The Hill is reporitng that "A federal judge in California ruled that the state's ban on assault weapons is unconstitutional, a major defeat for gun control advocates as Democrats eye a federal prohibition on the same kind of guns.
U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez of San Diego issued a 94-page ruling panning the 30-year-old ban as an overstep by the state government and a violation of the Constitution’s Second Amendment, likening the AR-15, a popular rifle, to a “Swiss Army Knife” that is “Good for both home and battle.”
“This case is not about extraordinary weapons lying at the outer limits of Second Amendment protection. The banned ‘assault weapons’ are not bazookas, howitzers, or machineguns. Those arms are dangerous and solely useful for military purposes,” Benitez wrote Friday. “Instead, the firearms deemed 'assault weapons' are fairly ordinary, popular, modern rifles. This is an average case about average guns used in average ways for average purposes.” Well said.
When CBC reported that "The federal government is set to release its action plan today in response to the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls' findings and its numerous recommendations.
It marks two years since the inquiry released its final report after gathering testimonies from families and survivors across the country," I was somewhat skeptical. Wally Oppal's sabotaging of the first missing women's inquiry was outrageous. Then the high jacking of the second inquiry was equally as outrageous.
In that second inquiry Marilyn Poitras resigned from that commission because she felt it was not addressing the real problem, the elephant in the room. She said "We've been down this road before... We had people tell us if you want to know who the problems are and how to fix them you go talk to the sex trade workers. They're going to tell you who they are. It's not a mystery. This isn't some person coming out of the blue and randomly taking women off the street. People know who they're threatened by. Lets go talk to them. We weren't doing any of those things."
The second inquiry didn't want to address the problem. They wanted to promote an extreme political agenda. They wanted to exploit the missing and murdered women not help them.

I can say it, I can remember it and I can understand it. When you keep adding more and more crazy letters to that anacronym it becomes too much to swallow. It started off innocent. It added girls to women.
OK Women means female so girls are included in that. Then they throw in all this nonbinary, two spirit, bla, bla, bla. It takes something clear and concise and creates mass confusion.
The first missing women's inquiry was exactly that - missing women. It was a response to the Robert Pickton farm where many women were murdered. Not all were indigenous but many were sex trade workers. The failure of the second inquiry brings us to the Dianne Rock story. Dianne Rock was gang raped on the Pickton farm. Being gang raped implicates more than one suspect.
Those sex trade workers were being killed for drug debts. That is what we need to face.
Today I saw a first nations woman at the store wearing a shirt that said Every Child Matters with several eagle feathers on it. It wasn't orange and the logo was slightly different, but the message was profound. Every child does matter. Black, white, red, yellow or brown. They all matter.
Every Child who died at that Catholic residential school in Kamloops matters. Yet in Boston, Ireland and many other countries, a lot of boys were sexually assaulted at Catholic residential schools. They matter too. Do we add a B for Boys to MMIWG? No, we do not. We simply say every child matters because they do. Our children matter now. We still need to protect them.
Kim Bolan is reporting that Brother's Keeper Naseem Mohammed spent $30,000 cash at a Richmond shoe store before running to US. She claims that "Naseem bought rare Dior X Air Jordan runners for $19,500, as well as an Air Dior messenger bag and blue Air Dior sweater at Stay Fresh in the Richmond Centre mall. He then posted the receipt for his luxury purchases - totalling $29,510 - on his Instagram account, along with photos of the shoes and stacks of cash."
How is this not glamorizing gang life? At first one is left to conclude what a ridiculous waste of money and what a ridiculous thing to write about. Yet it reveals one important clue - where do you think he got that much money from? This kid was not a rocket scientist. He wasn't a high level drug dealer. Yet that is a sh*t load of cash. He got it from the Hells Angels for services rendered. They hired him. After hiring him and giving him all that money, they rolled on him.
Let's do the math. The Hells Angels hired a First Nations gang called Redd Alert to take back all the drug dealers in the DTES from the UN. After they did that, they approved Steele's murder of Glen Nelson's wife. Steele would not have done it without the club's approval. Glen Nelson was the one that led the take back. He became too powerful so they killed his wife.
After that we briefly saw the Redd Alert Killas rise in the DTES. They were supplied by the Wolf Pack who took over the drug dealing in the DTES after Redd Alert cleared the way for them. The Redd Alert Killas were not supplied by the UN like the FK in Calgary. The Redd Alert Killas were supplied by the Hells Angels through the Cub Pack.
In Calgary the FOB were supplied by the Hells Angels through the Wolf Pack. The FOB Killas - FK were supplied by the UN. They were rivals. That's not what happened in the DTES. Obviously, after the Redd Alert took back all the drug dealers from the UN, they wanted some of that coin. Instead of giving it to them, they gave it to the Cub Pack after Panchos shut down so the Cub Pack hired others to keep the Redd Alert at bay.
Redd Alert worked for the Edmonton Hells Angels. The Cub Pack then says to the Edmonton Hells Angels, you can have Surrey so the Edmonton Hells Angels hire the Brother's Keepers to sell drugs and kill rivals in Surrey.
They used Ali to recruit the Brother's Keepers. Obviously, Ali wanted some of the coin from the Brother's Keepers since he did all the work but the Hardside were dweebs in a rental. They gave Hardside some finger puppets in Fort Langley. Edmonton got BK. When Ali complained, they killed him. Chad and Ali were not killed by rivals, they were killed by the club.
Recently there has been talk of making stiffer sentences for gang murders to send a message that public gang shootings are not acceptable. Although I am not entirely opposed to that idea, we still need to address the elephant in the room. Who is ordering the hits?
In the Powery-Hooker and De Jong case, they were both brought in from Edmonton. It is obvious they were hired by the Edmonton Hells Angels. Locking them up for 300 years will do nothing to stop the surge in gang violence. The only thing that will address the violence is to charge the Edmonton Hells Angels for ordering the hit. Likewise, Francois Gauthier was brought in from Quebec. He was hired by the Hells Angels.
The East Vancouver Hells Angels hired contract killer Mickie (Phil) Smith to kill Paul Percy Soluk at a crack house in Surrey. Smith said a man he called Yurik helped him chop up and dispose of the body. Smith said "Yurik's not an Angel but he works with the Angels. I know he's done a lot of hits." Paul Soluk was killed in 1999. Note that this connection documents the East Van Hells Angels involvement with Surrey crack houses. It also documents their connection to murder.
The David Giles declaration admits, "not every Hells Angel is involved with criminal activity but anyone who uses the name of the club for criminal activity, must have that activity approved by the local executive." Likewise, any hitmen the Hells Angels hire has to be approved by the local president. We need to start charging the Hells Angel president who approved the hit.
OK so Neil Cantrill's sentencing continued in New West today. Turns out the only publication ban in effect for that case is a 486 ban which just covers bail hearings and expires when the trial is over. That means I am allowed to report on what I heard in court yesterday.
Yesterday when I sat in the courtroom a lawyer was making a submission to the court saying why her client was such a nice guy and should receive a reduced sentence. I didn't hear which accused she was referring to. It was either Neil's son Stephan or Robert Lowry.
As soon as I walk in the lawyer mentions Pickton. I was like WTF? I assume she was referring to case law. I thought it was pretty ironic she would site a Robert Pickton case in a Hells Angel sentencing. Then she goes off about sexual assault and date rape drug and I was like WTF? I must have the wrong room. They kidnapped a guy. That's why I left to check with the registry.
She said her client was a nice guy from a nice family implying that is why he should receive a reduced sentence. Yet kept going on and on about sexual assault and the use of date rape drug. Oh he's a nice guy who committed sexual assault and uses date rape drug. Great family.
They told us that rape was against the rules in the Hells Angels. Did they lie to us again? Big surprise. I don't know the context those statements were made in. The sheriff wouldn't let me back in because of Covid. I just know something very fishy is going on here and I'm going to look into it. Evidently you're not allowed to wear gang colours in bars but you are allowed to in court.
Suminder Grewal aka Ali was shot dead in Surrey on July 31st 2020. He was a full patch Hells Angel from the new Hardside chapter. The shooters, Calvin Powery-Hooker and Nathan De Jong were sent here from Edmonton, where the Brother's Keepers got their gang tats from.
On September 23rd 2020, the crown issued a Stay of Proceedings meaning the matter was stopped. It didn't say ordered to stand trial in surpeme court, it said stay of proceedings which usually ends the matter until further notice.
Well today I see it on the court list in New Westminster Supreme court. So I'm like WTF? It appears that trial is going ahead after all and has been there all week. There are several publication bans in effect - a 486.5(9), 486.5(1) and a 648(11).
486 covers the identity of witnesses or undercover officers. 648 covers information about any portion of a jury trial which takes place in the absence of the jury which is pretty much a given. T-VD means Trial Voir Dire. There is no jury present so this is just the Voir Dire. A trial before the trial to determine what evidence is admissible. I'm glad it's proceeding.
The new Hardside chapter wasn't a real chapter like the others. They were more like a puppet club with a HA patch in a rental. They answered to Haney. Ali had the respect of the Brother's Keepers but Edmonton got the drug profits. Hardside got some finger puppets in Fort Langley. Obviously Ali wanted some of the profits from the Brother's Keepers since he did all the work so when Dr Spin said he and Chad owed money, they likely meant he kept what was rightfully his when Edmonton wanted it so they capped him. It's all about the money. It always is.
Castanet is reporitng that "A former Kelowna RCMP officer pleaded guilty to one count of breach of trust by an officer in Kelowna court Wednesday morning, but he may avoid jail time altogether."
"Brian Burkett was charged in July 2019 with seven counts of breach of trust for pursuing a sexual relationship with seven woman in connection with his duties between October 2015 and August 2016.
Wednesday morning, Crown prosecutor Neil Wiberg altered the charge against Burkett by combining all seven allegations against the former officer into one breach of trust charge, to which Burkett then pleaded guilty to. The BC Prosecution Service would not explain why the prosecutor opted to do this, as the matter remains before the courts."

On Tuesday, the hardcover book went up for pre-sale online for the sum of $18, before the listing pages mysteriously vanished."

I attended Neil Cantrill's sentencing in New Westminster today and I have a sh*t load to say about it. I didn't realize it was today. I had the dates mixed up. I come in late for the afternoon session look around and I see a big guy with a Nomads T-shirt sitting in the front row and Dr Spin sitting in the back. I think OK this must be the place. Most of the seats are taped off so I take the big red chair the sheriff normally sits in just down from Dr Spin. The sheriff behind the glass gives me a dirty look and I just give him the look that says what, you want me to sit beside Kim Bolan? I'm social distancing.

Kamloops this Week is reporting that "Kamloops Mounties have arrested a suspect in connection to a shooting that took place more than a year ago in North Kamloops.
Tristan Alan Olson, 23, of Kamloops, was arrested on a warrant last Monday (May 21)."
"On Dec. 30, 2019, at approximately 5:19 a.m., officers attended 349 Alexander Dr., and discovered nearby a 24-year-old man with what were described as life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was taken to Royal Inland Hospital in serious, but stable condition. The shooting was believed to be targeted and the residence and people involved known to police as part of the local drug trade." Wherever you let drugs be sold, violent crime increases.
Recently there was a horrific discovery of children's graves at a residential school in Kamloops. I have several comments to make to put the matter into perspective. We know the mainstream media has an agenda. I reject that agenda. We know that if you want to find the truth, you have to seek out alternate news sources and question the narrative. We need to think for ourselves.
Global is reporting that "Indigenous communities across Canada are renewing calls for the Roman Catholic Church to apologize for its role in residential schools that forcibly removed children from their homes — stripping them of their culture, language and identity."
Evidently the residential school in Kamloops where the children's graves were found was run by the Catholic Church. John A MacDonald was a Protestant. Blaming him for something the Catholic church did is displaced aggression. It wasn't his fault. Likewise, Egerton Ryerson was a Methodist minister. He had nothing to do with the Catholic residential schools. People need to look before they leap. Question the narrative. It doesn't make sense.
Have leaders in the Catholic church tried to hide and cover up sexual abuse instead of confronting it and protecting children? That is an important discussion. We are all responsible for what we do. Protecting children is paramount.
The Indigenous residential schools in Canada were bad. I'm not sure what they were thinking. All of us recognize that education is important and most of us dream of free education. Contracting that out to the Catholic church appears to have been a bad idea.
Taking children away from their homes and their culture is never a good thing. That is what Communism does. That is not what a free republic is supposed to do. Yet times have changed. Now we honour and respect First Nations culture. For the record, England's tradition of treaty making in Canada was a lot better that the Spanish Conquistadores slaughter in Central America. Likewise, Hong Kong had a lot more freedom under British rule than under Communism.
Recently ABC reported that "Two women who were sentenced in tribal court and jailed on misdemeanor charges in the case of a young girl whose body was found on the Crow Indian Reservation have been named as suspects in the child’s death." Child abuse is always bad.

The Windsor star is reporitng that "A Windsor man faces drug trafficking charges after city police caught the subject of an arrest warrant Sunday afternoon. The man was in possession of grey fentanyl, teal fentanyl, and methamphetamine, and Canadian currency.
Joseph Smith, 50, is charged with three counts of possession for the purpose of drug trafficking.
I was at the hospital the other day and saw a Union poster in the elevator talking about Non-Binary and Two Spirited people and I just shook my head. This is the crazy agenda we need to address. I have no problem with the term LGBT. I can say it, I can understand it, I can remember it. When you add a whole list of bizarre nonsense to that list it becomes what Lynzee Domanico refers to as an alphabet soup. It's just too much to swallow.
Telling kids there's no such thing as gender is wrong. It is also unscientific because it violates the science of biology and reproductive organs. Blaire White is transgender. She is brilliant. Although she is completely happy with her transition, she clarifies that she made her decision as an adult and does not support children making or being coerced into changing their gender before puberty.
Seemingly, non-binary means you consider yourself neither male, female nor transgender. You don't know what you are. Nobody does. Evidently Two-spirit refers to a person who identifies as having both a masculine and a feminine spirit. How is that not bisexual? This is where, in the spirit of political correctness, we abandon reason and science. We need to draw the line somewhere and give kids sanity. We need to protect them from this kind of absurdity.
