Surrey man sentenced to house arrest for dealing fentanyl

The North Shore News is reporting that "A 22-year-old Surrey man has been handed a conditional sentence including six months of house arrest after pleading guilty to possessing fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking in North Vancouver in July 2021." WTF? No really, WTF? I guess Vern was right. Judges are the problem.

"Dumbrell said Mudaliar does not appear to have a drug addiction himself. Selling drugs 'appears to be for profit and simply for easy money,' she said." That is f*cked up.

  1. This guy is a true Merchant of Death. Are there any OD's connected to him? That we know about of course.

  2. I despise our criminal system, the lawyers, the judges, the politicians. Courts, law, and order were created for the people. The people no longer have access to a redress that fails to represents the people. It is a navigation of mess, mayhem and dysfunction. It is a venue for the lawyers and judges and police to practice their systemic discriminatory conduct and out of reach for the people. What a f**kd up country Canada has become. I feel there is no hope to fix it, its a David and Goliath scenario.

    1. I understand your frustration but I'm still hopeful. Maybe that's because we still have a slingshot.

    1. Exactly. If Justin Trudeau is re elected then there is no hope. If he is defeated hope floats and the future shines. That's our slingshot.

    2. I agree. I NEVER voted Trudeau, Sr or Jr and yes I am cautiously optimistic that PP will win but then again I was completely surprised that Turdy got as many votes as he did the last. I would like an election NOW and that NDP is preventing us Canadians from our rights. So frustrated.

    3. Yes I was shocked too but he lost on the popularity vote and his minority government was rightfully weakened. A lot of people are busy and are slow to catch on but a lot more can see him for what he really is now. No lie can live forever.

  4. This is hilarious, you couldn't make it up if you tried. The first four letters of the Judge's name is "Dumb", and the last four of the drug dealer name are "Liar". Sometimes the truth is right in front of you. "Usually".

    1. Yeah that must have been a typo. I don't think there's supposed to be an r in the judge's real name. Muda liar is kind of ironic.
