FBI Mob Crackdown in U.S.

Wait a minute... All these criminals are crackers. Can we deport them back to Italy? Those crackers got jacked up.

The longtime boss of the New England branch of La Cosa Nostra (The Patriarca) was among the 127 suspected mobsters and Mafia associates indicted Thursday in one of the FBI’s largest ever mob sweeps.

Reputed Rhode Island Mafia boss Luigi “Baby Shanks” Manocchio, 83, and suspected mob associate Thomas Iafrate, 63, extorted cash “protection” payments for nearly two decades from the owners of several Providence strip clubs, according to an indictment unsealed Thursday in U.S. District Court in Providence.



U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said a total of 127 people face charges laid out in indictments in New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island.

Janice Fedarcyk, the assistant director in charge of the FBI's New York division, said the operation was "the largest mob round-up in FBI history."

Members of each of New York's "five families" -- the Bonanno, Colombo, Gambino, Genovese and Lucchese families -- are among those facing charges, Holder said.

The reputed head of a New England crime family was also among those arrested on Thursday.

The suspects face charges for a range of serious crimes, including murder, loan-sharking, drug trafficking, arson and labour racketeering.

Holder said some of the suspects are accused of what he described as "truly senseless" killings, well beyond the typical violence directed at rival mob members.

"In one instance, a victim was allegedly shot and killed during a botched robbery attempt and two other murder victims allegedly were shot in a public bar because of a dispute over a spilled drink," said Holder.

Feds take down Gambino Family

Arrests include:



John "Jackie the Nose" D'Amico. Reputed acting boss of the Gambinoo crime family. He made a plea bargain last summer. This is the person who took over for John Gotti.




Alledged underboss Domenico Cefalu was also arrested. He too was arrested in a 2008 sweep.



Alledged consigliere Joseph "Jo Jo” Corozzo.

This appears to be an ongoing investigations as arrests were also made in 2008 following up on the John Gotti incarceration. Now that is the New York model. Let's give it up for New York!



The sad thing is how many brain dead sheep look up to the wealth murders have as was dramatized in the reality TV show Growing up Gotti. However, now that the money is gone so is the fame. Some things money just can't buy.

On a side note, during the late 1980s, Vittorio "Vic" Amuso began demanding 50% of the profits generated by the Jersey Crew. New Jersey leaders Anthony Accetturo and Michael Taccetta refused Amuso's demand. In retaliation, Amuso ordered his men to "Whack Jersey", meaning eliminate the entire New Jersey faction, and summoned them to a meeting in Brooklyn, New York. Fearful for their lives, all the Jersey crew members skipped the meeting and went into hiding.

Peter "Fat Pete" Chiodo turned informant after Vittorio "Vic" Amuso and Anthony "Gaspipe" Casso ordered a hit on him. He was shot 12 times but survived. As pay bay they broke the code and shot his sister. Everything's gone down hill from there. It all happened because of greed.

Police Seize Prince George Bling

Well this is kind of like one BC judge at the bottom of the ocean: it's a good start. The Police in Prince George seized a member of the Game Tights Soldiers jewelry under the proceeds of crime legislation. One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.

However, it may be more of a kick the cat. Rumour has it that is was Joey Arrance from the GTS who has his bling seized by the police. If that's true I would find that frighteningly suspicious. Why would the police seize his bling AFTER he fell out of favour with the Hells Angels or whoever burned down his tattoo shop and his girlfriends house while he was in jail with his girlfriend's wheelchair bound mother in it who died as a result? If they seized his bling I'd have to say WTF?

Civilian Agency

Ian Mulgrew wrote an editorial in the Vancouver Sun yesterday that hit the nail on the head. The Kelowna RCMP incident underscores the need for a civilian agency. It doesn't underscore the need for a Regional police force. Delta, Abbotsford, New Westminster and the VPD have as much excessive force problems as the RCMP. What we need is a civil agency to oversea the complaint process and make all police forces publicly accountable. Wouldn't that be nice?

Let's face it, seizing your car after two drinks or 40 km over is intrusive and disproportionate. You're allowed to sell or smoke crack in public but they will seize your car if you have two drinks. That is disproportionate.

These extreme and intrusive laws were introduced by the provincial government with the lowest approval rating in the country. That government should not be in charge of a Regional Police force. Yes a Regional Police force works fine in Ontario. BC is different. We have a drunk driver for Premier that introduced silly drinking and driving laws to overcompensate for his own misdeeds. Wait a minute, I thought that guy resigned finally or was that just a dream?

Another Kash Heed Scandal

Well Kash Heed made the front page of the Vancouver Sun yesterday with another breaking "scandal." Is that guy in or is he out? First he resigned pending an investigation. Then he was back in after being cleared in the investigation. Then he was out again because the person in charge of his investigation was one of his campaign contributors.

I guess he's back in cause the Sun talked about another scandal that wasn't really a scandal but hell, we live for the political drama in BC why not call it one just because. Actually there are two new scandals involving good old Kash. First is the breach of trust charge which claims he used public funds for political purposes.

Oh but wait, who's making the charge? Why it's the RCMP the federal police force that don't want him to turn their force in BC into a Regional one. Isn't that a conflict of interest? Isn't this charge coming from the RCMP a conflict of interest? Yet if he really is guilty of criminal conduct, who else can charge him? A regional police force he created? I'm sure that would be a conflict of interest too. My oh my aren't we conflicted.

OK setting the sarcasm aside momentarily, here's the charge. New MLA's are given moving allowances to spend on furniture and what not. Kash had his own furniture so he signed over the cheque for the furniture to two people who worked for him during his campaign. The RCMP admit it was "free" money because he was entitled to it but didn't spend it on on furniture he spent it on something else. $6,000.00. I don't see that as a very big scandal. Not that I support Kash Heed at all. I'm just cynical about much of what's happening in our political landscape.

Here's the scam. Turns out that the two people he paid using his free money were involved in making that "illegal" anti-NDP pamphlet "he knew nothing about." Big freakin surprise. OK so he's caught with guile. He lied and said he didn't know anything about that nasty anti-NDP pamphlet his campaign office handed out during his election.

Kinda like how Peter MaCkay lied when everyone freaked about his humorous comment during heckling in the house referring to his ex who crossed over to the other political party the night she dumped him as a dog. They were debating the clean air act and the opposition cat calls and yells out this will be good for everyone. Think about your dog. Then Peter points to Belinda Stronach's empty seat on the other side of the house and yells back You already have her.

It was a witty come back. Yet he lied and denied he said it when it was caught on tape. Big deal. It was a funny comment given the circumstances lying about it isn't really necessary. I will note that MacKay has sure stepped up in the world with his new dinner date. Wow. Anyways, back on topic.

Kash Heed knew full well HIS campaign office was sending out those anti-NDP drama flyers that someone has deemed "Illegal." I can't remember all of what was in it, but it was pretty typical right wing rhetoric and stereotypes about the NDP. Stuff like "the NDP are soft on crime" and "the NDP want to legalize drugs." I'm sure some NDP wanted to legalize marijuana. We know the green party does and many federal liberals. The NDP being soft on crime is a common stereotype. It's really not surprising they made the erroneous claim in an election flyer. In reality the BC NDP have been a lot better on crime than the BC Liberals like Wally didn't get reelected for a reason Oppal who said everything was fine.

So the "big" scandal is Kash Heed knew about the pamphlet and paid people in his campaign for it with money he was given to spend on new furniture. Whatever. Now that we've got that out of our system let's look at the next Kash Heed scandal involving Catherine Urquhart.



Global BC TV news reporter Catherine Urquhart is being taken off the air pending a review into whether she breached any journalistic standards. The decision comes after a recently unsealed search warrant revealed an email exchange between Urquhart and former solicitor-general Kash Heed's campaign manager Barinder Sall.

Here is the intercepted private e-mail conversation between them that became unsealed in a search warrant and was published in the paper for the world to see:

"I can honestly say Kash would not be SG [solicitor-general] today if it hadn’t been for some key people behind the scenes,” Sall wrote to Urquhart on June 10, 2009.

“There were only truly 3 people that played a major role: Me, Peter Dhillon and yourself and Kash knows this,” he added.

"Peter was the money guy, I’m the brown tanned James Bond strategy girl-chasing guy and you were like the communications director . . . your stories, coverage and timing gave Kash a lot of profile and built him a following from day 1 at West Van and then leading into the election.”

In response, Urquhart wrote: “Hey . . . that’s really sweet of you. Have to say — there were a number of people along the way (cops and reporters — mostly cops) who seemed to have it out for Kash. But I always believed he was a good guy. I’m truly glad it worked out! C”

The guy is thanking a reporter for writing positive things about his client. She expressed her opinion that some, "mostly cops" had it in for him. Ooooo big surprise there. Why would the RCMP have it in for him? Because he was talking about creating a Regional Police force. Something I'm not really in support of because the idea of Gordon Campbell or most of our former BC Premiers being in charge of their own police force is somewhat frightening for me to conceive of.

Sall claiming to be the brown tanned James Bond strategy girl-chasing guy is a bit of a gag me with a spoon flirt but come on... this is a private e-mail. Does privacy not exist in our intrusive world any more? Don't give me any of this unethical journalism nonsense.

She printed some articles in support of Kash Heed. Maybe she and her newsroom supported his candidacy. Oooo maybe she and or they support a Regional Police force? Heaven forbid. Media outlets support candidates all the time. Why on earth do you think Harper is trying to create a Fox News North now that they have relaxed the truthful reporting requirement.

Why the Vancouver Sun supported Wally Opal for the position of the Pickton inquiry. Does that make them guilty of unethical news reporting? Of course not. It makes them guilty of having and expressing an opinion which up until recently was a Charter right in this country.

Give her a break. Having to listen to Salls flirts just to get a story has been enough punishment for her. Don't take away her charter right. That would be a very bad precedent for all of us. Catherine Urquhart could well be another Tamara Taggart.

Personally I don't support the B.C. Liberals or Kash Heed. I don't support a Regional Police force either. I support a publicly accountable police force on all levels. Federal, Provincial and Municipal. Let's not turn Kash Heed into a talk show celebrity either by letting him turn the Kelowna RCMP assault into a campaign for a Regional Police Force. Let's just take it for what it is and make all police forces publicly accountable.

If the guy that was hitting on her publicly claimed she was responsible for Heeds election then she should have denied it. It was just a passing comment by a nit that was hitting on her and she was trying to keep it professional.

Surrey Biker Church

Well this is interesting. Front page of the Surrey Now is about a new Biker church in Fleetwood. I thought that was an interesting location as it's near the Davidson biker cafe and it turns out their church meets at the cafe Sunday mornings starting February 6th. Good for them.

I'm a bit hesitant of wackos like Tony Terezakis who pimped the church to sell crack but I'm hopeful this will be different. Nothing wrong with preaching the good word so there's not. We'll give the guy a chance and hear what he has to say. Maybe he'll post his sermons online.

I don't care if you're Catholic, Protestant, Jew or Gentile, Muslim or Buddhist. All I care about is if you keep your word and do what you say. God is not a respecter of persons so he's not. In every nation he that respects him and worketh righteousness is accepted of him.



Take the flag of the Irish Republic. It's called the tricolour. Green represents the Irish Catholic, Orange represents the Protestant Orangemen and White represents Peace. Ya burn that flag and you piss on the dream so you do.

After all these six things doth the Lord hate, yeah seven are an abomination to him. The top three are: a proud look, a lying tongue and hands that shed innocent blood. Indeed a righteous man hateth lying so he does. Keep your word. Don't say one thing and do another and don't shed innocent blood. Cause like James said, faith without works is dead.

Outlaws

Honourable mention goes to the Outlaws MC. Separate and apart from the Hells Angels. Although they have had criminal convictions, most appear to be weapons and assault charges resulting from their beef with the HAs. It does not appear that their primary and exclusive reason for existence it to take over the drug trade with violence.

It does not appear that their main purpose is to sell crack or meth and pimp out women. Turns out they're from Chicago which is a noble point of origin. Word is they're poised to take Ontario which in my opinion would be a good thing.

I clearly don't support a war for the sole purpose of taking over the crack and meth trade. However, since the police are paid by the public and in a democratic society their mandate is driven by the public who elect federal, provincial and municipal governments, we need to prioritize the enforcement and punishment of crime.

Logic dictates we can't throw everyone in jail for jay walking. Activists have been calling for better laws to deal with violent crime. When an innocent civilian is murdered or when someone is swarmed beaten and attacked on the ground with an axe, then those crimes need mandatory minimum sentences. We don't need mandatory minimum sentences for the possession of pot.

Likewise, using police resources which come from tax dollars, to eliminate all the Hells Angels rivals is suspicious if not counter productive. Let them come. If they are caught selling crack or meth then charge them accordingly but don't ban them from coming.

Take note that their logo is of a skull and pistons crossed like a pirate's flag. More likely symbolic of a V twin. Theirs isn't a devil's skull and they don't use the number 666. Interesting. Being an outlaw doesn't necessarily mean you sell crack. Robin Hood was considered an outlaw. In our day Julian Assange would be considered an outlaw simply for telling the truth.

The Outlaws MC wasn't just created a few years ago either. They were created in 1935. The Hells Angels claim they started in 1948. In 1960 the A.M.A. American Motorcycle Association, that supervises all official races in the USA - banned the word Outlaws from all race clothing. There for all racing club members wore the sign OMC on their outfits till 1963.

In 1963 the Outlaws became an official member of the 1%er Brotherhood of Clubs, making it the first true 1%er Club east of the Mississippi. That would be before the Hells Angels who claim ownership of the term. Back then the term 1%er meant the 1% that didn't fit in or conform. It's somewhat ironic that the Hells Angels and all of their drug dealing puppet clubs would use the term. They're a lot more than 1% of them. They all bow down and bend over for the Hells Angels. If someone was a true 1%er, they wouldn't conform to HA demands. ADIOS.

Greed

I recognize that people are always going to sell drugs and that the freedom to chose is an important part of the plan that brought us here so to speak. Yet they say pride cometh before the fall. So we saw with Rome as well as with Israel right before the Babylonian captivity.

The problem we see in BC is greed. A lot of people out there are really struggling trying to make ends meet to support their family. The temptation to launder money or get involved in the drug trade is immense. Yet greed takes it to the next level.

Selling pot isn't good enough. They want that new SUV or Bayliner boat so they have to trade all the pot for cocaine and turn it into crack. There is a difference between pot and crack or meth. A big difference.

No one gets an uncontrollable urge to do a home invasion and attack a senior for five dollars to buy another blunt but they do for crack. We have seen it happen before. Profiting from crack is profiting from the crime the crack heads do to pay for the drug. That drains society.

Look at what meth does to your body. It fucks it up. Profiting from meth is profiting from fucking people up. If everyone was satisfied with the profits they made from grow ops everything would be fine. The problem is they're not satisfied with that. They want more.

Revell made $30,000.00 for David Giles in several moths. That is a lot of money. Hells Angels meth cook Kerry Ryan Renaud was in charge of a crew capable of producing about 15 kilograms of the drug, which sold for $13,000 a kilo, every 10 days. $13,000.00 X 15 every 10 days. That is a lot of money.

That is why the Hells Angels are killing people to control that drug trade here. It's all about greed. I don't agree with the government seizing houses for grow ops. I think that over steps. They should be seizing assets from the likes of David Giles who made so much money from Revell. They should seize the assets of the Hells Angels in Kelowna who profit from those meth labs. That is the proceeds of crime.

Money laundering doesn't just happen in Casinos. It also happens in Real Estate. Those are the assets that should be seized. People profiting from crack or meth not someone running a grow op of pot.

If I run a grow op in my home, which I don't, it's no one else's business. Except for hydro. If I steal hydro that is their business. If I run a grow I can pay for the hydro. Running a grow is not nearly as dangerous to the public as running a meth lab is. That is a concern for public safety.

The problem is if I run a grow op the Hells Angels come in and say I have to run it for them. No I don't. That kind of greed will fall. Mark my word.

Anne MacKenzie in Anne Injustice

The David Giles / Revell / Remple case brings us back to one thing: Anne Injustice. The Crown had a solid case connecting Hells Angel David Giles to the cocaine deals of Revell and Remple but she threw out wire tap evidence and said she didn't hear what the police heard on the wiretaps. Oh really?

One wire tap phone call had Giles referring to how Revell had made $30,000 for him in the past several months. Giles' lawyer admitted that proved Revell and Giles are indeed in business. So, if Giles' lawyer admits Giles and Revell were in business, what kind of work did Revell do for Giles that earned Giles $30,000 in several months?

If the police heard him say that on the wiretap and his lawyer heard him say that on the wiretap, then surely Anne Mackenzie heard him say that. Her throwing out wiretap evidence is very suspicious indeed. If she is understandably afraid for her safety in prosecuting a member of the Hells Angels then she shouldn't accept tax payers money to do that job. That would be welfare fraud.

She handed out gag orders for the Hells Angels as well but she's not the only one. The Chief Crack Pot Peter Leask made a publication ban on the name of the Hells Angel meth cook Kerry Ryan Renaud was cooking the meth for.

However, in Punko and Potsie's trial, which was not covered by a publication ban, Michael Plante testified that Renaud was making and selling meth along with East Van Hells Angel John Punko which also involved Ron Lising and Randy Potts.

Renaud previously had been caught cooking six kilograms of the drug on the eighth floor of a 20-storey apartment tower in Surrey. He received a three year sentence.

Renaud was out on bail when he was busted again in July 2005. He was accused of producing meth over a nine-month period ending in January 2005.

The Crown said Renaud was in charge of a crew capable of producing about 15 kilograms of the drug, which sold for $13,000 a kilo, every 10 days. All for the Hells Angels just like the meth lab in Kelowna on Postill Drive.

So here we clearly see two huge meth lab operations run by the Hells Angels and a huge judicial cover up of their connection to those operations. That is very sad. Gee I wonder which Kelowna Hells Angel the Postill Drive meth lab was for? Can't blame that on Punko and Potsie.

It's not surprising to hear Anne MacKenzie presided over the BC Rail scandal which was gagged, delayed and never broke. Funny how a settlement was reached before Gordon Campbell was implicated. He knew full well what those two were doing.

Kelowna Police Brutality

Here's a story that a few people do care about. It's another case of police brutality in BC that generated an angry rally of not thugs but concerned citizens. A Kelowna rally of concerned citizens expressed their outrage over a video of a Kelowna police officer kicking a compliant suspect in the face while he was on his knees.

Now there's three points I'm going to make. Fist, responding to a call of shots fired in a public place is an obvious concern. What kind of shots and who were they aimed at? For all we know this could have been a wacko shooing innocent civilians.

However, it wasn't. Thus the lofty goal of innocent until proven guilty. Thus the role of the courts to hear evidence. The bottom line is no matter what the possibilities were, the suspect was on his knees and compliant.

This video is just one of many that show the bizarre nature of policing in Canada. It's a plague of kick the cat. Kicking suspects when they are on the ground being compliant while they refuse to face or confront gang members who are the real threat to society. No disrespect to the Gang Task Force. They are sincerely trying to address the gang problem. Yet it's hard for the public to overcome stereotypes when they see regular officers fail to confront gang members but kick other suspects in the head when they are on the ground.

The good news is that the public rallied and protested. It's about time. Practically Every police force in BC has been caught doing this lately. We had the delta cop with the New west cop in charge of use of force training get hammered drunk before they assaulted and robbed a newspaper delivery driver in Vancouver.

We had the VPD give the wrong guy the boots in Vancouver. We had the Victoria police officer caught on tape kicking compliant suspects on the ground and we even had an Abbotsford police officer caught on video kicking a suspect in the head while he was on the ground. This kind of arrogance needs to stop.



Seeing this video makes me wonder about the APD investigating the Kelowna assault. The public concern is good because something needs to be done. The Ottawa incident shows us how large the problem really is.

This is why it is important for us to squarely address the organized crime problem in BC without over reacting and creating some bizarre kind of "Patriot" act that will empower the wrong people to continue abusing their role.

Nevertheless, the fact that people cared enough to show up and protest peacefully was a good sign. Rioting and looting is just insane. This protest was very credible and received instant attention. The other cases haven't but at least it's a step forward. Nevertheless, there still needs to be a greater role by a civilian body to investigate alleged crimes by police.

On that note, NDP MP Nathan Cullen has introduced a private members bill to create an independent civilian oversight agency for the RCMP. The bill has not yet been debated in Parliament.

I do however think it's very said the police publicly claimed that their recommendation of assault charges had nothing to do with the rally. It perpetuates the arrogance that the police feel they are above and beyond public accountability. If something happens that angers the public enough for them to hold a public rally, one would hope that in a democratic society where the public pays the wages of the police, the police would listen to the public concerns. Perpetuating the whole arrogant stereotype that the police don't care what the public thinks because they are not accountable to the public is very undemocratic.



Turns out the second Kelowna police brutality complaint was against the same officer. The cop who kicked the guy in the face while he was kneeling on the ground was the same cop accused of a wrongful arrest where he dragged a guy out of his vehicle and punched him in the head. Const. Geoff Mantler.

BC Casinos Laundering Money

A couple of new stories come to mind and although they are not as significant as David Giles' connection to Dave Revell's cocaine and Russell Penner's meth labs, they are worthy to note. I remember reading two stories about BC casinos the other day and I thought both stories being published on the same day was somewhat ironic.

Someone sent me a link to a news article about money laundering at BC casinos. I kinda have to shake my head and ask if this really surprises anyone? I'm not going to go off on a religious tangent about the evils of gambling but do the math. Organized crime has always been attracted to the industry.

I remember my brother talking about going to Vegas many many years ago and being able to bet on virtually any horse race in the world. He said they had closed circuit television of almost all the various horse races except for one crooked race in Mexico and Exhibition park. He claimed they didn't cover those two races because there was rumours of corruption and fixing. Kinda like the now defunct VSE.

Without debating whether or not any of these gambling casinos are rigged or fixed, no doubt organized crime, which is rampant in BC, would love to use the industry to launder drug money. No real big surprises there. Let's face it, any industry these days would likely love to launder drug money. In fact fining banks for money laundering has become a large source of tax revenue for the US.

We heard a bit about the construction industry in Montreal. Why we've even hear tales of the NYSE being used to launder drug money. The Royal Bank Of Scotland admitted to money laundering. Jersey Shore appears to be full of it.

Then there was the other earth shattering revelation that came out in the paper the same day. The news reported that the BC government is giving huge subsidies to the BC Casinos. The government funding the laundering of drug money? Why is it that I find that humorous and not very surprising? Does anybody really care?

Leslie Douglas Greenwood

One of the people charged in Kirk Mersereau and his common law wife's murder has just had another accessory to murder charge laid against him. Another Leslie. Except this guy has Leslie for his first name not him middle name like MacCabe. That is confusing.

Gerald Leslie MacCabe was charged with accessory after the fact in Randy Mersereau's murder for helping his alleged killer Jeff Lynds escape custody. Leslie Douglas Greenwood has just been charged with accessory in the killing of Charles Maddison (this was the innocent victim).

So far the charges against Leslie Greenwood are:

- First-degree murder Kirk Mersereau (October 2000 shooting death)
- First-degree murder Nancy Christensen (October 2000 shooting death)
- Attempted murder Randy Mersereau (1999 car dealership bombing)
- Accessory after the fact to murder Randy Mersereau
- (new charge) Accessory to murder Charles Maddison

Someone told me to mind my own business and stay on my side of the country because everybody in Truro knows what goes on in Truro. Well if that's the case then who killed Rusty and his wife? If everyone knows then do tell. Don't perpetuate the lie. Rusty deserves support not the Hells Angels.

Sean Bad Dog Brown

OK this is kinda bizarre. Sean Brown was kicked out of the Rock Machine and has now teamed up with Vagos in Cali. Oh but wait, Rock Machine kicked him out because they thought he was a pussy and that he didn't want to upset the Hells Angels or move back into Quebec. Quebec was the heart of the Rock Machine.

Anyways, Vagos sign him up to bring the group to Canada. Well Ontario at least. Only Vagos are friends with the Mongols and are waring with the Hells Angels in Cali. They must not have read Sean's resume. They call him Chris Brown. I think it's because they think he's a bitch.

Get this, Vagos' logo is of Loki, the Norse god of mischief. It kinda looks like a demon but that is the same name Hells Angel Sean Wofle had tattooed on his stomach. Only Meryl Norman Wolfe's tattoo looks more like the name Lola.

I'm not saying war with the Hells Angels so you can sell crack, pimp hos and extort people for a different club. I'm saying report the Hells Angels for selling crack, murdering and extorting people.

The Rock Machine are trying to distance themselves from accusations of drug dealing which is good. However, when someone writes a letter denying they sell drugs then signs it as a 1%er that makes the whole letter hard to believe. "I don't sell drugs but I'm a criminal."

When I was young the old timers here used to say HD 1%. HD standing for Harley Davidson, 1% standing for cream of the crop - the elite. Not everyone rides a Harley. Now we find out the historical origin of the term. The AMA was saying 99% of the people out there who ride motorcycles are law biding citizens. 1% of the bikers out there are deranged criminals. After that the Hells Angels started to proudly wear 1% patches claiming they are the 1% of society who are deranged criminals.

That really isn't anything to brag about. The term was supposed to mean cream of the crop not bottom of the barrel. Now it clearly means bottom of the barrel and people who use the term are misguided.

If we want to save the MC in Canada we need to separate ourselves from the crack dealers and the murders not just say we have. We need to walk the walk not just talk the talk. That would include avoiding the term OMG. MC is fine. The courts should ban the HAs from using the term MC. Let them have their patch. Just make them remove MC from it. OMG also implies criminal activity.

I still say the Buffalo Soldiers MC is the example to follow. They say right on their web site we are not a 1%er club. Somehow when they say that, I believe them. They're just a good group of motorcycle enthusiasts. That's the way it's supposed to be.

Guthrie McKay and Lisa Dudley

This is sad. Guthrie McKay, a sports bike rider from Mission and his girlfriend Lisa Dudley were murdered back in September of 2008 in what police claim was likely a targeted hit. What were 81ers doing at his kids' fund raiser in 2009? Returning to the scene of the crime again?

Turns out there's more talk about Jeff Lynds being involved in Rusty Hall's murder. If Hells Angels attended the funeral of someone they killed, that would be far more rat like than reporting a murderer to the police.

Sadly a neighbour who heard gun shot wounds called the police but nothing happened until four days later. Lisa was still alive but died shortly thereafter. Lying in your own home dieing for four days. That is tragic.

Obviously the call to the police was mishandled. The person should have called 911 directly. When you hear shots fired that is something in process. You don't call the non emergency number for that. If there was such a long delay the neighbour should have called back. However, it's not something that likely happened every day in that neighbourhood. The person said they were 80% sure they heard shots from the house. There is no question the police should have responded and the call was mishandled. A real tragedy. Yet the police didn't shoot Guthrie and Lisa someone else did. That needs to be investigated.

Seemingly a public enquiry into the death was held. That means publication bans on the evidence has been lifted so there is no reason we can't examine and discuss the evidence as to who murdered them and why. That is the ultimate relevance.



This case has inspired me to start an unsolved murder web page. We need to follow up on these cases and report what we know about them to the police. Ratting out a murderer isn't being a rat. Turning the other way is.

Pumpkin Pie and the Swine Flu

Well looks like the Bacon brothers are sure living up to their name. Hording pumpkin pie isn't very gangster so it's not. What a bunch of spoilt brat kids that look like complete idiots. Must we remind you you're in jail? That's pretty much a natural consequence of criminal behavior.

Apathy

Well I'm just about done. A few more digs at the swine flu and the pinhead crew and I'll have said my peace. Don't cheer too loudly. This new guy in my grill thinking he knows everything because he attended a class at university is a real piece of work. What I've learned in my travels they don't teach in university Napoleon.

I'm just one of a million people out there who have a blog. If you don't like it, don't read it. The CIA selling crack is nothing new. Gary Webb wasn't the one that exposed the CIA selling crack for the contras. They talked about it in the Kerry Commission. Gary Webb was the one who showed what drug dealer was selling the CIA cocaine in LA - Freeway Ricky.

After Gary Webb came forward former LAPD officer Mike Rupert stepped up to the plate confirming that the Agency was selling drugs in LA. He was slandered and now posts from the wilderness.com. Former DEA agent Cele Castillo stepped up to the plate and confirmed what he saw and tried to report about the CIA using military planes to trade weapons for drugs from the contras. He too under went a character assassination campaign.

The only person that has talked about the CIA selling cocaine and didn't get slandered was Judge Bonner and Sarah McClendon of course. Sarah McClendon talked about the CIA's drug running in Mena AK like it was common knowledge. Let's not forget CIA drug smuggler Barry Seal. These aren't conspiracy theories, they are documented facts. But here's the twist: no one cares. Everyone knows the CIA sells cocaine and no one cares. That's the sad reality of the matter. FBI whistle blower Sibel Edmonds refers to it as the boiling Frogs.

No one cares because there really isn't anything anyone can do about it. The CIA is a secret society whose mandate is murder to get gain and they have absolutely no public accountability whatsoever. So there really is nothing anyone can do to stop them. They are not accountable. Kennedy tried. Look where that got him.

I remember visiting a cathedral in Galway many years ago. It was beautiful. They had the stations of the cross, candles, statues and everything one would normally associate with a cathedral. Then they had a wall with portraits of their favorite Popes. Right beside the line of Popes was a portrait of Kennedy. I had to chuckle over that one. The Irish sure loved Kennedy.

They have a lot of oral traditions passed down in Ireland. A lot of people there I spoke with talked about the "Last Days" so to speak. They kept quoting a prophecy that said one of the signs of the times is that you won't be able to tell the summer from the winter. It's happening right now they said. Several people said it. Then I started thinking. Where on earth is that from because I don't remember seeing that in the Bible. Apparently the Irish had a lot of oral traditions passed down from Patrick and Columb Cile.



The last days.. nobody talks about the last days any more. Nobody really cares. People were more freaked out about it in the past. Y2K was big for a while. Until nothing happened. I saw a cartoon about someone going back in time and asking the scribe why the Mayan calender runs out in 2012 and he responded with "I ran out of room." They couldn't keep writing a calender forever.



So there we have it. The Hells Angels sell crack, the CIA imports cocaine and nobody cares. Big freakin deal. Ya can't fight density. Like Damian Marley said, "some say it's just a part of it, we've got to fulfill the book." Shit happens and a lot more shit is gonna happen. That's just they way it is. Can't fight destiny. We can just record our dissent.

Glen Heggstad

Speaking of Hells Angels murdering Hells Angels, this Glen Heggstad / Ralph Boger case is interesting. It's another cold case that is gradually coming to light. June 29, 1981 three people were murdered in Cali - Fred Alvarez, Patricia Castro and Ralph Boger. A born again hit man named Jimmy Hughes has been charged with the murder. Since he was just a hired hit man, court documents allege that John Philip Nichols, John Paul Nichols, and Glen Heggstad were conspires who hired Jimmy Hughes to commit the murder. Glen Heggstad and Ralph Boger were Hells Angels. Some sources claim Ralph's friend Fred Alvarez was a member of the Hells Angels as well.

Now this is a pretty bizarre case involving the CIA and all kinds of allegations of illegal activity. In fact, court documents claim that Glen Heggstad was an active participant conspiring to murder Fred Alvarez in order "to prevent Fred Alvarez from exposing illegal activities of John Philip Nichols, occurring at the Cabazon Indian Reservation."

An article about this case by reporter Joe Nelson entitled "Prosecutors allege biggest corruption scandal in San Bernardino County history." San Bernardino County? Isn't that where the Hells Angels started?

OK I may be a bit slow but I think the most obvious question here is what illegal activities was John Philip Nichols involved in on the Cabazon Indian Reservation?

With all the Hells Angels cocaine convictions in Canada it is interesting to note that cocaine and suspicious suicides have followed the CIA for many years. Just ask Gary Webb.

Black and Tans

Not that this has anything to do with the Hells Angels or the Vancouver gang war but don't get me started on the Holy Land. The only good Black and Tan is a drink at the pub.

A friend at work asked me a couple years ago if I ever had a Black and Tan. The hairs on the back of my neck stood up. I turned to him and cautiously asked what he meant. He said a Black and Tan is when you mix Irish Harp and Guinness. The Guinness floats on top like a B-52 so it looks black and tan. I took a few deep breaths said OK and thought about it for a second. Actually that sounds interesting I said.

Historically the Black and Tans were ruthless oppressors for the British in Dublin. Remember Ireland was a conquered country suffering from foreign occupation. That fact ties in to some of their historical traditions. Take their dance. In Scotland, the Saber dance is done around a sword with the hands raised in the air. In Ireland they danced with their hands at their side symbolic of being oppressed in slavery by a foreign government.

My father's father was born in London. He was of Scottish descent. That clan came to Scotland from Ireland anciently. He served in the trenches of WWI. He met his wife in London who was a Canadian nurse of Irish and Scottish ancestry. Well I started doing some genealogy and found out that he had an older brother who had 10 children that we never knew about.

Turns out there were a whole wack of living relatives over in England we never met. I start corresponding with one guy who had tons of genealogy info. He came to Vancouver and started showing me old pictures. I saw one and asked what it was of. It was someone in a military uniform. He said that was my grandfather's older brother we never knew about. I asked what the emblem on his shoulder represented. He said it was some kind of rifle brigade for the British Army in Dublin.

My jaw hit the floor and my daughters eyes burst wide open in shock. Dublin? I said. British Army in Dublin? I said. All of a sudden I realized why we never knew about that side of the family. Let's face it, WWI and II were pretty clean cut good verses evil. Hitler used false flag attacks to gain control of Parliament and con the German people. Genocide and foreign occupation were not good things. Opposing that great evil was the right thing to do. Yet Ireland...

Foreign occupation is not good. Yet in essence that is what colonization was all about. Taxation without representation. In Canada is wasn't so bad. Loyalists were given land grants to work the land. There wasn't any oppression here except giving natives blankets laced with polio virus was just plain dirty.

When I was young I worked on a kibbutz in Israel. That doesn't make me Jewish. However what I saw there was similar to what I saw in Northern Ireland. The insane you kill one of ours we kill one of yours mentality. The old law of an eye for an eye never meant if someone commits murder you randomly murder someone from the same race or religion. That is just another act of murder which perpetuates the violence and the injustice.

Yet that isn't what I'm seeing in the Vancouver gang war. There is some rivalry between the likes of the UN and the Bacon brothers but I don't see it as the root cause of the conflict. It's not like the Crips and the Bloods you kill one of ours we kill one of yours.

The violence in the Vancouver drug war has simply been a fight over the profits from the drug trade. It is perpetual betrayal fueled by greed. I remember being in Ennis County Claire. The owner of a local print shop explained to me about his favorite saint. He said the Irish aren't impressed by wealth. He said if a saint has taken a vow of poverty and has over come trials, that impresses the Irish. I thought that was quite noble. Clearly the Irish in Ireland aren't impressed by Hummers and SUV's.

In Northern Ireland there was a place called Corrymeela where they would bring Catholic and Protestant youth together to get to know each other. Segregation prevents that from happening. In Israel they had something similar called the Oasis of Peace. Both are wonderful examples of people doing something good in the face of something bad.

Our problem in Vancouver isn't that complicated. Ours is just a matter of greed.

Murdering Mothers, Grandmothers and Children

The concept of anyone murdering someone's grand mother is pretty outrageous. Yet we read that Yves Trudeau did so for the Hells Angels. Trudeau murdered Andre Desjardins as well as his girlfriend and his grandmother on behalf of the club.

Outrageous as it is, that is a historical fact. I can tell you the Italians would never do that. I can tell you the Irish would never do that. In my heart I'd boldly declare that the French would never do that either, yet Yves Trudeau was French and Mom had no problem with what he did.

The point is, every country and society has good and bad. Even the French have their social rejects. Let's face it, Yves Trudeau was 5' 6" and weighed 135 lbs. He was a hit man for the Hells Angels who had small man syndrome and was empowered with a gun. Just like Walter Stadnick. Walter was 5' 4".

I find the whole concept of murdering someone's family disturbing. Yet we recently discovered Jeffrey Albert Lynds confessed to murdering Randy Mersereau for the Hells Angels and fingered others for murdering Jeff's brother and sister in law. It is a pattern we see repeating itself with the Hells Angels.

Each case seems to involve luring in a friend then betraying them and shooting them. Just like the Lennoxville massacre. That kind of shocking betrayal appears to be a pattern with the Hells Angels.

Knowing that, one is forced to question the integrity of the Hells Angels who threatened Devron Quast's grandmother. After all who would threaten someone's grandmother? The Hells Angels did. Who would murder someone's grandmother? The Hells Angels did.

That brings us back to Prince George. We are told that no one can sell drugs in Prince George without the permission of the Hells Angels. We know the Renegades are a puppet club for the Hells Angels. We know the Independent Soldiers are now tied to the Hells Angels as well as the Game Tight Soldiers in Prince George.

We remember how William Moore was shot in his car outside his house which was torched in Prince George. Well "someone" burned Joey Arrance's tattoo parlor in Prince George as well as the home of his girlfriend's wheelchair bound mother with her inside. She later died of injuries incurred in that fire. What kind of garbage would do that to anyone?

We know it wasn't an accident because Joey was incarcerated at the time. It's a sick pattern but time reveals truth. Reporting these deviants to the police is not being a rat. Turning the other way is.

That would include people who claim Sonny Barger is some kind of American Hero. That is bizarre. Barger was friends with Otis Garret. He attended his trial. Otis was convicted of running a prostitution ring in San Francisco for the Hells Angels called the Love Nest.

After his conviction, Margo Compton was murdered for testifying against him along with her twin seven year old daughters. Otis Garret was finally convicted of ordering the murder of Margo Compton and her twin daughters. The Arian Brotherhood prison gang testified against them because murdering children was against their code of conduct.

Yet Sonny Barger still honours Otis Garret on his West Vegas web site. Sonny Barger replaced the SS lightning bolts of the Filthy Few patch with the number 666. He was present in the Monterey gang rape. Barger is no hero. If the Arian Brotherhood prison gang can break the silence against the Hells Angels, so can we.

Ireland

I realize this has nothing to do with the Vancouver gang war or the Hells Angels but I read something recently that was so outrageous it needs a response. I came across it while reading about Hells Angels hit man Yves "Apache" Trudeau.

Seemingly, Trudeau (You can't help but wonder if he was a relation to PM Trudeau) was hired by Frank Peter Ryan, an Irish mobster in Montreal to kill one of his own gang, Hughie McGurnaghan, who apparently screwed him out of drug money.

Ryan led a West End Gang and set up a drug network that extended into the Maritimes and Ontario. Other mobsters became concerned that he controlled too much of the drug trade and wouldn't share it. When warned that a gang member had offended the mafia in Florida, Ryan replied: "Mafia, pafia. If there's a war, we've got the IRA."

Hold the door... a drug dealer boasting that he has the support of the IRA? Now I'm really gonna lose it. The IRA started off as a group of freedom fighters following the example of the founding fathers of the Declaration of Independence. They established their own eloquent declaration in the Irish Proclamation which was submitted to the world at the Easter Uprising in 1916.

Bobby Sands, James Connolly and Micheal Collins did not give up their lives so some punk ass bitch could sell drugs.

Back in the day the IRA had two factions, the Provos and the Sticks. The Provisional IRA or PIRA were Republican followers of the American Dream. The Sticks or INLA were Communists who saw Russia as Big Brother. I always found it amusing to see so many Russian airplanes flying into the Shannon airport back in the late /80's. The IRA was getting support from Russia and America at the same time.

That was a long time ago. Now we have peace processes and disarmament heading towards equal representation in Parliament. With the new concessions granted Sinn Fein finally has agreed to sit in parliament with the Brits in positions they were elected to. Before then, they would be elected by the people but refused to recognize the British Parliament. Democracy is a good thing, equal representation is a good thing, peace is a good thing.

Now we have something called the Real IRA which isn't the Real IRA at all. They're just another splinter group that want division and violence. Anyways, my point is that the IRA started off as a good thing. They were freedom fighters fighting for self rule. Unfortunately in time corruption entered both the IRA and the UDA tainting the original cause.

I was in Dublin when the IRA had kidnapped a dentist and sent his fingers to his family with a ransom note. That was a deranged criminal act and had nothing to do with fighting for freedom. The end does not justify the means.

I was in Northern Ireland shortly after a reporter I believe named John McMahon was blown up for airing a documentary about how the IRA and the UDA had become mere extortion rackets demanding protection money threatening construction sites with accidents if they didn't pay.

The documentary claimed that alcohol stolen by the IRA from a hijacked truck was being served in Protestant UDA bars. Shortly after the documentary aired, the reporter was blown up. I'm told that not long after that, the crack plague hit Belfast and you guessed it, the IRA and the UDA took it over.

That was not the original plan. The Irish Proclamation declares: "We place the cause of the Irish Republic under the protection of the Most High God. Whose blessing we invoke upon our arms, and we pray that no one who serves that cause will dishonour it by cowardice, in humanity, or rapine. In this supreme hour the Irish nation must, by its valour and discipline and by the readiness of its children to sacrifice themselves for the common good, prove itself worthy of the august destiny to which it is called."

"We pray that no one who serves that cause will dishonour it by cowardice, in humanity, or rapine." Dishonoured by cowardice, in humanity, or rapine. All three are the same. Selling crack and cutting off a dentist's fingers for ransom dishonours the cause with inhumanity and rapine. Lest we forget.

Who am I?

Who I am just doesn't matter. If they put a bullet in my head, that will not change history. The Hells Angels are lying murders who betray their own on a regular basis for greed. Killing me or my grandmother will not change that fact. If you were who you claim to be you would know who I am.

Someone recently asked if I was Wayne Shuttleworth. Now that was somewhat bizarre. Wayne Shuttleworth was a dirty cop who used his own son to gain sympathy from the courts. I have never been a cop. I have never been a Hells Angel or a Hells Angel prospect. I have never ratted out a friend. I did used to ride full seasons. On the West Coast not the East coats. Those winters are a lot harder than ours.

When I was a kid a Narc was the lowest form of life. Someone who would pretend to be your friend, smoke your drugs then bust you for it. Back in the day, that type of dishonest betrayal was not honourable. Things have changed. The Hells Angels have taken over the drug market and rule with a ruthless iron fist. Selling crack and betraying your own for money is worse than being a Narc.

Yet I have never been a Narc. For a while one reader was sure I was Anton - person X in the Surrey Six Murder. Although I applaud Anton for testifying against the Bacon sleaze in that dirty deed which resulted in the senseless execution of two innocent bystanders, I am not Anton.

People ask me what my beef with the Hells Angels is. Once you find out what they are doing in our community, if you still have to ask that question, I can't explain it to you. Making an anonymous web site is kinda bitch like. Would you rather I put on a balaclava and start blowing shit up? That is another option. Exposing the lies and betrayal on a web site is the more humane course of action. It gives them a chance to change their ways before they meet their maker. The Great Architect of the Universe so to speak.

I am a West Coast Ghost. The likes of Chuck Cadman who represented Surrey in the House. I see dead people. And I hear their cries from the grave. The Hells Angels have murdered and betrayed their own. They have threatened grandmothers and murdered them. There is no L & R for the Big Red Machine any more. You kill me and there will be a dozen more to take my place. Mark my word.



On a historical note, at one time the SAS were notoriously feared. Yet in Belfast they were hated not feared. Once they got a hold of one they would strip him down to his underwear (Nothing weird or sexual only symbolic) shoot him dead and dump him in an alley. Beside him they would write "SAS - Stripped and Shot." That is how much respect the Irish had for the notorious SAS in Belfast. The BRM is no better than the SAS.

Biff Hamel

Normand "Biff" Hamel was a member of Maurice "Mom" Boucher's white supremest SS motorcycle gang until it disbanded in 1984. That's when he and his mommy became Hells Angels prospects. Biff was a prospect of the Laval chapter and was present when the Hells Angels murdered his "associates" in the Lexonville massacre.

Two years later the Hells Angels wanted to take over the Death Riders. The take over became absolute on May 4, 1987 when the President of the Death Riders, Martin Huneault, was shot to death in a Laval bar. No one was ever arrested for the murder, but just hours after Huneault's funeral, Death Riders Mario Martin and André Richard were seen meeting with Hells Angels Maurice "Mom" Boucher and Normand "Biff" Hamel. Boucher and Hamel received their colours after the incident and Huneault's murder allowed the Hells to completely take over drug trafficking in Laval and the lower Laurentians area.

It's hard to believe the Hells Angels have only been in Canada since 1977. It is clear that ever since that time their business has been taking over the drug trade with violence and deception. Betrayal is clearly their method of operation.

Biff Hammel was murdered by the Rock Machine on April 17, 2000. He remained a close friend and associate of Mom Boucher who also profited from the perpetual betrayal.

Interesting to note that Boucher's friend and Hells Angel hit man admitting to murdering former Hells Angel Andre Desjardins for the Hells Angels. How on earth Andre fell out of favor with the group is hard to tell but it was reported he met with Mom Bouicher the day before he was murdered. With friends like that, who needs enemies. They also beat his grandmother to death. No L & R there.

Kinda similar to how after "someone" burned a brother's tattoo shop in Prince George they burned down the home of his girlfriend's mother who was in the home at the time and was wheelchair bound. Not only do the Hells Angels have a history of betraying their own for greed, they have a history of murdering mothers, grandmothers and children too. Now you tell me, whow are the real rats?

Yves "Apache" Trudeau

Yves Trudeau was another hit man for the Hells Angels who turned informant. He confessed to 43 murders from September 1973 to July 1985. He was the leader of the Hells Angels North chapter in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Lets take a look at some of the people he murdered for the Hells Angels and why the Hells Angels had them killed.

Trudeau turned informant after his chapter was betrayed in the Lennoxville massacre. Apparently the Vancouver chapter received the spoils of that massacre as a gift.

Trudeau was spared from the massacre but was dishonorably discharged. They took his motorcycle, but he was offered it back in return for the murder of two individuals: Ginette "La Jument" Henri -- North Chapter's accountant and "Matt le crosseur"'s girlfriend -- and Jean-Marc "Le Grande Guele" Deniger.

Interesting to note at the time Halifax chapter ran into its own woes. All eight full-patch members of that Chapter would be arrested when getting too ham-fisted with a local prostitute led to her testifying against the chapter. Each member would receive a one-year prison sentence. Where was Davie Giles then? Or better yet, where was his wife?

Faced with the need to keep at least six full-patch members in chapter in order to avoid a (possibly permanent) suspension by Angels Brass. Six members from Vancouver chapter would be flown in at a time -- on two week shifts -- in order to prevent this.

Standing five-foot-six and weighing 135 pounds, Trudeau did not resemble the prototypical biker, but he is considered to be the Hells Angels' most prolific killer. Sine the Hells Angels kill a lot of their own people, it would be nice to start a running tab of how many of their own they have killed and why.



Among his murder victims:

Jean-Marie Viel, shot to death in Trois-Rivières in 1970 after he made the mistake of stealing a motorcycle from the gang. Viel was Trudeau's first murder victim.

Jeanne Desjardins, a grandmother, killed in February 1980 for trying to help her son, ex-Hells Angel Andre Desjardins. Trudeau beat her to death and then killed her son and his girlfriend. The bodies of the latter two were dumped in the St. Lawrence River.

Donald McLean, a member of the rival Outlaws gang, and his girlfriend Carmen Piche, blown up in May 1980 when a bomb attached to McLean’s Harley-Davidson exploded.

Reputed West End Gang member Hugh Patrick McGurnaghan, blown up in Westmount in October 1981 when a bomb planted in his Mercedes-Benz detonated. Trudeau later said West End Gang chieftain Frank "Dunie" Ryan had hired him to commit the murder.

Michel Desormiers, a brother-in-law of reputed mob boss Frank Cotroni, gunned down in July 1983. The killing was supposedly cleared with the Montreal Mafia first.

Even fellow Hells Angels were not safe. Trudeau killed Charlie Hachez, a member of the North Chapter, because he had a heavy drug problem and owed Dunie Ryan $150,000 in drug money. Hachez was lured to a meeting, killed, and his body dumped in the St. Lawrence River.

And when Dunie Ryan was himself murdered, Trudeau was hired to extract revenge. In November 1984 a television set stuffed with explosives was delivered to the apartment where Ryan’s alleged killers were holed up. The explosion killed four people and injured eight, and knocked a huge hole in the apartment building in downtown Montreal.

Danny Kane

Speaking of living a double life, according to the book Highway to Hell by Julian Rubinstein, Danny Kane, a 31-year-old contract killer for the Hells Angels, was living a double life in almost every way.

He was a contract killer for the Hells Angels who turned informant. My thoughts are if he was a contract killer for the Hells Angels, who did he kill for them and why. In the above photo Danny Kane is on the left with Hells Angels Nomad Normand Robitaille. Surely if he was given immunity for his testimony we can find out something about who he killed for them and why.

The Rusty Hall Murder

With all this talk about Hells Angels related murders in Nova Scotia one reader reminded me of Rusty Hall and his wife Ellen. They were murdered in their own home on February 26 2010. All reports claim they were genuine friendly people.

Without trying to minimize or disrespect their loss, one has to wonder why they were murdered and who did it. Is someone going to try and tell me it was the Rock Machine? That doesn't really make sense. Why single out them? Someone has suggested that it's likely the same people that killed Randy killed Rusty.

We know Randy wasn't murdered by the Rock Machine. Someone lied and claimed informant Danny Kane killed Randy but now we know that's a lie. Randy was murdered by a hired hit done by and for the Hells Angels. Who else of their own have they lied about killing?

So Michael "Speedy" Christensen moved out to BC with his pal David Giles who was from Halifax and was with the Halifax chapter in the /80's. Hmmmm if the Halifax chapter was involved in the Lennoxville massacre which occurred on March 24, 1985 and if David Giles was with the Halifax chapter in the /80's then I wonder if he knows anything about it? Beware of the Ides of March.



Random act my ass. Doesn't an arsonist often return to the scene of the crime? Did Hells Angels attend Juel Stanton's funeral? Wouldn't that be ironic.

The Double Life

Seemingly the break in the Randy Mersereau murder made story of the year in Truro, Nova Scotia. Someone wrote me and said:

"The part people don't talk about - the families of those accused murderous men and other like them. The wives (and the children) who were in relationships with these people. How can a man have children and a wife - go to work, earn a living... take family trips to the beach and at the same time live a double life and hide this part of himself? Not all gangsters (or HA) are out there and visible - some are "closet associates/friends" and keep the knowledge and lifestyle hidden from their family. It happens. And it destroys the lives of those who once loved them - and leaves a horrid legacy and a name to their children that is both sad and hurtful."

They thought it might be a worthwhile topic on my blog. Indeed it's a good point. Not everyone knows about the dark deeds of the Hells Angels and their associates. Sometimes they even keep their double life secret from family members. Kinda like that Colonel Nutbar case. Here was a guy who rose up in the ranks of the military and was secretly breaking into woman's homes and stealing their underwear and eventually committing rape and murder. No one suspected him. Not even his wife.

I do agree many Hells Angels and associates keep their double life secret even from their family. Some people smile when asked about the Hells Angels involvement in drugs and prostitution and say they don't ask about that stuff but others really aren't aware of it. They believe the PR and are kept in the dark to perpetuate it.

I met a guy who spoke about meeting a group of Hells Angels on a flight to Vancouver from Amsterdam. They boarded the flight in suits and ties but when the flight took off they took off their suits and ties only to reveal their Hells Angels support T-Shirts. They then wrecked havoc on the plane and acted like a bunch of spoilt brats trying to scare and intimidate people. Then when the plane was ready to land they put back on their suits and ties and met their wives and family as though nothing had happened.

They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Why do you think the Hells Angels have those meetings in Amsterdam? Do you really think none of those married men visit the brothel in Amsterdam the Hells Angels own there? It is a double life and it's about time people stopped hiding it.

The 13th Tribe MC

Yo bro this ain't no Tribe called Quest. And it sure ain't no lost tribe of Israel. The 13th Tribe MC was a group of drug dealers and pimps in Halifax who gang raped a teenager and pretended to be a motorcycle club. That is why the Hells Angels recruited them. Just like they recruited Gerald Ward in Ontario - because he was a drug dealer. They wanted to take over the market.

The Fugees were right. There's too many MC's not enough Mic's. Too many secrets. Too many lies. I don't know why y'all have beef with me. Somebody's gonna settle the score. While you're out there imitating Al Capone I'll be out there defecating on your microphone. I'm just warning the town the beast is loose. Don't worry. If I fall asleep and death takes me away don't be surprised son I wasn't put here to stay. At night the evil armies of satan don't play so defend the family that's the code to obey. Word.

The bottom line is that Johnny Cash told us what's done in darkness shall be brought to the light. That is a law of physics as steadfast as gravity. What goes up, must come down. What's done in darkness shall be brought to light. Truth crushed to the earth will rise again simply because no lie can live forever. Mark my word.

The Randy Mersereau murder

Well this certainly is a bizarre web of betrayal, drug trafficking, murder and even prostitution. The more that is uncovered the more tangled the web of betrayal is revealed. Randy Mersereau was a Hells Angel. He was murdered by another Hells Angel. Some accounts claim he was murdered after he left the Hells Angels. All accounts agree he was a drug trafficker and did traffic drugs for the Hells Angels.

One account says he left the Hells Angels and was continuing to sell drugs and was murdered for doing so. Perhaps he didn’t want to pay the Quebec tax. Is the East Van tax any less? Perhaps but is the East Van leadership any less treacherous? Unlikely. Davie’s Vibrator is not loyal. David Giles is not from East Vancouver. He’s from Halifax and lives in a rich Kelowna suburb.

Here’s the low down: Randy was murdered. So was his brother and sister in law. Hells Angel Jeffrey Albert Lynds confessed to shooting Randy but has yet to be charged with the murder. Jeff’s nephew Curtis has been charged with the first degree murder of Randy’s brother and sister in law and has been charged as an accessory to the murder of Randy. Did Jeff rat out his own nephew as a plea bargain? That would even be lower than a narc.

Can you see the family resemblance? Gerald MacCabe is another member of the Paper Mario Clan. You can tell by the way he walks or should I saw cowers.



Leslie was charged with accessory after the fact in Randy’s murder. He has been accused of helping Jeff Lynds evade police after he murdered Randy. His lawyer is asking for protective custody and that Gerry Leslie not be held anywhere other than the Central Nova Scotia Correctional Facility in Halifax. One report claims his legs trembled as court was adjourned and deputies assisted him to his feet, remanding him into custody.

What could Leslie be so afraid of in Halifax? The 13th Tribe perhaps? Here’s some interesting history:

“According to law enforcement, the Halifax chapter played a part in the 1985 slaughter of five members of the Hells Angels North Chapter in Lennoxville. Police arrest Carroll, along with Halifax members Randall "Blondie" Mersereau, Patrick "Frenchy" Guernier, and John Christansen, are brought to Sherbrooke to stand trail on charges of first-degree murder. The bikers were later acquitted.

Although Carroll was exonerated of murder he, Randall Mersereau, and Patrick Guernier were convicted of living off the proceeds of prostitution on May 30, 1986. All received one-year prison sentences.”

Did you catch that? Law enforcement think Halifax were involved in the Lennovville massacre! They think Randy and David on the lam Carol were involved. Although they were acquitted of that charge they were later convicted of of living off the proceeds of prostitution.

Sorry as a gasp. Randy and David Carol were accused of the Lennoxville massacre? Then “they” get another Hells Angel to murder Randy? That’s so Vancouver Christmas of /95. Murder the person you had commit murder for you. Where on earth is the L & R there? There isn’t any!

However, local knowledge claims Randy and the Halifax chapter didn't know about the massacre before hand. They were invited to attend but didn't know before hand why. They claim David Caroll had no problem with it but Randy did and left the group. That's when they claim Caroll put the hit on Randy and made up the story about Randy putting a hit on him an mommy dearest.

It certainly is a tangled web of lies, betrayal, murder, drug trafficking and of course prostitution. Why the hell not throw that in there. While we’re at it let’s all get the number 666 tattooed to our forehead right beside the L that has already there since birth.
