Vancouver Homicide

Earlier this week, Kim Bolan reported that "A 20-year old shot to death in Vancouver Monday night was facing a manslaughter charge in a fatal shooting in Burnaby last September. Samir Mokhtar died on the side of the street on Seaforth Drive near Rupert Street about 9 p.m. Monday."

    as they say, you live by the sword, you die by the sword.

    it is very sad this young man was murdered and you feel sorry for his family and friends, but when you get involved in some of these situations, this is what the result can be.
