Conrad Black on the Prison System

Speaking of prisons, I found this article about Harper's Roadmap to Strengthening Public Safety written by Conrad Black somewhat interesting. I am by no means a fan of Conrad Black. I think he is a liar and a crook. Yet just as no two people agree on every issue, likewise no two people disagree on every issue either. Conrad raises a good point about human rights.

Back in the day we had prisoners of war. Understandably, there is a certain amount of animosity directed toward a prisoner of war. After all, they were caught trying to kill you. Yet they are human beings and are entitled to basic human rights. I'm not going to ramble about prisoner's rights as though it is some kind of demand they are entitled to. I'm going to speak from the position that since we are human beings, treating prisoners like human beings is something we owe ourselves if we are to continue claiming to be members of that race.

I will add that since crime should be punished according to the nature of the offence, I am glad Conrad Black was finally incarcerated for Investment Fraud. Just as we need to address the issue of violent crime, we also need to address the issue of investment fraud since it poses such a legitimate threat to the market and pension security. Robbing a bank is wrong. Whether you come into the bank with a gun, or if you come in with a suit and tie and defraud it, both acts are the same.

Concerns have been raised about Harper’s Corporate Prison Plan and indeed they should. California's prison crisis came about because of the privatization of prisons just like Enron. A privatized prison is a conflict of interest. A privatized prison mandated to make a profit has no regard for rehabilitation or human rights.

Obviously, rehabilitation is not the primary objective of incarceration. Public safety is. Nevertheless, in the spirit of public safely, rehabilitation is a factor. It's not the primary factor but it is a factor nonetheless. After all, "Christians" are taught to visit those in prison and equate it with visiting the sick, feeding the hungry, clothing the naked and housing the homeless.

The Cost of Incarceration

Canada's annual prison costs jump 86 percent to $3B in just five years. As we contemplate raising taxes, reducing deficits, and prioritizing expenditures we do need to examine how much tax dollars we spend on what and why.

We have expressed the concern that the current Judaical system for violent crime is flawed. If you commit murder or if a group of people swarm and assault an individual, that crime needs to be taken seriously and have some kind of legitimate consequence to it. House arrest for trafficking cocaine for the Hells Angels is nonsense. Crimes committed with firearms need to be taken seriously.

Yet often our world is full of extremes. Mandatory minimum sentences for violent crime is one thing. Mandatory minimum sentences for possession of pot is another. When we look at the crisis the California prison system is in, it becomes clear that we must be prudent and prioritize our expenditures.

The California prisons are desperately over crowded. Three to a bunk is excessive. As a result of the privatized prison system refusing to adequately address the issue, the courts ordered them to release one quarter of the prison population. That is significant. The most basic and obvious concern is that the release of prisoners has almost become a lottery as they aren't necessarily releasing nonviolent offenders first which is absolutely absurd.

Equally absurd is Harper's promise to get tough on crime then cut funding for the RCMP and the Gang task force. Crime prevention is an important factor in dealing with crime. Having police officers walk the beat in East Vancouver and in Surrey Central is a good thing. A police presence in those areas can help reduce crime. You don't have to spend a lot of money on Crime Prevention for it to be effective. Block Watch is a volunteer program that effectively gets the community involved in reporting crime and being aware of suspicious behaviour. Surrey Place and Guldford mall have volunteers to help patrol which has dramatically helped reduce the amount of car theft in those areas.

In California they incarcerate deadbeat Dads. No one likes a deadbeat Dad but throwing him in jail costs taxpayers money. Garnishing his wages costs the deadbeat Dad money. It really is that simple.

Yes there is crime associated with grow ops but the real problem is when the gangs take the BC pot and trade it in the US for cocaine to be sold here as crack. As soon as you bring cocaine into the picture the violence increases exponentially. As soon as you start selling crack or meth on the street the violence is off the hook.

Enforcement means not letting the gangs sell crack in public. That is the New York model. Mandatory minimum sentences for selling crack are needed. Mandatory minimum sentences for selling pot is disproportionate and since it would be so costly, it would prevent us from being able to incarcerate the violent criminals and in essence shoot ourselves in the foot.

Lindsay Buziak's murder

Speaking of Calgary cocaine, let's revisit Lindsay Buziak's murder. She was the realtor that was viciously murdered after showing a couple a home in Saanich in what police described at the time to be an 'intentionally targeted' attack.

A year and a half later police release video footage to the public it had given to the TV show Dateline which did an episode on the murder. Saanich police did not see the Dateline show before it aired.

Sgt. Dean Jantzen said while some of the information may have been new to the public, it was not new to police. That information includes a trip to Calgary Buziak took six weeks before her killing. She visited her father who lives there, and also caught up with an old friend. That man, Erickson Lopez Delalcazar, was charged a few days before Buziak's murder in the largest cocaine trafficking case in Alberta. Delalcazar, then 28, is from Victoria.

It was speculated that some idiot thought she was the rat and fell to the same fate Britney Irving did in Kelowna. That kind of paranoia is disturbing. Even more disturbing is murdering someone for being a rat when they weren't.

Operation High Noon, which began with a raid in January 2008, netted 42 kg of cocaine from a safe in a home in the 300 block of Hawthorne Dr. N.W. Calgary. Police also found 25 kg of the drug in the same home a week earlier. It was the largest cocaine bust in Calgary and in Alberta's history.

Graham Scott Taylor, 30, of Calgary and Erickson Lopez Delalcazar, 28, of Victoria, B.C. are both charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime.

So the new information released to the public in the Dateline segment that the police confirm is true, was that Linda took a trip to Calgary to visit her father and met up with an old friend named Erickson Lopez Delalcazar who was charged a few days before Buziak's murder in the largest cocaine trafficking case in Alberta. Delalcazar, then 28, is from Victoria.

Lindsey met an old friend in Calgary right before he was busted and they were both from Victoria. It is an interesting coincidence. The criminal organization hasn't been named but it doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out who runs the cocaine trade in Calgary and who runs it in Victoria.

No one thinks Lindsay was involved in the drug trade. No one thinks Lindsey ratted out her old friend during that short visit. However, given the timing of the visit and the frenzy of the vengeance it is highly possible someone affiliated with that drug bust decided to blame her and that was why she was murdered. Tragic.

Night Club Racism

This three part documentary is from Calgary but I've heard similar stories here. I find it very disturbing. Private businesses are allowed to be racist? That just isn't right. The police are being paid by the nightclub to enforce racism. Insane. This clip is of a cop punching a black guy in the head when he is on the ground, handcuffed and not resisting arrest. These acts diminish us as human beings.

Money matters delay murder case

Curtis Lynds' preliminary hearing has been postponed until he can pay for a lawyer. Curtis Lynds? That's Hells Angel Jeffrey Lynds' nephew. Jeff confessed to murdering Randy Mersereau and is on trial for three other murders. If someone can't afford a lawyer, one is appointed by the court. This looks like a very strange stall tactic.

Curtis Lynds, who lived on Hiram Lynds Road until his arrest on drug trafficking charges in 2007, was charged on with being an accessory after the fact in Mersereau's death for allegedly helping his uncle, Jeff, escape custody.

He was a drug dealer who lived at the mansion on the hill. The delay, Burke argued, would give him an opportunity to put forth an application on Lynds' behalf to request that four parcels of seized land in Lynds' name be sold, and the money used to cover his legal fees. Ah so money really isn't the issue. He just wants the proceeds of crime back.

One reader pointed out that the Mansion on the hill that Lynds lived in was mysteriously on the same street as where Randy Mersereau's body was found - Hiram Lynds Road in Colchester County.

Sounds like the whole freakin family were drug dealers. Chris Lynds, Curtis' brother, plead guilty to 11 counts of trafficking cocaine. Crack heads. Randy James Lynds, wife Janice Elizabeth Lynds and daughter Jessica Lynn Hamilton have been charged with possessing proceeds of crime. Jessica is Curtis' girlfriend. Is she Randy and Janice Lynds daughter or daughter in law?

Phone-hacking whistleblower found dead

Police say Sean Hoare, the whistle blower reporter who alleged widespread hacking at the News of the World, has been found dead. Wow. And his death is not considered suspicious. Wow. How can an unexplained death, not be suspicious?

Hoare gave an interview to the New York Times in 2010 that bolstered allegations the phone hacking was a widespread and accepted practice at the tabloid. He also said that Coulson encouraged the practice. Hoare was let go from the News of the World for problems related to drinking and drugs.

Well one of those two allegations I believe. I believe the phone hacking was widespread and was an accepted practice but I don't believe he was fired for drinking and drugs. He might have been fired for drinking and drugs but there is not a snowball's chance in Hell I believe those allegations to be true. He was a whistle blower. Whistle blowers get fired. That's illegal but common. They also get slandered.

Hoare had been in contact with the Guardian and the New York Times only last week, stating that the News of the World staff used police technology to track phones. That's believable too since we just heard how the scandal has extended to include police resignations.

David Cameron claims they turned a blind eye to the allegations previously because they are media whores and want the media on their side. No kidding. This brings us to the next logical conclusion which was my gut feeling all along. Where on earth did these tabloids get the technology to tap telephones at Buckingham palace? Yes that would imply a police connection but it would also imply a secret service connection, MI 6.

We know MI 6 are also media whores. We saw that in Operation Mass appeal. That whistle blower died of a suspicious suicide as well. MI 6 have been keenly interested in having an in with the media ever since Operation Ajax back in Iran during the /50's.

Andy Coulson has been cleared of any wrong doing now that the witness is dead. The crisis has roiled the upper ranks of Britain's police, with Monday's resignation of Assistant Commissioner John Yates - Scotland Yard's top anti-terrorist officer - following that on Sunday of police chief Paul Stephenson over their links to Neil Wallis, an arrested former executive from Murdoch's shuttered News of the World tabloid whom police had employed as a media consultant.

Yates was Scotland Yard's top anti-terrorist officer. Gee ya think that Scotland Yard's top anti-terrorist officer just might have some contact with MI 6 and the British Secret Service? Ya think? Go figure. Corners weren't just cut to sell the Iraq war. They maliciously gave the media false information to sell it.

The Murdoch Empire and it's nest of vipers were connected to Scotland yard. The former police officers who formed a secret private investigation company were connected to the British Company. MI6.

Murdoch denies responsibility for hacking scandal. No kidding. So does Coulson, Cameron and MI6. Now that the witness is dead, the case is closed. Big surprise.

But David Cameron did say he will apologize if his former communications chief is found to have lied about his role in the phone-hacking scandal. That's so nice. We're so sorry uncle Albert. We're so sorry your witness died.

Ontario Hells Angels: Village Idiots

Take a look at this recent photo of some Hells Angels from Ontario. I didn't photo shop it, I just added the arrows and circles. Take a look at the shorts, sneakers and the full face helmet. That is bizarre. People who ride motorcycles make fun of people who ride with shorts and sneakers.

Standard safety equipment on a motorcycle are motorcycle boots. The reason being, if your front end slips on water, gravel or ice, you can kick yourself back up again. You can't really do that with sneakers on. It's like working construction without steel toe boots. It's not very bright.

Shorts on a Harley look dumb. The idea behind wearing long pants and ideally leather is if you put the bike down you slide. Otherwise your skin would turn into hamburger meat if you went down. The ultimate joke is seeing a guy with sneakers and shorts on a motorcycle with a full face helmet. Like that helmet is going to save you. You'll probably just get decapitated because the helmet won't let you tuck your chin to roll from a fall.

What on earth is that guy on the rear left riding? It's a small sports bike. Maybe they're gonna have Vespas now like William van Boxtel in Holland. Come on people. These are the guys that started the Winnipeg gang war because they killed one of their own in Thompson Manitoba? That's what happens when they start smoking too much of their own product. They aren't bikers they're patchovers. The only respect they deserve is a call to crime stoppers to get those little rats off the street.

That sports bike in the rear left looks an awful lot like a bike owned by Reynold Williams and the bike beside it in the rear right looks an awful lot like a bike owned by Mark Sanschagrin. I sure hope it's not them riding around looking like idiots with sneakers on.

Fire Fatality in Winnipeg

With all these firebombings in Winnipeg, there's finally been a fatality. Emergency crews were called to a working fire in the 200 block of Austin Street North around 2 a.m. Saturday, said officials. Eight people were inside the 12-suite rooming house. Six were sent to hospital in critical condition. Of those, two remain in critical and four died in hospital, said police.

Winnipeg police have made an arrest in connection with the weekend rooming house fire that killed four and left two others critically injured. Police said the fire is considered a multiple homicide. Neighbours told CBC News that the rooming house is often home to people struggling with addictions.

What a real tragedy. Police are treating this fire as a homicide but aren't claiming it's related to the biker war between the Hells angels and the Rock Machine in Winnipeg. They have a woman charged in custody. When you burn someone's house down with people inside, there are going to be innocent casualties. Report them.

According to CBC, members of the Redlined Support Crew, the street enforcers for the Hells Angels, operate out of a building in an industrial park on Bowman Avenue in Elmwood.

Bush Lies, Palin is an idiot

Talk about brain dead drama queens. Sarah Palin twisted the slogan about Bush's invasion of Iraq from Bush lied people died to Obama lies the economy dies. That is an insanely offensive statement from a brain dead idiot.

Bush lied about Iraq's WMD. He lied. MI 6 were caught red handed giving false information about Iraq's Weapons of Mass Destruction to the media in Operation Mass Appeal. It was a malicious premeditated lie that not only cost thousands of innocent lives, it wasted millions of taxpayer dollars.

Palin the Air head claims Obama is over exaggerating the debt so he can raise taxes. Hold the door. Bush lied about how much debt there was and he was instrumental in the crash of the economy with all the investment fraud his family was involved with.

Bush lied about how much debt there was. Both Bushes. The day before 9/11 Rumsfeld warned that the Pentagon has misplaced $2.3 trillion. Misplaced! Trillion! That was before Bush kept sucking money out of congress for his lies.

Obama has said if the US doesn't raise it's debt ceiling, they will have to raise taxes. That is pretty fundamental math. He prefers to raise the debt ceiling. That's why he made the comparison. Obama is not lying or over exaggerating the seriousness of the unprecedented debt the Bush regimes incurred. It is serious and we need to look at it because if the US doesn't get it under control, they will suck us down with them.

Nevertheless, as tax increases are discussed it's important to remember the massive public rallies in England. Raising taxes, stealing pensions and cutting hospitals and education because of reckless and fraudulent military spending is absolutely criminal. In more ways than one. We do need a Canadian Arab spring in this country. Just ask the Rogue Page from Ottawa.

Harper plays clueless cop

Gag me with a spoon. Stephen Harper is taking a role as a clueless cop on the TV show Murdoch Mysteries. Somewhat offensive since he promised to get tough on crime if he was given a majority government only to slash funding for the RCMP and the Gang Task force after he was elected. Maybe we should have an episode where he gets tar and feathered instead. That would sure boost ratings.

And on a matter of personal privilege, Brian Mulroney was a director on Barrick gold's international advisory board along with George Bush when Barrick gold was involved with Bre X in that fraudulent gold mine in Indonesia. If anyone is going to get sued it's Brian Mulroney for committing perjury when he sued the Canadian government for slander and accepted a $2.1 million settlement. Turns out he lied about not getting kickbacks from Airbus and thereby defrauded the Canadian taxpayers of that $2.1 million settlement. Let's recoup that before you steal our pensions.

LHS in Winnipeg

OK That finally makes sense. Joesph Strachan used to be affiliated with the Hells angels and their support club LHS until the Hells Angels killed the leader of LHS, Bekim Zeneli because the Ontario Hells angels wanted the Thompson drug trade and didn't want LHS or the West coast HAs to get it.

No offence, but this kid looks like he's four feet tall. I'm not even going to comment on the Elvis doll. Much. I really don't want to diss these LG's because we all know they desperately want to be somebody and they turned to the Hells angels for their support and were betrayed by the Hells angels. That's kind of my point. I don't care if you have a crew of three foot leprechauns. It's all about heart. These kids had it but it was taken from them.

LHS - Loyalty Honour Silence. Well there is no loyalty or honour in betraying your own for the right to sell crack. That kind of betrayal is shocking. We were told Billy Bowden crossed over to the Rock Machine. Others denied it while others said it was on the QT. Now I don't want anyone to get shot at. As much as I despise David Giles, the drooling vibrator, I don't want anyone to shoot him. I just want people to realize what he's really about so they won't be deceived by all the lies.

The media claims Bowden was a long-time associate of North Vancouver's Bekim Zeneli, who was murdered in Thompson, Manitoba, in December 2007. That's the guy JD claimed was head of LHS. Kinda would explain why the guy felt betrayed after the Hells angels murdered his friend. I don't see it as a Ontario HA versus BC HA beef. Ontario said they wanted Thompson, Manitoba and the BC HAs said OK. Did they really have to murder one of their own?

Are they gong to tell us that he was a rat or that he stole from the Hells angels because those same old lies are not so believable any more. Geoff Meisner didn't steal anything and Britney Irving never ratted anyone out. Just like how Bekim Zeneli never stole from the Hells angels or ratted them out. The rats were the Ontario Hells Angels who killed him so they could steal the drug trade in Thompson, Manitoba. It wasn't even a city in Ontario.

The Ontario Hells angels are just patch overs. People who betrayed their crew to sign up with the Hells angels. The population in Ontario is huge. If they had their act together they could make massive coin. But no, they gotta kill their own to fight over a small town because TO is too big league for them. Paris Hilton screwed up that mafia hit for the Ontario Hells Angels a long time ago.

Speaking of Ontario HAs fucking things up for everyone, how about that Rick Levesque guy? Wasn't he trying to boss around Leo Gallant in NB and Leo told him to f off? What about Paul Sasquatch Porter? Now there's a drug dealing thief.

The bottom line is that there is no honour or loyalty in selling crack or in waging a war to sell crack. Crystal meth is even worse. When kids are young they say they want to grow up to be a fireman or an astronaut. No one says they wanna grow up to be a crack head bitch who pimps crack hoes and shoots their friends over greed. If you want honour and loyalty then you gotta get out of the crackhead business. Pushing crack addicts out of the window in East Van or torturing them in Prince George basements is not honourable and does not command respect. It commands a call to crimestoppers because that is bizarre.

Hells Angels considered buying Fredericton strip club

The Hells Angels biker gang was interested in purchasing a Fredericton strip club before the city decided to buy it this week, according to a councillor.

The Daily Gleaner claimed the bar was being eyed by Hell's Angels for a headquarters in the Fredericton area. Certainly possible with all the Hells angels expansion attempts out there.

What I don't get is if people in New Brunswick pay the Hells angels protection money, who's gonna protect them from the Hells angels since they murder and betray their own? Keeping those drug dealers out of town is a good thing.

Winnipeg under Fire

More gang related fire bombings in Winnipeg.

Here's a timetable of events:

Fire - June 14th – 1800 block of Logan Avenue

Shots – June 26th – 100 block of Mighton Avenue

Shots – June 27th - 1500 Roy Avenue

Shots - June 28th – first 100 of Canberra Road

Shots – June 29th – 100 block of Stranmillis Avenue

Firearm located – June 29th – 100 block of Kingston Row

Male shot – July 4th – first 100 block of Taft Crescent

Fire – July 6th – 1800 block of Logan Avenue

Fire – July 10th – 200 block St. Mary’s Road

Fire – July 10th - 200 block of Royal Avenue

Fire – July 11th - 1700 block of King Edward Street

Fire - July 12th – 100 block of Mighton Avenue

Fire – July 13th – 100 block of Osborne Street

This is why the public hate both groups. Selling crack to kids with absolutely no regard for public safety. Rat them out.

Hells Angel charged in third murder

Jeffrey Lynds has been charged with a third count of first-degree murder. Already accused of murdering two men in Montreal, the North River native and Hells Angel member was last week also charged with killing Mark Stewart of Longueuil, Que. in February 2010, according to an article published in the Montreal Journal.

The newspaper reported that Stewart, a narcotic trafficker, was killed by brothers Timothy and Robert Simpson at the request of Lynds, in an effort to eliminate a drug competitor. Well, isn't that a big surprise. A drug trafficking Hells Angel orders the murder of a rival drug dealer. He already confessed to murdering Randy Mersereau but hasn't been charged in that case.

It also leaves us wondering about who murdered Randy's brother and sister in law as well as Rusty Hall and his wife Ellen. All these murder victims associated with Jeffrey Lynds' associates.

Reflections Cabaret and the Hells Angels

OK so I'm a bit slow. I'm from the West coast. I guess everyone back east already knew what Bacchus meant. According to Gay Halifax when the Reflections Cabaret opened and for some time after, people speculated that it was run by organized crime.

In 1997, the manager (and the article says, owner) at the time, Paul Albert Wilson, was accused of two Hells Angels killings: Robert MacFarlane, who was shot dead and William St Clair Weldelborg who died of a forced cocaine overdose after being badly beaten.

On April 7th, 2004, Wilson, represented by Anne Derrick, after pleading guilty to the two murders, received a life sentence. He received a concurrent 12-year sentence after pleading guilty to 14 drug trafficking and proceeds-of-crime charges. He can apply for parole in 2008.

Julian Sher's book The Road To Hell: How The Biker Gangs Are Conquering Canada details the story of biker hit man-turned-informant "Danny Boy" Kane. His story touches on Paul Albert Wilson's involvement in several murders with the Hells Angels. Included in the book is a reproduction of a signed confession by Mr. Kane, dated March 2000, that says Mr. Wilson paid him $25,000 for the contract hit on Mr. MacFarlane.

I'm a bit confused how he could be eligible for parole in 2008 after all that. It was claimed that Robert McFarline threatened Wilson's mother who was also reported to be the owner and manager of the bar. Crown witness Orkan Arslan told police that Mr. MacFarlane had threatened Mr. Wilson’s mother in August 1996 after she banned him from the bar. He came back with a gas can and threatened to burn the place down, damaged a coatroom and assaulted a waitress. Mr. MacFarlane was gunned down in February 1997 by two Hells Angels hit men in Lakeside Industrial Park.

Wilson's claim that MacFarlane had threatened his mother was either true or false. What we do know is that he himself had a long history of drug trafficking and was tied to the Hells Angels. I find the fact that the Hells Angels ran a gay bar to be somewhat interesting. I vaguely recall some other claims in Quebec. Despite the Hells Angels homophobic image, they clearly were out there to make a buck in the drug trade. Kinda like how the White Supremacists would sell drugs to the Black community.

In fact Halifax's history with the drug trade is tied to the Hells Angels. November 1992: A Spanish vessel led a U.S. Coast Guard vessel on a 19-hour chase through rough seas before sinking early the next day off the coast of Newfoundland, taking with it an estimated three tonnes of cocaine. Unaware of what had happened, Jimmy Melvin Sr. and a Crown witness spent two days trying to get out to the mother ship to offload the drugs for the Hells Angels. Mr. Melvin, described at sentencing as "the second in command, was among five Nova Scotians charged in the crime. He was sentenced in 1997 to 5 1/2 years for conspiracy to traffic cocaine.

I wonder what Davie Giles, the drooling Vibrator hiding out in the Kelowna Retirement village along with his pal Michael (Speedy) Christiansen were doing at the time? Didn't someone say he was with the chapter when they were charged with living off the avails of prostitution? The pedophile Wolf Pack - that didn't have anything to do with David (Wolf) Carrol did it? Maybe Davie Vibrator will be the next Drag King at the next Drag and Shag at Reflections on his next trip back to Halifax.

The 3rd Firebombing in Winnipeg

The 3rd Firebombing in Winnipeg is suspected to be tied to Hells Angels and the Rock Machine. Witnesses say they saw two men throw Molotov cocktails at a St. Mary's Road auto dealership early Sunday morning - a business that police identified last year as the site of a biker beating.

In January 2010, a member of the Rock Machine was lured into [DC Automotive] on St. Mary's Road and severely beaten by members of the Redlined Support Crew, which is affiliated with the Manitoba chapter of the Hells Angels, police said in an affidavit filed in court one month later.

Sunday that same auto dealership was firebombed. Later in the day, after 4 p.m., fire crews rushed to a West Kildonan home also believed to have been firebombed. A blown-out window was visible on the side of a Royal Avenue home.

Joseph Strachan, the Rock Machine's president, had his Winnipeg home shot up June 27. A St. Vital-area home belonging to Strachan's parents was hit with gunfire and Molotov cocktails the following night. There were no injuries and no arrests have been made.

Desautels said a member of the Redlined gang was also targeted June 29 when a "flare" was shot through the window of his home.

Police are investigating whether two other recent shootings are linked to the ongoing hostilities. A 14-year-old boy was wounded early on July 4 after a townhouse on Taft Crescent in Lord Roberts was sprayed with gunfire. Police said the boy is lucky to be alive and may have been an innocent bystander. There were nine people inside the residence at the time, including a baby.

It's hard to follow the day time drama of the two groups since they frequently kill their own in their power struggle for greed. Last November, a former associate of the Hells Angels was shot execution style inside his own home. No arrests have been made in the slaying of Daniel Kachkan, which was believed to have been connected to Kachkan's alleged role in a previous homicide. Danny was a member of the Zig Zag crew and killed a rival leader in the Zig Zag crew so either side could have shot him.

One thing is certain is that this public display of violence is killing public relations and sure isn't earning them any respect. Now both sides are just hated by the public who are more then willing to turn either side into the police for being raging lunatics that destroy the public peace. All over the right to sell crack. Stop letting the crack dealers sell crack in public. That is the New York Model.

Darksiders Banner in Dartmouth

Interesting. I am told that there is a new banner on the old Hells Angels clubhouse in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The banner reads Darksiders. It's at 116 Portland St right beside Fisher's Stationery Ltd. Deviants Forever Forever Deviants. I guess we know why their new logo has it's mouth in that position. It sucks to be a puppet.

The Halifax Hells Angels clubhouse was seized in 2001 along with several arrests. Jeffrey Albert Lynds became a Nomad and has since been charged with two counts of first degree murder in Montreal. He has also since confessed to murdering Randy Mersereau with a gun provided by the Hells Angels. Jeff certainly doesn't look like the sharpest knife in the drawer so to speak. David (Wolf) Carroll is still hiding on the lam.

Joseph Strachan's MySpace Friends

WTF. If Joseph Strachan is the president of the Rock Machine, then why does he have Tiny Mac as a Myspace friend along with a ship load of 81 supporters? Free Deli? What's up with that? After they kicked out Dog did the RM bend over for the BRM? With all that 81 love maybe we'll have to start calling them Serge short for Sergius.

Darwin Sylvester

Here's a cold case from Winnipeg. Darwin Sylvester has been missing since 1998. Darwin was with the Spartans hoping to become Hells Angels but it never happened. Another sad saga of drug trafficking and betrayal all for the almighty dollar.

Anarchy Bikers and Bacchus

Since the Anarchy Bikers and Bacchus are both Hells Angel puppets in New Brunswick, one has to wonder about their close "friendship" and compare it to the historical relationship between their patron saints Sergius and Bacchus.

Historically we are told that Sergius and Bacchus were openly gay but secretly Christian. In Roman times there was nothing wrong with being gay. They were martyred for being Christian. So of course that leads me to wonder why the MC who call themselves Bacchus would choose the patron saint of homosexuality to name their club after.

I know, everyone's gonna freak calling me a raging homophobic. I didn't say there was anything wrong with being gay. I just asked why Bacchus named their club after someone who was openly gay. We all know about Danny Kane's close association with the Hells Angels. Perhaps those secret parties aren't so secret after all.

Bacchus is the name of a gay bar in Spain. I guess their brother making sure puts the concept of Hells Angel brotherhood in a new light. Live to ride and ride to live.

Rock Machine Remix in Winnipeg

Well, the Rock Machine is starting to make the news in Winnipeg. The media claims Joseph Strachan is the president and has recently been released from jail. Another gang member who lives at home. It's OK. We know how hard it is to get a real job when you have a criminal record. That's why we keep telling you to stop selling crack.

We are getting mixed reports though. One media outlet claims Joseph Strachan's Winnipeg home was shot up last week. A St. Vital-area home belonging to Strachan's parents was then hit with gunfire and Molotov cocktails the following night. There were no injuries in either incident, and no arrests have been made.

That report would imply they were separate residences which would reaffirm the Hells Angels low life depravity of trying to burn down someones mother's home just like they did in Prince George. No wonder some of the Game Tight Soldiers are crossing over.

The Hells Angels created the Redlined Support Crew last year to stand up to other criminal networks that might muscle in on their former drug turf after many of their members were arrested and jailed following the huge Zig Zag crew bust.

Multiple sources have told the Free Press the Rock Machine has slowly gained power in Manitoba, with some former Hells Angels associates even joining their ranks in recent months. Just recently, a founding member of the "Game Tight Soldiers" gang in British Columbia moved to Winnipeg and joined the Rock Machine ranks, according to a source. "There is an active war between the Rock Machine and the Redlined."

Here's the beef. Standing up to the hells angels is a good thing but waging a war with them for the right to sell drugs is absolutely pointless. Recently a 14 year old boy was caught in the cross fire of a gang related shooting in Winnipeg. Jean Paul (J.P.) Beaumont is reportedly the sergeant-at-arms of the Rock Machine. His lawyer said his client is “disgusted” children and women have been put at risk in the recent violence and insists it has nothing to do with the group.

Yet Stephane Gillet has a long history of violence including kidnapping women and children. He denies it, just like they deny they sell drugs yet that is the whole point of the younger kids bringing back the violence. The Quebec biker war was over drug trafficking. No one wants that kind of violence to return. Betraying your own and burning down someones mother's house is deranged. Reporting that to the police isn't being a rat. Not doing so is.

Opium production spike in Afghanistan

I don't want to flog a dead horse but I think it is important to look at the facts for us to really understand the big picture. NATO’s presence in Afghanistan has coincided with a sharp rise in opium production, leading to a global revival in heroin use.

According to UN figures, much of the blame lies with a 15-fold increase in Afghan opium production since 2001, the year Canadian soldiers helped the U.S. overthrow the country’s Taliban government. Afghanistan now supplies 90 percent of the world’s opium.

2001. That was indeed a pivotal year. By February of 2001, U.N. drug control officers said the Taliban religious militia had nearly wiped out opium production in Afghanistan - once the world's largest producer - since banning poppy cultivation last summer.

We know that the US soldiers in Afghanistan are now helping cultivate and harvest opium there. We were told that it was because if they didn't do it, the Taliban would but think about it. The Taliban are Muslim extremists. Sure hypocrisy exists within any religion but they are religious extremists who frown upon drug use. They had brought opium production to a grinding halt. NATO troops came in and have brought it back in a new heroin revival seen here at home.

Now that Canadian soldiers are pulling out of Kandahar and handing over control of that opium producing hub to the American soldiers who are admittedly cultivating and harvesting opium, we need to take the next step. We need to stop buying their opium for insite.

And we need to remember Julie Couillard's claim on national television that Maxime had said “the war in Afghanistan has nothing to do with building democracy in that country but has to do with the global control of the opium trade. It’s a drug war.”... "the War In Afghanistan was about the control of the global opium trade, not democracy". The oil pipeline was a factor as well.

The Death of Cody Doucette

Locally, we once again we hear the news of a sudden death in Kelowna. Cody Doucette bled to death from a cut under his arm with an X-Acto knife. An injury he received while disposing of a stolen truck for someone else.

I'm a bit confused how the police can claim his death is not suspicious when they admit they are still investigating how he received the cut. I guess that just means the case is still under investigation. Who did he work for again?

It kinda reminds me of Chad Karylchuk‏. Obviously Chad's death was an od but both individuals had the same associations. Tragic really.

Petraeus named CIA director

Scroll down for the Robert Thomas story.

Speaking of the CIA being directly involved with dirty banks that launder drug money and commit investment fraud, the Vancouver Province just ran an article about the new director of the CIA.

The Senate on Thursday overwhelmingly confirmed Gen. David Petraeus, who won wide acclaim as commander of war efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan, to head the Central Intelligence Agency.

Lawmakers voted 94-0 to approve the nomination of Petraeus to succeed outgoing CIA director Leon Panetta, whose own confirmation to take over for retiring Defence Secretary Robert Gates sailed through 100-0 last week.

Wow. Richard Secord was a General too. Bragging about leading the war effort in Iraq? The illegal invasion and occupation of a foreign country based on a lie? No doubt this guy is widely acclaimed. He's doing the same thing North and Secord did only he's doing it right on Fox News. Having the troops cultivate and harvest opium in Afghanistan. Brilliant.

The Province goes on to state "Meanwhile, the Justice Department has dropped nearly all the probes into CIA agents over alleged abusive interrogation techniques, and will instead focus on the deaths of two detainees, Attorney-General Eric Holder said." Wonderful.

"Holder had in 2009 ordered a review of interrogations of more than 100 detainees at secret sites overseas to determine whether any laws were broken." But he's proud to announce all those acts of torture the CIA did are no longer being investigated to the cheer and roar of the crowd. Let's give it up for war criminal Gen. David Petraeus! No body's watching because nobody cares. What a shame.

The regulation of Canadian Banks

I saw an interesting video clip from an annalist explaining why he thought the Canadian Banks escaped the huge collapse that banks in the US and England faced. He attributed it to luck and government regulation.

Most bankers cry out for deregulation. Yet as we have seen, deregulation opens the door for fraud. The less regulated, the more fraud. Let's face it, every bank and stock market want to launder drug money. Yet we have seen that financial institutions that launder drug money are also involved in huge investment frauds that eventually result in the bank's demise.

Unless of course the bank can convince taxpayers to bail it out so it can then continue to make more and more money from investment fraud and laundering drug money. The annalist in the video clip talked about Basil II. Canada adapted those regulations early which helped them while the US delayed those regulations which hurt it.

Now, I have no idea what Basil II is, other than the fact that Basil is not only a herb for seasoning but it is also a city in Switzerland where the accord was created. I am somewhat concerned about an international banking conglomeration with absolutely no public accountability to any government whatsoever.

It's not just risky loans. It's investment fraud and laundering drug money. BCCI was a huge bank collapse which was the direct result of these two factors. One article claims According to Wikipedia, a free online encyclopedia, BCCI was transformed by the head of Saudi intelligence into the “biggest clandestine money network in history”.

Registered in Luxembourg, at its peak, it operated in 78 countries, including Barbados and Jamaica, and had assets in excess of US$20 billion, making it the seventh largest private bank in the world by assets. BCCI’s rapid growth, the encyclopedia said, alarmed the financial community, as well as regulators. Their rapid growth resulted in a rapid collapse.

In this claim we see a third factor emerge, "intelligence." Along with drugs and fraud we see the involvement of "intelligence" agencies. It wasn't just Saudi intelligence. The Company was directly involved with BCCI as well as in the Texas banks collapse. BCCI collapsed in 1991 costing taxpayers millions.

The trial run for the bailout fraud was in Texas. MCorp collapsed in 1989 costing taxpayers $2 billion. Neb Bush's Silverado's collapse from JNB Explorations cost taxpayers $1.3 billion. Once again, these collapses weren't the result of risky loans to people before a market crash. The real reason behind these bank collapses was investment fraud. MCorp and Silverado was directly related to the Bush Family fraud of fake oil wells.

The three largest banks in Texas that fell in the S&L crisis were also involved in the CIA's Iran Contra just like BCCI was. The three banks were Texas American Bancshares, then chaired by Bobby Corson, Allied Bancshares of Texas, then chaired by the infamous Walter Mischer, and thirdly, MCorp.

Mischer and Corson were later investigated by various Congressional committees as to the nature of unrepaid Iran-Contra loans. By 1989, it was determined that the CIA had borrowed for illegal, covert operations some $350 million from these three intuitions. It also failed to repay that amount. These banks were involved principally in fraudulent Iran-Contra related profiteering - realm estate loans, oil and gas ventures, illegal securities transactions, ect.

This was all made possible because of The Depository Institutions Deregulation and Monetary Control Act of 1980 (DIDMCA) which had phased out a number of restrictions on banks' financial practices. Then the Garn–St. Germain Depository Institutions Act of 1982 (Garn–St. Germain), further deregulated banks as well as deregulating savings and loans. First they deregulated the banks, then they defrauded the banks and bailed them out with tax dollars. That is the double scam.

In return the banks benefited too. Removing restrictions on interest charges Canadian mortgage interest rates increased from a low of 10.31% in August of 1978 to a high of 21.46% in September of 1981 which doubled a family’s monthly mortgage payments and caused many foreclosures in the /80's. Privatization and deregulation to circumvent public accountability is not a good thing.

One article claims Canada’s banks and its financial regulatory system have emerged from this crisis as a model for the world to follow. Why would we change our system and deregulate it so we can be susceptible to the same problems that have reoccurred in England and the US?

Sakwinder Narwal and the Return of the Vancouver Pump and Dump

Here's an interesting article. The Vancouver Sun reported that U.S. securities regulators have charged controversial Vancouver promoter Sakwinder Narwal with defrauding investors in an alleged pump and dump stock scheme.

The Securities and Exchange Commission charged three principals of Del Mar Corporate Communications, LLC, a San Diego-based investor relations company, and a Canadian citizen for committing fraud while promoting a penny stock company headquartered in British Columbia, Canada.

I'm confused. This article is from February 17 2011. There is no penny stock exchange in Vancouver. Does that mean it's a fake company based in Vancouver traded on another exchange?

This is even tied to a drive by shooting in Shaughnessy on July 7 2007. Johnston and Marshall purchased the home (Where the drive by occurred) in May 2006 for $4,050,000, land title records show. Marshall then transferred his interest in the house to Johnston for a dollar in January 2007.

In early 2004, the RCMP's Integrated Market Enforcement Team raided the Vancouver offices of Silver Star Energy Ltd., alleging the company was involved in a "pump and dump" stock fraud. Five people were named in the search warrant, including Marshall, who had been a director of 1048136 Alberta Ltd., which sold properties to Silver Star.

At the time, Silver Star's largest share holder was Marshall's business partner Sakwinder Narwal, while Johnston held the second largest number of Silver Star shares. Despite the high-profile criminal probe, no charges were ever laid and police now confirm the file has been closed.

Narwal, who has been linked to several other U.S. penny stocks, is a close relative of convicted kidnapper Jethinder Singh (Roman) Narwal, who is now serving a 15-year sentence. At the time of his 2006 conviction, Roman owned stocks in three other companies founded by Sak Narwal.

Roman's late father Avtar Singh Narwal was identified at the Air India trial as a suspect in the 1985 Air India bombing. Investment fraud, drive by shootings, kidnapping and the Air India bombing. WTF.

Adam Keller and the Great White Capital Fraud

Well here's another case of investment fraud. This one involving a local company based on paper out of West Vancouver. David Baines from the Vancouver Sun reports that a B.C. man named Adam Keller found by the B.C. Securities Commission to have defrauded investors of more than $500,000 in a non-existent foreign exchange trading scheme has been banned from the B.C. securities market for life.

It is highly unlikely Keller will repay any of the money. He did not attend the hearing and his whereabouts are not known. However, he may still have a day of reckoning. The RCMP Commercial Crime Section is investigating with a view to laying criminal charges against him. This is yet another example of how Canada is soft on white collar crime.

At the time, Keller was the sole director and signing authority for Great White Capital Corp., a company headquartered in West Vancouver. The panel found that Keller perpetrated a fraud when he lied to investors, provided them with false account summaries, and failed to protect, secure, or return investors’ funds as promised. Additionally, Keller did not invest the funds solicited from investors, but instead used the funds for personal purposes.

Great White Capital Corp was registered in Alberta on June 23, 2009, and extra-provincially registered in British Columbia on June 26, 2009. Keller was a resident of British Columbia during the relevant period. He is the sole director of GWC, the Head Office of which is listed as being in West Vancouver, British Columbia.

Keller advised the Investors that their investments were making profits as a result of his trading on the foreign exchange market. Further, throughout 2009 and 2010 the Respondents provided individual account summaries to the Investors that purported to show that their investments were earning profits of approximately 7 to 27% per month. The account summaries were false, because the Respondents did not make the purported investments and no profits existed.

I'm not even sure what the B.C. securities market is. I know Vancouver lost it's Stock Exchange after W-5 did that news report about all the fraud and fake paper stocks. David Baines from the Vancouver Sun seems to have a good understand of what it is and how to regulate the fraud that currently exists in it.

My point is that investment fraud is a serious crime that affects all of us. This is what destabilizes markets. This is how pensions are lost and banks collapse. The bailouts of which cost taxpayers billions which the government tries to recoup by stealing out pensions. This perpetual con needs to be addressed and stopped. All I know is investment 101 declares diversification. Don't invest all your money in one high risk stock and avoid get rich quick scams like the plague.

Harper Day

Are we allowed to still call it Canada Day or has the slimy little bastard re branded that too? Some how I think we've all been diminished and have a lot less to celebrate this year.

A Dark Day

Well the mighty have fallen. I was reading through an editorial in the Vancouver Sun about the HST and I started to gag. I thought to myself who on earth would write such a bullsh*t column for the Sun. It's a bold faced lie and sounds like another paid add for the HST. Then I noticed it wasn't a columnist at all, it was Stockwell Day.

Well isn't that a big surprise. A conservative MP who supports Harper and supported Campbell also supports the HST. How the mighty have fallen. You would think a former freedom fighter like Stockwell Day would be in the trenches supporting Bill Vanderzalm on this issue. Not on the wrong side of the treason.

In the article he claims voting to extinguish the HST is a vote for raising taxes. That is a bold faced lie. 10% tax on something that wasn't previously taxed is a tax increase. Large Corporations like the HST because they are the ones that will be paying less tax while the consumer picks up the slack and pays the corporate tax for them. No wonder big corporations love the idea.

Get this. Stockwell Day has resigned as MP and has set up a consulting company that helps private clients develop a “government relations strategy” called Stockwell Day Connex. Sounds more like Conmen to me. It's OK. It's not a conflict of interest because the ethics commissioner said so. Gag.

The Office of the Conflict of Interest is a conflict of interest. It's simply a biased arbitrator appointed by the government to investigate itself and clear itself of any wrongdoing without having a real judge in a real court do it. Harper appointed Mary Dawson to the office of ethics commissioner. She was a Tory who worked with Brian Mulroney. Now she has been given this magical wand and title to repeatedly clear the Tories of conflict of interest charges without a trial. It is just another scam.

It's a dark day for all of us so it is. Stockwell Day has fallen from grace and Dolores Umbridge has been appointed ethics commissioner. If that's not conflicted, I don't know what is.

Robert Thomas Fugitive has turned himself in

Update: He has turned himself in to the Kelowna Police overnight

This keeps getting worse. All the seven men charged in the murder of Dain Phillips are in police custody except for Hells Angel Robert Thomas who is on the run. This guy is a piece of garbage. If you know where he is, call it in. He is the rat. Seven on one unarmed man trying to make peace beaten to death with hammers and bats over a high school feud? That is insane.

We know he was last seen Sunday or Monday riding his bike near his house in Kelowna. If he has any brains he'd leave town. Either way if you know where he is or where he's going, call it in.

The new twist is that police say that some of the seven men charged in this brutal homicide are suspects in a Kelowna drive by shooing that took place on Leon near the location of the closed Liquid Zoo September 7 2010. Police aren't saying which of the seven men arrested for the Dain Phillips murders are suspects in the Leon shooting but as Castanet points out, the police sketch of the prime suspect in that shooting looks an awful lot like Robert Thomas.

Robert Thomas' involvement in the Dain Phillips murder reveals his association and endorsement of the Throttle Lockers. (Lockers as in lock the throttle not rockers) Makes ya kinda wonder if it was Robert Thomas who signed his endorsement of the Throttle Lockers in their clubhouse. Rob from the Kelowna Hells Angels. It would appear that Robert Thomas is the Hells Angel David Giles assigned to be in charge of the Throttle Lockers.

Let's not forget the Throttle Lockers bragging about their association with another Hells Angels puppet club in Prince George called the Renegades. A second woman in Prince George claims she was gang raped in the Renegade clubhouse.
