Hong Kong can become a Free State

Hong Kong is defending their law which was created by the Sino-British Joint Declaration.

With all the protests in Hong Kong of late one has to remember that there is no reason Hong Kong cannot become a free independent state of both England and China.

China has already violated the terms and conditions of their agreement with England making that contract legally null and void. That means Hong Kong can be free. Some of the signs at the fake pro Communism rally in Vancouver said Love China, Love Hong Kong, No Secession. Well folks, if you love something set it free. Secession is the logical conclusion to the conflict.

Initially the concern in Hong Kong was the extradition of political prisoners to China so they could be executed to order for organ harvesting. Anyone protesting in support of that is the epitome of evil. End of story. China's refusal to validate that concern means their agreement with England has been broken and Hong Kong must become it's own country. Justice brings Peace.

Although Hong Kong is very far way, there are things we can do here at home. We can kick the Confucius Institute out of Canada. The Confucius Institute does NOT promote the teachings of Confucius. It does the exact opposite. The cultural revolution in China was a cultural genocide. Communism killed Chinese culture. The purpose of the Confucius Institute is to promote Communism and the execution of political prisoners for organ harvesting. That is evil. Communism is the manifestation of all lies and we need to face that fact.

We can also take back our oil rights from Communist China. Letting a Communist dictatorship profit from our oil is both stupid and evil. That practice needs to be reversed.

We can also boycott trade with that Communist dictatorship until it frees Hong Kong and stops executing political prisoners for their organs. We are consumers. China wants to make money. We need to be responsible citizens and not buy conflicted products.

  1. That's a really great idea. Seriously. But we cannot for a moment expect that the ChiCom's are going to allow that.

So they're going to need "Guns. Lot's of guns."

    1. I like the video clip. Taking up arms against an army invasion would be a natural consequence of China's arrogance. What would have happened at Tiananmen Square if the protesters shot back? The same thing in Germany if the Jews shot back.

  2. First time I have seen the suggestion in the media, set Hong Kong free! Love it. there are other very tiny countries around the world and they do fine. There are 6 or 7 small European countries and they do fine. A neutral country would be great.

trailrunner78, guns aren't going to settle the problem in Hong Kong. China has almost 2 billion people with an Army of over 2 M. Negotiating and protesting in this case, is the way to go. With an Army like that, just ring Hong Kong, move in and start killing. the rest of the world will just sit back and watch. The world sat back and watched as Pol Pot murdered 2 million one way or another.

    1. Negotiating didn't work at Tiananmen Square. It's time to try something different. The world did not sit back and watch the invasion of South Korea. Neither will Trump.

  3. the world did not sit back and watch the invasion of S. K., that is true, but is was a different time, with very different leaders and the cold war was on. We have only to look at the Rohinga still sitting in Bangledesh a year later and what is the world doing? Not much. France wants to talk about a few things at the G.7, Trump, not so much. trump won't give a rat's ass if china invades, Hong Kong or South Korea. trump only sees what is good for trump, like his attacks on the chairperson of the federal reserve. what dumb Donnie doesn't say, is if the fed. drops the interest rate by even half a percent, trump saves $850K a year in interest.

dumb Donnie wanted to purchase Greenland..........enough said. Of course Denmark has suggested they purchase the U.S.A. They think they can do something with the land mass once they have implemented a Danish style education and health care system. Oh, and Donnie has to leave.

Its true negotiating didn't work at Tiananmen Sq. but Tiananmen sq. wasn't economically important to China. Hong Kong is. IF Hong kong can gain support from the west in terms of sanctions on China, there maybe a way forward. Guns aren't going to get it at all, Hong kong is greatly out numbered and Hong Kong does't have a military. if it comes to war, Hong Kong is simply going to look like any number of cities in Syria.

    1. When is comes to Communism, guns are the only solution because their destruction of civil liberty is rooted in violence. Violence is the only thing they will listen to.

    1. Interesting. I did not realize that. "Hong Kong would remain a semi-autonomous region for a 50-year period after the lease ended." Another broken promise:
