Hells Angels swarm and bully Lethbridge

The Calgary Sun is reporting that Two Hells Angels members were arrested in Lethbridge Saturday night after over 60 members and affiliates from the club’s Calgary and Southland chapters descended on Lethbridge. This is the epotome of pathetic. Bullies playing the victim. These dirt bags need to be charged and tried for the murders the Vernon greeks committed for them when they were under their sponsorship. We need to support bar watch.

60 Hells Angels and associates ride into Lethbridge for one purpose: to bully the city. Then Bullwinkle cries and plays the victim. Arrest his ass for murder. You wanna talk about bullying? Beating the life out of Janice Shore and caving in her head for a drug debt is bullying. Pushing Ashley Machiskinic out of the window for a drug debt is bullying. Using a gun to threaten a kid at the American Backpackers Hostel telling him he has to leave town because he's selling pot in their area and everyone there has to buy pot from the Hells Angels at the Black door is bullying. Take a shower. Your bullsh*t stinks. And grow up. That stupid mask is ridiculous.

  1. What's the difference between a Hell's Angels' Harley Davidson and a vacuum cleaner?

  2. good joke trailrunner78!

So what do we have here? A quest for "annonymice" presence or deciding to be woman from some tribal group in the middle east, I mean the face wear. Really, its too soon for Halloween. This wasn't a protest in Hong Kong. Guys, you need a new make up artist or a better stylist. This just isn't cutting it.

I know some women like to wear "the veil". It makes them feel safer. The men in their family feel better about them wearing "the veil". They believe no other man's "lust" will be stirred so as to "violate' the woman.

H.A. et al, I have a news flash for you. You are an exclusive Men's club. This isn't Hong Kong, No one is lusting after you. Most of you are a tad over weight, old, and hairy. You get my point, just not so physically attractive others would want to "jump your bones". so be big boys, take of the masks.

Face coverings by women has long been a point of discussion in the west. Perhaps it is time to discuss the wearing of face coverings by men ought to be included. At least it will be a non sexist issue.

  3. Of course they want to conceal their identities, it only makes sense. Ooh scary skull mask what a tuff guy. Anyway, the cops have to respect everyone's charter rights, and that means no indiscriminate searches, inspections etc. "Just because". Yeah they may be rallying in the town, but so what? Average joe has little to fear from this event, and the 81 are out in the open for a police photo op and intelligence gathering opportunity for the cops. Harassment is not law enforcement, it's window dressing for the public to compensate for a lack of actual, real policing. People should not fear outlaw biker gatherings, and the police should focus on what these asshats are doing behind closed doors. I wouldn't have stopped at that checkpoint either, it's bullshit. The cops need to quit this show boating, lazy excuse for "policing" and get to work.

    1. Harassment? Charter of Rights? Don't get me started. It is not a charter right to belong to a criminal organization. The number of drug trafficking convictions tied to the Hells Angels is off the hook. That is their primary order of business. In Quebec the court heard how the Hells Angels put a portion of their drug profits into a fund to murder rival drug dealers. That means they are all culpable for murder and should be tried as such. Bar watch is an important program and it does not infringe on Charter Rights.

  4. The swarm from the eastern members went across Hwy 1 2am and was a loud low frequency roar!
I think the were going to the west! Through Winnipeg.

  5. Tom, I know you consider yourself the Charter Expert, and I understand what you are saying. Bar watch is great, but the roadways are not private property and people are free to move unless they are breaking the law (and I dont mean bypassing bogus road checks). I want real policing, not lame road blocks stopping bikers en masse searching for bogus helmets and loud pipes. It's embarrasing and demoralizing for police when no one stops, and give the 81 another opportunity to show their flunkies how they thumb their noses at authority. total fail. I want everyone to be safe from bogus police harassment, and I want the police to quit employing lazy, useless tactics in fighting these dipshits.

  6. I'm not the charter expert. I just go ballistic when it is totally misinterpreted or completely thrown away. From one extreme to the other. Bar was is in bars and restaurants. It's part of public safety. Gang members get shot at all the time. Banning them from bars and restaurants will protect public safety.

Yes people are free to move on the freeways but again people are not free to belong to a criminal organization and commit crime. If you belong to a criminal organization and that criminal organization commits murder on behalf of the club, then every member is culpable in that crime. You're going to have a hard sell on this one for me because the case law showing the Hells Angels involvement in the drug trade and use of extreme violence to obtain a monopoly on that trade has been well established. If it was a legitimate MC that didn't sell drugs it would be an entirely different matter.

  7. I was a bouncer for 12 years, i know the bar watch routine well, i agree with it. As for membership in an illegal organization, why aren't 81 just rounded up and put in jail already? Because 81 membership is not against the law. I know it should be but we are not there yet. Until then the 81 will keep winning in court (and on the street)when the cops move on these half baked ideas with poor legal footing.

On a brighter note... Google yourself " 1down mc" and check out my friend Goldie's club. I bet you haven't been impressed by a real MC in a long time...

  8. In my opinion "bar watch" is something which is done through the back door which the police can not do through the front door. They are having bar owners do the work they can not legally do.

Some of it, in my opinion, is a violation of my Charter Rights. I'm not pro H.A., its just that they ought not to be subject to any laws others aren't. Hello other massive corporations.

These "road blocks' are a waste of time and money. it would have been better to set up radar "traps". For the RCMP to set up "road blocks" which the bikers just drive through, is not good for the police image. It clearly demonstrates the police are useless in these types of cases.

These little "gatherings" wearing face masks are simply publicity stunts by the H.A. its a free country. let them. In cases like this they are simply a "tourist attraction". If it causes the police to "scream" danger, then the H.A. has accomplished their mission.

If we violate the Charter Rights of the H.A., then who will be next. If the H.A. is conducting illegal business, then it ought to be dealt with through a legal process. But right now, there are more dangerous things afoot in this country than the H.A. and one of those things is the trade agreement signed by harper and his herd with China. it was quite funny actually to see it went into effect 1 Oct. the same date the Chinese government uses to celebrate the establishment of the Communist Chinese state.

    1. You're right in that bar watch is in a way a back door approach. I have no problem with the roadblocks myself because I hate loud pipes and they are a criminal organization. Whenever they have rides it's to bully and intimidate the public.

I'm going to make another post specifically about the Charter of Rights this weekend. Not because I think I'm an expert on the charter but because it is such a simple one page document, anyone can read it for themselves.

Belonging to a criminal organization is not a Charter Right. There is another issue relevant and that is justice. Natural justice if you will or more simply fairness. Banning Hells Angels from wearing colours in bars is well within order. One could legitimately argue that banning them from ever going to a restaurant without colours may indeed be excessive.

The challenge is where to draw the line. When the HA is "off duty" and he's not trying to enforce for drug dealers he's just trying to go for something to eat. Yet the public safety concern overlaps that. Since he enforces for drug dealers what if he gets shot at in the restaurant and a member of the public gets injured like at the Loft Six or the Delta Grand Hotel in Kelowna. Those are indeed grey areas but I wouldn't refer to it as charter rights, I'd refer to it as what's fair and what's not.

  9. In Bc you can buy a Court Decision for as little as a case of whiskey. Even better if you are related to a Freemason, since they are a criminal gang that operates within the BC government and justice process, and they fix cases every day.

    1. I agree the BC judicial system is in a mess but I really think the Freemasonry concern is a red herring. George Washington and Benjamin Franklin were Freemasons. They were good.

    2. Washington stated in a letter that he believed the craft in America to be free of Illuminism. He may have been a deist, though, freedom of religion he believed in. The Illuminati influence is purely materialism, ultimately Marxism, a bloody form of totalitarianism.

    3. I'm not sure what that link has to do with the Illuminati but the discrimination against Trinity Western's law school is indeed a violation of the Charter of Rights.
