Update on the Surrey Six trial

The Vancouver Sun, the Vancouver Province and the Surrey Leader are reporting that there has been a delay in the Surrey Six trial. Pretrial is still going on and because it is taking so long the actual trial won’t start until September. It was originally scheduled for May 6. So here’s the deal. I know we’ve talked a lot about the Surrey Six as that event created a public outrage that continues to this day and was what got me started on my website and blog. Nevertheless, I’m not going to be covering the trial so Wake me up when September ends.

I know everyone wants to know what’s going on with that case and I know I have rightfully expressed many concerns about over reaching publication bans. I don’t want to do anything that will in any way have an adverse effect on that trial. Publication bans are painful but since this trial has been split into three, four if you count the RCMP misconduct, then anything said in court at this trial could bias one of the other trials. For that reason I don’t see the publication ban being lifted until all of those trials run their full course. That doesn’t mean people can’t go and attend the trial or pretrial for themselves. We just can’t publish any evidence that might affect any of those other trials or taint a potential jury pool.

I will still be blogging about the Hells Angels violent control of the drug trade in Canada, as that is a huge concern. I firmly believe in protecting the identity of witnesses. Anyone who testifies in that trial is a hero. The rats are the ones who profited from that murder.

Catching up

Once again there are several stories to catch up on. The police have released the id of the latest victims found dead on Colebrook road early Wednesday morning and are reporting that they were both likely shot in the location they were found at. I’ll post updates on that thread.

Lots of gang trials coming up. I want to read up on this gang related kidnapping trial where the witness is refusing to testify out of fear of reprisal. It’s hard to keep track of all the gang related kidnappings but I think it’s important to mention it. More news of Hells Angels being charged with drug related violence in the States as well.

Most importantly is the front page of today’s Surrey Leader. They highlight Janice Shore and Bryan Bylo as two people with mental illness that the system failed. It’s an interesting comparison since one was a victim of crime and the other was involved with crime yet I think it’s worth looking at. My follow up is going to be on the predatory nature of the heartless drug dealers that exploit people with mental illness by giving them free drugs then beating the life out of them for payment.

We hear the word rat used a lot in the criminal world when referring to someone who reports a criminal to the police. Yet there is nothing more low life than a drug dealer who preys on the mentally ill. The system has failed these victims because they stand by and let the drug dealers sell hard drugs to them in public. They even encourage it with their insanely twisted definition of Harm Reduction. We need to spotlight the predatory nature of these drug dealers that exploit the mentally ill as well as the local drug lords driving around in their SUV’s paid for with blood money and the corrupt politicians that accept campaign contributions from the businesses that launder drug money. That is something we need to examine.

Pope Francis from Argentina is the new Pope

CBC is reporting that Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio of Argentina, who will be known as Pope Francis, has been selected as the new Pope. He is the first Pope from the Americas and the first from outside Europe in more than a millennium.

That’s nice. Everyone is stunned because everyone was speculating as to who was the most likely to be chosen. I guess that’s why people shouldn’t assume who’s next in line. On a lighter note, there was a late night comedian on television a week ago that sent a reporter out into the public to ask them what they thought of the new Pope. This was long before one was selected. They all started making stuff up and saying oh, he’s great.

Then the reporter asked one guy if he had seen the Pope’s ex wife’s interview on television and the guy said, oh yeah, she was very funny. Then she asked him how he felt about him being Jewish and he said he felt that was a good thing. It was rather amusing to see how people can be so out of touch with reality. I know we’re all busy but come on... Is the Pope Catholic?

Two more bodies dumped on Colebrook Road

Freddy was right. Kim Bolan, the Vancouver Province, CTV and CBC are reporting that two more bodies were found on Colebrook Road in Surrey this morning. One blog reader wrote in and recounted how the two suspects that assaulted that Surrey sex trade worker did so on Colebrook road. That is messed up.

The Vancouver Province is reporting that “Sgt. Jennifer Pound said the first body - an unresponsive male at the side of the road near 125A Street - was spotted by a uniformed officer on "proactive" patrol around 2 a.m. Wednesday. When additional officers were called to the scene, a police dog team found a woman's body a short distance away.”

Kim Bolan is reporting that “The man’s body was found in the exact spot where 29-year-old Delta resident Amritpal (Paul) Saran was found burned and dumped on Feb. 24.” If I’m counting right that makes ten homicides this year so far in Surrey alone. That’s including Janice Shore who was brutally assaulted in Whalley December of last year but died of her injuries this year.

~~

Update: Police have identified the two dead bodies found on Colebrook road early Wednesday moring. One is 54-year-old Brett Sheldon Lietz. And the other is 40-year-old Nicole Madelynn Brochu. Brochu had a criminal record between 1989 and 2003, while Lietz had no record at all. The two victims were known to each other as they were living together as roommates. Police also state it is likely they were both shot at the location they were found in.

Surrey Shirts banned from Surrey Place Mall

Here we go again. The City of Surrey threatened to sue the owner of the Surrey Shirts web site for his satire shirts about Surrey over copyright violation. Then the lawyer for Surrey First said they were not taking him to court they just sent him a letter objecting to his shirts. Now all of a sudden they’ve been banned from Surrey Place Mall.

After getting all the media exposure they started selling the shirts at a kiosk in the Mall. Now they’ve been banned and are no longer for sale there. “It’s not a ban,” Laura Ballance, a spokeswoman for the mall, said. “They talked to the retailer and they agreed to remove the merchandise." Oh really. Who is they?

Pitcairn was also denied a table by the Cloverdale Sunday market “We’re concerned that Surrey Shirts has been blacklisted from public events and effectively banned from the city of Surrey,” Pitcairn said. But a City of Surrey spokeswoman said that’s not true. “No city staff member has had any contact with any retailer, mall or market regarding his clothing,” Tara Foslien said.

Stop lying! None of us are that stupid. Laura Ballance represents Dianne Watts. She is Godzilla’s media spin doctor. Another wannabe Matt Wilcox. Laura Ballance also represents the self indulgent Mayors council as well as the City of Surrey. It is clear that the city of Surrey bullied the Mall and are now lying about doing so. Again.

It’s fine to say Surrey had a bad reputation but we are tying to change that but denying free speech and suppressing crime statistics is wrong. Especially when you have this ridiculous political agenda. We have already seen the results of Marvin Hunt and the former Mayor of Langley high jacking the BC Liberal candidacy for MLA’s in Surrey. They skipped the nomination and election procedure, then demanded Christy Clark resign. Clearly the City of Surrey’s bullying has extended into Provincial politics. “We’ll bully Surrey First, then the entire Province.”

Corporations can threaten to withdraw media advertizing dollars but consumers can withdraw their business. That is supply and demand in a Free Market. It’s time we boycott Surrey Place Mall and the Cloverdale Sunday market until they rescind their decision to heed Godzilla’s bullying. You can still buy your Surrey Shirts online. It is lawful to wear them.

The rise and fall of Preston Manning

It was nice to see Preston Manning interviewed on television recently. He was the Dalai Lama of the conservative movement in Canada. Before everything went wrong that is. It was nice to see him photographed with the one and only Ron Paul. Preston Manning used to be like Ron Paul, until he dropped the ball.

I saw a short clip of one of his interviews where he said two profound things. Reflecting upon the /90’s when the Reform party swept the west he was asked if things have changed since then. Manning’s first observation was that they took a firm stand on balancing the budget and reducing the debt back then and were considered quite radical for doing so at the time. Now he observes that every party talks about balancing the budget and reducing the debt so that is progress. Yet talking the talk and walking the walk are two very different things.

Manning also made a profound statement. He spoke in favor of the environment and said being fiscally responsible is being environmentally responsible. The idea behind balancing the budget is to save something for the next generation. Here Preston Manning is applying that same principle to protecting the environment.

He admits it’s a tough sell within the current party and many defensively raise their hands at the thought suggesting there is still some work to be done to convince the new party that protecting the environment is being fiscally responsible. In fact, Stephen Harper has done the exact opposite.

As we remember, the Reform Party completely swept the West coast and won almost every seat. The movement stopped dead in Ontario where many saw it as a separatist party which was not true. Reform’s position was if Quebec wants to separate, let them. The sky will not fall. Ontario couldn’t grasp the idea and stood apart. That’s when Reform saw they had gone as far as they could go and needed to make some new alliances if they were to take Ottawa. Or restore some burned bridges.

This famous quote from the past is the ultimate historic deception from Brutus himself: As party members gathered in Saskatoon, policy director Stephen Harper told the assembly they must set aside their fringe status and take the fight to Parliament Hill. "We are not here to fight Preston Manning," Harper told the party's grassroots. "We are here to help Preston Manning. We are here to fight Brian Mulroney and Jean Chrétien and Audrey McLaughlin."

How on earth could Stephen Harper make that statement with a straight face? Clearly his masterful deception meant he was going places. Remember Harry Potter? Remember Tom Riddle? Rearrange the letters in Tom Riddle’s name and you get Lord Voldemort. Well, Stephen Harper is Brian Mulroney. Suggesting at one time he was mandated to fight him when he has done everything in his power to mimic and embrace him reveals the neo con implant.

It really comes as no surprise. Preston Manning’s original quest was to balance the budget to save social programs not destroy them. Preston Manning challenged us to look beyond the left and right and see issues not stereotypes. The slogan was unite the bright. Only the staff made a typo and printed unite the right so they decided to run with it. They merged with the very Mulroney neo con they originally set out to oppose and under Stephen Harper’s leadership became just like him.

We saw Preston Manning rise. He fell when he embraced Stephen Harper’s con. He fell when he continues to embrace that deception in an attempt to unite the right knowing full well that right is no longer right. Preston Manning fell when he embraced Harper and Christy Clark’s pee wee Herman advisor that is obsessed with spending tax dollars on advertizing to convince voters how to think when Reform promised to poll voters to create policies not brainwash them like big brother. Indeed great has been the fall there of. Stephen Harper is no Ron Paul. He is the exact opposite. Corporate communism has been revealed and we are now funding China’s military expansion.

JJ Truscott is out of his mind

Justice John Truscott has lost his marbles. Perhaps we should put an add in the paper for him. This case is yet another example of what a joke the injustice system in BC has become. Only it’s not funny. John Truscott just acquitted a Surrey trucker who was caught smuggling 114 kilos of cocaine across the boarder in his truck.

The Vancouver Province is reporting that: “On July 19, 2009, Amritpal Singh Narwal was stopped at the Huntingdon (Sumas) border crossing driving a 2003 Kenworth tractor and pulling an apparently empty 1996 commercial trailer. When a border officer inspected the trailer, he observed that washers holding screws to a metal plate on the back of a refrigeration unit appeared scratched, as if the plate had been removed and replaced repeatedly.

Using a screwdriver, he removed one or two screws, peered behind the plate and pulled out two kilograms of cocaine. When the plate was completely removed, it was discovered that the interior of the refrigeration unit had been hollowed out and filled with 144 kilograms of cocaine. At the trial Narwal claimed that he had no knowledge the cocaine was in the trailer and no reason to suspect it was there.

B.C. Supreme Court Justice John Truscott concluded "that whoever loaded the cocaine did it without the accused's knowledge and involvement, so that the accused would not appear nervous at the border or disappear with the cocaine." Come on, that is ridiculous. The border officer noticed that “the washers holding screws to a metal plate on the back of a refrigeration unit appeared scratched, as if the plate had been removed and replaced repeatedly.” Replaced repeatedly. As in it has been done many times before.

“Someone” Hollowed out the refrigeration unit without his knowledge. That’s pretty hard for a driver not to notice. 144 kilos of cocaine takes up a fair amount of space. It’s highly likely that by hollowing out the refer unit, the refrigeration stopped working. That’s kind of hard for a trucker not to notice. On top of that he produced a false delivery bill to cover up the fact that he drove all the way to LA to pick up the cocaine.

This judge is an idiot. This is even worse than the Glen Hehn case where he was caught red handed loading 52 kilos of cocaine from his storage locker onto a truck. He told the judge that he didn’t know what was in the boxes and was helping an associate move. Yeah, what did the associate say was in the boxes? An associate isn’t going to move that much cocaine without the Hells Angels permission.

At least in the Glen Hehn case someone else took the fall and said they did it. In this case no one took the fall and the judge let the guy walk away free. That is crazy. Not much of a deterrent there. This brings us to the misconception that the public are not allowed to criticize judges. The public’s not learned in the law so they can’t understand the law like the judge can. Bullsh*t. We pay their salaries. We elect the governments that make and change the law. The public has a right and a duty to criticize bad decisions that mock justice.

Check out JJ’s rap sheet: Police received a call about someone tied up on a person’s property. The police responded to the call and found a grow op on site. JJ threw out the evidence because he said the call claiming someone was tied up inside was bizarre and contained little rational information suggesting someone was in danger. He said “In my view, when the two constables went to the address and spoke to the accused at the front gate and were told that there was no one tied up at that residence, they should have accepted that and left,”

JJ must be on crack. Do you really think if they had someone tied up inside that they would tell the police about it? Do you really think if the police went to a crack house in Prince George and said Hey, do you have anyone chained up in your basement that you’re torturing? No? OK, thanks. That’s good enough for us. That would be irresponsible and negligent.

Yes warrantless searches are a concern. Yet dismissing a 911 call claiming someone is tied up inside being held captive because it sounds crazy is absurd. Stranger things happen every day.

In fact, this egomaniac even overruled a city bylaw to allow an addiction treatment centre in effect banning the treatment centre. Supreme Court Justice John Truscott found the bylaw was inconsistent with the city's official community plan (OCP) and therefore contrary to the Local Government Act.

"In my view, in order to authorize this recovery facility on this site, city council will be required to amend the OCP," Truscott wrote in a reasons for judgment. Council adopted the bylaw in December 2011 to allow the creation of a 30-bed Northern Supportive Recovery Centre for Women at the now-closed school. JJ shut it down. He was way out of his jurisdiction.

In fact, JJ even acquitted a man for assaulting a peace officer even though a witness saw him and he was convicted. Instead of ordering a retrial, which there was no basis for, he acquitted the man and set him free. JJ said the witness who testified to seeing the suspect wrestling with the police officer, was 40 or 50 meters away and wore a hearing aid. He saw the suspect wrestling with the police officer which supported the police officer’s testimony. He didn’t have to hear anything. He saw it. Wearing a hearing aid isn’t relevant.

JJ said the key issue in acquitting the man after another judge found him guilty was because the previous judge said he had no great confidence in Mr. Briscoe’s version rather than stating that he had no confidence in the accused’s version of events since it contradicted the police officer’s version and another independent witness. “To say that he had no great confidence is to suggest that he still had some confidence” which means there was reasonable doubt. He was being nice. He had no confidence in the accused’s version because it contradicted the evidence. Idiot!

This is a pattern of insanity. John Truscott needs a psychiatric evaluation before he returns to the bench. He is clearly a danger to society in that position.

Skytrain to Langley is not fiscally responsible

This mayor’s council is the perfect example of everything that’s wrong with politics in North America. The right has become consumed with pork barrel politics. Politicians make all these ridiculous promises they can’t afford, then go into debt trying to buy the voters that elected them. Instead of people electing someone with the mindset what will they spend on us, we should be electing candidates who stop the insanity of pork barrel politics and start acting fiscally responsible.

The right always screams the left will tax and spend but they are doing the exact same thing they accuse the left of. Only they’re worse because instead of spending it on the elderly and the homeless they are spending it on themselves and the dirty developers that elected them.

One minute this wasteful mayors’ council screams poverty asking for a regional sales tax so they have a budget to spend giving them a reason to exist. They rationalize it by claiming Translink is over budget and needs money. They try to sell it by claiming we need to get rid of transit police to help Skytrain balance their budget. Then at the exact same time they say we need to spend another $2.22 billion we don’t have to extend skytrain to Langley. That is insane.

Langley doesn’t need skytrain. Skytrain and subways are for urban areas not rural areas. A stop and go skytrain with no express routes would be a painful experience not to mention insanely costly. What we do need is a bus route from Walnut Grove to Vancouver. That is what we do need. What we need is for the bus route from Walnut Grove to Vancouver to stop at Guildford on it’s way over the Port Mann Bridge to Vancouver. That is what we do need. Instead they tell us they refuse to supply that demand and force everyone to take the ridiculous bus and stop and go skytrain journey into Vancouver which is simply painful.

The Fraser Institute is not conservative. Their obsession with promoting the BC Liberals despite scandal after scandal is astounding. The BC Liberals are the most corrupt political organization in Canadian history. The recent Surrey high jacking is another example of how nothing has changed and that Christy Clark is the least of their problems. Godzilla is just an extension of those problems.

They are still using the fear mongering in the media to promote their self serving corruption. Look at the polls they say. If we don’t do something Adrian Dix and the NDP will get elected. So they keep poring on the propaganda trying to sell us some swamp land in Florida promoting the BC Liberals when the voters already know better. It’s not a matter of the BC Liberals or the NDP. There are other choices. There is a reason they aren’t endorsing John Cummings and the BC Conservatives. It’s because John Cummins is a conservative and they are not. They support tax and spend pork barrel politics and John Cummins doesn’t. That is why they don’t endorse him they keep endorsing Gordon Campbell rejects instead.

What we are seeing isn’t a drive to promote business and a strong economy. We are seeing political corruption that uses fiscal irresponsibility to brainwash voters through tax paid advertizing trying to sell them a bad deal. A strong economy is good. Yet bad business does not support a strong economy. Bad business is what Catherine Austin Fitts describes as the tapeworm economy that feeds off taxpayers like a parasite.

I’m glad the politically corrupt BC Liberals have stopped trying to infect the BC Conservatives. We just need to remember that there are more than two choices this election and voting for the greater evil because we are afraid of the NDP is not responsible. The vice president of the Surrey Tynehead Liberals just resigned because of yet another scandal tied to Surrey First and the Blue Oyster Cult. He said that BC Liberals are fed up with scandal after scandal and admits that the current BC Liberals are worse than any NDP government we’ve ever had. Many are starting to believe that a NDP government couldn't be any worse and they are absolutely right. Yet there is so much good that we can do when we stop believing the fiscally irresponsible propaganda and start using our brain and thinking for ourselves.

Sex trade worker beaten, tied up and dragged by a van

Catching up with stories from the week, this one is disturbing. March 4th a Vancouver sex trade worker was beaten, tied up and dragged by a van. She’s from, where else, East Vancouver. Robert Pickton’s old stopping ground. She was driven to a secluded area where she was beaten and tied up. She managed to partially free herself and fearing for her life, jumped from the moving van. If she hadn’t it’s quite possible she would have been another missing woman from the DTES.

The suspect is described as a white man with a tanned complexion, balding with a moustache or goatee. He may have had an Australian accent. His van was described as a white panel van with roof racks. My question is, was this a John, a Pimp or a drug dealer? Back in the day, Vancouver prostitutes used to have enforcers that would beat up Johns that mistreated the women. That all changed when the Hells Angels took over the industry. After they took it over they all started to go missing at biker parties on the Pickton farm.

Update: Police have released a composite sketch of the suspect in the East Vancouver kidnapping and assault. They also have a video clip of the van he was driving.

The police also released a composite drawing of two men who are suspects in another sex trade worker assault in Surrey that occurred October 18th. The assault happened between 4 and 6 p.m., when a sex trade worker was picked up by two men in the area of King George Boulevard and 105th Avenue. She was driven to a secluded area in the 12800-block of Colebrook Road and sexually and physically assaulted. Waheed Faiyaz has been charged in yet another case.

Janice Shore's funeral was yesterday. This is a different case. The level of violence in that case was very disturbing. People say if she was murdered for a drug debt it couldn't have been a large debt because she was a user not a dealer. She was kind and soft spoken. The kind of mark these drug dealing predators target.

Former Mountie is being censored

CBC is reporting that: "A veteran RCMP officer who was scheduled to testify before a House of Commons committee investigating harassment within the force says she's being censored and excluded after submitting her speaking notes.

Krista Carle said Friday she was shocked when Conservative members of the House of Commons standing committee on the status of women cancelled her appearance yesterday on Parliament Hill, shortly after she submitted her speaking notes to the committee 36 hours before hand, as required." What a disrespectful way to celebrate international woman's day. With more censorship and denial.

"Yesterday, only one former Mountie, who is not currently involved in any litigation against the RCMP, got to tell the committee about her years of working under a male boss at the RCMP."

North Korea is off the hook

Lots of gang news breaking but I think it’s important to remember how outrageous North Korea is being and how that directly relates to public safety. All this talk about Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq that they never had while North Korea is defiantly launching missiles testing and displaying it’s nuclear capabilities. That is outrageous; sanctions are urgent.

North Korea claims it will cancel the 1953 cease-fire that ended the Korean War. Any country that conducts nuclear tests to scare the world should be immediately placed under sanctions. Stop doing business with them and the countries that support their military arsenal. When North Korea threatens to return to the Korean War where a Communist dictatorship tries to invade and oppress a sovereign nation, then that’s time to enlist for military service to stop them. It’s that simple.

What we need to do is revoke this insane deal giving Communist China, who backed North Korea and North Vietnam in those wars ownership of Canada’ oil rights. We are funding their military expansion. North Korea cancels non-aggression pact with South Korea, Canada cancels China’s ownership of their oil. It’s that simple. North Korea has threatened to strike the U.S. with nuclear missiles. We cannot support that and must oppose it. All the refuse the cruise and anti nuclear weapons demonstrations are in vain if we don’t. Canada selling China nuclear reactors contributes to this international threat. Where do you think North Korea gets it from? This problem is our fault.

Public denied entrance to Surrey Six trial: Update

The public were banned from the Surrey Six trial today. I need to find out more details as to why. A publication ban does not mean the public or the press are not allowed. It means they are not allowed to publish any evidence the jury was not present to hear. After the publication ban is lifted they may. If they aren’t allowed to be present they won’t have anything to report when the ban is lifted.

Sometimes portions of a trial can be in camera or in secret so to speak, when national security in at risk or when one client asserts privilege such as attorney–client privileged communications. We know this applies to Jamie Bacons’ case but that is separate from the other trial so it should not apply today in this trial.

Today: “The court door entrance was covered in newspaper so no-one could see in, the door was locked and it said 'do not enter there is a publication and disclosure ban in effect' or words to that effect.” It didn’t say in camera. A publication ban has nothing to do with denying the public or the press entrance. We know there is a publication ban regarding any evidence that might have anything to do with the RCMP case where an IHIT officer had an affair with DK’s former girlfriend. Please don’t tell me this is another cover up.

~~

Today, March 7th, the trial was in camera again. I’m told the trial will be public but was private yesterday due to “sensitive” audio. There is a huge confusion as to when the case will be public. You just get the colossal run around when you ask why it went in camera. The court will put you through to the Crown, the Crown refuses to answer the question and puts you through to the media representative who has his answering machine on. This is sadly shocking. This latest act of treason is brought to you by Madam Injustice Catherine A. Wedge who is clearly sitting on the wrong side of the bench. An interim publication ban does not ban the media or public. Welcome to Canada’s new Iron Curtain.

~~

Today, March 8 2013, the Surrey Six hearing in courtroom 209 at the New Westminster courthouse was under publication ban but was open to the public. Wednesday and Thursday they were in camera meaning the public were not allowed in. Still no reason given why it was in camera.

I am told there was a protester outside the courthouse this morning objecting to Judge Wedge’s decision to hold the hearing in camera. The Clifford Olsen trial and the Robert Pickton trial were high profile cases that had publication bans but the public were still allowed to attend. We are going to have to stay viligant and keep an eye on them to see if they go back in camera. If you show up at court and are denied entry, please let me know. Cheers.

State of the Union

Charles Dickens once said, it was the best of times, it was the worst of times… it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair. Organized crime is getting out of hand. A few years ago, Steve Brown referred to the gang violence as an insurgency. Yet many of us are likely unphased by a gang war. Drug dealers murdering drug dealers. Many will say good riddance. Yet for me the concerns permeate our very existence. It has become a culture of violence. A culture of cruelty and brutality. We are losing touch with humanity and becoming consumed with greed. Tragic really.

We have known that the Hells Angels have murdered a lot of people in Quebec over the years in their biker war which was a war for the profits of the drug trade. A refusal to share those profits. An obsession with greed and a monopoly on the drug trade. Seeing that obsession thrive in Vancouver diminishes all of us.

I’ll admit I didn’t lose any sleep over the news of Jonathon Bacon’s death. He and Larry Amero have been responsible for many murders. In Quebec the Hells Angels had a fund they would channel a portion of their drug profits into to pay for the murders of rival drug dealers. Larry Amero’s friend being recently charged in a Toronto murder is but one example. The murder of the leader of the Bo Gars in Montreal because he refused Greg Wooley’s offer to work for the Hells Angels is another.

Now we have two cases before us that have created a public outcry. First is the Surrey Six. The Bacon brothers have been charged with murder in a plot to take over the leadership of the Red Scorpions and make them work for the Hells Angels. It is clear that Larry Amero and the Hells Angels supported them. Murdering two innocent bystanders crossed the line and created a public outcry that continues despite the perpetual violence.

The other case was two members of the Hells Angels and one member of the Throttle Lockers beating Dain Philips to death with baseball bats and hammers. That is the epitome of barbarianism. It has shown how completely out of control the Hells Angels have become. Sure, many have turned their back on them and offered a rewards for beating them up in prison, yet Dain Philips wasn’t the only one. Britney Irving and Geoff Meisner are two others. There have been many more.

Joey Verma getting a VP tattoo for the Kingpin Crew after murdering Britney is once again the epitome of barbarianism. Arrogance that has lost touch with reality. Murdering a wonderful young woman is nothing to brag about. These animals are so confused they can’t even see that. That’s another case coming to trial this year.

Clearly the Hells Angels have no right to use the word rat ever again unless they are referring to themselves. Johnny Newcome’s stolen car ring was low life. Now he’s back in business and nothing has changed. They just don’t get it. They have no concept of what L & R means at all. Clearly it’s because they don’t even respect themselves. Their deranged actions are proof of that.

Skeletor’s first stolen motorcycle shows us how he got his start. By benefitting from the betrayal of the brothers he pledged to support. We know the Hobo clown only worships money and he himself declared his friendship is for sale. The Devil’s Butler has shown us Ricky Ciarniello’s real history. Janice Shore and Bob Roth’s murders have also diminished us.

Clearly these are the worst of times. It is the winter of despair. Yet because we can see through their lies and their plastic inhumane world, these are the best of time. It is the spring of hope because we are free. We are free to act. Free to choose. Without being blinded by their lies any more. Live your life without the brutality and violence. Good riddance to the violence.

Dain Philips murder trial and the Surrey Six under way

A blog reader pointed out that Robert Thomas as well as Bob and Norman Cocks were in court today to set a date for Dain Philips' murder trial. That is an important case to follow. Ironically enough the Surrey Six trial was on today as well.

The Surrey Six murder trial has been split in two. Jamie Bacon will be tried separately because his lawyer raised concerns about solicitor client privilege about prison wiretaps. To my knowledge, there’s just a publication ban on evidence that involved the RCMP case where officers have been charged for covering up the affair one of the members had with a witness.

Larry Amero associate charged with murder in Toronto

Kim Bolan is reporting that a former B.C. man wanted for murder in a Toronto hit has been arrested in Greece. Rabih (Robby) Alkhalil grew up in Surrey and has been charged with the murder of Johnnie Raposo last April outside a cafe in Toronto’s Little Italy. Dean Wiwchar was arrested for his involvement in that murder last June. Nicola Nero and Martino Caputo were also recently arrested for that same murder.

Turns out that Alkhalil is also charged along with Larry Amero with cocaine trafficking in Montreal. Larry Amero and Jonathon Bacon attended one of the Alkhalil brothers wedding in Ottawa before Jonathon was shot dead in Kelowna. So why is Larry Amero’s associate charged in the murder of Johnnie Raposo? Things that make ya go hmmmm.

BC Liberals: Rats fighting over a sinking ship

Well this is rather bizarre. “Surrey Liberals” call for Christy Clark’s resignation. What a bunch of self serving ego maniacs. Kicking the cat by blaming their indiscretions on Christy Clark. That is a joke. Remember Gordon Campbell? Remember the HST? Remember the party’s history of arrogantly steam rolling over voters? Christy Clark was their best chance at helping voters forget about their past. We can see nothing has changed.

This new declaration is right after the Liberals lost riding presidents in Surrey-Whalley, Surrey-Fleetwood, and Surrey-Green Timbers. Three of the four ridings in Surrey. So just who are these new representatives calling for Christy Clark’s resignation?

James Plett was the Vice President of the Surrey Tynehead riding association until he took to Twitter to say he is tired of all the scandals and quit. On twitter he wrote: 'Sick of "Today's @bcliberals" corruption + scandal after scandal. Worse than the BC NDP of yesteryear. I quit effective now #bcpoli'

CKNW is reporting that Plett says the party is riding roughshod over the associations and just putting candidates into place with no nomination race or voting. "I have been a dyed in the wool believer and I think myself and a lot of people are just being shuffled off and are just being told to take a hike and its actually very disappointing it is not a good turn and at this point myself and a lot of BC Liberals...former BC Liberal supporters are asking themselves if an NDP government would be that much worse."

He wasn’t referring to Christy Clark. He was referring to these new yahoos that high jacked their way into the Surrey candidacy. Which brings us to Marvin Hunt and the Blue Oyster Cult. Marvin Hunt just announced his candidacy for the BC Liberals. He was part of Godzilla’s Campbell Heights scandal where dirty developers who donated to the BC Liberals got a sweetheart deal on some land at the Campbell Heights Industrial play park and flipped it at a huge profit after Surrey First rezoned it for them. It’s all very conflicted. I guess that’s what James Plett means by scandal after scandal.

Why now we hear the Langley Mayor has just decided to run for the BC Liberals. Why he’s part of that Metro Vancouver Mayor’s council. That’s another scandal all on it’s own. Wasting tax dollars to promote their own political careers. Shameful.

Get this, Fassbender is running, you guessed it, in Surrey. He's one of the yahoo's causing the trouble that's causing people to resign. He's a fast bender alright. Oh and a Langley RCMP inspector is also running in Surrey: Surrey Tynehead! What a bunch of corrupt self serving idiots. All I can say is I’m glad these idiots are fighting over the sinking ship and have stopped coming over to pollute the BC Conservatives.

Whiteboy Posse involved in Alberta Courthouse shooting

Speaking of Nazi symbols and the Hells Angels, it turns out the Whiteboy Posse are the ones who were involved in that courthouse shooting in Alberta recently. Last Tuesday an Alberta sheriff was shot in the hand during a prisoner transfer at the Whitecourt courthouse north west of Edmonton.

“Two men were spotted fleeing in a prisoner transport van, but were arrested within the hour at a rural home near Whitecourt. Clayton Ness and Jake MacIntyre, both of Whitecourt, face aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, escape from lawful custody and other charges.”

Again, these don’t appear to be brain surgeons. Escaping from custody and hiding out in the small town they’re from. The interesting thing is who they are and why they were in prison. Turns out they were recently arrested February 21st as part of a significant drug bust in Whitecourt. Police seized pot, cocaine, crystal meth and illegal firearms.

“All of these people lived in Whitecourt and they were linked to an organized crime group in Whitecourt,” said Staff Sgt. Rodney Koscielny of the Whitecourt RCMP. So these guys are members of an organized crime group in a significant drug bust where cocaine and crystal meth were seized in a small town in northern Alberta outside Edmonton. That sure sounds like the Whiteboy Posse. The ones who decapitated a Lloydminster man in Edmonton for a drug debt tied to the Edmonton Hells Angels.

I check out Clayton Ness' Facebook where he admits to being a member of a gang but doesn’t name the gang. One of Clay’s facebook friends is William Jones from Surrey who is wearing an Edmonton support shirt in his profile picture with the letters WBP written across the top of the picture. That confirms a connection to the Whiteboy Posse. The Whiteboy posse in Surrey is very concerning. There is no room for Nazi’s here.

Interestingly, another one of Clay’s facebook friends is Greg Billings who is also wearing a support shirt in his profile picture and has a memorial tattoo for Peter Pablo Butler. Pablo is from Whitecourt and went missing March 15 2008. Pablo is Native and was pictured wearing that same Hells Angels support gear with 51 on it for the Edmonton Hells Angles. Tragically he went missing in 2008 and is assumed dead.

Arrest warrant issued for former CSIS Watchdog

Arthur Porter is back in the news. This is Stephen Harpers’ pal that stepped down as the chair of Canada’s watchdog for CSIS. He stepped down as links to him and an Israeli arms dealer tied to Iran Contra named Ben-Menashe went public. Now he’s named in an arrest warrant issued by Quebec's anti-corruption squad for allegations of fraud.

The Vancouver Province is reporting that: “The warrants say the men are wanted on numerous charges - including fraud, breach of trust and document forgery - in relation to the $1.3-billion construction of a Montreal mega-hospital.

The others being sought are: former SNC-Lavalin senior executives Pierre Duhaime and Riadh Ben Aissa; former high-ranking hospital executive Yanai Elbaz; and Jeremy Morris, the administrator of a Bahamas-based investment company linked to the fraud allegations.”

So here we have someone tied to an Israeli arms dealer connected to Iran contra, that is now charged with fraud and accepting bribes in connection with the Hells Angels control of Quebec’s construction industry, in charge of watching over Canada’s spy agency. Isn’t that ironic?

Harper’s response of course was to get rid of the watchdog agency altogether so CSIS can continue business as usual without any lawful accountability whatsoever. Things that make ya go hmmmm. Or should I say: No way dude…

Arthur says he’s too ill to travel back to Canada to face fraud charges. He’s busy living it large in the Bahamas. Speaking of Israeli arms dealers tied to Iran contra, Yanai Elbaz and Riadh Ben Aissa sound like Israeli names. Riadh Ben Aissa was arrested in Switzerland of all places.

Dead body found in Langley Grow op

Last Tuesday police found a dead body in a grow op in Langley. The Whiterock Hells Angels have a clubhouse in Langley don’t they? They found Whiterock Hells Angels support stickers in a Kelowna grow op. The Hells Angels ran a grow op in Osoyoos as well. There was a grow op in Maple ridge where a dead body was found in a shallow grave. The Hells Angels are very big in Maple Ridge. They call it the Haney chapter. In fact Haney chapter has a reputation of ripping off their own grow ops. We’re still waiting on the ID of the man’s body found in the Langley grow.

~~

Kim Bolan is reporting that IHIT released the identify of the man found dead in the Langley grow op. It is Taylor Daniel Johnson, 21 who was the caretaker of the vacant property that contained the grow op. Police aren’t releasing the cause of dead but said he met with foul play.

Kelowna Hells Angel back in court for assault

Joseph Bruce Skreptak is back in the news. He’s the Kelowna Hells Angel that was caught with a car full of weapons, bullet proof vests and a cell phone jammer with some associates in Salmon Arm. He’s the one that owned a house that the renters had a grow op in. He wasn’t involved of course despite the fact that his truck was parked out front with a Hells Angels bumper sticker on it and Hells Angels stickers were posted inside the grow op. The renters took the fall for that one.

Well now he’s in the news because of that home invasion and assault. He told the court he “believed” the man’s son had “stolen jewelry” from him and that’s why he assaulted him. Kelowna Cap News is reporting that:

“Late on Nov. 1, 2010, Skreptak, 47, went to the home of a Kelowna teen to confront him about approximately $10,000 in “jewelry” that had gone missing from his home. While in the one-room apartment, Skreptak punched the youth’s father four to five times, the court heard. As a result, the man’s left side of his face was pushed in and he suffered fractures to the bones around his eye that required surgery to insert plates, said Crown counsel Catherine Fedder.”

“Crown said the two teens present for the assault were intimidated by the knowledge that Skreptak was a member of the Hells Angels. ‘This case is...about a grown man who chooses to use his position as a member of an outlaw motorcycle gang to bully two teenagers and a defenceless man,’ said Fedder.”

The claim that the money was about jewelry fails the test of believability as does the claim that it had nothing to do with the Hells Angels. “Defence lawyer Brian Jackson said Skreptak didn’t go to the police because he didn’t want to get the kids, who apparently sold the stolen jewelry for marijuana, in trouble.” Right there. If marijuana was involved, so was the Hells Angels. They use violence to take over all the grow ops. What’s the matter, he beat them up because they grew a few plants on their own? I can’t believe the court accepted the jewelry nonsense without it being contested.

Surrey Hells Angel meth cook in the news

Speaking of crystal meth in Vancouver, Surrey's Hells Angel meth cook is back in the news. The Vancouver Province is reporting the government wants to keep some money it seized from the Hells Angels through proceeds of crime legislation.

We remember Ryan. He’s that long time Surrey meth cook for the Hells Angels that also had meth labs in Vancouver and Abbotsford. Ryan was first caught making 6 kilograms of crystal meth in a Surrey apartment. In July 2005 he was caught in charge of a crew that was capable of making 15 kilos of crystal meth every ten days. In 2004 police seized 8 kilos of crystal meth from a lab Ryan ran in Abbotsford.

In 2008 Prosecutor Martha Devlin alleged in court that Ryan was cooking up crystal meth for a member of the Hells Angels, whose name had been banned by the trial judge.

This is another example of an over reaching and illegal publication ban by a corrupt BC judge. Publication bans are supposed to protect an individuals right to a fair trial not stifle the freedom of the press. They are only for evidence that was submitted in court when the jury wasn’t present. Evidence when the jury was present is fair game. They are also supposed to expire when the verdict has been rendered.

Thankfully, in another case not covered by a publication ban involving police informant Michael Plante, the one Kim Bolan made a special series and web site about, it was revealed that Ryan made meth for John Punko and Ron Lising. The court heard evidence claiming John Punko didn’t want Ryan making crystal meth for anyone but him. The picture of Ryan the police handed out in 2005 as part of an investigation into the East Vancouver Hells Angels.

In March of 2010, a blog reader recognized Ryan’s picture from the gang member registry on the Gangsters out web site. They said they were aware of a Hells Angels crack house in Vancouver run by a skinhead that looked just like Ryan and was also called Ryan. They had some disturbing tales to tell of women being held captive and disappearing leaving only traces of their ID behind similar to the Surrey House of Horrors and the Pickton farm.

The OMGU raided five meth labs in the Vancouver area run by the Hells Angels before Christmas in 20011. We know that Trent Willet, a former president of the Hells Angels Kentucky, Fulton chapter plead guilty to the distribution of crystal meth in 2009. Greg Domey, the former president of the Salem, Mass chapter and East coast president of the Hells Angels was sentenced to 20 years in prison under the "Drug Kingpin" statute for trafficking crystal meth in Massachusetts. Last June 21 Hells Angels and associates were arrested for trafficking crystal meth in South Carolina.

Vancouver New Zealand Crystal Meth Ring busted

6.6 kilograms of crystal meth has been seized in a drug smuggling ring linking Vancouver and New Zealand. One known gang member has been arrested in the sweep. BC gangs have been known for exporting their mad harsh hydroponic growing skills to New Zealand for their grow ops since 2007. A New Zealand Herald report in 2009 called meth “New Zealand’s worst drug problem,” and one that has spurred a corresponding crime wave. Crystal meth is not speed. It’s made with Drano and eats you alive worse than crack does.

[Scathed] and [Not a Game] Crystal meth videos by the Odd Squad.

Former Amerca's Next Top Model star Jael Strauss became a crystal meth addict.

Boeing makes a fighter jet that rivals the F-35

There’s been a lot of talk about the ballooning costs of the fleet of fighter jets Stephen Harper wants to buy. The fact that they can’t be used in the arctic to protect Canada is a huge concern,. The fact that one of his candidates lobbied for the company that builds them is another. Turns out Boeing makes a fighter jet that rivals the F-35 for half the price.

Lets see… Boeing has experience making planes… It certainly is worth a look. Canada needs some jets. How many and what for is the question. Spending billions on insider trading jets that can’t be used in the arctic is simply corruption. Especially when it means cutting funding for personnel and everything else in the military. Closing the Vancouver coast guard in lieu of this expenditure is irresponsible.

In the Boeing Super Hornet, additional fuel can be carried in up to five external fuel tanks and the aircraft can be configured as an airborne tanker by adding an external air refueling system. That’s a lot better than having to contract out the air to air fueling in the F-35.

Indo Canadian Gangs

There are many breaking stories to catch up on but before I do, I want to make a clarification. I have never claimed to know anything about Indo Canadian gangs. Clearly that is Kim Bolan’s specialty. She covered Air India, she covered Bindy and Peter Adiwal. She was the first to break the news about the Dhurry Dhak group.

When I started my web site and blog I made it clear that I was not going after the Indo Canadian gangs. The reason was two fold. First, even though I live in Surrey, the Indo Canadian gangs don’t affect me. They don’t harass me and I’m not affected by the drugs they sell. Selling drugs in clubs is different than selling crack on the street. Not to say that Indo Canadian gangs don’t sell crack. I’m just saying it doesn’t affect me like the Hells Angels drug trade does. It’s impossible to walk through certain parts of Surrey or East Vancouver and not have the crack problem in your face so to speak. That disturbs me and it disrupts public safety.

The other reason is that I don’t see the Indo Canadian gangs as such a colossal threat as the Hells Angels are. Not any more. First the Hells Angels took over the exotic dancer industry in BC. Now they’re taking over the drug trade in BC and their violent monopoly of that drug trade affects all of us. Killing people for drug debts and murdering anyone else who sells drugs outside their umbrella.

The one thing I do know about Indo Canadian gangs is that the Independent Soldiers used to be an Indo Canadian gang. They used to be independent of the Hells Angels. Not any more. After the Loft Six shooting, all the independent leaders of the IS were killed off and the new IS became a Hells Angels puppet club. Case in point. Randy Naicker’s idol worship of Larry Amero. That got him killed.

The thing that really upsets me is to see the huge amount of resources that goes into finding Jonathon Bacon’s killer when Jonathon and his brothers were involved with the Surrey six and a huge number of subsequent murders. I’d rather see those resources directed towards finding Lindsey Buziak or Janice Shore’s murderer. I find the fact that the Bacon brothers and their associates get round the clock police protection outrageous and offensive.

The thing that really upsets me is the huge amount of resources spent on some police informants, some of which are drug infested repeat offenders while we sit back and watch drug dealers sell crack in the open at Main and Hastings and around the Front Room in Surrey at Gateway. Allowing these dead zones aids and abets the Hells Angels’ profit and their violence. All the crack that is sold around Gateway and the Front Room in Surrey is controlled by the Hells Angels. We are shooting ourselves in the foot by allowing those drug dealers to operate in public. Enforcement is one of the four pillars and is the New York model that everyone talks about.

With regards to the Kelowna shooting I will submit the most popular theory that is going around. The official version so to speak. Gurmit Dhak was a drug dealer who was gunned down in Metrotown October 2010. Some say his group was called Billy’s Crew at the time and they worked for the UN. “Someone” killed Gurmit Dhak to take over his drug trade. People suspect it was James Riach and the Bacon Brothers under the direction of the Hells Angels.

When Gurmit was killed, his brother Sukh wanted revenge and wanted to keep control of his brother’s drug trade. It was a known fact that Sukh was in Kelowna for court the Friday before the Kelowna shooting. That is why the Hells Angels blamed the Dhak group right away and continued the extermination they had already started to gain control of their drug trade.
Since the UN have been dismantled, there’s nothing wrong with referring to them as the Dhak group. However, they started of working for and with the UN.

Yes I was given another name along time ago and I did not publish it at the time because I am more concerned about innocent victims or good people like Geoff Meisner and Britney Irving getting set up and betrayed. I now have a last name and since it ties in with this group it has credibility in my eyes. I will not post it because of the liability concerns I have already expressed. I don’t want to be responsible for someone else’s murder.

I still think Khun Khun is an idiot. There’s no sense in flogging a dead horse and repeating that over and over again. If he was involved and if he did shoot Larry Amero that in no way erases his past and makes him a somebody. There is nothing to be admired about murder. Especially when it involves ambushing and shooting an unarmed target. As we have said before, any 12 year old can pull a trigger and none of us are bullet proof.

Sukh was butt ugly but Gurm, he seemed to have a conscience and did express his regret on video prior to his execution. He said the gang life is no life and for him it was too late. Yet for all of us it is not. That’s the point. At a gang seminar in Surrey Kim Bolan said she met a young kid who had put a picture of gang member up in his locker after the gang member became a paraplegic is a shooting and was actually admiring him as a role model. Clearly that kid needs some professional help. Yet it shows the dilemma of discussing gangs. The whole point is to discourage youth from going down that road not to glorify murderers and criminal who betray each other for money.

There was another seminar and a movie encouraging young kids to stay out of gangs in Surrey not long ago. I saw the movie which was played at Guildford for the seminar. It was graphic and well done. The greed and the ruthless betray was disturbing. I walked away from that movie with the felling that I don’t want to be a murderer. Murder isn’t good or glorious. Murdering someone does not make a nobody somebody. It just makes them a murderer. Something they will always have to live with. In this life and in the next.

The purpose of my web site and blog is not to glorify gangs. It’s to show people how this lie is driven by greed and betrayal and has nothing to do with living the dream At all. There’s a lot more to discuss but my main point here is that there is nothing noble about murder. The plastic world of Steroids and Silicone is what everyone else is laughing at. It isn’t real and it’s a very shallow existence. Life has so much more to offer.

~~

Evidently, Tom Gisby was also implicated in the Kelowna shooting before he was shot dead in Mexico. Kib Bolan called it back in April of 2012.

Canada helps pay for China's Military Expansion

Speaking of getting shafted at the gas pump by the Oil company’s monopoly, it looks like as we are getting shafted at the pump, now that money doesn’t just fill a greedy corporate pig’s wallet. Now it’s funding China’s military expansion since Stephen Harper sold Canada’s oil rights to Communist China.

China has launched the first ship in a new class of stealth missile frigates, state media reported Tuesday, amid ongoing tensions with neighbouring countries over Beijing's maritime claims. The People's Liberation Army Navy is building 20 Type 056 Jiangdao class frigates to replace older models and bolster its ability to conduct patrols and escort ships and submarines in waters it claims in the South China and East China seas.

So just remember next time you fill up with gas at outrageous prices, those profits are going to help fund a Communist dictatorships military expansion thanks to Stephen Harper. If that isn’t treason, I don’t know what is. If Canada Nationalized their oil at least those profits would go towards building schools and hospitals instead of military weapons for a Communist dictatorship.

Ramifications of the Bacon Amero shooting and arrest

There’s lots of news continuing to break but I want to pause and focus in on my primary beef. In my previous post I have expressed my doubt and contempt about Klutz Klutz being involved in the Kelowna shooting that killed Jonathon Bacon and wounded his low life pal Larry Amero while James Riach escaped uninjured.

You may be right. I might be crazy. The police wouldn’t have charged Klin Klon unless they had some kind of evidence other than his ridiculous confession. The guy is a two bit thief and an idiot. Which makes you wonder, what if he was involved? If an absolute idiot can pick up a gun and shoot Larry Amero, then what can a guy with half a brain do? An awful lot more.

IF and I say IF because I’m not going to concede defeat on this issue until I see some hard core evidence in court, IF Khun Khun really was involved in the shooting of Larry Amero, ya gotta think how embarrassing that must be for the Hells Angels. It would also obviously establish that the Hells Angels didn’t do the hit on Larry Amero like some have speculated. If Khun and the others did it, then the Hells Angels didn’t. Pretty simple math.

The fact that Larry Amero was dealing drugs for the Hells Angels in Montreal after the shooting and is now part of the new Surrey girl chapter of the Hells Angels, makes it pretty clear he was acting on club business when he was supporting the much hated Jonathon Bacon.

Again I want to stress that this was not a new association. James Riach was with the Independent Soldiers when he met with the Bacon Brothers in the Castle Fun Park meeting in Kevlar before the Surrey Six Murder. James Riach, Randy Naicker and the Independent Soldiers supported the Bacon Brothers back then. Before, during and after the Surrey Six. That means all those tit for tat shootings in the 2009 gang war was not between the Bacon brothers and the Independent Soldiers. It was mostly between the Bacon brothers and the UN.

We also know that Larry Amero was friends with Jonathon Bacon before during and after the Surrey Six murder. We just didn’t have any pictures of the two together. We could prove that Bacon brother friends were friends with Larry Amero’s friends at the time. So my point is, Larry Amero and the Hells Angels support of the Bacon brothers was before during and after the surrey six murder as well. At the Kelowna shooting Larry had finally come out of the closet with his support of the Bacons who took over the Red Scorpions for the Hells Angels.

Spike’s niece getting paralyzed in the shooting was a genuine tragedy.

Although the Hells Angels weren’t mentioned much in the 2009 Vancouver gang war, we know now they were the driving force behind it. Now it’s obvious who is exterminating the Dhurry Dhak group. If a drug dealing rival of the Hells Angels keeps getting shot, who do you think are the prime suspects in their murder? Although people are still getting shot, at least now we know the real cause and the people who are ultimately responsible.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, helping the Hells Angels get a monopoly on the drug trade by arresting all their rivals is irresponsible. Just remember Janice Shore and the torture chambers in the basements of the Hells Angels crack shacks in Prince George. Just remember what the Whiteboy Posse did to Bob Roth for the Hells Angels in Edmonton. Then tell me it’s in the public’s best interest to let the Hells Angels deal drugs and just arrest their competitors. I passionately disagree. Just ask the Devil’s Butler.

Charges in the Larry Amero shooting

You have got to be kidding. This is a joke right? It’s not April First. The breaking news at today’s CFSEU Press Conference is that Jujhar Singh Khun-Khun, Jason Thomas McBride and Michael Jones were arrested for first degree murder and attempted murder with regards to the Kelowna shooting where Jonathon Bacon was killed and Larry Amero was wounded.

Clown clown? The Surrey idiot who can’t even tie his shoes without help? What evidence is there? A confession? ROFL. This idiot has been bragging about shooting Jonathon Bacon trying to make a name for himself and the police take the bait hook line and sinker? That is astounding. Is this a Bill Fordy publicity stunt? Come on… no really, what is up with this? I was given a name a long time ago and none of those three are it. Something very fishy is going on here.

Another murder in Surrey - Update

Another body was found dumped on Colebrook Road in Surrey today. Police got a call from a member of the public at 12:08 p.m. reporting the body, found on the side of the road in the 12500-block of Colebrook. Police wouldn’t confirm whether it was a man or woman and wouldn’t comment on other media reports that the body was burned.

The body was discovered a couple blocks away from where the body of 26-year-old Jaskaran Singh Sandhu was found on Jan. 28. Eight murders (including Janice) in the first eight weeks of 2013 for Surrey. Godzilla’s Blue Oyster Cult bullies are still upset about the Surrey Shirts web site. It doesn’t sound like he’s the problem.

Here are some new slogans readers just sent in: “There's a place with a violent reputation near Hollywood called Watts. We're in Hollywood North and...” “Watts Up With All of the Murders in Surrey?...” "The City of Surrey has a brand new dump - its on both sides of Colebrook Road." I guess they call Colebrook Road Watts now.

My kids just enlightened me about a new dumb viral video taking over after Gangam style. It’s called the Harlem Shake. Only it has absolutely nothing to do with Harlem. A guy starts of dancing to some Latino music doing the pelvic thrust. Then everyone joins in. Each city has one. Only both versions of the Surrey one the guy starts off doing the dance but nobody joins in. In one episode he gets kidnapped and stuffed into the truck of a car, while in the other episode he gets shot and robbed.

Surrey jokes have been around a ling time. People make fun of Surrey Jacks as they really aren’t the brightest of criminals out there. Yes Surrey is improving but denying the truth is the suppression of crime statistics. If I’m not mistaken, that’s what the mayor did in the Green Hornet and the police chief did in the Batman Dark Night series. Ironic.

Anyone have any word on claims about a grow op busted in Kelowna Wednesday night in the Scotty Creek subdivision behind the airport? Kim says the police are holding a press conference Monday at 1:00 PM about a break in a gang murder investigation. It could be about the Kelowna shooting.

~~~
IHIT has confirmed the body found Sunday on Colebrook Road in Surrey is 29-year-old Amritpal Saran of Delta and that the body was indeed badly burned. The 29-year-old victim had no known gang ties, but was known to police. His criminal record includes assault, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking. A drug dealer with no gang affiliations ends up murdered. Imagine that. Another rival drug dealer murdered by the boys who control the drug trade in Surrey.
