secret? We’ll never know because the Agency has absolutely no public accountability. It does look highly suspicious as does the death of Dr. Kelly.
MI6 was caught red handed giving false information to the media about Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction. The whistle blower that leaked that information out to the public was a British weapons inspector in Iraq named David Kelly. He died of a suspicious suicide. Then the spin doctors had the audacity to blame Iraq. They claimed that Iraq’s secret service must have killed him because they were upset with him being a weapons inspector and exposing the fact that Iraq had WMD.
Except Iraq didn’t have any WMD and Dr. Kelly knew that. Dr. Kelly leaked that fact out to the media. That fact is something Iraq would have wanted the world to know. The only way Iraq’s secret service would have wanted him dead is if they were the ones still on MI6 and the CIA’s payroll from back when they put Saddam Hussein in power and were selling him chemical weapons to use on Iran.
So in England we have two suspicious suicides that are profoundly significant. Sean Hoare and Dr. Kelly. Likewise in the United States we have two other suspicious suicides that are profoundly significant: Gary Webb and Danny Casolaro. Gary Webb published documentation linking the CIA to arms and drug smuggling in Nicaragua which fueled the LA crack epidemic in the /80’s.
Catherine Austin Fitts used to be part of the Bush Administration. She worked for the US government. She knew how the attack poodles operated in their disinformation campaigns set out to discredit whistle blowers. That is why she found the Gary Webb story so plausible.
Unfortunately there is no happy ending to this story. There’s nothing we can do right now to fix the problem. Other than opening our eyes and refuse to drink the kool aid. That is the first step. The next step is to stop passing unpatriotic legislation that empowers these dark agencies to spy on ordinary citizens without a search warrant.

Charges against CO19 over Mark Duggan's murder
We've talked about how bad looting is and how self defeating lawlessness is. Now we need to talk about what kind of charges are going to be pursued against the police officers who lied about the suspect they were following and murdered.
The officers from Scotland Yard's CO19 lied as did the police on scene who filed the report. That is a colossal breach of public trust. We also need to address the Agency that was sending out press releases to the media with false information. Again.
Unfortunately, David Cameron promises to crackdown on rioters without mentioning a word about charging any of the police officers who lied and murdered the suspect that caused the riot. That is not equal protection of the law. In fact that one sided application of the law promotes lawlessness because it mocks justice.
I do think looters should be charged. However charging looters but not charging the police officers who lied and murdered a suspect is a sad example of the social injustice that exists not only in England but in the West.
Instead of dealing with the issue he is exploiting the riot to rationalize Internet surveillance and the removal of civil liberties which local rights groups are concerned about.
Oh but don't look now but even the police are upset about David Cameron and Home Secretary Theresa May for saying they had ordered the crackdown on the rioters and his accusations that police were too timid to take action against the thugs and looters. Let's not deploy Blackwater mercenaries in England.
These were supposed to be poor inner city kids on welfare. They can't afford blackberry plans. Yet he wants to exploit the opportunity to create a warrant less surveillance state of all blackberries. Getting a search warrant to spy on a suspected criminal is not a difficult task. It's only a difficult task if you want to spy on them for their political beliefs. This is so wrong.
It was the elite squad that caused the problem by murdering a suspect then lying about the fact that he had fired upon them. Now the evil emperor wants to remove civil liberties and deploy the clone army. Are we all really that blind?
It's not about impoverished young people. It's about getting caught murdering a suspect and getting caught lying about it, then doing nothing about it. That is what this is about. We can talk about the social conditions until the cows come home. That will not right this wrong. Charging Co19 with murder and breach of trust will.
RCMP convicted of beating his ex wife
Here's an RCMP officer that was convicted of beating his wife and careless use of a firearm. This guy is not stable. He should not have a firearm license let alone be a police officer. He was convicted of hitting her in the head and face and putting the gun to his head saying look at what you've done to me. This guy needs help. He is unstable. The last thing Kelowna needs is another Geoff Mantler.
Harper's Internet Surveillance Legislation
Here it is. Canada's own Unpatriotic Act where the government creates a law that gives them the right to warrantless surveillance of the Internet. No big surprise but very concerning to say the least. If Michael Giest is concerned, so am I.
It doesn't take much effort to get a search warrant for a suspected drug dealer. Removing the need to get a search warrant to do surveillance on the public is not a step towards democracy. It is a huge concern.
Remember Harper has a history of lying and firing whistle blowers. They kicked out a student from one of his speaking engagements because she posted a picture of herself on facebook with one of the other candidates. Not only is that bizarre, it's creepy. How did they know she posted a picture of herself with one of the other candidates on facebook? Who cares if she did. These intrusive laws sounds like the Iron Curtain. Macleans refers to it as Harper's promise: a warrantless online surveillance state.
Let's pause for a minute and ask ourselves who it is that we are empowering to spy on us. The Scotland Yard just got caught lying about a murder they committed. They claimed a suspect they were following fired upon them so they shot him dead. Yet the ballistic report proved they lied. So if they lied about that, what else would they lie about?
Remember the Murdoch wiretapping scandal? The week after the whistlebower leaked out the fact that police were involved with the illegal wiretapping he was found dead.
Nanaimo Assault
Two Nanaimo men face charges after a man suffered life-threatening injuries during a violent home invasion. Nanaimo RCMP say two men, with a baton and pit bull, assaulted a 30-year-old man inside a Giggleswick Place home. The victim, who police say knows the suspects, let them into his home.
Once inside, police say the men attacked the victim, beating him with a metal object and repeated punches and kicks. For as long as 30 minutes the beating continued, said police, which included throwing the victim down a set of stairs and dragging him back up.
RCMP say the incident may have been prompted by allegations a woman may have lost or had an expensive ring stolen at a party at the victim's home on Friday. The suspects were reportedly there to retrieve the ring, which has yet to be found. The men left after taking some money.
Police were eventually called, with the victim telling officers he had received death threat if he spoke to police. Lloyd Thomas, 28, and James Else, 25, face charges of aggravated assault, uttering threats and robbery. One source claims that Lloyd Thomas is affiliated with the Nanaimo Hells Angels.
Kamploops Kidnapping and Assault
Police have two suspects in custody and have issued arrest warrants for three more with regards to a vicious assault and robbery in Kamloops where a man was kidnapped, beaten, stabbed, robbed and run over with a car.
Warrants were issued Tuesday for David Joseph Byford, Brett Kiichi Haynes and Jeff Maxwell Oldford. Gregory Jordan Brotzel and Adam James Colligan were arrested early in the investigation and remain in custody.
All five are charged with aggravated assault, robbery, kidnapping, assault with a weapon (knife and/or bat), assault with a weapon (motor vehicle) and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. Police say the victim and his alleged attackers are involved in the drug trade and the attack was targeted.
We received a tip earlier where one source claimed Jeff Oldford became the new leader of the Independent Soldiers in Kamloops which police claim is a puppet gang for the Hells Angels.

Looting and Lawlessness
One blog reader pointed out how civilized Japan was after the earthquake and reactor leak and how uncivilized the rest of us are in the West as shown in the Vancouver hockey riot, in New Orleans after the hurricane and in London now. Obviously there are more good people out there than bad and that criminals get empowered by a mob. Yet it is clear that Japan has shown to be much more civilized than the rest of us in the West.
The Vancouver hockey riot was the epitome of spoilt brat stupidity. There was no reason. A bunch of brats just wanted to trash things. The rest of Vancouver was outraged. They came out to help clean up and were vigilant in reporting facebook friends who bragged about rioting. Yet the front page of today's Vancouver province pointed out the cold hard truth. London has already charged 100 rioters. Vancouver has yet to charge any. That is an embarrassment.
My point is lawlessness is self defeating and very short sighted. Kids in a mob can temporarily feel empowered when they are allowed to use violence to vandalize, loot or start fights but the laws they break are the same laws that were protecting them. If they can loot a store, then anyone can take from them what they took from the store. If they can burn someones car or home, then someone else can burn their car or home. If there is no law or police, anyone can assault them for no reason. Lawlessness doesn't just leave everyone blind, it leaves everyone impoverished.
Looting after an earthquake or hurricane is equally absurd. Where are ya gonna plug in that big screen TV buddy? Your house has just been destroyed. I had previously mentioned during the Vancouver riot having spoken with a man who lived in Chicago during the Chicago riots. He said they lived in the suburbs and all had guns. He said they all got together, pulled out their guns and said if you bring that riot to our neighbourhood, we will shoot you dead. Right or wrong it prevented the riot from spreading.
Likewise, Londoners are ready to fight back. Here in Surrey some kids were vandalizing cars. A gang member came out and saw the kids vandalizing his car. He pulled out his gun and shot him dead. Right or wrong it sent a clear message. No doubt if a Vancouver riot was to spread to Surrey, we would fight back to protect our homes and our property as well as the Businesses who contribute to our community.
Trashing all the small businesses isn't sticking it to the man. It's killing your community by destroying small business there and making it so that only the huge corporations that make massive profits and pay crappy wages will be able to survive. It is shooting yourself and your own community in the foot.
Having said that, it is important not to be distracted by the looting and the lawlessness, so we don't forget the stunning injustice which sparked the riot.

London Calling
London is calling and the message is clear but the violence needs to stop or the message will be lost. After three days the London riots have subsided but have spread like a wild fire to neighbouring cities. The vandalism and violence swept through Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham and several other cities.
My first response is hold the door. Vandalism and looting are senseless. You have no idea how important this case is. Don't blow it for everyone. They say where there is no justice there will be no peace. I say there can be no justice without the truth.
We can talk about the social conditions in England all we want but let us remember what sparked the riot. Mark Duggan was shot dead while being followed and arrested by police. The police claimed they shot him after he fired upon them. They claimed he shot an officer in the chest and the bullet hit the officer's radio. They then said after the officer was shot "marksmen" opened fire and shot him dead.
The family said that didn't make sense. They said it was out of character. They held a protest at the Tottenham police station. Many others showed up and it turned into a riot.
Well the ballistic report is in. The ballistic report claimed that the gun found in Mark Duggan's possession had not been fired and that the bullet that hit the police officer's radio was from a police issue firearm. Mark Duggan did not shoot at police. They lied. Not only did they lie, they were caught lying. This is profoundly significant.
We need to take a deep breath, appeal for calm, stop vandalizing and looting and start organizing and marching. Where is Martin Luther King when you need him. It's like Russel Crow in the movie Gladiator. When we see the rioters vandalizing and looting we can hear the words "Marcus Aurelius had a dream for Rome and this is not it." Indeed Martin Luther King had a dream for England and this is not it.
Martin Luther King offered a different way to right wrongs and confront injustice. He walked the high road and made a profound impact on the globe. The IPCC report is profound. I am absolutely shocked they reported the truth. There is no way the police officer's radio could have been hit from a ricochet from the two shots fired at the suspect. They said the suspect fired at them. They lied. It is clear that they shot the radio to make it look like the suspect had shot at them when he hadn't. They were trying to cover their tracks.
This profoundly significant fact needs to be addressed. All of the officers involved need to be suspended without pay and not only face disciplinary action for lying but face criminal charges for falsifying evidence and breach of the public trust. You're not willing to do that you say? Well don't look now but your country is on fire. Where there is no justice there will be no peace. You can't create justice out of a lie. If you want to fight lawlessness you have to come clean and charge the officers who lied with murder and breach of public trust.
There's a lot more I have to say on the subject but that will suffice for now. The violence needs to stop. Vandalizing and looting is pointless. You're trashing your own neighbourhood. That will not right this wrong. It will only make it worse. You need to organize, march and speak out. As the violence is brought under control, the grievance needs to be addressed. All the officers involved who lied about what happened need to be suspended, charged and tried. No justice, no peace. Know justice, know peace. Mark my word.
The Bloc Tory
On the lighter side we once again see a humorous revelation. Turns out that a high ranking member of Harper's caucus used to be, brace yourself, a member of the Bloc Québécois. Gasp. What a scandal. Not. Who really cares?
The Harper media madness has been railing about the fact that the interim NDP leader used to be a member of the Bloc. Who cares? It's obvious that many voters in Quebec switched from the Bloc to the NDP in the last federal election. The federalists should be thrilled and welcome them with open arms. Unless of course Mr. Harper really isn't a federalist. With all the railing accusations perhaps it's Mr. Harper who is the real separatist. After all he does hate the French and he does hate immigration.
The perpetual hysterical hypocrisy is concerning. It's just like when Harper was the drama queen about the evil coalition when in reality a letter was produced showing his intent to form a coalition when the tables were turned. Hypocrisy and censorship are a bad combination.
Syria's sadness and madness
Syria's crackdown on free speech and lawful assemble has just entered the twilight zone. Not only are they using live ammunition to fire on peaceful protesters, now they are firing at mourners at funerals. Such a bizarre crackdown has even earned Syria a rebuke from the King of Saudi Arabia who himself sent troops in to fire on unarmed civilians.
Two lawmakers and a religious leader have since resigned due to the extreme brutality of the crackdown. This is something you'd expect to hear coming out of a Communist country and read about in the Gulag Archipelago.
It makes me question the motive behind the military intervention in Libya. Saudi Arabia is a monarchy that was firing live ammunition on protesters. Not a word was said. Saudi is a friend of the West and let's US troops stay there.
The rebels in Libya took up arms against the government. When the government fired back, the media twisted that to sound like Gadaffi was firing on unarmed protesters like in Saudi or Syria which simply wasn't the case.
Syria's brutality is off the chart and will likely result in the success of the protest. Libya has oil and Gadaffi is left wing. That's why there is military intervention in Libya and not in Syria or Saudi Arabia.
As we can see, the general public get frustrated when dishonest governments start stealing pensions and making huge budget cuts to pay for military fraud, banking fraud and stock market fraud. The motive is suspect.

Grisly details in Vernon Greeks trial
The Vancouver Province has been following the Vernon Greeks murder trial in Vancouver. Pretty bizarre details about one of the murders came out in court.
Ron Sparks, a former enforcer for the Greeks gang of Vernon, testified that gang members were angry and agitated when they couldn't reach one of their dial-a-dope lines. The gang tracked down Marnuik and took him to a building they called the office, said Sparks, 45, an enforcer for the gang from 2000 to 2003. (If he had stolen from them, he would have left town, but he didn't)
The office. I'm not sure where that was but we do remember that before the trial started the media reported Marniuk's death was linked to last year's extensive search of a Vernon warehouse that had links to the Hells Angels. The place on Fairweather Road is owned by Zenon Stepkowski whom police confirm is an associate of the Calgary chapter of the Hells Angels.
The media reported that warehouse was involved in the murder. I have no idea if that was the office they were referring to in the trial since I was not present and have heard nothing about the trial except what the newspapers have been reporting.
The court was told Sheldon O'Donnell, one of five members or associates of the Greeks standing trial for murder, taped Marnuik to a chair. O'Donnell - along with a second gang member who cannot be named because of a publication ban - and Sparks then started to punch Marnuik, Sparks said.
A second gang member who cannot be named due to a publication ban. What on earth is up with that. Why would one of the named suspects get a publication ban and not the others. That is very strange indeed. In fact, when I search the court registry for the other names of the accused, nothing shows up. Except for Zenon Stepkowski's 2011 assault charge when his co accused was charged with theft and a 2009 income tax case.
Anyways, Sparks claims they taped the guy to a chair and beat him with their fists, a pipe and a baseball bat. Sparks one of them seriously burned the guys hand with a blow torch. They then took the body into the bush near Enderby, set it on fire and ground it up. Enderby is the same town where Stepkowski had his income tax case.
The five originally charged are: Dale Sipes, Les Podolski, Sheldon O'Donnell, Peter Manolakos and Douglas Brownell. The trial is expected to hear from more than 100 witnesses and involve between 200 and 300 exhibits.
I think the main thing to remember when reading about the details of the Greek's trial is that they were affiliates of the Hells angels. They beat and murdered their own. Police claim one of the five victims was a Hells angels affiliate. Like I say, with friends like that, who needs enemies.
Andre Raymond has already plead guilty to being involved with four of the murders. In November 2004, Raymond helped lure 31-year-old Thomas Bryce, who had allegedly threatened to kill an associate of the Greeks, to a beach near Vernon.
As Raymond distracted the victim, an associate came up behind Bryce and struck him over the head with a baseball bat. Bryce was then repeatedly struck by the bat while lying on the ground. Wearing his Harley Davidson boots, Raymond then struck Bryce on the torso.
As they fled the scene, one of the Greeks used his vehicle to drive over Bryce's body. An unconscious Bryce was taken by ambulance to hospital where he died 17 days later, never having regained consciousness.
In April, Ken Beck pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in connection with the killing of Hewison and received a life term with no parole eligibility for 10 years.
William Mastop, a lawyer from Vernon, was charged by direct indictment, which alleges he took part in the activities of a criminal organization between August 2000 and December 2005.
London in Turmoil
Update: Third day of riots spread to Liverpool and Birmingham. This is not good. This does not build bridges. It just tears them down.
I'm saddened to hear of riots in London again. North London, Tottenham. Reminiscent of the riots in /85. I stayed in Brixton, South London a few years after the riots. The front line was a long line of businesses that had been boarded up and abandoned. After the riots the businesses never returned. It left the community decimated. Mind you the Brixton Market was awesome.
So what was the cause? Well it wasn't because someone lost a hockey game. It was because a local resident was shot by police. Mark Duggan, 29, was shot dead by police Thursday while he was being placed under arrest.
A small crowd, mostly consisting of friends and family, had gathered Saturday outside the Tottenham Police Station to protest the killing of Mark Duggan. Others came, violence started and the demonstration turned into a riot.
There are conflicting reports about the conditions of the shooting. Some reports claim Mark Duggan was in a taxi and started shooting at police. When police returned fire Duggan was killed. If that be the case it's hard to understand how that could cause a riot. Unless of course that wasn't the case.
Mark was from the "notorious" Broadwater Farm Estate in Tottenham. When I stayed in Brixton, I met a guy selling hash on the front line. He gave me a tour of the area and described what happened there during the riots. He mentioned Tottenham and Broadwater Farm Estate. He said don't go there. They'll drop a fridge on your head. So of course I went.
No one dropped a fridge on my head. I heard some Regee music playing in the background. Not blaring offensively. It was just cool and clam. It was nice. It kind of reminded me how everyone used to talk about Divis flats on the Falls Road in West Belfast. I met a lot of really nice people there.
No doubt we'll wait for the ballistic report to come in. Yet the official story does sound suspicious. The police admit it was a covert operation and that they were following the suspect in a taxi. The police claim the suspect fired at them and hit an officer in his radio on his chest. Right after that "marksmen" opened fire and shot him dead. What I personally find suspicious is terms like covert operation and marksmen.
Covert operation is a term used by intelligence agencies not under cover police. A covert operation with marksmen on scene would reinforce that. Sure an under cover drug investigation could technically be referred to as covert and such an operation would have SWAT or whatever the British equivalent would be, yet I find those terms suspicious. Why would the family hold a peaceful protest if Mark was a know drug dealer who shot at the police?
There are many unanswered questions and I'm not sure an inquiry will be able to answer them. One thing for certain is that this is a horrible thing to have happen right before the Olympics. No one wants riots during the Olympics and no one wants London to turn into a police state either. Let's rebuild a better future.

Banksters
William Black was a regulator during the Savings and Loan scandal in the /80's. He wrote an interesting book called "The best way to rob a bank is to own one." He claims that the current financial crisis and economic meltdown is driven by fraud. Micheal Moore interviewed him in his movie Capitalism a love story where he stressed the difference between Capitalism and Democracy. Greed is not good. With regards to bank deregulation it has been said, When you destroy financial regulation you create a financial catastrophe.
Just for the record, you're not going to hear me make statements like, share the wealth. You're going to hear me make statements like stop the fraud. Stop letting white collar criminals steal from the public purse. It has nothing to do with left or right. It's just common sense. If you let criminals steal from the public purse, there will be less money to balance the budget which adversely affects the economy. Privatizing and deregulating everything simply opens the door for fraud and theft. We've seen it with the prisons. We've seen it with Enron. We've seen it with the Banks and we've seen it with Wall Street. Or in our case the VSE.

US Debt Fraud
I'm having a little bit of trouble with the math. The US's national debt is in the news of late and I'm trying to pinpoint just how much of that debt was stolen from fraud. The day before 9/11 Donald Rumsfeld said the Pentagon can't account for 25% of what it spends and has lost $2.3 trillion. That is mucho dinero.
We're told that the US debt has now hit $13 trillion. The reason people are concerned is because it's starting to over take the GDP. So $2.3 trillion missing is a large chunk of that debt.
The invasion of Iraq was based on a lie. Iraq had no weapons of mass destruction. Another $3 trillion later Bush said "Mission Accomplished." That's another $3 trillion stolen from fraud. Add that $3 trillion to the mission $2.3 trillion and we get $5.3 trillion which is an even bigger chunk of the $13 trillion debt.
England is also reeling from over expenditures and much of their debt has result from what John Rees from Stop the War Coalition refers to an addiction to war. England spend a lot of money on the invasion of Iraq and their bank bail out. Now they are scrambling to pay for that by stealing pensions and recking havoc on public programs.
John Rees pointed out that on the very first night of the attack on Libya, over 100 cruise missiles were fired. Those missiles are $100 million worth of resources blown up in one night. It doesn't take a great deal of imagination to calculate how many places at University that would mean. How many libraries that would mean. How many hospitals that would mean.
The rebels in Libya were not peaceful protesters. They took up arms against their government and have killed their own leader and two top aids. Funding that rebellion is not cost effective.
Back to the US debt. The War in Afghanistan is more of a grey area since we were told they were responsible for 9/11. Even though Bin Laden was found in Pakistan not Afghanistan and even though Unicol was wining and dining the Taliban prior to 9/11 trying to win the contract for the oil pipeline in Afghanistan. The US troops in Afghanistan, aside from cultivating and harvesting opium are also defending the oil pipeline now that the Taliban's decision to give the contract to Bridas has been reversed.
So we'll give them the benefit of doubt and we won't include the money spent on the invasion of Afghanistan as being directly related to fraud. But we will include the money spent on the Invasion of Iraq as contributing to the fraud debt as well as the $2.3 trillion Donald Rumsfeld claimed was missing before 9/11. I will however say privatizing the military is dangerous.
Now let's look at the money spent on the bank bail out. The Greek financial crisis was created by investment fraud. Just as the US and the British Bank bail outs were. The pattern of defrauding a bank then bailing out out with tax dollars has been tried before. It is a scam. BCCI was a scam tied to money laundering and arms smuggling. Bailing that out with tax dollars is wrong.
OK so how much did the US bank bail out cost? $700 billion. So Iraq, the missing $2.3 trillion and the bank bail out cost $6 trillion. That is a large portion of the 13 trillion national debt that has everyone so concerned. Some claim the Wall Street bailout is much larger. My point is, stealing pensions and closing schools and hospitals to pay for white collar crime is wrong. Controlling that debt by reconsidering the mission in Libya and safeguarding ourselves from pump and dump investment fraud is crucial for our own sovereignty.
Once again Michael Moore points out the obvious.
MPs review Supreme Court nominees
MPs helping to narrow down a list of potential Supreme Court of Canada nominees held their first meeting Friday and got their first peek at who's on the list. Let's hope they don't promote any more lawyers for the Hells Angels to the bench. The last thing we need is another Peter Leask or James Brunton.

Pickton Red Herring Inquiry
Speaking of the Pickton Red Herring Inquiry led by Wally the limp fish Oppal, let's take a look at the Red Herring mandate. Some say the mandate of the inquiry is to find out why the police took so long in finding the Pickton murderer and if the police did in fact fail to make it a priority because the victims were drug addicted prostitutes. The apparent mandate of the inquiry is to find out why justice was delayed.
I call it the red herring mandate because justice was never served. There are a lot of unanswered questions that will never be answered by the inquiry because of it's limited mandate. Funding isn't the issue. All the anti poverty groups can still participate with their own worker advocates. The Province said they're not going to pick up the legal fees for each and every group. Which is kind of understandable yet somewhat hypocritical given the millions spent on the Bassi Virk defense fraud.
The Union of B.C. Indian Chiefs and the Carrier Sekani Tribal Council say they have several concerns with the inquiry, including the narrow terms of reference and the appointment of former B.C. attorney general Wally Oppal as the commissioner.
No kidding. Wally Oppal is a former judge and the former AG. Aside from him being a limp fish on justice which likely played a significant role in why he was not reelected, it is a conflict of interest. When Jim Chu addressed the public at the Carnegie centre locals said they do not support Wally Oppal heading the commission.
Yet the real issue is the mandate of the inquiry. It's an inquiry into the police investigation. It has nothing to do with a public release of all the evidence that led them to believe there might have been other offenders and it has nothing to do with making public any and all evidence that caused the Crown to ask Robert Pickton on the stand if the Hells Angels were involved.
My argument all along was that all reports claimed Robert Pickton was slow and deferred to his brother Dave who ran the pig farm. I did not believe that Robert Pickton could have been the mastermind behind all those murders and do so without the knowledge of his brother Dave. There's no way he could have hid it from him.
Well low and behold the court hears that Dave Pickton did in fact have foreknowledge of the murders on the farm. In January of 2007 the court heard that The brother of accused serial-killer Robert "Willie" Pickton told police he knew about "bodies" and showed investigators where to look.
So not only was Dave Pickton convicted of sexual assault on that same farm and was accused in a second sexual assault on the farm, he admitted he had foreknowledge of bodies buried on the farm only he claimed Dinah Taylor was responsible. Yeah right. If he knew about the bodies, he was involved. Not only does that make him a suspect it makes him culpable because hiding a murder makes you an accomplice to murder.
The whole issue of the involvement of the Hells Angels has not been addressed in court. The crown asked Robert if the Hells angels were involved and he said no. Would he have said yes if they were? What made the crown ask that question? The defense submitted that there was considerable association between Dave Pickton and the Hells Angels. The witness that was supposed to testify to the fact that Hells Angels attended parties at Piggy's Palace was chased out of town and never testified. Later a musician told the Vancouver Province that Hells Angels were there all the time. That evidence was never submitted to the court.
Then there's the grow op. The Court also heard that police believed a marijuana grow-op in an unlicensed "booze can" across the street from the Pickton farm was connected to the Hells Angels. I'm assuming the booze can was Piggy Palace. This is the first I heard of a grow op on site. We know the Hells angels have a long history of using violence to take over grow ops in BC.
I realize the likelihood of convicting anyone else in this case is highly unlikely especially if they were members of a criminal organization. Nevertheless, the public inquiry should be public. That means the evidence in the voir dire - anything and everything that gave suspicion of organized accomplices should also be made public. That won't cost a cent. Especially with the news of Juel Stanton's involvement with someone from the Surrey House of Horrors where dna from one of the Pickton victims buried on the farm was found.
It is a bizarre twist to hear that Geoff Meisner's father was involved in the Pickton investigation. His son later became involved with the Hells Angels and the Kingpin crew in Kelowna. Geoff went missing in 2009 and was legally pronounced dead by the courts in 2010. I don't think it's related I just think it's bizarre. That was another tragic case. Too many people have died from organized crime. It's time to make the evidence public.
“All the attention so far has been on Mr. Pickton … but now there should be discussions about others who may have been involved and played a role,” Mr. Crey said. “I don’t mean to sound bitter, but I think [the Christy Clark government] should be sensitive and respond to the families who want to see more done. … They need to take another look at it and try to decide if other charges should be pursued.”
Just ask anyone in Maple Ridge. I am told that not only did the Hells agnels attend parties at Piggy's Palace and have a grow op on site, witnesses claim the Hells Agnels ran the bar. That needs to be addressed.
