Canadian caught smuggling 59 kilos of cocaine sentenced to 10 years in U.S. prison

The National Post is reporting that A 37-year-old Canadian who was caught with 59 kilos of cocaine has been sentenced to 10 years in prison in U.S. District Court in Seattle. The U.S. Department of Justice said Friday that Martin Briand, who is also a French citizen, was sentenced for conspiracy to distribute cocaine after the cocaine was seized in December 2009.

Briand was on the run for six years before being arrested in December 2015 upon arriving at Vancouver International Airport from France. He had been identified by Canadian and U.S. border agents as being extensively involved in smuggling cocaine into Canada. “In just six months in 2009, this defendant made 29 flights in chartered aircraft between Point Roberts, Washington and points south without ever legally entering the U.S.,” said U.S. Attorney Annette Hayes.

“In his final trip, a Washington State Trooper caught him with nearly 60 kilos of cocaine. Anyone responsible for transporting these kinds of quantities of illegal drugs also is responsible for feeding countless drug addictions and the misery that comes with them, and thus deserves the lengthy sentence imposed in this case.”

Newton Shooting

The Surrey Leader is reporting that "Nobody was injured in what police say was a targeted shooting Friday night in Newton. Surrey RCMP responded to a call of shots fired in the 8000-block of 120 Street at approximately 10:10 p.m. Officers located shell casings in the area, and determined shots were fired at an unoccupied vehicle in the area."

Harley Davidson 750 Street

Speaking of shrewd business, I saw in the paper that Harley Davidson is coming out with a new liquid cooled motorcycle called the Harley Davidson 750 Street at the upcoming motorcycle show at the Tradex in Abbotsford this weekend. So I went down to the dealership to check it out.

The first thing I asked the dealer is what does the 750 represent? It can't be cc because Harleys are measured in cubic inches and he said, nope, it is in fact ccs. I thought the smallest Harley was a 80 cubic inch v twin. This is a new innovation. It used to be 80 cubic inches now it's up to 103. Every year they try to get a little bit bigger and bigger for the fully decked out cruisers. They obviously have a lot of torque but how is your gas mileage? Not so good. Do you really need that large of an engine? It really has the appearance that some of those guy's are desperately trying to overcompensate for something.

There will always be a market for the full meal deal. The 750 street is reaching out to a new market and I think it has a huge potential. A lot of people just can't afford $30,000 for a motorcycle and the collision and comprehensive insurance to keep it on the road. Not everyone out there sells crack. The 750 Street is much more affordable and practical.

Goldhammer's custom motorcycles in Kelowna are indisputably awesome but who can afford $100,000 for a motorcycle? That's a good chunk of a down payment on a home. Then there's the insurance on top of that. I much prefer his custom choppers to the fully decked out Harleys with huge fairings and saddlebags that look more like Goldwings than Harleys. If you want a Goldwing buy a Goldwing. If you want a Harley then buy a Harley. Yet an old timer pointed out they are comfortable on long rides. He recently rode a rigid frame shovelhead to Sturgis.

The 750 street is liquid cooled. A lot of people are tired of the overheating issues in summer from air cooled engines. I thought the only liquid cooled Harley was the V Rod which is a joint venture between Harley Davidson and Porsche. They're pretty cool too. I'm told some of the bigger cruizers are liquid cooled now as well.

The only thing I don't like about the 750 Street is the design of the shocks at the back and more importantly the dust cover on the front shocks. That kinda makes it look like a dirt bike. Other than that I think the bike is awesome and could explode into an untapped market. A lot of people who ride imitation cruisers because of their affordability would gladly cross over to the real thing if they could afford to do so. This is innovation. There certainly is still a market for that.

The Return of Xander Cage - Review

"The world has changed. The war we're fighting today needs a different kind of soldier. We need people with the skills and the attitude to take on threats we don't even know exist." Nicky Jam is in the house. Now that's what I'm talking about. Carpe Diem. The Americanos - In My Foreign.

Update: We saw the Return of Xander Cage in the theatre today with the new reclining sets. It was f*cking awesome. I read a negative review of the movie in the Vancouver Province and I was like WTF? If you don't like action movies don't watch them and don't talk sh*t about them because clearly that person doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground.

This movie has Grandmaster Donnie Yen in it. He gave a flawless performance. This is Nicky Jam's premier on the big screen. We should be celebrating. I know I am. Yo mamacita! Nicky Jam que Bacano. He is from Puerto Rico originally and moved to Colombia. He's a very popular Reggaeton superstar there. Miss Colombia is in the movie too.

The movie even has a special guest appearance from Ice Cube who was rock solid. When the crazy conspiracy theorist was recruited to be part of the team the first thing he asked the handler was do you know what really happened to Pan Am flight 103 that crashed over Lockerbie? The handler looked him in the eye and said yes. So do we.

This movie kicks off what appears to be a new series and I say bring it. Vin Diesel claims there are no patriots any more. Only rebels and tyrants. Indeed, these are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. As Ice Cube said, thank God the gangster is back.

The Inauguration of Donald Trump and the rise of Kevin O'Leary

So today was the inauguration of Donald Trump and his new theme is America First. There are different ways to interpret that. Some might look at it as the me first generation but others might understand how this applies to free trade.

I've already expressed colossal concerns with these behind closed doors trade agreements that have nothing to do with free trade and are all about giving up sovereignty and the NAFTA chapter 11 compensation awards. That is just plain bad business. Donald Trump could be good for business. It was interesting to note that some republicans boycotted the inauguration. That was probably a good thing. Those republicans are likely part of the problem.

A prime example is Stephen Harper. He came out with this ridiculous nonsense claiming Donald Trump's foreign policy will scale back U.S. involvement in global affairs and be guided by narrow economic interests, while coming to view China as a "geopolitical adversary." How can any of that not be a good thing? China is a Communist dictatorship that execute political prisoners to order for organ harvesting. The fact that Stephen Harper handed over our sovereignty and our oil rights to a communist dictatorship screams insanity. Trump in that arena is a voice of reason.

It's like Arlene Dickinson's concerns about Kevin O'Leary announcing his candidacy for the Conservative leadership. She implies the guy is a prick because he is a shrewd businessman and wouldn't give away $10,000 to a group of inner city former gang members like the rest of them. She claims Politics isn't just about dollars and cents. Well maybe it should be in some ways. People ask do you really want a shrewd businessman in charge of your country's finances? Well, actually yes I do. The compound interest on unnecessary debt is enslaving future generations. That's something Justin Trudeau simply cannot comprehend.

Right now communist China is one of the richest nations in the world that owns the debt of many superpowers. So why are they still receiving humanitarian aid from the same countries they own the debt to? That is bad business on our part. Justin Trudeau is a really nice guy. He just has absolutely no ability or desire to balance a budget and avoid unnecessary debt. I find that absolutely astounding. Kevin O'Leary just might be exactly what we need.

Prescription heroin tsunami destroys Metro Vancouver

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Top health officials in B.C. are actively discussing a plan to prescribe clean heroin or other opioids to people with addictions, in an attempt to stem the rising death toll caused by street drugs tainted with fentanyl." This is the epitome of evil.

The methadone programs has become a billion dollar scam. Doctors prescribe methadone to heroin addicts but refuse to reduce the doses turning them into lifetime methadone addicts at the taxpayers expense. Now the pharmaceutical greed has risen to the extreme and they want taxpayers to buy heroin for addicts. That is the wrong solution. That represents the fall of Rome and the destruction of our public healthcare system.

It' time for a new Chief Medical Heath Officer. How about Dr. Colin Mangham? He is the only honest one in the bunch. Macklemore speaks out on Addiction - my drug dealer was a doctor.

Larry Campbell speaks out in support of the Devils deal.

Shooting in South Vancouver

CBC is reporting that there was a targeted shooting in South Vancouver around 3:00 AM this morning. "The front window of the targeted house was shattered and there appeared to be numerous bullet holes right through the glass. Officers put up at least 20 evidence markers up on the front lawn. Const. Jason Doucette said no one was injured in the shooting but the occupants of the home were not cooperative with police. He added the investigation is ongoing."

Port Alberni Shooting

The Alberni Valley News is reporting that "A 49-year-old man is suffering from non-life-threatening injuries after he was apparently shot at while cycling in a neighbourhood in Port Alberni early Tuesday morning. A 56-year-old Port Alberni man was arrested at approximately 9:40 a.m. over the incident. Hayden said she couldn’t speculate why the shooting occurred. “They were known to each other and yes, they were known to us,” she said. “The police investigation is still ongoing.”

Abbotsford shooting

Scab BC is reporting that #Abbotsford Police are on scene with a male shot in the leg outside 2539 Janzen St. Related to ongoing Townline Gang War.

Body found in Penticton - Update

The Penticton Western News is reporting that "Penticton RCMP were called to a rural area of Willowbrook Road, near White Lake Road where a body was discovered on Jan. 17. Investigators from the Southeast District Major Crime Unit, Police Dog Services and the Forensic Identification Unit were called to assist with the investigation, which is being treated as suspicious."

Update: The Penticton News is reporting that "RCMP have yet to release the name, but say the body found Tuesday in a pullout beside Willowbrook Road is that of a 27-year-old male from Kelowna. They have also now ruled that he was the victim of an apparent homicide."

BC Hells Angel named in contract hit

Kim Bolan is reporting that "B.C.’s anti-gang squad announced late Friday afternoon that two Ontario men had been charged after allegedly coming to Metro Vancouver as hired hitmen." The court indictment states one of the Ontario men allegedly made an attempt to kill Hells Angel Damion Ryan in Richmond on April 10, 2015.

Kim Bolan also reports that "Ryan, who’s from Metro Vancouver, is now living in Greece and remains a full-patch member of the Hells Angels. Up until last fall, he was a member of the Ottawa-based Ontario Nomads chapter of the Hells Angels." Ontario Nomads? They were recently disbanded after their president and vice president were shot on separate occasions in in Quebec from what appeared to be an internal dispute.

The Quebec members had recently got out of prison and wanted their turf back. So an Ontario flunkie joins the cub pack. Idiot. Wolfpack81 was Larry Amero's gamertag on Xbox live. for God's sake. Playing Xbox is the closest any of those Surrey Girls will ever get to valour in this life. The Quebec members would eat those preppy bitches for breakfast.

Did they put Cub Pack on Jonathan Bacon's tombstone? Cub Pack members dont have a long life expectancy around here. That's why the Surrey Girls don't meet in Surrey.

What is the CIA doing in the USA?

The CIA's circus side show trying to defame and upstage Donald Trump with absolute nonsense forces us to ask the same question Jesse Ventura asked when he was elected governor of Minnesota. What is the CIA doing in the USA? That's illegal.

Jesse Ventura shared a strange experience that happened to him a month after he was elected governor. He was taken to the basement of the capital to be interviewed by 23 members of the CIA. They sat him down in a chair and formed a half circle around him. Jesse Ventura then said before I answer any of your questions, I want to know what are you doing here? Because in the CIA mission statement it says that they're not to be operational inside the United States of America. They would not answer the question. That is the exact question that needs to be answered now with all this ridiculous beefing between Trump and the CIA. The CIA have no business meddling in the democratic elections within the United States of America.

Criminal Lawyers dot com states that "The CIA's job is to collect and analyze information (or "intelligence") from foreign countries about potential risks to our national security. The CIA then passes on that information to US government officials, such as the President, members of Congress or the US Department of Defense. Government officials use that information to figure out the nation's foreign policy: How the US, as a nation, will react to or deal with a particular problem or threat posed by a foreign government or group."

"There are two main things to remember about what the CIA does not do. First, it isn't a law enforcement agency. It has no authority to arrest anyone or to enforce any laws. It simply gathers information. Also, the CIA works only in foreign matters. It is illegal for the CIA to investigate any US citizen or company inside the US, unless an investigation is part of a foreign intelligence. For example, the CIA may investigate a US citizen who's suspected of being part of a terrorist plot being planned in a foreign country. Unlike the CIA, the FBI is a law enforcement agency. In fact, it's often called the largest law enforcement agency on the planet. Also unlike the CIA, the FBI does not work in foreign countries."

So there ya have it. The CIA is to operate outside the United States and the FBI is to operate inside the United States. The only time the CIA is allowed to investigate someone inside the United States is when that person is suspected of being involved with committing a terrorist attack outside the United States. If that person is suspected of being involved with a terrorist attack inside the United States that falls under the FBI's jurisdiction not the CIA. The was illustrated in the Netflix series Quantico.

The CIA had no business questioning Governor Ventra and they have no business meddling in US elections or in defaming the democratically elected president. This also brings us back to Florida. What was the CIA doing bringing a ton of cocaine into Florida not once but twice?

As we have previously mentioned, Judge Bonner claimed that when he was head of the DEA the CIA brought a ton of cocaine into Florida. The profusely denied it until he went on 60 minutes and documented everything. Then they finally admitted that did in fact do that but the said it was a mistake. They were trying to tack the cocaine to arrest the suppliers. That was yet another bold faced lie. Something the CIA is mandated to do.

After the CIA brought the ton of cocaine into Florida they made absolutely no attempt whatsoever to track where it went after it hit the street and no arrests were made relation to any suppliers of the cocaine. They lied. It was not a sting operation it was simply a continuation of the drug trafficking that was so prevalent during Iran contra.

The second time the CIA was caught bringing a tone of cocaine into Florida they didn't claim it was mistake. They claimed they brought it there to have it destroyed. Yet another ridiculous lie. Why would anyone bring a ton of cocaine into Florida of all places to have it destroyed? Why not destroy it at source? Yet the fundamental question is, what was the CIA doing with cocaine in Florida? That is out of their jurisdiction.

Now we also have to ask what was the CIA doing in LA during the crack epidemic? Gary Webb revelaed that the CIA was responsible for the US crack epidemic in the /80's. After losing his job for telling the truth he documented everything in his book Dark Alliance.

The documentary Freeway Ricky: Crack in the System, further supported Gary Webb's claims. The documentary confirmed Freeway Ricky's direct connection to Blandon. Gary Webb clearly established that Oscar Danilo Blandón was the one bringing in the CIA's cocaine into the US to fund the Contra rebels in Nicaragua. That documents the fact that Freeway Ricky was unknowingly selling crack for the CIA and made a colossal amount of money doing so.

The DEA arrested Oscar Danilo Blandón but the feds pulled the plug on the investigation and wouldn't let him be prosecuted because of his ties to the CIA. So instead they paid Blandón to rat out one of his dealers, Freeway Ricky. That was the first time i'm aware of when a supplier gets police protection for ratting out a dealer when he then just has to pick a new dealer to continue his operation. In the documentary the DEA agent that arrested Freeway Ricky admitted that they lost faith after the feds pulled the plug on the Blandón bust so they started pocketing cash they seized from drug dealers. The corruption started to have a ripple effect.

Here's the twist: What was the CIA doing with Oscar Blandón in LA? That was out of their jurisdiction. Donald Trump may well help fix some of the bureaucracy within the CIA ike any good businessman would but the primary thing that needs to be fixed it to make them obey the law and stick to their mandated jurisdiction. That in itself would save a whole lot of tax dollars not to mention greatly improve national security.

Likewise, Sarah McClendon asked Bill Clinton about the CIA's drug trafficking in Mena Arkansas when he was govenror of Arkansas. She said the CIA brought in plane load after plane load of cocaine for sale in the United States into a small airbase in Mena during Iran contra. That was a known fact. She was simply asking him if he was aware of it at the time.

Bill Clinton did what Bill Clinton does best, he lied. The Mena connection showsthat he and Hillary were deeply rooted in the CIA's drug trafficking out of Mena and explains why the CIA is pushing for Hillary to become president. To continue the same drug trafficking in Mena that she did in Operation Fast and Furious. Once again we must ask, what was the CIA doing in Mena, Arkansas? That was out of their jurisdiction. Their presence there was illegal.

The CIA;s drug trafficking in Lebanon which resulted in the Lockerbie bombing was illegal and immoral but at least it was within their jurisdiction. The CIA have no business drug trafficking within the United States of America. Perhaps that is something Donald Trump and the DEA can address. We on the other hand need to address the CIA's drug trafficking in Canada. Never mind the PoPo, F*ck the CIA. In the words of Steppenwolf, God Damn the CIA.

One step forward three steps back

I've been pretty clear in that I didn't support Donald Trump although I thought Hillary Clinton was far worse. My concern with the CIA's arms dealing and drug trafficking permeates generations of Bush Clinton fraud. The CIA opposing Trump is a sign for people to support him. Yet his choice for a new director of the CIA represents one step forward and three steps backwards.

He is a member of the Tea Party who pride themselves on being supporters of the US Constitution which is a good thing. Sdaly he supports increased government surveillance and torture of prisoners. WTF? That is the exact opposite of what the Constitution represents.

The Atlantic is reporting that Trump’s CIA Director Wants to Return to a Pre-Snowden World. One would think that would be a good thing. Go back to defending the civl liberty in the Constitution that sent Edward Snowden into exile. Au contraire. The subheading states He’s called for a “fundamental upgrade” to U.S. spying powers.

"Mike Pompeo, the man that President-elect Donald Trump chose on Friday to lead the CIA when he becomes president, has long been a vocal supporter of expanding the government’s surveillance powers. As Congress worked to wind down the National Security Agency’s bulk data-collection program last summer, rolling back one of the secret measures first authorized under President George W. Bush, Pompeo—a Republican representative from Kansas who sits on the House Intelligence Committee—was pushing back." AYFKM?

Mike Pompeo also supports torture and the expansion of Guantanamo Bay. Good God. At least he opposes gun control. If the Agency can orchestrate mass shootings they can also orchestrate 911. Operation Northwoods was real. Now he is saying he won't return to torture under Trump's leadership. Torture in black prison sites is OK as long as they aren't on American soil? Your guess is as good as mine. Looks like a crazy ride ahead.

The Fall of Glen Clark and the rise of Gordon Campbell

One blog rader has been posting links to the Starnet raid back in 1999 which was tied to illegal gambling and child pornography connected to the Hells Angels. That was before I started the blog but since we are looking forward to another election in BC it would be wise to take a walk down memory lane and examine just what really did happen so we can see what caused the current mess we are now in. It certainly is one big George Lucas saga.

Having been born and raised in British Columbia, I have seen the tides of dramatic polarized politics sweep from one extreme to the other over and over again. Everyone has been involved in a scandal of some sort. Bill Vandersalm's scandal was dramatized by the media and I really don't think it was a big deal. The same with the Fast Ferries scandal. It would have been a great idea if it worked. Sometimes businesses fail. That's life in the real world. It wasn't a scandal like BC Rail or Campbell heights was.

So let's look at the Starnet Raid back in the summer of 1999. Despite the dramaic alegations in the media, after the raid was concluded it was back to business as usual. CBC reported that Vancouver-based Internet company Starnet Communications says it faces no criminal charges and is co-operating with authorities after a police raid. The company specializes in Internet gambling and pornography. In a release, Starnet says it has never been associated with child pornography. RCMP Constable Peter Thiessen confirmed investigators left Starnet offices the day before and said, "They spent the better part of three days going through the business. And as a result of that search the investigation is continuing, but no charges have been laid."

As I said previously, the Orange Number 5 was indeed run by the Hells Angels but I am not aware of any under age patrons working there. Although we do know one patron who worked there ended up dead on the Pickton Farm. It's a seedy industry there is no question about that.

All I'm saying is look at what happened to the BC government's taxes, budget deficits, and corporate corruption since the fall of Glen Clark and the rise of the real scoundrel Gordon Campbell. That act killed the province's fiscal responsibility forever by creating the ultimate BC Hydro fraud. BC Rail was nothing in comparison.

Recently CBC reported that "an Ontario mother struggling to pay her hydro bill took Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to task in an impassioned plea that captured the plight of many Ontarians overwhelmed by high electricity rates. Global reported her stating: “Something is wrong now Mr. Trudeau. My heat and hydro now cost me more than my mortgage,” said Kathy Katula, of Buckhorn, Ont., to a round of applause. “I now not only work 75 hours a week, I stay and work 15 hours a day just so I don’t lose my home.”

This is where BC is heading because of what Gordon Campbell and the BC Liberals did many years ago. They set the ball in motion for ballooning deficits where there had been surpless paying dividends to the government reducing taxes and balancing the budget. After their dirty deal that practice was destroyed forever and the fiscal cliff rapidly approaches as a result.

The BC Hydro fraud was very similar to BC Rail and Campbell Heights. It represented the firesale of public assets to insiders who return kickbacks to the political party in the form of political contributions. Only this one was much worse and has gone by virtually unnoticed by the mainstream media despite the fact that the scandal rivals Enron and is similar to what caused the same problem in Ontario. It all started with the partial privatization of public power.

The Campbell Government knew privatizing BC Hydro would be a hard sell so they pulled a senator Palpatine and did something much worse. They privatized the power brokers that sold power to the public company at above market rates. They have been burning tax dollars ever since at an unprecedented rate and have at the same time created a ballooning deficit that will soon push us over the fiscal cliff.

I'm not talking about Terson Gas. That's running fine. I'm talking about the power brokers that sell power to BC Hydro at above market rates. I support a free market. I am not a corporate communist. I believe in free enterprise. Corporate monopolies destroy the free market and enslave consumers and taxpayers alike. If we had state run power then much of those profits that communist China is now earning would go to our budget. It would help reduce taxes and balance the budget. That is not a communist plot to overtake the free world. What they are doing now is.

When you privatize a public company their mandate is to make a profit. Not so they can pay dividends to the shareholders but so they can put it in their own pocket at get rich at the taxpayers expense. When you privatize the power brokers that sell power to BC Hydro AND then give them a monopoly on the market there is no competition. They can charge whatever they want and that is exactly what they do.

They charge the public company above market rates for their power just because they can and so they do. As a result this ballooning deficit we have already talked about is growing at a frightening rate. Someone has to fix this fraud before it consumes all of us. When Ujjal Dosanjh took over the NDP after the fall of Glen Clark, the BC NDP balanced the budget and had a $1.2 billion surplus. After the fall of Glen Clark and the rise of Gordon Campbell, that has never happened since. Christy Clark's dishonest fudge it budgets have become criminal yet the public keep buying that dirty deal because they are afraid the sky will fall if they elect a NDP government. Alberta did and the sky has not fallen.

No political party is perfect especially the NDP. I do think the BC NDP could fix the BC Hydro problem if they leave Terson Gas alone and bring the power brokers that sell power to BC Hydro back into the public company. That is what we need to do so we dont end up like Ontario is now. Yet if the BC NDP embrace lethal injection sites and prescription heron, they will push us right over the other fiscal cliff. It is a double edge sword and a narrow ledge we must cross but it's doable. In fact if we don't the consequences are indeed fatal for future fiscal responsibility. Personally, I think right now Bruce Ralston is the man for the job.

Mike Harris is the one who screwed up Ontario Power just like Gordon Campbell did to BC Hydro. When it comes to privatization, the Liberals never learn. Their decision to hand over new generating capacity in the province to private firms led to higher electricity rates.

As the New York Times recently declared, Welcome to the Wild, Wild West.

Ip Man 3 with Mike Tyson

I was pretty impressed to hear that Mike Tyson was in Ip Man 3. I forgot it's on Netfix. There is a fight scene on youtube. It's pretty well done. Tyson is obviously a lot bigger and stronger than Donnie Yen but at 3:30 in the video he starts blocking Tyson's powerful punches with bong sao elbow blocks which is traditional wing chung. It's awesome.

In the interview Donnie Yen confirmed what we already figured out in Ip Man one and two in that although the trilogy is based on the life of a real person it's not a documentary. They changed things to spice it up a bit. In real life Ip Man left China and moved to Hong Kong after the communist Revolution because he was a member of the opposing political party.

It was intersting to hear Mike Tyson speaking out in support of Donald Trump in an unrelated interview. No doubt Iron Mike has a future on the big screen. He played a funny scene in a Crocodile Dundee movie years ago as well.

In that clip he showed Crocodile Dundee's son how to meditate like the Flaun Gong do. Good thing the Chinese government didn't arrest him in China for doing the same thing the Falun Gong do. The communist government sure likes to censor things. They actually rewrite history.

Red Scorpion bust in Kamloops

Kamloops this week is reporting that "Heavily armed Kamloops Mounties raided a North Shore gym on Friday morning - a gym owned and operated by a co-founder of the Red Scorpions gang. In a press conference Friday afternoon, a RCMP spokeswoman said the operation at the Heavy Metal Gym occurred following a traffic stop in the morning, where one person was arrested for possessing and trafficking of illegal drugs." Let's hope it's more than just steroids.

ERT used explosive distraction devices during the raid on the gym. Was that really necessary? With all the fentanyl out there killing people, steroids is the least of our concerns. Looks like Konaam has stayed out of trouble for a long time. Perhaps they should give him some space so he can earn an honest living. It's like the illegal tobacco industry. Who cares about that?

Afer the Surrey Six murder the RS started working for the Hells Angels instead of the UN.

The Bacon brothers are the low life scum bags involved in that toxic takeover.

Yet Jamie Bacon wasn't trying to extort Cory Lal on behalf of himself.

Update: Kamloops raid turn up empty handed

Christy Clark corruption makes the New York Times

Well, Postmedia News missed it but Christy Clark's political corruption just made the New York Times. The New York Times is reporting that Christy Clark gets personally paid $50,000 a year above and beyond her $195,0000 salary from the Liberal party which comes from political contributions. When you make tax deductible contributions to a political party, that doesn't usually go directly into a politicians pocket as salary.

The New York Times reports that the son of BC's conflict-of-interest commissioner works for Christy Clark. That is dripping in conflict of interest. Like I keep saying, BC politics is way more corrupt than Quebec. The only difference is that Quebec has a task force investigating organized crime while BC doesn't. In fact, every time a police task force found organized crime, a government body disbanded that police task force. Christy Clark is the queen of corruption in a party that has been dirty since Gordon Campbell.

The article claims "Unlike many other provinces in Canada, British Columbia has no limits on political donations. Wealthy individuals, corporations, unions and even foreigners are allowed to donate large amounts to political parties there." Political donations from foreigners? Let's look at how much money China's organ harvesting of political prisoners contribute.

The Vancouver Sun stated that the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development declared that foreign donations to political parties threaten sovereignty. Teck Resources and its affiliates, which are 17 per cent owned by the government of China, have donated more than $2 million to the B.C. Liberals.

The Globe and Mail reported that "A prominent Vancouver real estate developer wanted by the Chinese government on corruption charges has made numerous political contributions over the years, particularly to the B.C. and federal Liberal parties, and also has a daughter who heads the provincial branch of the Young Liberals of Canada."

Not to mention BC Rail and Campbell Heights or the cuts to the BC Gang Task Force. Much.

Update: Foreign money poses threat to B.C. democracy

Douglas todd from the Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Australian voters are outraged by recent exposes, including an Australian Broadcast Corporation investigation that revealed China-related companies gave more than $5.5 million to Australian politicians. Australian voters have become disgusted by the fact they live in one of the few advanced countries in the world that allows foreign companies, without restriction, to donate to its political parties. Australia’s politicians are, in effect, finally facing censure for acting just like another outlier, the B.C. Liberal Party, which has also taken in millions of dollars from companies based in Europe, the U.S. and Asia."

Foreign donations draw scant attention in B.C.

Douglas Todd also points put that The issue of foreign political donations draws little public attention on Canada’s West Coast, however. Although the federal government and most provinces ban corporate and union contributions, the B.C. Liberals in the past decade took in more than $70 million in corporate donations (while the NDP accepted $11 million from unions). More than $12 million was donated to the B.C. Liberals by the real estate sector.

Hells Angels member charged in Frankfurt gangland shooting

DW dot com is reporting that "Some eight months after a shooting in the German city of Frankfurt, the public prosecutor's office has charged a 56 year old member of the Hells Angels for attempted murder. His accomplice, a 38-year-old Hell's Angel that had reportedly been expelled as member of the Rockerclub a few weeks earlier, is still on the run."

This is related to a drive by shooting in Frankfurt June of last year where two people were seriously injured. DW dot com epoted at the time that the shooting was an internal rivalry between two Hells Angels groups in Germany.

So here we have two members of the Hells Angels charged with shooting two other members of the Hells Angels. No L&R there. October of last year we reported on the shooting of Aygun Mucuk, president of a German chapter of the Hells Angels last year which at the time also appeared to be an internal conflict within the club. AFFA Not.

Last year we reported that there had been a rivalry between the Giessen Hells Angels, whose membership is largely of Turkish origin, and the long-established Hells Angels chapter in Frankfurt. Giessen is just north of Frankfurt. Interesting to note that Frankfurt is Germany's financial center and home to the European Central Bank. It's all about the Money so it is.

Double Fatality in Edmonton tied to BC Drug Trade

Global is reporting that "two men found dead in a pickup truck in southeast Edmonton Wednesday were shot to death. According to police, the men are both from B.C. And have been identified as Navdeep Sidhu, 24 and Harman Mangat, 22. They referred to the deaths as “drug-related murders” and said the shootings are believed to be related to drug activity in B.C.’s Lower Mainland."

We know that the Edmonton drug trade is red and white and these two likely aren't. With a member of Billy's crew shot dead in Richmond Monday night it looks like the Hells Angels are back killing people to obtain a monopoly on the drug trade again. Just sayin.

Sounds like a job for the Alberta Law Enforcement Team since the EPS is compromised.

Fatality in Richmond

Kim Bolan is reporting that "A young Vancouver man awaiting trial on drug trafficking charges was shot to death in Richmond Monday night. Calvin Chi Hang Zhao, 21, was killed just before 9:30 p.m. in the 7000-block of Ash Street." Local sources claim he was part of Billy's Crew.

Mount Seymour

I had the day off work so I seized the sunshine and hiked up Seymour third peak with crampons today. Getting away from the trolls and all the mainstream media toxic bullsh*t up in the mountains and it's a wonderful world so it is. Just ask Louis Armstrong.

Someone jumped off the top of first peak today with a parasail. It was awesome. You see that all the time on Grouse mountain but this is the first time I ever saw it on Seymour. I think they have more updrafts on Grouse. One summer I saw someone parasailing over Crown mountain beside Grouse and they kept catching updrafts they were soaring there all day.

Heard this old song called Lean on me on the radio on the way home and it made me think of an old friend who used to sing it all the time. He was born in New York, raised in Vancouver and did volunteer work all over the world. After going into a coma he had to relearn how to walk and talk. They call him Iron on the street. He's a street soulja alright. Peace.

Donald Trump Nonsense

I am sick and tired of the relentless bullsh*t the brain dead mainstream media continues to spew about Donald Trump. The republicans won the election. Get over it. He may well be an idiot, but he won the republican nomination and he was elected fair and square. The republican's also won the majority in the house and senate. The obsessive bullsh*t has become absurd.

Gun owners like Donald Trump. Gun owners do not like Hillary Clinton. Hillary Clinton was a dirty criminal. The democrats had the white house for two terms. Now it's the republicans turn. That is life in a democratic society. Opposing democracy and you are left with a communist state.

Not everyone who voted for Donald Trump are racist. Most just want the economy to improve and deep down that's what eveyone wants. Donald Trump's concerns with these bogus free trade agreements are valid. Him raising those concerns is a good thing. This whole Russia obsession is absurd. Hillary Clinton sold Russia weapons grade uranium for their nuclear missiles. The CIA put Putin in power just like they did Saddam Hussein.

Demonizing Russia when they are no longer communist and at the same time kissing China's ass when they are communist executing political prisoners on demand for organ harvesting is a colossal red flag. McCarthy may well have been paranoid but he was right about the CIA. Communists took over the CIA a long time ago. That is why they are pushing China's corporate communism and why they oppose civl liberty. Let's free Edward Snowden and get on with defending the Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic.

Hillary Clinton was the author of Operation Fast and Furious. If the democrats want to retake the white house they need to pick another candidate. That is the reality they must face. Otherwise they are simply agents of the dark side pushing the CIA's arms dealing and drug trafficking network. Donald Trump's beef with the CIA is a good thing. They are the secret society Kennedy warned us about. We need to look beyond the complete nonsense the CIA continues to spam the mainstream media with and move forward.

Update: Former MI-6 spy known to U.S. agencies is author of reports on Trump in Russia

Just like MI 6 were the authors of the false press releases about Iraq's WMD under Operation Mass Appeal. Why and the hell do these criminals have so much power over the Mainstream Media? These are the lawbreakers Edward Snowden warned us about who are trying to destroy civil liberty and the US constitution. The CIA are drug traffickers and arms dealers. CSIS provided the explosives for the Air India bombing. It's time to stop letting them control our media.

Mission Shooting

The Mission city Record is reporting that "Three suspects are now in custody and a hostage has been recovered safe and uninjured after a shooting incident earlier today in Mission. The incident began at about 1 p.m. today (Jan. 10) when Mission RCMP were called to the scene, in the Stave Falls area on Dewdney Trunk Road after receiving reports of a drive-by shooting."

"A woman has been taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after being shot. As police began their investigation, it was soon discovered that another person was being held against their will by the suspects. Police located and stopped the suspect vehicle in Coquitlam. “Our ERT team safely conducted a high risk takedown of the vehicle,” said Mason. Police now have three suspects in custody. A number of firearms have also been seized. A female, believed to have been taken against her will, was located safely in the suspect vehicle without incident.

The Tri city News posted pictures from the scene.

North Okanagan RCMP target drug dealers

The Vernon Morning Star is reporting that "a Vernon-North Okanagan RCMP drug trafficking investigation has resulted in a substantial number of arrests with undercover officers able to buy hard-core drugs like fentanyl and heroin."

“The project saw undercover operators purchase various quantities from the street level to half ounces of cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin and fentanyl,” said Vernon-North Okanagan RCMP Const. Jocelyn Noseworthy.

When the undercover operators purchased what they believed to be heroin it was later found to contain heroin, fentanyl, and mixtures of both which greatly increases the potency of an already highly toxic and dangerous drug. “This reinforces what has been widely known and reported: persons using illicit drugs do so without knowing what the drug actually contains and as a result put themselves, and potentially others, at significant risk,” said Noseworthy.

Sgt. David Evans of the targeted policing squad said the initiative is one part of the detachment’s efforts to reduce crime by targeting those specifically responsible for drug trafficking in the North Okanagan. Finally someone with a brain!

On December 2nd 2013 the Vernon Morning Star reported that Vernon RCMP set the pace on targeting street-level drug traffickers. In September, members of the Vernon targeted policing section conducted an undercover operation named E-Pacesetter, a four-day operation designing to target many drug traffickers in the Vernon-North Okanagan detachment area.

Targeting drug trafficking at all levels is a detachment priority. At least they have it right. Why doesn't Surrey do that? Only in Vernon you say? Pitty. That is the New York model.

Vancouver Island Drug Bust

BC Local News is reporting that "The West Shore RCMP's crime reduction unit executed a search warrant Friday in the 2700-block of Jacklin Rd. and seized more than 600 pills believed to be controlled substances and more than $26,000 in cash."

"Police couldn't confirm if any of the substances were fentanyl as they have yet to be tested. Police arrested three individuals, Langford residents Edgar Acevedo, 41, and Erickson Delalcazar, 37 as well as a 32-year-old Saanich resident. Acevedo and Delalcazar have been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking."

Vid and Erickson are well known names. It will be interesting to hear what the pills contained. These guys aren't HA they are the competition. Erickson's pretty hard core. Although the names sound Latino, they're not. They're Filipino. The rumor is that they were involved with Lindsay Buziak's murder which would be pretty sad if true. Lindsay didn't rat anyone out over the Calgary bust. That was more likely her idiot boyfriend she was leaving.

Vancouver and Penticton Shootings

BC Local News is reporting that "Vancouver Police say an early morning shooting on the city's west side appears to be targeted. A 58-year-old man was taken to hospital suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the leg. He's expected to recover. The attack occurred in a home on West 58 Avenue near Cartier Street."

The BC RCMP are also reporting that Police are continuing their investigation of two shootings that injured a local man on January 9th, 2017 in Penticton.

Medical Premiums skyrocket to pay for prescription heroin

It's interesting to note that BC is one of the only provinces to charge premiums for medical coverage. Alberta used to but they stopped doing that in 2008. Now the general tax revenue covers their medical premiums and they still dont have sales tax.

Most governments, especially the BC Liberals and Gregor Robertson's gluten council are yearning to find any excuse under the sun to raise taxes so they have more money to spend. Gregor Robertson's recent publicity stunt was an offensive scam.

The referendum on raising sales taxes to pay for Translink's mismanagement above and beyond the billion dollars a year regional gas tax they already burn failed. So Gregor Robertson gets a Christy Clark brainstorm. He gets the idea to pimp the fentanyl crisis and use it as an excuse to raise taxes yet again. Only this time his argument fails and we end up shooting ourselves in the foot again. Raising property taxes raises rents and creates more homeless.

Gregor Robertson's tax hike was a complete scam because he raised property taxes 0.5 % to pay for more harm promotion and an additional 3.4 % to put in his own pocket for more tax revenue. He used the addicts as an excuse for him to raise taxes on other things. This hike becomes colossal when you factor in the fact that property assessments in Vancouver have doubled which means property tax has skyrocketed and is creating more homeless not less.

Yet the real crunch is yet to come. The Devil's deal as promoted by Mr. Conflict of Interest, Larry Campbell wants to buy addicts prescription heroin. Who is going to pay for that? Will taxes and medical premiums continue to skyrocket or will they simply do what many Medical clinics do in Surrey and close down as soon as all the drug addicts have filled their quota so no one else can get medical treatment for anything other than drug addiction. That is what's happening right now.

All the methadone patients line up at the medical clinic and after they're done, the clinic shuts down for the rest of the day so no one else can get medical treatment. At the medical clinic in Guildford Superstore, one doctor is on a three month suspension for filling out methadone prescriptions without even seeing the patients. It's big business and is part of the colossal pharmaceutical scam that is bleeding taxpayers dry. Adding prescription heroin to the list will bankrupt the public health care system faster than you can say conflict of interest.

Promoting drug rehabilitation like Price Pro that help addicts get off drugs and teach them life skills will do far more in raising the quality of life for everyone including addicts and it wouldn't burn tax dollars at an unprecedented rate in favor of the Great Canadian Pharmaceutical Fraud.

31 kilos of crystal meth seized at Canada / US border

CBC is reporting that "More than 30 kilograms of suspected methamphetamine was confiscated at the Aldergrove, B.C. border crossing last month, officials say. On Dec. 11, 2016, a man driving a commercial truck was pulled over for a regular secondary check. When border services officers searched the vehicle, they found a black suitcase filled with several bags of the narcotics."

It's interesting to note that the crystal meth was coming north from the US into Canada like the cocaine. Evidently now that the Hells Angels meth cook in Surrey has left town, they are having to bring it in from the US. Michael Riconosciuto claimed it was the CIA who were cooking the crystal meth in California that the Hells Angels were distributing. Oliver North hired them as well.

British Biker bans teen from wearing Sons of Anarchy gear

The Daily Mirror in England posted a video of a biker making a teenager take off his Sons of Anarchy jacket. That was no biker. They're both idiots. One for wearing it and the other for telling him to take it off. The fake biker picking on a teenagger needs to get a life.

Joseph Fluet's ties to the Rock Machine

December 3rd CBC reported that Rock Machine member Joseph Fluet was one of two men who were shot and killed in a field outside Montreal the day before. December 6th CBC reported that Richard Hunt, 38, and Mélanie Binette, 28 were charged in their murder.

Today the Montreal Gazette gave a bit more background into Joseph Fluet's criminal history with the Rock Machine and stated last month he told a parole board he knew his life was in danger if he continued living in Quebec and remained a member of a biker gang

At the time of the hearing, Fluet was serving a two-year sentence for having used two fellow members of the Rock Machine biker gang to intimidate and defraud an elderly man out of tens of thousands of dollars. That was pretty lame.

In 2001, Fluet agreed to become a witness for the prosecution under his original name, Éric Lefebvre. He set fire to a pub while working as a drug courier for the Hells Angels in Quebec City. He testified against a part owner of the pub who had hired him to set the fire. He set the fire then became a police witness. Go figure.

The Montreal Gazette claims Fluet was able to join the Rock Machine because he had changed his name and assumed a new identity and that a source claims the motive for his murder was related to dispute over a drug deal.

Shots fired in Newton

The Surrey Now is reporting that shots were fired this afternoon between two vehicles near 75th Avenue and 121A Street in Strawberry Hills.

Fentanyl dealers charged with manslaughter

The Vancouver sun is reporting that "Republicans in New Hampshire, which is facing an overdose crisis like that in B.C., are currently proposing a requirement for a manslaughter charge for fentanyl dealers when a user dies. In October, Edmonton police laid a manslaughter charge against a 25-year-old man in connection with the overdose death of another man early last year."

Without question, this would be a step forward but the inherit problem remains unresolved. Selling drugs is illegal. Everyone including the addicts are upset about buying drugs that are laced with fentanyl when they think they are buying something else. That means the police have a free license to arrest these drug dealers but they are refusing to do so. This needs to change.

Families Demand Justice Against Drug Dealers

The Vancouver Province is reporting that families of people who have died from fentanyl overdoses are upset the police are hiding information as to whether or not the drug dealer that sold the fentanyl to their child has been arrested or not. Repeated examples of solid evidence identifying the drug dealer selling the tainted drugs and still no arrests. That is indeed criminal.

Yet it goes far beyond that. December 22nd Crime City Surrey reported that they observed people buying drugs from a drug dealer as soon as they cashed their social assistance cheque then minute later passed out from a fentanyl overdose. The police know who the drug dealers selling the lethal drug but they refuse to arrest them. You can't get any more absurd than that. This is the root of the problem. It is a dereliction of duty and a breach of the Charter of Rights.

The National Post has run the article under the headline: "He killed my son. And for nothing to be done about it? Police should act on fentanyl dealer’s texts, families say."

Happy New Year - Feliz Año Nuevo

A new day breaks and a new year begins. Happy New Year or as our Spanish friends say Feliz Año Nuevo. I'm personally glad to see an end to 2016. The Vancouver Province wrote an article claiming for many 2016 was the worst year ever. In Alberta there was the Fort McMurray fire and the drop in oil prices which rolled back the oil industry there. We even heard reverse rags to riches stories of former Alberta oil sands workers ending up drug addicted and homeless in the DTES. God only knows how many of them ended up dead from fentanyl. So for many this was a bad year but as always, the future looks bright. Well at least brighter than it was for many.

The first thing we need to ask ourselves is what on earth would attract someone living an affluent life in Alberta to the DTES - the depths of hell itself. Perhaps I was right after all. Perhaps our attempts at harm reduction have had the opposite effect and in reality have become harm promotion. Opening up a lethal injection site where everyone knows drug dealers are allowed to sell drugs without being arrested has attracted and created drug addicts from across the country. This needs to change. If we genuinely have an ounce of compassion and a glimmer of a social conscience this needs to change. Justice will not sleep forever.

So let's stop the spread of the fentanyl bubonic plague by confronting the ruthless drug dealers on the Surrey Strip. Let's highlight that and focus on that so we can quarantine the problem and stop it from spreading across the country like it currently is. To do this we need to outflank the problem from both ends. Long term treatment is needed not Surrey flop houses and we need to arrest the drug dealers selling fentanyl laced drugs outside needle exchanges and lethal injection sites.

Just because the devil's advocates have created these cease pools of corruption, that does not mean they have the right to change the law without public consent. The Public needs to force City Hall and the police to do their job and arrest the drug dealers creating this epidemic. If they won't do that we need to take the matter to the courts like Lisa Dudley's parents. The right to life and security of person is a Charter Right that is currently being exploited by drug dealers and pharmaceutical pimps alike. Stop the greed. People need homes not drugs. Let's confront the problem and freeze it like Dr Colin Mangham sugested and stop it from spreading across the country. Peace. Not as the world thinks of it but as the master knows it. Freeze Frame.

This is the year Hell freezes over in Metro Vancouver.
