Police on Guard is reporting that there is a rally in support of Constable Erin Howard 9;00 AM May 5th outside the Durham Police Headquarters 605 Rossland Road East Whitby, Ontario. Constable Howard was disciplined for supporting the Charter of Rights which all police officers have sworn an oath to defend. We've heard a lot of shady sh*t about the Durham PD.
