Brother's Keepers

I find the name of an Indo Canadian Gang that sells drugs and kills people for the Hells Angels somewhat ironic. It ties in with the Redd Alert Bible that refers to the Hells Angels as their Brothers and their Keepers. Redd Alert's declaration announces that they work for the Hells Angels and are subservient to them. They refer to the Hells Angels as their Keepers. Their masters so to speak. However the term brother's keeper is actually biblical. As Dr Smythe pointed out it comes from the story of Cain and Able.

Cain and Abel were brothers. Cain murdered his brother Abel. After Cain murdered Abel, God asked him where is your brother Abel? Cain answered and said I know not: Am I my brother's keeper? The term was used by someone who murdered his brother. Christians tend to spin it and say we are all our brother's keepers. We are all responsible for each other. Yet it is somewhat ironic the Hells Angels would use the term because they regularly murder their own brothers.

Interesting to note that this brother's keepers tattoo also seen in gang photos was done at a tattoo studio in Edmonton which is Red and White. In fact Edmonton is where the two suspects who shot Suminder Grewal are from. Cain slew Able. He murdered his own brother.

Doug McCallum: Endgame

CBC has posted an article from an interview they had with Surrey's Mayor Doug McCallum one year after the election. The article admits that throughout the interview Doug McCallum stayed on point. His recurring theme was "We campaigned on that." Indeed he did.

Doug McCallum has kept his word. Others have not. When asked about the three councilors that jumped ship he responded with "Those councillors changed their position on what they campaigned on." That is exactly what they did. They broke their promise.

Doug McCallum and the Safe Surrey Coalition campaigned on the platform of stopping the LRT down 104th and promoting Skytrain over LRT. They also campaigned on getting rid of the RCMP in Surrey and forming a municipal force. Doug McCallum has kept his promise.

When Doug McCallum let Steve Pettigrew join his team I thought oh no, McCallum has been conned. Steve Pettigrew is a complete idiot. Doug McCallum meant well. He wanted to reach out to the Green Community. Only Steve Pettigrew was not it. Steve didn't lead the Hawthorne Park campaign, he sabotaged it. He withheld crucial evidence from Roslyn so the legal challenge wouldn't have standing. He is an eccentric whose first move after the election was to complain about the celebration of Halloween. When Steven Pettigrew Tanked he admitted "You’ve seen council right, it’s usually eight to one, vote after vote after vote after vote.” It's not hard to understand why his attempt to ban Halloween got voted down as did his other cockamany ideas.

Jack Hundial was another concern from the get go. If you are going to get rid of the RCMP, how is a former RCMP officer going to help with that? Sure enough, as soon as he was elected he changed his position on that crucial platform. He broke his promise.

Brenda Locke was the only one of the three that had any previous political experience. She used to be a MLA for Gordon Campbell. She was defeated even before Gordo was. Sometimes no political experience is better than bad political experience. BC has had enough of Campbellism.

Doug Elford is a shining star the biased media is overlooking. We remember what Linda Hepner and Tom Gill were like. The remaining councilors in the Safe Surrey coalition: Dr. Allison Patton, Mandeep Nagra and Laurie Guerra are rock solid.

At first I was neutral on the idea of forming a municipal police force in Surrey. Now I understand how important that has become. The RCMP in the E Division headquarters have lost faith in themselves and have given up on law enforcement. Instead of trying to stop crime they are trying to find ways how to profit from crime. That is inherently evil. In the struggle between good and evil the Surrey RCMP are on the wrong side. They need a change in leadership. Green Justice.

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "The embattled Liberal who used to be responsible for the Insurance Corp. of B.C. says he spent years shooting down goofy reforms pitched by the corporation, and that NDP Attorney General David Eby is a sucker for falling for half-baked changes that have led to skyrocketing premiums for many drivers."

Selling the ICBC dot com domain to a bank in China with the same initials is not a big deal when ICBC could simply use ICBC.ca which it already owns and redirects to icbc.com. However, giving away ICBC assets to Liberal campaign contributors is a concern reminiscent of BC Rail.

The previous Liberal government was trying to give away ICBC buildings to lobbyists and Andrew Wilkinson said that was nonsense. It is nonsense but it did happen. In the video posted on Ravi Kahlon's twitter we can see Todd Stone offering an ICBC building to the Automobile Retailers Association. This is the Liberal corruption that made the New York Times.



Giving away public assets to campaign contributors again. That's what triggered the Greek Financial Crisis. What was public money became private then disappeared.

Let us not forget the root of the ICBC fraud that the NDP is perpetuating with it's skyrocketing rates. ICBC was breaking even. The BC Liberals extracted a $1.3 billion dividend from ICBC to balance Christy Clark's fake fudgeit budget. If there was no dividend, there would be no deficit. Stop the Fraud. Pay back the dividend. It's as simple as that.

Bloomberg is reporting that "China secured the World Trade Organization’s go-ahead to impose $3.6 billion in sanctions against the U.S., in a case that predates the tariff war between the world’s two largest economies but may add a layer of tension to ongoing talks. The damages awarded, in a document released Friday on the Geneva-based organizations’ website, are the third highest in WTO history. The amount is about half of what was requested by China, which argued that some U.S. anti-dumping rules were illegal." AYFKM?

"The ruling also comes as the U.S. is mounting an assault on the WTO’s dispute resolution system, with the current terms of two of the final three judges on its appellate body due to expire in December and Washington blocking new appointments. The Trump administration is likely to cite the case as an example of what it sees as the overreach of the WTO’S dispute system."

An anti-dumping duty is a protectionist tariff that a domestic government imposes on foreign imports that it believes are priced below fair market value. Dumping is a process where a company exports a product at a price lower than the price it normally charges in its own home market. For protection, many countries impose stiff duties on products they believe are being dumped in their national market, undercutting local businesses and markets.

In the United States, the International Trade Commission (ITC), an independent government agency, imposes anti-dumping duties based upon investigations and recommendations from the Department of Commerce. Duties often exceed 100% of the value of the goods. They come into play when a foreign company is selling an item significantly below the price at which it is being produced. Part of the logic behind anti-dumping duties is to save domestic jobs. F*ck the WTO.

Hells Angels Overview: The motive behind Internal Purges

There has been a flurry of news stories about the Hells Angels of late that all report on the Hells Angels involvement with drug trafficking and murder. Times have changed. When I first started this blog 10 years ago, the Hells Angels kept crying about how they didn't sell drugs they just rode motorcycles. Those days are long gone. The overwhelming amount of jurisprudence is indisputable. No one says they don't sell drugs any more.

However, I still contend that not all Hells Angels sell drugs. The David Giles declaration admits that not every member is involved with criminal activity but whenever anyone uses the name of the organization for criminal activity, they must have that activity approved by the local executive. That means every time a member or associate is charged with drug trafficking or murder, the president of that chapter is culpable and should be charged.

Most recently David Bishop is in the news again. He has been charged in the swarming at the Gatekeeper clubhouse. Bacchus used to be a well respected MC in Albert County, New Brunswick. Then they started to expand into Halifax and signed up a bunch of low life drug dealers. The same thing in Saint John and PEI. That's why Bacchus received criminal organization status in Nova Scotia. David Bishop is not a motorcyclist he is a drug dealer. That is why he will never be respected no matter what patch he wears.

The motive behind an Internal Purge

Normally in a gang war the Hells Angels will murder a rival drug dealer to secure a monopoly on the drug trade. An internal purge is no different. It ties in with the David Giles declaration.

George Christie once said the Hells Angels aren't a criminal organization because the members who are involved in criminal activity are cheap and don't share the proceeds of crime with the other members. That is believable.

Usually what happens is one member is in charge of an associate who sells drugs and does so with the approval of the local executive. That means the president and the individual member gets the proceeds of crime not all the other members. Eventually someone is going to want to take their place. That's why they killed Ernie Ozolins and his girlfriend Lisa Chamberlain. The rules say you’re not supposed to kill a patch member. So they kicked him out first. They also stole Ernie’s land from his brother and mother after they killed him. In Thailand the Hells Angels killed one of their own so another Hells Angel could take over his drug business. Although sometimes the Hells Angels murder police informants like Eugene Uyeyama and his wife Michele, more often than not, an internal purge means someone wants to take over the drug business from that member like in the recent DTES shooting.

CBC is reporting that "RCMP have charged a fourth man in connection with a serious assault on another man almost 3½ years ago inside the former clubhouse of the Gate Keepers motorcycle gang in New Glasgow. David James Bishop, 37, was arrested in Dartmouth on Thursday. He is charged with aggravated assault, forcible confinement, conspiracy to commit and indictable offence and accessory after the fact. Bishop appeared in Pictou provincial court later Thursday. He will remain in custody until he returns to court on Nov. 12."

CTV is reporting that "A fourth person is now facing charges after a man was found badly injured in a pickup truck in Cape Breton in June 2016. The RCMP found the truck parked alongside Highway 105 in Glendale, N.S. on June 7, 2016. Police say the man inside had sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to hospital in critical condition. Police later determined that the man had actually been assaulted inside an outlaw motorcycle gang clubhouse in New Glasgow, N.S., and then driven to Cape Breton in the pickup truck, where he was left. Three men were arrested and charged in connection with the incident in November 2018. Police say a fourth man was arrested in Dartmouth Thursday morning. David James Bishop is facing charges of aggravated assault, forcible confinement, conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, and accessory after the fact."

David Bishop was a member of Buttkiss in 2013 and 2014 when he was sentenced for drug trafficking. In 2017 he was referred to as a member of the Hells Angels when he was once again sentenced for drug trafficking. Some members of the Gatekeepers in Nova Scotia patched over to become Hells Angels in 2016. A month before the swarming. Pride cometh before the fall yo.

Anchorage Hells Angel sentenced for selling crystal meth

TBM is reporting that "An Anchorage Hells Angel got 18 years in federal prison while his wife got another four years for their role in a methamphetamine distribution ring in Anchorage."

KTVA is reporting that "Charles 'Pup' Denver Phillips, 46, was sentenced to 18 years in federal prison and five years of supervised release. His wife Lois Latrilla Phillips, also 46, was sentenced to eight years in federal prison and four years of supervised release. Schroder's office says the couple also agreed to hand over $24,492 of drug money found in their apartment. The press release says the couple admitted they kept a stash of meth and intended to distribute the drug in Alaska. According to Schroder's office, they also kept meth in a shipping container at an Anchorage dog kenneling business."

The Montreal Gazette is reporting that "Police have identified the man shot and killed in the parking lot of a South Shore mall Wednesday as Roger Bishop. Media reports say he had links to the Hells Angels biker gang. Bishop, 49, was attacked in broad daylight in Brossard. A fire-damaged car was found nearby. The attack took place around 11:30 a.m. in the Place Portobello mall parking lot on Taschereau Blvd. west of Highway 10, said Sûreté du Québec spokesperson Ingrid Asselin. The shooting took place near the World Gym. Investigators aren’t yet sure whether the victim was arriving or leaving the parking lot when he was shot. It’s too early to say if any video surveillance cameras captured the attack."



La Presse is reporting that "Roger Bishop, 49, a former prospect of three Hells Angels chapters in Ontario, and the South section in Quebec. According to our information, the Hells Angels would have withdrawn his colors to Bishop two years ago and since then he would have lost the confidence of the organization. In October 2016, La Presse announced that Roger Bishop was a longshoreman at the Port of Montreal."



"An individual considered a partner of the Hells Angels, Gaetan Sévigny, was killed in Terrebonne two weeks ago, and everything indicates that this is also an internal purge within the Hells Angels organization." Another internal purge...

As we have since discovered, that's all the Quebec biker war was really about. An internal purge of political opponents to Mom Boucher by his friends in the Rock Machine who all crossed over to join the Hells Angels in 2000 after they cleared away his political opponents.

Since they keep exterminating the Ontario village idiots, I wonder if Rat Face will be next. He's from Hamilton not Quebec. Then again it's more likely he's behind it, giving opponents names to Salvatore Cazzetta the former founder of the Rock Machine who is now the Montreal Hells Angels president. Anything for the friend of an armed rapist.

Salvatore wasn’t the only one that crossed over at that time. He had a brother named Giovanni who started the Rock Machine with him in 1989. Giovanni also crossed over and joined the Hells Angels with him. But that’s not all. Paul Porter and Sal Brunetti left the Rock Machine and joined the Hells Angels all at the same time: December 2000. Paul Porter then led the Ontario Nomads. Brunetti was the leader of the Dark Circle, often described as the Rock Machine’s hit squad.

Salvatore Cazzetta and his brother Cazzetta are hard core. So is Sal Brunetti. I'm not saying they shouldn't be in charge. I'm saying I can't understand why they would endorse an armed rapist and a flaming idiot. That's all I'm saying. Paul Porter had integrity. Walter Stadnick does not.

Australian Hells Angel arrested in Thailand

The Sydney Morning Herald is reporting that "Thai police have arrested an Australian Hells Angels gang member who is wanted on drug charges in Western Australia. Police say they arrested Luke Anderson on Thursday after meeting with Australian embassy officials on the problem of outlaw motorbike gangs. They say they have revoked his visa and will deport him."

"They said Anderson had been living with his Thai girlfriend in Pattaya, a coastal city notorious for crime and corruption. According to a Thai police press release, Anderson has been arrested more than 20 times in Australia on a number of charges, including possession of illegal weapons and drugs."
