Another unwarranted spike in the price of gas

Have you seen the unwarranted spike in the price of gas at the pumps? It is absolutely outrageous. If that is not empirical evidence of a criminal conspiracy, I don't know what it.

  1. This should be investigated by some watchdog or something because oil has dropped from $130 a barrel all the way to f****** 70 .
We should be paying about 150 to 160 a liter

    1. That is a very good point. If the price of oil drops, the price of gas should not spike.

    2. Yes, you are quite correct, if the price of oil goes down, then so should gas. However, the companies have been peddling the same old line for decades: The refineries are down for annual maintance or they are switching over from summer gas to winter gas. The current line is this impacted all of the west coast of North America. Really, how dumb do they think we are. Gas is a lot less expensive in Washington State.
If the increase in prices is allegedly due to refinery maintenace then one would think a corportion just might schedule it so that not all refineries were down at the same time.
I think its all a scam to make more money.
