Christy Clark corruption makes the New York Times

Well, Postmedia News missed it but Christy Clark's political corruption just made the New York Times. The New York Times is reporting that Christy Clark gets personally paid $50,000 a year above and beyond her $195,0000 salary from the Liberal party which comes from political contributions. When you make tax deductible contributions to a political party, that doesn't usually go directly into a politicians pocket as salary.

The New York Times reports that the son of BC's conflict-of-interest commissioner works for Christy Clark. That is dripping in conflict of interest. Like I keep saying, BC politics is way more corrupt than Quebec. The only difference is that Quebec has a task force investigating organized crime while BC doesn't. In fact, every time a police task force found organized crime, a government body disbanded that police task force. Christy Clark is the queen of corruption in a party that has been dirty since Gordon Campbell.

The article claims "Unlike many other provinces in Canada, British Columbia has no limits on political donations. Wealthy individuals, corporations, unions and even foreigners are allowed to donate large amounts to political parties there." Political donations from foreigners? Let's look at how much money China's organ harvesting of political prisoners contribute.

The Vancouver Sun stated that the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development declared that foreign donations to political parties threaten sovereignty. Teck Resources and its affiliates, which are 17 per cent owned by the government of China, have donated more than $2 million to the B.C. Liberals.

The Globe and Mail reported that "A prominent Vancouver real estate developer wanted by the Chinese government on corruption charges has made numerous political contributions over the years, particularly to the B.C. and federal Liberal parties, and also has a daughter who heads the provincial branch of the Young Liberals of Canada."

Not to mention BC Rail and Campbell Heights or the cuts to the BC Gang Task Force. Much.

Update: Foreign money poses threat to B.C. democracy

Douglas todd from the Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Australian voters are outraged by recent exposes, including an Australian Broadcast Corporation investigation that revealed China-related companies gave more than $5.5 million to Australian politicians. Australian voters have become disgusted by the fact they live in one of the few advanced countries in the world that allows foreign companies, without restriction, to donate to its political parties. Australia’s politicians are, in effect, finally facing censure for acting just like another outlier, the B.C. Liberal Party, which has also taken in millions of dollars from companies based in Europe, the U.S. and Asia."

Foreign donations draw scant attention in B.C.

Douglas Todd also points put that The issue of foreign political donations draws little public attention on Canada’s West Coast, however. Although the federal government and most provinces ban corporate and union contributions, the B.C. Liberals in the past decade took in more than $70 million in corporate donations (while the NDP accepted $11 million from unions). More than $12 million was donated to the B.C. Liberals by the real estate sector.

Hells Angels member charged in Frankfurt gangland shooting

DW dot com is reporting that "Some eight months after a shooting in the German city of Frankfurt, the public prosecutor's office has charged a 56 year old member of the Hells Angels for attempted murder. His accomplice, a 38-year-old Hell's Angel that had reportedly been expelled as member of the Rockerclub a few weeks earlier, is still on the run."

This is related to a drive by shooting in Frankfurt June of last year where two people were seriously injured. DW dot com epoted at the time that the shooting was an internal rivalry between two Hells Angels groups in Germany.

So here we have two members of the Hells Angels charged with shooting two other members of the Hells Angels. No L&R there. October of last year we reported on the shooting of Aygun Mucuk, president of a German chapter of the Hells Angels last year which at the time also appeared to be an internal conflict within the club. AFFA Not.

Last year we reported that there had been a rivalry between the Giessen Hells Angels, whose membership is largely of Turkish origin, and the long-established Hells Angels chapter in Frankfurt. Giessen is just north of Frankfurt. Interesting to note that Frankfurt is Germany's financial center and home to the European Central Bank. It's all about the Money so it is.

Double Fatality in Edmonton tied to BC Drug Trade

Global is reporting that "two men found dead in a pickup truck in southeast Edmonton Wednesday were shot to death. According to police, the men are both from B.C. And have been identified as Navdeep Sidhu, 24 and Harman Mangat, 22. They referred to the deaths as “drug-related murders” and said the shootings are believed to be related to drug activity in B.C.’s Lower Mainland."

We know that the Edmonton drug trade is red and white and these two likely aren't. With a member of Billy's crew shot dead in Richmond Monday night it looks like the Hells Angels are back killing people to obtain a monopoly on the drug trade again. Just sayin.

Sounds like a job for the Alberta Law Enforcement Team since the EPS is compromised.

Fatality in Richmond

Kim Bolan is reporting that "A young Vancouver man awaiting trial on drug trafficking charges was shot to death in Richmond Monday night. Calvin Chi Hang Zhao, 21, was killed just before 9:30 p.m. in the 7000-block of Ash Street." Local sources claim he was part of Billy's Crew.

Mount Seymour

I had the day off work so I seized the sunshine and hiked up Seymour third peak with crampons today. Getting away from the trolls and all the mainstream media toxic bullsh*t up in the mountains and it's a wonderful world so it is. Just ask Louis Armstrong.

Someone jumped off the top of first peak today with a parasail. It was awesome. You see that all the time on Grouse mountain but this is the first time I ever saw it on Seymour. I think they have more updrafts on Grouse. One summer I saw someone parasailing over Crown mountain beside Grouse and they kept catching updrafts they were soaring there all day.

Heard this old song called Lean on me on the radio on the way home and it made me think of an old friend who used to sing it all the time. He was born in New York, raised in Vancouver and did volunteer work all over the world. After going into a coma he had to relearn how to walk and talk. They call him Iron on the street. He's a street soulja alright. Peace.

Donald Trump Nonsense

I am sick and tired of the relentless bullsh*t the brain dead mainstream media continues to spew about Donald Trump. The republicans won the election. Get over it. He may well be an idiot, but he won the republican nomination and he was elected fair and square. The republican's also won the majority in the house and senate. The obsessive bullsh*t has become absurd.

Gun owners like Donald Trump. Gun owners do not like Hillary Clinton. Hillary Clinton was a dirty criminal. The democrats had the white house for two terms. Now it's the republicans turn. That is life in a democratic society. Opposing democracy and you are left with a communist state.

Not everyone who voted for Donald Trump are racist. Most just want the economy to improve and deep down that's what eveyone wants. Donald Trump's concerns with these bogus free trade agreements are valid. Him raising those concerns is a good thing. This whole Russia obsession is absurd. Hillary Clinton sold Russia weapons grade uranium for their nuclear missiles. The CIA put Putin in power just like they did Saddam Hussein.

Demonizing Russia when they are no longer communist and at the same time kissing China's ass when they are communist executing political prisoners on demand for organ harvesting is a colossal red flag. McCarthy may well have been paranoid but he was right about the CIA. Communists took over the CIA a long time ago. That is why they are pushing China's corporate communism and why they oppose civl liberty. Let's free Edward Snowden and get on with defending the Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic.

Hillary Clinton was the author of Operation Fast and Furious. If the democrats want to retake the white house they need to pick another candidate. That is the reality they must face. Otherwise they are simply agents of the dark side pushing the CIA's arms dealing and drug trafficking network. Donald Trump's beef with the CIA is a good thing. They are the secret society Kennedy warned us about. We need to look beyond the complete nonsense the CIA continues to spam the mainstream media with and move forward.

Update: Former MI-6 spy known to U.S. agencies is author of reports on Trump in Russia

Just like MI 6 were the authors of the false press releases about Iraq's WMD under Operation Mass Appeal. Why and the hell do these criminals have so much power over the Mainstream Media? These are the lawbreakers Edward Snowden warned us about who are trying to destroy civil liberty and the US constitution. The CIA are drug traffickers and arms dealers. CSIS provided the explosives for the Air India bombing. It's time to stop letting them control our media.

Mission Shooting

The Mission city Record is reporting that "Three suspects are now in custody and a hostage has been recovered safe and uninjured after a shooting incident earlier today in Mission. The incident began at about 1 p.m. today (Jan. 10) when Mission RCMP were called to the scene, in the Stave Falls area on Dewdney Trunk Road after receiving reports of a drive-by shooting."

"A woman has been taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after being shot. As police began their investigation, it was soon discovered that another person was being held against their will by the suspects. Police located and stopped the suspect vehicle in Coquitlam. “Our ERT team safely conducted a high risk takedown of the vehicle,” said Mason. Police now have three suspects in custody. A number of firearms have also been seized. A female, believed to have been taken against her will, was located safely in the suspect vehicle without incident.

The Tri city News posted pictures from the scene.

North Okanagan RCMP target drug dealers

The Vernon Morning Star is reporting that "a Vernon-North Okanagan RCMP drug trafficking investigation has resulted in a substantial number of arrests with undercover officers able to buy hard-core drugs like fentanyl and heroin."

“The project saw undercover operators purchase various quantities from the street level to half ounces of cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin and fentanyl,” said Vernon-North Okanagan RCMP Const. Jocelyn Noseworthy.

When the undercover operators purchased what they believed to be heroin it was later found to contain heroin, fentanyl, and mixtures of both which greatly increases the potency of an already highly toxic and dangerous drug. “This reinforces what has been widely known and reported: persons using illicit drugs do so without knowing what the drug actually contains and as a result put themselves, and potentially others, at significant risk,” said Noseworthy.

Sgt. David Evans of the targeted policing squad said the initiative is one part of the detachment’s efforts to reduce crime by targeting those specifically responsible for drug trafficking in the North Okanagan. Finally someone with a brain!

On December 2nd 2013 the Vernon Morning Star reported that Vernon RCMP set the pace on targeting street-level drug traffickers. In September, members of the Vernon targeted policing section conducted an undercover operation named E-Pacesetter, a four-day operation designing to target many drug traffickers in the Vernon-North Okanagan detachment area.

Targeting drug trafficking at all levels is a detachment priority. At least they have it right. Why doesn't Surrey do that? Only in Vernon you say? Pitty. That is the New York model.

Vancouver Island Drug Bust

BC Local News is reporting that "The West Shore RCMP's crime reduction unit executed a search warrant Friday in the 2700-block of Jacklin Rd. and seized more than 600 pills believed to be controlled substances and more than $26,000 in cash."

"Police couldn't confirm if any of the substances were fentanyl as they have yet to be tested. Police arrested three individuals, Langford residents Edgar Acevedo, 41, and Erickson Delalcazar, 37 as well as a 32-year-old Saanich resident. Acevedo and Delalcazar have been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking."

Vid and Erickson are well known names. It will be interesting to hear what the pills contained. These guys aren't HA they are the competition. Erickson's pretty hard core. Although the names sound Latino, they're not. They're Filipino. Horsley claims they were involved with Lindsay Buziak's murder but I don't beleive that is true. Lindsay didn't rat anyone out over the Calgary bust. That was more likely her idiot boyfriend she was leaving.

Vancouver and Penticton Shootings

BC Local News is reporting that "Vancouver Police say an early morning shooting on the city's west side appears to be targeted. A 58-year-old man was taken to hospital suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the leg. He's expected to recover. The attack occurred in a home on West 58 Avenue near Cartier Street."

The BC RCMP are also reporting that Police are continuing their investigation of two shootings that injured a local man on January 9th, 2017 in Penticton.

Medical Premiums skyrocket to pay for prescription heroin

It's interesting to note that BC is one of the only provinces to charge premiums for medical coverage. Alberta used to but they stopped doing that in 2008. Now the general tax revenue covers their medical premiums and they still dont have sales tax.

Most governments, especially the BC Liberals and Gregor Robertson's gluten council are yearning to find any excuse under the sun to raise taxes so they have more money to spend. Gregor Robertson's recent publicity stunt was an offensive scam.

The referendum on raising sales taxes to pay for Translink's mismanagement above and beyond the billion dollars a year regional gas tax they already burn failed. So Gregor Robertson gets a Christy Clark brainstorm. He gets the idea to pimp the fentanyl crisis and use it as an excuse to raise taxes yet again. Only this time his argument fails and we end up shooting ourselves in the foot again. Raising property taxes raises rents and creates more homeless.

Gregor Robertson's tax hike was a complete scam because he raised property taxes 0.5 % to pay for more harm promotion and an additional 3.4 % to put in his own pocket for more tax revenue. He used the addicts as an excuse for him to raise taxes on other things. This hike becomes colossal when you factor in the fact that property assessments in Vancouver have doubled which means property tax has skyrocketed and is creating more homeless not less.

Yet the real crunch is yet to come. The Devil's deal as promoted by Mr. Conflict of Interest, Larry Campbell wants to buy addicts prescription heroin. Who is going to pay for that? Will taxes and medical premiums continue to skyrocket or will they simply do what many Medical clinics do in Surrey and close down as soon as all the drug addicts have filled their quota so no one else can get medical treatment for anything other than drug addiction. That is what's happening right now.

All the methadone patients line up at the medical clinic and after they're done, the clinic shuts down for the rest of the day so no one else can get medical treatment. At the medical clinic in Guildford Superstore, one doctor is on a three month suspension for filling out methadone prescriptions without even seeing the patients. It's big business and is part of the colossal pharmaceutical scam that is bleeding taxpayers dry. Adding prescription heroin to the list will bankrupt the public health care system faster than you can say conflict of interest.

Promoting drug rehabilitation like Price Pro that help addicts get off drugs and teach them life skills will do far more in raising the quality of life for everyone including addicts and it wouldn't burn tax dollars at an unprecedented rate in favor of the Great Canadian Pharmaceutical Fraud.

31 kilos of crystal meth seized at Canada / US border

CBC is reporting that "More than 30 kilograms of suspected methamphetamine was confiscated at the Aldergrove, B.C. border crossing last month, officials say. On Dec. 11, 2016, a man driving a commercial truck was pulled over for a regular secondary check. When border services officers searched the vehicle, they found a black suitcase filled with several bags of the narcotics."

It's interesting to note that the crystal meth was coming north from the US into Canada like the cocaine. Evidently now that the Hells Angels meth cook in Surrey has left town, they are having to bring it in from the US. Michael Riconosciuto claimed it was the CIA who were cooking the crystal meth in California that the Hells Angels were distributing. Oliver North hired them as well.

British Biker bans teen from wearing Sons of Anarchy gear

The Daily Mirror in England posted a video of a biker making a teenager take off his Sons of Anarchy jacket. That was no biker. They're both idiots. One for wearing it and the other for telling him to take it off. The fake biker picking on a teenagger needs to get a life.

Joseph Fluet's ties to the Rock Machine

December 3rd CBC reported that Rock Machine member Joseph Fluet was one of two men who were shot and killed in a field outside Montreal the day before. December 6th CBC reported that Richard Hunt, 38, and Mélanie Binette, 28 were charged in their murder.

Today the Montreal Gazette gave a bit more background into Joseph Fluet's criminal history with the Rock Machine and stated last month he told a parole board he knew his life was in danger if he continued living in Quebec and remained a member of a biker gang

At the time of the hearing, Fluet was serving a two-year sentence for having used two fellow members of the Rock Machine biker gang to intimidate and defraud an elderly man out of tens of thousands of dollars. That was pretty lame.

In 2001, Fluet agreed to become a witness for the prosecution under his original name, Éric Lefebvre. He set fire to a pub while working as a drug courier for the Hells Angels in Quebec City. He testified against a part owner of the pub who had hired him to set the fire. He set the fire then became a police witness. Go figure.

The Montreal Gazette claims Fluet was able to join the Rock Machine because he had changed his name and assumed a new identity and that a source claims the motive for his murder was related to dispute over a drug deal.

Fentanyl dealers charged with manslaughter

The Vancouver sun is reporting that "Republicans in New Hampshire, which is facing an overdose crisis like that in B.C., are currently proposing a requirement for a manslaughter charge for fentanyl dealers when a user dies. In October, Edmonton police laid a manslaughter charge against a 25-year-old man in connection with the overdose death of another man early last year."

Without question, this would be a step forward but the inherit problem remains unresolved. Selling drugs is illegal. Everyone including the addicts are upset about buying drugs that are laced with fentanyl when they think they are buying something else. That means the police have a free license to arrest these drug dealers but they are refusing to do so. This needs to change.

Families Demand Justice Against Drug Dealers

The Vancouver Province is reporting that families of people who have died from fentanyl overdoses are upset the police are hiding information as to whether or not the drug dealer that sold the fentanyl to their child has been arrested or not. Repeated examples of solid evidence identifying the drug dealer selling the tainted drugs and still no arrests. That is indeed criminal.

Yet it goes far beyond that. December 22nd Crime City Surrey reported that they observed people buying drugs from a drug dealer as soon as they cashed their social assistance cheque then minute later passed out from a fentanyl overdose. The police know who the drug dealers selling the lethal drug but they refuse to arrest them. You can't get any more absurd than that. This is the root of the problem. It is a dereliction of duty and a breach of the Charter of Rights.

The National Post has run the article under the headline: "He killed my son. And for nothing to be done about it? Police should act on fentanyl dealer’s texts, families say."

Happy New Year - Feliz Año Nuevo

A new day breaks and a new year begins. Happy New Year or as our Spanish friends say Feliz Año Nuevo. I'm personally glad to see an end to 2016. The Vancouver Province wrote an article claiming for many 2016 was the worst year ever. In Alberta there was the Fort McMurray fire and the drop in oil prices which rolled back the oil industry there. We even heard reverse rags to riches stories of former Alberta oil sands workers ending up drug addicted and homeless in the DTES. God only knows how many of them ended up dead from fentanyl. So for many this was a bad year but as always, the future looks bright. Well at least brighter than it was for many.

The first thing we need to ask ourselves is what on earth would attract someone living an affluent life in Alberta to the DTES - the depths of hell itself. Perhaps I was right after all. Perhaps our attempts at harm reduction have had the opposite effect and in reality have become harm promotion. Opening up a lethal injection site where everyone knows drug dealers are allowed to sell drugs without being arrested has attracted and created drug addicts from across the country. This needs to change. If we genuinely have an ounce of compassion and a glimmer of a social conscience this needs to change. Justice will not sleep forever.

So let's stop the spread of the fentanyl bubonic plague by confronting the ruthless drug dealers on the Surrey Strip. Let's highlight that and focus on that so we can quarantine the problem and stop it from spreading across the country like it currently is. To do this we need to outflank the problem from both ends. Long term treatment is needed not Surrey flop houses and we need to arrest the drug dealers selling fentanyl laced drugs outside needle exchanges and lethal injection sites.

Just because the devil's advocates have created these cease pools of corruption, that does not mean they have the right to change the law without public consent. The Public needs to force City Hall and the police to do their job and arrest the drug dealers creating this epidemic. If they won't do that we need to take the matter to the courts like Lisa Dudley's parents. The right to life and security of person is a Charter Right that is currently being exploited by drug dealers and pharmaceutical pimps alike. Stop the greed. People need homes not drugs. Let's confront the problem and freeze it like Dr Colin Mangham sugested and stop it from spreading across the country. Peace. Not as the world thinks of it but as the master knows it. Freeze Frame.

This is the year Hell freezes over in Metro Vancouver.

Howe Sound Crest trail

I snowshoed up to St Mark's Summit along the Howe sound crest trail on Cypress today. That's the trail the two lost hikers were last seen on. This is the actual begining of the trail:

As I said before, it's possible but unlikely someone said I'm going to hike all the way to the Lions in winter on Christmas Day. No one with a brain hikes the Lions in winter. It is far more likely they cut up Christmas Gully on the back of Sky Chair on Mount Strachan and perhaps went over to the adjacent peak since the top of Strachan is all blocked off for skiing right now.

There wasn't much visibility from the top of St Mark's Summit today.

I made a previous post showing what you can see from there on a clear day. Today you could see tracks that someone had gone on beyond St Mark's Summit but that trail was not packed and it started snowing so I came back. Hiking all the way up Unnecessary Mountain from there in winter is a long haul. The back country skiers are better equipped for that.

The trail back was fine. However, I will say this: Coming down from the top of St Mark's summit there was a fork in the trail I didn't notice coming up. I saw the trail turned to the left and was well packed but no orange markers on the trees marking the tail. I continued straight ahead and followed the orange markers. Then that trail became soft and not very well packed even though there were several orange markers on the trees showing it was a proper trail.

I got concerned and said OK this is not the way I came up regardless of what the orange markers are telling me so I hiked back to the fork in the trail to see where the other one went. Sure enough another orange marker appeared then another and I clearly recognized this was the trail I came up on. The thing is, what on earth was that other trail? It would have been easy for anyone to have taken that trail back instead.

A friend from work once told me they tried taking the BCMC up Grouse mountain instead of the Grouse grind for a change. They kept following the orange markers until they became quite concerned that it was going way off in the wrong direction even though there were orange markers on the trees marking the trail. Then someone told her that was the Lord Baden Powell trail which crosses over the BCMC. She must have changed trails without noticing. That could have easily happened to the lost hikers on the Howe Sound Crest trail. If anyone knows what trail crosses the Howe Sound crest trail on the way back from the top of St Marks summit, I'd like to know. I dont think it was the Lord Baden Powel trail because it didn't have those unique trail markers. Time's running out. I certainly hope the hikers are found.

Larry Campbell speaks out in support of the Devil

Oh how the mighty have fallen. The Vancouver Province ran an article by Senator Larry Campbell in today's paper. It was shameful. One thing he did say was very true. His founding premise. He starts off by admitting what we have been doing in the DTES to address the drug plague isn't working and needs to change. His claim that giving up civl liberty and letting the police open your mail is not a solution worth mentioning when the real solution is screaming in our face.

Larry Campbell used to be mayor of Vancouver. He was our own Davinci who conned us into adapting the Four Pillars Program in the name of compassion which in reality turned out to be the least compassionate thing we could have done. As soon as he sold us the devil's deal, the extremists threw away the three fundamental pillars of the four pillars program and let us run off on a one legged horse which converted harm reduction into harm promotion.

Larry Campbell did not create the problems in the DTES. There have always been alcoholics drinking aftershave in the DTES. Larry Campbell turned the existing problem into an uncontrollable epidemic of greed and exploitation that we now see today.

The new devils deal he is in a conflict of interest for promoting states "All levels of government need to support prescription opiate replacement therapy." Oh the cunning plan of the evil one. This will bankrupt and privatize our public medical system faster than you can say conflict of interest.

He claims "We know that supervised injection sites work to prevent death and address the issues relating to public disorder." No, we have seen it do the exact opposite. It took a bad problem and turned it uncontrollable by letting drug dealers sell harmful drugs publically with no enforcement of the law. Enforcement, Treatment and Prevention are the three key pillars the devil's advocates threw away in favor of harm promotion to assist the predatory drug dealers and the ruthless pharmaceutical companies profit margin at taxpayers expense.

Giving addicts pharmaceutical heroin at the taxpayers expense is absolutely insane. You can't get a MRI, cancer medication or an affordable place to live but you can get free heroin so the pharmaceutical companies can make obscene profits. That is pure evil.

In 2014 the Vancouver Sun reported that Senator Larry Campbell, while acting within ethics guidelines, has put himself in a clear “appearance” of being in a conflict of interest by accepting a post as adviser to a Vancouver company breaking into the medical marijuana business, say ethics experts. The former Vancouver mayor was named Tuesday to an “advisory board” for Vodis Innovative Pharmaceuticals Inc., along with ex-Conservative MP John Reynolds, once one of Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s most high-profile allies.

So Larry Campbell has joined Mike Duffy's senators gluttony team and is making money on the side by promoting pharmaceutical profit. That is a conflict of interest. So here we have it - a drug dealer, service provider and a pharmaceutical pimp:

Two of the three are getting rich at the tax payers expense. The service provider is not. The drug dealer gives her drugs for free then takes all her money when she gets a trick. There is nothing consensual about it. It is pure human trafficking. God damn Larry Campbell and God damn his deal with the devil. Yes I do know that there is a God because in Whalley I shook hands with the devil. Right now the world needs a little more Wayne Moriarty and a lot less Xanadu.

I once heard an American patriot recommend the book None Dare call it Conspiracy by Gary Allen. If you want to know where I am going with all this have a read of that book.

Hikers lost on Cypress

It is with sadness we hear the news of two hikers lost snowshoeing on Cypress mountain since Christmas day. Their prognosis at this point does not look good. People keep stressing the importance of not going off the main trail or skiing out of bounds for good reason.

So my first question was were where they? One newspaper photo was at the beginning of the trail up Hollyburn ridge which is a well marked and well travelled trail. Snowshoeing on that trail is safe. Going beyond that trail at the top of Hollyburn ridge is not.

One media report claimed Search and Rescue received a tip claiming they saw two Asian hikers snowshoeing on the Howe Sound Crest Trail. That is a well marked trail in summer but is much more difficult in Winter. It goes all the way to the Lions which is much easier during late summer. One of the people lost was an experienced hiker. Which tells me it's most likely that they were trying to access the Christmas gully on the back of Sky chair on mount Strachan. That is a very common route in winter and climbing up the peak is very challenging in fresh snow and difficult to find in winter. That trail isn't as well traveled and packed as the Hollyburn ridge trail is.

If they skipped the Christmas Gully turn off and kept going along the Howe Sound crest trail, who knows where they could be. The trail goes up Saint Mark's summit, up Unnecessary mountain all the way to the Lions themselves. Getting to the middle of the two peaks on the Lions so you can continue along that trail to Porteau cove is insanely dangerous during winter. In summer when the trail is bare you have to cut across a very narrow path on the side of the West lion. When there is snow, that tiny path in inaccessible. It is not something I would consider doing in winter.

With 30 cm of fresh snow they should be able to tell if anyone has attempted to climb Unnecessary mountain recently. In a meter of fresh snow they wouldn't even be able to tell if someone had tried it recently and right now we are getting pounded with fresh snow. It is certainly possible for an experienced hiker to dig a snow cave and survive yet at this point is really doesn't look good. Let's hope for the best.

Update: It might be worth finding out what trail crosses the Howe Sound Crest Trail on the way back from the top of St Mark's summit and check that one for the lost hikers.

Turkey and Russia negotiate Syrian Cease fire

What's wrong with this picture? We are all relieved to hear a cease fire agreement has been reached in Syria but why was it reached between Turkey and Russia? I thought it was suposed to be a civl war. Evidently not.

Turkey wasn't just representing Turkey. They were representing NATOs support of ALL the rebels while Russia represented troops loyal to Assad. If neither party had got involved it is quite likely the horrible devastation to civilians would not have lasted so long creating such horrific turmoil for refugees. So Russia bombing civilians in Aleppo was bad but helping negotiate a peace settlement was good. Something that the CIA is try to upstage with nonsense.

Today I saw a news clip from an American media source and they were going on about this absurd nonsense claiming Russia hacked the US election again. I thought STFU. Why the hell are they still going on about that ridiculous nonsense? Because Obama is pushing the CIA fraud.

The New York Times is reporting that " The Obama administration struck back at Russia on Thursday for its efforts to influence the 2016 election, ejecting 35 Russian intelligence operatives from the United States and imposing sanctions on Russia’s two leading intelligence services."

First of all the CIA's claim that Russia hacked the US election is absolute nonsense. Putin was right when he said they need to get over it and they are just being sore losers. Putin pointed out that not only was Donald Trump elected but Americans also elected a Republican House and Senate. What did we hack that too he said. The CIA's claim is absolute nonsense. We know it is the CIA spamming the main stream media with that nonsense because it came from a fraudulent CIA report that was indeed laughable. So now Obama is running interference for the CIA.

Don't get me wrong. I liked Obama. He was a MUCH better speaker than George Bush. That idiot was too painful to listen to. Obama was a very intelligent speaker. I don't have a problem with Obamacare either. I'm from Canada. The American medical system is horrific. I just want to be clear in that the Obama Deception was tied to the Bush Clinton Fraud.

Obama used executive privilege to hide his administration's illegal activities in Operation Fast and Furious. That was obscene. Nixon tried to hide Watergate by using executive privilege but the court didn't let him. Fast and Furious was much worse than Watergate. They were selling guns to the Mexican Cartel and bring back tons of cocaine as payment. Iran Contra never stopped. The Washington Times confirmed that it was a CIA operation. Hilary Clinton was at the root of it.

So now the big news is that Yves Chandelon, the Chief Auditor for NATO, found out that the US was supporting ISIS. We knew this all along. Obama is trying to distract us from that fact with more absurd CIA smoke and mirror nonsense.

On a more positive note, it appears that our prayers for Aleppo have been answered.

Lisa Dudley's family launch fundraising for their daughter's wrongful death suit

CBC is also reporting that "Lisa Dudley's parents Mark and Rosemarie Surakka are trying to raise money through a crowdfunding campaign to help with the costs of suing the federal and provincial governments. It's been eight years since their daughter was killed. Dudley, 37, and her partner, Guthrie McKay, 33, were shot September 18, 2008 in the living room of her home in Mission."

We are well familiar with this tragic case locally and there is much to say about it. Guthrie McKay and Lisa Dudley were shot in what the police described as a targeted hit. Guthrie died instantly but Lisa was shot while tied to a chair and was finally found alive four days later but tragically died en route to the hospital. There are several tragedies that surround this case. The shooting was itself tragic. The fact that the police officer sent to investigate neighbors' 911 call of shots fired never got out of his car to investigate the shooting was another tragedy. The fact that the RCMP only sent one officer to investigate a shots fired call is yet another. The list goes on.

I want to emphasize that the police did not shoot either of the couple. That was someone else. We need to remember that and remember who the bad guys are, who they worked for and what the motive for the targeted hit was so we know who to place the proper blame on. Yet the police were clearly negligent in this case on both fronts.

The officer never got out of his car to investigate. Had he done so he would have found Lisa still alive. Yet it wasn't just criminal negligence of one officer, it was the entire RCMP for only sending one officer to respond to a shots fired call. They'll send in 5 cops with riot gear and shotguns to kick in an elderly man's door if they think he might be a danger to himself so why on earth would they just send one officer to respond to a shots fired call? That was negligent.

The fact that Lisa's parents are suing the RCMP and the government is not new. This was announced February 2013. The fact that the Harper Government's response was obscene is not new either. That was also announced back in February 2013.

June of 2013 CTV reported that "A B.C. Supreme Court judge ruled Friday that a dead woman still has the right to sue, upholding a case with potentially massive legal implications." So the court already rejected the government's obscene claim that the case can't proceed because she is dead. What's new is the fact that the parents have set up a crowdfunding page to raise money for the legal challenge which is something we all should support because it realtes to public peace.

First let's look at the Harper Governments initial obscene response to the court application. The Globe and Mail reported that "a government lawyer said Ms. Dudley had no rights because she is dead, making explicit an argument laid out in the government’s response to the civil claim. 'If a victim has a right of action, it cannot be continued after they are dead,' David Quan told the court." That is absurd. It is a wrongful death suit. That kind of law suit isn't actionable until the party has died. The parents are arguing that the RCMPs negligence in this tragic case violated their daughters Charter Right to life and security.

I am normally the first one to cringe when people misinterpret the Charter of Rights but this case is different. Smoking crack or having the government pay for your heroin is not a Charter Right. That is obscene. This application cites section 7 of the Charter of Rights which states "Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person." This ideal is similar to the US Constitution which secures a person's right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It relates to the government's Constitutional obligation to provide public peace.

Obviously the government is not responsible for all crime that is committed. Yet since the police are paid with tax dollars, there is an inference that when you call 911 for a life threatening emergency the police will come to render assistance. Failing to do so is negligence.

This case opens Pandora's box because it relates to liability. Can businesses in Newton sue the RCMP and the City of Surrey for not responding to their 911 calls reporting drug dealers selling drugs outside their place of business? They most certainly can.

NATO Auditor Who Discovered US Funds ISIS Found Dead

Your News Wire is reporting that Yves Chandelon, the Chief Auditor for NATO, was found dead of a suspicious suicide in the city of Andenne in the Belgian Ardennes. Right after he had discovered that the US was supotrting ISIS just like the TV Series American Odyssey.

NATO funding ISIS is nothing new. Russia was supporting Assad in Syria while the Americans and the Israelis were supporting ISIS and the Rebels. When British Weapons Inspector Dr. David Kelly blew the whistle on MI 6 for launching Operation Mass Appeal and intentionally sent the media false reports about Iraq's weapons of Mass Destruction he also died of a suspicious suicide just like Gary Webb and so many other whistleblowers.

Instead of arguing whether or not Gary Webb or the Chief Auditor for NATO committed suicide or was murdered, we need to focus on what information they brought to light that the CIA wanted hidden from the public. Watch the movie Kill the Messenger. Look into the facts surrounding American support of ISIS. Every time they kill a whistleblower we need to bring attention to what the whistle blower was trying to expose. That is what we need to focus on.

Yeah I'm crazy. Crazy for thinking anyone out there gives a sh*t. Yet when push comes to shove there is nothing more crazy than Operation Northwoods. That is a historical fact.

The British Sun reported that Peter Polshikov was also reportedly found dead from gunshot wounds in his home in Moscow soon after news broke of the assassination of Russian ambassador in Turkey, Andrey Karlov. It is alleged two empty bullet shells were found in the flat in the city and that a gun was discovered under the sink in the bathroom. In February of last year CBC reported that Boris Nemtsov, a charismatic Russian opposition leader and sharp critic of President Vladimir Putin, was gunned down near the Kremlin. Are we beginning to see a pattern?

Just like how Susan Lindauer testified about the Lockerbie bombing. Major Charles McKee, of the Defence Intelligence Agency, filed a complaint about the CIA's drug trafficking in Lebanon. McKee, Gannon and three other members of the team decided to fly back to CIA HQ and expose the COREA unit’s deal with al- Kassar. They booked seats on Pan Am 103 which blew up over Scotland as the result of a "terrorist" attack. Yet the only motive anyone had to blow the plane up was to kill the whistleblowers on their way to Langley.

New book about the Clark Park Gang

Aaron Chapman recently put out a book called The Last Gang in Town: The Epic Story of the Vancouver Police vs. The Clark Park Gang. This is a historical look at a Vancouver gang back in the /70's. The description on Amazon reads: "A riot at a Rolling Stones concert opens this compelling story of a year-long confrontation in 1972 between the Vancouver police and the Clark Park gang, a band of unruly characters who ruled the city's east side. Corrupt cops, hapless criminals, and murder figure in this raucous history with contemporary overtones that questions which gang was tougher: the petty criminals, or the police themselves."

A little more Wayne Moriarty

I guess my big push for the New Year is a break from the persistent insanity that we are being spammed with. The world needs a little more Wayne Moriarty and a little less Xanadu.

Michael Smith is reporting that Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson is heading the Taxpayers foundation's naughty list for going tax-mad this year. We talked about how Robertson raised property taxes 3.9% recently in Vancouver promising to kick back 0.5% for harm promotion. So in reality what did he do? He just raised rents and increased the number of homeless on the street. Great thinking. Gregor Robertson is part of the problem not part of the solution.

Feliz Navida

I was going to call my Christmas message this year Christmas in the Hood, but since I already did that on Father's day I thought I'd talk about another challenging topic and that is dealing with loss at Christmas. Christmas is supposed to be such a happy time. Yet suicide rates increase this time of year. Most families aren't perfect so all the pressure of getting together at Christmas sometimes brings heartache and sorrow. Especially for lost loved ones.

Earlier I talked a little bit about how much I liked the movie Collateral Beauty. Everyone deals with loss in different ways. Lindsey Stirling said when she lost her best friend to cancer it really set her back and she took a considerable amount of time to grieve that loss before putting out her latest album Brave Enough which meant she was brave enough to come back after that loss.

My daughter was face timing with some friends from Honduras the other day. They had all the young cousins together and were setting off fireworks at night. Something I could relate to before fireworks became a banned substance in Surrey. Sometimes she'd put me on and since I don't speak Spanish I'd always be at a loss of what to say and usually just come out with a yo que pasa hombre, como estas? This time there was several young children present and all I could think of was the Christmas song feliz navidad so I shouted out feliz navidad! Then the young children who didn't speak english remembered that song and all started singing the english verse I wanna wish you a Merry Christmas from the bottom of my heart. It was priceless.

That wonderful little girl had just lost her mother to cancer and this would be her first Christmas without her mother yet they had a very close extended family. Money can't buy that. Peace.

Users overdose minutes after cashing assistance cheques

Crime City Surrey is reporting that "They're buying drugs right there outside where they're cashing their cheques" - seems a good place for police to attend." One would think. Failing to do so is criminal culpability. Minutes later Crime City Surrey then tweets "Users overdose minutes after cashing assistance cheques." Who's the criminal now? Us or them? Right now it's hard to tell.

East Vancouver shooting

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that a 42-year-old woman is in serious but stable condition after a targeted shooting in north east Vancouver Tuesday night.

Man convicted of murdering a Hells Angel acquitted after informant admits lying

The Montreal Gazette is reporting that "The Quebec Court of Appeal has acquitted a man who was convicted a decade ago of murdering one of the highest-ranking Hells Angels in Quebec during the biker gang war. The appellate court delivered its decision on Wednesday, acquitting Tony Duguay, a former member of the Bandidos, of the murder of Normand (Biff) Hamel, a member of the Hells Angels now-defunct Nomads chapter based in Montreal."

"The decision was based on new evidence supplied by a witness who testified against Duguay during his trial. The witness, a former gang-member-turned-informant named Sylvain Beaudry, admitted after the trial that he lied while on the witness stand."

Normand "Biff" Hamel was a member of Maurice "Mom" Boucher's white supremacist SS motorcycle gang until it disbanded in 1984. That's when he and Mom became Hells Angels prospects. Biff was a prospect of the Laval chapter and was present when the Hells Angels murdered his sponsors in the Lexonville massacre.

Two years later the Hells Angels wanted to take over the Death Riders. The take over became absolute on May 4, 1987 when the President of the Death Riders, Martin Huneault, was shot to death in a Laval bar. No one was ever arrested for the murder, but just hours after Huneault's funeral, Death Riders Mario Martin and André Richard were seen meeting with Hells Angels Maurice "Mom" Boucher and Normand "Biff" Hamel. Boucher and Hamel received their colours after the incident and Huneault's murder allowed the Hells to completely take over drug trafficking in Laval and the lower Laurentians area. Biff Hammel was murdered on April 17, 2000.

Terrorist Attacks without a Motive

When tragedy strikes it's always heart wrenching. Yet every crime has a means and a motive. If someone accused of committing a crime didn't have the means or motive to commit the crime then that is a red flag calling for further investigation. Recently there have been two more terrorist attacks in the news. One had a motive the other did not. Both are suspect.

Why on earth would anyone drive a truck into a crowd of pedestrians at a Christmas market anywhere especially in Germany? Germans love Christmas and their Christmas market. During the war soldiers on the front line called an impromptu ceasefire on Christmas Day to exchange gifts with the enemy. Christmas in Germany is a very peaceful time.

As soon as the horrific incident occurred, CBC reported that The White House said it "appears to have been a terrorist attack." White House National Security Council spokesman Ned Price said the U.S. was ready to assist Germany in investigating and responding. Evidently Ned Price was suspiciously fast with a press release on the matter.

CBC also reported that it has been less than a month since the U.S. State Department called for caution in markets and other public places, saying extremist groups including ISIS and al-Qaeda were focusing "on the upcoming holiday season and associated events."

Isn't that ironic? Just like how the Israeli intelligence agencies warned the Brussels Airport of a possible attack right before it happened. Then got the contact to do their security after the attack. Cynical minds would declare the Israeli Intelligence agency that won the contract were the ones that had a motive to commit that crime not some random lone wolf.

So what is the motive for this attack on the Berlin Christmas market? There is none. In contrast, the other attack in Turkey did have a motive.

The Guardian reported that "The Russian ambassador to Turkey has been shot dead by a police officer who shouted 'Don’t forget Aleppo' as he pulled the trigger." In this incident a motive is apparent. Russia was directly involved with killing civilians in Aleppo so it is logical someone would target Russia in response. That one makes sense.

I am however, having difficulty with the math in relation to the attack in Berlin. All of a sudden the media is reporting ISIS has claimed responsibility for the Christmas Market attack in Berlin despite the fact that there is no motive. Germany certainly didn't bomb Aleppo, Russia did. The math I'm having trouble processing is the fact that the Americans and the Israelis were supporting ISIS in Syria to defeat Assad. Hillary Clinton used her position as Secretary of State to convince the American Military complex to supply arms to ISIS through Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

I did not make up Operation Northwoods. I did not make up the 911 inconsistencies. Architects and engineers in the field declare that for a steel framed tower to collapse at freefall speed into it's own blueprint, the load bearing beams have to be blown out like a controlled demolition. I did not make that up. Experts in the field of controlled demolition declare it.

I did not make up the attack on the USS Liberty. That really did happen. I did not recall the air support sent to defend the USS Liberty when it came under attack saying I want that ship sunk. That was President Johnson after Kennedy was assassinated for vetoing Operation Northwoods.

Given the reality of Operation Northwoods, 911 and the attack on the USS Liberty, it behooves every rational mind to question the means and motive of every criminal act relating to acts of terrorism because the CIA is the largest terrorist organization on the planet.

The only motive for a terrorist attack on civilians at a Christmas market in Berlin points to German election candidates not ISIS or lone wolves. Lest we forget Sarkozy and the Karachi affair.

Germany of all places has to be suspicious of false flag attacks. That's where it all began. Hitler burned down the German parliament building and blamed it on terrorists to gain the powers of Chancellor. Then he burned down a German radio station and blamed it on Poland to justify an invasion. The rest is history.

Hells Angel-turned-informant pleads for 2nd chance

CBC is reporting that "Hells Angel Stéphane "Godasse" Gagné, 47, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in Lavigne's death and was sentenced to life in prison, where he has now served more than 19 years. Gagné, who is eligible for parole in 2023, filed a motion last year to have his request for parole heard earlier. The motion was granted." Diane Lavigne was a widowed prison guard with two adult children. She was shot dead June of 1997 during the Quebec Biker War.

CBC also reported that as a child, Gagné was bullied, he said. In high school, he started dealing drugs. "No one bothered me. I learned that money brought respect," he said. He quit school, started stealing cars and kept on dealing. Soon, he affiliated himself with the Hells Angels in order to make sure he wouldn't get himself into trouble, dealing in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighbourhood, which would become a hotbed of biker activity. Gagné said It was known in wartime that if you didn't kill, you don't move up. Yet there is nothing noble in killing a woman.

The day after the shooting, with news of the murder plastered all over television screens, Gagné's wife pronounced that whoever killed Lavigne must have been a repugnant person. Gagné, ashamed, slunk out and became a police informant. CBC claims in the summer of 1997, the biker war was in full swing. A fellow biker told him they had a job to do - a prison guard to kill. "I had two choices. Go to the police, or say no and be killed," he said.

This was Paul (Fon Fon) Fontaine's coacused. "On Sept. 8, 1997, Gagné and a different partner, Paul (Fon Fon) Fontaine, killed Rondeau and wounded Corriveau by firing several shots into the bus the guards were riding in as they headed to the Rivière des Prairies Detention Centre. The guards were about to pick up detainees who had court dates that day. Gagné was arrested on Dec. 5, 1997, and, after deciding to become a witness for the prosecution, he pleaded guilty, on March 25, 1998, to murdering Lavigne and the attempted murder of Corriveau."

When asked Why kill a prison guard instead of a member of the rival Rock Machine gang? He said "Prison guards can't kill you." This just keeps getting worse. Denying his parole isn't going to bring the woman he murdered back. It's just a no win situation. The driver of the motorcycle Stéphane was on when he shot Diane Lavigne, André (Toots) Tousignant, was murdered months after Lavigne was killed.

I think it's important to know that he was asked by the club to kill the woman. He didn't really have a choice. The job he did with Fon Fon was for Mom Boucher himself. He is the one that ordered the hit. Mom Boucher had a similar start as Stéphane. Boucher was a petty thief who robbed an old man with a shotgun. He got his patch after serving a prison sentence for armed rape. There is nothing there to admire.

Even in the top picture of the Quebec member on a run in Ontario, the guy has a full fairing and is wearing shorts. He looks like an idiot. People who ride motorcycles make fun of people who ride with shorts because your bare skin will turn to road kill on the dry pavement if you go down.

In contrast, I see there is a new season of the Musketeers on Netflix now. The French version of Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table or the chivalry aspired to in the movie Kingdom of Heaven with Orlando Bloom. Now that is noble. As William Wallace said in the movie Braveheart, lands and titles don't make a man noble. Neither does money from drugs.

Another shooting in Surrey, more Fentanyl ODs

Back to reality. Global on Twitter is reporting that Surrey RCMP are investigating a shooting in 13500-block of 91 Ave this morning. One man is in critical condition.

The Huffington Post is reporting that at least 11 people died of drug overdoses in BC on Thursday alone, six of them in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. If we do not start arresting the drug dealers that are selling drugs tainted with Fentanyl, we are all criminally culpable.

Gregor Robertson is a flaming idiot just like Linda Hepner. Kirk LaPointe and Doug McCallum would have been much a better choice. Different people have different plans on how to address crime in our community. Kirk LaPointe wants to get rid of open drug dealing at Main and Hastings and so do I. Meanwhile back on the ranch, Donald Trump has launched an impressive course change in political corruption south of the 49. No wonder the CIA's drug trafficking network opposes him so bitterly. Donald Trump is delivering hope while others just talked about it.

This is wonderful news. Kati, a drug addict on the Surrey strip that was interviewed by CBC has come clean and is endorsing more long term treatment as opposed to more harm promotion.

Collateral Beauty

I didn't see the new Star Wars but I did see Collateral Beauty. I was in the mood for something different. I read a couple of lousy reviews but wasn't swayed. I like to make up my own mind for myself usually and in this case I'm very gad I did. I thought the movie was profound.

F*ck the haters. Haters gonna hate. What the hell were you expecting? What are you all like Shallow Hal incapable of solemn reflection and unable to produce a rational thought? The point of the movie is to get people thinking as different people deal with grief different ways. Some people retreat into their shells. Others turn to drugs and alcohol. I think all of us have experienced some kind of loss or grief in our lives and eveyone likely knows someone who abuses drugs or alcohol.

I really liked Will Smith in the Pursuit of Happiness. I had to walk out of the theatre during the scene when he was homeless with his son. It hit a little too close to home. I was told it had a happy ending if I had stayed but I wasn't able to go through that at the time.

I would highly recommend Collateral Beauty to anyone with a brain who is wiling to think outside the box this Christmas. Elizabeth from Pirates of the Caribbean played love. Although the movie didn't go into depth expanding on the meaning of the title it did touch on it and imply that when something bad happens there is always something else to be grateful for like the song Photograph by Ed Sheeran. I would like to use the Collateral Beauty title as a theme for my 2017 Summer Jam and pick up where that movie left off.

Right now I am really enjoying Lindsey Stirling's Gavi's Song. It's peaceful and elegant. The song is about her best friend who went to the hospital for cancer. They started writing the song together and promised they would finish it together when he came home from the hospital. Tragically he died before they could finish the song so after a long period of grieving she finished the song and created a masterpiece. That is collateral beauty. It's the last song on her album Brave Enough.

I would like to add that right now it is indeed cold as f*ck on the motorcycle but it's not as cold as being homeless. It infuriates me when I hear people say the homeless are homeless because they want to be. That is absurd. People need homes not drugs. With all that money we are pouring straight into the predatory drug dealers pockets who are brutalizing the homeless as we speak we could build a lot more affordable housing instead.
