Double homicide in Winnipeg

CBC is reporting that "Victims of a double homicide in downtown Winnipeg earlier this week were members of the same street gang, and shot and killed each other, police say. Anthony Brian Cromastey, 30, and Rodney Albert Kirton, 25, died after opening fire on each other inside Johnny G's, a popular late-night restaurant and pub on Main Street, around 1:30 a.m. CT Wednesday."

"The investigation has determined the deceased males died as a result of simultaneous gunshots to each other," said a Winnipeg police spokesperson, Const. Rob Carver, on Friday. Carver said both handguns have been recovered. Investigators used surveillance video and witness accounts to conclude guns were fired at the same time, said Carver. "So the two individuals were basically in a gunfight in a public restaurant and shot each other fatally on the spot," he said.

This incident happened last February but I just fund out about it. Anthony Cromastey had a previous crack cocaine trafficking charge associated with the Mad Cows who appear to be in a turf war with the Manitoba Warriors. The MW are HA rivals so do the math. Shane Edward Kirton was a full patch Winnipeg Hells Angel. I'm not sure if he is related to Rodney Albert Kirton. Lots of gang violence in Winnipeg still.

Western Wind skipper busted again

CBC is reporting that John Phillip Stirling was caught sailing a vessel off the coast of Oregon earlier this week with 200 gallons (757 litres) of liquid meth. As we know this is the skipper of the Western Wind that was caught with 2 1/2 tons of cocaine slotted for the BC Hells Angels in 2002.

In 2011 he was caught with 200 kilos of cocaine off the coast of Florida.

Let's see if the RCMP get him off again this time.

One person killed and three injured in shooting at Nipsey Hussle funeral procession

NME is reporting that "One person has been killed and three people have been injured after a shooting which took place during yesterday’s funeral procession for the late rapper Nipsey Hussle. Hussle was memorialised at a service at The Staples Center yesterday morning (April 11) in LA, with the likes of Stevie Wonder, Barack Obama and Kendrick Lamar all paying tribute to Nipsey. The rapper, who was born Ermias Joseph Asghedom, was shot and killed on March 31 at the age of 33."

"Following the service, Nipsey’s casket was driven along a 25.5-mile route through South Central Los Angeles so fans and members of the community, who turned out in their thousands, could pay their respects. During the procession, four people were shot at the intersection of 103 St. and Main St. Los Angeles Police Chief Michel Moore confirmed that of the four victims – who were described as three men and one woman between the ages of 30 and 50 – one had tragically died following the shooting. A suspect in a grey Hyundai vehicle is being sought."

The LA Sentinel reported that "On April 5, gangs from Watts, Compton, Inglewood and the Los Angeles area called for “peace in the streets” to honor the life and legacy of Hussle. Rival gangs marched in solidarity from a local Crenshaw grocery store to the rapper’s Marathon clothing store located in the Crenshaw district where he was shot to death allegedly by 29-year-old, Eric Holder." Madness as in completely insane.

Julian Assange Arrested

CNN is reporting that "British police entered the Ecuadorian Embassy in London on Thursday, forcibly removing the WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange on a US extradition warrant and bringing his seven-year stint there to a dramatic close." Bastards. this arrest represented everything that is wrong with America AND England. It ties in with Tony Blair.

Although what Julian Assange did was different than what Edward Snowden did, they are both whistle blowers. Edward Snowden reported illegal activity by the NSA. The fact that they want to arrest him is absurd.

Julian Assange reported illegal activity of the US military. He posted leaked video footage of US troops killing a journalist and civilians in Iraq. Arresting Julian for doing that is equally absurd and shows how far away from the principles of the US Constitution modern day America has fallen.

What ever happened to the American Revolution? You remember, the struggle against tyranny. The promise of a free republic protecting free speech. The Boston Tea Party? Paul Revere? Where are those heroes now? Leaking military secrets is dodgy but what if we were born in Germany instead of America? What if we leaked video footage of our troops gassing Jews? If we did that we would be a hero not a traitor. Where are the oath keepers? The ones who swore an oath to protect the Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic? Where are they now? The only oath keepers I see are Julian Assange and Edward Snowden.

Police target Hells Angels drug trafficking in Quebec

Global is reporting that "Police forces in Quebec arrested 33 people Wednesday in relation to an alleged drug network extending from Montreal to Outaouais, Centre-du-Québec, the Montérégie and more. A total of 37 searches were carried out, and police say nearly two kilograms of cocaine and 27,100 methamphetamine pills were seized as part of Operation Orca."

"Officers say they also seized 23 vehicles, $120,000, four firearms, six jackets in the colours of the Hells Angels and an escutcheon. Two of those arrested were Claude Gauthier and Pascal Facchino, identified by authorities as part of the Angels’ Trois-Rivières chapter, alleged to be leaders in the sale of narcotics in the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu region."

The Montreal Gazette is reporting that "Called Escouade nationale de répression contre le crime organisé or ENRCO, the task force has most recently been targeting the leaders of criminal organizations including the Hells Angels. It is composed of officers from the Sûreté du Québec as well the Montréal, Quebec City, Laval and Lévis police forces. Wednesday’s arrests targeted drug networks allegedly overseen by the Hells Angels. The Sûreté du Québec is expected to provide more information on the raids later on Wednesday."

This is the difference between BC and Quebec. Quebec has a task force to investigate organized crime, BC doesn't. Quebec targets drug trafficking, BC doesn't. That is the root of the problem.

Fatal shooting in Surrey

The Star is reporting that "RCMP are investigating after a man was shot to death in Surrey, B.C, overnight. Mounties say multiple calls came in just before midnight reporting gunshots in the area of 72nd Ave. and King George Boulevard. They say a lone male was found at the scene, where he died of his injuries.

The Peace Arch News is reporting that "Police have identified 30-year-old Amrendra Vijay Kumar as the Surrey man found dead after a late-night shooting in Newton."

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "After Kumar was shot, a vehicle was spotted speeding away from the area. About 40 minutes later, Surrey Mounties were called to the area of 164th Street and 92nd Avenue where a car had caught on fire. 'This vehicle is believed to be related to the earlier shooting and will be seized for further examination,' read a police statement."

Update: More shots fired in Surrey Wednesday night.

Jamie Bacon ordered the murder of Dennis Karbovanec

Kim Bolan is reporting that "A former drug trafficking associate of Jamie Bacon testified Monday that he thought Bacon would forgive a $20,000 debt “if I killed someone for him.” The man, who can only be identified as CD due to a publication ban, admitted that he attempted to murder Bacon’s former pal Dennis Karbovanec on Dec. 31, 2008. “I tried to kill him,” CD told jurors and B.C. Supreme Court Justice Catherine Wedge after identifying Karbovanec in a photo. “I tried to shoot him.” When prosecutor Joe Bellows asked why, CD said: “Because I owed Jamie Bacon a debt of money and I was told that if I killed Dennis the debt would be erased.”

Now that is believable. It is common for HA trash to impose a manufactured debt on someone then tell them that debt would be forgiven if they did a hit for them. That is why Joey Verma killed Brittney Irving. The Kelowna chapter placed a manufactured debt on Joey and told him the debt would be forgiven if he killed Brittney. Blaze was there to make sure the job got done. That's why Joey later said he *had* to do it. The HAs told Jamie Bacon to use the same ploy on CD.

Interesting to note that the associate Jamie Bacon assigned the murder of DK to had a past criminal history with the Haney Hells Angels. He was a Bacon brother associate working with the Haney Hells Angels. This confirms my previous statements that Spike's niece's presence at Larry Amero and Jonathon Bacon's coming out party in Kelowna was not a coincidence nor was she doing something against the will of her uncle. Her presence there was to publicly show that the Haney Hells Angels were backing the Bacon brothers not just Larry Amero. It was a complete tragedy that she was shot and paralyzed. That's something Spike has to live with.

I don't have beef with the Haney chapter anymore. What's done is done. That's past history now. I don't have a problem with Jesse. Tara is obviously trying to make a go of it and I support that completely. Jesse wasn't involved with Piggy's Palace. That was someone else. The Hardside chapter however, is something I don't even recognize. The Brothers Keepers have more credibility than the Softside ever will. They should answer to Haney not the Softside.

Bret Hart attacker meets Natural Justice

I'm missed it but I'm sure you've all hear that while Bret Hart was giving a speech as he was inducted into the Wrestling Hall of Fame, a worthless POS blindsided him and tackled him to the ground. Without hesitation the other wrestlers jumped in and beat the sh*t out of the punk.

Now that's natural justice.

Give it up for Idris Elba

I realize I'm a bit slow to pick up on celebrity news but I just want to say Idris Elba is rock solid. He's in the Netflix series Turn Up Charlie but he's also in a lot more than that. They even want him to be the next James Bond. Although he doesn't want the role I think he would be awesome. Recently he tweeted a shout out to the rapper Nipsey Hussle who was just shot dead in LA.

He's also supporting the #dontstabyourfuture campaign. In England they don't have as many shootings as we do here but they do have a lot of stabbings. Idris is talented and genuine.

Hells Angels ride in memory of another dead drug dealer

Kim Bolan is reporting that "About 80 Hells Angels and associates gathered at the bikers’ East End clubhouse Saturday morning for their annual ride to pay tribute to fallen comrade Dave (Screwy) Swartz. The compromised Gang Task Force were also on hand to take photographs and videos as the riders arrived. 'Public safety remains our top priority,' Robillard said."

BULLSH*T! BC is the only province in Canada that doesn't target drug trafficking any more. The Teletubbies just harass fringe associates at the bar without lifting a finger to stop drug trafficking. Dave Swartz was in charge of the drugs at the Dell in Surrey before he was shot. This ride, just like the one in Victoria, remembers a dead drug dealer. The ride in Victoria is in memory of Michael (Zeke) Mickle, who was killed after trying to tax the Vietnamese grows. They said no.

Ryan, the long time Surrey Crystal meth cook worked for John Punko in the East Vancouver Hells Angels. This recent shooting in Surrey outside my crib was tied to the Brother's Keepers who sell drugs for the Hells Angels. I have no problem with the Brother's Keepers but if they are slinging for the Softside, they have no self respect. Just sayn. That Duck Dynasty clown is ridiculous.

Just another Gay Pride Parade. It don't matter to me. The completely useless Gang Task Force taking pictures are just as bad as they are. One is no better than the other. Both groups are filling the airwaves with bullsh*t. Stay away from them all and the foul stench will eventually clear.

The Teamsters Horsemen and the Shadow club are the only ones there with any credibility. The Devil's Rejects, the Surrey Girls and the Softside are all part of the Circus Clown Coalition. Riding in support of dead drug dealers takes them one step closer to criminal organization status.

The Vancouver gas fraud is out of control

We all know that we pay the highest price for gas in metro Vancouver then the rest of North America. Why do they charge so much here? Because we let them. It's just like the price of hockey tickets. We pay a lot more to watch a hockey game here in Vancouver then anywhere in the US and it's the same league.

This most recent completely unwarranted colossal spike in the price of gas at the pump is completely unacceptable. John Horgan is talking about offering some kind of relief. Using tax dollars to subsidize the price of gas would be as stupid as using tax dollars for political contributions. It would be a misappropriation of funds.

The problem is obvious. It's the oil monopoly. There is no free market. We must either break the monopoly or nationalize the oil. One or the other. In the mean time there is something we can do. Vancouver has a port, Alberta does not. If you want to use our port you have to stop f*cking us over at the pump. We need to stop exporting oil and start importing oil tankers from Russia. That is the only thing that will fix the problem. Supply and demand. They keep f*cking us over so we start buying from someone else. It's that simple.

Oil for Canadians

"Great! Sell our crude to China as we pay high gas prices in Vancouver, and they want to export more crude oil. We are not using our own oil to provide for the domestic market. How about the federal government invest in our own natural resources so that we can deliver to our own citizens. We need fuel too. And China has just hurt Canadian farmers by stopping the purchase of our canola." Gord Freeborn, Delta

We’re being gouged: "According to a recent article, the explanations for the gas-price hike in Vancouver is a switch to a summer blend and that two of four Washington state refineries are down for maintenance. So why have Seattle gas prices been falling since January, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration? We are being gouged for no good reason. Our prices are consistently 35- to 50-per-cent higher than in Toronto, let alone the U.S. What can we do about it?" Pete Taylor, North Vancouver

55 kilos of cocaine seized in Ontario

CTV is reporting that "Police in Ontario say they've busted an international cocaine smuggling operation with links to Mexico and the United States after a large drug seizure at the border.

The investigation dubbed Project Tattler began in December 2017 and has led to the arrest of three Ontario men, the seizure of 55 kilograms of nearly pure cocaine and about $800,000 in cash, provincial police said Wednesday.

The cocaine haul was discovered after Canadian Border Services Agency officers, acting on information from the OPP and with help from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, stopped the transport truck on Feb. 19 as it tried to enter the country through Windsor, Ont. Inside the truck's cab, a drug-sniffing dog focused on a built-in speaker, authorities said. There were two wires in the cab area of the truck that, when connected to a battery, opened a compartment hidden inside the speaker, said Det. Insp. Mark Loader.

"It was definitely a professionally modified compartment and not something that is normally found in a commercial motor vehicle," Comerford said. Within that compartment, police said they found 55 one-kilogram bricks of cocaine. Police have charged the alleged driver of the truck, Slobodan Poznic, 44 of Kitchener-Waterloo, with importation of drugs and various trafficking-related offences. Investigators have also laid drug importation and trafficking charges against Michael Nagtzaam, 35, of Springwater Township, and Abrahan Brito, 32, of New Tecumseth.

The police in every province except for British Columbia are targeting drug trafficking. What's wrong with that picture? Things That Make You Go Hmmm...

Two more shootings in Surrey after the one in my crib

Global is reporting that "A man is in critical condition after a pair of overnight shootings in Surrey which investigators believe were unrelated. The first incident happened just after 2 a.m., in a home near 148 Street and 91 Avenue, according to police. Surrey RCMP arrived at the scene to find a man with gunshot wounds. He was taken to hospital in critical condition. Police said a dark-coloured SUV was seen fleeing the area. The shooting is believed to be targeted."

"The second shooting reportedly happened just after 2:45 a.m., outside of a home near 142 Street and 110 Avenue. Police received multiple reports of shots fired, but when they arrived at the scene, they found the home vacant and no victims at the scene. The shooting is believed to be linked to the drug trade, police said."

Cpl. Elenore Sturko said “We will continue to strategically target individuals and groups who put the public at risk through violent criminal activity.” Obviously your strategy isn't working. Giving the Wolf Pack police protection and arresting their rivals is not strategic. It is treason.

Ticketing construction workers jay walking across King George Hwy on their lunch break to buy a pop while you allow drug dealers to sell crack and crystal meth right beside them is not strategic. It is treason. If all these shooting are connected to the drug trade it's time we confronted drug trafficking instead of trying to profit from it. That is the New York Model.

Instead of disbanding the RCMP in BC completely maybe we should just trade the BC RCMP leadership with the RCMP leadership in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. There the RCMP do their job. Here they do not. It' that simple. Surrey's new crime problem is tied to the great fraud.

North Vancouver Shooting ID'd

News 1130 is reporting that "The victim of a daylight shooting in North Vancouver is on life support, police say. It happened late this morning in the Lonsdale area, and North Vancouver RCMP are saying it wasn’t a random incident. Witnesses heard gunshots shortly before 11 a.m. in an alley by Lonsdale and 12th. When officers arrived on scene, they found an adult woman with gunshot wounds. She was rushed to hospital in critical condition."

Global is reporting that "Investigators have identified in victim in Tuesday’s daytime shooting in North Vancouver as 32-year-old Ngoc Mai (Anita) Nguyen. Police say they have no reason to believe the shooting was related to drugs or gangs.

Surrey Shooting outside my crib

Police are on scene of a shooting at the 15700 block of 100th Avenue in Surrey. Approximately 9:10 PM two cars were speeding down 100th Avenue shooting at each other - a Dodge SUV and a Honda Civic. Both vehicle crashed at the scene. The driver of the Honda was wearing gloves and tried to flee the scene but a group of locals pinned him to the ground and held him until the cops came. Give it up for Surrey yo. I saw one victim taken away on stretcher by ambulance. There are a ton of cop cars, ambulances and fire trucks on scene.

Update: News 1130 is reporting that "Several arrests have been made and two men are in the hospital with serious injuries after a series of events in Surrey on Monday night that involved a shooting and a major multi-car crash. Surrey RCMP initially responded to reports of shots being fired in the 153rd block of 102A Avenue at approximately 9 p.m., injuring a man who was found nearby a short time later at 100th Ave near 159A Street at the scene of a multi-vehicle crash. Also found at that second scene was another man with serious injuries sustained in the crash, which has also resulted in one vehicle being embedded into a home."

This confirms previous reports that there was also a large police presence outside the Taphouse.

Update. Bustin caps in my crib yo. Yes I heard the shots. CTV has a video of the report as does Global. The Peace arch News has some pictures and even Castanet picked up on the story.

Police say it was a targeted shooting related to the ongoing gang conflict. So what does that really mean? Two cars full of brown kids shooting at each other. Follow the rich white man. One group wants to sell for the Hells Angels, the other group doesn't. It's that simple.

People in my neighborhood buy weed from the Hells Angels. That's none of my business. As I've said before, pot is legal. The UN and the Hells Angels have just as much right to sell pot as the cops do. The Hells Angels killed a kid just over in Fraser heights because he was selling cocaine in their area. That's none of my business either. If you are going to sell cocaine, you take that risk. However, these punk a*s b*tches shooting up my crib, that's my business.

Before Blaze went into the Witness Protection Program he was bragging about how he knows all the drug dealers in Guildford. How did he know them? Turns out he was supplying them on behalf of the Red and White. So don't sluff this off and say it's just more brown guys shooting each other. We need to open our eyes and be honest about what's really going on here.

The real problem is that the police simply don't care. They're too busy running around putting fingers in the dike that they refuse to look at the big picture. They rather treat the symptom then the cause. David Eby is useless. He has bought into the RCMP's misguided mandate. They have no desire to disrupt drug trafficking. They just want to help the Hells Angels obtain and maintain a monopoly on the drug trade so they can tax them by seizing the proceeds of crime.

That is not law enforcement. Since the RCMP refuse to address organized crime, we need to hire someone else who will. Doug McCallum has submitted an effective action plan on creating a municipal police force just like every other mayor city in Canada and the BC NDP are throwing up roadblocks to stall the transformation as long as they can. Right now the BC NDP are part of the problem they are not part of the solution. It's clearly time to replace them too.

Nine kilos of cocaine seized in Newfoundland

NTV is reporting that "The RCMP arrested five men following the seizure of nine kilograms of cocaine, one of the larger cocaine seizures in the history of the province. The investigation, known as Project Bowman, determined that the cocaine entered the province hidden in freight being transported by a trucking company, which was unaware of the cocaine shipment."

One charge each of Trafficking in Cocaine, and Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking have been laid against all five of the following men, with an additional charge of Breach of Recognizance against Stephen Parsley: · Dimitrius Andreopoulos, 28 years old, of Toronto, Ontario · Herbert Lewis, 29 years old, of St. John’s, NL · Stephen Parsley, 32 years old, of St. John’s, NL · Wayne Parsley, 54 years old, of St. John’s, NL · William Richmond, 38 years old, of Grand Valley, Ontario. Note the Ontario connection.

December 2018 RCMP in Newfoundland seized 6 kilos of cocaine in Project Broken. They also seized thee guns and diamond dental grills. OMG those are absolutely ridiculous. White trash.

In the previous drug bust one of those charged was Michael Douglas Smith, 28 years old, of Drummondville Penitentiary in Quebec who was serving a sentence in relation to Operation Tailwind where 10 kilos of cocaine were seized. Michael Douglas Smith was also from Ontario.

Surrey MMA

I saw a young girl pound the bag at the gym today and I asked her where she was trained. She said Surrey MMA. I'm like where is that? She said right in Whalley. I'm like where in Whalley? Right behind the Post Office she said. Really? I used to work at the Post Office. So today I checked it out and sure enough it's right there behind the Post Office beside the Letter Carrier Depot between King George Hwy and East Whalley Ring Road.

The address is 10708 136 A Street. It's perfect. This is a clean martial arts school in the heart of Whalley without any gang ties. I highly recommend it.

Rourke reminds me of Kirk Jaques back in the day. Kirk Trained Ernie Jackson at the Gung Fu School in Surrey many years ago. After becoming Canadian middleweight kickboxing champion Ernie went on to become a stunt coordinator for the movies. Kirk eventually followed suit. I heard Kirk and Ernie had a school for teaching martial arts for the movies in New West. I met a guy at the gym in Surrey who was involved with the local movie industry. Kirk was training him in swordsmanship. Kirk Jacques is and always was the real deal.

When I was in high school a kid from school said his neighbor was crazy. The kid saw his neighbor out in the back yard with his father. His father would shoot arrows at him and he would block them. I'm like hey, I know that guy. That's Kirk Jacques. He's awesome. He still is.

Update: Kirk's Action Beats now trains out of the UFC Gym in Richmond. Nice!

Savard Boxing Club is at 13534 King George Blvd across the street from the Reggae Cafe. This is a real boxing gym that shares the facility with some traditional martial artists.

WKX World Kickboxing is at 12682 82 Ave Surrey. The owners' son Josh Jauncey fights out of WKX. He is a world ranked kickboxer from Surrey. That is impressive. Josh is a good kid from a good family. Honour him. Surrey Pride yo.

The Surrey School of Boxing trains out of WKX. Jerry Veerasammy is old school.

There's a UFC gym in Coquitlam and one in Richmond where the Golden Gloves were recently held. That's where Louis Sargeant Boxing and Fitness trains out of. There's a world of opportunity so there is. Find your style and embrace it. Don't forget Hugh's traditional White Crane Kung fu in Vancouver. Keep the arts alive and pass them on to future generations. That's what it's all about.

80th Anniversary of the BC Golden Gloves

Last night was the 80th Anniversary of the BC Golden Gloves held in Richmond. Congratulations to all the participants. Well done. Boxing is worth supporting. This is the Olympic dream. There was a Hall of Famer present who won Canada's first medal in Boxing at the 1984 Olympics.

The Times Colonist is reporting that "Langford Mayor Stew Young added again to his burgeoning Olympic stable with the announcement that the 2019 Super Channel national boxing championships will be held on Bear Mountain in Victoria. All of Canada’s best male and female amateur boxers will be competing April 23-27 in what will be a key qualifier for the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics. Don't miss it. The Road to Klitschko.

Members of Saudi team that killed Khashoggi received training in US

AFP is reporting that "Members of the Saudi team that killed journalist Jamal Khashoggi received training in the United States, the Washington Post has reported, revealing other new elements in the death of the newspaper's former contributor. A critic of the Saudi regime, Khashoggi was killed and dismembered October 2 in the Saudi consulate in Istanbul by a team of 15 agents sent from Riyadh. His body has never been recovered."

"After having denied the murder, Saudi Arabia said the operation was carried out by agents who were out of control. A trial of 11 suspects opened earlier this year in Saudi Arabia. But much of the case remains shrouded, beginning with the role of Saudi Arabia's powerful crown prince and de facto ruler, Mohammed bin Salman. The US Senate, after a closed-door briefing by the CIA, adopted a resolution naming the crown prince as "responsible" for the murder, while President Donald Trump has refused to publicly take a stand."

So there it is. After the CIA murdered the journalist they blamed it on the crown prince.

The Washington Post article is reporting that "Some members of the Saudi Rapid Intervention Group that was sent to Istanbul received training in the United States, according to U.S. and Saudi sources. The CIA has cautioned other government agencies that some of this special-operations training might have been conducted by Tier 1 Group, an Arkansas-based company, under a State Department license. The training occurred before the Khashoggi incident, as part of ongoing liaison with the Saudis, and it hasn’t been resumed."

Tier 1 Group - another privatized mercenary training center like Blackwater. Tier 1 Group is run by Stephen Feinberg. Privatized Military Organizations are NEVER a good thing. Erik Prince was an arms dealing mercenary who murdered whistleblowers. War profiteering is a conflict of interest.

However it could be the CIA are throwing Stephen Feinberg under the bus because he opposed Hillary's drug trafficking and they don't want him in charge of US Intelligence. If the CIA are against him, that would be a good thing. The CIA is the world's largest criminal organization.

Safe-injection sites are NOT needed in prisons

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Canada’s prisoner service is considering opening overdose prevention sites as it expands a needle-exchange program that is now offered at a fifth institution for offenders who inject smuggled drugs. In a statement, the Correctional Service of Canada says it “is in the early stages of exploring overdose prevention sites as another harm-reduction measure option for inmates.” Proponents say Drumheller Institution in Alberta is being looked at as a potential site, which would allow offenders to use illicit drugs under medical supervision. The correctional service did not respond to inquiries to confirm that." AYFKM?

This is the prime example of everything that's wrong with this country. Don't get me wrong. I think Canada is a great place but it is far from perfect. Harm promotion is a forest fire burning out of control and needs to be restrained. If we can't enforce the law in prison then we are completely and utterly useless. We can do better. Letting prison inmates use illegal drugs on purpose is complete insanity. I'm all for prison rehabilitation. This is not it. This is a pharmaceutical fraud.

Vancouver's drug strategy has been a disaster. Be very wary of emulating it.

2 dead after 10-hour hostage-taking at Surrey home

CBC is reporting that "Two people are dead after a hostage-taking that began late Thursday and ended Friday morning at a home in a residential neighbourhood in Surrey, B.C. Surrey RCMP were called to a house in the 13300 block of 98A Avenue around 9:30 p.m. PT on Thursday. Officers arrived to find "a barricaded male and female hostage" inside the house, according to a statement released late Friday morning.

The statement said officers tried through the night to resolve the situation, but entered the home at 7:30 a.m. Friday. "A confrontation with the barricaded male ensued," the statement said. "The male sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased at the scene."

A woman was also found with serious injuries and later died in hospital. Ron MacDonald, Independent Investigations Office of British Columbia's chief civilian director, said it's believed the man and woman knew each other. MacDonald confirmed shots were fired, but it's unclear how the man and the woman died.

The Peace arch News is reporting that "MacDonald said he can’t say 'definitively at this point' if the suspect fired any shots." Let's hope the police weren't the one's that shot the woman after they stormed the house in a hostage taking. Not a very smart move either way. Two dozen police vehicles, as well as an armoured vehicle, surrounded the home in a residential neighbourhood and forced their way into the home during a hostage taking. Is that really standard procedure?

The video of the entry looked pretty standard. I guess it's a no win situation. If you storm the house without a clear shot of the hostage taker, it is unlikely the hostage will survive. After reviewing the taser incident at the Airport it's pretty clear negotiation is not one of our strengths.

Mass migration of painted-lady butterflies headed for genocide in Surrey

The Vancouver Sun Province is reporting that "An unusually large migration of painted-lady butterflies has been turning heads near Los Angeles, and there’s likely to be more sightings in B.C. this summer as well, according to local insect experts." Well isn't that nice. Just in time to be exterminated by the BTK Gypy moth spraying in Surrey. BTK kills all butterflies and moths.

I wonder what BC Green Party Leader Andrew Weaver thinks about that. Oh right. He doesn't care about the environment. He only cares about getting elected. F*cking idiots.

Fatal single car crash in Surrey deemed suspicious

The Peace Arch News is reporting that "A mother and her two sons have been identified as the three people found dead after a car crash in South Surrey that’s now being investigated by the RCMP’s homicide team. Police were alerted to a single-vehicle crash on the 32 Avenue Diversion, under the Highway 99 overpass, at approximately 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. They arrived to find a badly damaged grey sedan, debris scattered across the road, and the three bodies. The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team was called in after Surrey RCMP determined the circumstances of the deaths were suspicious."

Update. It's a tragic tale so it is. The Vancouver Sun - CBC.

Thousands of bystanders caught in Toronto police sweep of cellphone data

The Toronto Star is reporting that "Toronto police and RCMP officers deploying controversial Stingray surveillance technology over a two-month period swept up identifying cellphone data on more than 20,000 bystanders at malls, public parks and even a children’s toy store."

Last year the Toronto Star exposed the fact that the Toronto police were using Stingray antennas after they denied they were using them. These are the same antennas outside Surrey pretrial and the East Vancouver courthouse the police use to capture all cell phone data without a warrant.

These are the same stingray antennas the police have set up outside my house and all over Surrey at numerous intersections beside the new surveillance cameras. Clay Roueche appeals sentence under 782 amendment

Kim Bolan is reporting that Clay Roueche has appealed his absurdly long sentence under the 782 amendment also known as the 2014 Drug Amendment. Gee, I wonder who told Kim that Clay was filling an appeal? It's pretty obvious it was the same person who told her about Hal Porteous offering to help people apply for medicinal marijuana licenses on facebook, Andy Richards.

Andy Richards was in a complete conflict of interest in that case because he and another former cop from Ontario are involved in the legal marijuana business. They are trying to eliminate rivals in their new trade. It doesn't get any sleazier than that.

Clay's arrest was illegal. He wasn't charged and extradited like they should have. They diverted his flight to land in the US for an unscheduled stop and arrested him at the airport. There was no Charter Rights. There was no respect for due process. Their mistreatment of him was puntive.

Needless to say I totally support Clay's appeal to get a reduced sentence for numerous reasons. Freeway Ricky was the crack Kingpin of LA in the /80's during the US crack epidemic. He was originally sentenced to 20 years in prison and had that sentence reduced to 16 1/2 years after an appeal. What Freeway Ricky did was WAY worse than what Clay Roueche did. Clay was accused of smuggling pot into the United States which is now legal in Canada and several US States. Basically that is all he was acused of doing in the US. Yes he was accused of bringing cocaine into Canada but he was never accused of selling cocaine in the United States. Ever.

Clay spent almost two years in solitary confinement. In Canada that's illegal. That alone is grounds to have his sentenced reduced or receive two for one credit. So what happened to him in solitary? He wrote a powerful and inspirational book called the Book of Indomitable Virtues complete with all his own art work. I found it deeply moving because of my previous studies in martial arts philosophy. Clay always had integrity. As Liam Neeson said in the movie Rob Roy, that's something no man can give you and no man can take away.

I've been writing about the Vancouver gang war for many years now. I have never condoned the sale of drugs. My past history has always been on the other side of that battlefield so to speak. Nevertheless, right from the beginning I noticed that Clay was different from the local scum bags who preach L & R (Love and Respect) but do the exact opposite. In real life, they have no honour. Just greed and betrayal. The UN did not start the beef between them and the Bacon brothers. The Bacon brothers under the direction of the Hells Angels did.

The UN never said no one is allowed to do business but us. They simply asserted their right to do business. They stood up to a bully. That was their crime. Take a look at Clay's picture. He looks like Clark Kent for God's sake. Don't get me started on the fact that the current BC Gang Task force is completely compromised and has assisted the BC Hells Angels obtain and maintain a monopoly on the local drug trade. Randy Jones has not been extradited and never will because the RCMP are giving his drug dealers police protection to sell drugs.

In Kim Bolan's article she states that "Roueche argued that he should get the sentence break because he has been a model inmate, “demonstrating leadership and encouraging prisoners to transform their lives.” He has earned 50 certificates while incarcerated, which he says “is an indication that I will live a crime-free productive life.” That is absolutely true.

Clay had a black belt in Taekwondo before he went into prison. While in prison he trained with many other martial artisits and boxers and created his own martial art called the Combined Combat System. One of his students in prison went on to open a martial arts school in Clay's memory and launched a Little Phoenix program which has the endorsement of a local pastor. As I said before, Clay Roueche continues to Shine.

I have always said, no matter what your past, you have a spotless future. I have always supported rehabilitation. Privatized prisons have no mandate for rehabilitation. That's why Norway has a far better prison model. My father spent years volunteering on the prison alternatives program in Matsqui. Clay Roueche is the guy you want to speak to youth not these loser crack addicts the compromised gang task force sponsors. Kids will listen to Clay. I gave one at risk youth I'm close to a copy of Clay's book because it's something he can relate to.

The whole concept of rehabilitation is embodied in Clay's paining of the Phoenix which is profound and inspiring. I have a copy of the print on my wall beside my dining room table. Most of us are familiar with the Phoenix from Harry Potter. The Phoenix is always portrayed as a fiery bird of rebirth. Yet Clay's painting goes far beyond that. The colours are astounding.

It has the wings and claws of an Eagle, the head of a Thunderbird and the tail feathers of a Peacock. It is powerful and elegant. It reminds me of a friend who left the life years ago and never looked back. It forms the basis of a non profit group Clay started called Phoenix Reborn. It's primary focus is on misguided youth, recovering addicts, military veterans, victims of abuse, and positive re-entry for prisoners returning to society. This is exactly what the world needs.

If Canada ever went to war I would serve beside Clay Roueche in a heartbeat. His ancestors are war heroes as are mine. The world needs more people like him. Word.

The #MeToo Gravy train vs 50 Shades of Abuse

Keith Fraser is reporting that "A Hollywood screenwriter is being sued for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenage extra on a movie set in B.C. in 1994 and then luring her to Nova Scotia and Los Angeles where the alleged exploitation continued." Lured?

The law suit claims that “In one year, (the plaintiff) went from being an innocent 17-year-old high-schooler with no significant sexual experience to an alcohol-addicted sex worker,” says the notice of civil claim. “Mr. Stewart’s predation was the intervening factor.” AYFKM? Define significant?

A star struck grade 11 student dreaming of becoming an actress shacks up with a screen writer then follows him to Nova Scotia and then LA to further her career. Don't get me wrong. 17 is way too young for an adult to be having sex with but give me a break. She claims she was "sexually assaulted" on set in Vancouver then knowingly and willingly went to Nova Scotia and LA to be sexually assaulted again. That sounds pretty consensual to me.

I have no doubt Harvey Wall banger is a complete sleazebag who used his position to take advantage of many women aspiring to become rich and famous. I also realize that there are many women who slept with him to strategically advance their career. It's a no brainer.

In this case the guy was 54. That's pretty f*cked up. I'm 53. I will not date anyone my daughter's age and she is 27. A 54 year old hooking up with a 17 yer old is dirt bag sleazy. However, I will point out that The Scarlet Letter was not a Disney production. It was a R rated movie about an affair between a young woman and a pastor.

"Stewart, who wrote the screenplay for the movie The Scarlett Letter, which featured actress Demi Moore, first approached her when she and other extras were asked to go topless in the background during the filming of an outdoor scene, says the suit. He brought her a blanket to cover up and stay warm during filming and for about a week showed her increasing attention."

She went to a party where she was given alcohol even though she was under legal drinking age. She chose to drink. A lot of kids use fake id to drink under age. I don't want to minimize it or dramatize it. A 54 year old with a 17 year old is indeed creepy as f*ck but her going to LA and Nova Scotia for more meant she was trying to advance her career. Unless he was pimping her out, I don't think she can blame him for becoming an alcohol-addicted sex worker. I think her aspirations was partly to blame for that.

My point is the extremism of the #MeToo mob mentality. Everyone is on a which hunt obsessing over trivial things while at the same time everyone is condoning the absurdity of the Fifty Shades sexual abuse. It is a colossal contradiction. S&M is not erotic. You people are insane.
