Why is Colombia’s Ex-President on Trial?
The Cartagena Explorer is reporting that " Uribe was the head of Medellín’s Civil Aviation Authority from 1980-82 around the time that Pablo Escobar begin running large amounts of cocaine from Medellín to the US. A 1991 US Defense Intelligence Agency brief reported Uribe was a close friend of Escobar and connected to the drug trade."
"Scandal also followed his presidency. Battlefield victories by Colombia’s armed forces came at a high cost to rural populations in conflict zones. Most notable is the falso positivos scandal where the Colombian army soldiers killed civilians and dressed them as guerillas to meet kill quotas from Uribe and the high command."
Columbia Reports states that "Investigators found out that the military en masse was luring civilians to secluded areas, executed them, dressed them up as guerrillas and presented the body as a combat kill. In a June 2015 report, the Prosecutor General’s Office said it had found that the armed forces and civilian collaborators had killed 4,475 civilians since 1986."
"A 2018 academic study indicated that as many as 10,000 civilians could have been murdered by the military between 2002 and 2010. This would mean that more than half of the 16,000 combat kills reported that year were murdered civilians, and not guerrillas as initially claimed."
Alvaro Uribe is a cousin of the Ochoa crime family that partnered with Escobar
Pablo Escobar worked for the CIA. So did Manuel Noriega. Colonel Edward P. Cutolo testified that in Operation Watchtower the planes loaded with cocaine landing in Panama from Bogata were met by Col. Tony Noriega and CIA Agent Edwin Wilson.
Gary Webb was right. Iran Contra never stopped. Operation Fast and Furious was a CIA operation where the ATF sold the sinola cartel guns and brought back tons of cocaine into the United States as payment. El Chapo had a .50 cal sniper rifle from Operation Fast and Furious. Hilary Clinton was the author of that operation.
The CIA murdered Major Charles McKee. Libya had nothing to do with it.

Surrey Police Chief quits trying to stop crime, decides to profit from crime instead
The Surrey Now Leader is reporting that "Surrey RCMP’s top boss Dwayne McDonald is moving on to a new role as the RCMP’s criminal operations officer in charge of federal, investigative services and organized crime for B.C." We had high hopes for Dwayne McDonald when he replaced Bill Fordy who was a flaming idiot. We were hoping he'd be another hero like Fraser MacRae. We were sadly disappointed.
The problem is Dwayne McDonald is a company man. Company men can't be trusted because when the company becomes corrupt, so do they. Dwayne McDonald had a chance to make a difference in Surrey. He chose not to. Cleaning up the Surrey Strip with the help of the Provincial government's modular housing was a good thing. Unfortunately is was just a publicity stunt so we wouldn't form a municipal police force. Nothing really changed. The Surrey RCMP refused to stop the drug trafficking out of Shakerz and had cub pack members in witness protection getting police escorts to sell cocaine. The whole system is dirty as f*ck
Dwayne McDonald had the opportunity to do something about organized crime in Surrey and he chose not to. He has decided to join the federal task force that strives to profit from crime instead of trying to stop it. God Damn you all. The blood of Leanne Yardley is on your hands.

Hells Angels associates charged in DTES shooting
CTV is reporting that "Vancouver police say they've arrested three people in connection to an alleged murder conspiracy as part of ongoing gang violence investigations in the Downtown Eastside. On Saturday, police say they arrested Brian Kiraly-Miller, 26, of Vancouver and Stefan Janic, 25, of New Westminster. Then on Tuesday, a third suspect, 26-year-old Cameron Oppenheim, was arrested at his Vancouver home."
"Miller and Janic were charged with conspiracy to commit murder on Sunday. Oppenheim appeared in court Wednesday and was also charged with conspiracy to commit murder. He is under investigation for his alleged role in a West End home invasion from Oct. 3 as well."
"The alleged conspiracy involved members of organized crime groups called the Redd Alert and Independent Soldiers." Everyone here knows that Redd Alert and the Independent Soldiers sell drugs for the Hells Angels. So when they say RA and IS are responsible for the shootings they really mean the Hells Angels are.
Dr Kim claims that the Cub Pack is also involved as well as Redd Alert and IS. I guess now that Panchos is closed down in Surrey, Mike Ross is working downtown. The Cub Pack also sell drugs for the Hells Angels so the common denominator here is the Hells Angels. They are the root of the problem. The compromised BC Gang Task Force are on the wrong side.
The RCMP have members of the Cub Pack in the rat out your rivals witness protection program. They testify against people they hired to shoot someone just so the person who ordered the hit doesn't have to go to jail. That's Mike Ross' specialty. After all, IHITit are banging his crew ho.
They are charged with shooting a rival drug dealer but was he really a rival or did they pull a Bekim Zeneli? The Ontario Hells Angels killed Bekim Zeneli who sold drugs for the Winnipeg Hells Angels out of Brandon, Manitoba. Mike Ross sold drugs for the Hells Angels out of Panchos in Surrey right up until it closed. Did they kill one of the own guys so he could work that block now that Panchos is closed down? That would make a lot more sense than the official version.
Michael Ross and Micheal Kramer: Same sh*t different pile.
Michael Kramer: Pimping for the ATF
Confronting Police corruption was a crucial element of the New York Model. Without that, nothing would have changed. Get rid of the police coruption and law enforcement will take care of itself.

Clay Roueche interviews Dennis Alexio
After Clay Roueche received a six year reduction in his prison sentence, he was transferred to a low security facility in Arizona where he shared a cell with former heavyweight kickboxing champion Dennis Alexio. This is a copy of the interview Clay had with "The Terminator."
Clay's martial arts resume has now been posted online as well. There, the goose is out.
This is an example of how there are people in prison who shouldn't be and many people in prison have a lot to offer. I think we're going to see more positive things from Clay in the future.

Syria’s Assad Sends Troops to face Turkish Invasion
Bloomberg is reporting that "Syrian government forces began fanning out in the northeast after striking a deal with Kurdish fighters abandoned by their U.S. allies to a Turkish military offensive -- a major shift that could see President Bashar al-Assad cement his impending victory in the country’s long war." Thank God. If Turkey invades your land you have a legal right to shoot them dead and Big Brother (Russia) has every right to assist you. Washington Post video.

Clay Roueche paintings on display at Blue Lotus
Blue Lotus Art Galley at the Guildford Town Centre in Surrey have a new set of Clay Roueche paintings and prints on display. The prints are quite reasonable. The originals are expensive but they are originals. They are the actual paintings the prints were made from and are without question connectable treasures that will increase in value.
Most of Clay's paintings have an Asian theme in keeping with his martial arts background and philosophy. My favorite is the Dragon and the Phoenix. The colours are astounding. He has a new one of a Samurai in combat with a tiger that's awesome as well. They actually have that original here at Blue Lotus. This is all very positive and worth supporting.
Blue Lotus has a new location in Guildford Mall. Now they are in the overpass across from Shaw.
"Clay believes that no matter what a person's past may have been, their future is whatever they choose to make it." The Book Of Indomitable Virtues. There, the goose is out.
Fatal stabbing in Clayton Heights
The Peace Arch News is reporting that "One man has been arrested after another man was fatally assaulted in Surrey’s Clayton Heights overnight. Surrey RCMP responded to a report of a suspicious death at a gas station in the 18300-block of Fraser Highway at around 4:30 a.m., according to a statement by Const. Richard Wright. First responders attempted to revive a man, 47, but he was pronounced dead at the scene."
“Police believe the two men were known to each other and that there is no ongoing concern for public safety at this time,” Wright said. “There is no indication that this incident is related to gang involvement.”
The fatal shooting at a gas station in Clayton Heights September 28th was at the 18600-block of Fraser Highway. 3 blocks down the street. Police still haven't named that victim. Or the the name of the victim on the south Surrey shooting. I guess the public is going to have to sue the RCMP for information because Dwayne McDonald is going to snap if the public keeps pointing out they aren't doing their job or fulfilling their duty to inform the public. That's why they're being replaced.
Catholic Church sued in Kamloops and Pennsylvania
The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "A lawyer for the corporate entity that is the Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Kamloops admits that his client is vicariously liable for sex assaults committed by a priest more than 40 years ago."
There are three issues on the table. 1) Yet another case of a priest committing sexual abuse. 2) The legal liability of the Church and 3) The concept of a corporate entity being sued.
Kamloops this Week is reporting that "Rosemary Anderson, who was 26 years old at the time of the alleged incidents said Molon sexually assaulted her two to three times a week over a period of months, for a total of between 70 and 100 times. Anderson said she went to confession many times with another priest and described what had happened with Molon, and eventually went to Bishop Adam Exner after Molon suggested they marry one another. When she went to see Exner, who later became archbishop of Vancouver, he asked her if she was having an affair with another priest, Anderson said."
Although this particular case doesn't involve children, the concept of a lawyer for the corporate entity that is the Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Kamloops is concerning.
The New York Times is reporting that "The Rochester diocese’s move has left many who were promised justice under New York’s Child Victims Act feeling betrayed."
"His lawsuit and dozens of others against the diocese were supposed to play out in civil court, with the expectation that victims would learn what church leaders knew and did. But the diocese sidestepped all of that by declaring bankruptcy."
This brings us back to the documentary called the Corporation. "If you don't want to be legally liable for your actions, form a corporation."
Trib Live reported that "A woman is suing the Catholic Diocese of Greensburg, claiming she was repeatedly raped by a priest in her Seward parish in 1972 after the priest was transferred there because of earlier abuse allegations. The woman, identified only as Jane Doe, said she suffered horrific sexual abuse at the hands of the late Rev. George Pierce starting in 1973 or 1974, when she was about 11, and continuing until 1978."
"The lawsuit is the most recent allegation to surface against the late clergyman, who was singled out in an August 2018 grand jury report detailing abuse allegations against 301 Pennsylvania priests charged with abusing more than 1,000 children over several decades."
"Doe’s attorney, Altoona lawyer Richard Serbin of Janet, Janet & Suggs, said Doe, who is now in her 50s, initially applied to the Greensburg diocese’s compensation fund. She opted to pursue a lawsuit instead after she was offered $88,100 and informed that was the maximum the church would be offering anyone."
Legal liability is dependent on finding out what church leaders knew and did. Hiding that information by letting a manufactured corporation file for bankruptcy is morally wrong. It fails natural justice. Human beings are accountable for what they do. In this life and in the next.
If the Rochester diocese files for bankruptcy then the victims are going to have to sue the Catholic Church of North America and the Vatican in Rome which is the head office. It's like sexual harassment in the RCMP. The only way anything is going to get done about it is if they are held financial liable. Until that happens, nothing will change.
