Emilio Cordileone shot dead in Montreal

The body of former Vito Rizzuto ally Emilio Cordileone, 50, was found on Saturday morning by police behind his luxury SUV in north Montreal. Cordileone was considered close to the late Frank (The Big Guy) Cotroni, a mob boss with strong GTA ties.

Did Jay Hall OD?

Strange things are happening in Prince George, again. Oddly enough, after the Renegades, one of the Hells Angels puppet clubs in Prince George beat that gang rape rap in their clubhouse with the GTS, people started jumping ship. November 22 someone tells me the group folded and everyone has their bikes up for sale. They sent me s link to Jay Hall’s 2007 softail up for sale which has now been taken down.

Now all of a sudden someone claims Jay Hall overdosed on December 7th and is brain dead. Has anyone heard word on what’s going on with the Renegades in Prince George and whether or not Jay Hall had OD’d? the timing is highly suspicious. Chad Karylchuk‏ died of a drug overdose January of 2011. Since he dealt drugs, people in Kelowna find his death suspicious and claim he was murdered. Makes ya wonder about Jay’s OD. Keep me posted.

Prince George has had a long history of violence tied to the Hells Angels. For years the police have been telling us that no one can sell drugs without the Hells Angels permission. Then Kim Bolan found a GTS member striking for the Renegades which is a known puppet club for the Hells Angels. That meant the GTS, the Independent Soldiers, the Renegades and the Crew were all selling drugs in Prince George for the Hells Angels. That meant the Hells Angels were ultimately responsible for the drug addicts that were found chained in crack shack basements being tortured for drug debts.

Historically, the Hells angels murdered Bill Moore from the Renegades because he unknowingly sponsored someone who turned out to be a police informant. They shot him in his truck and burned down his house. Joey Arrance became a target of the Hells Angels in Prince George. Someone burned down his girlfriend’s home when he was arrested. His girlfriend’s mother who was wheelchair bound died in that fire. These guys are as low as they go. Who's next?

Hells Angel deported

Well this is good news. Another Hells Angels member is to be deported as the refugee board declares the Hells Angels a criminal organization. Alejandro Mariano Chung, 43, a citizen of Chile who came to Canada in 1979 but never obtained Canadian citizenship, is the latest man tied to the Hells Angels to be deported because the Hells Angels have been deemed a criminal organization. Does this mean we can send David Giles back to Wales?

The Refugee Board has ruled that the Hells Angels are a criminal organization and that the business of the Hells Angels is crime, which is absolutely true. Almost all of the members of the Manitoba chapter have criminal records, mostly convictions for drug trafficking, their primary criminal activity, police said. In Ontario, 67.2% of Hells Angels members had a criminal conviction, 43% drug-related, police said.

Not long after becoming a hang-around, Mr. Chung was one of only two people inside the Winnipeg clubhouse on July 29, 2010, when authorities arrived to seize it under the Criminal Property Forfeiture Act. This brings us back to Maureen Forestell’s act of treason in Ontario. Criminal organization legislation still exists. No corrupt judge can change that. Seizing the proceeds of crime are still the proceeds of crime.

The decision on the logo was in my opinion a bad decision but a separate issue. In the US the police tried to seize the Mongols logo but that was overturned. Seizing the proceeds of crime is still fair game. I’m not a big fan of giving the government power to seize assets for any reasons. Yet in this case where the Hells Angels are clearly a criminal organization whose drug trafficking network is holding the country hostage with violence, I think we definitely need to follow through and seize their assets.

Three other non-Canadian members of the gang have been detained and removed from Canada because of their ties. Mitchell Vaughan, a member of the Hells Angels Nomads chapter from Melbourne, Australia, was detained in Victoria, B.C. and, on Sept. 30, 2011, was deported to his homeland.

In 2010, Mark Staples, treasurer of the Downtown Toronto Chapter of the gang, who came to Canada from Scotland in 1969 when he was seven years old but never became a Canadian, was stopped at Vancouver airport when returning from Japan. He was travelling on a British passport and deported to the U.K. in 2010.

Deporting them is a good step but it’s not going to solve the problem because most of the bad apples are from here. Yet it will limit their ability to travel to other countries to promote their international drug trafficking network.

Adam Hall was sent back to the United States in 2007 when he was deemed inadmissible to Canada despite having a Canadian mother. A member of the Hells Angels in Massachusetts, he currently faces charges of killing three men, one of whom was scheduled to testify against him in another trial.

In Massachusetts the Hells Angels have been convicted of trafficking crystal meth, a highly toxic and addictive drug made with drano. Adam Hall and his motley crew of misfits are facing many charges including the murder of the witness who was going to testify again Hall in a cocaine trafficking case. Adam Hall has also been accused of being involved with forced prostitution. Deporting these idiots for criminal activity and belonging to a criminal organization is a step forward.

Harper gives Communist China Canada’s oil rights and that’s not all

The end of democracy is near. This guy has no right to EVER call the NDP or Pierre Eliot Trudeau a socialist EVER again. Stephen Harper has proven to be the biggest Corporate Communist in Canada’s history. Right after Communist China buys our oil rights Switzerland takes over our grain rights.Scrapping the insider trading jets that don’t work in the arctic was one step forward but these new deals are three steps back. It gives up our sovereignty.

Harper gave the green light Friday to the controversial $15.1-billion takeover of Calgary-based Nexen Inc. by the China National Offshore Oil Company. Ottawa also approved Malaysian state-owned company Petronas's $6-billion purchase of Alberta's Progress Energy.

However, Harper said those acquisitions are "the end of a trend," rather than a beginning. End of a trend alright. The end of democracy. That was a nice trend while it lasted. These huge corporate monopolies are destroying the free market.

Now after disbanding the wheat board Harper has sold Canada’s Grain rights to foreign ownership. The $6.1-billion takeover of Canada’s Viterra Inc. (TSX:VT) by Swiss commodity trader Glencore International has been approved by China’s ministry of commerce.

Mountain Magic

I went snowshoeing on Seymour today. It was their grand opening for the ski season. Cypress and Grouse have been open earlier but they have snowmaking. It’s been mixed rain and snow this year but it has been snowing on the mountains for a week straight now and it was awesome.

As I was driving up I thought it would be zero visibility but at least I could get some fresh snow. As I started to climb the sun came out and it was holy. About a meter of snow at the base and about two meters of fairly fresh snow at the top. First pump was very windy. You could see the blowing snow. The other side of First Pump is one of my favorite places because the wind blows and creates these sand dunes made of snow. It’s awesome.

I caught sunset from Brockton point and hiked down with a headlamp in the dark. A lot of people snowshoe up to Brockton Point in the dark with headlamps at night. On a clear night it’s awesome. I took too many pictures to post on the blog so I made a flicker account in case anyone’s interested. There’s more to life than drugs and gangs.

Joey Verma asks for a change in Venue

Hells Angel and Kingpin Crew associate Joey Verma has asked for a change in venue in his murder trial. He wants to be tried in Vancouver not Kelowna. Maybe he realized any jury selected in Kelowna is going to know him and he wants to find a new jury to fool. Someone who doesn’t know about his VP as in Vice President of the Kingpin Crew tattoo. Joey is on trial for the murder of Britney Irving and is good friends with woman beater Donny McWhirter from the Independent soldiers and Dale the drag queen from the Pinhead Crew.

Joseph Bruce Skreptak pleads guilty to assault

The Kelowna Daily courier is reporting that Kelowna Hells Angel Joseph Bruce Skreptak plead guilty to assault and is still on trial for the Salmon Arms weapons seizure before that grow op was abandoned there. Uncle joe appears in court in Salomon Arm for that charge next week. The judge relaxed some of his bail conditions and although he’s still not allowed to have contact with gang members, he can have contact with Hal Porteous. Mind you, having contact with an idiot like Weird Hal is a punishment not a freedom. Sometimes justice is just a natural consequence.

Robert Thomas and Norman Cocks’ murder trial is set to begin in the New Year.

Cuba bans Reggaeton music

For those of you that still think Cuba is the best model of socialism that we have despite the fact that they have political prisoners, don’t have democratic elections, only allows one political party and not everyone can belong to that political party, here’s some more food for thought.

Cuba just banned Reggaeton music. That’s right folks, Fidel’s brother is stepping up to the plate and showing his true colours. Reggaeton is a very popular genre of music that blends Caribbean Reggae with Latino music including hip hop and salsa. Daddy Yankee is the one everyone knows. He’s great. The mighty Pitbull can even be considered Reggaeton at times. He was born in Cuba.

So my first question is, who is the government to tell us what kind of music we can or cannot listen to? So much for the freedom of expression. I’ll be the first one to admit that a lot of grinding club music isn’t very appropriate. Yet again I ask, who is the government to tell us what kind of music we can or cannot listen to? That is the dark ages. People complain about a religious government legislating morality. Well here we have an atheist government doing exactly that.

It’s not just a matter of censoring inappropriate words. It’s a matter of censoring an entire genre of music. I don’t know much Spanish but I love the Latino community. They are vibrant and close nit. Rap music sung in Spanish sounds awesome. A little Bob Marley never hurt anyone. Remixing that with some Latino fire makes a refreshing new sound.

So when the government starts telling people what kind of music they can or can’t listen to, then it’s time to change the government. I have always felt the Helms Burton law is insanely hypocritical. Banning trade with Cuba but bending over backwards to trade with Communist China who has a far worse human rights record than Cuba is totally hypocritical. Yet banning people from listening to a specific type of music isn’t promoting tourism. It’s like when Russia banned Jazz because they thought it was American propaganda. That was bizarre.

I did hear a magnificent Jazz trumpeter from Boston named Greg Hopkins refer to Jazz as American music once. I kinda choked and thought what on earth is he on about? Then I thought about it and as he cited all the big bands of the era, they were all from America. I can concede that Jazz was created in America but it certainly isn’t limited to America. It’s a genre of music. It’s like forbidding us from listening to Tchaikovsky because he was Russian. That would be ridiculous. Tchaikovsky was a magnificent composer. Banning his music would diminish all of us.

So what happens when a government bans a type of music and people keep listening to it? Do they get a fine or go to jail? That is crazy. Free speech and the freedom of expression is a part of life itself. Life without the arts is empty and incomplete.

Business wants Mega Casino’s blood money

Front page of today’s Vancouver Province was an article about how businesses are supporting the mega casino proposal for Surrey despite local opposition. Lets’ get first things first. This isn’t just a casino and this isn’t just another casino. It is a Walmart of casinos that will suck the life out of all the other existing casinos and businesses in the area.

Not only that but it will be a haven for organized crime. BC casinos are where the drug gangs launder their blood money that fuels public executions and the torture and dismemberment of addicts for drug debts. Sadly Diane Watts already accepted $24,500 in blood money from the Gateway casino’s conflicted developer making her role a complete conflict of interest.

One blog reader was quite interested in a link I posted to an article about money laundering by Catherine Austin Fitts. Despite the false belief that our current market would collapse without all the money laundering from drug sales, Catherin Austin Fitts describes it as the tapeworm economy. It’s an artificial economy that lives off the host just like a parasite. After people spend all their money at the casino, they aren’t going out for a night on the town to stimulate the local economy.

The key question is about the casino‘s claim that it will pump $3-million in gaming revenue into city coffers every year. Aside from being blood money that fuels the gang war, how is that possible? Gateway Casino just went through a $1.5 billion debt restructuring. How does a company that owns 9 successful casinos in BC and Alberta get $1.5 billion in debt? How did that happen? Who stole that money and never gave it back? If we are going to claim the mega casino will give City Hall $3 million in taxes every year, we need to find out where that $1.5 billion went. If I’m going to invest in a company that just lost $1.5 billion, I’m going to have to get an answer to that question first.

The problem with investing in companies that launder drug money is that drug dealers are dishonest. If they will shoot a rival drug dealer or torture an addict for a debt, they will rip you off as they launder their drug money faster than you can say BCCI. This new mega casino isn’t just blood money, it’s bad business.

Whiteboys posse members charged with murder and decapitation

Four men with ties to the White Boys Posse have been charged with three recent murders in Edmonton, Lloydminster and Saskatoon. The most dramatic murder was of Bob Roth whose decapitated body was dumped north of Edmonton October 20 2012. His head was found in Edmonton a few days later. Sources who identified the victim before the police did, claim he was murdered for a drug debt to the Whiteboys Posse.

The second murder was of Bryan Gower in Lloydminster on September 25th where sources claim Mike Bexson was also shot several times. The third murder was tragically a case of mistaken identity where Lorry Santos was shot and killed when she opened her door to strangers in Saskatoon on Sept. 12 2012. Yet speculation swirls around the possibility of her murder being a hate crime.

Kyle Darren Halbauer, 22, of Lloydminster, made a brief appearance Monday in Saskatoon provincial court. City police confirmed at a Tuesday press conference the identities of the two other suspects: Joshua Petrin, 29, of Edmonton; and Randy O’Hagan, 22, of Lloydminster.

In addition to the murder charge, Halbauer was also charged Monday with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking. The charge dates to Sept. 21. Police claim the group is involved in trafficking cocaine and other drugs from Yellowknife to Medicine Hat. It often uses the swastika in tattoos and other gang paraphernalia. Yellowknife? We know someone in Yellowknife with Hells Angels affiliations.

The point here is that the White boys Posse sell drugs for the Hells Angels. These drug related murders are therefore driven and fueled by the Hells Angels which is clearly a criminal organization that uses extreme violence to maintain control of the drug trade and to collect drug debts. This is what Maureen Forestell is promoting with her treasonous decision to return the Hells Angels intimidation gear in Toronto. She is supporting murder, torture, dismemberment and decapitation. That is what her treasonous decision has done.

Kyle Darren Halbauer, 22, of Lloydminster and Randy James Wayne O’Hagan, 22, of Lloydminster, have been charged with first degree murder in the death of Gower. Both men also face charges of attempted murder of another man in this case. Gee, that must be the secret shooting of Mike Bexson.

O’Hagan also faces first-degree murder charges in the death of Roth, of Lloydminster. Nikolas Jon Nowytzky, 32 of Wainwright, also faces first-degree murder charges in Roth’s death. Nowytzky and O’Hagan are also charged with indignity to a human body.

Halbauer, O’Hagan and Joshua Petrin, 29 of Edmonton, are charged with first-degree murder in the death of 35-year-old Santos. The pictures above and below are of Randy O’Hagan who has been charged in all three murders as well as indignity to a human body. Just a socially awkward kid with serious mental problems. We need to stop this violence and report these obscene acts to the police. Then we need to fire these corrupt judges who refuse to do their job.

The other issue we need to address is the police withholding information from the public. It’s not to preserve the integrity of an investigation. We’re not stupid. It’s to suppress crime statistics. Although Edmonton and Lloydminster have the worst reputations for this, it happens everywhere including here.

A few nights ago I received a report of a brutal rape in Surrey central yet not a word about it in the local media. We know that the police here don’t even report shootings if there isn’t a fatality. Does that mean they don’t report violent rapes if there isn’t a fatality either? That is not right. If we are going to work together to solve these problems we need to build a relationship of trust.

Ontario Judge returns to the dark ages

One step forward, three steps back. We finally have our first Ontario judge enter the judges hall of shame: Judge Maureen Forestell. She doesn’t just make the hall of shame, she ranks in the top two for treason right beside Peter Leask. This nutbar just returned the Toronto Hells Angels intimidation gear. That is a criminal act. She is sitting on the wrong side of the bench.

Ontario of all places. Selling drugs is all the Hells Angels do there. Even in this case they were found guilty of trafficking cocaine and date rape drug. This isn’t even a joke. It is a conscious act of treason. This is why judges should be elected in Canada like in the United States and is why they need to be accountable to the public. Right now, they commit treason and they aren’t even charged. That is revolting.

Maple Batalia's boyfriend charged in her murder

Gurjinder "Gary" Dhaliwal, 20, and 22-year-old Gursimar Singh Bedi were arrested Friday in connection with the 2011 murder of Maple Batalia. The men were held in custody over the weekend and they are scheduled to appear in Surrey Provincial Court on Monday.

British Columbia RCMP laid charges more than a year after 19-year-old Batalia was gunned down at a campus parking lot in Surrey. Dhaliwal, who friends have identified as Batalia's ex-boyfriend, is charged with first-degree murder, while Bedi is charged with manslaughter using a firearm and accessory after the fact.

The Gamibnos, Westies and Hells Angels in NYC

Here’s a recent article a blog reader sent in about the Gambinos teaming up with the Westies and a Hells Angels puppet club for debt collection in New York. All reports claim the Westies, the Irish Mob of Hells Kitchen are extinct but have returned under the leadership of John Bokun. This recent article lists Daniel Hanley as a confirmed member of the gang. Demon Knights is a DC Comics title launched in 2011.

The 2012 Planetary Alignment

I completely forgot about the planetary alignment this month that is supposed to coincide with the Mayan calendar and the end of the world until one blog reader commented on it in my last post. So two things are happening, make that three. First is a planetary alignment which happens quite regularly so there’s no need to fear all the gravitational forces are going go pull the earth off course. This alignment is special because more planets are involved.

Planetary alignments occurred in 1982, 2000 and again last year. In 1982 they predicted the end of the world in what was described as the Jupiter effect. A popular book whose theory failed. It just didn’t happen. Last August I noticed two bright stars line up with the moon before sunrise. That was Jupiter and Venus. It happened each morning for a few days. Latter on in the week Mercury joined the alignment but since Mercury is so close to the sun it’s pretty hard to see. It’s only visible for a short time before the sun rises and it gets too light to see any stars. So although the sky will not fall, it’s worth having a look nonetheless.

Sky and Telescope dot com has a great weekly update on what to look for in the sky. Since December 1st the planetary alignment began again before sunrise just like last August. So far we have Saturn, Venus and Mercury joining the morning alignment. So if it’s raining one morning, like it is today, not to worry. The show lasts all week and will build up to the winter solstice alignment on December 21st.

Mayan Calendar

The end of the world thing from the Mayan calendar is a bit silly. I saw one cartoon about a guy going back in time and asking the guy who carved the calendar why it ended in 2012. The guy simply said, “I ran out of room on the rock.” The Mayan calendar is of one period of time or era. Nasa compared it to the calendar we have on the wall in our kitchen. The world doesn’t end on December 31st each year, just the year. After that a new year begins. Likewise the Mayan calendar suggests that in 2012 one era ends and a new era begins. It’s just very interesting their era coincides with a large planetary alignment.

The Orion belt alignment is something different. It will line up with Jupiter and point to where Sirius will rise on December 3rd. Orion’s belt was mentioned in the comedy Men in Black. Only in the movie, Orion was the name of a cat and the belt was referring to the collar on the cat’s neck.

December 3 Giza Alignment

There are claims that on December 3rd three planets, Mercury, Venus and Saturn will line up with the three pyramids at Giza. There is a picture going around the internet simulating what it will look like. Obviously isn’t a real picture because the event hasn’t happened yet.

My first impression was to see that alignment would depend on where you are standing in relation to the pyramids. One author claims the picture is backwards and that to see that alignment on December 3rd you need to be standing northwest of the pyramids not southwest as in the picture. Just a Laura Croft observation.

Either way, the fact that three planets will line up with the three pyramids at Giza on December 3rd is kinda cool and worth recognizing even if the sky doesn’t fall. The other doomsday rumor comes from the prediction of some stray unknown planet that is supposed to collide with the earth in December 2012. Only there is no such planet on collision course with the earth in 2012. The earth gets hit with meteors all the time. A large asteroid could cause problems on earth and some have come very close to the earth in the past. Just no big collision on schedule for 2012 so party on dude and enjoy the show. A new era begins.

Update: OK it looks like the Giza alignment was a hoax. No pictures from on site posted yet. One picture of the alignment in Madrid shows the alignment to be much more vertical then in the photoshopped picture with the pyramids. Which is basically what we expected from the real version on sky and telescope dot com. The three planets align but more vertical than horizontal. So theoretically if you kept moving your point of reference around, the three planets could line up with the three pyramids only mercury would be very low and Saturn would be very high over the pyramids. So the Giza thing was a scam but the planetary alignment is real. You can see it every morning before sunrise until the 21st which is the peak.

Christmas shopping in Surrey

I found this rather amusing. I’m out and about doing some Christmas shopping this morning heading down 104th towards Guildford. Then I see this big ass line up on the sidewalk like it’s a Boxing Day sale. I squint and think, isn’t that the gun store? They’re all lining up for a Christmas sale at the gun store?

I take a closer look and sure enough, they were all lined up waiting for the gun store to open. Now that is Christmas shopping in Surrey. Nothing like a new firearm or box of ammunition under the Christmas tree. When the line dies down I’ll have to check out what the sale is all about but I doubt they’re gonna have any merchandise left by the time I get there.

Turns out they had a one day sale advertized on their web site. 20% off cases of ammo and some blow out specials on some rifles. All the cases of 9 mm ammo were gone by 10:30 AM. Turns out there were guys lining up at 10:30 PM the night before. Surrrr ee.

Gary Webb and Catherine Austin Fitts

I kicked off the Gary Webb series in November mentioning that I want to make December a Gary Webb appreciation month to review and recognize what a great contribution Gary Webb made to investigative journalism.

Another mainstream blogger who recognizes the validity of the Gary Webb story is Catherine Austin Fitts. She wrote a six part series on money laundering and mortgage fraud. The second article in that series is about the CIAs drug smuggling out of Mena Arkansas. Since her specialty is financial markets, she ties the drug trafficking to leveraged buyouts.

Catherine Austin Fitts is not a conspiracy theorist. She is an intelligent financial adviser that is well aware of the arms dealing, drug smuggling and money laundering of the CIA and other government agencies that is tied to investment fraud on Wall Street. Her article is well worth reading and adds credibility to the Gary Webb story. She also wrote a four part series called Narco-Dollars for Beginners "How the Money Works" in the Illicit Drug Trade. We need to examine the money laundering connection to ongoing investment fraud. This is a picture of NYSE Chairman Richard Grasso Embracing a FARC Commmander in Columbia. Farc btw is the enemy.

Another Hells Angel charged with murder

Jeffrey David Peck, a member of the Manitoba Hells Angels since 2002, has been charged with first degree murder along with Robert Simpson. It involves the June 1982 murder of Robert Frank Conroy inside Collin's Bay Institution in Kingston.

Peck is a former president of the now-defunct Los Brovos gang, which eventually morphed into the Hells Angels in 2000. In 2007, Peck pleaded guilty to selling a kilogram of cocaine to an undercover agent as part of a police sting operation. He was sentenced to 71/2 years in prison.

There are concerns within organized crime that a source, or sources, are working with police and may be spilling the beans on other unsolved crimes. "There will be a lot of people wondering what else might be coming," a longtime gang affiliate told the Free Press Thursday on the condition of anonymity. That’s the spirit. Rat out a real rat and make this world a better place.

F-35 not only jet top general says

Canada's new chief of defence staff has contradicted Defence Minister Peter MacKay by suggesting that other fighter jets do offer some of the stealth capabilities the military needs. Tom Lawson said during testimony Thursday before the Commons defence committee about the planned $25-billion purchase that most fighter jets offer some degree of stealth capability, including Canada's aging fleet of CF-18s. Boeing's Super Hornet and the Eurofighter Typhoon have been suggested as alternatives to Lockheed Martin's F-35, which until now appeared to be the only fighter jet Canada was considering. Looks like he’s be looking for a new job now. Harper's insider trading jets don’t work in the arctic so they are not for protecting Canada.

Robocall complaints in 56 ridings

Elections Canada investigators are tracking complaints of misleading or harassing phone calls in 56 ridings during the 2011 federal election campaign, newly released court documents show.

The documents show exactly how widespread the investigation has become since it was first revealed that the election agency was looking into allegations of misleading phone calls in Guelph, Ont. The documents, known as information to obtain a production order, cover phone records for customers of Vidéotron in Quebec and of Shaw in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario. A production order for Rogers hasn't yet been publicly released.

The phone records requested cover nearly one-fifth of Canada's 308 ridings. Elections Canada has said they are looking into complaints from 1,399 people in 247 ridings.

CIA Sued over alledged 1953 Murder of Military Scientist

This is timely. A blog reader sent me a link to yesterday's story about the CIA being sued for the murder of a scientist back in 1953. This ties in with the Gary Webb story and is worth looking in to. Allan Dulles the scumbag was director of the CIA in 1953. He was also in charge of an assassination squad known as Operation 40. The case alleges the CIA murdered Frank Olson because he was opposed to the use of chemical weapons on CIA prisoners and the CIA’s practice of murdering prisoners.

Frank Olson’s body was exhumed in 1994 and a secondary autopsy was performed which contradicted the original autopsy and found a large hematoma on the left side of Olson's head and a large injury on his chest. The team concluded that the blunt force trauma to the head and injury to the chest had not occurred during the fall but most likely in the room before the fall. The evidence was called "rankly and starkly suggestive of homicide." Based on his findings, in 1996 the Manhattan District Attorney opened a homicide investigation into Olson's death, but was unable to find enough evidence to bring charges.

Yesterday it was announced that that Frank Olson’s sons Eric and Nils are seeking unspecified compensatory damages in a lawsuit filed in federal court. They also want to see documents related to their father's death and other matters that they say the CIA has withheld from them.

Keeping unlawful state secrets is unlawful.

Government Commercials should be cut

Michael Smith from the Vancouver Province wrote an appropriate column about how government ads should be cut in times of budget cuts and he is very right. How can the government claim poverty to rationalize cutting services and raising taxes when it spends millions on commercials. That just isn’t right. Attack adds or partisan ads should be reported and take up the party’s election advertizing budget.

Drunken RCMP officer resigns

Well the first of the three RCMP Stooges has resigned. The Vancouver Province reported on a drunken RCMP officer transferred to BC who assaulted one of his subordinates. Yesterday they reported that he resigned. Which shows you the inherit problem within the system that rage and denial will not hide any longer. This guy was a misfit. Another drunken pig (excuse the pun) that disgraced the uniform.

He should have been fired. He shouldn’t have been transferred to BC. Which brings us back to Don Ray and Jim Brown. Those other two stooges should not be working for the RCMP. Any other industry and they would be fired. Any other unionized industry and they would be fired. Unions don’t just protect idiots from getting fired. Unions enforce the laws of a harassment free workplace.

It’s tragic the Harper government is going to continue to muzzle and manipulate Bob Paulson. He really could have made a difference. Giving them more power to fire whistleblowers is not the answer. The laws are already in place to fire Don Ray and Jim Brown but they refuse to do so. Which simply means they will use their new disciplinary powers to silence critics and sweep problems under the carpet where they’ll fester and grow. With all these alcohol problems within the RCMP there is not a snowballs chance in hell they should be given a liquor license in Surrey. That would be an offensive outrage both to the public as well as to all the officers who have been victimized and bullied by drunken coworkers.

Vernon Greeks found guilty of murder

Speaking of Hell Angels violence tied to the drug trade, five members and associates of the Vernon Greeks were finally convicted by jury of murder and manslaughter. We remember the Vernon Greeks. The high profile bust and trial has been riddled with gory violence. We knew they couldn’t be operating in Vernon without the permission and supply of the Hells Angels. As a result, police found Hells Angels support gear in their possession.

Marnuik was hunted down and taken to a building in Vernon that the gang called "the office" where he was beaten with a hammer and burned with a blow torch. Let’s not forget that the office on Fairweather Road was owned by Zenon Stepkowski whom police confirm is an associate of the Calgary chapter of the Hells Angels. Thus the Calgary Hells Angels support gear found on site.

So no word on Zenon being charged. Is he still doing business as usual in Salmon Arm? What about that lawyer that was initially charged and had a no contact order with the Hells Angels as a bail restriction? Were those chargers dropped as well?

The sad thing is, although the conviction is good news, right after they were busted Brock Palfrey set up shop who one source claims was also working for the Hells Angels. Evidently he used the same smuggling route across the Saskatchewan-Montana border and into B.C. So again, one violent puppet group gets busted and another sets up shop and gets busted while the ringleaders are still free doing business as usual. Well except for Skellator of course. That’s one piece of good news.

The thing we still need to discuss is the deranged level of violence associated with the Greeks and all the puppet clubs that sell drugs for the hells angels: torture, dismemberment, decapitations. We need some serious time with Dr. Phil. We need to talk about what kind of unresolved issues lead to these sick acts. They aren’t normal. They are deranged. They are the sign of a sick mind with unresolved issues. We need to talk about that and we need to talk about why we would wear a support shirt supporting that. It’s like wearing a shirt that says support Charles Manson or support Clifford Olsen. It means we need professional help.

Hells Angels competitor shot dead in Burnaby

Sukhveer Dhak was shot dead in Burnaby today at the Executive Hotel and Conference Centre on the Lougheed Highway. Another very public shooting just like the one where his associate was gunned down at the Vancouver Sheriton Wall Centre. Today’s victim was also part of the Duhre / Dhak group that have been systematically assassinated for competing with the Hells Angels drug trade. We need to talk about who is responsible for all this public violence.

This is why all of their clubhouses need to be seized. They keep shooting people in public. Obviously they aren’t doing it themselves, they pay someone else to do it for them. Last August 13 Hells Angels plead guilty to murder and conspiracy to commit murder in Quebec. Later on it was determined that the Hells Angels had a murder fund where the members put 10% of their illicit earnings into. They paid $25,0000 for the murder of each rival drug dealer and every murder was approved by a committee.

The key thing to remember here is that they weren’t just murdering enemies from a rival gang. They were murdering rival drug dealers to take over the drug trade. They are doing the same thing here. That’s why not only should ALL their clubhouses be seized, but every member should be charged with murder. If you pay someone to commit murder, you’re guilty of murder. If you contribute 10% of your drug profits into a fund to murder rivals, then everyone who contributes to that fund needs to be tried with murder.

Rob Ford bites the Dust

Ontario courts have found Toronto Mayor Rob Ford guilty of conflict of interest and have ordered him out of office. The abusive drunk has vowed to fight the court order tooth and nail.

The next day he apologized so that makes everything OK. Just like how he denied that he got drunk at a hockey game and was kicked out for being abusive to another couple at the game. The next day he admitted it was him. Or when he’s driving around town talking on his cell phones with personalized license plates that says ROBFORD. A mother and daughter tell him to get off his cell phone while driving so he gives them the finger. Real classy.

Come to think of it, the police were called to his home for a domestic violence complaint. He said they were separating but staying together for the kids so everything’s OK. Everything’s not OK. Rob Ford is an abusive drunk. It doesn’t matter whether he’s left wing or right wing. The president of the communist party in China recently got caught with his pants down in a sex scandal. The concern is Rob Ford’s abusive nature. Everybody thinks it’s funny he’s running around like he belongs on Jerry Springer but it’s not funny. He needs help and he should not be in politics.

Update: Seemingly Rob Ford is allowed to run in a by election so he partying like a rock star and canvassing the local night clubs for support.

The Keating Five

A blog reader sent me this and I think it is highly relevant. The Keating five refers to five US senators, four Democrat, one Republican, who were in a conflict of interest pressuring regulators to go easy on one of their large campaign contributors who was involved with committing fraud. If you read the Wikipedia article on Charles Keating, do a control “f” search for “fraud.” You’ll see what I mean. This is tied to the Saving and loans crisis that incurred a massive tax payer bailout based on fraud and the politicians who helped cover it up because they were given political contributions.

So here we have the S&L crisis, fraud, and tax payer bailout tied to political corruption. Yes, I am going somewhere with this. For now I just want to throw out the name Keating five since it’s the silver anniversary of that scandal and ask readers to think about it and read up on it. It ties in with other things and we will soon connect the dots. My point is, it wasn’t just a matter of banks failing because they took on high risk mortgages. It was about investment fraud that resulted from deregulation. Obama bringing up the Keating Five is as ironic as Romney bringing up Operation Fast and Furious.

Eagles on Harrison

I took the kayak out on Harrison River today to see the eagles. The festival was last weekend but I like to go when there aren’t so many people there. They are really advertizing it a lot now with commercials on TV. Those tour boats are absurd. I had no idea how loud they were. They sound like a diesel train roaring up the river.

For people who want to see eagles I have one tip for you. Eagles are birds. When you’re looking for eagles you’re bird watching. That means you have to be quiet. Roaring up and down the river on a speed boat scares them away and defeats the whole purpose.

I put in a few weeks ago to check it out and the water was very high, very fast with a strong headwind. I could barely make it up to the bridge. This river must be tidal like Pitt Lake and Widgeon Creek. Today the water was much easier to paddle up but we were paddling upstream nonetheless. Right before I started to return home the current stopped and was like glass as though the tide was changing. Then on the way back, by the time I got to the bridge it was like the tide was coming upstream. I must have started when the tide was going out, been there when it stopped and retuned when it started to come it. I didn’t think Harrison was tidal because they claim Pitt Lake is the largest tidal lake in the area and Harrison is a bigger lake. Not to worry.

I paddle up where the speed boats can’t go where it’s quiet in 12 to 6 inches of water. The eagles are everywhere there feeding on the salmon carcasses. Rotting chum. We don’t eat chum. They’re kinda like the dogfish of salmon but the eagles like them. You can see chum spawning in Bear Creek in Surrey at the end of November. They look kinda beat up and radioactive.

While I was there I looked up and all of a sudden I could see over a hundred flying very high over my head. You probably can’t see it very well in the pictures but if you click on the picture and see the enlarged view you can count the dots. There’s a lot. On my way up there was about a dozen flying very high up. When I came back with my car they were all gone.

I saw quite a few flocks of trumpeter swans on the way up and on site. They really don’t like you getting too close to them. The sign said the trumpeter swans show up there when the rivers and lakes up north start to freeze over. The same with Pitt Lake. I’ve seen them there too this time of year.

Harrison, Brackondale, it’s nice to see the eagles. On the way up I spoke with a guy from Langford and he said they have the same thing on Gold stream. They have the same thing in Victoria too. Rivers when salmon spawn and the eagles come to feed on the carcasses. The circle of life.

Another place for bird watching, aside from the Reifel range, (Reifel is the name of a guy not a place where we bring guns to shoot tweetie bird) is Boundry Bay in Ladner. Quiet and obscure, the Alaskan Snowy Owls migrate there during winter once every four or five years. It’s at the south end of 64th or 72nd Avenue off Ladner Trunk Road. Last year was one of those years. The snowy owls are pretty small but it’s interesting to see.

Sounds like the Alaskan Snowy Owl is back again this year.
