Jack Hundial breaks his campaign promise

This is hilarious. Post Media Trash is reporting that "Concerns about policing, public safety and community involvement in Surrey have prompted a third councillor to quit the city’s governing coalition on council and sit as an independent. Jack Hundial broke the news on Thursday, which came as no surprise to his fellow council members. Hundial, a retired RCMP officer, has been openly critical of the city’s proposed plan to transition from being policed by the RCMP to starting its own municipal force. But the mayor’s decision this week to dissolve Surrey’s public safety committee in favour of a policing transition committee was the final straw."

Lets take a look at the facts because they speak for themselves. CBC is reporting that "Council drama aside, Doug McCallum's reputation rests on outcome of 2 big campaign promises."

What were those two campaign promises? Sky Train over LRT and forming a municipal police force. Doug McCallum was very clear on those two promises and he was elected on that basis.

Jack Hundial jumped onto McCallum's bandwagon at the last minute. I didn't endorse him because he was former RCMP. I thought it was a bit weird bringing in someone from the RCMP to get rid of the RCMP and form a municipal police force. So now Jack Hundial has left the Safe Surrey Coalition that got him elected because he has broken his election promise. He was elected on a promise to get rid of the RCMP in Surrey and now he has changed his mind. Doug McCallum is keeping his election promise. Jack Hundial is not. That's all there is to it.

Jack Hundial is Indo Canadian. Surrey's South Asian temple leaders are pushing the solicitor general to let the city replace the RCMP. Jack Hundial is betraying the Indo Canadian community in Surrey. That's all there is to it. Let's remember what happened to Barinder Rasode when she was determined to railroad the mega casino in South Surrey that the South Asian temple leaders were so adamantly opposed to. She was not reelected. Good bye Jack Hundial. It was nice knowing ya. Not. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Drugs and Hells Angels gear seized in Ontario

The Ottawa Citizen is reporting that "Police say they seized suspected opioids along with cannabis products and Hells Angels paraphernalia in a pair of raids in and around Kemptville Wednesday." Ontario arrests Hells Angels associates who deal drugs. BC does not.



One of the seized items in the Ontario raid was Hells Angels support paraphernalia that said Harley Guindon 2015. In 2015 the Northumberland News reported that "Three Oshawa men and Peterborough County man face robbery charges in Cramahe home invasion. Harley Guindon, 29, from Oshawa, was charged with robbery, personating peace officer, careless use of firearm, pointing a firearm, possession of dangerous weapons, forcible confinement and three assault with a weapon charges. Brian McMinn, 32, from Havelock-Belmont-Methuen Township, Ishacc Douglas, 32, from Oshawa, and Travis Bell, 23 from Oshawa, are charged with robbery."

Harley Guindon ran a clothing store. Tragically his niece was murdered in 2017.

Mafia bust in Ontario

CTV is reporting that "York Regional Police say they have arrested 15 people and seized $35 million worth of homes, sports cars and cash in a major trans-Atlantic probe targeting the most prominent wing of ‘Ndrangheta Mafia clan in Canada. Responding to spike in shootings, arsons in Vaughan and the surrounding area in 2017, police started “Project Sindicato,” targeting a group accused of operating illegal backroom gambling dens in various cafes. It resulted in what is believed to be the largest Mafia bust in Ontario’s history."

No drugs were seized. Police busted a couple of illegal gambling operations and seized a whole lot of money, cars and property. Once again the police are profiting from organized crime. Tell me again, which ones are the criminals? These days it's hard to tell the difference.

Sadly Dianne Watt's pathetic lapdog is still pimping the Vancouver gas fraud. That guy really need to get a life or at least a moral conscience. It is not John Horgan's fault Jason Kenny is guilty of price fixing and extortion. Anyone with a brain can see that. Removing the provincial gas tax will not lower the price of gas it will put that revenue straight into the oil company's pocket.

When the price of oil dropped and the price of gas in Vancouver jumped to $1.50 a litre, CBC mentioned Price fixing. When Jason Kenny was elected it jumped to $1.70 a litre. Then he ran full page ads in the local corporate tabloid extorting us to build his tar sands pipeline that Chicago and Detroit stopped taking because of the petroleum coke byproduct.

As soon as the price fixing inquiry started the price mysteriously dropped again but since the oil companies are in contempt by refusing to submit evidence the price of gas keeps bouncing up and down like a pinball machine daily. None of these price jumps are warranted. Price fixing is the only reason. Price fixing is illegal. That means John Horgan needs to take the next step and start filing criminal charges. He also needs to file a civil action in the courts for costs and damages.

Meanwhile, Mike Smyth needs to embark on an expedition. He needs to do some serious soul searching and scour that dark absic for a spark, a glimmer of light. He needs to find that moral compass he was born with but starved to death with his dishonest greed.

Both are fighting for superiority. The grandson then asked which one is winning? The grandfather replied, the one I'm feeding. Price fixing in the oil and gas industry IS organized crime. If BC approved another pipeline for tar sands bitumen, there would be NO guarantee prices would drop because they are not regulated. Greed has no limits and corporate greed is unbridled. BC needs safeguards in place to prevent unwaranted spikes in the price of gas. The taxpayers own the pipeline now.

Corruption within the Parole Board of Canada

These next two posts are going to be more on right and wrong. I have a friend who had his parole revoked recently for totally fabricated reasons and I am absolutely astounded at how wrong this is and how there is virtually no accountability whatsoever. It diminishes us as Canadians.

I'm all for confronting organized crime but I'm also all for fresh starts. The prison system should be about rehabilitation. If someone gets out of prison and beats the odds by getting a job and goes to work every day we should applaud them not screw them over.

This isn't the first case that's come to my attention and it needs to be addressed.

Free Falling

This morning I was riding in to work along the freeway before sunrise and a line of an old Tom Petty song came to mind: I'm Free... Freefallin'. One of the two requirements to become a Freemason is to believe in God and to have been born a free man. I never really understood why the second rule is there but I qualified as did my father's father before me.

Most people want peace but even the Dalai Lama understands that peace at any price is no peace at all. Communist China wants to pick the next Dalai Lama. Yeah I don't think so.

Next China is going to want to pick the next Pope or the next president of the United States. That's not how it works. How about we pick the next president of China? Better yet, how about Hong Kong chooses their own ruler? That's how it works in a real democracy.

It's rather amusing that Blaze used one of his old profiles to make a comment on the Jay Dobyn's post. It's actually hilarious. Jay Dobyns is a POS and Blaze is a compulsive liar. The two of them making a movie together would be something the world could laugh at for years to come. It'd be a real Laurel and Hardy that's for sure. After all, Hollywood is fake as f*ck.

Blaine Harbor Music Festival and Camp

Yesterday was the conclusion of another successful Blaine Harbor Music Festival and Camp. For many years Blaine has put on an impressive jazz festival and camp teaching highshcool students jazz and showcases those talents in free open air concerts at the H street and G street plazas.

The Vancouver jazz festival is nice but it's different. It's hosts many different jazz venues across the city but it doesn't provide opportunities for kids to learn jazz. That's the Blaine jazz festivals specialty. Talented musicians from across the US come and teach during the camp. Greg Hopskins is a famous trumpet player from Boston who comes every year as well as Greta Matassa who is a well known local jazz vocalist from Seattle. Both individuals as well as many others including long time contributors like Lou Abbott, Clipper Anderson, Nick Biello and Ted DeCorso have dedicated years of their lives teaching kids jazz.

The camp also branches out into other forms of music as well. Charlie Porter along with Gregor Huebner and Jovino Santos Neto have picked up the torch and are continuing the New Directions program that teaches kids how to remix hard core classical arrangements with modern pop songs. This year they did an impressive cello concerto remixing a traditional Bach piece with an Eminem tune. It was awesome. If you have kids and you want them to get involved in something positive, this is the place to send them.

Portugal charges 89 Hells Angels after Lisbon attack

DW is reporting that "Members of the Hells Angels motorcycle club were indicted for attempting to kill four people and injuring others with knives, axes and batons at a restaurant in Lisbon. The gang was banned by the Netherlands in May."

"Prosecutors allege that the gang's members tried to kill four people and seriously injured others last year at a restaurant on the outskirts of Portugal's capital, Lisbon. The restaurant was destroyed in the Hells Angels attack. At the time of the restaurant attack, the Hell Angels was involved in a gang war for control of illicit guns and drug trade, according to authorities."

Hells Angels from Germany were arrested in Mallorca on a small island off the coast of Spain back in 2013. They were charged with drug trafficking, trafficking in humans, extortion and running prostitution rings. February of this year the Majorca Daily Bulletin reported that the case is coming to trial and that "The centre of the gang's operations was Playa de Palma, where brothels were used to finance its network."

"The Hells Angels case was one element that led to the investigation into police corruption in Palma and ultimately to the Cursach case." In 2018 the Majorca Daily Bulletin reported that one of the two officers arrested was the contact for the madame, the arranger of alleged prostitute parties for police, politicians and public service employees."

Ontario Residents angry about Amber Alert alarms in the middle of the night

Narcity is reporting that "Police have once again been receiving complaints from residents after issuing an Ontario Amber Alert at around 3:00 AM on Thursday." This is where the government crosses the line and becomes way too intrusive.

People were understandably upset because they didn't want these alarm sounds on their cell phones in the middle of the night. "York Regional Police emergency dispatchers were forced to deal with several complaint calls overnight from residents who were upset that the alert woke them. Journalist Jeremy Cohn claims that some of the calls have been abusive and very rude."

"We apologize for the inconvenience, but when there are kids' safety at risk, we pull out all the stops, and this was just one of the tools that was being used,” York Regional Police Const. Andy Pattenden said while explaining how police dealt with the calls.

You are not listening. The public doesn't want to get these alarm notifications every time a kid goes missing. Send a press release out the the media not to every residents private cell phone. That is WAY too intrusive. You mean well but what you are doing is not right.

You're just a public servant. The public pays your wages. STFU and do as your told.

Gas Fraud at the Price Fixing Inquiry

The Canadian Press is reporting that "Gasoline prices in British Columbia have risen in line with land costs and credit card processing fees but that doesn't fully explain why they're so much higher than in other parts of Western Canada, a new report says." BULLSH*T! The price of gas has risen in BC because of Price Fixing. There is NO other explanation.

The price of bread, eggs or land has absolutely nothing to do with the price of oil. The price of oil drops and they raise the price of gas at the pumps. They charge as much as they can simply because they can. The gas companies are lying again and are in contempt for failing to produce the required documentation about their profits per litre. Jail them. We need to file a class action lawsuit against them like they did back east.

Alberta Gang Task force seize 6 kilos of cocaine and 2 kilos of crystal meth from BC

The Edmonton Journal is reporting that "More than $1 million in cash, drugs and cars were seized by the Alberta Law Enforcement Response Team (ALERT) after a nine-month investigation dubbed Project Embrace. Investigators say the operation involved an Edmonton group importing drugs from B.C. and distributing them in Alberta, particularly in the communities of Bonnyville, Lloydminster, St. Paul, Cold Lake, Little Smoky and Frog Lake." Those aren't bags of N64 games.

"More than six kilograms of cocaine, two kilograms of methamphetamine, almost $350,000 in cash, 18 kilograms of a cocaine buffing agent and a 2007 Volvo XC90 with a hidden compartment were seized. Six people are facing drug trafficking and other charges, including an Edmonton man alleged to be at the centre of the operation. Police searched four Edmonton homes and two Vancouver apartments as part of the operation and seizures."

Once again the Alberta Gang Task force saves the day while the completely compromised BC Gang Task force sends out press releases about old N64 games. GMAFB.

Juel Stanton's son targeted in RCMP Fraud

The Burnaby Now is reporting that "Dillon Juel Stanton, 29, told the court he robbed small businesses to fuel drug addiction sparked by unresolved trauma from witnessing his father's 2010 murder." For f*ck sakes. Coquitlam RCMP drama queen Bryon Massie held a press conference displaying some of the stolen property seized in the operation. A bunch of old N 64s. How old are those video games? They're virtually worthless.

"Nineteen-year-old Dillon Juel Stanton, son of notorious ex-Hells Angel Juel Ross Stanton, was at home the day his father was gunned down in the family’s backyard in 2010." Get a life. Put him in rehab and leave him alone.

Juel's son is obviously not affiliated with the club that killed his father. He's a low level thief supporting a drug addiction. He was charged with using an imitation firearm to commit a serious offence and with one count of possessing an illegal firearm. He wasn't charged with using the firearm to commit a criminal offence. Oh but he had a pistol grip on his shotgun. GMAFB. My Mossberg Maverick came with a pistol grip straight from Canadian Tire. That is not an illegal firearm as long as the overall lengh in more than 660 mm or 26 inches and if it's a 470 mm or 18.5 inch barrel it doesn't have to be registered. It's a non restricted firearm. Stop lying.

BTW You measure the shotgun barrel length from the inside not the outside. That's the problem. So many RCMP officers have absolutely no idea what the firearm laws are in Canada. You really should take a course. In Canada shotgun barrels have to be 18.5 inches not 18.

The Coquitlam RCMP... wasn't sleazebag Jim Brown from the Coquitlam RCMP? As soon as it was mentioned witnesses saw a picture of Jim Brown in a threesome with Dave Pickton, the Coquitlam RCMP kicked in the whistle blower's door and deleted all the evidence. The Coquitlam RCMP is dirty as f*ck. Do something useful for a change.

Dillon's father was completely f*cked over by the club. The day the news broke of his murder witnesses saw David Giles in Kelowna having a serious talk with some younger members as if he was explaining to them why they did it. David Giles was a POS. Juel Stanton wasn't any more violent than Tony Terezakis who filmed himself beating the life out of drug addicts who owed him money. Juel Stanton was killed right before his next court date.

They didn't want him to be the first BC HA to get criminal org status. They saved that privilege for David Giles, the POS that ordered Juel's murder. With friends like that, who needs enemies.

Canadian govt to fund defence of Smuggler’s Inn owner

The Surrey Now Leader is reporting that "A U.S. inn owner facing charges in Canada relating to human smuggling has had an application to have his defence funded by the Canadian government granted." This is obviously about the Charter Right to legal representation.

David MacAlister, director of Simon Fraser University’s school of criminology said “The rights that we have in the charter are applicable to all people.” I agree. Is this precedent setting? Since you don't have to be a Canadian citizen to be protected by the Canadian Charter of Rights, does that mean you don't have to be an American citizen to be protected by the US Constitution?

The US border agents at the Truck border crossing once told me my client didn't have the right to legal representation at the border because they weren't an American citizen they were Canadian. They said the US Constitution did not apply the Immigration act did. That my friend is the root of all evil. The US Constitution says no state shall deny to any person within it's jurisdiction equal protection of the law. Yet it does. Especially at the border. That is not right.

Civil liberty - only available in Canada you say? Pity.

The Jeffrey Epstein case

Global is reporting that "American billionaire and financier Jeffrey Epstein is facing new charges for the alleged sex trafficking of minors, some as young as 14 years old. At the same time, a court order from last week to unseal roughly 2,000 pages of documents from a defamation case related to 2014 allegations against Epstein could spell trouble for many of the prominent businessman's powerful friends -- including one described at the time as a well-known Prime Minister."

"The charges laid on Monday appear at this time to be similar but distinct from a series of allegations made by two individuals in 2014, which accused Epstein and a number of world leaders of sexual abuse. These petitioners included in their filings not only descriptions of sexual abuse by Epstein, but also new allegations of sexual abuse by several other prominent individuals, 'including numerous prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well‐known Prime Minister, and other world leaders,' states an order to unseal records issued last week by a New York appeals court."

Second $100M settlement announced in RCMP sexual harassment case

CBC reported that "Three years after settling a sexual harassment and discrimination lawsuit with female officers for $100 million, the RCMP has reached a second settlement — for about another $100 million — for women who worked for the force in non-policing roles. The settlement was announced Monday morning by Klein Lawyers LLP, the same Vancouver law firm that handled the first settlement in 2016. The latest pact is subject to approval by a federal court."

Global is reporting that "In 2016, former Commissioner Bob Paulson announced a settlement had been reached as the result of two sexual harassment class-action lawsuits against the RCMP. He also promised the fist of God will fall on Mounties who perpetuate sexual harassment." Which was absolute bullsh*t because right after he made that ridiculous statement there were new allegations within his own office.

This second lawsuit was a class action. It wasn't just one victim and one offender. It was a climate of unprofessional that permeated the force. Straight from the Friends of Craig Callen right to the office of Bob Paulson. Not to mention his fake fishing trip at Pitt Lake with Craig Callen and Bill Fordy. Much. Although there is no doubt a gag order that goes with the settlement we all know that a female employee of the RCMP was raped by a RCMP officer during the Olympics.

We all complain about the millennial's sense of entitlement. That same problem permeates the RCMP. That is why we need a regional police force in Surrey and why the E Division headquarters in Surrey should not have a bar on site. No one else is allowed to drink and drive. They shouldn't be allowed to either. No Justice, No Peace.

Syria Propaganda: The War on Truth

They say the fist casualty of war is the truth. We have certainly seen that repeatedly in Syria. It appears that the Syrian Network for Human Rights is NOT an objective third party. It is a biased outlet funded by the West and staffed by the opposition. Tim Anderson from Hands off Syria claims that the Syrian Network for Human Rights is a NATO jihadist front. Possible.

What do we know? We know that ISIS mysteriously appeared in Syria beheading people to justify US intervention. Then we find out that Israel was supporting ISIS in Syria because they were opposing Assad. We know that under Operation Ajax British and American intervention in Iran created Islamic extremism there. The October Surprise perpetuated it.

We know that rebel forces use civilians as human shields. We know that Germany bombed civilians in London repeatedly. We know that the Americans killed more women and children in Hiroshima and Nagasaki then any other country ever has.

We know that the Syrian Network for Human Rights is not credible. That's all we know.

Neither is the Tony Blair Faith Foundation which is now called the Institute for Global Change.

Chantix: the suicide side effect

In 2008 Web MD reported that "Federal officials warned Friday that a popular antismoking drug may be linked to suicides in some patients. The drug, called Chantix, has been used by more than 5 million patients as a smoking cessation aid, according to manufacturer Pfizer Inc. The drug will now carry new labels warning doctors and consumers of reports of suicidal thoughts and behaviors. FDA officials said they had received nearly 500 reports of suicidal thoughts, behaviors, and completed suicides, 420 of which were in U.S. patients. Thirty-four cases of completed suicide were recorded in the U.S., along with five cases overseas. The reports don't prove that Chantix was the cause of the suicide. But FDA officials say their investigation showed several suicide cases in patients with no history of psychiatric problems."

Someone recently sent me numerous links about people committing suicide on Chantix and it rang a bell. I remember a friend tell me that when he was on it he felt like killing himself so he went off of it. Obviously everyone isn't going to have the same side effect but there are more than enough documented cases to put a warning on the box to make people aware of the concern in case it starts to happen to them. An Australian inquest found that Chantix contributed to a teenagers named Timothy John's suicide.

"In September of 2016, however, the FDA narrowly voted in favor of removing the warning, arguing that the benefits of Chantix outweighed the demerits of its side-effects and that there was no clear evidence of causality between the drug and the side-effects.” Wow.

Removing that warning is criminal culpability. People need to be aware of the possible side effects so they can stop taking the drug if they start to have those adverse side effects.

Obviously the pharmaceutical companies will pay whoever they can to say whatever they want. Celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain committed suicide while on Chantix. There's a petition to the FDA to bring back the warning labels but it shouldn't need a petition. The facts show that there is a need for the warning. Removing that warning is completely irresponsible.
